In this episode Juan and Kyrin discuss 'Life After Coronavirus'. As the restrictions around the globe start to slow down, we all find ourselves looking ahead and thinking 'what will come next?'. The forced working from home has opened a lot of people's eyes to what sort of lifestyle is possible and the inherent unproductive time spent commuting (an especial dislike of Kyrin) as well as the environmental improvements that have been witnessed over the past couple of months.
Both Mere Mortals predict there will be some small short-term changes but that while scary, the Coronavirus is unlikely to have long-term impacts that in 10 years time we could say were caused directly by this pandemic. Human nature will remain unchanged from this (the good and the bad) and while we have hope that this time is the perfect opportunity for some genuine introspection, it is unlikely to be widespread. So, we keep trucking on. As always, we hope you enjoy!
