Episode #28 - Self-Loathing

Share on social media:

In this episode of the podcast, Juan and Kyrin discuss self-loathing. The state of internal hatred is an abhorrent feeling, ranging from mild to extreme severity. It is a by product of the thinking of one who is questioning their worth to themselves, society, even existence at large.

As mere mortals we all examine our own moments of worthiness and it is a rare person indeed who does not experience self-loathing. There is a strong link between self-loathing, childhood trauma and self-harm. Practical remedies to alleviate these feelings include: practising forgiveness, embracing meditation/stoic philosophy, ridding yourself of social media and using self-love/self-talk.

As always, hope you enjoy! Mere Mortals out.
