In this podcast we dive into the world of preventative health with my special guest, Hanna Barzakouskaya, CEO of Healsens.

Hanna, who previously worked with Fitbit, now leads the charge in chronic disease prevention through an innovative health app designed to help you change small habits for better health.

We discuss challenges and successes faced by the team at Healsens, who are launching the app in The Netherlands. Including its reception among users of varying technical abilities, its unexpected association with weight loss, and plans for future expansion into new markets. Hanna also highlights the importance of making health checkups routine and understandable, especially in bridging gaps in preventative measures.
