Today's very special guest is JJ Virgin, the best selling author of "The Virgin Diet" (**insert Amazon affiliate link to book here**). She is a fitness and nutrition expert, and speaker; plus she has helped 1,000's of people lose weight by addressing food allergies, food sensitivities and other food intolerances. I had the pleasure of meeting JJ at the Consumer Health Summit a few months back and we hit it off over lunch talking about food.
