What's with all the protein shaming lately?

When a staggering 75% to 80% of us are overweight and facing metabolic dysfunction, is eating less meat on Mondays really going to save us?

If you really want to know who is responsible for the destruction of our environment and our collective health, I'm happy to say it's definitely not our cow friends peacefully burping on pasture.

Eliminating a high-quality protein source like meat often backfires as meat substitutes and other processed vegan and vegetarian foods pollute our bodies and the planet with petrochemicals and low quality carbs shipped back and forth across the world.
