[00:00:02] Unknown:
Alright. Pies. That's how pies would start off the show. Of course, you would. And then there'd be a mushroom, mushroom punch in the face, American flag, gun, gun, strong-arm. Mhmm.
[00:00:27] Unknown:
A baseball bat down. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh. We're gonna do a little beating on the brat. Beat on This episode of Ungovernable Miscommunication News, episode 8. With the baseball bat down. Lots of brats in the space, Max. Oh, And hopefully, it has been imprinted on everybody's brains. Hi, Max. You know, this is the longest you've been real, real busy with all of your other different shows as confab, business, and your double Bitcoin briefs, and you forget about old Johnny d. That's fine. Yeah. Suppose it is.
[00:01:20] Unknown:
Yeah. I've missed you, mate, genuinely. Tell me all about it. Well, we haven't spoken a lot. I normally get a little message from you or Mhmm. How you doing, buddy? Praying for you. Yep. Hoping you get less retarded and things go well for you. I check my phone in the mornings. Nothing. I make myself a coffee, go and have a shit, think, oh, he's gonna he's gonna message anytime soon. Nothing. Go and train. Think, oh, he's gonna be proud of me here. Getting stronger and fitter. Nothing.
[00:01:47] Unknown:
Yeah.
[00:01:48] Unknown:
I think it's been a two way thing. I think you've been more busy than I have, to be fair. It's possible. I don't know. I wouldn't know. We don't talk about it. Let's talk about it now. What have you been up to? Mhmm. Getting stronger,
[00:02:00] Unknown:
working out, riding your bike.
[00:02:02] Unknown:
Riding my bike. I didn't ride my bike today. I took the missus car. It was fucking miserable weather. Like, proper, proper miserable weather. And because of the time difference here, it would have meant, like, shooting over there as quick as I could, then wouldn't really have enough time to train properly, then cycling back, and then, like, getting in here all sweaty and tired and fucked, ready to record. So I thought, no. I'm gonna take the car. You tucked your tail between your legs and drove in a car.
[00:02:31] Unknown:
I did. I did. Leather seats, cushion your little bum. Yeah. Of course.
[00:02:37] Unknown:
Listened to a podcast on the way, my own podcast, because, you know, that's how I roll.
[00:02:43] Unknown:
You love smelling your own farts. Just checking the quality. It was very good. Very, very good. Well, up on this episode of ungovernable of misfits action news, 3 exclamation points. As we said, we're gonna beat on the brat a little bit. We've got our run of the mill boring binding statistics. This is the big story there is the big pools are getting more hash rate and the little guys are trailing off. So as predicted,
[00:03:06] Unknown:
sorry. Excellent.
[00:03:08] Unknown:
Merge mining. What do you know about merge mining?
[00:03:12] Unknown:
Not a lot. Isn't it where people switch to supposedly more profitable chains like other shit coins, and then they switch back and they just use whichever is gonna be most profitable and then convert that to Bitcoin? Not so much. No. Not not at all. It's not that fill the gaps there in in your knowledge base. It's,
[00:03:33] Unknown:
kinda like that, but not really. Okay. After that, we'll follow-up. Are you a shit coiner? Yes. Yes, master's going on. We will find out. We'll play play ourselves a little game. After that, we'll do, stop looking at me, swan. Old big Mike's husband's gonna stop by and tell us why he, made sure that electricity prices will necessarily skyrocket. Oh. Mhmm. We'll discuss, Max, got himself a couple bit axes and turned them up. That's exciting. Got them running. Got them working. As always, we'll have an article from The Bitcoin Bugle, finish up with an Altair update, and then round the show out discussing everybody's career opportunities within the Bitcoin mining space. But before we move on to anything else, we're going to read our podcasting 2.0 boosts.
Scrolling up. While you're scrolling up, the last episode of Ungovernable Misfits action news, We Don't Belong in a Wasteland. People boosted nearly 443,000 sats.
[00:04:41] Unknown:
That's big time, mate. I'm on my way. I'm making it. That's actually fucking amazing.
[00:04:47] Unknown:
That proper keeps us going. You gonna cry about it?
[00:04:51] Unknown:
No. I'll leave that to you. Thank you. I don't cry. You like me. You really like me. Hash Latette. Mhmm. You really like her, don't you? Mhmm.
[00:05:04] Unknown:
Blue boobs.
[00:05:05] Unknown:
As a little trust fund bitch, I take some offense to your statement. Here are less sats than usual as a middle finger and then a middle finger.
[00:05:16] Unknown:
Creative.
[00:05:17] Unknown:
Yeah. And then, oh, I can't stay mad at you boys. Antpool family jingle had me nearly wet myself. Square emoji. Here's 200,000 trust fund sats. Of course. Thanks, daddy, and thank you too for making me laugh. Love you. Love you too, Ash. Slut ad. Who's daddy? I imagine Chet, but it could be anybody. Half of the satege came from Hashlata. So thank you very much to you and your daddy. Who's your daddy? You don't know. We don't care as long as he pays the bills. Hi, puppy. Oh, I love that. That's the best one, isn't it? There's no better language than, hi, puppy. There's nothing better. I guess. I don't know. Come on. Is there? Is there a better language? Can you think of 1?
Nope. That's the best one. It is the best one. Yeah. Do you need to go do you need to take a break for a second? I know. I was just sipping my coffee because I thought it was you next week. I see it's actually blue. Late stage Huddl. I'm being held hostage.
[00:06:22] Unknown:
Yeah. You are, pal. Keep on boosting. Do we just move on from that? Just or did we worry about him? I I mean, we're the ones keeping him hostage. Oh, are we? Yes. He he feels he's being held hostage, that he must boost every show and be one of the top boosters. Yeah. Okay. Yes. You are. Yes. You are. We appreciate you, though. Thank you, man. Thanks. Yeah.
[00:06:42] Unknown:
Soulex love and fire emojis. Mhmm. Vicky SolEx. Yeah. I had some lovely messages from SolEx over the weekend. Oh, he sent me one last week too. Did he? Mhmm. Thought I was just special. No. I take it all back then. Fucking stuff. Wait a minute. That's that's it's
[00:07:00] Unknown:
you you're being very petty.
[00:07:02] Unknown:
You think there's there's some expectation of exclusivity between the 2 of you? You know, I just thought it was. We didn't really have that conversation. I just thought it was exclusive. But now I know. It's fine. Alright. I'll just let you live your fantasy. Oh, I haven't heard from Solix in a long time. How is he? Very, very good. He's living the high life. I can tell you that. Oh, man. I wish he'd message me. Yeah. Well, any cares about me, mate. Obviously. Fundamentals. 21,000 sats. Mehdi is a big beefier Mhmm. And he likes to get his hands dirty. K. Beefer, I guess. He's a big beefer, and he likes to get his hands dirty. Sure. Most ungovernable shit I've heard here yet.
Also,
[00:07:44] Unknown:
Alex's essay is of incredible value, another action news banger. That was a banger. That was a banger of an article. Everybody should check out the Ungovernable Misfits website under writings, and read Alex's article if you had missed it last time. You will learn a lot about the Bitcoin mining gear industry and his predictions for the future. He's very bullish. He keeps telling us that. Yeah. He does. I said to him the other day, are you trying to convince yourself to be bullish by saying it all the time? Just will it into existence? He's like, no. No. I really am bullish. K. Next boost is from Chet. We all eat. Great fucking show. I fucked up on the last boost and didn't put the right amount in. Not sure what all it says. Hash. I'll call you tonight so we can go spend some of that trust fund money, honey.
Max, you're still a fag right up there with Rod Palmer or Fiat Faggins. He's always so sweet, isn't he? Yes. Yeah. Bittersweet. That's who he is. Yeah. Fiat Faggins is bearing me here. Lord of the rings name him. That was him. Fiat Faggins. Fiat Faggins. Oh, that's really nice. I like it. His, barn miners avatar, you know, is this minor guy, which is some kind of costume from Amazon that he took a picture from. And then couple years ago, number 1 daughter of mine put the PLEB monitor skull on it, and that's been his Mhmm. His logo for a long time. But Chet always thought that that was like a Hobbit or something. Oh, can I tell you a story about Fiat Faggins? Mhmm. He's not such a fag. I proper creeped him out, I think, anyway. I sent him a voice note from the bath,
[00:09:24] Unknown:
and I think I scared him off. And then what were you doing in the bath? You don't wanna know, mate. He was sending me messages trying to sort out my bit axis because I had a lot of problems with them, which we'll get into later. And, it was so hot in the bath and so steamy that as I was messaging, the touch screen wasn't really working on my phone properly. And I was like, oh, this is fucking annoying. Then he sent me a voice note, and I thought, oh, here's my opportunity. So I sent him one back, and I just said, just so you know, I'm messaging you from the bath.
And I'm not trying to be seductive, but I'm just being quiet because both the kids are sleeping. Mhmm. I don't wanna wake them up, and we're just at that point in our relationship. I got nothing back from that. He just went into an article, a link. Do this, do this, do this, do this, and then signed off. He was like, fuck this guy. He's too creepy. Oh, yeah. So, anyways, here's the information you need. Gotta go by. Pretty much. Clippy cloppily clippy clippy, his hooves went off. He ran away quick.
[00:10:26] Unknown:
My little barn, you scared him away with your seductive whispering.
[00:10:31] Unknown:
It was quite creepy, to be fair.
[00:10:33] Unknown:
Chet goes on to boost Mongolian war music. The fridge, that's a great word to describe, Mehdi. When I saw the Burnett data on Ocean and other FPPS, it's like those that know know that's almost impossible to have exact hash and uptime on 4 different pools unless your dataset is short as fuck. Just dumb. But I thank the fridge for wasting the time to respond and debate, LOL. It's like saying a whole city is unsafe because a drunk asshole randomly threw a bottle out of a window while you were jogging underneath LMFAO. I'm inviting miss Hoddleknot 420 and Hashlavette to Lake satoshi next year for some nighttime skinny dipping. John's a liar. I'm a selfish, self entitled prick. Go fuck yourself. Lmfa0.
We all eat. I promise you that. Man, that dude is straight fire. He just summed up our entire last episode. I want to say this real quick. We're gonna talk about ocean pool a little bit and something that they recently released. It's gonna be very factual. Mhmm. Not gonna get emotional about anything. But we got very little feedback on that MediData challenging Ocean's payouts. I'm so surprised by that. Very, very little feedback. I love how I love how Chet picked up on it. He's sharp. Nothing. And how you even posted it again in in, our Telegram chat a few times after, I'll talk about it later on the show then. But it it it listen. Go back. Listen to that episode.
Look in the chapters. I'm sure Jordan put in the chapters a link to Mehdi's tweet breaking everything down. We broke it down in the show, but if you're you're more of a visual learner, check out the data. And when somebody keeps saying the same freaking thing that your payouts are better than everyone else, but deep in in your heart, you know, how was that possible? You hit a bunch of empty blocks. You know, you went a long time with with, some decent luck, so that's good. But let's normalize for luck. Let's normalize for the fact that your Dorsey is paying your pool fees. It just doesn't make any sense, and the numbers are broken down for you. So when somebody keeps saying the same thing over and over, isn't that what they do in politics? So as long as we say the same thing over and over, we will will it into existence.
Oh, I'm sorry. Somebody somebody has brought out the data. Anyway, thanks for the boost, Jet. Next up is mister mister easy to get my trust fund fiat. Hard work to convert KYC free sets. Easy to return value to you. Thanks, podcasting 2.0. John, humble request that you rehearse and spend even more time practicing the Antpool family jingle. Very keen to clip it and put it in my high rotation playlist, etcetera. This what does TIA mean? Thanks in advance. Oh, oh, boy. Too sharp with all these. Yeah. Yeah. I'll I'll do that, mister mister. I actually meant to. When I heard the recording, the timing is a little off, and that's not me. It's just when these things play from the soundboard and then they go through the system and then come back out on on earphones, and then I record, and there's a little delay on that. About a good workman never blames his tools?
This ain't telephony, man. It's a podcast.
[00:13:49] Unknown:
Yeah. I'll I'll do both. Me. It's, it's everything and everyone else. Sounds familiar in the Bitcoin scene. I've got performance issues.
[00:13:58] Unknown:
That's what I've heard. Mhmm. Alright. I'll do something about that, mister mister. You're right. We we should have had better production value on that song. We apologize. And he's got something to say to you too. So Oh, okay. You're not getting off so easy. Max, pronunciation guide follows. Maori. Say, moldy.
[00:14:19] Unknown:
Moldy?
[00:14:20] Unknown:
Well, that's what he he thinks that. Say, mori. Me Maori.
[00:14:25] Unknown:
He he says, Maori. Say, moldy.
[00:14:27] Unknown:
Maori.
[00:14:28] Unknown:
Change the l
[00:14:30] Unknown:
d To an r. To an r. Ma mau Maori. Maori. Maori.
[00:14:36] Unknown:
Maori. That's pretty much what I said, I reckon. Anyway Yeah. I really appreciate that. And then he says haka,
[00:14:42] Unknown:
as in ka as in the c word, and, yes, your gut instinct was right. It's a warden's explaining how we War dance. A war oh, there was a space there.
[00:14:55] Unknown:
A wardens? Because I can't
[00:14:57] Unknown:
remember. I have a pre I have a pretty good vocabulary.
[00:15:00] Unknown:
A wardens? Never heard of her. Such an intimidating wardens.
[00:15:11] Unknown:
Here those islanders come with their wardens. How we are about to fuck you. Look it up. No. Nasty, but still perfectly legal. Life is but a dream, sweetheart. And he also says stop, drop, and boost. Only number 2 episode on fountain, moo. Thank you, mister mister. You're a good dude.
[00:15:34] Unknown:
8th Rander, defining ungovernable, one podcast at a time. Yeah. Yeah. That's what we try and do. Orange Mart,
[00:15:44] Unknown:
ant with a little picture of an ant. Well, I put the ant. So in case you couldn't tell what it was, I was describing
[00:15:51] Unknown:
it. That's why yeah. No. I know what ants are. I've I've seen them before. Okay. Cool. Bubba, OTR rules 1411. 14 hour day, you can drive 11. Must take a 30 minute break before 8 hours. Now remember, we only make money if the wheels are turning. So if stuck at the dock for hours, enjoy working a free 70 hours enjoy working free. 70 hours in a week. If you run out, you ain't at home. You must sit for 34 hours in America's finest truck stop as a day off. Max, here's my says. My profane my I can help. My profane name name I can call you is you are such a vaginal
[00:16:42] Unknown:
blood fart. Oh, fucking hell.
[00:16:46] Unknown:
Colorful yet messy. Love you guys. Fucking hell. Oh. I don't know what all that meant. There was a lot of stuff there, and now I'm hung up on being a vaginal blood fart. Well, we're all hung up on it. Yeah. Yeah. I think I can translate.
[00:17:04] Unknown:
I got to experience this a little bit with Bubba yesterday as a matter of fact. Yes. Indeed. It was a mess, but colorful. He was stuck somewhere not far from my house at a truck stop, and he wasn't picking he got there like 11 o'clock in the morning. Wasn't picking up a load until today afternoon time. He's like, Hey, what are you doing? And I said, Hey, somehow we're free on a Sunday. So I went and picked them up. They came here for dinner, got to hang out with Bubba for a while, and I drove them back to the truck stop. Very exciting time. So what he's trying to tell you here is that you in a 14 hour day, you can drive 11 hours. And if you get stuck, like, somewhere in in and you drop off a load and you're gonna pick up another load and there's, like, a 12 hour break in there, you don't get paid for that.
[00:17:49] Unknown:
Makes sense. Well, now I know. Thank you, Bubba. And I'm probably gonna use that colorful language next time someone winds up. He's colorful. Alright. I love how my my children get, get these occasional visits from some wacky ass Bitcoiners, and he
[00:18:04] Unknown:
rock and roll trucker Bubba takes the cake. On the PMM shows, we're we're gonna do a little segment each month now where we get a little bit of, Bubba's wisdom like that, and then you and I will try to, like, decode what the fuck he's talking about. Decide for it. Yeah. Love it. Chad Farrow. Adam Curry and Dave Jones did a nice recap of what PC 2.0 Podcasting 2.0
[00:18:26] Unknown:
is on the latest episode, First 15 Minutes. Okay. Check that out. Expatriotic. Max, say Maori hacker, then Maori hacker, and then i's. I don't know what he means. I just said it twice. Maori hacker then Maori hacker. Because I think people want you to say haka,
[00:18:47] Unknown:
like with a h, and you keep putting a hard r on it, haka. Okay. That's the problem. They they the it'd be it gets hung up on me.
[00:18:58] Unknown:
Yeah. Sorry. Not sorry. I'm English is how I say it. Not shit. You do you do you, buddy.
[00:19:03] Unknown:
Let me try to change you. Yeah. Yeah. Alright. Let's move this along. We got our good friend, Pyez. Hey. Pyez says, since I connected my fountain app to Nostra, my fountain app is broken. Mine too, buddy. Hopefully these boosts go through. I have to listen on a different podcasting 2.0 app. Very frustrating. Max, don't be a fucking pussy. You better be doing pull ups. Clinky glass, mushrooms, smoke a cigarette, strong-arm, punch you in the face, righteous black power fist, and some kind of thing that I can't see. I do pull up sometimes on my construction sites off the scaffolding. That's exactly how I imagined it. Yeah. Yep. When I was a cell tower climber, I would do them on the platform of the highest point. I would climb every day. Obviously, I had a harness or in case you were wondering, LOL.
So, of course, I do pull ups while listening. I'm an ungovernable misfit motherfucker. Alright. Crank another 10 out for me, Pies. If you are new to ungovernable misfits, welcome, you bitch ass motherfuckers. We talk hella retarded and inappropriate shit around here. Well, ain't that the truth? John, please never sing because it's ladies' night
[00:20:13] Unknown:
and the time is right. You know it's ladies' night. Oh, what a oh, what a night.
[00:20:18] Unknown:
I'm a sing whenever I want to, pal. Yeah. He's unconvinable. Yeah. Nobody from nowhere. Your vaginal blood fart. I hope that doesn't become part of our lexicon.
[00:20:29] Unknown:
Yeah. Me too. Thanks,
[00:20:34] Unknown:
I feel like it will become part of our lexicon. Nobody from nowhere? The who? What the fuck am I listening to? Take care, and stack some stats. Thank you. Then he says, bought the dip and the top. Let's fucking go. Oh, he's done both. I only ever like to buy the top and sell the dip. I heard you were more of a bottom. Oui. Here he goes.
[00:20:57] Unknown:
Party Koch. Greetings from Germany. You guys are truly amazing. Those jingles are absolutely killer. I can't get enough of them. But rules and mainstream nonsense, question mark. Screw that. Taxes are theft. This is true. What are you gonna do? I don't know what he's referring to on the on the rules and mainstream nonsense. We play copyrighted music on the show, and we don't think here. Oh, we don't care. That was true. Screw that. Taxes of theft. Good point. They certainly are. FOMO, Medtronic, c dash c c minus? Like a little c minus and then not is that like man appears smiley, thing, but it's not actually? You know, like old school on text? I think that's like a little big smile. I think it's a big smile.
[00:21:45] Unknown:
But like on an old Nokia, you used to do them. I thought he was giving us a grade on the last episode. Like, this episode's a c minus.
[00:21:53] Unknown:
Oh, maybe he is. I don't know. He's either smiling because he's happy at our performance or he thinks it's distinctly average, c minus. Come below average. Yeah. Abel.
[00:22:03] Unknown:
Is that how we do it? A I b l e, Abel? I think we should say a I b l e. I mean, mean, he was putting brother before that. Mhmm. Do do you remember this? And I I could not find it yesterday. We asked him, can you explain what the a I b l and e is? And he did somewhere, and I can't fucking find it. Maybe Jordan can find it for us. I cannot remember.
[00:22:25] Unknown:
Yeah. Shit. I always thought it'd be like because it's like brother and he loves god. I thought it'd be like, isn't there an Abel in one of the stories? Yes. So I always just thought, like, well, it's probably just that, isn't it? It's like something to do with bible stuff. Yeah. That's spelled different. Okay. Well, I didn't know that. Yeah. Let us know. We've forgotten what you told us. So if you can remind us, we'd appreciate it. But Abel says, a I b l e says, corrupt the money, corrupt the morals, corrupt the man.
I feel the basis of a lot of the world's satanic influence is the corrupted debased money. Mhmm. While the basic instructions before leaving Earth are spiritually most important to me, a I b l e or the ASIC instructions before leaving the Earth Oh, he says all of you. Most important to me. So I can leave my children with a no KYC stack that they can enjoy whatever is left of this world. You 2 add to this ongoing work with your knowledge. Thank you, and god bless with a little prayer thing. Subway guy's rebuttal of Scalzo was exceptional.
Whether it's a sandwich artist or a foolish executive from a mining company diluting its shareholders, you're not going to rip the subway guy off. No way. Give me more olive. Fine times. Enjoyed the show. Nice banter with good info. Archester? Oh, that's a different person. Right. Thank you, a b I l e. So he's kind of explained what it is. He did. Yeah. Yeah. So this was weird. Asic instructions
[00:24:06] Unknown:
before leaving Earth.
[00:24:10] Unknown:
Very nice. AC Constructions before leaving Earth. I like it. That's pretty cool. Very cool. It is a nice way to stack for the kids without having to dox them and cause them problems in the future. That's why we do what we do. Indeed. That's why John does what he does, and I just sort of participate in my own way. I don't know what that means. Well, you give all the knowledge, and I just go to those snidey stupid comments and and edit it nicely. That's my part. Honestly. Yeah. Find Time says, enjoyed the show. Nice banter with good info. I already read that. Fuck's sake. Arkiestor boosted. Mhmm. Boosted. They boosted. Yeah. They didn't say nothing. Just boosted.
[00:24:53] Unknown:
Well, thank you. Barn Miner also boosted on Podverse, and he says, testes, testes, these cunts are so and then a bunch of gay symbols. Like, I think, like, trans flag and a man in a wedding dress, And then Okay. Email sign. Why can't I see any of that? I'd put it in later because Jordan had sent it to me last night after I did all that stuff. And then after that, also put in notes that you don't have. Special mention to set in stone, who was streaming us 400 sets a minute on the wasting hour of your life with John and Max or Max and John. I don't know which way you put that. So thank you very much, Set in Stone. That's awesome. Jordan wants us to mention anyone who is streaming 50 sets a minute or above. That is what Jordan told us we have to do. Okay. He's a great producer, and we do exactly what he says. We do most of the time. I really have to pee. I know it's early, but Fucking hell. 1.
[00:25:52] Unknown:
I'm getting old. Prost. Yeah. You are.
[00:25:57] Unknown:
Still doing a wee. Hey, baby. Hey. I'm here. I'm here.
[00:26:00] Unknown:
Fuck it. No. I thought you're still doing a wee. Not still doing a wee. I just snuffled a croissant.
[00:26:06] Unknown:
Is that right? That couldn't be oh, is that right? Yeah.
[00:26:11] Unknown:
Snuffled a croissant. Well, the problem is I try and have all healthy food in the house and, like, don't buy shit, but then my missus always does. And so I just went to go and do a weigh, and then I saw just croissants on the side with, like, some nice strawberry jam and butter and stuff. And I was like, do you know what? Fuck this. I'm gonna get involved. There you go. Good job. Way to stay on track with your health and fitness routine. Piece of shit. Well, I'm washing it down now with a protein shake, so I don't know if that helps you at all. Okay. Insulin issues.
[00:26:44] Unknown:
Bulking. Bulking.
[00:26:46] Unknown:
Always bulking, mate. Never cutting. Always bulking. There you go. Someday, you'll be £300.
[00:26:51] Unknown:
I believe in you. Not far off. Alright, mate. Up next on Ungovernable Misfits action news, we have our statistics.
[00:27:12] Unknown:
Statistics. Statistics. I'm a tell you the basics for hashing with basics Bitcoin Mining Statistics. Statistics. Statistics. I'm a tell you the basics for hashing with ASICs, Bitcoin Mining Statistics. Statistics.
[00:27:47] Unknown:
Statistics brought to you by LINK coin Mining and Load. That's right. The big fridge sponsors this episode, so you better watch out. Dude gets his hands dirty. Why do we allow the fridge to sponsor this show, Max? We're scared of them, basically. That's pretty much it. One might say it could be they offer a robust suite of customizable tools and intuitive user interface,
[00:28:09] Unknown:
but that's really not the truth. We're scared of the fridge. We are scared. He forces us. He knows we're the best show in town. Yep. And he says, you will do this for me. I will crush you. Mhmm. What I want you to do
[00:28:22] Unknown:
is talk about lien coin and load. If you don't,
[00:28:28] Unknown:
I'm going to break your face. You know, that soft, smooth Persian voice of his. Yeah. They wouldn't fuck with him, though. It's yin yang, isn't it? Mhmm. The voice is so soft and sweet, but, oh, is he brutal? Smooth voice. Even though he can't say w's.
[00:28:46] Unknown:
He can't do it. Vatiovant. It's endearing.
[00:28:51] Unknown:
It is endearing. And we have to say that because we're scared of him. We love you, mate. That's true. I I made fun of him a little bit, so I'm gonna backtrack now. That's best. As far as link coin pool is concerned, well, that's just one service. You don't like FPPS? You don't like a hash rate marketplace model? Don't use it. Fuck off then. Mhmm. They've got a ton of other mining operate. Fuck off then. That's a new one in the link coin load ad read. You don't like a pool?
[00:29:17] Unknown:
Eat shit. Then. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:29:20] Unknown:
Do you like device management? Do you like to reboot, adjust power, monitor temperatures? You want a site map of your site, PDU management, PLC management, rails automation? Rails. Rails automation.
[00:29:33] Unknown:
Put them on the rails.
[00:29:35] Unknown:
Batch troubleshoot, inventory management, share access at different levels. So here's the deal, Max. You work for me at my mine. You're just my accountant. I should probably choose a different accountant than you, but you're all I can assign. Yeah. Okay. You wanna pull stock. P and L reports? I give you that level of access to Mhmm. My dashboard there. You don't need to be rebooting machines. You just stay in your lane, pal. You got it? Mhmm. Mhmm. Okay. I will stay in my lane. Ticket generation. Now I've got some other Goomba who goes out on these sites for me. What am I supposed to do? Boom. I made you a ticket. It's got all the information on there. Rack number 3, slot 12.
[00:30:33] Unknown:
I don't think anyone else would,
[00:30:35] Unknown:
have this sort of edge in this industry, would they? No. No one can think of this kind of stuff. It's very nobody's ever thought of this kind of stuff from mining. Mhmm. Yeah. Oh, a little teaser for later on the show. I love it, Max.
[00:30:49] Unknown:
So smart.
[00:30:53] Unknown:
Uh-huh.
[00:30:57] Unknown:
That sounds like a goose. Pretty similar.
[00:31:01] Unknown:
A Giesen. A Giesen. Profit and loss reports, not to mention the functions that load performs. So this is like load specific stuff. 4 CP, seasonal coincidental peaks, real time energy pricing. The proof is in the pudding, my friend. Recently, Load reported that a client of theirs was able to make 1.5 Bitcoin per megawatt in August with a fleet of s 20 ones and 94% uptime. Their cost to mine, 1 Bitcoin, $21,246 per Bitcoin. Wow. How do you like that? Sophisticated. Very much.
[00:31:41] Unknown:
Half price.
[00:31:42] Unknown:
Awesome. Homeboy. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I was thinking in pounds. And and you are who I chose to be my accountant. Fuck. What a dumb decision. Shit. It's a huge mistake. Hey. I can just log in to Linkedin and load and, take away your access. Yeah. Do that immediately. Yeah. That's a good idea. I'll be I'll be right. No access for you, pal. You're no longer my accountant.
[00:32:05] Unknown:
You're fine. Know.
[00:32:07] Unknown:
Mhmm. Let's compare. A friend of mine, who I'm not gonna mention his name, said to me that he recently shared some data and with a rate of 7 and a half cents to 9 something cents a kilowatt hour with previous gen machines. So we think they're like k pros and some m fifties. His cost per Bitcoin was $73,000 of Bitcoin. That sucks. In scale matters, of course. I'm sure, you know, these these people that that that Lincoln and Loader dealing with are some big time miners probably down in Texas, and they're taking advantage of of, all the demand response programs that they have down there. And this guy has a pretty damn good rate, but still he figured it out and was $73,000 of Bitcoin.
Not great. Hey. You wanna be great? Schedule a consultation with Linkcoin Mining or Load. Hit them up on Twitter, Nima Amir. That's n I m z I l, our buddy, Nima, or contact, Medi,
[00:33:06] Unknown:
m e d I n a
[00:33:09] Unknown:
s e r I, to learn more about their ASIC energy, energy trading platforms, energy energy energy, bundle all that together and save. You can even use a pretty sweet pool if you're into that
[00:33:22] Unknown:
kind of thing.
[00:33:24] Unknown:
Global hash rate. Global hash rate on a 30 day moving average is 645 x hash. It was 643 on our last episode. That is the first time that we have had that small of of an adjustment Mhmm. The 30 day moving average. Things are slowing down just a tad. Wouldn't bet too much on it being slow for very much longer. 7 day moving average is at 627. It was 641. So the 7 day has actually gone down. One day highs for the past month have been as much as 7 140 x a hash on September 1st and as low as 498 on September 10th. Link coin's hash rate is 1.6 x a hash.
Let's get on it, people. Let's get them back over too. I was a little disappointed to see that. Stop fucking around. Yeah. Come on. Other mining pools of notes hash rate foundry is now 176. They were 148. Please pay attention to these ones, folks. Ant pool is now 170. They were 159. Via BTC went up 4 x a hash to 89. F 2 pool actually dipped a little bit. That's the only one. Marathon, 34 x a hash. They were 29. So found once again, foundry is 176. 176 x of hash, they were 148 just a month ago. Yeah. Just a month ago, Ampull was 159, and they're now 170. That's the 2 big guys. What's going on? Why is this happening? Don't know. People aren't impressed with the, the people that have significant hash rate only have one thing in mind. It's true.
[00:34:54] Unknown:
Vertu's tokens?
[00:34:56] Unknown:
Dollar dollar bills, y'all. Mhmm. Thought it might be. Yeah. Go figure. Lot of people. Mhmm. Spider pool, who I believe is a primary pool. I've looked into them before. I'm pretty sure they're a primary pool. When you go to, stratum dot work, they seem to be doing their own work. They're sitting at 21 exahash and, SBI crypto, who we always like to mention because they're also a primary pool, dipped hard from 10 Oh, fuck. Cash to 3.76. Yeah. I'd love SBI Crypto. That's, their primary pool. Mhmm. About decentralization, which I like, such a fucking asshole. What comes out of my mouth, really, what's in my head are often 2 different things. I care about decentralization too. I'm the fuck on. Come to. Yeah.
But they dipped hard. I'm curious to that. I I asked some people, and and they didn't get an answer from anybody. Is anybody got any scoop as to why that happened? I try to suss this shit out before we have the show, and nobody got back to me on that one. Well, if anyone knows, let us know because that is a big drop. Mhmm. What's the dealio? Hash value and hash price. Hash value is 72,338 sats per petahash. It was 74,457. So that's just a little dip. Hash price is hovering around 47 to $48. It was $45 a petahash per day. So, hey, that's pretty good, an improvement. Mhmm. We we've had it worse than that this month. On September 5th, we had an all time low of $38.56 per petahash.
Gross. All time low.
[00:36:30] Unknown:
Nasty. That is dirty and not in a good way. Mhmm.
[00:36:35] Unknown:
We have to go back to June 6th to show a really good hash price per day, and those numbers are about $88 per petahash per day, and you get a 127,000 sats on June 6th. That's quite nice.
[00:36:50] Unknown:
Memories like the corners of my mind.
[00:36:55] Unknown:
Misty watercolored
[00:36:57] Unknown:
memories. I just like to sing to see who I can trigger. Somebody it says every time I sing a song, somebody got something to say.
[00:37:05] Unknown:
You don't trigger me. I call sing memories again. While you're singing, I'm just gonna put a hoodie on because I've got a bit cold. Just give me a second.
[00:37:14] Unknown:
Oh. Oh, man. Sorry about that. I'll wait. Well, I'm a delicate flower now because,
[00:37:20] Unknown:
stripping off so much fat, I get cold No. Very cold. What happened
[00:37:25] Unknown:
What happened is you refused to ride your little bicycle in the rain and drove your old lady's car, and it made you melt. Soft. Yeah. And soft.
[00:37:35] Unknown:
Pitiful. Mhmm. Okay. That's nice. This is a nice hoodie I'm wearing as well, actually. Tell me about it. Very nice. It's from this incredible store called Ungovernable Misfits. Oh. Really, really high quality, very thick, very comfortable black hoodie with an incredible design on it. A skull with a fan. You might have seen it before. Mhmm. Got some fans down the arm as well, down the sleeve. Just looks fucking cool. Man, that sounds badass. Where might I get one of those? What you wanna do is go to Ungovernable Misfits dotcom, and go to clothing.
Scroll down. You'll see it there. It's just gorgeous.
[00:38:14] Unknown:
Just bought 10. Oh, did you? That fast. Yeah. That's how good the website is.
[00:38:20] Unknown:
I know you didn't do that because we still don't have lightning working. But guess what? Tomorrow, me and mister Crown are jumping on a call, and I'm gonna go through it with him. And together, we'll work it out and get it running again. Yeah. You do it, man. If you're a bit fat, but you've got some muscle somewhere hidden deep underneath all the blubber, this makes you look quite stacked. So, deceiving is quite nice, especially in the black. Isn't that what we're all going for? Yeah. Consider it. You need to do less gym. All you gotta do is go and invest in one of these hoodies, and you look pretty tough on the swoles.
[00:38:56] Unknown:
Mhmm. Transaction fees as a percentage of block reward are not swole. They're once again and again and again. Shitty. Shitty. Shitty. They're around 1%. They're not slow. They have not broken the 2% mark this month. Currently, next block estimator has it at 2 sats per v byte estimate on their medium v. And once again, thanks e 4pool for bringing that product back. On the upside,
[00:39:25] Unknown:
though, although it is shitty, it's nice to do a bit of, organization with the UTXOs and maybe, do some swaps and do some things to help you with your privacy and organization and everything else. So two sides to every story.
[00:39:43] Unknown:
Shitty, shitty, shitty for the minors, but quite nice if you're organizing your life. Can I, ask a follow-up question? Go for it. What if you're out of stats?
[00:39:54] Unknown:
What exactly does that do for you? What if you're completely out of stats? Like, you have literally 0 stats. Wiped out. I can tell you with confidence, pretty fucking close to it. Not a lot. Not a lot. It doesn't change your life in any way shape or form. Yeah. Cool. Cool. Thanks, man.
[00:40:15] Unknown:
Miners have been struggling for a while. Hash price has been low since the having, but was low even before the having if we remember. As a matter of fact, since the having, hash price has more than halved. Just estimating the hash price from the Q1 of the year, it was around a $105 on average. That's not me punching in every freaking day. That's just me, like, taking a graph and looking at it. It was about a $105. You had some periods that were like high seventies and low eighties, but probably we can average that, you know, low $100 hash price.
Half of that's what? 50? It's good maths. Right, pal? Sure. Sure it is, mate. Good. Yes. About 50 is half of that. And we haven't even had a ton of days that were in the 50 range. Most of them have been in the forties range. Desperate. Everybody expected, okay. We're gonna have half. Then we're gonna go for a while, and then we're gonna start to bump up a little bit. But having less than half, that's been tough. So desperate times call for desperate measures. Are we desperate enough to merge mine? Let's find out. Everybody has merged mining with something called fractal bitcoin. Is fractal bitcoin bitcoin?
Nope. It's not a side chain. It just references real blocks every 3 blocks through the op return mechanism. Miners may embed the merkel root of the fractal bitcoin transactions in the upturn of an actual bitcoin transaction. So that's that's its association with the regular bitcoin blockchain. It's pretty fucking loose. It's basically like we record an inscription of the Merkle route, all of our transactions on our little not side chain of Bitcoin, but separate chain. You follow me here, Max? You're on mute, so if you're saying anything.
[00:42:04] Unknown:
Yeah. I just realized. The answer was, no. Not really. I'm not following this at all. What the fuck? So Fractal Bitcoin is a SHA 256
[00:42:15] Unknown:
Chit coin, essentially. Okay. Yeah. But what it does is record the Merkle Root of its transactions every third block. It'll it'll Right. Put a a transaction on on the real Bitcoin blockchain as if some sort of proof work mechanism proof of recording mechanism. Maybe I should call it that like hey we've recorded what we're doing over here on our chain on yours on yours. Yeah. Okay. But miners can also mine to Fractal Bitcoin at the same time that they mine to the normal Bitcoin blockchain. So all of their SHA 256 shares can be, like, double shared.
Whereas previously in the episode, aren't you like, oh, miners go this and then go back and forth? It happens simultaneously. That's the merge part.
[00:43:11] Unknown:
So alright. What is the downside then if you're already given the same amount of hash to the Bitcoin blockchain and you're also mining this shitcoin thing, but you're not losing any hash rate? So you're just doing what you'd do anyway, but you're also mining this other one, which presumably has some type of value for some amount of time. And then presumably, you can sell that shit coin for something that's useful. So what's the downside?
[00:43:44] Unknown:
Yeah. I I I'm not really seeing one right now besides it's kind of weird. You don't have to maintain your own separate node. The pools that do this thing, f 2, spider pool, via BTC, ant pool, something called maxi pool.
[00:43:59] Unknown:
Okay.
[00:44:01] Unknown:
That's, a maxi pool that's actually a shitcoin pool. Yeah. I mean, maxi pool. That's actually a shitcoin pool. Right. They'll handle the separate node, the separate, you know, block construction K. For the miners. And some pools, I do believe, I wasn't able to get into I I probably should have merged mine for a little bit, but it Probably. And I'm a weirdo. You know? Like, it just feels weird and dirty to me. So, I mean, to answer your question, why wouldn't you do it? I don't I don't know. And that's why that's why we have a podcast where we discuss these kind of things.
[00:44:34] Unknown:
There's probably is some sort of downside somehow, but from the way that you've explained it there, I'm like, free shit. Who doesn't like free shit? It's like you get more stuff. You do the same stuff and you get more stuff. Well, okay. I'll take that. Even if it's, like, only 1% more, you're like Mhmm. You fucking take everything you can get. Why not? I I I guess. Unless unless someone can correct us and say
[00:44:59] Unknown:
there's a real issue Somebody is going to come along and say, oh, you're actually increasing your chance of hitting an empty block because of latency issues of, you know, sharing on 2 nodes. It does something like that is going to come about. I I just have a feeling. Probably. Now does that matter to somebody who is, like, you know, just a hash rate contributor on a pool? Not a whole hell of a lot. Mhmm. In aggregate, it seems you are going to get a certain percentage more money over time doing this than you would just going with a pool who who who don't fuck with that shit. Okay. Well, I would like more money. Guess so. Yeah. I think what I'll do is I'll I'll throw a miner. I only have 3 miners running right now, but it's it's getting colder. So once one of the home heating miners come back on, maybe I'll point to, to one of these pools fucking around with this shit. Okay. But you can do on on this side chain, you can do all the faggot shit that you normally can do with the BRC 20 tokens and inscriptions and ordinals and runes. So they all they have all that shit coinery on there. There's a block popping off every 30 seconds or so, and their difficulty scales up and down very quickly. It isn't it isn't like a 2 week period. Right. Take a guess. What did we say? 643 x hash on the Bitcoin network?
Take a guess how much hash rate is on this Fractal Bitcoin merge mining thing. Don't look at the notes. Just take a guess. 1% of that. 240 x of hash. Oh. Yeah. That's quite a lot. That's quite a lot. So people are doing this. It's a thing. Hold on. So 240
[00:46:39] Unknown:
x of hashes on there, and there's how much in total? 6.57100. 6.43, I think it was. Let me see. Fuck. Okay. So I was 45. Was our 30%. It's like it's like 30%,
[00:46:51] Unknown:
and I said 1. Yeah. I I completely they have their own mempool, and I was like, oh, I gotta check out this mempool. Holy shit. 204? That can't be right. It must really fluctuate up and down. The fuck? Well, that would lead me to believe that there isn't a lot of downside because
[00:47:06] Unknown:
that much hash isn't stupid.
[00:47:09] Unknown:
Mm-mm.
[00:47:10] Unknown:
That's a lot of like, you know, a third of the network aren't fucking retards because they wouldn't be in business anymore Yeah. If they were. It's like if you took the top mining pools, foundry, ant pool via BTC,
[00:47:22] Unknown:
together are, 3 40, 440, 420. So it's half of the top 3 pools. Okay. Watch this space then. I I I, people have already been watching it. They had a 50% pre mine, so that's normal typical shit coinery. Yeah. So everybody's gonna get paid out. But everything else, don't worry. It's it's legit block popping off every 30 seconds. If you were to solo mine this, you still wouldn't have very much of a chance of of hitting a block. You know, like, 1 petahash is 4 millionth of a percent. So you're still competing against a lot of hash rates. Don't think that you're gonna just completely switch chains and and say, oh, I'm gonna solo mine this thing. It seems to be a strategy that you do through the pools. Okay. Okay. Yeah.
[00:48:10] Unknown:
It sounds gay, but Yeah. At the same time, people are desperate. Anything that can get them a few more sats, they're gonna need to do to, stay alive.
[00:48:20] Unknown:
Desperate times, call for desperate measures kind of thing. And something popped into my mind. It's like, we're already competing against these big pools who are able to borrow tons of money and buy new gen machines just because they get some kind of break on depreciation and taxes and they have to take VC money and they play all their fiat fucking games and we use our pizza shop principles and have to scrap and scrounge and mine the way that we do. And now we got to compete with them that they're getting a little extra income on the merge mining. So is it a can't beat them, join them kind of thing? Don't know? I don't know either.
[00:48:54] Unknown:
We'll see. We'll that we'll see over the next month or so. I'm sure we'll people will shout to us in, in the comments. Oh, they sure as fuck will shout at us. Yeah. You fucking know what you're talking about. No problem doing that. Yeah. Come and shout at us and send SAT so that you can do it.
[00:49:11] Unknown:
So why not mine with a pool that enables you to participate in the merge mining? Why not why not do it?
[00:49:17] Unknown:
Can you do it on Linkedin or not? No. Fucking hell, Matty. Come on. Let's let's get out with the shit coin array. Let's do some shit in the merge mining. Bro. Come on, bro. Let you know about it. No. May maybe we should ask Bodhi what he thinks of it. Okay.
[00:49:32] Unknown:
Hey, boys. I just want to chime in here on the shit coin conversations.
[00:49:37] Unknown:
Yeah. Yeah. Bring it on.
[00:49:38] Unknown:
No matter which way the industry goes, my treads are planted. I am Bitcoin Unchained only. No cash. No Monero. No lightning. Fuck gold. Fuck silver. Shiny rock dude. My ass. I ain't having it. I won't even trade seashells for the fruits of my labor. Okay.
[00:50:02] Unknown:
You're taking the stand. There must be certain situations where you'll do that. What about miss Botty? I know it's been hard times for you with your mining setup. What about if miss Botty is performing at Hashlutz again? She wants some dollar bills throwing. She doesn't want you to send an on chain payment and potentially wait 40 minutes for that to go through while she's shaking shaking that v dub what do you call it? A VW? Volkswagen Beetle. Shaking the Beetle. You want some dollars, so reconsider.
[00:50:33] Unknown:
Oh, well, yeah, for that. Sure, my dude. Sometimes you gotta make compromises. There we go. A bot gotta do. What a bot gotta do?
[00:50:45] Unknown:
Well, good point. I guess even body is willing to compromise on his morals. Shiny rock gooed. Next up on ungovernable misfits, we have our North Dakota friends, Bifrost Manufacturing, you know. Coming from the land of ice and snow in Grand Forks, North Dakota, don't you know we've got Bifrost Manufacturing? That accent is great. I was talking to Aaron the other day, and we pretty much have the North Dakota white guy accent down, but there's a whole another segment of accent up there with the natives that live on the reservation. And I have not perfected this yet, but we're working on it. You know, Aaron, if you listen to the interview that we had with him, quite a while ago, he used to be a cop. And they get a lot of action from the, residents of the reservation.
And he he's just has so many stories between the interactions of the cops there and people that live on the reservation and they're great freaking stories. And I'm trying to memorize them, but really there's no replace. And we're just going to have to have Aaron on the show sometime to tell some of his stories. Some of his North Dakota cop stories. You know? But, anyway, now he owns a manufacturing company, and they just got an SAF printer. What's that? Well, it's a printer that, like, lays down a powder powdered nylon, then jets a high absorption fluid over the top of that, and then it's cured by UV light. So when you're making your print, like, in this normal 3 d printer thing, it, like, poops out a little bit of this this plastic on there, and then it poops out a little more, another layer of plastic. How it does it. It poops it out. Poops it out. Yeah.
Yeah. But this SAF printer lays down like a little powder. And then it then some absorption fluid, and then it cures it. So it's ready to go for the next layer, and it does this really, really fast. And it's highly accurate. And each, like, little part of the part that you print is strong. You don't have any variation because it's curing constantly. I get it. Whereas you can have variation with regular 3 d printing because you got, like, your little hot bed on the bottom and then different temperatures as you go up, but this thing doesn't do that. They got so many cool toys, haven't they? Yeah. They have lots of cool toys.
So to me, it's it's great for for our our mining listeners and our type listeners and and, you know, people that own farms and the creative types where you're creating a product and you may only want to produce 50 of them. And you think, oh, contacting some Chinese company to do plastic injected molding that might be too expensive. I really wanna make this part. Or I can 3 d print it, and it's most likely going to be shit. Well, screw it. I'm just not going to create this part. I think this SAF printer could be a solution to that. It's also not plastic. It's nylon.
[00:53:55] Unknown:
Mhmm. So you it can be, you know, more high strength parts. What about for heat and stuff like that? Because I've always worried about, you know, you have these, like, mining parts that are made of, like, 3 d printed stuff. I always look at it. I'm like, I don't know if I would trust that. It's like very hot metal parts next to, like, printed plastic parts. Mhmm. It kind of I feel like, I don't know that I'd want that in my house.
[00:54:23] Unknown:
I can tell you this from a mining perspective. They do get, you know, more malleable with the heat that comes out of a miner, but it's pretty robust. I've never had any Okay. Any failures. And some of the prints, like, we used to have a guide who's it seems to be off the reservation now, Zuck. He 3 d printed some super thick, shroud and sent to me one time. Man, those things are super high quality, but they were almost so thick that they were rigid. And I, like, put a a a hose clamp around one of them and put a duct into it, and it broke the thing. So there's that trade off of of how thick you want to do your 3 d print. But I think because this is nylon, that it's it's very robust. You know? I I would have to imagine nylon could even be more robust than than plastic. Maybe they can tell us. Bifrost, if you're listening, let us know. Yeah. Let us know all about your new SAF printer, you and your fucking toys you get every 5 minutes. It also has, like, this really, really high resolution camera that examines the print constantly Oh. And adjusts temperatures. Yeah. So it's just not it's just not pooping out much more than pooping. Quality control.
[00:55:27] Unknown:
Constant quality control.
[00:55:29] Unknown:
Yeah. I like that. I've thought in my mind, Bifrost doing an advertisement on Ungovernable Misfits was a great idea for the 3 d printing part of things. Like, okay. I've you've got 1 3 d printer at home. Sorry. You're not gonna make a 100 of this thing that you've created, but, you know, I think I've sent out videos of Bifrost's 3 d printing room. It's just like a shitload of 3 d printers in a in a horseshoe shape there so they can do that. But now with this SAF printer, I really think this is a place that plebs and creators can think about as somebody that they can work with to take what's in their mind and make it physical.
[00:56:08] Unknown:
How would they, contact them? Visiting their website at Bifrost manufacturing dotcom.
[00:56:17] Unknown:
Call them at 218-280-0371. That's in the United States, so you gotta put your little plus one in there.
[00:56:25] Unknown:
Or email kerickson at Bifrost manufacturing dotcom.
[00:56:32] Unknown:
There you go. Max, we have to pause the show. Again, you need another
[00:56:37] Unknown:
tingle. I don't need another tingle, mate,
[00:56:41] Unknown:
but I have not put in this bit that I want to do. Yeah. My quality control. Send the shit out of
[00:56:58] Unknown:
You are literally pooping them out. There's no quality control here. None. None. A tall.
[00:57:05] Unknown:
I don't even know where I put it. It's funny though. I'll tell you that. I'm ready. I'm ready now with this segment. Actually, I'm not ready. Nope. Oh, okay. Nope. I don't know how I did this. Alright. Here we go. I'm ready.
[00:57:26] Unknown:
You sure? Yeah. Okay.
[00:57:30] Unknown:
Up next on Ungovernable Misfits action news. We've got a little game show that we're gonna play, Max and I, called are you a shit coiner? Are you a shit coiner? Alright. Welcome, ladies and degenerates, Unguinal Misfits. Are you a shit coiner? The world's only show where we sussed out your shitcoin credentials. Today, we're taking a hard look at everything from PRC 20 tokens, inscriptions, NFTs minting on Bitcoin, Monero, lightning, liquid, and merge mining. Will our contestants prove their Bitcoin loyalty or be exposed as dirty shitcoiners?
Now without further delay, here are your hosts, the Hashrate heavyweight, John d, and the man who swears bitaxes were born from a tawdry affair between a seed signer and an s nine, Max bit by bit. Welcome, Max. How are you, sir? As if I haven't been speaking to you for an hour and a half. I am doing very well. You're looking so sharp. Thank you very much. Yes, I grew my sideburns long and I've got a nice head of helmet hair with a ton of hairspray in it so it doesn't move an inch. Aren't I handsome?
[00:58:46] Unknown:
Very handsome. Very aroused.
[00:58:49] Unknown:
Max,
[00:58:49] Unknown:
do you consider yourself a shitcoiner? I would say so, yes. Mhmm. Top tier shitcoiner.
[00:58:55] Unknown:
Yes. Question number 1, Maximilian von Bittenstein. Is lightning a shitcoin?
[00:59:03] Unknown:
No. But it is shit at times.
[00:59:07] Unknown:
How about liquid?
[00:59:08] Unknown:
Yeah. I would say that is a sort of a shitcoin. Yes. Because you don't really fully have custody. It kind of is separate. People would argue that it isn't. But, yeah, I would say that's more of a shitcoin.
[00:59:20] Unknown:
Okay. Has its uses, but more of a shitcoin. How about what we've covered, you know, maybe 4 months ago with VRC 20 tokens, the inscriptions, the NFTs on Bitcoin. It was a really great couple of weeks, couple months perhaps of transaction fees as a percentage of lock reward for miners. Are those shitcoins?
[00:59:40] Unknown:
Yes. I would say they are shit coins.
[00:59:42] Unknown:
Very well. How about Monero?
[00:59:44] Unknown:
I would say that is a good coin that would be called a shitcoin. It gets an emotional response from people sometimes. Oh it does, yeah it really does. Especially as I've been using it more people are quite upset.
[00:59:58] Unknown:
Well, you're gonna piss a lot of people off here soon. Not gonna say anything else than that, but I'm looking forward to the fireworks. That's all I'm gonna say on that one. Okay. Me too. Oh, that'd be good. And we recently covered merge mining.
[01:00:14] Unknown:
Well, not recently. It was literally just 15 minutes ago. What do you think about this merge mining thing? I fucking love it. I'm going to start doing it on my massive amount of hash rate that I have.
[01:00:25] Unknown:
I don't know. I don't know what to think about all of this stuff. I just thought it would be a fun segment to do. Are these all shit coins? I'm more in the body camp than anything else, and that's mainly because I like to keep my life very simple. I'm a simple kind of man.
[01:00:44] Unknown:
I agree. You are.
[01:00:45] Unknown:
Am I desperate enough to do? This is what's funny. It's like I don't feel I'm desperate enough to do the merge mining thing. I would rather just innovate in other ways, even though that will be less lucrative for me and be a huge pain in the ass in my life and cause me much strife and anxiety and difficulty and money, but I would still rather do it that way than with this tomfoolery.
[01:01:09] Unknown:
Well, I guess it depends. There's probably a number. Everyone has a number. Don't know. There's like, if you found out, for example, that, oh, I'd be 25% more profitable if I did this, and I've just gotta click a little button Yeah. Would you do it?
[01:01:24] Unknown:
Good question. Are you a shitcoiner?
[01:01:27] Unknown:
At 25%, I imagine that you would be a shitcoiner. You're a shitcoiner. Yeah. And the same with me, like, if I need to send a private transaction now that we don't have Whirlpool Mhmm. And it really matters to me, then I'm a shitcoiner, and I will use Monero. So it Yeah. It depends in the circumstances
[01:01:45] Unknown:
how much of a shitcoiner I will be. The samurai arrest has changed everything. It really did. The peep people think this is just like a a personality issue that it's just 2 human beings who've been wrongfully arrested, and that sucks. Mhmm. No. You took away huge utility out of Bitcoin privacy. It it's not a a trivial thing that happened here, and it's still happening. P2prights.org.
[01:02:07] Unknown:
Yeah. We're gonna put the link there as well. You know, me and Q spent a long time just back and forth and others as well just being like, what the fuck do we do here now? Like, what are the what's gonna be the option? We kept coming up with these Rube Goldberg machines and q set. You know, it was like, oh, if you swap into this and you swap into this and then send on lightning over to this node, and then you swap that out to this, and you do it's all this, like, very complicated shit, and we just took for granted how good we had it with Whirlpool. It was just so simple. Fucking put it through Whirlpool, spend using their spending tools. It was so good, and we were so close. I think it was diverted yesterday what they've taken from us. And Mhmm. Apart from the fact that our friends are in a lot of trouble and and facing all sorts of issues, and that is disgusting to see. You know, for the actual Bitcoin space, not having this and when we were so close, like, Proton were gonna be including this. They were gonna actually be running a Whirlpool and you could you know, just we were so close to having not privacy on Bitcoin by default, but, like, a a privacy protocol that really worked and that was widespread through the ecosystem that any idiot could use. And that was fucking great. And now we don't have it. And so I'm the same. I don't like to complicate my life. I like something that's just simple and works. And so
[01:03:38] Unknown:
sometimes you got a shit coin. And it's like outside forces did this to us. Yes. You know? Big players did this to us. Big players in the government. Mhmm. Big players in banking did this and both on the privacy side and the mining side. Okay. You you pushed us to this when we used to have a $120 a day hash price, and now we've got 38 fucking dollars for running a petahash worthless machine. You know? Missus body, hash, miss Huddl not 420, they make that in, like, 35 seconds
[01:04:10] Unknown:
at hash They got the assets. Yo.
[01:04:15] Unknown:
Are you gonna merge mine? I think mister Ted DiBiase said it best. Everybody's got a price for the $1,000,000 man. He walks around with that briefcase full of money. You're gonna do stuff, maybe dirty stuff, dirtier than shit coining, merge mining. Much dirtier. Hey. You don't want us to be in the poor house? You don't want Max and John to do dirty things? You better stop right now. You better drop right now and boost, motherfucker. Something new. Stop rock. So the notes in The Sopranos. Something notate.
[01:05:02] Unknown:
This is something new.
[01:05:05] Unknown:
You're gonna boost? Hey. Send to the painting, t. Come on. You're gonna send us a boost? Look right down at your phone right now. Press that boost button. Throw us some sats. Do you want Max doing dirty things?
[01:05:16] Unknown:
Let's see the more. Yes or no? Yeah.
[01:05:22] Unknown:
Keep us from merge mining.
[01:05:24] Unknown:
Please. Poor me, familia. Don't want to merge mine.
[01:05:28] Unknown:
Just a cell x.
[01:05:32] Unknown:
Merge. Merge mine. Here are some stats so you don't have to merge mine. I never send John nice personal messages, only Max.
[01:05:42] Unknown:
You don't if you're not into lightning shitcoinery, if if you played our are you a shitcoin are you a shitcoiner game, and you said, yes, lightning is a shitcoin, Maybe you wanna throw us some sets to our. You can throw them to mine, at least. Weathered thunder 791. Max has 12, I guess. Nothing. I'm just not gonna play, guys. I was actually just, muting it while I burp down the phone. Oh, thank you. One of your reverse burps. Alright. Yeah. That was the one. Well, either way, keep us out of the poor house. Keep us from shitcoining. Keep our clothes on and off the pole. Send us a boost. We appreciate you. Very much so. T
[01:06:27] Unknown:
I a. I remembered from the boost. Did you remember? Yeah. Yeah. I did. Well done.
[01:06:38] Unknown:
Up next on Ungovernal Misfits, action news. We've got action news. This is Ungovernable Misfits, action news, your trusted source for news in the Bitcoin mining scene. Our whole pin of journalists are dedicated to uncovering the stories that matter most. What's that in the sky? Why it's all tear with miner news. Absolutely red tail hawk. Turn up the base with base load. Contributing maverick journalist Dick Greaser from the Bitcoin bugle and the ever present,
[01:07:10] Unknown:
Ben Meade. Ben Meade. And now, end of the list, No. I like to butt heads with him. And sometimes I ride him like a horse. Although he can't hold out of my weight. So I put my feet on the ground and just pretend I'm riding him, but he loves it anyway. He's so cute, our little bar miner. He sent everybody jerky. Send you free jerky. Ordered myself some jerky. He sent me an extra bag to have in my truck with me in case I, like, wrap on the side of the road. Oh, Johnny. I love you. I sent you an extra bag because you're my favorite person in the world. He didn't write that. He just basically said, hey. Here's an extra bag to have in your truck so you don't starve to death.
But I wish he did. I wish he said that to me
[01:08:05] Unknown:
Yeah. Because I love him.
[01:08:07] Unknown:
As I mentioned earlier on the show, Bubba was over here last night, and Barn just sent Bubba some jerky because he thought he was just a good guy, and you deserve some jerky. See, Santa Claus is real, people.
[01:08:20] Unknown:
He knows when you are sleeping. He knows when you're awake. Barn Miner will send you jerky if you're not a dick. He's never some man. That's because you're a dick.
[01:08:37] Unknown:
I don't really mean that, Max. I just wanna apologize. You can cut this part out if you want to. No. We'll keep it in. Everyone know the abuse. Speaking of abuse, Corey Klippenstein from Swan? Oh. He's got some yeah. He's he must be an abuser because he really pissed off some of his employees and fucked up his relationship with the mining arm of Swan.
[01:09:02] Unknown:
Stop looking at me, Swan.
[01:09:11] Unknown:
What developments are you most excited about in the Bitcoin ecosystem?
[01:09:15] Unknown:
I have to go with mining because that's where I've been super involved right now. There are a lot of new mining technologies here. Super excited. Stop looking at me, Schwann.
[01:09:27] Unknown:
To shut down the managed mining unit, what happened then? We ended up having a a a breakup with a major capital provider. Stop looking at me. You guys were expecting to IPO. That got canceled. You had to cut stuff. You had to shut down the managed mining unit.
[01:09:43] Unknown:
Yeah. It was, definitely unfortunate. Definitely unfortunate. Stop brooking at me. Unfortunate.
[01:09:48] Unknown:
Stop brooking at me, Swan.
[01:09:51] Unknown:
Well, it sure is unfortunate, Corey. Couldn't have happened to a better guy. Like, we give a fuck. Recently, Swan had accused, members and team members and associates and contractors of their failed mining arm that they executed a rain and hellfire plan to steal swan's $1,000,000,000 Bitcoin mining business. These are some yeah. This is, some hard ass motherfuckers like CIA assets. Mhmm. They gave it a code name. Rain and hellfire.
[01:10:25] Unknown:
I have missed all of this. Well, good thing you're listening to Ungovernable Misfits action news. You're gonna keep me up to date. What's happening in the Bitcoin mining scene? You know it, pal. What are those signets been up to?
[01:10:39] Unknown:
Swan claims the conspirators attempted to steal Swan's proprietary information and then resigned near simultaneously on August 8th this year to join something called Proton. Not Proton Mail, Proton Mining. The first person that you heard in that song that we mixed up was some guy named Rafael Zaghuri, something like that. I actually didn't write his name down, but he was, Corey's right hand man in doing the mining, and he had an organization called Proton. And supposedly everyone left to join Proton. And what they did was they cloned and exfiltrated highly proprietary code from Swan's BNOC, that's a network operations center, from GitHub. So they had some kind of monitoring program or software for their mining operations as if you can't get that anywhere. Yeah. I've not heard of that before. Yeah. Yeah. Hey. Maybe we know somebody. I don't know. I know a guy.
From GitHub and downloaded a copy outside of Swan Secure Systems.
[01:11:39] Unknown:
It's like Snowdon all over again. They sure They smuggled it out in a Rubik's cube. They sure
[01:11:45] Unknown:
maybe they hired Chelsea Manning. They misappropriated thousands of documents and files containing Swan's proprietary and confidential information and trade secrets. Shh. Corey know. Corey knows. He's got all this stuff.
[01:11:57] Unknown:
Corey knows everything about mining. And only he knows.
[01:12:00] Unknown:
Hush-hush.
[01:12:01] Unknown:
Maybe it's merge mining. Maybe he invented merge mining. Yeah. Oh. You heard it here first. Corey Klippenstein invented merge mining. 1 of the defendants attempted to delete his SWAN email address from his GitHub account. Oh, he knows how to cover his tracks. The conspirators solicited Swan's mining personnel, usurped Swan's funding arrangement, used Tether for legal cover, whatever you fucking go right there, retorts, and irreparably harmed Swan's market ability. They coordinated their resignations as we stated before. Tether notified Swan that Proton would take over the day to day Bitcoin Mining Management in their joint venture with Tether coming in like Tony Scouse, I'll type. Listen. We're gonna be taking over the day to day operations. Okay, Corey?
[01:12:53] Unknown:
You understand?
[01:12:55] Unknown:
Swan has sought legal recourse to hold the defendants accountable for trade secret misappropriation, breach of contractual obligations, conversion, conversion? I don't know what that means. An unfair competition and to recover economic damages and attorney's fees due to the unlawful theft. So what did they have, Max? What were these great proprietary tools, Bitcoin mining tools that gave them the advantage over everyone else? And, no, I'm not talking about merge mining. I don't know, but it's probably swan of a kind. AU.
[01:13:26] Unknown:
Swan thing led to another? Yeah. No one knows. Love it. Did you write these down, or they just come off the top of your head? I'm feeling spontaneous, mate. You're incredible.
[01:13:37] Unknown:
Swan spent significant time and money developing its Bitcoin network operations center, the b nock. I bet you they spent more time coming up with the fucking name than they did actually creating the Bitcoin network operations center. Listen, Max. This is a complex proprietary platform for managing mining data and analytics, which tracks mining sites. Get this one. Weather.
[01:14:02] Unknown:
I've not heard of any other ways that you could, you could do that.
[01:14:07] Unknown:
The weather? I don't know. Maybe The Weather Channel will sponsor the show. Get this one. Bitcoin price. How do you like that? Mhmm. Here's another one. Hash rate. They can monitor hash rate. What the fuck have they? I don't know. Ask Corey. He's got the secret sauce.
[01:14:32] Unknown:
I'll take more secret sauce.
[01:14:34] Unknown:
They can monitor Hashrate.
[01:14:36] Unknown:
Wow. That's right, pal. And other data concerning mining operations. It's too hush-hush to even put in the filing. Here's what they did. They developed proprietary hash rate optimization techniques that maximize the number of computations per second that mining hardware can perform to increase the chances to win the Bitcoins.
[01:15:00] Unknown:
Chip tuning? It's a swonderful life.
[01:15:07] Unknown:
Fuck. This is gonna blow your mind here, Max. What they were doing was something called overclocking and underclocking. Wow. Mhmm. To optimize mining hardware's power without compromising stability.
[01:15:22] Unknown:
Oh, no wonder they have the edge then.
[01:15:26] Unknown:
Fucking
[01:15:27] Unknown:
a. Put them on rails.
[01:15:30] Unknown:
The geographic insights for selecting optimal mining locations. Mhmm. They scour the globe to find out where to plop down some machines and and get a good rate. Amazing. Cooling and software optimizations. So turns out they, you know, they figured out the whole hot and cold aisle. There are some Maybe they read Barn Miner and Aaron Hall's article on Ungovernable Misfits on containment. And why does it matter? It's possible. No. Maybe maybe we should fans of the show. We should sue them. Ay, come on. Man. I love it.
They also did something where they developed proprietary financial modeling, data analytics, and financial monitoring tools that include cost benefit analysis models. Wow. Real time performance dashboards for operational efficiency and market trend analysis tools to inform decisions.
[01:16:22] Unknown:
Just incredible.
[01:16:23] Unknown:
I don't know what to say. Where did they come up with this stuff? Why isn't anybody else doing it? Literally nobody else. I'm so impressed.
[01:16:31] Unknown:
Stop looking at me, Swan.
[01:16:34] Unknown:
This is basically just using Lincoin and load. And and not not even that. Just the tip of the spear for link coin and load. The most basic functions.
[01:16:43] Unknown:
The entry level package. This is literally shit that John does with 3 machines in his garage, and and he does it better.
[01:16:54] Unknown:
This is essentially you know, Barn Miner is often the one to initially test a lot of, Linkcoin products because he he'll fuck around long enough, and he he's very good at fucking shit up. You you 2 are a lot alike. Yeah. Except he fixes it. Yeah. He finds the things that are wrong. You know? So much more sophisticated
[01:17:14] Unknown:
than this goofy shit. They're very clumsy with his hooves, isn't he?
[01:17:18] Unknown:
Oh, no. Dexterity. Oh, no. Broken something else. What do I do, Mehdi? PDUs.
[01:17:30] Unknown:
We're doing, like, a reverse sponsorship ad like we used to do for Compass. In fact, I feel like we should do another reverse sponsorship for Compass because there are other people who are I don't believe this, but are actually sponsored by those fucking retards. So if you are listening to the show and you listen to any other shows that are taking money from Compass, consider not doing that and just boost us instead. You'll be better off. You sure fuck will. I actually literally can confirm. Mhmm. And they and they you're still not out. I am still not out. No. It's only been, like, 3 years. Tens of 1,000 of dollars that I've lost because of them. So reverse out there. If you are listening or watching any other shows that take money from those fucking retards, do not order a machine or do anything with them because they are going to rape you. It will not be fun. If you're gonna do anything, go to Hash Sluts and just, like, throw some ones. Go and have some fun with it because you're not getting it back either way. Through your shit coin, 1 Fiat dollars.
Yeah.
[01:18:38] Unknown:
We're gonna get sued, mate, by 2 companies now. Come piss and swan. I would take it as a high honor. Come on, you fucking turds.
[01:18:48] Unknown:
We're gonna sue both of you for all you've got.
[01:18:51] Unknown:
Yeah. Here you go.
[01:18:54] Unknown:
His, his 2 bit taxes. Pie sent a 5,000 sat boost. You're guess you can have it.
[01:19:03] Unknown:
But still don't because I don't want the stress. Yeah. Fuck you as well. Thanks. And I'll pass on that. And, of course, the Bitcoin bugle and Dick Grease are gonna chime in on this. We've got an update from them called Swan, and this s is a dollar sign. Okay? Oh. Keep that keep that in your little minds. Okay. Swan alleges former employees didn't respect Klippenstein's values of using dollars to make Bitcoin stronger by Richard Greaser. Pleb CEO core let me just start it off. So Pleb CEO, Corey Kligenstein, fondly referred to as coinjoin Corey by many Twitter users users announced he was suing former employees that had been associated with swan mining. Stop looking at me, swan.
The basis of the lawsuit suggested that employees represented they wanted to use dollars to make Bitcoin stronger, but showed they cared little about the success of the network, and were entirely focused on farming dollars without the thought of Bitcoin's success or network security in mind. It's appalling to me that people use the Swan brand for their own personal gain when Swan is really about serving the plebs by making Bitcoin stronger with dollars, Klippenstein told the bugle. The lawsuit states that not only were former employees actions an affront to Bitcoin and Satoshi's legacy, but also Klippenstein himself who is one of the most important CEOs in the Bitcoin industry due to his commentary on shitcoiners. Udi, a Twitter commentator and individual who believes that one of the primary ways to make Bitcoin stronger is out of band spam transactions, misunderstood the point of the lawsuit suggesting that users of the Swan platform should withdraw their funds off the platform. This clearly showed that Udi has very little understanding of the product he is criticizing as most of the platform's users immediately withdraw their funds after purchases making UTXO management incredibly difficult, UTXO management. The issue of UTXO management has come up to UTXO disruption over fee markets in the past. UTXO has sparred with Klippenstein publicly in the past for their very different views on how to make Bitcoin stronger. A darker side of the story is emerging suggesting that p Diddy was somehow involved with swan mining.
Salacious. A source familiar with the story has informed the bugle that the FBI is involved with the case, yeah, And female body inspector and has confiscated baby oil from Diddy's residence, which is reportedly actually dialectic fluid used to cool Bitcoin miners in an immersion setting. Oh, by the way view it. Yeah. Yeah. I think Klippenstein invented emergent mining. I did hear that. Yeah. How or why Diddy is involved with this case is yet unknown, but it brings up serious speculation that the rumored swan sex cult may be a phenomenon much bigger than a rumor started or exaggerated by online meme gangs.
Cult. What is surprising about all of this is that swan has has historically had one of the most robust and effective hash rate departments. Oh, it's HR departments. In it got me on that one. Ensuring proper conduct of their employees and properly vetting team to ensure they actually had the best intentions when it came to Bitcoin. Swan's HR department had a core mission of ensuring through proper background checks and stringent interviews in the form of an internal company podcast series that prospective employees did indeed have the best intention of using dollars to make Bitcoin stronger. How potentially nefarious actors got through this stringent process with Brady Swenson listening to each podcast episode of prospective employees produced by the HR department is unknown at this time. The matters of determining the former employee's intentions have now been referred to the courts to determine. The story is developing, and updates will follow. Thank you very much. Dick Greaser from the Bitcoin Bugle, who they say, we work for you, not for PodConf or the CIA.
It's all kicking off. It sure is. It's amazing how all this stuff ties together. Well, I'm glad we have the bugle to bring the real news. Thank you very much. And we're glad to fill our show up with, content that somebody else produced. Yes. Great. And we'd like to take this opportunity on Uncoverable Misfits action news to thank our sponsor, Altair, and to tell you what they're up to. Wait. Didn't I already do this one? No. I didn't. And up next.
[01:23:35] Unknown:
Just get it out of the way, mate.
[01:23:37] Unknown:
Man. Here we go. Let's just just and now we'd like to get out of the way, our sponsor, Altair. Oh, never gonna live that one now. Altair is never in the way. They are the way. Oh, I like that. Yeah. Way to turn it around, mate. Hey. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it. I'm a professional at this. Might I remind everybody that winter is coming, and you're not gonna partner with a better minor skier salesman than Altair if you are in the home heating space because he has everything that you need. Everything you need to build it on your own. If you're some kind of if you're some kind of wacky weird scientist, I had burped in the middle of that. So I apologize.
And he liked to he liked to invent your own stuff and spend lots of money and break things and have your wife yell at you and your kids not understand why you're downstairs cursing and screaming and throwing stuff or crawling around in the attic. You can just buy ready made stuff from Altair, like his bit chimney, which I am very excited about the Bit Chimney. Bit Chimney released last year as a as a 3 d printed apparatus, but this time, the Bit Chimney is no longer a plastic body. Oh. What is it now? It is a metal body, and not a metal body Mcbodface. Yeah. This thing is gorgeous. So the bit chimney from altairtech.io is a single hash board space heater. You can go 120 to 240 volt plug and play with it. It's got low noise just like the Urlacher does. It's Wi Fi enabled. You can plug it into 120, any outlet.
It's got a PSU included, and it has an extruded aluminum body, and it is absolutely handsome. Just a soundboard unit. Yeah. Well, that's certainly the way I'm describing it. It's got a little inlet stand on the bottom. The air comes from the bottom out the top. It's a sleek aluminum design. It's red. It's got the beautiful Altair Eagle Constellation logo on it. It is very handsome, especially compared to a lot of these other 3 d printed single board designs, which are neat looking, I guess, but aren't quite so handsome as the bit chimney is.
[01:26:27] Unknown:
Top tier stuff.
[01:26:29] Unknown:
Absolutely. He is really making the pivot into producing their own stuff, the Urlacher, the BitChimney. The things that they're doing with BitAxes now and what they're going to continue to do with BitAx, and I see that as being a lot of future development in the small heating space and, of course, the Mynd Coffee
[01:26:50] Unknown:
coffee warmer. I think I might invest in one of those. I like that they're making stuff that you'd normally have to tinker with and fuck around with Mhmm. To make it work. Like, a couple of years ago, we used to do the shows where it's like, oh, I've made this thing where I can heat a pool, or I've made this thing where I can heat this, and I'm or whatever it is, like, which is awesome, but not everyone has time or enjoys fucking around. Mhmm. I was talking to Black Coffee about this the other day. Not around mining, but just around, like, building computers and nodes and stuff. And this is a guy who's very, very capable. And he's like, I just don't wanna fuck around with it anymore. I just buy something that is exactly built for the job. It does exactly the job, and I don't wanna piss around. I'm with you there. I don't wanna tinker around either. So if Altair can make stuff that heats my house, it doesn't set on fire. I don't have to piss around and break things and spend ages messing around with tutorials and everything else, and I can just order it, and they ship immediately. It's literally there before you order it. It's fucking amazing. I don't know how he does it. Some sort of, like, time warp thing.
If that's possible, which it is, then I would just order from there. And then I would use my own code, Ungovernable, and I'd get a discount on it, and then it helps support the show as well. Use your own code to get discount. What was that code again? I've gotta write it down.
[01:28:13] Unknown:
It's ungovernable. Very well. Altertech.i0 to purchase any one of these items like the Urlacher, the bit chimney. Purchase yourself a bit ax. Buy 10 s 21 XPs. Have at it. You need PDUs. You need cables. Fans, cables to connect your fans to your control board. Maybe you need control boards. They've got it all, and you know you can trust this guy. That is the biggest hurdle in buying Bitcoin mining gear is that it is a scammiest, greasiest place you can possibly imagine. 1 of the most high profile Bitcoin gear salesman guys is the greasiest, slimiest fucking piece of shit that you can imagine. And he keeps scamming people.
No. He doesn't have boobs. He's got claws, webbed feet and claws. You know what you can expect from Altair. This is a good guy. He cares about customer service. He cares enough to make and design all this stuff. I don't even know if you're if you're listening to the show because you're you're a fan of of the Bitcoin brief or you love Max's confab interviews or you like Ungovernable Misfits articles, or or just the tone and spirit that we have around here of being sovereign ungovernable sovereigns, we've always contested that having some of your own hash helps you secure your sovereignty. Mhmm. But say you're not even into mining.
Just take a look at Altair's website, altair tech dot I o, and see if there isn't something for you there. You get a space heater, get rid of the fucking thing. This will pump out 750 to 950 watts, and that'll heat a decent sized space. It's nice and quiet. Make your wife happy. Put it underneath our desk. Mhmm. Warm her feet and her hoo up. Happy. Happy lady. You know, I might get one for the dog. My dog's not being very well. Yeah. I want him to be, like, all nice and warm and toasty as much as possible.
[01:30:18] Unknown:
I might get one and put it by his bed. What a sweetheart you are. It'd be nice, wouldn't it? He'd say, oh, this is nice. And he'd know as well that he's being a sovereign individual, and he's really helping push Bitcoin forward. He'd be thinking about it, and he'd be dreaming about it. Mhmm. That's exactly what he sounds like.
[01:30:39] Unknown:
Anybody that's listened to this podcast long enough knows exactly what your dog snoring sounds like. Yes. He he pops in sometimes. Makes no sense. Wanna be like Max's dog, check out altertech.io.
[01:30:49] Unknown:
And upon checkout, use coupon code un governable for an additional discount. Yeah. Definitely do that. And it helps us keep the show going as well because we get a little free help back as well. Yeah. We get a little tickle. You know what I mean? I gotta wear my beak.
[01:31:04] Unknown:
Avril. I gotta wear my beak too. You know?
[01:31:07] Unknown:
Alterra's got the dope on the Bitcoin mining scene. He wanted to let us know that a lot of people called the operation 2 point o, said it lacked proof, and he's saying there's another smoking gun on an article that he sent us how the Biden SEC is killing access to banking for Bitcoin companies. Oh. Yeah. So their organization lost a company account with a so called Bitcoin friendly bank. I don't know if he intends us to call out the bank, so I won't. Yeah. Maybe don't. But the silver gate unwinding, all of a sudden, Bitcoin friendly companies are getting screwed. You can use a credit card to check out with Altair.
But why not use this peer to peer cashless financial system that we've that we that we interact with. I believe it's called the bitcoins. Now what's the Bitcoin? The mining merge. It's not the merge mining. Oh, by the way, we didn't need to mention this. If anybody knows where the clip now what's the Bitcoin
[01:32:06] Unknown:
comes from on Max's Yeah. His intro? If you know where that comes from and you could find that clip, that would make Max a very, very happy man. It really would. It really would. I cannot find it. I always thought it was what's his name, the slimy weasel, JP Morgan. Jamie Dimon? Jamie Dimon. I always thought it was him, but I actually don't think it is now. I've searched high and low through all the videos. Can't seem to find it. So, yeah, if you know who that is in the intro, that little bit, what's the Bitcoin, please let me know, and there will be a prize for whoever delivers that to me. Mhmm.
[01:32:38] Unknown:
Indeed. So Altair, as as a a big time Bitcoin merchant, is being affected by was that is operation choke point? Is that what it is? Or is choke point the guns? Operation choke point. I don't know. Look it up. All you people that read your news stories all day long. Let us know. On the mining front, Averill is pretty impressed with the s 21 XP. Its volume release is mid next week. So when you guys hear it, this show airs. They'll probably start releasing them. The s 21 pro and XP will likely make almost all s 19 series unprofitable soon, which is kind of exciting but kind of disappointing.
Bitmain seems to be accelerating the pace of efficiency improvement. He says Moore's Law is alive and well. I wish it would take a little bit longer to pause because I ain't got no money.
[01:33:30] Unknown:
And be so poor. I cannot afford the there's a 21 pro. How much are they? I don't know. Expense. Expense. They're expensive.
[01:33:39] Unknown:
Maybe I'll go to Altair tech dot io and check it out. And I said that for all the Canadians. Check it out. That's a trend item for them. Yeah. Check it out. The s 21 pro, anywhere from $45100 to 48100 US dollars. The s 21 XP,
[01:33:58] Unknown:
$6,879.
[01:34:02] Unknown:
Wow. Versus the k pro, $1429. I'm gonna secure some super cheap energy so I can freaking disconnect from this game. Damn it. That's what I'm gonna do. Yeah. Yeah. Not ready to talk about it. So go fuck yourself if you want me to. Alter also mentions that for his business, fall is an exciting time since we are preparing for space heater season. That's autumn for any, any Brits. Oh, that's right. That's autumn.
[01:34:35] Unknown:
Fall.
[01:34:38] Unknown:
Fall. The leaves are falling. You know? Autumn. So pretentious. Yeah. That's why we don't use your words. Just constant pretension.
[01:34:47] Unknown:
Autumn. I think it's because you don't feel you're good enough for them.
[01:34:51] Unknown:
You're probably right. Like yeah.
[01:34:53] Unknown:
Oh, we're we're just not good enough for that. Yeah. No. I'm just gonna say, wow. I know my worth. Autumn.
[01:34:59] Unknown:
Wow. You fucking stuck up. Prick. Go get it, girl.
[01:35:05] Unknown:
I know my worth, autumn.
[01:35:09] Unknown:
Hacker. He says this, and I've heard and it's funny because 2 of our sponsors say the same thing. Mehdi in a lot of podcasts when he's a guest, he says, mining pools are raised to the bottom, which they are. What are you racing to? Cheaper and cheaper and cheaper fees. I mean, not everybody's got a billionaire backer to give everybody free fees. Eventually, these pools have to have to make a little money. They gotta wait the big 2. You know? Mhmm. And minor resellers, it's the same thing. You're getting it from China, trying to resell it to everybody, and make a little bit of profit at the same time. But now that Altair has has is pivoting a lot of his business to making his own stuff, PDUs, the Bitchimney, the Urlacher, the Bitax, and there will be many, many more innovations beyond that. The mine coffee coffee warmer.
This is where his business is going towards. So you can always still come to him to get large amounts of gear. He won a 100 miners. I do hope in the future that he'll eventually be, like, reselling for some of these people in far off places that that have trouble getting their gear and storing their gear here, so they have to ship them from from Europe, like immersion manufacturers. Well, they manufacture that over in Poland or or Australia and then get it to the United States. Maybe he can be a part of that supply chain. But he's one that can be creative in continuing to be part of the space where so many other minor salesmen are falling by the wayside. I I don't see that in Altair because he's constantly innovating.
He's innovating so much that he sends influencers like yourself free stuff. And you, Max, have finally set up your bid access that you got from Altair because you're such a an important influencer.
[01:36:49] Unknown:
I reached influencer status. Got some, free shirts sent out. Pretty exciting. Yeah. Pretty cool. They sat for about a month, didn't they? Like a real unappreciative fucking weasel that I am. I did a simple procrastination. That's you. Exactly. Yeah. Just sitting around thinking how much influence I have, and, didn't get time to set them up. But I did it I did it yesterday. I had a spare hour. I thought, right. I'm gonna get this done. And I couldn't set them up in the office because they're too loud, so it would fuck around with the mic. So I set them up in my garage, which is nice and cool, and so they should run nicely there. They're sat on top of my freezer that's full of meat just in case we have any problems that we can still feed ourselves. 1 of the screens didn't work, so I had to sort of take the screen off to set up 1 and then replace it on the other to get it running just so I could get the IP address. I assume I could have done that if I was smart enough to log into my router anyway.
But, yeah, it took me about 40 minutes to do it. I set it up on my little NIM phone that I have here. They're hashing away very nicely, and I am just waiting to hit a block. So thank you very much to Alter any day now. I keep I literally keep checking it. I'm like, fucking hell. Have I not hit a block yet? What's going on? Like, I must have shit. Gotta refresh this because this can't be right. But not like yet, but soon. There are an estimated 15 to 20000
[01:38:25] Unknown:
devices sold worldwide this year. Wow.
[01:38:29] Unknown:
Yeah. That's actually quite a lot, isn't it? Yeah. And what did, like, 2 of them hit? 2 of them hit. Yeah. I believe so. That's not bad. There's some calculation which was like, if you had a million of them of if you had a million of them, you'd hit a block once every 10 days or something like that from memory.
[01:38:49] Unknown:
So these things are, what are they? $150
[01:38:54] Unknown:
a piece? Yeah. So if you spent a $150,000,000 $1,000,000. And then you had free energy to plug them all in and space to plug them all in, every 10 days, you would hit a block, and you'd get, like, a $150,000
[01:39:11] Unknown:
back. I'm not supposed to say this, but Yeah. This was actually Corey and Swan Mining's strategy. Just buy a shit little bit access. I was gonna save it for another show, but
[01:39:24] Unknown:
yeah. That makes perfect sense. And then they were sort of monitoring
[01:39:29] Unknown:
them doing stuffs. Yeah. They had a camera put on all the screens, and 90% of the screens actually worked. Okay. So that's exciting. Heard it here first, folks. It is quite cool,
[01:39:43] Unknown:
and I do like the fact that I've had my first experience actually setting up a machine successfully at my house, and, like, I can go into the garage. I'm like, no. I was hashing away. And it's just fun, and it's nice, and it was pretty simple. And I suggest anyone who hasn't had a play for the cost of a $150, whatever they are, I think it's worth it. Just for that, like, learning experience and just like to feel like you're part of something to have a bit of fun. And it's being part of a lottery. And I already, like I say, feel myself starting to get pulled towards the idea of getting some more hash rate in the house because I feel like what have I got?
Like, 1 and a half terahash between the 2 of them. Mhmm. I feel a bit like like I used to have, like, a couple 100 terahash, like, back in the day, but it wasn't actually at my house. And I was like, you know, that sounds pretty cool. I've got a couple 100 terahash. And I'm like, I got, like, 1% of that. Not even. But you're having so much fun. I am having fun. And it's a gateway drug. There you go. I'm gonna do some more. Just one line. Just a little bump. Little bump. Alright. I gotta pee again. Jesus Christ. You're so old.
[01:40:58] Unknown:
Hello?
[01:40:59] Unknown:
It's me you're looking for, Max. It is. Up next on Ungovernable Missus Action News, we got ourselves a little hope and change.
[01:41:09] Unknown:
There's a can you get the American people to say this is really important and force their representatives to do the right thing? That requires mobilizing a citizenry. That requires them understanding what is at stake. You know, and and climate change is a great example. You know, when I was asked earlier about, the issue of
[01:41:38] Unknown:
coal, you know,
[01:41:41] Unknown:
under my plan, of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket even you know, regardless of what I say about whether coal is good or bad. Because I'm capping greenhouse gases, coal power plants, you know, natural gas, you name it, whatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to, retrofit their operations. Electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Skyrocket. Skyrocket. Skyrocket.
[01:42:21] Unknown:
Skyrocket. Skyrocket. And they certainly have skyrocketed, you fucking commie prick piece of shit. Tell us how you're ready for. Oh, I really feel that way. I can't stand that motherfucker. Can't believe the United States elected such an outright commie piece of shit. Barack Hussein Satoro Obama. And his boy toy. And his boy toy. Big Mike. Come on, Barack. We gotta go kill our chef. We gotta drown that motherfucker. He saw me pegging you.
[01:42:57] Unknown:
It's not technically pegging. It's just fucking.
[01:43:01] Unknown:
I'm pretty sure. Shut up, Barry. Quit wincing. I'm a take you over to p Diddy's house. Me and Will Smith gonna go at you. Just laying it all out. You want these people in charge of your your energy policy? The reason I'm bringing this up is because me and the boys were talking about the, nuclear power plant in Pennsylvania that Bitcoin miners have essentially taken over. And I thought, man, you know, there's a coal fired power plant down the street from me. I think about 15 miles in place called Masontown. It was just defunct now. And it wasn't that long ago that it was pumping out cheap, pretty damn clean energy until this son of a bitch come in, start talking about you got a retrofit.
Electricity rates will necessarily skyrocket. So in 2008, during Barack Obama's presidential campaign, he stated that the cap and trade systems for carbon emissions would cause electricity prices to necessarily skyrocket. This was to push his greenie weeny agenda to push his watermelon green initiatives, and that's green on the outside and red on the inside, and cast aside more traditional sources of energy like gas and natural coal. Since the implementation of policies favoring renewable energy under Barry and his husband, Big Mike, there have been a notable decline in coal and natural gas generation replaced by an increase in not renewable sources like wind and solar. However, these not renewables come with their own set of challenges.
This shit is far from green as the environmental and economic costs of manufacturing, deploying, and maintaining, not renewable energy infrastructure is unsustainable and involves significant material, land, and energy inputs. And best of all, Max, they're intermittent. Number 1, it's a grift and simply another system of control for the globalist banking class of pigs that wish to control us. According to the EIA, who we've spoken about before when we filled out their little survey that they send out to miners wasn't that fun? Wasn't a fun bit we did, Max? I enjoyed that very much. We're not always miserable bitching about fruity little commies.
[01:45:06] Unknown:
Fruity little commies.
[01:45:09] Unknown:
According to the EIA, the shift away from coal and natural gas has coincided with a steady rise in electricity costs. The average retail price of electricity in the US, which stood at 6.7¢ per kilowatt hour in 2,001, climbed to approximately 10.6¢ by 2021.
[01:45:27] Unknown:
And after more midwit fuckery in the current administration full of globalist banking class, Club of Rome, pedo pigs were probably more near 15¢ a kilowatt hour. You got some catching up to do? Yeah. To 45 p. No. I think we're, like, 35 p or something like that, which is, like, which is, like, 50¢. No big deal. Don't worry about it. We're always ahead of you in the, Pido Pig
[01:45:51] Unknown:
hub of Rome banking elite.
[01:45:54] Unknown:
You're one step ahead. Damn it.
[01:45:58] Unknown:
We'll never catch up. Keep trying. Over the same period, the percentage of US electricity generated from coal plummeted from about 50% to 19%. Well, not renewable sources grew to account for around 20% of the generation mix. Just a diatribe. Wanted to get something off my chest because I looked at an overhead map of this coal fired power plant that is now defunct,
[01:46:21] Unknown:
and it made me sad. Me. Thanks for sharing.
[01:46:25] Unknown:
I hope that helped. You know, what makes me happy though is the Lake Satoshi beach retreat. Oh, yeah. Oh, that's the wrong one. That's the wrong one. God. Get your shit together, mate. Ah, dude. It was rough, and I was, like, really, really rushing. I was really rushing. You know, it does make me happy. The Lake Satoshi Bitcoin Beach Retreat. Hang on, Bob. Michigan zone. Bob Segan. Seems like yesterday It does. It seems like yesterday, I was at Langsburg, Michigan, hanging out with my buddies at Lake Satoshi. But it wasn't yesterday. It was like a month ago.
But I still miss it so, and I miss all of my friends there. And I cannot wait to see them again next year, August 2, 2025.
[01:47:27] Unknown:
Get the date in the diary.
[01:47:29] Unknown:
Get in there. Pencil it in. Don't give me no bullshit. Pencil it in. That's true. A pencil can be erased.
[01:47:35] Unknown:
Fucking hell. Get it in there in permanent mark. Or better yet, spam the blockchain and put it on there as a reminder to yourself.
[01:47:44] Unknown:
Participate in a little bit of shit coinery. That way you can go to a purely Bitcoin event. Mhmm. It's okay. As we've proven in the show, you you get to bend the rules sometimes. Yeah. Constantly weaving in and out of shit coinery. No. We would never say that about the lokes lakes Lake Satoshi beach retreat. It is pure pleb and pure Michigan. Max, will you be attending? You can do this. You know who is gonna attend, and I spoke to him last night, is our good buddy Bubba, who says he's gonna ride his motorcycle. He's gonna ride his motorcycle from Arizona to Michigan.
3 to 3 to 400 miles a day. I just be able to do it. 3 to 400 miles a day on That's what he said. I imagine he's like a Harley
[01:48:31] Unknown:
or some, like, big V 20 type bike. He's not gonna be on, like, a crotch rocket sort of thing, is he? No. He's not gonna be on a crotch rocket, but it is like a modified sports modified
[01:48:42] Unknown:
Harley Sportster. Okay. Yeah. That's alright. Yeah. But it's a it's a rigid. So the only suspension is the fucking seat. Oh. Yeah. But listen to this is a lesson to everybody else. Bubba is gonna drive from Arizona to Michigan on this not highway friendly Bubba on his Bobber. Bubba on his Bobber. Yeah. That's what they call them, isn't it? A Bobber? A Bobber.
[01:49:07] Unknown:
I think so. Yeah. Richard frame with, like, the seat with the springs underneath the bobber.
[01:49:13] Unknown:
A bobber. I can't imagine that's gonna be Can we get a hard r? Can we get a hard r out of you for once? Boba. Boba.
[01:49:22] Unknown:
Bubba on his Bubba.
[01:49:27] Unknown:
Bubba on his Bubba. Well, fair play. 400 miles on that is is impressive. Listen. If he can do it, somebody who can, you know, just get in a car and drive a few hours, you can do it too. Oh, yeah. Up next on our government's foot action news. I'm gonna say some nice things about ocean.
[01:49:45] Unknown:
Someone's taking a backhander and a reach around. Am I? I don't know. Just putting it out there. Yeah.
[01:49:54] Unknown:
I'm just reporting I'm just reporting fairly as fairly as I possibly can. Ocean recently released their datum protocol. And so datum, no, I didn't say stratum. I said Datum. It's, decentralized templates. So you can collaboratively pull your mining resources and still create your own block template. It is a one step further than what we did with our solar mining SV 2 project. And we had had this problem where we had thought about, hey, why don't we at least do our solo mining some days together? And then, you know, you you figure out what your hash rate was and and if we do hit a block that we can split it from that. Well, they, of course, being a mining organization with tons of Dorsy money, they've figured this problem out on their own. And, no, they didn't use the stratum v 2 protocol to do it. They created their own protocol called Datum. Okay. Yeah. They're slotted to release Datum on October 18th. It can be packaged up in a start 9, so you can get it going with just a few, command line strokes in your start 9.
One of the neat things is you get to etch your name on the pool name. If you hit a block using Datum, Datum requires a gateway and a Bitcoin full node, much like our Stratum SV 2 solar mining project, which can operate on the same hardware, much like our solo mining s v 2 project. Datum decentralizes tasks back to miners and gives miners control over block design. It's the first fully decentralized mining protocol since 2017. Coinbase Pals with Datum are direct, instant, and non custodial. That's it. But it was somebody brought up in the in our Plugminer group, like, okay. Why develop your own and not just work with everyone else who's been working on SV 2 for the past 10 years? You don't get to choose the name? That's what somebody else said, marketing. That's why.
Like, the the Wilson boys came in there or or Baseload came in there and said, well, it's it's marketing. Look what they get to announce. They don't get to announce, oh, we're working with, you know, the stratum the s v 2 team, and and we think we've used our money and our knowledge, our intellectual capital for good, and we're working with you. And we've gotten over a lot of these hurdles, which why nobody's using s v 2. Why large miner mining institutions haven't adopted it? Nope. We create on Datum. Mhmm. Aren't we cool? Alright.
[01:52:17] Unknown:
That's it. Okay.
[01:52:18] Unknown:
I don't know what to say, man. I'd, you know, I'd I'd listen to the whole announcement, and when they stay on script to what they're releasing, hey, Datum. It does this. It does this and this is this. You go, oh, that's cool. And then here come all the virtue signaling afterwards. We're decentralizing like they're the first ones to realize, you know, looking at the mempool. There's a, you know, a bunch of Hash RAID, you you know as if they're the first ones to realize about the block template thing you know it just the dancing around and the virtue signaling is oh man get get your shit together guys just be technical just release what you did on a technical basis and explain it that way and stop being so, saccharin with the virtue signaling, please,
[01:53:04] Unknown:
for your own good. I'm sure they'll take that on board, mate. Yeah. I'll be sure to of the show. Yeah. They'll take that on board. Well, I don't know. I it it was kinda neat, and
[01:53:14] Unknown:
kudos to them. Listen. You develop something cool. You know, if you think stratum s v 2 folks weren't getting it done and you did yourself, what? That's great. You got anything to say about it? Well done.
[01:53:27] Unknown:
You want more than that? Yeah. Very well done. Congrats. I'm pleased for you. I'm proud of you. Congratulations. Slow clap. I'll be switching my 1.2 terahashes over to you shortly.
[01:53:50] Unknown:
We're almost ready to wrap up the show, but it really interesting the way the show developed. Talking about merge mining, people that don't give a fuck about decentralization. They don't give a fuck about stratum, s v 2 or datum, or making your own block template. They just want monies, And 240 x a hash worth of hash rate is going to just give me the monies. And then 2 x a hash is going towards virtue signaling.

Am I why am I so black pill? Why am I like this? Why can't I just, like, report the the news here? Oh, they're doing this. Pretty cool. A? I think you as you get older, you do look at the world in a different way. You see more shit, and you're fucking old. Christ. I imagine that's part of it.
[01:54:35] Unknown:
I imagine that it's part of it. I don't have always been like this, but But I assume you've got more miserable as you've got older. You'd have to ask Sarah. I will ask Sarah. I will ask her. Don't have to tell her.
[01:54:47] Unknown:
She'll say that. She'll say, he used to be so fun and full of life, and now he just constantly whinges about datum. That's all he talks about. I hope not. He wakes up and goes, Sarah, have you realized that the ocean little symbol looks like an asshole? Yes, John. You've told me every morning every morning for the past 6 months,

as long as you know. This has been Ungovernable Misfits Action News. To wrap things up on our little show that you all know and love so well, Blood Miners, we scale. We branch off. We evolve. We create new career opportunities for ourselves. When we started Blood Miner Month, I wrote a little piece called Blood Miner Redux. Reading back on it, it almost seems that juxtaposition between my miserable black pill poor self who has to mine in $38 of petahash hash price. But I was a little bit more well meaning and cheery back then.
[01:55:58] Unknown:
Right? You fucker. You remember? Son of a bitch. You you were fun. You were fun. I I was like, do you know I like this guy? I wanna I wanna be more with him. Yeah. Yeah. Let's partner up. No. You were great. You were great.
[01:56:13] Unknown:
You were a lot of fun. You were great. I was a lot of fun. Still am. As we laugh and giggle our way through the show, come on now. Still the one. I wrote at that time, their motivations talking about plat miners aren't always to gain more fiat currency. That's fucking true. Their motivations are to stack more sets, supposedly. And to doing so, they innovate, collaborate with other plebs, and share their mistakes as well as their triumphs. They spend time on chats offering advice to new pleb miners as well as learning even from the newest in our ranks. They make guides videos how to's. They share pictures of their setups, not only to share in their innovations and to be critiqued, but because they are proud of their work as they should be. Proof of work is not just a motto for the blood miner. It's a way of life. I stand by all of those statements right there. That's all still very true. Mhmm. But miners come from all backgrounds, locales, and experiences.
They bring various skill sets and craft to be a successful pleb minor, and this is the truest statement here. Those that aren't savvy in the trades must quickly get with it. If you don't know anything about electricity, you've gotta get learning fast because mining encompasses several scientific and mathematical concepts, basic physics, electricity, thermodynamics, acoustics, cryptography, electrician craft, IT, telecom, HVAC, plumbing, welding, carpentry, computer programming, oil and gas extraction, and an electronics technician if you're fixing your own gear or even something like taking the heat sinks off and putting new thermal paste on. The Plebminer knows that mining is much more than plugging in machines. And I want also want to add this to the conversation.
Plebminers, they scale. All of these Plebminers that we've spent time with over the past few years, they're all scaling. I'm gonna mention 2, and the only reason I'm going to mention them and not everybody else is simply for brevity's sake, and I'm just very close and have been for a long time with these two people, Barnminer and Chet. They've both scaled from where they were when we all started talking to each other. It's true. Chet, if you like the yeah. To the first interviews that we did with him, he was, like, driving around in his Ford Taurus trying to find a home for his machines. He was listening to our show when we mentioned that miners are the heartbeat of the home. He was in a hostel somewhere.
And now this guy is and he's gonna, like, kill me for saying this, but he's like a world class hydro container operator. People want him. But wants him. That's for sure. Yeah. Right. In that pool with him now. As you can see through her boosts, she's sending him little secret messages with her squirt emoji. Mhmm. Mhmm. You think that's a sexual thing. It's not. It's about that hydro container. Yep. Barn miner started out, and it's not a barn. It's a shed. Shed miner. With a few machines on the loft of his, you know, barn garage shed thing. And he pivots that into, you know, north of where he lives, pretty far away. He runs another mining operation. I'm not gonna tell you, you know, anything about it. It's north of him. He's gonna drive a good bit to get to it. He writes technical documentation for for Link coin, works for Altair, helping idiots in the bathtub.
Yep. This is something you've got awesome. You have to do to stay in this, is you have to scale. And it doesn't have to be getting more hash rate and buying machines and timing the market perfectly, but scale your knowledge. Work on your 8 forms of mining capital, which we should probably revisit that topic again.
[01:59:49] Unknown:
Yeah. If you are in the Bitcoin mining scene, it would be of you to scale. Isn't that right, Barn? Oh, that's alright, Max. You're right on point. It is very cool to see, especially these 2 guys who have been massive supporters of the show and friends, to see them scale and do as well as they're doing even in these trying hard times. If we all make it through this dark time, there's gonna be some good times ahead according to Alex, and I'm gonna cling on to that little bit of hope. You got something to say? You wanna wrap it up? Well, I thought it would behoove you was very clever from me. I'd like Okay. Do you know what behoove means?
[02:00:32] Unknown:
Yeah. Yes. I know what behoove means.
[02:00:34] Unknown:
Yeah. And do you know what a hoove is? Yes. Yes. I got the double entendre indeed.
[02:00:40] Unknown:
Pretty good. I'll just end it here then, Max. This has been Ungovertible Misfits action news. Do you know what behoove means? Don't you get it?
