Exercise week concludes! Sara Krenski is one of the most well respected “boot-camp” instructors in the Saint Louis region. Krenski spoke with Vance Crowe about her coaching philosophy and mindset that have prompted many people to start to get in shape and kept them coming to class for more than 10 years.
Krenski has training in the Montesori methods and it is clear that she applies her beliefs about the potential of human beings to the way she teaches her classes. Krenski has students ranging from their 20’s-70’s that show up 4 days a week for years.
During the conversation Krenski and Crowe talk about the concept of resistance, consistency, careers and how the Montessori system allows children to achieve at their fullest potential.
