And tonight, we are going to strive. We are gonna work hard. We're gonna do everything in our power to bring you the best quality talk radio we could muster without all the bluster. Welcome to the podcast. Folks, it is Valentine's Day. Not a particularly easy day for me. But that's okay. Just, a few minutes before the show tonight, I got a surprise phone call from our executive producers, Wayne and Rosanna Rankin.
And, just wanna say thank you so much for the phone call. It was really encouraging, and, I appreciate the, the few moments that we spent talking about just things. I particularly enjoyed and appreciated the, the time of prayer that you offered for me before the show started, so thank you. If you're listening, right now, thank you so much, Wayne and Rosanna. I really do appreciate that. Really did need it tonight. And the reason why they called was because I had sent them a text, like, right before the show started saying to the effect of, you know, I I probably should even be doing the show tonight because I feel really, really crappy.
You know, the last couple of years have been extremely difficult for me. I've gone through a hell of a lot, and a and a lot of times I kinda wonder how it is that, you know, I I'm I'm still standing after everything that, that's taken place. And, you know, that's only by God's grace. That's all it is. It's just strictly God's grace. God has, hovered over me even though, you know, I am not the most perfect Christian that there is. I'm far far far from it. And I don't laugh like it's funny. I laugh and and probably disappointment in myself. And I think that's okay to to be like that. I think that's okay for us to to take those kind of moments of just poking fun at ourselves and and realizing that we're not perfect. We're not gonna be perfect ever until we are in glory with the Lord Jesus Christ.
And, when that day comes, what a wonderful day that will be. Now, not gonna get too far into the theological tonight. I'm not gonna get too far into, spiritual things tonight. That's not what's on the agenda for the evening. But, I thought it was important that I mention it, and I I and I'm incredibly thankful for the for the people that God has put in my life. I'm incredibly thankful for the salvation that I have through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and it's not through any works of my own. It's through his and his alone and his perfect shed blood on Calvary's Cross.
And, that that I don't think as much as I am educated in theology, as much as I'm educated in bible, as much as I am educated in in, the ways of or or or how do I put it? The the, that's the study of salvation through through, the shed blood of Christ. The the even though I went to Bible school, even though I I've spent countless hours over the last twenty plus years reading a Bible, reading my Bible, studying, I don't think I could explain it. I really don't. I don't I don't I I don't I don't think that I could explain why God chose to have his Holy Spirit just convict me of sin, bring me to a point where I got on my face, on the floor of a pier in in in South Manhattan, and ask him to save me.
And, even though he did that for me, even though he opened up my spiritual eyes and ears to the truth of the gospel, And even though I've I've let him down and failed him time after time after time, God has done nothing but show me his mercy, his grace, and his faithfulness to me. A low down, rotten, piece of garbage, worthless dumpster fire, a piece of junk, sinner. But I'm a saved sinner. And I'm thankful for that and praise the Lord for it. So just a word to the folks that might be watching or listening on on the audio. You know, today may be a difficult day for you.
You may not have that special person in your life that you could call your Valentine, and I don't say this to be trivial. I don't say this to to minimize the love of God and Jesus Christ, but the greatest Valentine that you'll ever have in your life and in your afterlife is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ loved you so much that he gave his life for you, that he endured the cross to pay that sin debt that you could never pay for yourself. He suffered that cruelty, the beatings, the humiliation, and I know that a lot of, you know, artistic impressions that you see portrayed Jesus Christ on the cross wearing a loincloth covering his privy areas. But, let me tell you something folks. In reality, he wasn't wearing anything. He was naked on the cross. He was bleeding, beaten. He was beaten beyond recognition.
He suffered that and endured that for you out of love. Love for the unlovable. So if you're like me and you're feeling that way about yourself tonight, just understand something. You might be unlovable or unloved to someone humanly speaking, but God himself, Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, loved you so much that he endured the suffering of the cross for you. The only thing that he asks you to do is put your full faith, trust, and confidence in his shed blood, that it was sufficient to pay your sin debt. And when you've come to that point in your life, you're gonna end up doing what I did, and that is get on your face before a holy and a righteous God, confess to him that which he already knows, but he wants you to say it. He wants you to acknowledge it. He wants to hear you admit it.
You are a sinner. You are on your way to hell. And if it wasn't for the love, mercy, and grace of an of a holy and righteous God, you would spend eternity in hell. So I'm gonna ask you before we get into the the the work of the day here today. Have you ever come to the point in your life where you realize that you're a sinner and you're on your way to hell? Maybe you're contemplating that right now after what I just told you. If you are, just call upon the name of the Lord. The Bible says that there is no name under heaven whereby man can be saved.
I'm paraphrasing, of course, but that's what it says. The Bible says that there is none righteous, no, not one. Not one of us can do anything to earn God's favor and merit to get into heaven. Not one of us. You know, a lot of folks, they they bring up, mother Teresa. Right? And they say that, well, how could she, you know, she has to be in heaven. Right? Doesn't she? I don't know. If she put all of her faith in the works that she did, the good deeds that she did, and didn't put her faith and trust in Jesus Christ and his shed blood on Calvary's Cross, then no, she's not in heaven. Right now, she's burning in hell and she'll be there for eternity.
And I know that might upset a few people, and and I, you know, to be honest with you, I don't really care if that upsets you because that's the truth. And I'm not gonna hide the truth, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna candy coat the truth. Truth is truth. Man, I am way off the subject matter of of the podcast tonight, aren't I? But I I, you know, after talking to to to Wayne and and to, Rosanna, I I I I I felt that it was important for me to mention something about this because, you know, the other podcast that I've done, for almost three years now and it's kind of on hold at the moment, is a bible study podcast. And that's what I do. I I am a preacher of the gospel, and you know, I I I I I I've done that show for three years religiously. I have over 230 episodes of that show, and you know, we've gone through an awful lot together.
So it's part of who I am, whether you like it or not, that's what it is. But folks, there is no greater decision that you're ever gonna make in your entire life than what you're gonna do with your soul for eternity. None whatsoever. You could ignore what I'm telling you. You you could trust that, well, you know, I'm not as bad as my neighbor. I'm not as bad as John down the street there. You know, I don't cheat on my wife, and I don't drink, I don't cuss, I don't smoke, and all that stuff. Well, listen folks, you know, drinking and cussing and smoking, they're not gonna get, they're not gonna send you to hell. That's not that's not what sends you to hell.
The smoking part may make you smell like you've been there, but this doesn't send you to hell. What sends you to hell is your sin. Your sin. The day that that you sinned, you died spiritually, and you need to be born again. Jesus Christ himself told Nicodemus, who was the, a ruler of the Jews. He said, ye must. That's an imperative. You must be born again. The team has asked me, he goes, well, come on. How could I be can I go back into my mother's womb and be born again? He was being sarcastic. He was being a little facetious there, but Jesus understood his question. He understood where he was coming from. He said, that which is born of the spirit is of the spirit. Being born again is a spiritual thing, not a physical rebirth.
So my question to you tonight, folks, is have you been born again? Have you put your full faith, trust, and confidence in the lord Jesus Christ? Without Jesus Christ, you are on your way to a devil's hell. You are on your way to a place that is full of weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth. It's a place of ever increasing darkness. It's a place that is ever being removed from the presence, and the glory, and and and the sight of God. You don't wanna go to hell. Hell is not a place where you're gonna go go play cards with your friends, shoot darts, you know, have a beer, play poker, you know, surrounded by all these, you know, wicked women and things like that. That's not what hell is, folks. Hell is a place of eternal torment.
Hell is a place of the fire that never dies, but the fire is never quenched. Jesus told the parable, and actually, it really wasn't a parable. It is a true story, and you know it was a true story because it had details to it. When you read the parables that Jesus Christ told, he told parables that were that that that that were veiled, that were that that had a lot of symbolism in it. And that might not be the best way to explain it, but that's I that's what came to mind at the moment, and that's how I'm gonna explain it. But with this particular story, Jesus had names and places and details.
So that's an indication that this was a real situation that took place. It was a man of it was a story of Lazarus and and the rich man. The rich Lazarus was a beggar at the gate, and and and the rich man died and went to hell. And he saw and and then Lazarus died, and he saw that he saw Lazarus in the bosom of Abraham in paradise. And the rich man was in hell, and he called out across this great gulf that neither one of them could pass. And he said, father Abraham, dip your finger in some water and cool my tongue. So that should tell you right there that he could hear, he could see, he could speak, he could taste, he could feel.
That's hell, my friends. You don't wanna go to hell, and you have it within yourself not to go to hell. Why do you do that? Call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Call upon the name of the lord. For by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves. It is the gift of god, not of works. No work that you do, nothing that you do, you can give all your money, you can give all your clothes, you can give all your food, you can give every single thing that you have in your life. None of it will save you. None of it will get you into heaven. The only thing that gets you into heaven is putting your full faith, trust, and confidence in the shed blood of Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone. Are you saved?
Are you saved? Have you called upon the name of the Lord and been saved? You can do it right now where you're sitting. You can do it right now. Just say, Lord, I'm a sinner. I'm on my way to hell. I'm a rotten, filthy, miserable, wretched sinner, but God, I believe that you came, that you bore human flesh, that you suffered on a cross for me, that you shed your perfect sinless blood, Acts chapter 20 verse 28. And you died to pay for my sin. And I ask you today to forgive me of my sin, to cleanse me. Wash me clean with the blood of your son, the lord Jesus Christ. And listen, don't be deceived. It's not the prayer that saves you. It's the faith.
It's the faith, it's believing that that was sufficient for you. And you wanna know why? Because God loves you. God loves you so much that he gave the ultimate gift he could have possibly given his son, Jesus Christ, God himself manifest in the flesh. You know, when you think about it, that's the real Valentine's Day. That's the real Valentine. It's not the flowers. It's not the candy. It's not the dinners. It's not the the trips wherever. It's none of that. It's God's love for you, for me, for the world that he poured out for the payment of sin that none of us could ever pay.
Man, I really got off on a tangent here, didn't I? Well, you know, that's the Holy Spirit that's in taking control of the whole situation here. But listen, do me a favor though. Before before we move on here, before we before we get into the rest of the stuff, would you just take a moment? Just think back over your life. If you're if you're not a Christian, if you're not saved, and when I say Christian, I'm I'm not talking about your denomination. I'm not talking about whether you're a Catholic, or a Presbyterian, or a a Baptist, or a Pentecostal, whatever it is. I I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about if you're a Christian, if you're someone who follows Christ, if you're someone who has called upon the Lord Jesus Christ and and surrendered yourself to him, that's a Christian.
Like I said, it's not your denomination. It it's it's it's your relationship. If you don't have that relationship, please, I'm I'm asking you right now to please take a moment. Think about it. Contemplate it. Go over it in your mind, in your in your heart. Think about what God did for you, and how all he asks is you just trust him. It's all it is. Trust. Faith, trust. They're synonymous. Faith and trust. When you think about it, it's really not a lot that he asks for, is it? It it's really not. Oh, I got it. I've gone to preaching. Alright. Let's, let's take a moment here. A very prominent, very prominent, Democrat, a, a member of, the squad, made a very interesting, admission yesterday, where she said that, well, let me let let's let her tell you for herself.

Did you congresswoman representative Ayanna Presley, a prominent member of the squad, not even hiding it anymore, has told you that free speech is an enemy to the I don't even I don't even wanna say it's the radical left. I think it's the the left in general. And you heard it yourself right there. They are willing to work with anybody who wants to censor Americans. I oh my god. I mean, this representative obviously does not understand the constitution that she swore to protect and defend. That she swore to uphold. Another commentator said that, if if if they can't control speech, they can't control the country. With free speech, their lies, gaslighting, and propaganda is exposed. They're gonna do everything to silence opposition.
Any politician who advocates stomping on rights should automatically be removed from office. Let me ask you a question, folks. Do you think that censoring American the American people is advancing progress? And again, I'm gonna ask you, don't you just absolutely love it when the Democrats tell you exactly who they are? Free speech free speech is the enemy of the left. And I wanted to open up with that one because that one, I that I wanted to hit that yesterday, but we ran out of time, and and I did not wanna let this go. Oh, my my my my my.
Unbelievable. Let's see what else do we have here. No. We're not gonna touch that one right now. I think we'll go to this one here, I wanted to, I wanted to bring up. This is this is very interesting. Earlier today, Bill O'Reilly, made an appearance on, Fox News. And, he had a very I'm sorry. Not Fox News, News Nation with Chris Cuomo. And he made a very interesting statement. Something that that, that that that really needs to be paid attention to here. We all know that that, just yesterday, the Attorney General of The United States, Pam Bondi, announced that they were pursuing, charges against, the New York Attorney General, Leticia James, and the governor Kathy Hochul, and the commissioner of the, of the New York State DMV for these, for for allowing illegal immigrants to get driver's licenses.
And, interestingly, Bill O'Reilly goes on NewsNation, like I said, with Chris Chris Chris Cuomo. And, he he he drops this little itty bitty thing on, on what Eric Adams, who who is the is the sitting mayor of the, city of New York, might know about Letitia James and Alan Bragg and and and the rest of them with this. And it's it's very, very interesting. So the DOJ, first of all, before we go any further with that, the DOJ, you know, they're not taking criminal action on this. They're taking civil action in in about this particular issue, which they call the green light laws.
But, during this, conversation that he had with, with, Chris Cuomo, Bill O'Reilly, turned turned the the conversation turned to New York City Mayor Adams, and, and why he wasn't included in the Adam in in the in the actions that were, being put forward. Now, to be honest with you, I don't I don't I'm not a fan really of Bill O'Reilly, you know. Some things he he he says are are spot on, some things he he does are very good, some things he he's just way out there on. And this particular thing, I really don't agree with with with some of the things that Bill O'Reilly had to say, but he does bring out something that I think is really really interesting.
Basically, he he it seems like he he was framing, the moves as as an f as, an effort by by, by President Trump to quote unquote get James, when to which to me seems more like it's, he makes it seem more it's more like, retaliation or retribution. But in reality, what this is, this this is this is the administration holding blue states like New York, responsible or, what's the word? Compliant with the immigration laws. That's what Donald Trump was elected to do, is to to bring these blue states in compliance with election laws, not retribution.

So I'm I'm not sure I I I really, really agree with that at all. Let's let's, continue on with the audio.

But Adams, the deal that was made, I don't know what Adams is giving Trump. I have to tell the audience upfront. And they're saying that Adams knows where the bodies are buried with James and Bragg. Just throwing it out for your consumption.

Right? Well, it's it's kinda weird that, like, you can say he has no power, but he's in charge of the city, and when they went after Pritzker in Illinois, they named Chicago, and they went after mayor. Yeah. I'm just saying. You know, if you're going after the city of Chicago, you name the mayor.

And the and the Trump administration knows that these mayors I mean, these are it it this is like the the utility infielder on the New York Yankees who plays maybe three innings a week. Hey, Gavin. They're coming for you. Pritzker's gonna get destroyed, and, Trump will bring down, and my I'm gonna predict it here, he will bring down Letitia James and Alvin Bragg because they went on a crusade to destroy him. And president Trump is not a forgiving man.

Alright. So I again, I don't necessarily agree with everything that Bill O'Reilly said. I don't I don't think this is a a case of retribution or or retaliation. I don't think that he's actively, you know, seeking revenge against, Tish and and and Twinkies. But, what he is doing though is he is as the chief magistrate of the land, as the chief executive officer of The United States, and as the chief law enforcement officer of The United States. A lot of people misunderstand that. They think that that the attorney general is the the top cop in the in the country. No. It's actually the executive branch. He is doing what he has sworn on the constitution to do, to uphold and defend it, to uphold the law.
And that's exactly what he's doing, because Tish James, Alvin Bragg, Kathy Hochul, operating lawlessly, basically doing whatever they wanna do, Defying federal law, defying immigration law, thereby bringing, harm and causing dangerous situations for their citizens. Donald Trump is doing what he's supposed to be doing, and that is upholding the law. But I thought that was an interesting piece, but especially because I'm from New York, so I do have some vested interest in what's going on there. Alright. Let's see. Let's see. How about some Doge stuff? So did you hear about this one today?
Can Doge finds $2,700,000,000,000 in Medicare, Medicaid fraud sent to ineligible overseas recipients over the years. So, White House press secretary Carolyn Levitt, who I love, says that the 2,700,000,000,000.0 in Medicare and Medicaid fraud that already has been uncovered by president Trump's Department of Government Efficiency is just part of a very long list of fraud and abuse that DOGE is identifying on a daily basis. Let's take a listen to the, audio. So just just so you know, $2,700,000,000,000 is about 8% of the national debt. Let's see. To Doe just for a second. Earlier, the subcommittee head headed by, chairman Marjorie Taylor Greene, heard and her staff, discovered $2,700,000,000,000 in improper payments to Medicare, Medicaid, overseas Mhmm. To people who should not have gotten it. Some of this room might have missed that press conference. Can you, elaborate on what the president, is thinking at this point? Well, again, that's another example. There's a very long list of the fraud, waste, and abuse that Doge is identifying on a daily basis.

Elon Musk also talked about yesterday about Social Security payments that are going out the door for people who are no longer with us. Unfortunately, I would say that is certainly a fraud. There's also a lot of contracts they've identified that just as a hypothetical example are a million bucks, but only 500,000 went out the door. So where's the rest of that cash? And so that's the thing those are the things that DOGE is working on every single day. And I would just remind everybody in this room, this is what President Trump campaigned on doing. And it was a hearing on Wednesday that had taken place, by the Department of Government Efficiency Subcommittee in the House that confirmed that since 02/2003, since 02/2003, '2 point '7 trillion dollars have been paid by taxpayers. That's you, that's me, for improper Medicare and Medicaid payments, including to individuals overseas who are not even eligible. Not even eligible to receive them.
Billions billions with a b, billions of taxpayer dollars. Your tax dollars have been absolutely squandered, just basically flushed down the toilet. How does that make you feel? Why? Why are you still if you are listening and you are a Democrat, if you are someone who continues to vote Democrat, why are you doing it? Now look, I know Republicans aren't guiltless in this whole thing either, and there are some dirty ass Republicans out there as well. I I understand that. But it just seems like the Democrats are always the problem. Republicans may not always be the solution, but the Democrats always seem to be the problem.
So why are you still supporting the Democrat party? Why are you still voting Democrats in governorships, in in in in state houses, in in congress, in the senate? Why? Look at these people. Why is someone like Elizabeth Warren who makes a hundred and 70 4 thousand no. I'm sorry. She makes about $200,000 a year. Why is she worth over $20,000,000? How is that possible? Nancy Pelosi, two hundred and twenty thousand dollars a year in salary. How is it that she is worth 200, $202,000,000? Why does it always seem like her husband and and and herself, they they they they benefit from these trades right before certain legislation passes?
Why is that? Because they're stealing your money, people. They're stealing from you. They're laughing all the way to the bank. Every step of the way, You and I are struggling to put food on the table for our families. You and I, I went to this I went to this to to the market the other day, and I I bought just some fill ins for the week. A hundred and $65, and there's nothing in my refrigerator to show it. Nothing. But yet, they are walking away with millions of your dollars. If there was ever a clear reason for the abolition of the IRS, the repeal of the income tax, the federal personal income tax, this is it.
You have to starve the beast. You have to kill it. This is why I am in favor of secession. I'm so dirty word. I understand that. A lot of people don't wanna hear that word. Traitor. Traitor. After the show we did with Jason Fry, I got a few emails calling me a sedition, a seditionist, a secessionist, a traitor to the country. Because I firmly believe that this is the way to go, not just for Texas, but for every state in the union over this alone. Now coming up next, Doge is gonna be auditing the IRS. What do you think is gonna come out of that? Something tells me that there is going to be huge, huge issues coming out of that particular audit.
And things like this are gonna become much more realistic. Now, you've heard me say this many, many times. 25 states right now, 25, half the country, half of The United States, have secession movements already in the works. Half. 25 states. And I'm not just talking about red states, I'm talking about California, New Hampshire, Vermont. Many, many, you know, blue states as well as red states, they don't wanna be a part of this anymore. After seeing what's been coming out with Doge, can you can you understand it now? Can you blame them?
Can you blame Texas for wanting to stand on its own? Oh, my my my my. Great book. If you can get this book, great book. Rethinking the American Union for the twenty first Century. Amazing book. Read this with Jason Fry's book on national divorce, a plan for peace. Read this in in addition to text it. You'll get the idea. You'll get the picture. The union, the American Union. Think of it like that. Think of it like the European Union. The American Union is broken. The American Union is not gonna last. I'm sorry to say that, folks. I am thrilled that Donald Trump is in office. I am thrilled with all the progress that he's making, but it's not gonna solve the problem. Most of what's being done is being done by executive order. Is it not?
Executive order, which means that the next president can come in and undo everything that Donald Trump just did, just like Donald Trump undid everything that Joe Biden did, and just like Joe Biden undid everything Donald Trump did the first time around. That's not the way to govern, folks. It's not the way secession, the breakup of the American Union is inevitable. It's going to happen. It's not gonna be violent. It's gonna be through the legislative process. It's going to be peaceful. That's why there are movements like TXIT already in place.
TEX IT is a process. It's not the end run. TEX IT is the process. TEX IT is working towards legislative success, getting a ballot measure, people voting for it, and Texas leaving the union. That's the way it's gonna work. That's what's going to happen. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Texas is going to happen. 630 plus members of the Texas Nationalist Movement are working every day to make Texas independent again. Texit is not owned by the American Union. Texas Texas is a free, independent, sovereign state, a voluntary member of this union.
And Texas, Texas will stand free and lift its head higher than many of the nations of the world. And I say it that way because Texas is not gonna be the number one economy in the world, it's the eighth. Texas Texas is not going to be the number one in, defense spending in the world. It'll be, I think, 10 or nine. I'm sorry. It was number nine. But Texas will stand among the nations as an independent nation state. Hey, folks. This is Joe Rusciello, and we are coming to you live tonight from the Asylum Studios broadcasting to you from the pimple on the backside of Texas, the beautiful city of Eagle Pass. And tonight, we are going to strive. We are gonna work hard. We're gonna do everything in our power to bring you the best quality talk radio we could muster without all the bluster. Welcome to the podcast. Folks, it is Valentine's Day. Not a particularly easy day for me. But that's okay. Just, a few minutes before the show tonight, I got a surprise phone call from our executive producers, Wayne and Rosanna Rankin.
And, just wanna say thank you so much for the phone call. It was really encouraging, and, I appreciate the, the few moments that we spent talking about just things. I particularly enjoyed and appreciated the, the time of prayer that you offered for me before the show started, so thank you. If you're listening, right now, thank you so much, Wayne and Rosanna. I really do appreciate that. Really did need it tonight. And the reason why they called was because I had sent them a text, like, right before the show started saying to the effect of, you know, I I probably should even be doing the show tonight because I feel really, really crappy.
You know, the last couple of years have been extremely difficult for me. I've gone through a hell of a lot, and a and a lot of times I kinda wonder how it is that, you know, I I'm I'm still standing after everything that, that's taken place. And, you know, that's only by God's grace. That's all it is. It's just strictly God's grace. God has, hovered over me even though, you know, I am not the most perfect Christian that there is. I'm far far far from it. And I don't laugh like it's funny. I laugh and and probably disappointment in myself. And I think that's okay to to be like that. I think that's okay for us to to take those kind of moments of just poking fun at ourselves and and realizing that we're not perfect. We're not gonna be perfect ever until we are in glory with the Lord Jesus Christ.
And, when that day comes, what a wonderful day that will be. Now, not gonna get too far into the theological tonight. I'm not gonna get too far into, spiritual things tonight. That's not what's on the agenda for the evening. But, I thought it was important that I mention it, and I I and I'm incredibly thankful for the for the people that God has put in my life. I'm incredibly thankful for the salvation that I have through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and it's not through any works of my own. It's through his and his alone and his perfect shed blood on Calvary's Cross.
And, that that I don't think as much as I am educated in theology, as much as I'm educated in bible, as much as I am educated in in, the ways of or or or how do I put it? The the, that's the study of salvation through through, the shed blood of Christ. The the even though I went to Bible school, even though I I've spent countless hours over the last twenty plus years reading a Bible, reading my Bible, studying, I don't think I could explain it. I really don't. I don't I don't I I don't I don't think that I could explain why God chose to have his Holy Spirit just convict me of sin, bring me to a point where I got on my face, on the floor of a pier in in in South Manhattan, and ask him to save me.
And, even though he did that for me, even though he opened up my spiritual eyes and ears to the truth of the gospel, And even though I've I've let him down and failed him time after time after time, God has done nothing but show me his mercy, his grace, and his faithfulness to me. A low down, rotten, piece of garbage, worthless dumpster fire, a piece of junk, sinner. But I'm a saved sinner. And I'm thankful for that and praise the Lord for it. So just a word to the folks that might be watching or listening on on the audio. You know, today may be a difficult day for you.
You may not have that special person in your life that you could call your Valentine, and I don't say this to be trivial. I don't say this to to minimize the love of God and Jesus Christ, but the greatest Valentine that you'll ever have in your life and in your afterlife is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ loved you so much that he gave his life for you, that he endured the cross to pay that sin debt that you could never pay for yourself. He suffered that cruelty, the beatings, the humiliation, and I know that a lot of, you know, artistic impressions that you see portrayed Jesus Christ on the cross wearing a loincloth covering his privy areas. But, let me tell you something folks. In reality, he wasn't wearing anything. He was naked on the cross. He was bleeding, beaten. He was beaten beyond recognition.
He suffered that and endured that for you out of love. Love for the unlovable. So if you're like me and you're feeling that way about yourself tonight, just understand something. You might be unlovable or unloved to someone humanly speaking, but God himself, Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, loved you so much that he endured the suffering of the cross for you. The only thing that he asks you to do is put your full faith, trust, and confidence in his shed blood, that it was sufficient to pay your sin debt. And when you've come to that point in your life, you're gonna end up doing what I did, and that is get on your face before a holy and a righteous God, confess to him that which he already knows, but he wants you to say it. He wants you to acknowledge it. He wants to hear you admit it.
You are a sinner. You are on your way to hell. And if it wasn't for the love, mercy, and grace of an of a holy and righteous God, you would spend eternity in hell. So I'm gonna ask you before we get into the the the work of the day here today. Have you ever come to the point in your life where you realize that you're a sinner and you're on your way to hell? Maybe you're contemplating that right now after what I just told you. If you are, just call upon the name of the Lord. The Bible says that there is no name under heaven whereby man can be saved.
I'm paraphrasing, of course, but that's what it says. The Bible says that there is none righteous, no, not one. Not one of us can do anything to earn God's favor and merit to get into heaven. Not one of us. You know, a lot of folks, they they bring up, mother Teresa. Right? And they say that, well, how could she, you know, she has to be in heaven. Right? Doesn't she? I don't know. If she put all of her faith in the works that she did, the good deeds that she did, and didn't put her faith and trust in Jesus Christ and his shed blood on Calvary's Cross, then no, she's not in heaven. Right now, she's burning in hell and she'll be there for eternity.
And I know that might upset a few people, and and I, you know, to be honest with you, I don't really care if that upsets you because that's the truth. And I'm not gonna hide the truth, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna candy coat the truth. Truth is truth. Man, I am way off the subject matter of of the podcast tonight, aren't I? But I I, you know, after talking to to to Wayne and and to, Rosanna, I I I I I felt that it was important for me to mention something about this because, you know, the other podcast that I've done, for almost three years now and it's kind of on hold at the moment, is a bible study podcast. And that's what I do. I I am a preacher of the gospel, and you know, I I I I I I've done that show for three years religiously. I have over 230 episodes of that show, and you know, we've gone through an awful lot together.
So it's part of who I am, whether you like it or not, that's what it is. But folks, there is no greater decision that you're ever gonna make in your entire life than what you're gonna do with your soul for eternity. None whatsoever. You could ignore what I'm telling you. You you could trust that, well, you know, I'm not as bad as my neighbor. I'm not as bad as John down the street there. You know, I don't cheat on my wife, and I don't drink, I don't cuss, I don't smoke, and all that stuff. Well, listen folks, you know, drinking and cussing and smoking, they're not gonna get, they're not gonna send you to hell. That's not that's not what sends you to hell.
The smoking part may make you smell like you've been there, but this doesn't send you to hell. What sends you to hell is your sin. Your sin. The day that that you sinned, you died spiritually, and you need to be born again. Jesus Christ himself told Nicodemus, who was the, a ruler of the Jews. He said, ye must. That's an imperative. You must be born again. The team has asked me, he goes, well, come on. How could I be can I go back into my mother's womb and be born again? He was being sarcastic. He was being a little facetious there, but Jesus understood his question. He understood where he was coming from. He said, that which is born of the spirit is of the spirit. Being born again is a spiritual thing, not a physical rebirth.
So my question to you tonight, folks, is have you been born again? Have you put your full faith, trust, and confidence in the lord Jesus Christ? Without Jesus Christ, you are on your way to a devil's hell. You are on your way to a place that is full of weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth. It's a place of ever increasing darkness. It's a place that is ever being removed from the presence, and the glory, and and and the sight of God. You don't wanna go to hell. Hell is not a place where you're gonna go go play cards with your friends, shoot darts, you know, have a beer, play poker, you know, surrounded by all these, you know, wicked women and things like that. That's not what hell is, folks. Hell is a place of eternal torment.
Hell is a place of the fire that never dies, but the fire is never quenched. Jesus told the parable, and actually, it really wasn't a parable. It is a true story, and you know it was a true story because it had details to it. When you read the parables that Jesus Christ told, he told parables that were that that that that were veiled, that were that that had a lot of symbolism in it. And that might not be the best way to explain it, but that's I that's what came to mind at the moment, and that's how I'm gonna explain it. But with this particular story, Jesus had names and places and details.
So that's an indication that this was a real situation that took place. It was a man of it was a story of Lazarus and and the rich man. The rich Lazarus was a beggar at the gate, and and and the rich man died and went to hell. And he saw and and then Lazarus died, and he saw that he saw Lazarus in the bosom of Abraham in paradise. And the rich man was in hell, and he called out across this great gulf that neither one of them could pass. And he said, father Abraham, dip your finger in some water and cool my tongue. So that should tell you right there that he could hear, he could see, he could speak, he could taste, he could feel.
That's hell, my friends. You don't wanna go to hell, and you have it within yourself not to go to hell. Why do you do that? Call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Call upon the name of the lord. For by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves. It is the gift of god, not of works. No work that you do, nothing that you do, you can give all your money, you can give all your clothes, you can give all your food, you can give every single thing that you have in your life. None of it will save you. None of it will get you into heaven. The only thing that gets you into heaven is putting your full faith, trust, and confidence in the shed blood of Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone. Are you saved?
Are you saved? Have you called upon the name of the Lord and been saved? You can do it right now where you're sitting. You can do it right now. Just say, Lord, I'm a sinner. I'm on my way to hell. I'm a rotten, filthy, miserable, wretched sinner, but God, I believe that you came, that you bore human flesh, that you suffered on a cross for me, that you shed your perfect sinless blood, Acts chapter 20 verse 28. And you died to pay for my sin. And I ask you today to forgive me of my sin, to cleanse me. Wash me clean with the blood of your son, the lord Jesus Christ. And listen, don't be deceived. It's not the prayer that saves you. It's the faith.
It's the faith, it's believing that that was sufficient for you. And you wanna know why? Because God loves you. God loves you so much that he gave the ultimate gift he could have possibly given his son, Jesus Christ, God himself manifest in the flesh. You know, when you think about it, that's the real Valentine's Day. That's the real Valentine. It's not the flowers. It's not the candy. It's not the dinners. It's not the the trips wherever. It's none of that. It's God's love for you, for me, for the world that he poured out for the payment of sin that none of us could ever pay.
Man, I really got off on a tangent here, didn't I? Well, you know, that's the Holy Spirit that's in taking control of the whole situation here. But listen, do me a favor though. Before before we move on here, before we before we get into the rest of the stuff, would you just take a moment? Just think back over your life. If you're if you're not a Christian, if you're not saved, and when I say Christian, I'm I'm not talking about your denomination. I'm not talking about whether you're a Catholic, or a Presbyterian, or a a Baptist, or a Pentecostal, whatever it is. I I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about if you're a Christian, if you're someone who follows Christ, if you're someone who has called upon the Lord Jesus Christ and and surrendered yourself to him, that's a Christian.
Like I said, it's not your denomination. It it's it's it's your relationship. If you don't have that relationship, please, I'm I'm asking you right now to please take a moment. Think about it. Contemplate it. Go over it in your mind, in your in your heart. Think about what God did for you, and how all he asks is you just trust him. It's all it is. Trust. Faith, trust. They're synonymous. Faith and trust. When you think about it, it's really not a lot that he asks for, is it? It it's really not. Oh, I got it. I've gone to preaching. Alright. Let's, let's take a moment here. A very prominent, very prominent, Democrat, a, a member of, the squad, made a very interesting, admission yesterday, where she said that, well, let me let let's let her tell you for herself.

Did you congresswoman representative Ayanna Presley, a prominent member of the squad, not even hiding it anymore, has told you that free speech is an enemy to the I don't even I don't even wanna say it's the radical left. I think it's the the left in general. And you heard it yourself right there. They are willing to work with anybody who wants to censor Americans. I oh my god. I mean, this representative obviously does not understand the constitution that she swore to protect and defend. That she swore to uphold. Another commentator said that, if if if they can't control speech, they can't control the country. With free speech, their lies, gaslighting, and propaganda is exposed. They're gonna do everything to silence opposition.
Any politician who advocates stomping on rights should automatically be removed from office. Let me ask you a question, folks. Do you think that censoring American the American people is advancing progress? And again, I'm gonna ask you, don't you just absolutely love it when the Democrats tell you exactly who they are? Free speech free speech is the enemy of the left. And I wanted to open up with that one because that one, I that I wanted to hit that yesterday, but we ran out of time, and and I did not wanna let this go. Oh, my my my my my.
Unbelievable. Let's see what else do we have here. No. We're not gonna touch that one right now. I think we'll go to this one here, I wanted to, I wanted to bring up. This is this is very interesting. Earlier today, Bill O'Reilly, made an appearance on, Fox News. And, he had a very I'm sorry. Not Fox News, News Nation with Chris Cuomo. And he made a very interesting statement. Something that that, that that that really needs to be paid attention to here. We all know that that, just yesterday, the Attorney General of The United States, Pam Bondi, announced that they were pursuing, charges against, the New York Attorney General, Leticia James, and the governor Kathy Hochul, and the commissioner of the, of the New York State DMV for these, for for allowing illegal immigrants to get driver's licenses.
And, interestingly, Bill O'Reilly goes on NewsNation, like I said, with Chris Chris Chris Cuomo. And, he he he drops this little itty bitty thing on, on what Eric Adams, who who is the is the sitting mayor of the, city of New York, might know about Letitia James and Alan Bragg and and and the rest of them with this. And it's it's very, very interesting. So the DOJ, first of all, before we go any further with that, the DOJ, you know, they're not taking criminal action on this. They're taking civil action in in about this particular issue, which they call the green light laws.
But, during this, conversation that he had with, with, Chris Cuomo, Bill O'Reilly, turned turned the the conversation turned to New York City Mayor Adams, and, and why he wasn't included in the Adam in in the in the actions that were, being put forward. Now, to be honest with you, I don't I don't I'm not a fan really of Bill O'Reilly, you know. Some things he he he says are are spot on, some things he he does are very good, some things he he's just way out there on. And this particular thing, I really don't agree with with with some of the things that Bill O'Reilly had to say, but he does bring out something that I think is really really interesting.
Basically, he he it seems like he he was framing, the moves as as an f as, an effort by by, by President Trump to quote unquote get James, when to which to me seems more like it's, he makes it seem more it's more like, retaliation or retribution. But in reality, what this is, this this is this is the administration holding blue states like New York, responsible or, what's the word? Compliant with the immigration laws. That's what Donald Trump was elected to do, is to to bring these blue states in compliance with election laws, not retribution.

And they're saying that Adams knows where the bodies are buried with James and Bragg. Just throwing it out for your consumption.

Hey, Gavin. They're coming for you. Pritzker's gonna get destroyed, and, Trump will bring down, and my I'm gonna predict it here, he will bring down Letitia James and Alvin Bragg because they went on a crusade to destroy him. And president Trump is not a forgiving man.

Alright. So I again, I don't necessarily agree with everything that Bill O'Reilly said. I don't I don't think this is a a case of retribution or or retaliation. I don't think that he's actively, you know, seeking revenge against, Tish and and and Twinkies. But, what he is doing though is he is as the chief magistrate of the land, as the chief executive officer of The United States, and as the chief law enforcement officer of The United States. A lot of people misunderstand that. They think that that the attorney general is the the top cop in the in the country. No. It's actually the executive branch. He is doing what he has sworn on the constitution to do, to uphold and defend it, to uphold the law.
And that's exactly what he's doing, because Tish James, Alvin Bragg, Kathy Hochul, operating lawlessly, basically doing whatever they wanna do, Defying federal law, defying immigration law, thereby bringing, harm and causing dangerous situations for their citizens. Donald Trump is doing what he's supposed to be doing, and that is upholding the law. But I thought that was an interesting piece, but especially because I'm from New York, so I do have some vested interest in what's going on there. Alright. Let's see. Let's see. How about some Doge stuff? So did you hear about this one today?
Can Doge finds $2,700,000,000,000 in Medicare, Medicaid fraud sent to ineligible overseas recipients over the years. So, White House press secretary Carolyn Levitt, who I love, says that the 2,700,000,000,000.0 in Medicare and Medicaid fraud that already has been uncovered by president Trump's Department of Government Efficiency is just part of a very long list of fraud and abuse that DOGE is identifying on a daily basis. Let's take a listen to the, audio. So just just so you know, $2,700,000,000,000 is about 8% of the national debt. Let's see. To Doe just for a second. Earlier, the subcommittee head headed by, chairman Marjorie Taylor Greene, heard and her staff, discovered $2,700,000,000,000 in improper payments to Medicare, Medicaid, overseas Mhmm. To people who should not have gotten it. Some of this room might have missed that press conference. Can you, elaborate on what the president, is thinking at this point? Well, again, that's another example. There's a very long list of the fraud, waste, and abuse that Doge is identifying on a daily basis.

Elon Musk also talked about yesterday about Social Security payments that are going out the door for people who are no longer with us. Unfortunately, I would say that is certainly a fraud. And so that's the thing those are the things that DOGE is working on every single day. And I would just remind everybody in this room, this is what President Trump campaigned on doing. And it was a hearing on Wednesday that had taken place, by the Department of Government Efficiency Subcommittee in the House that confirmed that since 02/2003, since 02/2003, '2 point '7 trillion dollars have been paid by taxpayers. That's you, that's me, for improper Medicare and Medicaid payments, including to individuals overseas who are not even eligible. Not even eligible to receive them.
Billions billions with a b, billions of taxpayer dollars. Your tax dollars have been absolutely squandered, just basically flushed down the toilet. How does that make you feel? Why? Why are you still if you are listening and you are a Democrat, if you are someone who continues to vote Democrat, why are you doing it? Now look, I know Republicans aren't guiltless in this whole thing either, and there are some dirty ass Republicans out there as well. I I understand that. But it just seems like the Democrats are always the problem. Republicans may not always be the solution, but the Democrats always seem to be the problem.
So why are you still supporting the Democrat party? Why are you still voting Democrats in governorships, in in in in state houses, in in congress, in the senate? Why? Look at these people. Why is someone like Elizabeth Warren who makes a hundred and 70 4 thousand no. I'm sorry. She makes about $200,000 a year. Why is she worth over $20,000,000? How is that possible? Nancy Pelosi, two hundred and twenty thousand dollars a year in salary. How is it that she is worth 200, $202,000,000? Why does it always seem like her husband and and and herself, they they they they benefit from these trades right before certain legislation passes?
Why is that? Because they're stealing your money, people. They're stealing from you. They're laughing all the way to the bank. Every step of the way, You and I are struggling to put food on the table for our families. You and I, I went to this I went to this to to the market the other day, and I I bought just some fill ins for the week. A hundred and $65, and there's nothing in my refrigerator to show it. Nothing. But yet, they are walking away with millions of your dollars. If there was ever a clear reason for the abolition of the IRS, the repeal of the income tax, the federal personal income tax, this is it.
You have to starve the beast. You have to kill it. This is why I am in favor of secession. I'm so dirty word. I understand that. A lot of people don't wanna hear that word. Traitor. Traitor. After the show we did with Jason Fry, I got a few emails calling me a sedition, a seditionist, a secessionist, a traitor to the country. Because I firmly believe that this is the way to go, not just for Texas, but for every state in the union over this alone. Now coming up next, Doge is gonna be auditing the IRS. What do you think is gonna come out of that? Something tells me that there is going to be huge, huge issues coming out of that particular audit.
And things like this are gonna become much more realistic. Now, you've heard me say this many, many times. 25 states right now, 25, half the country, half of The United States, have secession movements already in the works. Half. 25 states. And I'm not just talking about red states, I'm talking about California, New Hampshire, Vermont. Many, many, you know, blue states as well as red states, they don't wanna be a part of this anymore. After seeing what's been coming out with Doge, can you can you understand it now? Can you blame them?
Can you blame Texas for wanting to stand on its own? Oh, my my my my. Great book. If you can get this book, great book. Rethinking the American Union for the twenty first Century. Amazing book. Read this with Jason Fry's book on national divorce, a plan for peace. Read this in in addition to text it. You'll get the idea. You'll get the picture. The union, the American Union. Think of it like that. Think of it like the European Union. The American Union is broken. The American Union is not gonna last. I'm sorry to say that, folks. I am thrilled that Donald Trump is in office. I am thrilled with all the progress that he's making, but it's not gonna solve the problem. Most of what's being done is being done by executive order. Is it not?
Executive order, which means that the next president can come in and undo everything that Donald Trump just did, just like Donald Trump undid everything that Joe Biden did, and just like Joe Biden undid everything Donald Trump did the first time around. That's not the way to govern, folks. It's not the way secession, the breakup of the American Union is inevitable. It's going to happen. It's not gonna be violent. It's gonna be through the legislative process. It's going to be peaceful. That's why there are movements like TXIT already in place.
TEX IT is a process. It's not the end run. TEX IT is the process. TEX IT is working towards legislative success, getting a ballot measure, people voting for it, and Texas leaving the union. That's the way it's gonna work. That's what's going to happen. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. Texas Texas is a free, independent, sovereign state, a voluntary member of this union.
And Texas, Texas will stand free and lift its head higher than many of the nations of the world. And I say it that way because Texas is not gonna be the number one economy in the world, it's the eighth. Texas Texas is not going to be the number one in, defense spending in the world. It'll be, I think, 10 or nine. I'm sorry. It was number nine. But Texas will stand among the nations as an independent nation state.
