[00:09:26] Unknown:
Hi, Joe. It's good to be here. Yeah. You can just call me the founder. The founder. Okay. Well, I like CEO. It sounds so, like, you know, tough and gritty. Pretty. Yeah. You always do such a great job, taking your time to introduce as we're healing, letting the viewers know who we are and what we're doing, and that's exactly what you said. We are part of the solution, not part of the problem. There are so many problems to be solved in the world today, and we just wanna bring a little bit of hope to people's lives in the comfort of their own home. And we are working really hard, the team and I, to bring lasting healing solutions in your favor, not the favor of big pharma or a a shareholder, but in the best interest of what's best for your child, for you.
And, that's pretty much who we are. I'm in Kelowna, BC, Canada. And I was just traveling today, and I passed my billboard about two hours away. And I stopped there just to sort of reminisce the last four years. Four years ago exactly this month, I was told to, receive the deadly bioweapon or else lose my job. And, of course, you know, I was prepared to lose my job. I was also told I would never, you know, be part of a health care system again or be able to work in a health care system again. I said, okay. Well, great. I'll just make my own. No problem. So that's what we that we that's what we've been doing for four years, and I just wanna thank the team at Ezra Healing for all the hard work, in, you know, in front of the scenes, behind the scenes. It it takes a lot to get this up and running and sustained, but it's been worth all the trials and tribulations. So, yeah, there's lots to talk about today. I mean, what a what a wild week it's been. It has. Yeah. I mean, we talked last Tuesday. Like, we have been talking the last few Tuesdays, and there's been so much happened in in seven days.
You know? So the world is really shifting. More people are waking up, which is really exciting. That's exactly how I was gonna say that. There's a lot of things to, I think, critically examine in the last week, and we need to, you know, we need to put our thinking caps on. And, perhaps it's not as it seems. And, you know, we can get into the details, but I really wanna focus on, you know, the focusing on love and unity. And, this is our opportunity to really enhance that and, you know, disregard the division.
[00:12:06] Unknown:
Yeah. I I agree with you. Everything here is just moving on. The world is moving at a at a an extremely accelerated pace. That's at least what it feels like to me. It's it's there's not there's not one day that you could say, oh, it's a quiet news day. There is no such thing as quiet news days anymore. Everything is just moving at the speed of the snap of a finger. You know, from from the assassination of Charlie Kirk last week, to, today, I mentioned earlier that, the state of Utah finally, put their charges together and had their press conference today. I don't know if you if you heard about it, but, you know, they charged, so the suspect, Taylor Robinson, is 22 years old. He was arrested 09/11/2025, following the shooting of, Charlie Kirk on September 10 at Utah Valley University, over in Orem, Utah.
Today, formal charges were filed, by the Utah, Utah. Did my new my Brooklyn accent just came out there? The the the the Utah, county attorney Jeff Gray. And, so they charged him with, aggravated murder, which is a first degree felony for the intentional killing of, Charlie Kirk during a targeted political assassination, felony discharge of a firearm related to firing the weapon that that causes death, obstruction of justice, for the things that he did to hinder the investigation post shooting, like, getting rid of the clothes that he wore, telling his, his roommate not to talk to the police, not to talk to anybody without getting a lawyer first, and and and things of that nature. And then there were there were two counts of witness tampering, again, going back to the, going back to the, the relationship that he's in.
And then, let's see.
[00:14:02] Unknown:
That's because Joe, where are you getting where are you getting this information from? I'm getting from what source?
[00:14:08] Unknown:
Right now, I am on what is this? This is coming off of Grok, actually, on Twitter. It was the fastest way to get the compiled consolidated information. But this was all mentioned earlier today. I watched the press conference earlier, and, it was very detailed. It was very long. I think they did a very good job in presenting the information, and saying the case, they they went to greater detail and expressing it. And I'm sure people, if they wanna check it, they they can go find it. They can find the clips of it, online. I still didn't have a chance today to pull, the video clips from it to to show you. But, so the two counts of witness I'm sorry.
Who was doing the press conference? It was the county Is it it was the county prosecutor, where was it? Jeff Gray, and, of course, you know, the local law enforcement and the, and the team there. So, and then, so the two counts of witness tampering again was for the, the roommate that he was in a relationship with and, also his family, for getting them to try to, delay delay and not talk to anybody, press, police, so on and so forth. And then, and then the last charge was a, was committing a violent crime when children are present, because, there were supposedly there are potentially minors in the vicinity of the area when the shots went out. So when the shot went out, singular.
So, so those are the charges that were filed by the state. Now some people have been talking about, federal charges, but the federal government can't charge unless, he's charged with a specific hate crime. So, that's all still up in the air right now, and from what I've seen here, it doesn't look like they're gonna be doing that. So, so that's that's where we stand right now. So next step, get him to court.
[00:16:00] Unknown:
Well, no wonder you're feeling puffy. This last week, your cortisol levels have been very high from reading all that information. Yeah. Well That's very negative information. And, you know, how convenient. They just, wow. They just found the shooter. Wow. 22 years old to make that shot? Yep. That's you're gonna have some practice behind you. Yeah. That well, I see if that's the the
[00:16:28] Unknown:
official story. There's a lot of rumor, a lot of speculation. I saw something earlier today, but I can't say for sure because I didn't really, I didn't get a chance to really look at it carefully, but there's apparently some video. How convenient. How convenient. It was on nine eleven, the anniversary of nine eleven. I mean Well, he was caught on 09/11. He was shot on 09/10.
[00:16:49] Unknown:
Yeah. But what a what a what a coincidence. It was the day before nine eleven, and he was arrested on nine '11. Just to just to just to disregard the memories of nine eleven. We're just gonna plant that event on that date and just get the world attention and have a little distraction. Yeah. That's interesting. That that's a very interesting idea there. Yeah. No. Joe, let's just cut to the chase. I like, what do you really think is going on? I mean, yes. You read that, and thanks for reading the mainstream news. That's great.
But, you know, what do you really think is going on in your intuition and your gut?
[00:17:26] Unknown:
My gut tells me there's a lot there's there's more to this than meets the eye. My gut tells me that this was not just a lone wolf type situation. This was organized. This was planned. There have been, posts that were made on social media, interestingly enough, prior to, this date where they where people were talking about, wouldn't it be wouldn't it be terrible if if, something happened on September 10, you know, during the Charlie Kirk thing. I'm paraphrasing it. I don't remember off top of my head exactly, but the words that were used, but, but there were numerous posts across various social media platforms similar to that. So to me, that would indicate that, well, you know, people have prior knowledge to this, plus you have, you know, his communication through Discord. I don't really know Discord well. I've I have a Discord account somewhere, but I I don't I I really don't use it for anything.
But, but, but, Discord is known for, having, nefarious actors lurking about in there, and influencing people to do things. And it's a way that also they they they communicate. I know this, from well, from if you listen to to some some sources like Alex Jones and and that which I do, I I listen to him regularly. He's brought up the point that, you know, the government actually uses, discord servers to, to communicate, and, foreign governments use Discord servers to communicate with their, what's the word? Assets. So it's it's a it's it's very, very interesting, but my gut tells me that there's more to this than meets the eye, that there's definitely something's something is just not jiving here with me, you know.
[00:19:24] Unknown:
It's a 100%. I mean, five years into our awakening, if we're not critically thinking about this event
[00:19:31] Unknown:
from a whole angle, then we're ignorant. Well, you can't first, we can't trust the government.
[00:19:36] Unknown:
Then we've learned nothing. So, you know, for whatever it is, I I I think there's always gonna be a silver lining on whatever disaster that decides to show up in the in the movie Mhmm. Or the matrix. And I think it's our our our opportunity to, you know, really embrace unity here Yes. And hope and healing. There's I mean, a lot of people have been affected, you know, worldwide, and and this has really infiltrated our schools. Even my children have been affected, and they're they're emotionally upset. And to be honest, I didn't even know who Charlie Kirk was until he died. So his death, was you know, he was he's been more popular since he died than when he was alive.
So, you know, they're really making an example out of him, and they're really exalting Jesus Christ. I know I know quite a few people who've texted me said they can't wait to go buy their Bibles. So, you know, is this a is this a whole new, you know, religious, you know, uptake once again? You know? Well, I don't I don't know I don't know about that. Happens? I'm sorry? I'm I mean, to step on you. Well, I mean, the the the we've had such a great awakening in the last five years. People are really stepping into their own sovereignty, you know. And, I mean, not not to bash, Charlie Kirk's, you know, standpoint on Christianity and Jesus Christ because I was there once too. But, I mean, it's a very, you know, it's a very controlling religion who, you know, there's a lot of rules and regulations in that religion. Let's just say that. And they're really you know, went to town to advertise it. So, you know, things are not as they seem. I'm an intensive care nurse by trade. Okay? I've seen a lot of blood.
I've seen a lot of blood spurt out of people. And the reason why I've seen that is because when somebody comes to the ICU, we put different, you know, lines and tubes in them so we can, you know, provide better care to them. And we often, you know, put lines in their in their veins and their in their neck. Okay? And if you if you puncture it the wrong way, like, it's just gonna spurt out across the room. It's gonna be bright red. Mhmm. Bright red blood is what comes out of you, not what came out of Charlie Kirk, which is this kind of dark, limp, you know, solution. Well, some of some of the stories There's a lot of red flags for me, and it's really just disheartening to see, you know, whoever's behind this, probably the same organization that was behind the, the the the launch of the bioweapons.
It's just more of the same. It's just a different scene of the movie, in my opinion. So regardless, we're gonna treat it the same. We're gonna just carry on what we do best, and that's bringing healing solutions to people. And I think, you know, a lot of people are now questioning what exactly that was, and we have to, I think, just see the the significance of the date that it was also launched
[00:22:34] Unknown:
on. Oh, sure. That that wasn't just a coincidence. That was a strategic planning move. I think so. I I I definitely I definitely could agree with you on that that that there was definitely some planning here. There was definitely organization here. The question is really now is who is behind it. And, I think time will tell. Unfortunately, time will tell. We don't have the answer right now, but I have my suspicions. You know, I I have my thoughts and my ideas. I'm not ready to throw them out there yet, but, you know, I'm formulating my opinions, and I'm doing my research on this stuff, and I'm trying to get more informed. But, you know, it's it's a very it's a very disheartening development, you know, when somebody is is shot down for speaking their opinion, you know, the whole point of the first amendment is to be able to do that.
And what I think the the all indications are, you know, this this this this young man was a was a left leaning, individual, was radicalized, and if if it if this is the one who did it, lone wolf well, lone wolf style, you know, it's just it's it's a bad precedent to set. Because if you've ever noticed anything here, especially in The States, it's it's it's not the right that goes out killing people for speaking their opinions. You know, it's always the left. It's always the left, and it it's the the issue that I see is and what concerns me is is the rhetoric coming out now on on all sides.
It greatly disturbed me to see people on on TikTok and Twitter and all that stuff, you know, celebrating this. And, you know, of course, the reaction now is is, you know, you you hear a lot of you hear a lot of the, of the folks on the left, especially politicians of late have been talking about, you know, we're at war. We're at war. We we're and, yeah, when you're at war, you have to do what it takes. At at war, you're at war, we're saving the democracy, we're saving our republic well, they never call it a republic, but which is what it is. You know, we're saving democracy. We're saving the you know, this is a he's a fascist. This one's a fascist. That one's a fascist. You know, you have all of this rhetoric getting thrown out there, And, you know, I think we're at a we're at a tipping point here. This is this is very serious. This is, this can go this can go several different ways. You know? I would like I don't wanna see violence. I don't wanna see this stuff taking place on the streets of of, of The United States and America here, but, you know, unfortunately, this is the climate that we're in, and this is this is the direction that that one particular side of the aisle is pushing it.
I don't know. I I, you know, I I
[00:25:33] Unknown:
I don't know. I I I'm I'm all about I'm all about tipping points. Bring them on because, you know, that's when we move forward and then shift. Yeah. But I don't wanna see people killed for it. Tipping points, Joe. Why don't we move on to the solutions part of this? Yes. Absolutely. And I was going to say that. Enough enough doom and gloom. Yes. We have, you know, it it always goes back to the basics. It always goes back to empowering ourselves with the best tools because nobody is coming to save us. Correct. So, you know, I I love coming on the Tuesday evening shows with you, Joe, because one, I'd I'd love to see your progress. You've worked so hard on, you know, leveling up exercise and getting off your big pharma meds, you know, moving more into your passion. It's just, it's encouraging for me, and I know it's encouraging for your viewers. So why don't we talk about those seven pillars of health, which are super obvious, but we're gonna talk about them again because the obvious one to talk about.
[00:26:33] Unknown:
Before you get into that, remember last week, you asked me to put together a list of all the medications that I was on Mhmm. And and share that with everybody to to say to let you know
[00:26:44] Unknown:
what Okay. What I'm offering. Got the list.
[00:26:47] Unknown:
Yes. Alright. So Celebrex, which we know is for, nerve issue nerve pain and and things like that. Duloxetine, which is the, generic of Cymbalta, which is the, antidepressant. Losartan for the blood pressure. Metoprolol for the blood pressure. Cetoralac. I I forget what that was for.
[00:27:11] Unknown:
Cetoralac. Isn't that Toradol? That's an anti inflammatory, I think. Okay. That's possible. And then, metformin
[00:27:18] Unknown:
because I was I was prediabetic.
[00:27:21] Unknown:
Prediabetic. Wow. I mean, that's that's a lot. Those are hardcore drugs. Yeah. You know? And, you know, they have a lot of nasty side effects. And, you know, given the right circumstances, you know, focusing on the seven pillars, like, you have you've weaned yourself off of all of those. You know? You had something for high blood pressure. You had something for high blood sugars. You had something for low mood. You had something for high inflammation. Mhmm. You know? I mean, we're just polluting our bodies with these medications. So this is such a fun role for me in this lifetime that I get to, you know, promote. I've always wanted to do health promotion disease prevention, and that's exactly what we're what we're doing. So congratulations on weeding yourself off of those meds. And Thank you. We wanna really encourage the viewers if you're motivated to do the same thing.
I mean, Joe, how are you feeling being off of those, meds?
[00:28:17] Unknown:
I feel good. You know, I really do, overall. I'm a little low energy today, but I'm just I think I'm just tired. But, overall, but my my health wise, I feel good. Like, I I don't have the swelling. Even on the on the blood pressure, man, when I was taking the blood pressure medications, my hands would get swollen, my my, you know, my feet would swell up from time to time, my ankles and whatnot, and that's on the medication that's supposed to prevent all that stuff from taking place. You know, it it's it's like, and then and of course being on on the the depression meds, you and I spoke about this. It it was like, I'm actually able I feel now. It's like when I was on the medications, I described it like I wanted to scream, but I couldn't.
Like, I'd be standing there screaming top of my lungs, but nothing coming out. You know what I mean? That's the best kind of the picture, and and I didn't like that. I didn't like the way it felt. I I felt like a zombie most of the time, you know, just kinda going through the motions, going through the day, doing whatever you gotta do, and there was just nothing there. Came off of that, man, I feel great. I feel clear. I feel clarity. Like, I I can think. And it's it's just it's a it's the best feeling ever,
[00:29:30] Unknown:
coming off of that. And not to say that, you know, you don't have a bad day or a low day. Right. Right? Of course. And and that and that's often situational where we choose to surround ourselves with. I mean, if I hope you are you okay with me talking about this, but, you know, you had, you know, a tough day at work. You you had so many people needing you. You weren't able to eat properly. You didn't get enough break. You didn't get enough breathing space. Mhmm. Just that your life force was sucked out of you. I mean, unfortunately, you're in this job that, you know, I'm sure you are such a vital part of the team, but you're not quite living in your passionate, you know, source. So it's it's really stealing your life force and, you know, I I I feel you. I feel that that that pain. And, you know, thanks for not taking a a med just to brush over that. You're really feeling it. You're moving through it. Yeah. True. This is this is part of getting to where we wanna be in life is we need to feel when things just are not right and off. And I I like how you talk about them. We talk about things, and, I love how you're just so open. And does talking make you feel better or worse? Oh, yeah. No. It does. It it's some in some ways, it it's it's I I I I'll use the word therapeutic.
[00:30:48] Unknown:
In some ways, it's good to get it off the chest, you know, just to just to vent it. Sometimes, you know, sometimes it's a little hard to talk about it because, you know, I don't like to to, you know, I'm gonna use a word here, bitch and complain about things. You know, but, but it is helpful, and and I don't mind talking about it, and then my audience has heard it, you know, before, and it's nothing really new to them. You know, so I don't I don't have an issue with that at all. I think it's important too. There might be somebody else out there thinking or feeling the same way, and that could be helpful to them. Like, for example, today, I had a a service technician out at my at my building, and they were doing some work on on one of our pieces of equipment.
And, you know, he was in the same mindset that I was at the time, just drained, just, you know, just just fighting to hang on. And, for about ten minutes, we sat there while this thing was going through its its cycle. We'd sat there about ten minutes, and we just, you know, told each other stories back and forth about what he deals with, what I deal with, and it's so similar. And he said to me as as we were walking away, he goes, you know, I really needed to talk about it today. Thank you. I appreciate that. You know? He goes, that's why I like coming here to talk to you. I'm like, oh, that's great. I'm glad.
[00:31:58] Unknown:
You know? Just a simple check-in. So, what do we have for for the seven pillars of So let's see.
[00:32:06] Unknown:
We'll start off with here. Number one. Mental, the the first pillar is mental, cultivating a healthy mindset through mindfulness and curiosity.
[00:32:17] Unknown:
Yeah. Emotional. Taking care of your heart with healthy coping strategies. And that's me, and I'm, you know, I'm I'm grateful. I'm in a grateful position. I'm accepting the vitamin d, the sunshine, and I'm in my workout gear exercising. So that's my that's my antidepressant is, is exercise. And, not that I'm depressed, but, it keeps me at a high functioning mental health state. Yeah. I mean, it's it's known it's well known that that exercise,
[00:32:48] Unknown:
stimulates you and and keeps what's the what is it? Is it serotonin? That keeps is it serotonin? That that it keeps
[00:32:56] Unknown:
oh, man. I'm I'm sorry. Definitely it's definitely one of the hormones. Yep.
[00:33:00] Unknown:
So so it it helps you it it helps you relieve the frustration. It helps you relieve the tension, the stress. It's great to get out there and do stuff. You know, very recently, I started working on, making sure that I get the dogs out for a walk After the show, if I can, I I I run them out? There's a park not too far away from me over here, so we strap them up. We take a walk over that way. We walk do a couple of laps around the little park and come back. You know, if, if I can't do a regular workout or a stretch routine or anything like that, that's what I do to supplement it. And and it and it's very helpful.
[00:33:31] Unknown:
You know, it's very it clears your mind. And that's a healthy coping strategy. You know, we're getting away from unhealthy coping strategies like drinking alcohol, you know, whatever else. But, healthy coping strategies, they get us, you know, they get us through the week, through the day. Sharing your feelings is part of healing, bottling them up causes stagnant energy. Yeah. 100%, Susan. So, you know, just what we were talking about, expressing yourself using your voice, using, you know, your your your people around you. And and, you know, we're not a burden. These things aren't a burden. These are the realities of going through, the great awakening. So it's it's really nice to be in support of each other. So what's next there? Next, you have emotional. Taking care of your heart with healthy coping strategies.
[00:34:23] Unknown:
Mhmm.
[00:34:24] Unknown:
So let's so so, Philip, give us some ideas of what some help healthy coping strategies are.
[00:34:30] Unknown:
You know, when I was at the peak of my trauma going through all the loss and the grief in the last few years, I really stayed I distracted myself, and I got involved in activities as much as I possibly could to stay distracted, and they were they were healthy, outlets. So I think distraction can be a healthy coping mechanism if it's channeled in the right way.
[00:35:01] Unknown:
Yeah. I agree with you. I find I find for myself as well that, if I find I'm drifting off someplace in the mind and, I'm thinking about things that I ought not be thinking of, activities I ought not be thinking of, and even entertaining certain wants or, like, because I I've been I've been staying away from the alcohol and all that stuff, and believe me right now, I would not mind cracking open a bottle and just having a little sip of it just to kinda settle down, you know? But stay away from that stuff, you know? So I do something else to occupy the mind, to to to distract myself from wanting to do something like that. I'll go out now after the show tonight. I'm gonna feed the kids, and we're gonna strap them up and let's come for a walk. You know?
[00:35:54] Unknown:
So the other the other thing, Joe, is we're moving from medication to meditation and medication to movement. So Yeah. So, you know, I'll talk about it again. So medication to meditation, and this falls under the mental and the emotional is reprogramming our mind with really healthy positive thoughts. Things that perhaps we haven't even thought of before, And this is where this mindful meditation comes in. At Ezra Healing, we work with, Ben Mitchell from Australia, and he creates very particular and self guided meditations for our team, for our organization, for me in specific. So these are about thirty to forty five minute of meditation, and you literally just plug it in, put it into your ears. And it's a very specific one for you because you've already talked to Ben and has and has done a questionnaire, and he's created a very specific, meditation for you. And you could purchase this on the Ezra Healing store.
I've had a lot of great feedback so far from people who have listened to Ben Brad Mitchell's health support band, And it's in front of a binaural beat, so it it it'll put you to in just major comfort mode. And, you know, instead of watching the news, you're gonna be listening to this. And this fills up your mind and reprograms your mind and it you know, because we we are firm believers at Ezra Healing that your body can heal yourself given the right information. Agreed. So this meditation is here to empower your brain, and it's all about what you're taking in.
So, you know, we we're we're gonna change philosophy philosophies a bit. And as much as, you know, there are places for medication, there's more places for meditation in what we're doing moving forward in the new health care paradigm.
[00:37:49] Unknown:
That's good. That's really good. Let's see. Susan says, she loves that. From medication to meditation. That's very good. I like it too. Yeah. You had a couple of good ones tonight. I do. Right? You did. You actually did. You had a couple of good ones. Like, I I wrote down the different scene of the same movie. Yep. You know? I I like that one, and and now that that's you're on a roll tonight.
[00:38:13] Unknown:
Alright. Well, you know why? I'm 40% smarter than I was five weeks ago because I've stopped coffee. So my brain is is it's getting stronger. It's it's a muscle. It's it's your motherboard. Right? So I'm really doing everything I can to have amazing brain health. Mhmm. And cutting out coffee was a major win for me. Now, you know, normally, I would be having coffee.
[00:38:37] Unknown:
This is this is green tea with some raw honey and a squeeze of fresh lime. That's a that's a great concoction. And it is absolutely delicious. I love it.
[00:38:49] Unknown:
Yeah. So you guys go check out the the health support bam. It's a very, effective tool. It's a very affordable tool that you'll have forever, and it's it's helped people with insomnia. It's helped people with cancer. It's helped people get off big pharma meds because it helps to remind you of who you really are,
[00:39:14] Unknown:
What's next there? And the and and just as a side note, the this stuff is great stuff. I I I haven't checked this out yet, but, I had used binaural beats in the past, and, they are fantastic. I mean, you you they really help you get into a very relaxed, meditative state. It's they're really good. And so I'm looking forward to trying this one out. This so this is great. Alright. Next up. Physical.
[00:39:42] Unknown:
Obviously, taking care of your body with exercise, nutrition, and proper sleep. I mean, it's imperative. Exercise is the best medicine. If you guys need help with an exercise program, we're gonna be bringing on a a personal trainer who's very experienced in creating programs for you to recruit those muscles if you just don't know how. He's also great nutrition. Nurse Corey is also great, in in this space offering different techniques and advice. And you know what? If you take care of your body with exercise and proper nutrition, you should be sleeping better.
But if you're not sleeping the greatest, as sleep is essential, we do have sleeping aids that we recommend. It's a cannabis based product. We support American Hemp Hub in The US and, these oils in in Canada. So if you're having sleep issues or you're wanting to get off your traditional big pharma, zopelicone pills or an Ativan, we wanna help you transition to, a cannabis product. But like I said, if you're exercising hard, at least, you know, thirty to sixty minutes a day, and eating the right stuff, high protein, low carbohydrates, you don't want that big sugar, spikes. You know, you you should be finding better sleeps. And, obviously, environmental, taking care of the spaces and places around you.
Even the clutter in your home can be stressing you out. Okay. Clean up. Throw stuff out. If you haven't touched it for twelve months, you probably are not gonna touch it for the next twelve months. Give it away. Throw it out. Clean up your space. If you are around toxic people in your life, I know this is a hard one for people. We we often submit ourselves to these really low negative vibing relationships or people we just live with because there's not a better way. But you know what? If you have this nudge, you know, you're not leveling up or doing your best because somebody's just sabotaging you in your environment. Well, it might be time to really examine, is that relationship, really for you, or is it actually against you? Yeah. I agree with that, wholeheartedly.
[00:42:08] Unknown:
One of the things that I say regularly is, one I I value my peace, and I value my privacy. And, I am I I am not willing to give up either just for the sake of having somebody in my life, you know, just to, you know, in a relationship or whatnot. It's it's either it's it's gotta be part of it, or it's not gonna be part of anything with me. And maybe that sounds like I'm a jerk, but, I, you know, I'm not I'm not willing to sacrifice peace or privacy for for anything. So,
[00:42:48] Unknown:
so yeah. You worked you worked hard for those, Joe. You really, really have. Oh, thank you. But I think, you know, when you work hard for something, you wanna protect it and keep it and keep it sacred.
[00:42:58] Unknown:
That's right. Until
[00:43:00] Unknown:
the right person or situation comes along where now, you know, you you invite that that energy into your life, and it makes it makes your life better. It does, actually. You're right. That's what this is all about. It's like, why not have the best life possible and start attracting the best energy that you possibly can? And that starts, you know, with us, and that's why we talk about these seven pillars. We we we really talk about self and empowering self. So you're attracting
[00:43:32] Unknown:
the best things for you. That's right. You're you're a 100% right. I agree with you. Alright. Let's see. What else we got? Spiritual.
[00:43:45] Unknown:
Spiritual activities or practices that give a sense of meaning to your life. I mean, this is so important. You know, for me, it's it's actually my work that I do. I don't even call it work. I I love what I do and do what I love. I I help eliminate all vaccines on the planet. I mean, that gives meaning to my life because I know it's so important because if we don't do something about it, the kids are gonna remain sick. Yeah. And some, you know, some to many are are are passing away or dying, because they were tricked into thinking this medical intervention was safe and effective when it's really, like, it it's the enemy. So, you know, the spiritual practice really is, you know, what are you showing up as in your life? You know, what is the practice that you're doing?
So it's not just, you know, Sunday church service or or Saturday night, you know, worship band practice. It's, you know, it it's those moments day in and day out. How are you living your life? We're we're in a spiritual awakening. So, you know, stepping into, you know, what really what gives you so much energy and passion. And I think well, I know I know for a fact that if you follow that, there is an abundant road at the end. You know, you can create a career out of doing something you absolutely love and are spiritually
[00:45:15] Unknown:
attached to. Preach it, sister. Ronnie? Absolutely. I agree with you. I I I you have not said anything that I can I can refute in any way? That's why I'm being so quiet.
[00:45:25] Unknown:
Yeah. I I I like I like when I get to talk, Joe. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to talk. So My pleasure. You know, recreation, making time for hobbies, fun activities, and new experiences. I mean, this is a tough one. You know? I for me, recreation means exercising. My hobby is exercising. My new experiences, well, those are part of the awakening. I think you just, you know if you're living boldly and courageously, there's without a doubt, no question, you're gonna have new experiences in your life. Every day, I'm like a child that I just am in awe and, you know, I'm the source blesses me with new experiences.
So and I think, you know, they come from the heart too. You don't need this you don't need a fireworks spectacular event, you know, to have a new experience. It could just be you quietly, you know, meditating with the sunshine and the sand between your toes. You know what? And and
[00:46:23] Unknown:
for the audience's sake, you've sent me so many pictures of the environment that you spend your time in, and absolutely beautiful. And I'm telling you, I missed that because, when where I lived up in New York, there was a there was a a a place not too far from where I lived. I actually could've walked there. It was absolutely beautiful. It was a lake. It was just the woods. It was fantastic. I loved it. I used to go there at least once or twice a week, and I would just kinda walk around and just think. And it was so quiet. It was so peaceful. It was so beautiful. I miss that. You don't have that here. I live in a desert right now. So, you know, it's like, don't have very many green spaces around here to do that kind of stuff. And, I get jealous when you send me those pictures.
[00:47:11] Unknown:
Where would you go? Where would you live? Like, if if if you got this, you know, if you got this set up that you can be a full time podcaster and have your own network and you were financially set up, where would you go,
[00:47:23] Unknown:
in in the world? Oh, that's a great question. I you know what? I definitely would not go back up north only because of the political environment and and the cost of living and and so on and so forth. I'd wanna stay I'd wanna stay down in the southern area. So I'd probably go to maybe maybe Northern Texas. Northern Texas is beautiful. There's there's some beautiful, beautiful country up there. I drove through a plate. It was, it was right around where Dallas is, believe it or not, and, absolutely beautiful. Small town living, gorgeous. Just the scenery was beautiful. The neighborhoods were gorgeous. It was just, it was just so pleasant just to drive through it. And in a lot of ways, it reminded me of some of the places back home, like I would go up to Upstate New York, and, and, you know, go up to the go to the lakes, and I would go up to, like, there was this place called Yulin, New York we used to go to, regularly. It was beautiful. Little cabins in the woods and all that stuff. It was a lot of fun.
And, you know, that reminded me very much of that. And if if I was able to, that's where I would resettle.
[00:48:30] Unknown:
So I I I basically just, you know, I'm I'm helping you write your future. When I ask you these questions Mhmm. And you tell me straight from your heart, because I can feel it, I'm helping you rewrite your future, and you're living in your passion. And I just can't wait to arrive here where you're in this beautiful place doing what you love and just watch you blossom and flourish. So we're calling it in, and I think it's our responsibility as human beings to know what we want and ask, you know, God, source, creator what we want and then leave it up to leave it up to that energy field to bring it into our our space. So just keep holding that vision. Keep holding that those good feelings about your future self and your future life, Joe, because what you want, Joe,
[00:49:25] Unknown:
wants you too. Did you know that? Yeah. You know what? You you and I have talked about that, and I and I agree with you, and I believe you on that too. And, you know, I know it's it's just a matter of when. It's not an if. It's not, you know, a maybe. It's a when it's gonna happen. You know, making a lot of a lot of steps, taking a lot of steps, making a lot of inroads in a lot of different ways. You know, working with Ezra has been a catalyst for a lot of stuff. You know, a lot of the guests that I've had on the show have been really super interested in what Ezra's doing, and and, you know, it's so I've been we've been making connections along those ways as well. And, you know, it's starting to it's starting to lay out. There's a path developing, you know, and just just following the path, just one step at a time, not looking back, looking forward, keeping your eyes on the mark. That's the goal. That's the target. That's where I'm heading. Not gonna worry about who's over here. Not worrying about who's over here or who's back there. I'm looking straight ahead. And, you know, I see a lot of opportunities coming, and, I'm I'm excited about it. There's a lot of things that are going on that I can't talk about yet, that, could potentially, you know, help, you know, blow this thing up a little bit for me. So,
[00:50:34] Unknown:
you know, I'm Well, I'm I'm cheering for you. I'm your biggest cheer your biggest Canadian cheerleader.
[00:50:39] Unknown:
I think you're my biggest cheerleader period, to be honest with you.
[00:50:43] Unknown:
I'll take that title. I believe in you so much. It's just a knowing I have because I remember who you are. Oh, thank you. I appreciate that. I don't know you, Joe, but I know you very, very well. And I see you. I see you very clearly. And I think it's it's fun. It's nice. It's pleasant when we have cheerleaders, you know It is. For us and not against us. We have, you know, we have so much in in the world that we think is against us, but often it's just in our head. Yeah. You're right. You're absolutely right.
[00:51:14] Unknown:
So what's next? It's very Great. We did we did recreation already. Let's go on to last page. Social. This is big. This is important.
[00:51:24] Unknown:
Yes. Building relationships with regular connections and healthy boundaries. What does self care look like for you? I mean, this is a big one, and, you know, so many of us have been isolated in the last five years. Our our families have changed. Our employment has changed. Tremendously. Our our housing has changed. You know, everything that was once familiar is is could be just gone. And it'll it it's very lonely. It could be very lonely and very isolating. So, you know, it it's good to, you know, have your quiet time, but too much quiet time is is depressing too. And I'm I'm a good one to admit that.
It's these healthy human interactions and connections that really spice up life, I think. But, you know, we don't wanna just hang out or align ourselves with anybody because we've worked hard to refine ourselves, and we're very protective of our energy. And I think this is where healthy boundaries come in. You know, sometimes many of us just say yes too many times or surround ourselves with people maybe we don't really wanna surround ourselves with. And and the social part was really the motivating factor for me to start the, primal dating website, the app, intentional dating, because I think there's a lot of single amazing wellness warriors on the planet that really wanna be connected with each other. And I'm really hoping this platform, because of the intention originated in it will really attract the right people.
You know, I've been on dating websites. Some of them are horrible. The outcomes are horrible. And is it maybe because they they were created, you know, on false pretense or not with the right intention? So I'm really hoping the Ezra Healing, app will bring, you know, human connection back, and that's another reason why we're planting clinics in Canada and The US because health care really happens in person, in my opinion. I mean, it's great we have Zoom tools and the phone and the texting, but the real human connection happens in person when people are seen, they're heard, they're touched, they're smelled. You know, they're given they're given opportunity to hold space.
So, you know, the the dating app or just a connection app doesn't you don't even have to be interested in dating. You just wanna meet other people. And then the, the Azure Healing in person clinics is, is really important. And I make a point of doing my best to go meet people in person. You know? Like, call somebody up. You know? Stop the texting for a second. Pick up the phone. Go visit a friend. You know? Have a tea. You know? Drop in unexpected to one of your friends. You know? Be old school. So yeah.
[00:54:28] Unknown:
I that's the only thing I'm gonna disagree with. I I I don't I'm not a big fan of the, of the, pop in. I I like a little advanced warning. So that's the only thing I'll disagree with on. I like when you disagree with me. That's fun. It makes it good entertainment. So but, but so so the seven pillars of self care, incredibly important stuff, folks. This is great stuff. And, the social aspect, like you said, is is is key because, you know, we are social creatures. You know, human beings are social creatures, and we need to have that type of we need to have interactions with other human beings, and, of course, with boundaries. You know, there has to be a limitation to what you, you know, what you're willing to, tolerate with other people.
But, you know, it it's important you need to do it. And, like, I'm excited too. I'm I'm gonna be going up to, Washington State, but we would I was trying to do it this month, but I'm not gonna be able to, but probably next month. So, I I have my friend Wayne and and his wife are up there, and they're they're amazing people.
[00:55:41] Unknown:
And, Where are you where are you going in Washington?
[00:55:45] Unknown:
It's, Chehalis or Olympia. I'm sorry. Not Chehalis. Olympia. Olympia. Yeah. Okay. That might be close to me. I can come visit you. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. It'll be a lot of fun. So, you know, I'm excited about that. I'm looking forward to it. I haven't the last time I've I've seen Wayne, it was, back in February. He came down here. So, I'm gonna be heading up there. I'm gonna help him out. He's, he's starting his own podcast and and stuff. So he's building a studio with his home. So I'm gonna go up there and help him out with that. And, I'm excited about that. And, you know, it'd be a not a much needed break from the routine.
So I have a lot of it's, you know, you you need to do things like that. You need to get out, you need to socialize, you need to but you need to do it smart. Don't don't just do it for the sake of doing it. You know, be careful where where you're going, who you're connecting with, because there are unfortunately people out there who do not have your best interest at heart, and will do the best they can to take care take advantage of you where they can. So, do it smart, build those relationships, have those regular connect connections, set up the healthy boundaries, and remember, you have resources at your disposal. You have Ezra Ezra Healing is is a wonderful resource for you. You have to head over to their website, ezrahealing.com, and you can find out all the information that you need. Great bunch of folks. I mean, look, we have we have the the founder of Ezra Healing here with us, and we have a great relationship. You know, I I absolutely love spending time with her and talking to her like this, and, you know, we have interactions during the course of the week, and they're great, you know, very encouraging on on my end at least.
And, I hope for her as well. But, you know, it's you need those interactions and just align yourself with good people. Align yourself with people who have the same interest at heart.
[00:57:29] Unknown:
I I love I love connecting with you during the week, Joe. So on that note, we we offer a three month wellness package. K? It's it's a steal of a deal in my opinion because you're connected to your own private nurse for three months. So not only are you, you know, you you have initial consultations and a follow-up, but you also have basically unlimited text and phone calls to her. Oh, that's awesome. So if somebody, you know, just needs to reach out, you have a nurse right there at the tips of your fingers. So That's awesome. This is what I love. This is the human connection piece. We're not only about ivermectin and parasites or and detoxing from parasites.
We're really about human connection, and there's so much more, that can be, you know, dug into when
[00:58:20] Unknown:
you basically hire your own nurse for three months. Yeah. And then, we just support that mindset. So That's great. And then when when you have the app come out, that'll be that's another resource available. So there's a lot of great things coming, and, it's really exciting to see how it's going. And, you know, in just in just the short time that we've known each other, you've you've you've made so many, so many advancements in in in the in what you offer and and the programs that you have and the the services that you're offering. I mean, it's great. I I I think you guys are on the right track, and I'm really excited to be doing this with you. Well, we're trying really, really hard, you know, and
[00:58:54] Unknown:
I I wanted to talk about ivermectin cream today. So I'm gonna I'm gonna hand it over to you. And, ivermectin cream is really showing promising effects on, you know, basal and squamous cell carcinomas along with stubborn skin rashes like rose rosacea. So Joe is going to show a video from a very well known, educated, and effective oncologist, doctor William Macas out of Alberta, Canada, and his discussion on ivermectin.
[00:59:24] Unknown:
Okay. Great. Here we go.
[00:59:27] Unknown:
Like I said, in many cases, it will clear psoriasis. But most impressive of of all, it will clear skin cancers. And I now have tons of testimonials
[00:59:38] Unknown:
from patients Let me start that again. Not sure what happened there.
[00:59:42] Unknown:
Who had either basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma. They started applying the horse paste twice a day. Within a couple of weeks, you see the the lesion the skin lesion start changing. You can see it. Just after a couple of weeks of application, the lesion starts changing. It starts getting smaller. And after a month or two, it may fall off completely and it's gone. You can treat any skin cancer with ivermectin paste, the horse paste. The $89 horse paste that, you know, you get at whatever, veterinary supply.
[01:00:27] Unknown:
Okay. So There we go. Awesome. Okay. So, basically, that was a video of doctor William Macas who treats, like, thousands of patients with cancer. He's an oncologist. Okay? He's basically been disregarded by the medical community because of what he talks about, and he's so effective. He has a lot of clients. We work with doctor Macas. We see a lot of his patients, after they go see him. So he sends people to us for ivermectin and ivermectin cream, for example. So, you know, we we carry ivermectin cream, Vita I, cream, it's called on our store. It's in The US and Canada.
It probably is even in The UK now on our store. So, you know, if you have any sort of basal cell squamous cell carcinomas on your skin, any type of rosacea, he was talking about acne, give ivermectin cream a try. And I know, you know, dermatology is a stubborn, stubborn issue. You know, we can spend years trying to diagnose and figure out skin rashes. We can slather on a whole bunch of different creams. My own my advice to you is to try one one solution at a time. You don't want too many on there because if something does work, you're not you're not in the knowing of what works. So, if you have any questions about the ivermectin cream, give us a call, give us an email, give us a, a chat on our Wix chat group. So that's our product of the week advertised in our newsletter.
Please sign up for our newsletter at ezrahealing.com. We have our amazing Julie Miller from California who spends a lot of time perfecting these emails for you once a week with just information. It's a breakdown of our of our store because our store is not super clear, and that's for a reason, but you're gonna find all the answers in the newsletter. That's it. That's great. And, you know, I watched the video earlier,
[01:02:36] Unknown:
and it's it's it's it's amazing what ivermectin can do. It and and it it makes sense to me now, the more I know about ivermectin, why the government was so dead set against allowing ivermectin to be used to treat things like COVID nineteen and, and other issues, and and just that, that whole smear campaign about it's a horse pill, it's horse medication, it's veterinary medications, you know, it's not meant for human human consumption. Well, that's not true, obviously. And, and I know he calls it the horse paste, but that's really what it is. But it it has such powerful properties to it, and it can really make a huge difference in cancer treatments, not only skin cancer, but but, I I think it it if if cancer is parasitic, like so many so many, researchers are are are saying these days, and coming back to that idea of it, like it was back in button in in the the early part of the last century, ivermectin is huge. It's it's a it's this is this is a life saving, medication that, and it makes sense when you think about it. It really makes sense as that's the why the the government did not does not want you to have it.
Like hydroxychloroquine hydroxychloroquine, the malaria medication, understood. But when I had COVID, they gave me hydroxychloroquine, and it the next day, I was back up on my feet again, You know? And and, of course, right after that, that's when they said, no. No. No. No. No. No. You can't have that. You got to have Fauci's medication.
