[00:10:27] Unknown:
I am. Well Hello, Joe.
[00:10:29] Unknown:
Welcome. Welcome to the show. I was waiting for you to come on so I can do this. I'm gonna mix I'm gonna mix some methylene blue here for you. Yeah. Do it. Let's Yeah. It is such a beautiful color. It's such a beautiful color of blue. It's it's it's amazing. But, Are you just putting it in regular water? No. This is no. This is just plain sparkling water. Nothing crazy. Nothing crazy at all. So we're gonna put one dropper. It's about twenty drops. Just drop that right on in there, give it a little bit of a stir. Look at that.
[00:11:00] Unknown:
How pretty is that? Yeah. That's a gorgeous color.
[00:11:04] Unknown:
You know what I did the other day? I was being dumb. So, I was just curious how it would taste in milk, so I made blue milk. So And? I don't recommend it. The, the the the fresh mint flavor does not really pair well with the milk. But, but still, it was it was fun to drink. Like, Luke Skywalker's aunt Beru gave him blue milk in Star Wars. I had my blue milk with this. This is power right here. This is great stuff. Alright.
[00:11:40] Unknown:
Is that your first glass of the day? Mhmm. Yeah.
[00:11:45] Unknown:
Yeah. I realized it this morning that I forgot to do it. So I said, I I'll just wait until we do it on the show. So Right. I haven't done on the show in a while. Usually, when I get a fresh bottle of the methylene blue, I crack the seal and I do it here on the show with everybody. But
[00:11:58] Unknown:
Now you look different. I did you is your is your hairstyle different?
[00:12:03] Unknown:
Bingo. You found out. It looks really good. Well, thank you. I I like the bald look totally suits you. I gotta do something for the shine here, though. We gotta fix that. I I need a I need a makeup person so they can come in and and powder me before we go on. Right. Okay. And how was that? When was the last time you were shaved your head? Well, this one, I I did this on Saturday. It was the first one. I I freshened it up yesterday. I gotta do it, like, every couple of days, otherwise, I'll get little nicks and nicks and cuts here. But, you know, the thing is is I have a pretty good melon for it. You know, I don't have any bumps, dents, or anything like that in there. No no cuts or scrapes. So it's not too bad. Not too bad. Then then I got rid of the beard. I just kept the goatee. Starting to look a little bit too much like Alex Jones, I think. So we're gonna have to fix that. You know, get get his whole look going on here. But I still like, how are you? How's everything going on your end? Well,
[00:12:53] Unknown:
I mean, I'm good. I don't have COVID nineteen, so I'm good. I probably don't either. But I mean, maybe you should be in quarantine. I mean, maybe, you know, lockdowns, maybe? I don't know. What do you think? Lockdowns, masks, you know, the the marshmallow suit, I mean, all that stuff that, that that you wear. Yeah. It seems it seems like, pretty appropriate for I mean, look how sick you are. I mean, wow. I mean, you you look like you're
[00:13:21] Unknown:
I feel terrible to be honest with you. I really do. I, well, let let me let me backtrack on that. I don't feel terrible. I feel I feel tired. I feel, like I just wanna go to sleep. And, but really what it feels like for me right now is just a, like, a bad cold or maybe a weak flu. That's really about it. And I got the whole raspy voice thing going on here, which is, you know, I guess it's kinda cold, but You know, the the summer cold
[00:13:47] Unknown:
has been going around. There's been a lot of sick people this summer with either, like, a stomach flu or respiratory infection, including myself. So most of July, I was struggling with something. Yeah. So not too sure what's up with that. But, you know, maybe we could just touch on this for a second. I mean, you know, yeah, you're you're tired. Your body's asking you to rest, which is normal, you know, when you're sick. And, you're off work. Right? Because you were you had to be swabbed. Your your work, you know That's a requirement. Yeah. Get swabbed. And, it came back with a confirmed
[00:14:27] Unknown:
positive COVID nineteen, and now you can't go to work. Correct? Correct. And do you have sick time from your work? No. We don't get sick time, but what we get is a personal time. So it's like it's almost like vacation time. So you have to use your vacation time to, to compensate for the, nonworking days.
[00:14:46] Unknown:
Right. I mean, when when did this become a thing? I guess, in the last five years, but they've really weaponized this, you know, they've labeled it. They have to label everything. And, I mean and now how was that swab? Did they put it up your nose or in your mouth or what No. It was in the nose. It was,
[00:15:05] Unknown:
15 swirls on each side, and then you just stick it in this little bucket of, little buckets. A little little tube about that big of the reagent, and you just kinda mix it around a little bit, let it sit. It takes about thirty minutes for it to, to pop up. Shoulda did that on the show. I didn't think of that. So you got your results in thirty minutes? Well, actually, because I have it, so it popped up a lot faster. It came up in, like, like, less than less than ten minutes. I got the the the first of the two lines that indicate that you have it. So Yeah. I don't it's pretty crazy. I don't know if I trust those Oh, I don't really trust them either. I I honestly, I just think I have a cold, but, you know, that's what it is.
And so I heard you took some ivermectin for your cold yesterday. And I was just gonna say that too because, thank you very much because the ivermectin that I've been taking is it was a gift pack that we got from from you guys. And, I started taking it yesterday. And I and I do actually feel better since I started taking it yesterday. Yesterday, I was really just out of it. Like, my my throat felt like it was so closed, and I I had sort of pounding headache, and I was, like, I was just dragging. Like, there there was just no no life in me whatsoever. But, this morning I got up, and I I felt a little bit better.
I took another dose, just before breakfast because you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach. So I I I took that second dose. And then, as the day's been going, I've been feeling pretty good. You know, I I feel stronger than I did yesterday even though I'm still kinda tired and weak, but, definitely much better than I did yesterday. And I I'm I'm thinking that probably by tomorrow, I'm gonna feel a lot more like myself and, get back on my feet here a little bit and, shoot to get back to work by by Friday at the latest.
[00:16:52] Unknown:
Good plan. I wanna get back to work Thursday, but the, what was your dose of ivermectin that you that you started taking?
[00:16:59] Unknown:
Well, I I I looked it up, and it you're supposed to take, seven three milligram tablets for my body weight every day. But the ones that you sent me were, I think, 12 each. So I I've been taking two, two and a half. Okay.
[00:17:18] Unknown:
So two twice a day or or two I I've only been doing it once a day. That's all it's said in the in the instruction when I looked it up, but, you know. Right. You you you can double that. So you can take two tabs twice a day Oh, yeah. In the morning, day, and night. Okay. Cool. Yeah. I'll do that after the show tonight then. For sure. And and when you start to, you know, kinda get higher up into the ivermectin doses, some of the possible side effects include, tiredness
[00:17:43] Unknown:
Okay.
[00:17:44] Unknown:
And diarrhea or loose loose bowels. And sometimes in these really, high doses with the cancer patients, we're seeing, some change of their vision. And what I mean by that is, little black speckles in the in the vision field. Okay. And light sensitivity. But that goes away when you stop taking ivermectin. So just a heads up for people taking the high doses, and that might happen.
[00:18:12] Unknown:
Yeah. I I so far so good for me. So we'll see. I'll let you know Yeah. How it goes. Okay. Now now we now before the show, you'd you had sent me a link to an article. There there's something going on up there in Alberta that you you kinda wanted to talk about, regarding ivermectin. So why don't you give us a little background on that and fill us in what's going on?
[00:18:30] Unknown:
Yeah. So, you know, Alberta is called the the Texas of Canada. Okay? So we have a lot of people who love their sovereignty in Alberta. A lot of farmers, really salt of the earth people. Okay? Recently elected, a different premier, premier Daniel Smith. This This was a couple years ago. You know, really thinking that she would turn the province around. Energy, oil, gas wise, health care wise. But you know, she's really shown her true colors and she's it's turning out like she's just another political puppet. And recently, she has come out with a statement, along with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta that, you know, they're they're criminalizing ivermectin. They're actually using that word criminalizing.
And they're they're basically targeting a doctor who lives in Edmonton, Alberta, doctor Maccus, who is an oncologist himself, and he uses things like ivermectin, to help people with cancer. Okay? So they've targeted this physician, and they have basically banned him from helping any Alberta. Albertan was stage four cancer. And banning ivermectin in that province. So that was a really big surprise for us to hear that. So it's super disturbing because why aren't we banning things that are causing cancer like vaccines?
Why aren't we banning that? Why aren't we banning chemotherapy and radiation that actually makes people sick? So the fact that premier Daniel Smith is moving towards criminalizing a very healing medicine is actually telling me something. So I'm reading in between the lines. And I think what's happening is is ivermectin is actually making a big dent in the oncology industry. Mhmm. And they're noticing a drain of the system. Maybe less patients coming for chemo and radiation, more going towards alternative route. You know, maybe towards doctor Maccus and the ivermectin. But there there there is this war going on and I'm thinking, you know, as premier, shouldn't you be doing everything you can to help the people in your province, not hinder them, not create more barriers, but she's actually causing harm at this point.
So it's really disappointing to see. I trained in Alberta. I did my nursing school there. I went to, I've worked in many hospitals within the province of Alberta. It's a great province, but their health care is really going downhill fast, especially with this announcement. So in response to Daniel Smith's, announcement of criminalization, we wanted to extend our invite to Alberta patients who, you know, either wanna prevent cancer or have a cancer diagnosis and we wanna help them. So if they book a three three month wellness consultation with one of our nurses, we're gonna give them complimentary ivermectin.
It just makes sense. So it's it's a bit of a call out. Just you know if anybody here is from Alberta listening, you know, give us a shout and we'd like to help you because
[00:21:56] Unknown:
the premier is not. Are they gonna be able to go to the website to find information on that?
[00:22:01] Unknown:
Yep. Yep. They'll they'll book a wellness consultation or they'll just reach out on our on our, on our chat, on our website, or call our number, which is on our website, talk to Emma, the administrator, and we'll figure it out.
[00:22:17] Unknown:
Alright. So that's ezrahealing.com for everybody that's watching or listening, actually, if you're not, if you're on the audio stream. That's ezrahealing.com. Excuse me. Ezrahealing.com, and you can get all the information that, that Svetlana was just talking about. It's really important, folks. I mean, if there's an if there's a medication out there that's actually working, it's effective, that's not gonna poison you, the way chemotherapy does and radiation therapy does, then then I think that should be made available to the public. It should be made available to anyone who wants it. And, and, the the fact that they're trying to ban this thing just just to me, it just indicates that they know that it works, and they don't want to lose the revenue because because that's all you are when you're going through these things, and especially in in these corporate hospitals and and and and whatnot. You are just a you're you're just a revenue stream for them. So the the more sick they keep you, the more money they get out of you, even if it means putting you in a grave.
So, this is definitely this should should set us send a, a red flag to you that this is something that that that needs to be really looked at very carefully. It's the same thing when the when the COVID nineteen, you know, m o mRNA or mRNA vaccine came out. I always said that if if the government is pushing you to do something this hard, it's definitely not good for you, and to stay away from it as much as you can. And, and and and I was proven right. So I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna sound like Alex Jones for a second. I was right. You know? I I I said it was gonna be like that, and that's what I so I think I think this is a step in the right direction
[00:23:53] Unknown:
Yes. Of the, of the timeline of ivermectin. You know, ivermectin has been around, you know, my life for about four or five years now. I've seen it do some pretty cool things. Now the fact that, you know, leadership is, you know, going above and beyond and and and scaring people and and banning it. I I think that's a clear message that it's actually working. It's actually creating, you know, it's causing, you know, no harm. It's actually healing people. And, you know, I mean, these are parasitic people who are, you know, praying on a very healing supplement.
Mhmm. So it's just one more thing to add. But I wanted to bring it up because it's really important to note and just to reach out to any Albertan who might be in a a difficult position now given this announcement.
[00:24:43] Unknown:
Yeah. That well, ezrahealing.com, folks. Again, if you're listening on the audio stream, ezrahealing.com. You need to get over there and check it out, especially bring it in the Alberta area because they're they are looking to help you. They're they're offering their services to you, so check them out. Srekle.com.
[00:24:59] Unknown:
I saw it highlighted two brands. So this is the brand that, you know, we've been supplying here. It's our own brand. That's the one I got. They come in blister packs. Okay? And then this is our new Canadian product. Okay? There's a 100 tablets in here, so you might be getting one of each. And then we also have the ivermectin cream. Okay. Great for skin cancers, or those stubborn rashes that you, you know, you're trying to heal. So
[00:25:29] Unknown:
Are you familiar with scabies?
[00:25:32] Unknown:
You know, a little bit. I've I've seen a few clients in my in my past past with with scabies. Scabies. Yeah. What what do you think? Ivermectin,
[00:25:39] Unknown:
since it's an antiparasitic, would that work for scabies?
[00:25:43] Unknown:
I think it's worth a try. I I definitely think that would be something that would be, you know, right up its alley for sure for healing. I mean, with rashes on your skin, it's it's one of those trial and error things. So unless you have a very clear, firm diagnosis, it's often difficult. So but if you're gonna try something, try one thing at a time. Don't just keep adding different creams and
[00:26:11] Unknown:
potions. Oh, no. Then you then you won't know it worked. Right. Just just try one thing for maybe three to five days and then see if you get anywhere. Right. Because then you won't know which one of those things are working and you and you're just wasting time. So totally get that. Alright. So now last week, we were supposed to do a show. We had some studio issues, which turned out to be a a a a widespread issue. It wasn't just with us. And we were gonna talk about something that I know nothing about that's really outside of my wheelhouse altogether. So, I'm gonna be able to give my voice a little bit of a rest and let you take over at this point. But, and this is actually a a request by one of our listeners, want to know about menopause.
And, so you and I, we had kicked it back and forth and, thought it was a good idea to address it. And since we couldn't do it last week, we're gonna do it tonight. So I wanna start off with, talking about, within the the the do no harm paradigm. What are some of the most effective natural strategies for managing, the hot flashes, night sweats that that come about during the menopause periods?
[00:27:20] Unknown:
Yeah. So great question, whoever asked it. I think it's a, you know, more than a a common scenario for more women than we think. I myself, I'm I'm not in menopause yet. So I I think we just need to kinda rewind and start to define what menopause is and how it's come about. And I also wanna mention that I think menopause, though it is real for many women, we have been implanted this menopause campaign just like we've been programmed with the cancer campaign. So was this created for women to, you know, to feel like they need a label, to have interventions like hysterectomies?
You know, what is menopause? So it's a word that was created by the medical system. And I believe it's a change in women's hormones directly, specifically. And, you know, if you've had rough periods most of your life, you're probably gonna have a rough menopause. So I I kinda wanted to take a bigger step back because it's not a really I don't think it's a cut and dry answer to the question. You know, how can you prevent night night sweats or night or hot flashes? So, you know, what is the general care of a woman? How are we taking care of ourselves? And, you know, and that's why I wanted to actually bring this coffee, into this discussion.
Are we doing everything that we can as women to be optimal? Are we, you know, living on two to five cups of coffee or more a day just to get our energy? You know, are we using these high energy supplements when we really should just be getting back to our baseline? Are we sleeping properly? You know, are are are we drinking too much wine at night to wind down from our stressful day? Our nervous system is often in fight or flight. Everything from the coffee we drink in the morning to the traffic that we sit in and fight in during the day to, you know, watching the news here and there to winding down with alcohol, which is a very common day for many women in North America.
So a birth control is also very harmful to the woman's cycle. And I think if a woman has been on birth control, you know, a good portion of her life, she's gonna have an intense menopausal experience. So, you know, we have, you know, three main hormones in our body. Testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone. And as we age, those fall. That's a natural, you know, that's a natural occurrence. So a lot of women, they don't know about this, but the first hormone to fall in a woman is testosterone. Obviously, we don't produce the same amount as a man, but we do produce testosterone.
That's responsible for, you know, our energy, for vitality, for, you know, healthy libido. Now when that falls, you know, our energy goes. And what do what do more people do? Oh, I'm just gonna drink another cup of coffee. And then your nervous system is ramped up again. And you're not sleeping at night. So you're up with, you know, different body temperatures. So I I think, you know, to to answer, you know, how do we deal with hot flashes? I think it's let's examine the lifestyle. You know, are you have you eliminated caffeine? Because caffeine, coffee really interrupts your hormone system.
It really, really does including, you know, 40% less blood flow to your brain when you have coffee. So just think about every morning you're getting up and all you can think about is that first cup of coffee that you need in order to function and start your day. So two weeks ago, it'll be on Friday, I I cut coffee cold turkey. Now I've been a coffee drinker for most of my life. It's been thirty years, but I got this download, from universal source, from God, whoever you wanna say. But I got this download in my heart that it was time to stop coffee. And if anybody knows me, I I I was jonesing for my one cup of coffee in the morning. Like, just don't talk to me until I had my coffee. So should I should I not be sipping my coffee while we're doing this?
Well, I mean, it's a very personal journey Sure. With coughing and and and the heart. Right? Because there's a lot of comfort and coffee. It's it's the socially acceptable activity. But, you know, I read I I I read an article or one of my good friends, Corey, she's a nurse. She she was saying, you know what, Svet, you're probably sabotaging your brain because coffee cuts off 40% of your blood flow to your brain, which in a way makes sense because it's a vasoconstrictor. Okay? When you drink coffee, your veins constrict, your heart rate goes up, your blood pressure goes up. That's just what coffee does. Okay? And then you have that bit of a buzz and you have the energy.
So, you know, what if we cut that out and I did it? I I went through withdrawal for three or four days. I had a, you know, headache, foggy brain. I did have energy, but it was a different sort of energy. My my organic energy was coming back. I I felt like me again. And my actually, my libido, I noticed increased Really? Which was interesting. So it actually does affect my hormones. K. So it it it it caffeine, you know, is not supportive of my natural hormone cycle. So why would I drink it? Well, you know, why is there a coffee shop on every corner in North America? You know, is there something that the matrix has planted in front of us to to cripple us?
To make us not optimal? I think it's coffee and, you know, where those coffee beans grown? Are there pesticides in there? So this last two weeks has been such a huge eye opener. And, you know, I think as women age, we really need to be very particular with what we put into our bodies. Meaning, you know, eliminate alcohol, eliminate caffeine. These two things will, like, regulate 50% of your hormones. And before you take any hormone replacement therapy, you should be doing that. You know, which gets your sleep better on track. I'm starting to dream again. So I'm 40% smarter than I was two weeks ago, Joe. And I feel it.
So, you know, we'll I'll leave it there. You can respond. I wanna talk about, you know, how we can replace our hormones, you know, next after this, after we've basically cleaned the slate.
[00:34:33] Unknown:
Alright. So, so the so to answer so so we're gonna hold off on answering, Sarah's question, the the recommendation for hormone therapy replacement. I do have another comment that I would like to to show it to share with you. I don't know if you've seen it yet up on your screen, but here you go. This is from, Suzanne. She says, Svetlana, you're a champion for so many of us fighting cancer. Love you. My husband is cancer free. Thanks to our cancer, naturotherapy who recommended I'm sorry. Naturopath who recommended you forever grateful.
[00:35:06] Unknown:
Yeah. We we we love Suzanne. She's actually on our as a healing team now. So Awesome. We were she lives in Ontario and we've connected for maybe about a year. She reached out for some product and we developed this great working relationship and we, you know, we saw her husband's recovery and now she's, part of our team, you know, reaching out to people, doing the customer relations side of things. So I just I love how things, you know, the networking is happening. You know, we're all just here to make the world a better place. And that's why I love working with people like you, Joe, with Suzanne, you know, your your your viewers who are just, you know, here to really, you know, learn and, you know, have a more of an open perspective and maybe take away something that they didn't before. It's it's just all about the networking and, you know, if little by little, you know, we're we're growing. We actually are. And, I actually think it's more massive than we give ourselves credit for.
[00:36:10] Unknown:
Now, so excuse my voice. I'm sorry. I think I'm starting to lose it already. So basically, what what you're saying is, before we start doing anything with with, hormone replacement therapies or anything like that, we should really try to evaluate our diet, nutritional intake, and you you feel that that could sup that would support hormonal balance and, and reduce, I guess, the discomfort that comes with menopause? I don't I'm a guy. I don't I don't under I don't know what it feels like to go through menopause. So, so I'm assuming there are some discomforts that come along with it other than the hot flashes and and and the
[00:36:48] Unknown:
the night sweats. Yeah. I I would think, you know, low energy and low libido are another thing. So, you know, exercising, lifting weights is great for your hormones. Hormones. So that's something that we should be doing. How about something like yoga?
[00:37:02] Unknown:
Sorry? Yoga?
[00:37:05] Unknown:
Yoga is part of exercising for sure, and that's calming your your nervous system. I think most people's nervous system are in overdrive these days. So it we really need to calm it down, get back to baseline, and then go from there. And that's where, you know, these hormone therapy replacements come in handy because now we could supplement. And I I recently learned from a family doctor here in Kelowna, BC, Canada that, you know, how important testosterone is for women. And, you know, I was I wasn't surprised, but it just wasn't something on my radar. I was always like, oh, estrogen and progesterone, but not testosterone. But it totally makes sense. So why don't we replace, you know, the the the first hormone to go which is the testosterone. And that's why I carry, you know, testosterone gel.
Mhmm. Because we can just, you know, we can put it easily on our skin. We don't need to, you know, we're we're not gonna be injecting testosterone like the guys do. You know, rub it a little bit here. There you go. And it, you know, rubs into your skin. Nice. Once a day. So I I've been doing that and, for the last couple weeks, and I've noticed, an increase in energy and maybe some other stuff. But I'm certainly not gonna be growing, you know, hair on my chest or a beard, you know Thank god. With with that testosterone. I think, you know, a lot of that is is a myth.
And I think it's been, you know, put out there into, you know, society. Oh, if you take testosterone, you're gonna get, you know, the Adam's apple. And it's like, well, yeah. If you take it like a whole bunch for sure. But let's be reasonable about it and, why don't we just start off with some gel. So the women have been finding it effective, and we need to start small and go low and we can work our way up. So if you're a woman out there, you're wondering how to, you know, replace this testosterone in your body, give us a, you know, a call or an email, and we'll we'll help you through the process. You know, again, trying one hormone replacement at a time.
There are other creams like estrogen and progesterone creams, that I've tried also, which are which are effective. So I think, you know, after cleaning up our diet, eliminating, you know, what we shouldn't be exercising well, why don't we start introducing some low dose hormone replacement therapies? And this is available in Canada and The US.
[00:39:45] Unknown:
I'm wondering if, customs and border patrol, will will stop that coming through the
[00:39:51] Unknown:
I don't know. I am across. Well, we we we have we have stock of the the testosterone gel in in The US. So it doesn't have to cross the board. Oh, okay. Okay. So that's what I like about that the gel part of it is there's no border issues. But but you know what I need to do? I need to get a stock too of the other stuff, Joe. Yes. Where we don't have to deal with with customs. So Yeah. That'd be If anybody's out there and, you know, looking for, you know, maybe you're in the transportation industries and you specialize in, you know, bringing things across the border, you can you can talk to me.
[00:40:27] Unknown:
We'll get them in touch with you for sure. So, how how can women incorporate, stress reduction techniques that align with the do no harm philosophy to mitigate mood swings, particularly during menopause? Because I know women go through mood swings without having to be through menopause.
[00:40:46] Unknown:
I think it's setting yourself up for success. You know, if if you know something's gonna trigger you, maybe you're just gonna stay away from that trigger.
[00:40:55] Unknown:
What about I'm sorry. Go
[00:40:58] Unknown:
ahead. Your nervous system, you know, start to be in touch with your own self again. And that's why, you know, eliminating coffee is really gonna get you back in touch with your nervous system.
[00:41:11] Unknown:
What about, like, herbal teas and, plant based remedies? Anything that you would suggest or or that would support menopause, wellness, without disrupting the bat natural process?
[00:41:26] Unknown:
Mhmm. You know, I really like mushrooms, things like psilocybin mushrooms. They're so great for energy, heart opening, lifting your mood. I think, you know, any sort of mushroom product out there right now would be a great natural product
[00:41:46] Unknown:
to to consume. And we're not talking about the magic mushrooms. We're not talking about the ones that are gonna send you all trippy.
[00:41:52] Unknown:
Well, I mean, I if you take a little bit of the magic mushrooms, it's called the microdose. It's wonderful. You take a big dose. It's called the macrodose. This is where, you know, the the the term magic mushrooms come in. But, yeah, it's a bit of a, you know, kind of a euphoric state.
[00:42:08] Unknown:
It's when the color starts speaking to you.
[00:42:11] Unknown:
Yes. You know, you get the you get the good downloads.
[00:42:14] Unknown:
There you go. How about, can women use mindfulness or meditation in line with the do no harm paradigm to navigate the emotional and mental challenges of menopause?
[00:42:26] Unknown:
I think women need to slow down. You know, they have so many roles on their plate. They they their wife, their mother, their employee. Mhmm. They're the volunteer in the community. Right. I think women need to start saying no to certain things and start saying yes to themselves and giving them time to meditate. Because, you know, it takes, you know, you have to wind down to meditate. Really, you know, that's what you really have to do, to get the full effect. So, you know, allowing, you know, carving out time for you and creating those boundaries and saying, you know what? My health is number one. Even if people around you, you know, are discouraging you, you're, you know, it's your temple.
So women, you know, I I think when women were really encouraged to go to university and start working outside the home, their their roles at home didn't really change. They still had to, you know, maintain the house and the kids. So women are really, you know, I think overloaded with their roles. And I've been really starting to you know, I've always kept track of my menstrual cycle. So I know when I'm about to bleed. And about three days before I'm about to bleed, I before I'm about to bleed, I I try not to have too many things planned or not make any big decisions and just kinda give myself, a bit of a rest because I think that time should be honored.
And in our society, you know, it's, you know, having your period has often there's been a very bad connotation to it. But this is really the celebration of life and fertility.
[00:44:09] Unknown:
I agree with you on that. I I actually do. Yeah. We poke a lot of fun at it, you know, especially guys, you know, privately guys. And now if you you heard the jokes, you know, out in the open, you only imagine the the jokes and the comments take place behind the scenes. But, Do do you wanna share? Oh, no. No. No. No. Because, you know, I'll I'll tell you why. Because you you really can't you really can't come up with anything until you're with another couple of guys or another guy, and you're and you're just sharing stories back and forth. So it's it's it's hard to just come up with one specific, you know, hey, this is a good zinger. But, but, hydration.
Hydration isn't very important for your overall health.
[00:44:53] Unknown:
Coffee is, again, not good for you because it's a dehydration. Right? It's a diuretic. You're you're gonna pee out, you know, two glasses for every one one glass you drink. So another reason why, you know, we need to stop. At least go to decaffeinated coffee.
[00:45:10] Unknown:
That's useless brown water. We can't do that.
[00:45:13] Unknown:
No. No. No. No. But you can't have everything. Like, you you really can. And people who aren't willing to, you know, make these big moves, then you're gonna suffer the consequences. It's just the way it's gonna be, and there's no magic pill. Like, eventually, you run out of magic pills Right. To take. Yeah. No. Yeah. You actually have to look at yourself in the mirror and say, oh, what should I stop here? Like, how am I self sabotaging my body? Because there's an end to everything. And and just regarding Sarah's question here, what's your opinion about, pellets? So what she's talking about is, you know, little little pellets that go just underneath your skin and and there's a slow release of hormone, for example, testosterone. So Sarah, in response to that, I I've I've heard about it. I've seen it. I haven't done it myself, but I think it's a reasonable, solution if if you're looking for one. I think it's worth a shot 100%.
[00:46:13] Unknown:
And what what are the pellets though?
[00:46:17] Unknown:
They are, you know, they they they store the the hormone and it's a slow release into your body. So you're not having to apply gels every day. You're not having to inject yourself. It's just the slow, steady,
[00:46:30] Unknown:
constant release of hormone. Ah, okay. So Okay. Yeah. Interesting. Are you sure? And, Suzanne has a question as well. What have you replaced coffee with? Mushroom coffee?
[00:46:42] Unknown:
Yeah. I've been I've been using this Ashaewanda, coffee mix with cocoa.
[00:46:47] Unknown:
Ashaewanda. Yeah.
[00:46:49] Unknown:
Yeah. That's what it is. I love that. There's all these there's all these coffee alternatives now because I do like that morning cozy cup of coffee. Right? They did there's there's a nice routine in that. So I've been replacing it with with that or or some sort of tea. And I've been I've been getting through it and more than getting through it. So I'm, you know, I'm really proud of myself. Out of everything I've done in the last five years, I'm that's my biggest accomplishment.
[00:47:16] Unknown:
Well, I I I'm not I'm obviously, I'm not a I'm not a woman, but I I do know that I need to cut back on my coffee. That I that's that's a given. And I'm sure that there are some health benefits to a man, you know, for cutting back on his coffee. I I have successfully gotten down from 24 cups a day to 12, so I cut it in half.
[00:47:35] Unknown:
Seriously. Yes. Yes. Yes. I I mean I mean, yes. That's a step in the right direction, Joe. Yeah. And, but I mean, you you you can bet that that that coffee is directly affecting your hormones. I mean,
[00:47:51] Unknown:
how could it not? Right? Oh, yeah. No. For sure. For sure. So yeah. I I mean and honestly, in all fairness, since I did cut it down in half, I do feel better. I do feel like I have a lot more energy, believe it or not, than without the coffee than with the coffee. But then I've also been supplementing too. I've been taking, I've been doing the ultra methylene blue, and I've been doing the Shilajit, the the ashwagandha, all that stuff. And, that stuff's been great. You know, I I, you know, it's it's I feel better when I take it than when I don't take it. If I if I miss it, I know I miss it. I feel like I miss it. You know, it's it's it's that it's that impactful on my everyday life. So if you're not trying these things, you need to try these things. Joe, try dandelion root coffee with coffee leaf. Okay. That's that's something different. I never heard of that.
But, gonna make let me make my note. Also has a nutrition
[00:48:45] Unknown:
background, so she's super smart in nutrition. She also has a skin care line. This woman literally looks like she's in her thirties, but she's, I think, in her fifties. Her hair is blonde, locks, curly. We're gonna start carrying her her products, because I think skin care is really important and as an aid. We're we're really looking for, something to help with the the sagging and the wrinkles. And, you know, I actually have a scheduled Botox appointment tomorrow, which I had to download after I stopped drinking coffee that, you know what? I I don't know if I should go to this Botox appointment. I I don't know if I should be putting Botox in my skin anymore.
[00:49:32] Unknown:
So I agree with you. I I I I don't trust that stuff. I I really don't. And and I know people who do it. I and I in all honesty, I did it. I tried it. I wanted to see how it would work on me. And, you know, honestly, I didn't really see any difference. And, of course, they tell you, well well, you have to do it more than once. You can't just do it the one time. You gotta keep keep going. You know? But I I don't know. You know? Putting putting botulinum in my body is not exactly what, I think is the best thing for me. And, so I I don't I don't do that anymore. You know what I've been doing? I I bought I bought this, this, beef tallow balm, and, I've been using that, and I've been seeing some really good results with that.
So I I've noticed that it's taking care of some of the lines, some of the dryness that I get. And I I like it. I, you know, I don't smell like a cow or anything like that. You know, some people say, oh, you're putting beef tallow on your face? What are you crazy? Let's see. We got a little comment here. Just ask Julie.
[00:50:37] Unknown:
Save smell on it for Botox. I know. I know. Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't do it. No. I know. I I'm pretty sure I'm done. I'm done. I mean, I've only been doing it for a year. Okay. Like, the last five years really caught up to me. Like, very lot of high stress, lot of sleepless nights, you know. And then you look in the mirror one day and you're like, woah. Woah. What's happening? But that's, you know, it gets back to the basics. There's no magic pill. Right? So, you know, work on your nervous system. You know, as I am you know, I'm not as invincible as I once was. You know? So I really Always.
Once my hormones really start to drop, you know, I might never experience these hot flashes like some of these ladies. But my, you know, I I'd be interesting to know that, you know, if these ladies who've been having the hot flashes and intense menopause, were your periods quite intense too? Like, are we seeing a correlation there at all? And have you had been on long term birth control? I I I think I'm feeling like long term birth control contributes to more of an intense menopausal experience.
[00:51:53] Unknown:
Interesting. And so any comments on that in the from the gallery? I can't comment on Mom coming to Ezra soon. Yay. Oh, you didn't see that when I put it up on the screen? Yeah. There it is.
[00:52:05] Unknown:
Susan, our skin care specialist, will be I'll be replace replacing Botox with,
[00:52:12] Unknown:
with the towel. You should. It it's it it works. It really does. And you know what else I I used too? Since well, this isn't the first time that I shave my head. Alright? I've done it before. I I used to do it, like, at least once a year just to kinda give a refresh and a restart. You know? But, what I what I use after I shave is I I I have this aloe vera gel that I got. It's an organic aloe vera gel, and I just I just, you know, just slather that thing on. And, it it really it it takes away the irritation from the shaving, and, thank you, Julie. Appreciate that.
The, so so it's it's it's, I like that stuff. That stuff is great. And I do. I I use the beef tallow at night. I'm almost out. Actually, I gotta get some more. So should I wait for Ezra to get it, or should I order for my user place? Just keep using the keep using whatever, and then when we get our stock, we'll send some to you. Maybe Awesome. Suzanne. I'm gonna organize with Suzanne to send you some from Ontario. Oh, awesome. That'd be great. Thank you. Yeah. So, so yeah. So I I do my routine and, you know, I I I you know, little self care is not bad. You know? You know, guys can take care of themselves too. We don't have to look like, you know, all of us look like lumberjacks, but, you know?
[00:53:28] Unknown:
And that's another thing. So there's a massive correlation between birth control pills and depression. So we noticed a decline in, you know, women's mindfulness, mindset once they start, birth control pills. And then it's just a vicious cycle. Right? You're taking birth control. You're feeling depressed. You get an antidepressant, which makes your, you know, libido go down. Your hormones all out of whack. You know, you don't have any energy in the morning so you're drinking coffee, you're feeling depressed so you drink wine and round and round you go. Mhmm. And then we wonder why, you know, our menopause or our, you know, our later years in life aren't aren't great. It's because we've been on this hamster wheel for most of our life. So let's get off of it before, you know, before it's too late.
[00:54:19] Unknown:
I agree with you. Svet, I'm gonna step away for one second. I gotta get some water. My throat's killing me. So I'm gonna I'm gonna put you on solo, and I'll be right back. Okay. Take over. It's all yours.
[00:54:30] Unknown:
Wow. He's putting me on the spot. So I'm sitting here in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada and we're building a a clinic here. And it's actually my second go at a clinic when I was terminated in 2021. I opened up a clinic in Grand Forks, and, people weren't quite ready for private health care in Canada. They they they would walk in and they're you know, they assumed it was free. Like, I was part of the health authority. So, you know, that's why I kind of shifted to a lot of the online stuff, and we do a lot of online nursing care. But four years later, we've been building the business. So now we have an opportunity to, build a concept clinic here. So we have a low pressure hyperbaric chamber and a sauna, and we're getting a live blood analysis machine soon.
And this is all part of the detoxification process. So we really wanna help people with cancer. We had our first client yesterday in the hyperbaric chamber. He had, some cancer in his neck, and he does wanna do chemo or radiation. So he's doing a lot of, you know, natural remedies including fasting. And the hyperbaric chamber has been shown, through very solid research that it helps heal cancer. Cancer cannot survive in a high oxygenated body. So the hyperbaric chamber basically pushes oxygen into your blood and improving the health of your red blood cell. So, we're we're excited to be able to offer that service and then people can jump into the high temperature hot sauna, get their body temperature up and sweat it out.
And then they're going to do a light blood analysis where
[00:56:25] Unknown:
Svet froze. I'm back. Alright. Well, while we're waiting for Svetlana's, feed to, refresh itself, she might have to reset it herself. So, Julie, if you could just send her a text and let her know that she's frozen, she needs to refresh her browser. Oh, we lost her. Julie, can you just if you could do me a favor, just text her and let her know that, we lost her stream and she could, reconnect again. I would appreciate that. Alright. In the meantime, let's just take a quick second here. Let's talk about Pod Home. Pod Home is, is the host platform that I use for my, for, my audio feed for the show. Pod Home is the most modern and easy to use podcast podcast hosting platform that's out there. I've used several of them.
It is probably the best and the easiest to use. It really truly is. You can use it to publish your episodes, enhance your audio, automatically generate transcripts, chapters, titles, show notes, and more. And the great thing about Pod Home is you could also broadcast your podcast live across the modern podcast two point o apps that are available out there to you. In addition to that, you also get your own website. If you don't have a website of your own, you could very easily, set up a website through Pod Home, and, it would it doesn't affect the total cost at all. So you can get everything, all of this stuff in a one affordable subscription of $15.99 a month. That's $15.99 a month. And if you go to Pod Home right now, podhome.fm, you could try it out for for free for thirty days. And I guarantee you, you're not gonna you're not gonna go back to your previous platform. I did you know, I tried them out, and I was so impressed, and I was paying three times as much, with another platform that, and I was getting nowhere near the service that I was getting with, with, with podholme.
So you need to check them out. It's podholme.fm, podholme.fm. Alright? So while we're waiting for Svetlana to come back hey, folks. Don't forget also, just head over to our website, joeroos.com. That's joeroos.com, and get yourself onto our email subscription list. So just basically, it's a programming list that we have, and we send out this email on, show days, especially on days when we have guests. And all it is is just letting you know what's going on, what the agenda is for the day, and you could very easily, sign up on the website. Just head over to joeroos.com joeroos.com and, fill out that little form and get on the list. Alright. My little banners aren't working at the moment. So oh, there we go.
Okay. So it's joeroos.com. It should pop up any second. When you when you get to the to the website, you can add a little pop up window. It's gonna come up there. You could fill out the form there, or you can go to the contact section, and you could set it up, through the contact section. There's a little link there for it as well. Alright? So that's, joeroos.com. Joeroos.com. Get yourself on the programming announcements email list. And listen, folks. It's it doesn't cost you anything. So that it's free. Okay? Everybody loves something free. Right? So it's free. So sign up for it. Get yourself on the list. Stay in the know. We're not gonna spam you. We're not gonna send you a bunch of stuff you don't want or care about. It's only gonna be information about the show, programming. That's it. Alright? So get yourself on the list and stay in the know.
Alright. Also, don't forget, coming up this, what is it this week or is it? Yeah. This coming Saturday. Get yourself an account there. Follow us at Joe Roos. Let me see if there's any in going on the chat there.
Okay. Alright. And then, of course, Mines. Now if you don't know about Mines, I've been on Minds for a while now. Minds is is one of those little known, social media platforms, but have a ton to offer, and you need to head over to Minds to check them out. It's like a Facebook alternative. I just think it's better than Facebook. Censorship is hardly nonexistent. Alright. Thank you, Julie. Appreciate that. She's trying to come back on. So I'm just filibustering until she does, because I don't wanna talk about menopause without without, Svetlana because I don't know what I'm talking about. That's why.
So Minds, you gotta check out Minds. Minds is great. I've been on it for, like I said, for a while. It hardly any type of censorship whatsoever. So you can say what you gotta say without fear of being shut down. Now if I don't know if you remember or not, but, a few shows ago, Svetlana and I were talking about cancer, and we're talking about various treatments of, of cancer and, and and and origins of cancer. And and YouTube actually struck us down. They gave us a strike. They took the show down. They they deleted it from my playlist, on the show. They took it out. Gone. Completely gone like it didn't exist.
So, that's why we don't stream to, to YouTube right now, and she's back. So I filibuster that's okay. I don't know I don't know what happened there. Things happen. It's, you know, it's live show. Those those things do happen. So, I was just really quickly just talking about YouTube and how we were talking about cancer and, the different treatments that were available, you know, that had nothing to do with, radiation and chemotherapy and how we were talking about cancer, is isn't necessarily what they tell you it is, that, a lot of it's, a lot of research is indicating that it's parasitical. So, and then how YouTube took it down right after we we finished the show. They got rid of it. So talking about, some censorship there, and I was kinda running through some of the stuff. I was talking about minds, minds.com, which is a a social media platform that that we're on. We've been on there for for some time now.
So you can follow us there at Joe Roux, also Facebook, Joe Roux Podcast. Instagram is not Joe Roux. Alright. So just like everything else is Joe Russo, this is not Joe Russo. And I mean, it's at not Joe Russo because Instagram banned my account before I even finished the sign up process. It told me I couldn't have a have an account. So somehow, someway, used the same email address that I did with the other one and just put the word not in front of my name, and they let that go through. TikTok joe dot roos and get her, we're back on get her at joe roos there. So so you didn't miss anything while you were gone. Made Julie laugh, just for a quick second there.
But other than that, what what were you talking about?
[01:03:35] Unknown:
Well, I I was just we're time old, the the harms of birth control. Okay. And then I was moving on to my experience with my IUD, and I got pregnant on my IUD. And I mean, birth control is is is is not, you know, safe and effective. Like, they advertise it. So many women get pregnant on birth control. I I was just saying, why don't we get, you know, in touch with our bodies again? Let's teach teach the younger girls about their cycle. Let's not just cover it up with the pill. And there's this been this trend in the last maybe ten years is to not bleed. Meaning like don't stop your birth control to bleed. Just like carry right through it because your period is so uncool and, let's just pretend that it doesn't exist.
So a lot of the, you know, teenagers and, you know, women in their twenties and thirties, they're just they're taking full time birth control, which is really messing up your hormones. So, you know, don't expect to get pregnant, you know, when when you want. Like, Like, a lot of women think, oh, I'm just gonna go off birth control, and I'm gonna have such an easy time getting pregnant. It's it's actually not like that. You you're there's a massive potential of you are destroying your reproductive system with these hormones that you're taking for a long term basis. So, it's, you know, anything that the medical platform now, you know, prescribes religiously or gives away for free, I really stop and I examine. And, you know, Julie has you know, she's one prime example of how it obviously affected her daughter and her family.
So it's not, you know, a benign medication, and we need to take it really seriously. And and I think, you know, if you're struggling with menopause, well, you know, maybe you've had years of, you know, hormone, you know, replacement therapy starting from when you were 15 years old. So let's do a a really big health history. You know. It's never cookie cutter answer and, you know, let let's let's go and and and talk about it in-depth in in in a private conversation to just woman to woman.
[01:05:43] Unknown:
Yeah. And and, you know, Julie, I didn't I saw I didn't see the the comments you made when I came back from the break that your daughter was institutionalized.
[01:05:54] Unknown:
Was on birth control and, you know, she was institutionalized because of adverse event from the birth control and she was put on twenty two psychiatric medications in the hospital. But it was from the birth control. It wasn't because she was, you know, organically, you know, mentally unwell. It was because it was from the birth control that, you know, the medical matrix has, you know, pushed on her. So
[01:06:22] Unknown:
Wow. That's a may I I I I never I didn't I never thought I never would have thought that being on birth control could do that.
[01:06:29] Unknown:
Well, we don't we don't talk about these things, and and this is not gonna get out into mainstream news. Right? So and this is why you have your show, Joe, is to talk about things that, you know, are uncomfortable, are sensitive, that need to be exposed because Absolutely. You know, I I I I bet my state on it that if Julie's daughter was suffering, we have many other, you know, girls in this country suffering from depression, and they go to their family doctor for help, and they're put on another medication. So so overly medicated.
[01:07:03] Unknown:
Right. And that's something that you and I had talked about, at at on another show we did. Suzanne says, too many young girls go on birth control to treat acne rather than changing their diet and dealing with hormones naturally, like with sleep. Well, that that's very true, and it's and it, you know, it's not and it's not just just girls all, you know, the you know, only. It's it's guys too, boys too. They get put on all kinds of medication to treat acne and things like that without going through the same thing. And then just, obviously, not birth control pills, but, tons of stuff are given to young men to try to deal with those things rather than looking at the other alternatives that are out there for them. And, and just to to go back to your comment, you know, you and I had talked about how, you know, you go to the doctor and you and you're you're put on these, this this medication, and then there's this list of side effects that go with the medication, but yet they have a medication that that take care of the side effect that has other side effects that so there's another medication for that side effect, and it's just a vicious cycle. You're just constantly going around, going around, and going around. And I do have an update for you, by the way, speaking of which.
I think I told you that I I I weaned myself I was weaning myself off some medications, my blood pressure medications and so on and so forth. I have not had any of my blood pressure medications since last week. That was the the Losartan that I was on, the metoprolol that I was on. All that stuff is gone. And as of, this morning well, my pressure's a little off right now because I'm sick. But, as of this morning, though, my pressure was was, it was one thirty five seventy six or something like that. Something in that range. One thirty five seventy six, which considering, you know, I was on blood pressure medications for so long.
I was expecting it to be much, much higher than that coming off. But, and and actually, no. Now that I'm thinking about it, when I was saying that I was getting headaches and all that stuff, I was blaming the medication. It was probably because them guy was getting sick. Not, not being off the medication, not having the blood pressure issue. But Well, I mean, headaches could be caused from too low blood pressure. Yes. Yeah. That I know too. Right. So, I mean, maybe you were struggling with with with hypotension.
[01:09:12] Unknown:
I I'm so proud of you for getting off of those. I mean, well done. I mean, that's that's not easy to do, and you did it. So, I think it's definitely a step in the right direction for you and a lot of other people who are on, you know, blood pressure pills. And, it's just the goal is to be not dependent on any medicine, including ivermectin.
[01:09:37] Unknown:
Yeah. No. Of course. And, Julie says that it's a loop. They put them on birth control because they're on SSRIs. I was put on birth control at 15 too because of of amenorrhea. Yeah. I I I know. Like, for example, like, SSRIs with this stuff is no good. You can't you can't be on both of these things. So this stuff, it I know it's not a medication, but and it and it's not sold as an it's sold as a supplement, but this thing has so many benefits, health benefits for you. You gotta read up, but I think I think maybe on the next show, we'll we're we're gonna do a little segment just on what this methylene blue stuff is and what it's all about. I think that'd be a really interesting subject, and I think a lot of people get some benefit out of it, including myself. I'd like to know more about what I'm doing. But, but, you know, I I I didn't just stop the medication cold and and, and just, you know, let myself ride with it. I did wean myself down off of it because I've been on it for so long. And I I substituted healthy alternatives for the medication.
You know, I added on things, like, believe it or not, the methylene blue helped me with my blood pressure, helps me with with the, because, I I took antidepressants for a while because I I deal with PTSD issues, from numerous things that went on in my life. But, since I've been doing the methylene blue, it's been I I I don't need those antidepressants, and I feel so much better not taking the antidepressants. It it's amazing. I take the Shilajit. The Shilajit's great for energy, especially for for, men's health, men's energy, if you know what I'm saying. So those, you know, those things are great. The ashwagandha is fantastic for your mood. It stabilizes you. You know, all of these naturally occurring things are so much better than getting some pharmaceutical product that's, you know, manufactured from chemicals and and and and and stuff that is really not that good for you.
So I would recommend if if you could get off of it, you know, I mean, talk to your doctor first. I'm not telling you I'm not a doctor or anything like that. Talk to your doctor about things first. Let them know what you're looking to do, and work out a plan with your doctor or health care professional to to to get you on a routine to get you off this stuff. I've had that conversation with my doctor many times. I've told him many times that, you know, I'm I'm tired of taking this stuff. I wanna get off of it. And, finally, he listened, and he he worked out something with me to do that. So, I've been doing I and I feel great. I really do aside from being all stuffy and stuffy.
[01:12:15] Unknown:
How long did it take your doctor to come around and support you on that move? Oh, I wanna say about a year.
[01:12:22] Unknown:
Wow. That's a long time. That's about a year of me just pestering and nagging him about it.
[01:12:28] Unknown:
Okay. So you were pestering your found the doctor because you wanna do a move, and and what's his, you know, what are his Well, his main thing his main thing was that,
[01:12:38] Unknown:
you know, you wouldn't be on this medication if you didn't need it. The only reason why you're feeling like this is because you're on the medication. If you come off the medication, you're gonna fall back down again. You're gonna need to get picked back up. And I'm like, well, we don't know that, do we? Can we can we just try this? Because I don't
[01:12:52] Unknown:
Did he suggest anything, like, you know, your diet or exercise or alcohol intake? Did he talk about anything like that? Oh, yeah. For sure.
[01:13:02] Unknown:
Yeah. He he was like, let's let's, you know, well, we we he I will say this. We disagree on a lot of things when it comes to my treatments. But the one thing he is, he is very thorough when it comes to history. And, when we actually sat down and talked about the, diet, exercise programs, the things I should be taking in and not taking in, he was pretty comprehensive with that, and he was pretty detailed with it. And and I appreciated that. He took the time to do it because I I think I sat in there with him. Normally, I, normally, when I'm in there, I I I sit with him for maybe ten minutes, and he comes in, he goes, okay. Okay. So you need a refill on this, you refill on this, refill on this, refill on this, but, send it on the way. And, I'm glad I did it. I'm I I feel I feel so much better, you know, and, if I if I wasn't with the stuffy nose and the sore throat right now, I'd be, you know, a lot more energy for sure. But, you know, I I got rid of the soda.
No more soda, you know, the the Cokes and all that stuff. And I even fell into that routine with, well, you know you know, the Coke Zero is better for you than regular Coke. No. It's not. That's even worse. You know? So I I got rid of all that stuff. So now all that I have in my house, if if I if I feel like I need something, carbonated, I just have sparkling water. You know, seltzer water, whatever you wanna call it. You know? Or I'll get, natural natural flavored, sparkling water. You know? Mineral water if I feel like I need that. And I and I have a supply of that in the house. I also substituted regular milk. I've been using coconut milk now for more of my stuff, especially when I have my coffee. I have coconut milk in there, you know, with my coffee as opposed to, regular milk. And I was doing a lactose free milk for a little for a little bit, And, really, that that's not great for you either.
You know? Because that's that's not most of the time, that's chemically the lactose is removed chemically. So that's not great for you either. So, you know, I've been I've I I feel like I've made a lot of really good decisions. And and I'm and I'm not just saying this because you're sitting across the way from me here. Well, literally, but you know what I'm saying. But I got a lot of that information from you, from talking to you about other health alternatives and from researching things that you've directed me to. And, so I I appreciate that. And that's why I'm I'm really glad that that we can do these shows together and we can partner up the way we're partnering up, and I think that's fantastic.
And, I hope more people jump in on it.
[01:15:50] Unknown:
Well, thank you, Joe, for that. And and I have to say, since meeting you and today, you look different to me. Well, thank you. You're and even with COVID nineteen, you still are this vibrant, you know, you're you're looking fitter, trimmer. I love what you did with your your head. Totally suits you. Your skin's looking really healthy. I mean, I I love what you're doing. You are in pursuit of, you know, wellness. And you know, you know, we're we're not getting younger. We're we're this is this project, we take it seriously now. You know? You know, I we have this one life to live.
And, let's just make it a really good one. And let's set ourselves up for success. And I just you are on this pursuit and and it's passionate and it's really encouraging for me to see personally and professionally. So I I hope it motivates other people to start thinking about these little things that we can tweak in our life that will be game changers, you know, down the road. It's just, you know, we're not we're not 20 anymore. So Unfortunately, yes. We really gotta take it seriously and Yeah. You know, nobody is coming to save us in the health care world. We know that. That we've exposed the medical mafia for what they are. You know, the last five years, of the tyrannical vaccine mandates that were deemed safe and effective and for our betterment of our health have has really, you know, circled back, and we have seen so much harm and disease caused by them.
So we cannot rely on that system, you know, a 100%. Sure. They might offer some some stuff here and there, but as a whole, we cannot rely on information that we get from that system because we, you know, a lot of it is based on a lie. Their foundation is a lie. It's not, you know, in your best interest. It's in the best interest of the shareholders. That's right. So they are very strategic on how they've executed their business plan. And it's very sad to see that they have used, you know, good hearted humans as their guinea pigs.
But now we're awake to not only the harms of the vaccines, but harms of, you know, hypertension medications, birth control pills, coffee, alcohol, you know, it's, it's it's better late than never. And we're the generation that talks about it, you know, because we we don't want this happening to our children and our grandchildren. Yeah.
[01:18:40] Unknown:
And speaking of alcohol, I I cut that out as well. So that's that's that's been a challenge. I will say that because I I do like You like your red wine with your steaks. I was noticing. Yes. I do. Does that. Well, you have to. You know? And plus I I like to use when I when I make a sauce, I use I use red wine in my sauce. So, but the harder stuff like the bourbons and the whiskeys and all the stuff that I love so much, I I
[01:19:06] Unknown:
yeah. Yeah. I mean I mean, it's a depressant. Alcohol is a depressant. So, you know, the goal here is to elevate and get higher and to increase our energy, not bring it down. So, you know, the worst thing we could really be doing, whatever state you're in is drinking alcohol, hard alcohol. So, I mean, the alcohol. So, I mean, the extra calories and then you get this high and you're buzzed and you're then you start eating, you know, you're not mindful of what you eat. That's true. And then you're opening up your mouth and saying something that you're regretting in the morning, and then your relationships are suffering. And then, you know, you you're tired and you don't wanna go to work, and then you're like, oh, I need more coffee, and round and round we go. Thank you, Suzanne. I appreciate that.
[01:19:52] Unknown:
She says, bravo, Joe. Your older self will thank you. I, I am old already. So but I and my older and my old self right now says thank you. And I I appreciate, though, though. I thank you very much for that, the encouragement. I I do appreciate it. But, but, yeah. Exactly. Because I know that when I would when I would drink, I I 03:00 in the morning, I'm I'm over here. I'm I'm making fried ravioli. You know?
[01:20:22] Unknown:
It's like the worst thing, fried ravioli. Of course. Yeah. It's
[01:20:26] Unknown:
like the worst thing to eat. It's like the worst thing to eat. I'm Italian. You know? That's what we eat. You know? And listen, my fried ravioli comes out pretty good because I I I I fry it up in in an extra virgin olive oil, just a little bit of little bit of kosher salt, some some peppers, some red peppers, some some parsley, oregano, basil. Oh, it comes out so nice. It comes out so nice. Yeah. It's just yeah. But at 03:00 in the morning, no. You can't. No. See, normally, what I would I would serve that like an appetizer, you know, just so you only get, like, a few few little pieces of it and then, you know, leading into the main course. But, but yeah. No. So I I would eat stuff like that. Carbohydrates
[01:21:08] Unknown:
are really not our friend.
[01:21:10] Unknown:
No. I know. But I'm a I'm a Sicilian. I mean, so I hate it. When somebody's really serious about their health, you know,
[01:21:17] Unknown:
they'll go off carbohydrates and they'll and they'll, you know, they'll do either a Mediterranean or keto or something super super low carb because those sugars, they're really just disregulating your metabolism. Yeah. If you're struggling with a parasite infection, they're feeding the parasites. It gets stored as, you know, glucagon. I I think that's it is in your liver which contributes to you getting fat and diabetes. So, you know, there's not a really large role for carbohydrates to play. Plus there's so much so much glyphosate which is the pesticides in the carbohydrates we need because they spay it, spray it with round up. Right? And then this is where we have a lot of our gut issues and know, things like celiac disease and gluten intolerance and all these new things that have popped up in the last ten to twenty years. A lot of it contributes to those pesticides found in the Agreed. You know, in the carbohydrates, read pastas, cereals, breads, crackers, granola bars, you know. So
[01:22:20] Unknown:
Agreed. I mean, just just look at pictures of of people back in this in the in the fifties, sixties, seventies, and look at how look look at the the majue vast majority are thin in shape, you know, and then you look at from the eighties going forward, just how how the body type has changed so much. And I think a lot of that has to do with, of course, you know, more accessible fast foods, processed foods, the pesticide situations, you know, all of that. It's all the chemicals that they're adding into I mean, take a Twinkie for crying out loud. You could you could you could unpack a a Twinkie a hundred years from now. You'll still be able to eat it. That's how many preservatives are in that thing.
[01:23:01] Unknown:
Well, you you can guarantee that the air agricultural industry and the pharmaceutical industry are making mad love together. You know, they're they're they're invent together. They they have no problem with their they're they're loving it. So it's just one big you know, as soon as you can see it, you can't unsee it anymore.
[01:23:22] Unknown:
Agreed. Absolutely agreed. Well, Svet, I'm gonna, unfortunately, I am starting to crash here. So I think Oh, I I I'm I'm impressed you made it this long. Well, thank you. I'm ready for dinner too. I have steak
[01:23:35] Unknown:
waiting for me at home. Nice. Joe, it's I I really enjoyed. Today was a good talk. Oh, it's great. A lot of, you know, great topics right from coffee, menopause, you know, Alberta criminalizing ivermectin, and, you know, the harms of big pharma medications to, hey, let's wake up crew and, you know, let's let's take care of our temple. So thank you so much for your time. That's a blessing. Thank you. I appreciate it. I wish you I wish you a good recovery,
