Hey, folks.
[00:01:15] Unknown:
This is Joe Rusciello, and it is great to be with you here again on another Tuesday evening. We are broadcasting to you live tonight from the asylum studios on the pimple on the backside of Texas, the beautiful city of Eagle Pass, and we are gonna do the very best that we can tonight to bring you the best quality talk radio we can muster without all the bluster. Welcome to the podcast. Folks, well, we started off this particular episode with a little bit of a glitch there. So I have a a a feed up here on the tablet and, watching, you you know, to make sure everything's working right, and, did not realize that it wasn't muted.
So the feed was coming through the board here, and I apologize for that. Extremely unprofessional of me, And, I should be forcefully, forcefully admonished, beaten, dragged out in front of a crowd, drawn and quartered. I think you get the idea. But, folks, we are here with you. It is we are live, and it it wouldn't be a show that I do without some kind of a technical problem to get the whole thing kicked off. Because, even the last podcast that I was doing, it just seemed like every other show, there was some kind of an issue that would come up and, just really kinda just set the pace for the rest of the evening. But we are not gonna let that get to us this evening.
What I will probably allow to get to me this evening is, feeling like I'm gonna throw up. So if I do that right here on the show, hey, my gift to you, my beautiful audience. I don't think it's gonna come to that. I think we're gonna be just fine here. And I just wanna give you some words to live by here. If at first you don't secede, try try again. That's what we're talking about. That's what we're talking about with Texas. That's what we're talking about, when I bring up the Texas nationalist movement. We're talking about Texas seceding from the American Union and standing as a nation independent. And, we're gonna get into more Texas stuff in just a little while. We have really a lot of stuff. I'm looking at the headlines that I have up here. I still haven't figured out the tablet situation.
And, oh, and before I, continue on, I just wanna say thank you very much to, Steve Flora, a good friend of mine who, was, watching the show yesterday on Rumble, and, was kind enough to let me know. And it's kinda disturbs me that, you know, we had a we had quite a few people watching. Quite a few people watched after the show was uploaded, and nobody let me know that, when I played the audio clips, you guys didn't hear anything. No audio came through. Now it you you can hear it clear clear as day on the audio only. But for some reason, going here through, the rumble studio and, through the board here, if something happened, I don't know what, and I'm hoping that we got it fixed, today. We're gonna try something a little bit different when it where it's available. And where it's not, we're just gonna just kinda move on and, and try to cover the ground without using the added audio, which means you're gonna have to listen to me drone on a little bit more and more and more. Now, hopefully, the lighting is good in here. I feel like I look very red and glowy.
I'm not sure how that looks to you guys, but let me know in the comments below if you don't mind. We would really appreciate that. And then when I get a chance, I'll fix the stream here so I can I'll know that, we're actually broadcasting. Alright. Well, like I said, we have a lot of ground to cover here tonight. A few things that, that have come up here in the news. We have, Democrats in complete meltdown running wild. We have, Tom Homan, talking about, this, this breach, or this leak, really, of ICE activities to Trendyagua.
And, so we have some clips on that. Kristi Noem talking about FEMA, Trump on FEMA, and, we have a we have a bunch of things to cover. Pete Hegseth, making some changes here at the the Department of Defense. A lot of ground to cover, so we're gonna be getting to that momentarily. But, before we do go any further than that, I'm gonna ask you to do just a couple of very quick quick things for me. If you would, head over to our website, joerussello.com. That's joerussello.com. And when you get over there, head over to our contact section, open up that little web form, send us over any messages you might have, any questions, comments, cares, or concerns, and, we'll do the very, very best we can to get to those, questions that you send over to us. Now, also, if you don't like to use the web form, that's totally fine by me. You can always just, email me directly at [email protected].
I don't know if you figured it out yet, but, I'm I'm watching myself here, and I'm realizing that, man, I really am uncomfortable on camera. So, forgive me for all the fidgeting and the moving and the and the swinging around and everything here. Not exactly sure what to be doing with myself. I've been doing audio podcast for so long that I I just I I don't, don't really remember what I should be doing on video, but, we'll get we'll get through that. Right? I hope so, anyway. And the reason why we do that is because your donations help us to produce the show. Your donations help to pay for everything that we have here. There are more than 30 more than 30 essential minerals that are being provided in these Irish sea moss, capsules and gummies. Now the capsules, of course, are much more, potent than the gummies. They're much more concentrated.
But listen, the gummies are great. You know, I I kinda was popping them like candy, to be honest with you. They taste really good, and, they're they're very, very good for you. And also, the, the capsules. And when I started doing the capsules, and what a difference. What a difference. You're talking about, it it boosted the metabolism. It provided thyroid support. It helped with detoxification. Irisin moss is, like I said, loaded with with iodine. It contains bioactive compounds that enhance the immune system, reduce inflammation, improve gut health.
These things are just fantastic. You know? And you also combine that with burdock root, which is known for its antioxidant properties, and, and liver support, and then you have bladder wrack in there, which is which is which is great for balancing your hormones, improving skin health. I mean, folks, this formula works to to to fully cleanse, restore, and fortify your body. Now another supplement that I've been using is the, other, turmeric gummies, and and they're they're really good. They really are. They're not very attractive to look at. You know, they look kind of like these yellow acorns, to be honest, and, but once you pop them in, man, they they taste really, really good. They go down really easy.
They are absolutely unmatched with the amount of pure ginger extract that they put in there, plus the black pepper, and the, and and the, and the turmeric. Alright. Well, with all of that out of the way, for our, tens of listeners who are joining us right now. Thank you for being with us here on Rumble live tonight. Alright. Well, so what's going on in the world today? What's going on here? We have the Democrats, of course, are just absolutely, apoplectic with everything that's going on here.
Oh, God. That's good coffee. That is really good coffee. Wow. That is fresh ground, La Baza, coffee. It's an Italian, coffee. It's absolutely delicious. It's amazing. But anyway, so you have the Democrats are app absolutely apoplectic about Doge, about all of the cuts that are coming down, and it's interesting to watch. And and I I I know it's not just Democrats. I know I know that, the Republicans are in the same boat too. They're they're they're they're just not as vocal about this as the Democrats are. But you could really see who exactly is is the party that's on the take here for all of the money that gets laundered through these organizations and these, these government bureaucracies that Doge is exposing.
And, of course, you know, leftists, what what's the first thing that they always seem to resort to these days? Well, it's violence. Violence. Right? I mean, always violence, and they they're they're constantly demanding that their constituency engage in some type of violence. Always. Some kind of physical action. You remember, Mad Maxine was telling her her constituents to confront people from the previous Trump administration in restaurants, let them know they're not welcome. Then you have you had Antifa, and you had BLM, and, believe me, it's it's just a matter of time before those those, that arm of of the, Democratic party gets activated, and you start seeing all the trouble again, through them. So it is, it's a very interesting thing to watch.
And then you have all of these corrupt politicians that are just putting their faces out there in front of the camera, and really is, it's it's really very telling to see who who is actually upfront here. You have Maxine Waters who is who is, who is the most corrupt politician in congress, in in our lifetimes. She's leading the way. As a matter of fact, you have Democratic officials, held a protest outside the Social Security administration headquarters in Maryland, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a DC headquarters, today, calling for Americans to physically fight in the streets against Donald Trump's, make America great again agenda.
So as always, again, Democrats are triggered, the left is triggered, and they resort to this violent rhetoric. Now if that was a Republican, conservative, you wouldn't hear the end of this in the media, but radio silence. Radio silence on this. And, of course, what triggers them the most, the fact that they're watching their cash cow disappear. They're watching their power being stripped away as all of the corruption that they've been involved with gets more and more exposed. Maxine Waters, again, I I know I keep bringing her up, but she's the face of all this. Last over the past couple of weeks, she's been calling for, Doge head, Elon Musk to bring his bring his, quote, unquote, his ass to the protest, so he can see who's attending. She goes on to say, we're not afraid of you. We know that you are the co president now of The United States Of America, she claimed before calling Musk a thief and a gangster, who's paying off Trump in exchange for control over the country.
[00:20:40] Unknown:
This crowd, Elon Musk, where are you? Bring your ass over here so you can see who's here and what we're doing. We're not afraid of you. We know that you are the co president now of The United States Of America. But ladies and gentlemen, I want you to follow very closely what he's doing and how he has done it. First of all, we're here at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. What is it? This is so important. Prior to this being, organized in the Dodd Frank reforms, consumers didn't have any place to really file complaints. They didn't have anywhere to go when the biggest banks in America was ripping them off. The student loans were being undermined.
They didn't have any place to go. Why does Elon Musk wanna get rid of all of this? Because he's a thief. He's a gangster. He brings his billionaire friends along.
[00:21:58] Unknown:
They're having some audio trouble there with, the clip from from, from from x. But, but you get the idea of where it's coming from. You get the idea of the type of rhetoric that is is being thrown out there. And then later on, she, complained about Musk trying to combat racist law in his home in his homeland of South Africa. Let's get that clip going.
[00:22:21] Unknown:
Over in South Africa, threatening Ramaphosa, the president of South Africa, and telling him, we are coming in here. I'm gonna create a whole battery factory. But you guys work to get something, I believe, in your constitution that says that the black South Africans and people who we fought for to get rid of apartheid now can have 30% in all of the foreign businesses that come in. Elon Musk said, I'm going to build a battery factory. I want you to get rid of that 30%. And so we said no. And so I talked, with the ambassador from South Africa.
They're fighting. They're struggling. But guess what happened? Trump announced that they're gonna get rid of all the foreign aid if he doesn't do it. Elon is over in South Africa threatening Ramaphosa, the
[00:23:25] Unknown:
So, then it go and then later on in the day, I don't know if you saw this, but journalist Nick Sorter, ended up getting manhandled by, by Maxine Waters' bodyguards when he tried to, question her after this after this event. Basically, he said, Maxine Waters and her entourage attempted to steal my phone twice after I asked her why she's so against government transparency. Democrats are violent, he wrote on x.
[00:23:59] Unknown:
She's gotta go get in her big black taxpayer funded SUV. Oh, yeah. That's what happens when you're a member of congress. No. That's what happens when you don't have transparency in the government. Why do you deserve a big black taxpayer funded SUV? Is that why you're so against Doge? Is that what the problem is? What's up with the the lack of transparency
[00:24:19] Unknown:
in your
[00:24:21] Unknown:
What's the problem with transparency? Where the fuck are you? Why are you pushing? What is the problem with those? What is the problem with one?
[00:24:35] Unknown:
Larry is getting whacked again. So, then, representative, Kwesi Mfume from Maryland, whose real name is Frizzle Gerald Tate, followed up his his, fellow Democrats' calls for violence standing outside the SSA headquarters. Mafume said this will be a congressional fight, a constitutional fight, a legal fight. And on days like this, a street fight, yes, we will stand. A congressional
[00:25:03] Unknown:
fight, a constitutional fight, a legal fight, and on days like this, a street fight. Yes. Yes. We will stand.
[00:25:12] Unknown:
This So Democrats, as usual, are out there stoking up violent rhetoric, and nothing in the media is said about it. Nothing. But, of course, you know, the Trump administration today also removed a two top CFPB employees on Tuesday, with additional cuts to the 1,700 person agency coming soon. In the past two weeks, Americans have been called to violently resist the Trump White House by Democrats, Hakeem Jeffery. That's what I call him the dollar store Obama. So, Trump White House by, Democrat, Hakeem Jeffries, representative LaMonica MacGyver of New Jersey. Excuse me. Representative, Ayanna Presley of Massachusetts, representative John Garamendi of California, Edward Markey of Massachusetts, and, the the the queen of racism, Jasmine Crockett over here in Texas, among others.
And then, earlier this week, leftist baptist pastor Steve Caudle of, Tennessee publicly called for his congregation to engage in violence in response to Donald Trump, specifically for putting Elon Musk in charge of auditing the US Treasury Department. Let's take a listen to what he had to say.
[00:26:34] Unknown:
I'm worried that we are on the verge of bloodshed. This is a a a a a an attempt to take us back to a day that we do not want to go and we will not go. So therefore, there will be conflict. I pray that the peace of God will win out and overcome the madness that is attempting to take over this nation. And I will say to you, beloved, no one likes violence, but sometimes violence is necessary. When Elon Musk forces his way into the United States Treasury and threatens to steal your personal information and your Social Security check. Which he's not. There is a possibility of violence.
Sometimes the devil will act so ugly that you have no other choice but to get violent and fight. Well someone might say, now Reverend, you you you know you you shouldn't be talking about violence. This is the Christian thing to do. Well I will say, why not talk this way? Because Jesus did. Jesus said in this king this key verse, didn't it? The kingdom of heaven suffers what? Violence and the who? The violent take it by force. The kingdom of God is a war zone. It is a battlefield. You did know this. Right?
[00:28:04] Unknown:
Now, of course, took the entire context it took the the entire passage of scripture recorded out of context, and I'm I'm not gonna I'm not gonna dive into it right now. That that's my other show, that I that I do, or had been doing, where we talk about bible study and scripture. So we're not gonna break this down and explain why this particular passage of scripture is taken so far out of context. It it it has nothing to do with the church age, but that's another story altogether. Alright? But, you know, what's gonna end up happening folks is, like I said earlier, this is going to lead to those far left, Antifas, BLM groups, and who knows what else, coming out of the woodwork and bringing, just violent reaction from from these far left organizations.
This is what it is to be radicalized. This is what you're seeing here with these people, these politicians, and the mainstream media outlets. By not reporting the truth of the matter, they're that by reporting on sensationalism, you can see it coming to fruition right here. Alright? So folks, we gotta be on our guard for this. We gotta be prepared for this, and we gotta expect this. But, you know, don't let it bother you. Don't let it bring you down. Don't let it, don't let it, demoralize you. This is good. Okay? I know it sounds weird to say it that way, but this is good because all this is doing is just exposing the swamp, exposing the corruption, exposing the Democrats for exactly who they are.
They have no interest whatsoever in the benefit of the American people. They have no interest whatsoever in your personal welfare. They have no interest in you. They hate you. They absolutely hate you, and they're only thinking about themselves. They're only thinking about the money that they're losing, the power and control that they're losing, and they're hiding that behind this fake concern over your children, over you personally. They don't care. They care about what's in their pockets, and that's it. Another piece here from Breitbart. Democrats angry about Doge's spending audits ready to shut down government spending.
And not too long ago, the Democrats were up in arms about shutting down the government, about the irreparable harm that would take place to American society and culture and and and, and and and the day to day operations. And grandma's not gonna get her Social Security check if if the Republicans shut down government, but yet here they are defending fraud, waste, and abuse, defending it and hiding it behind a government shutdown. Or I should say not even hiding behind it. Using a government shutdown as a weapon to force the government, to force the administration to continue on and let the status quo continue.
When did the Democrat party become this? I would say that it started sometime before Obama, but came to maturity under Obama. And was made worse under Biden because we know Biden wasn't really running the show. We know that it was Obama and his third term. We we understand that. We know that. But Democrats are prepared to shut down the federal government during next month's spending fight after becoming enraged over the Department of Government Efficiency's, financial audit of government spending. The Democrats' tactics put them into a precarious position of supporting waste, fraud, and abuse, three times, Doge is tasked with cutting.
Andy Kim of, New Jersey said, I cannot support efforts that will continue this lawlessness this lawlessness to audit. This is the same party that hired over 160,000 IRS agents to audit you, to audit me, but they're afraid to be audited. This terrifies them. I cannot support efforts that will continue this lawlessness that we're seeing when it comes to the administration's actions. And for us to be able to support government funding in in that way only for them to turn it around, dismantle the government, that's not something that should be allowed. Oh, why not?
Democrats are particularly upset. Doge gained access to federal payment system at the treasury department to monitor outflow of taxpayer funds. They're also angered about president Donald Trump's decision to essentially defund many agencies such as USAID and layoff staffers. Kim went on to say, I've worked in government. I've worked through multiple government shutdowns. I would be the last person who would want to get to that stage, but we are at a point where we are basically on the cusp of constitutional crisis. In a few weeks, the Republicans are gonna try to figure out how to they move forward and have the last half of the last two years needed democratic votes for every single continuing resolution that they should not count on at this time.
Dollar store Obama signaled last week that he intends to leverage the March 14 federal funding deadline to try to prevent Trump from freezing or diverting appropriated funds, but Democrats are powerless to shut the government down. Republicans control the house, the senate, and the White House. But they're gonna do everything they possibly can to obstruct, get in the way, slow down the whole process. That's all they can do at this point. The foe outrage. Again, because all they're doing is just trying to protect the cash cow.
They're trying to protect their piggy bank. And I am sure I am absolutely 100% sure that their, their support their their donors, their handlers are sitting right over their shoulder, not literally in most cases, but figuratively, telling them that they need to get this thing taken care of and get this thing under control or else. And again, that's who they respond to, not the American people. They couldn't care less about you. There are some, liberal, analysts, though, that that do have some understanding of what's going on here. Liberal analyst, this is, on hot air.
Liberal analyst warns Dem's suicide to defend USAID. I I bet you could guess the identity of a liberal analyst within three guesses even before I mentioned the name. Why? Because at the moment, the number of liberal commentators with any sense of the moment at all can be counted on, can be counted on one hand with a finger or two left over. These days, the best of the potential guesses would be, Bill Maher, James Carville, or, Rui Tex Tessera, all of whom tried to warn Democrats to get out of the academia faculty lounge for the past several months. This time is is Tessera, writing at the always interesting free press, warning his allies that they are marching themselves off a political cliff with their all in defense of USAID's unaccountable spending.
He wrote, in policy terms, Democrats have a point. The legality of DOJ's strike on the agency is unclear. For the incredible amount of wasteful stuff in its budget, why did USAID grant 1,500,000.0 for diversity, equity, and inclusion in Serbia's workplaces and business communities? USAID also provides basic aid like nutrition and health assistance assistance in needy countries. But, politically, none of that matters a whit. Trump occupies the high ground in this fight, which is probably why he and Musk picked it. If voters dislike anything, it's bureaucracy and foreign aid. And USAID is a 10,000 employee bureaucracy housed in a palatial building on prime downtown real estate that spends $40,000,000,000 a year on other countries.
Democrats are unconditionally defending an obscure government institution at a time when even well known and previously trusted institutions are regarded with intense suspicion. A key finding from the New York Times polling in the February was that voters overwhelmingly believed, believed that the political and economic system in America needs either major changes or to be completely rebuilt. This particular obscure institution does one of America's American voters least favorite things, provide foreign aid. Financially not, finally, not only are Democrats blanket defending an obscure institution that does something American voters don't particularly want to do, they're defending it without explaining their own priorities.
So do you know who loves USAID and and its unaccountable structure? Progressives. Particularly progressives in academia. The the the, the academic elite, the elitists that run it and and and and and other less than responsive federal bureaucracies. Why is that? It's because it appeals to their leftism. It appeals to them. The flow of money without accountability, it it it it allows manipulation, and allows social engineering. But you know who hates USAID and and and and the the other less accountable federal bureaucracies? Everybody else.
Say I want to do my Joe Biden impression so badly, I whispered into the into the mic here. Everybody else. Everyone else. Literally, almost everyone else. Remember folks, the Democrats are only in this to protect themselves. It's not you. It's not you. And, I don't know. I'm kinda mixed on whether or not I really want Democrats to, to pay attention to guys like this that are that are actually trying to to speak some sense to the matter. I'm not sure I really want that. I I I'm enjoying watching the meltdown. I'm enjoying watching all this stuff fall apart.
Now, we're just gonna shift gears here for a little bit. So, you know, we we mentioned earlier on we mentioned earlier on that, that there was a a a leak that warned the, Trendiagua gang members of ICE activities. And, Tom Homan recently, said, actually, this was today, that, and this really shouldn't come as any surprise to anybody. And you probably heard about it earlier, so because, you know, my show is late in the day, but you probably heard about this earlier, but Tom Homan says the FBI is the likely cause of the leaks on the ice raids. The California leak secretary secretary Noem, she's correct on some of the information we're receiving, tends to lean toward the FBI. So, let's, let's hear what what, Tom Homan has to say.
[00:41:25] Unknown:
It's coming from? Well, look. We're we're thinking it's coming from Tom, where are these leaks coming from? Well, look. We're thinking it's coming from inside. And, we know the first leak of Aurora is under current investigation. We think we identified that person, under investigation right now. The the California League, secretary Noem, you know, she's correct. Some of the information we're receiving tends to lead toward the FBI. But I talked to the deputy attorney general all this weekend. They've opened up a criminal investigation, and, they have promised that not only this person lose their job and lose their pension, they're gonna go to jail. They're gonna criminally prosecute. So we're all over it. We got the DHS IG investigating the first one.
I have a pretty good idea what happened. Kansh Sherlock is under investigation, but, the IG has opened up a criminal investigation on the second. We're sending a strong message. It's just not, you know, giving the bad guys a heads up so they can escape apprehension. Right? We're arresting, you know, given, you know, the Venezuela gang a heads up so we can't arrest them. You're putting officers' lives at risk. It's only a matter of time if we walk into a place where there's gonna be a bad guy doesn't care. He's gonna be sitting and wait for the officer to show up and ambush him. This is not a game. So DHS and DOJ are connected at hip to hold these people responsible in a criminal fashion.
[00:42:55] Unknown:
Are you really surprised? I had to think for a second, you know, how I was gonna say that, but are you really surprised? Now he says that it, you know, it it tends to, tends to lean toward the FBI, but folks, we know. Come on. It's and then I know he's being careful with what he's saying, and I keep on hitting this thing. I'm sorry. But I know he's being careful with what he has to say, and how he says it because of the ongoing investigation. I I get that totally, but folks, you and I both know. We all know where this is coming from. We all understand that this that this is this is these are are elements of the FBI that are are are undermining what Donald Trump is doing, what, ICE is doing, what Tom Homan is doing, And, you need to wonder why.
Why would the FBI tip-off these organ these groups, these these gangs, Trendy Agra? Why would they do that? What what's the motive behind it? What's the reason behind it? Tom Homan went on to say, he goes, I talked to the deputy attorney general all this week. They've opened up a criminal investigation. They promised not only that this is, this person is gonna lose their job and their and lose their pension, they're gonna go to jail, and they're gonna be criminally prosecuted, so we're all over it. He continues saying that they wanna send a strong message about the seriousness of leaks, and added that those who leak sensitive information risk the lives of those in the front lines, such as the ICE agents.
It's a quote, it's not just giving the bad guys a heads up, you're putting officers lives at risk. Chris, Kristi Noem. I was gonna say Kirsty. Kristi Noem says, this in a, in a in a tweet on on x or a post on x. The FBI is so corrupt. We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law. Now it's it's not clear how the raids will go ahead, you know, due to the leak. But, on Monday, Department of Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem wrote on x that the FBI is so corrupt, and we just read that tweet. So that's just an update as to where we are with that, leak investigation.
Alright. We already covered that. We already covered that. Alright. Oh, well. This hour is going by fast. Kristi Noem terminates four FEMA employees who circumvented leadership to make payments for migrant housing, in in hotel in a New York hotel. Now, we talked about this yesterday. We mentioned that, that, that FEMA went ahead and provided 59,000,000, I think it was, $59,000,000, in in taxpayer money to the Roosevelt Hotel in, in New York City, for, for illegals. And, so effective immediately, FEMA is terminating the employment of four individuals for circumventing leadership to unilaterally make egregious payments for luxury New York City hotels for migrants. DHS's Tricia McLaughlin said in the statement, noted noting that the firings include FEMA's chief financial officer, two program analysts, as well as a grant specialist.
Under president Trump and secretary Noem's leadership, DHS, will not sit idly and allow deep state activists to undermine the will and the safety of of the American people. And then the piece goes on here. The Doge team just uncovered that FEMA spent 59,000,000 last week to, sent $59,000,000 last week to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal immigrants, sending his money, violated the law, and is in gross insubordination to the president's executive order, Musk wrote. That money is meant for American disaster relief, and instead it's being spent on high end hotels for illegals. In, hotels for illegals.
In, 02/2022, the Biden administration authorized the FEMA emergency food and shelter program to respond to the migrant crisis, while former White House press press secretaries, Corrine Jean Pierre, continued to deny that the Biden administration was using FEMA funding to support undocumented migrants. And, she was caught, obviously, she was caught contradicting herself many, many, many times, throughout her time as the, as the, the spokesperson. And, you know, that should really absolutely infuriate you when you think about how FEMA has been saying that there's no money for the hurricane victims in, in Florida, North Carolina, the the the the folks of that lost their homes and properties in California, due to the due to the due to the, alleged wildfires, offering them $750.
And in most cases, they were just loans that they had to get paid back to FEMA, at a later time. But yet while telling you, the American people, the American taxpayer, the ones who actually provided these funds, that there was no money for you and this is all you're gonna get, was was taking 59,000,000 of your dollars and sending it to house illegal migrants in New York City in one of the finer hotels in New York City. I'm from New York. I I've seen the place. I've been there. I've done details there. I've I've been inside the place. You're not talking about a Motel six. You know? You're not talking about a a Holiday Inn or, or or Comfort Inn or anything like that. You're you're talking the Roosevelt Hotel. I mean, this place is unbelievable. That's your government.
This is what they're fighting to defend, the Democrats. If you're a Democrat and you're listening to this, why are you still part of this party? Why? Why? You need to get away from this. FEMA employees fired over egregious payment. We already kinda went through that, but let's see if, hopefully, this audio here works. Let's let's try this out.
[00:49:05] Unknown:
The federal emergency man fed Elon Musk has accused the Federal Emergency Management Agency of diverting funds meant for American disaster relief. According to Musk, FEMA sent a staggering $59,000,000 to luxury hotels in New York York City to house illegal migrants, a move he says violates the president's executive order and is a gross misuse of taxpayer money. Musk claimed that his Department of Government Efficiency or DOGE recently uncovered the funds and vowed that a clawback demand will be made to recoup the money. This controversy comes as the Trump administration intensifies efforts to overhaul FEMA. Last month, president Trump signed an executive order establishing a council to review the agency amid concerns over political bias. The new directive calls for the council's first meeting within ninety days and requires a report of its findings within one hundred and eighty days. Trump has been long critical of FEMA, arguing that the agency bungles emergency relief efforts and should either be fundamentally reformed or even dismantled. He has previously denounced
[00:50:03] Unknown:
what happened to the audio?
[00:50:05] Unknown:
It's FEMA's performance, asserting that federal disaster aid should be given directly to states rather than managed by an inefficient agency. Funding for FEMA has soared in recent years following several high profile weather disasters, and the agency now faces scrutiny over how it allocates emergency resources. The Trump administration's latest measures are part of a broader strategy to ensure that federal funds are used solely for American disaster relief and to strengthen national security.
[00:50:31] Unknown:
Alright. So that was from the, that's from the New York Post. We're gonna close that. We don't need it. Alright. Let's see. What else do we got here? Because I'm looking at the clock here. We got about five minutes to go, I think, before the hour, and then, I still have Texas news and our techs at FAC to get to. So, we're gonna I guess, we'll stop here with this. We'll just close-up with, Pete Hegseth taking action to, rename Fort Liberty back to Fort Bragg.
[00:51:13] Unknown:
There it is. Pursue it to the authority of the secretary of defense title 10 United States code section one thirteen, I direct the army to change the name of Fort Liberty, North Carolina to Fort Bragg, North Carolina. That's right. Bragg is
[00:51:34] Unknown:

Do you blame all your problems on Trump? Do you have blue hair and a bunch of metal in your face? Do you not know what a woman is and confused about your gender? Good news. You have TDS, and it's a very treatable condition. Please take the time to find a mental health professional near you and prepare yourself for all the lies you've been told. When you finally recover, the rest of reality would love to welcome you back. Warning. Severe TDS can cause rampant hair and skin and outbursts, being cuffed by your partner, and brain damage from too much hair dye. May also cause severe butthurt and nonsensical outbursts that make everyone around you know you're stupid.

Old woman. Man. Ma'am, sorry. What knight lives in that castle over there? I'm 37. What? I'm 37. I'm not old. Well, I can't just call you man. You could say Dennis. I didn't know you were called Dennis. Well, you didn't bother to find out, did you? I did say sorry about the old woman, but from behind, you looked What I object to is you automatically treat me like an inferior. Well, I am king. Oh, king. Hey. Very nice. And how do you get that? By exploiting the workers, by hanging on to outdated imperialist dogma, which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society. If there's ever gonna be any progress It is. There's a lovely filth down here. Oh, how'd you do? How'd you do, good lady? I'm Arthur, king of the Britons.
Whose castle is that? King of who? The Britons. Who are the Britons? Well, we all are. We are all Britons, and I am your king.
[00:54:27] Unknown:
Didn't know we had a king. I thought we're an autonomous collective. You're fooling yourself. We're living in a dictatorship,
[00:54:33] Unknown:
a self perpetuating autocracy in which the working class is Oh, there you go. Bringing class into the gang. That's what it's all about. If only people would hear us. These these good people, I am in haste. Who lives in that castle?
[00:54:46] Unknown:
No one lives there. Then who is your lord? We don't have a lord.
[00:54:50] Unknown:
What? I told you. We're in a Narcosy Nicholas commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week. Yes. But all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special biweekly meeting Yes. I see. By a civil majority in the case of purely internal affairs Be quiet. But by a two thirds majority in the case of all Be quiet. I order you to be quiet. All right. Do you think he is? I'm your king. Well, I didn't vote for you. You don't vote for kings.
[00:55:18] Unknown:
Why do you become king then?
[00:55:20] Unknown:
The lady of the lake. Her arm clad in the purest shimmering Samite held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. That is why I'm your king. Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Be quiet. But you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tarp threw a sword at you. Shut up. I mean, if I went around saying I was an emperor just because some moistened beak had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away. Shut up. Will you? Shut up. Now we see the violence inherent in the system. Shut up. Come and see the violence inherent in the system.
Help. Help. I'm being repressed, bloody peasant. Oh, what a giveaway. Did you hear that? Did you hear that? That's what I'm all about. Do you see him repressing me? You saw it, didn't you?
[00:56:46] Unknown:
Alright. Hey, folks. Welcome back to the podcast. This is Joe Rusciello, and we just went through about an hour's worth of headlines and some opinion and some commentary. And now we're gonna just really, really quickly run through just a couple of things and then wrap this whole mess up for today. Alright. Once again, sorry we started off today with some technical boo boos, but I think we kind of recovered from that a little bit, and, we're moving along here. Alright. Well, let's see what's going on in the beautiful state of Texas. Just a couple of quick headlines. Texas attorney general expands probe on Texas DEI officials circumventing laws to protect women's sports. So I I I bookmarked this. We're gonna we're gonna talk about this tomorrow on, tomorrow's show.
And then also tomorrow, we're gonna talk about, strangely enough, California, has a tax collector's office set up here in in in Houston. Isn't that interesting? We're gonna talk about that tomorrow, for sure. Absolutely, for sure. And then, we'll also talk about, how Texas dollars fund, anti Texit media machine, and about the protesters, their plant, political theater at the Alamo while the TNM continues to, to, conduct its sacred memorial tradition. And then, let's wrap this up here tonight with our, how will Texit give us a better government in Texas? So this is our Texit fact of the show.
How will Texit give us better government in Texas? Now we have our own issues of bad governance in Austin, however, and the longer I'm living here, the more I'm seeing just how dysfunctional Austin is. I mean, I thought New York was bad. Good night. Good night. But, most of what's happening at our capital has flourished because of our continued membership in The United States. Most Texans aren't aware that the vast majority of legislative wrangling in Texas government takes place over issues that are not of our making. In this recent session, nearly half of all bills filed directly referenced federal law, federal regulations, federal agencies, or federal court rulings. That doesn't include bills that were filed in response to those that, those where they weren't directly referenced, but were filed to place Texas in compliance with one or more of those. We can't even begin to count the bills that were filed solely to capture federal money.
You know, the federal money that first came out of your pocket, and then after a 40% membership fee has been deducted and is dangled in front of the Texas legislator as a reward for their loyalty, then you get into areas of education, transportation, social services, which to some degree have their policy direction set in relation to or because of federal law or mandate. Being outside The United States means that we could set our own direction and create policies that are a perfect fit for us. If a policy doesn't work, we can scrap it and create a new one. It would be our decision and our decision alone.
Lest we forget, many in Texas government treat elected office like tryouts for the federal government. Granted, some get in and get comfortable, but others are like contestants on American Idol. They hope that they are good enough to get to the next round. Oftentimes, the policy decisions and the direction of the debate are dictated by how much of an audience they'll get outside of Texas. They jockey just enough just to get an interview on Fox News or MSNBC because deep in their heart of hearts, they want their fifteen minutes of fame in a larger market. Being known in a larger market means that they can run for US House or Senate or even president or jockey for a cabinet position in the White House.
In fact, our lieutenant governor missed the opening day of his legislative session because he'd been summoned to the White House to help with a speech. Effectively, the person holding the most powerful elected position in Texas chose to do the job of a federal staffer over executing his duty to Texans. This doesn't seem like something a person elected to serve the people of Texas would do. Rather, it looks like someone angling for a job on the federal level. Standing as an independent nation, Texas is as good as it gets for these politicians. There are no tryouts for elected position beyond Texas.
They make it good here, or they get thrown out. While they're here and in office, they had better do the best job that they can because there is no one else to satisfy but the people of Texas. If you went out and asked anybody on the street right now, what do you think about what congress is doing right now? The answer will generally lean toward disapproval followed by something about health care or taxes, and then at the very minimal, it'll include it'll include something very specific. They may name drop some some, federal politician. Perhaps they'll even get the name of their congressman and one or both of our senators.
The point is that even the least political have some idea of what's happening on the federal level. Now ask the person the same this question. What do you think about the property tax reform being debated in the Texas legislator right legislator slate legislature, excuse me, right now. You'll likely get a blank stare, quizzical look, and be met with another question. What do you mean? Texans are distracted. We're inundated with news out of Washington, DC through every conceivable medium. We're conditioned to direct our attention and, consequently, our outrage toward the Potomac.
Even the most politically active among Texans find themselves in this trap since we have finite time, resources, and attention spans tech while Texans focus on the ills of federal government, state and local government runs wild. Those of you who stay engaged on state and local issues know the result of this. Low engagement by our fellow citizen gives the elected officials a trapdoor for bad behavior. They can simply brush off your issue because they haven't heard from many of my constituents. With Texas out of the union, Texas remove Texans remove one additional layer of government and a distraction it brings and are left with the government that is closest to home, the one in Austin, and the one in their own backyard.
Imagine if folks paid attention to those governments like they are glued to the DC drama. Imagine how people would feel about voting if they actually could make a difference and be involved. And this is one of the reasons why, just as a side the sidebar to this, why, on on this show, we've been really trying to focus, a portion of the show to issues in Texas. And I'm gonna have to rework a few things because these are things that are important. We need to get them out, and we're constantly running up against the clock. When Texas happens, that comes to a screeching halt because they are now foreign and Texas does not and never will allow political contributions from foreign entities post Texas, post Texas.
Egregious politicians won't be able to stump for con contributions in California or New York. We get a more level playing field, and, lost my place. We get a more level playing field and more opportunity for turnover in the Texas government. Again, while we sympathize with the concerns of our fellow Texans about the state of governance in Austin, there is no doubt that removing the federal government out of the equation produces better government at home. Independence gives us an opportunity to create a government in our image that is responsive to our needs, meets our challenges, and is the size that we want. Independence gives us a shot at self government government that we may never that we have never had and puts our destiny in our hands and our hands alone.
Alright, folks. Just here's a here's a short clip that I'm gonna play for you.
[01:05:14] Unknown:
Ben, you see what's going on in Washington DC these days? Days? That place is definitely a political swamp. And you're starting to hear things coming out of Austin. It just makes me wonder. If Texas gets its independence, how are we gonna prevent the same thing from happening here? I mean, what's to keep us from getting electile dysfunction?
[01:05:40] Unknown:
One of the main issues driving Texans to seek independence is how dysfunctional, and in some cases, downright dishonest, our legislature in Washington has become. A recent Pew Public Trust survey puts it pretty plainly. Public trust in the government remains near historic lows. Only 17% of Americans today say they can trust the government in Washington to do what is right just about always 3%, or most of the time, 14%. A June 2019 University of Texas Texas Tribune survey said about the same thing. Only 24% of Texans hold a favorable view of the federal government. However, sometimes things happen even in Austin that make us want to question if that's just the way it is in politics.
While corruption in politics is something we always should be on the lookout for, there are several factors that weigh in favor of an independent Texas. Something that's not well known is that a majority of legislation in Texas is driven solely by the federal government. Surprised? In the last session alone, nearly half of all the bills filed in Texas directly referenced federal law, federal regulations, federal agencies, or federal court rulings. Even more were filed in response to federal bills to make Texas compliant with them. Many people think Texas gets a lot of financial assistance from the federal government.
In reality, this is not the case. Texas sends a lot more to the federal government than we get in return, your hard earned money. After the feds take out their 40% membership fee, they dangle enticements in front of the Texas legislature as a reward for their loyalty. Much of our state policy directions are unnecessarily set just to be in compliance with federal laws or mandates. Think of the additional expense this causes. As an independent Texas, we would be able to set our own direction and create policies that are a perfect fit for us. Also, all that money that's currently going to Washington would stay here to be used to improve the lives of Texans.
It's a natural tendency for some to treat a state elected office as a stepping stone to what they think are bigger and better things, a shot at federal politics. It's almost like they're contestants on a game show, just hoping to make it through to the next round.
[01:08:35] Unknown:
Alright. So basically the things they say, and the rest of this video is all what we had just discussed from the article that I was reading from. So, so you get the idea.
