Well, like I said, this is this is liberal Christmas. This is the government's favorite time of year. This is like when, the you you gotta try to picture my head. Anyway, I see it like this. I see this, tax collector dressed kinda like like a dirty, grungy, grungy Santa Claus, you know, sticking his hands in your pocket saying you're not giving enough. You haven't paid enough.
More. More. More. We have to fund the NGOs. We have to fund terrorists. We have to fund states like California who just spent another $3,000,000,000 on health care for illegals. So you see all these people fleeing California, coming here to Texas, and there are signs all over this place that say, do not California my Texas. I never understood that, by the way. You you're running away from the taxation. You're running away from the liberal policies. You're running away from all of that stuff that drives you crazy, that makes it impossible for you to live your life. And then you move someplace that's not like that at all, and you start to vote to bring in what you just ran away from.
Now I remember I told you, I'm from New York, man. I another another deep blue liberal place. I never once voted Democrat in my life. I've always voted Republican. I think I voted once independent, I think. Was it libertarian? It may have been libertarian. But when I came to Texas, I wasn't bringing my New York ideas here. And I catch myself every now and then, I'll I'll I'll look around and say, well, you know, in New York, we did it this way, and it was better. Well, better for New York, maybe, but not better for Eagle Pass, Texas.
1 of the things that I've noticed around here that that you don't have a New York you don't have ticket agents. You know, the, the the traffic enforcement guys, the guys that walk around, all they do all day is write parking tickets. You don't have that here. And I caught myself not too long ago thinking, wow, would that be a great revenue generator for the city? You know? Like, what are you thinking? You got away from that. That's that's not you don't wanna bring that here. Good grief. I was thinking about sanitation collection too. I was watching how they do it here, and it's it's strange. Cakes I'm getting used to, but it's strange to say the least.
It's effective, I guess. Small town, you know, New York, nothing like this at all. In New York, you got two guys working a truck, one throws, one drives. Here, they got one guy driving a truck that has the mechanical arm that lifts the bucket and dumps it in the bin in the bin. Or in the hopper is the technical term for it, the hopper. So, yeah, it don't don't bring your liberalism here. That's that's a big concern. Liberals try to make you think that Texas is more blue than it is red these days or it turning more blue than than red or it's purple. It's not. It's this is a solid red state, and God willing, it'll stay that way for a very, very long time, but it's up to the generation that's coming up right now to stick with the conservative values.
Stick with it. Don't let the woke mind virus take over. But, man, I'm got a lot of ground to cover tonight. We didn't get the chance we didn't get a chance to finish some of the stories that I really wanted to talk about last night. So we're gonna we're gonna dip into that here momentarily, just to kinda clean up a few things. And, there's a couple of updates on some of the stories that we were gonna look at last night that came up just a few minutes before we, we hit the show here. So we're gonna kinda jump on that really quick. I'm gonna do a lot of screen sharing today. Alright? And and I'm I'm gonna tell you why.
Well, not a lot, but just more than I normally do because, to be quite honest with you, I was I was talking to, or texting with, our new producer, anonymous Angela, And, I know it's redundant. I know. But we were talking I was texting with anonymous Angela, and I was telling her I am absolutely exhausted, and I'm trying to put this put all these notes together and clips together, and I was falling asleep at the table. And she asked me if I drink coffee. I drink coffee. This is, LavaZA espresso, and I'm not using the little espresso cups. This is a big boy. Using this tonight, like I did last night, but tonight I really need it. So this is nice black espresso.
No Sambuca. Can't do that. I did that once on the show and, did not realize that it was as strong as it was and about halfway through the show, And I started feeling that. I really started feeling it. So we're gonna stay away from the Sambuca tonight. But, before it gets too late, let's, because we gotta we gotta say goodbye to the folks on Twitch and, and, YouTube and x here momentarily. So, I tried to connect to Facebook again, but dang thing won't let me do it. I guess I'm, sending another ticket to, Rumble support. And I'm not gonna I'm not really complaining. One thing I don't understand is is and and it it's it's just a corruption in the State House that that just is is so in your face right now. And I don't know how people can't see this or or or or there's only just so many voices that are standing up in opposition to it. And that is basically, you know, the Texas House is is is is red. It's a Republican controlled house. And yet the current speaker of the house, Burrows, has allowed the Democrats to get control of committees and, have more of a voice in the, legislative process than they should as the minority party. And so, there have been several attempts to, to, to bring up vacating the chair, which have been, silenced by the chair.
One of the, the lead voice on all of that is Brian Harrison. So, you know, we're gonna talk to him about, you you know, all those great things, when, we finalize when he's gonna be coming on the show. I'm I'm really excited about that. That's gonna be a lot of fun. And then, you guys remember Matthias that we we spoke to, Matthias Mueller, Colonel Mueller from Switzerland. We're gonna be we we've been talking to him about getting a a show together, with, myself and, the president of the Texas Nationalist Movement, Daniel Miller, to talk about, the sovereignty movements that are going on around, not just here in The United States, but elsewhere.

So we got a couple of breaking news bits. Well, one of them broke one of them broke, a little earlier this afternoon, which is I find very interesting, this particular story. And then, and then another one that just got an update actually right before we came on to the show tonight. So, very, very interesting story here. So, this is the breaking news, Gateway Pundit reports that top Hegseth adviser escorted out of Pentagon for leaking. Dan Caldwell was also part of the Mike Waltz Houthi chat group. So very interesting development right there, and I'm kinda wondering if, if this man had any involvement with, bringing in the reporter from The Atlantic, the editor, I should say, the editor in chief of The Atlantic into that chat group. So it was very interesting. So here's the here's a tweet that went out from Phil Stewart.
Scoop, Dan Caldwell, senior adviser to The US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, has been placed on administrative leave for an unauthorized disclosure. An unauthorized disclosure. I wonder what that could have been. Reuters said that, one of US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's Top Advisers, Dan Caldwell, was escorted out of the Pentagon on Tuesday after being identified during an investigation into leaks at the Department of Defense, a US Official told Reuters. Caldwell, a senior adviser to Pete Hegseth was placed on administrative leave for an unauthorized disclosure. An official said speaking on the condition of anonymity, the decision has not been previously ported. The investigation remains ongoing. Now, this is Dan Caldwell.
He's a he again, a a top adviser to defense secretary Pete Hegseth. Now the interesting thing is, Dan Caldwell was included in the, in the Mike Waltz Houthi chat. And so I think it's really gonna be very interesting to see just what his involvement was in that whole remember that whole signal gate gate thing? Very curious to see how his if if his removal was tied to that in any way and how that's gonna impact any investigation that are currently ongoing. And, and prior to this, you know, there there really wasn't any, let me see. Do I have that? Yeah. We do. Alright. So, so so actually, when when Pete Hegseth was a, broadcasting on Fox News, he actually sat down with, Dan Caldwell. And let's let's take a look at that. Interesting.

Here as part of this week long series is Dan Caldwell. He's a marine veteran and vice president of political and legislative action. He looks like a little concerned. Right? Veterans for America. Dan, thanks for joining us this morning. Straight out, why is it so difficult to make things change at the VA?

Well, Pete, we have something called the Iron Triangle, which consists of the VA bureaucracy, which has over 350,000 employees and a hundred $80,000,000,000. That's a very powerful force. Big government unions like the American Federation for Government Employees. And sadly, the Washington based leadership of many veteran groups, not their local leadership, not their local members, but the Washington based leadership who don't believe that veterans should have the choice of where they get their health care with their VA benefits.

Unfortunately, all these groups come together to protect the status quo, and they pressure congress and the White House to block and not enact meaningful reform. Well, Dan, I think that's gonna surprise a lot of people because there's a lot of, you know, myself included, members of of veterans organizations. You wanna believe they're out there watch dogging. You know, what has happened? Why does this happen where certain vets groups oppose the dramatic reforms that their members would want, Americans want, vets want? Why are they opposing those types of things?

Well, again, I wanna be clear. It's their Washington based leadership. Just like any other special interest group, once they're in this bubble here in DC, they wanna protect the status quo and they wanna protect access. And you have groups, sadly, like the American Legion, which I I I'm a member of, I know you're a member of, that have staff that wanna go to things like the White House Easter egg roll. They wanna have meetings with the president, and they benefit from the status quo in that regard. And when they shake rock the boat too much, they lose that access. And that is a big thing for them, and that's why they are looking to block these reforms. No, Dan. Donald Trump rolled out his VA reform plan, two days ago calling secretary Clinton

the secretary of the status quo. What needs to I mean, what really needs to happen? At your gut level, what is the solution? And what is what Trump proposed real choice accountability. Is is that would that make it happen?

Those are great concepts. More choice for veterans to use their, VA benefits in the private sector and more accountability for bad VA employees. Those are great concepts. He needs to flesh it out more, and there's a great model right now in Congress. Kathy McMorris Rogers introduced a draft legislative proposal called the caring for our heroes in the twenty first century act. I'd hope Donald Trump and all the candidates use that as a guide for what real VA reform should look like. It's an absolutely outstanding piece of legislation. It is. That

Alright. So, I didn't really wanna play all that, but, I got a a text here that I had to respond to, so I I kinda let it go. But, but, really interesting. Again, I'd like I really am looking forward to seeing just how this little weasel he looks like a weasel. I don't know if you heard me when when I first saw the video clip, but he really does. Looks like a typical swamp, sleaze, weaselly little guy. Thank you for your service. So, but, again, I'm really, really curious as to what his specific role was since he was involved with that chat group. That's that's really interesting. And, again, wondering if his, his being placed on leave had had had anything to do with it.
Alright. Now, this is very interesting also. And you know the liberals are gonna be screaming about this one very soon because, you know, they're gonna start saying, you know, look, he's he's Donald Trump is, you know, you know, weaponizing government against his, you know, against his adversaries, and he's, you know, taking, you know, retaliatory action and, you know, and so on and so forth. But but, the truth of the matter is, it's the left that tried to weaponize the justice system against him. And, today, some some, I guess, some some sweet justice came back here. Donald Trump on Monday, yesterday, eviscerated New York attorney general Letitia James. Now you remember her, who was part of the effort to weaponize the criminal justice system against Trump during the twenty twenty four campaign.
Now, where was I? Yep. Okay. Now on Tuesday on Monday, the president in a in a in a post on Truth Social posted an article containing fraud allegations against Leticia James, a totally corrupt politician. I know I have that up here somewhere. Here we go. Leticia James, a totally corrupt politician, should immediately resign from a position as a New York state attorney general immediately. Everyone is trying to make New York great again, but it can never be done with this wacky crook in office. And, the article is talking about how Leticia James may have been involved in some type of mortgage fraud.
Interesting, wouldn't you say? Yes. Yes. The art this article published by, RVM News describes suspicious, suspicions about a real estate purchase James made in 02/2023, just before she filed a civil fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump. From the article, New York attorney general Leticia James is now facing questions surrounding real estate transactions she executed in August 2023. Let's see if we could share the screen here on this so that you guys can see where I'm reading. Right here. New York attorney general Leticia James is now facing questions surrounding a real estate transaction she executed in February, just weeks before she filed a high profile civil fraud lawsuit against president Donald Trump. The document in question is a specific power of attorney signed by James is, the document in question a specific power of attorney signed by James is raising legal concerns about whether she may, have misrepresented her intent to establish a principal residence in Virginia, potentially impacting her eligibility to hold office in New York or exposing her to legal liability.
The issue was flagged by Sam e Antar, a former certified public accountant and convicted fraudster who now works in forensic accounting. Antwer gained notoriety in the nineteen eighties for his role as the CFO of Crazy Eddie, a now defunct electronics retailer involved in one of the largest financial fraud cases of the decade. Now on his website, he alleged that, James signed a declaration stating that her intent to make a Virginia property her principal residence. Alright. Now, see the now here's the problem with that. Under New York law, she's not allowed to live outside of New York State as the attorney general.
When I was working for New York City, you had to live within the five boroughs of New York City. You couldn't live anywhere else. This statement conflicts with con con this statement conflicts with New York Public Officers Law, which that's what it should say, which mandates that the attorney general reside in the state for five consecutive years before being elected the position. If she established residency in Virginia, even temporarily, it could mean that she has automatically forfeited her position. And, we can put, we can put the tweet up. It'll look a little bit more clear.
Alright. This assigned power of attorney is a smoking gun on its own, completely separate from how the mortgage might be interpreted. It stands as a clear declaration of intent from a sitting New York attorney general to establish principal residency in another state. Alright. So so now here you have, Tish James, you know, possibly, committing mortgage fraud. And then today, just before the show started, we got this update here, which we're going to put on the screen. There you go. Federal agency just, just today, just right before the show started, refers New York AG Leticia James to the DOJ for prosecution for alleged mortgage fraud.
William j Pulte, the director of US Federal Housing, made the referral Monday to attorney general Pam Bondi and her deputy, Todd Blanch, and attached evidence, he said, corroborated early media reports alleging irregularities in a series of loans obtained by joint by James, including for property in Virginia. Based on media reports, miss Leticia James has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and loans and a and more favorable loan terms. This has potentially included falsifying resident status for Norfolk, Virginia based home in order to secure a lower mortgage rate and two, misrepresenting property descriptions to meet stringent requirements for government backed loans and government assistance. Now interesting, isn't that what she said that Donald Trump did?
Yeah. Yeah. It's kinda kind of along the lines with with, they alleged Donald Trump did. Interesting how it all comes about. Alright. Let's see. Again, this is all stuff we were gonna talk about yesterday with just those two updates. So, I don't know if you're following what's going on over in The UK, but, thought police are in action. UK thought police threatened to arrest a man for asking someone to speak English. Do you believe that? Asking someone to speak English in The United Kingdom can get you arrested. This is the same country where they could arrest you for praying silently.
This is a place where they could arrest you for praying in your house. I don't think the average American really understands just how important our bill of rights is. And again, like I've I've said many, many times, the government does not grant rights. Your rights come from God. Your your rights come from nature's God and the creator. Government's job is very simple. Government's job is to protect those rights. That's it. Government does not dispense rights. They protect the rights. Government's responsibility is to protect my right to do for myself. That's what government's supposed to do. That's it.
But here you go in England. Thought police. Wrong think. You know? Right think, wrong think. That's what this is. This is like 1984 level tyranny. And if you don't think for one minute that today's leftists, today's Democratic Party, today's National Socialist Party, the Democrats, that's what they are. If you don't think that they are in line and lockstep with the globalists to bring that here, why do you think they wanna take away your second amendment rights? Or try to anyway. Why do you think they wanna do that? Because the second amendment without the second amendment, the all the other amendments fall.
Because once you can't defend yourself, once you can't arm yourself, and once you can't stand up for your rights, once government has that kind of control over you I mean, look what's happening in England. I mean, you got people being arrested for thinking. You got people being arrested for praying. You got people being arrested for social media posts. You can't buy a gun. You can't own a gun. You have these illegals in the country that are running around with knives, stabbing people, beating people, raping women, children. Investigators believe that Nikkita Kasup, a 17 year old boy from, Wacoosa, Wisconsin, committed a double homicide, leaving his mother and stepfather dead as he sought independence and resources to carry out a presidential attack. Quote, the killing of his parents appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carry out his plan, said the FBI.
Last week, authorities can find Cassip, pending his trial. He is facing two counts of first degree homicide among other accusations. On February 28, local cops discovered Tatiana Cassip and Donald Mayer's remains during a wellness check at their Cider Hills, drive home in Waukesha. Both were discovered shot and buried beneath piles of garments at a home where Nikita Cassip also lived. In late March, prosecutors filed a criminal complaint incorporating testimony from Cassip's female student, at Wacoosa West High School who claimed to have read a three page manifesto on his phone asking for president Trump's assassination. According to the affidavit, his manifesto includes ideas about building bombs and orchestrating a terrorist strike.

Donald Trump came back in the office, and he released them a second time. And today, they got to congress, and then they ended up in the hands of Justin News. In fact, he was used for three decades by the FBI, and it turns out stitching is a pretty lucrative profession. He got paid nearly $1,200,000 by the FBI to be a confidential human source from, from the late ninety or from the early nineteen nineties to 2017.
The last of those payments, $70,000 for his work stitching on, the Trump campaign and the crossfire hurricane early investigation. Now why what are we gonna tell you about it? It turns out that he got that money and he kept being used by the FBI and he kept being validated as reliable even though the FBI detected he had given them an inaccurate false or disprovable story. What is it? He's the guy that told the FBI that Mike Flynn, soon to be Donald Trump's, national security advisor in the fall of twenty sixteen, back in 2014, had left a, conference in, an overseas conference while he was a three star general and the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency alone with a Russian woman. Now the FBI determined that was implausible and inaccurate.
In fact, president, Mike Flynn's own security detail would never have left him alone. He he was a three star general and the head of the intelligence agency. He was always guarded by people. They determined it was unreliable, not true, inaccurate, not plausible. But get what? Guess what? He allegedly sent threatening text messages about Gabbard and her husband, between March 29 and April 1. And let's see. Here we go. Prepare to die. You, Tulsi, and everyone you hold dear, said one of the texts, according to the release, America will burn. Another message said, Gabbard was living on borrowed time and warned that her home is a legitimate target and will be hit at a time and place of our choosing, federal prosecutors said. In a text sent to Williams, according to a complaint filed by federal prosecutors, Amin said, tell your wife to always be on her best behavior and not to disobey mister Vladimir Putin's orders. We are friendly bears. Russian flag, plus blah blah blah. We can also be angry bears.
The authorities also found, threatening messages on Amin's social media accounts. One image showed a gun pointed at Gabbard's law pointed at Gabbard law enforcement found a firearm in Amin's home. The FBI in Atlanta arrested 25 year old Ali Akbar Mohammed Amin of Lilburn, Georgia for threatening communications against DNI Gabbert, POTUS, and the White House. Bottom line, the FBI does not tolerate threats and will hold offenders fully accountable. And, of course, this comes after, you know, the the whole thing with the, 17 year old Wisconsin teenager that killed his parents and was planning to, try to, to assassinate president Trump that we just talked about a few minutes ago.

More. More. More. We have to fund the NGOs. We have to fund terrorists. We have to fund states like California who just spent another $3,000,000,000 on health care for illegals. So you see all these people fleeing California, coming here to Texas, and there are signs all over this place that say, do not California my Texas. I never understood that, by the way. You you're running away from the taxation. You're running away from the liberal policies. You're running away from all of that stuff that drives you crazy, that makes it impossible for you to live your life. And then you move someplace that's not like that at all, and you start to vote to bring in what you just ran away from.
Now I remember I told you, I'm from New York, man. I another another deep blue liberal place. I never once voted Democrat in my life. I've always voted Republican. I think I voted once independent, I think. Was it libertarian? It may have been libertarian. But when I came to Texas, I wasn't bringing my New York ideas here. And I catch myself every now and then, I'll I'll I'll look around and say, well, you know, in New York, we did it this way, and it was better. Well, better for New York, maybe, but not better for Eagle Pass, Texas.
1 of the things that I've noticed around here that that you don't have a New York you don't have ticket agents. You know, the, the the traffic enforcement guys, the guys that walk around, all they do all day is write parking tickets. You don't have that here. And I caught myself not too long ago thinking, wow, would that be a great revenue generator for the city? You know? Like, what are you thinking? You got away from that. That's that's not you don't wanna bring that here. Good grief. I was thinking about sanitation collection too. I was watching how they do it here, and it's it's strange. Cakes I'm getting used to, but it's strange to say the least.
It's effective, I guess. Small town, you know, New York, nothing like this at all. In New York, you got two guys working a truck, one throws, one drives. Here, they got one guy driving a truck that has the mechanical arm that lifts the bucket and dumps it in the bin in the bin. Or in the hopper is the technical term for it, the hopper. So, yeah, it don't don't bring your liberalism here. That's that's a big concern. Liberals try to make you think that Texas is more blue than it is red these days or it turning more blue than than red or it's purple. It's not. It's this is a solid red state, and God willing, it'll stay that way for a very, very long time, but it's up to the generation that's coming up right now to stick with the conservative values.
Stick with it. Don't let the woke mind virus take over. But, man, I'm got a lot of ground to cover tonight. We didn't get the chance we didn't get a chance to finish some of the stories that I really wanted to talk about last night. So we're gonna we're gonna dip into that here momentarily, just to kinda clean up a few things. And, there's a couple of updates on some of the stories that we were gonna look at last night that came up just a few minutes before we, we hit the show here. I really started feeling it. So we're gonna stay away from the Sambuca tonight. One thing I don't understand is is and and it it's it's just a corruption in the State House that that just is is so in your face right now. And I don't know how people can't see this or or or or there's only just so many voices that are standing up in opposition to it. And that is basically, you know, the Texas House is is is is red. It's a Republican controlled house. And yet the current speaker of the house, Burrows, has allowed the Democrats to get control of committees and, have more of a voice in the, legislative process than they should as the minority party. And so, there have been several attempts to, to, to bring up vacating the chair, which have been, silenced by the chair.
One of the, the lead voice on all of that is Brian Harrison. So, you know, we're gonna talk to him about, you you know, all those great things, when, we finalize when he's gonna be coming on the show. I'm I'm really excited about that. That's gonna be a lot of fun. And then, you guys remember Matthias that we we spoke to, Matthias Mueller, Colonel Mueller from Switzerland. We're gonna be we we've been talking to him about getting a a show together, with, myself and, the president of the Texas Nationalist Movement, Daniel Miller, to talk about, the sovereignty movements that are going on around, not just here in The United States, but elsewhere.

So we got a couple of breaking news bits. Well, one of them broke one of them broke, a little earlier this afternoon, which is I find very interesting, this particular story. And then, and then another one that just got an update actually right before we came on to the show tonight. So, very, very interesting story here. So, this is the breaking news, Gateway Pundit reports that top Hegseth adviser escorted out of Pentagon for leaking. Dan Caldwell was also part of the Mike Waltz Houthi chat group. So very interesting development right there, and I'm kinda wondering if, if this man had any involvement with, bringing in the reporter from The Atlantic, the editor, I should say, the editor in chief of The Atlantic into that chat group. So it was very interesting. So here's the here's a tweet that went out from Phil Stewart.
Scoop, Dan Caldwell, senior adviser to The US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, has been placed on administrative leave for an unauthorized disclosure. An unauthorized disclosure. I wonder what that could have been. Reuters said that, one of US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's Top Advisers, Dan Caldwell, was escorted out of the Pentagon on Tuesday after being identified during an investigation into leaks at the Department of Defense, a US Official told Reuters. Caldwell, a senior adviser to Pete Hegseth was placed on administrative leave for an unauthorized disclosure. An official said speaking on the condition of anonymity, the decision has not been previously ported. The investigation remains ongoing. Now, this is Dan Caldwell.
He's a he again, a a top adviser to defense secretary Pete Hegseth. Now the interesting thing is, Dan Caldwell was included in the, in the Mike Waltz Houthi chat. And so I think it's really gonna be very interesting to see just what his involvement was in that whole remember that whole signal gate gate thing? Very curious to see how his if if his removal was tied to that in any way and how that's gonna impact any investigation that are currently ongoing. And, and prior to this, you know, there there really wasn't any, let me see. Do I have that? Yeah. We do. Alright. So, so so actually, when when Pete Hegseth was a, broadcasting on Fox News, he actually sat down with, Dan Caldwell. And let's let's take a look at that. Interesting.

Dan, thanks for joining us this morning. Straight out, why is it so difficult to make things change at the VA?

Well, Pete, we have something called the Iron Triangle, which consists of the VA bureaucracy, which has over 350,000 employees and a hundred $80,000,000,000. That's a very powerful force. Big government unions like the American Federation for Government Employees. And sadly, the Washington based leadership of many veteran groups, not their local leadership, not their local members, but the Washington based leadership who don't believe that veterans should have the choice of where they get their health care with their VA benefits.

Unfortunately, all these groups come together to protect the status quo, and they pressure congress and the White House to block and not enact meaningful reform. Well, Dan, I think that's gonna surprise a lot of people because there's a lot of, you know, myself included, members of of veterans organizations. You wanna believe they're out there watch dogging. You know, what has happened? Why does this happen where certain vets groups oppose the dramatic reforms that their members would want, Americans want, vets want? Why are they opposing those types of things?

Well, again, I wanna be clear. It's their Washington based leadership. Just like any other special interest group, once they're in this bubble here in DC, they wanna protect the status quo and they wanna protect access. And you have groups, sadly, like the American Legion, which I I I'm a member of, I know you're a member of, that have staff that wanna go to things like the White House Easter egg roll. They wanna have meetings with the president, and they benefit from the status quo in that regard. And when they shake rock the boat too much, they lose that access. And that is a big thing for them, and that's why they are looking to block these reforms. No, Dan. Donald Trump rolled out his VA reform plan, two days ago calling secretary Clinton

the secretary of the status quo. What needs to I mean, what really needs to happen? At your gut level, what is the solution? And what is what Trump proposed real choice accountability. Is is that would that make it happen?

Those are great concepts. More choice for veterans to use their, VA benefits in the private sector and more accountability for bad VA employees. Those are great concepts. He needs to flesh it out more, and there's a great model right now in Congress. Kathy McMorris Rogers introduced a draft legislative proposal called the caring for our heroes in the twenty first century act. I'd hope Donald Trump and all the candidates use that as a guide for what real VA reform should look like. It's an absolutely outstanding piece of legislation. It is. That

Alright. So, I didn't really wanna play all that, but, I got a a text here that I had to respond to, so I I kinda let it go. But, but, really interesting. Again, I'd like I really am looking forward to seeing just how this little weasel he looks like a weasel. I don't know if you heard me when when I first saw the video clip, but he really does. Looks like a typical swamp, sleaze, weaselly little guy. Thank you for your service. So, but, again, I'm really, really curious as to what his specific role was since he was involved with that chat group. That's that's really interesting. And, again, wondering if his, his being placed on leave had had had anything to do with it.
Alright. Now, this is very interesting also. And you know the liberals are gonna be screaming about this one very soon because, you know, they're gonna start saying, you know, look, he's he's Donald Trump is, you know, you know, weaponizing government against his, you know, against his adversaries, and he's, you know, taking, you know, retaliatory action and, you know, and so on and so forth. But but, the truth of the matter is, it's the left that tried to weaponize the justice system against him. And, today, some some, I guess, some some sweet justice came back here. Donald Trump on Monday, yesterday, eviscerated New York attorney general Letitia James. Now you remember her, who was part of the effort to weaponize the criminal justice system against Trump during the twenty twenty four campaign.
Now, where was I? Yep. Okay. Now on Tuesday on Monday, the president in a in a in a post on Truth Social posted an article containing fraud allegations against Leticia James, a totally corrupt politician. I know I have that up here somewhere. Here we go. Leticia James, a totally corrupt politician, should immediately resign from a position as a New York state attorney general immediately. Everyone is trying to make New York great again, but it can never be done with this wacky crook in office. And, the article is talking about how Leticia James may have been involved in some type of mortgage fraud.
Interesting, wouldn't you say? Yes. Yes. The art this article published by, RVM News describes suspicious, suspicions about a real estate purchase James made in 02/2023, just before she filed a civil fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump. From the article, New York attorney general Leticia James is now facing questions surrounding real estate transactions she executed in August 2023. Let's see if we could share the screen here on this so that you guys can see where I'm reading. Right here. New York attorney general Leticia James is now facing questions surrounding a real estate transaction she executed in February, just weeks before she filed a high profile civil fraud lawsuit against president Donald Trump. The document in question is a specific power of attorney signed by James is, the document in question a specific power of attorney signed by James is raising legal concerns about whether she may, have misrepresented her intent to establish a principal residence in Virginia, potentially impacting her eligibility to hold office in New York or exposing her to legal liability.
The issue was flagged by Sam e Antar, a former certified public accountant and convicted fraudster who now works in forensic accounting. Antwer gained notoriety in the nineteen eighties for his role as the CFO of Crazy Eddie, a now defunct electronics retailer involved in one of the largest financial fraud cases of the decade. Now on his website, he alleged that, James signed a declaration stating that her intent to make a Virginia property her principal residence. Alright. Now, see the now here's the problem with that. Under New York law, she's not allowed to live outside of New York State as the attorney general.
When I was working for New York City, you had to live within the five boroughs of New York City. You couldn't live anywhere else. This statement conflicts with con con this statement conflicts with New York Public Officers Law, which that's what it should say, which mandates that the attorney general reside in the state for five consecutive years before being elected the position. If she established residency in Virginia, even temporarily, it could mean that she has automatically forfeited her position. And, we can put, we can put the tweet up. It'll look a little bit more clear.
Alright. This assigned power of attorney is a smoking gun on its own, completely separate from how the mortgage might be interpreted. It stands as a clear declaration of intent from a sitting New York attorney general to establish principal residency in another state. Alright. So so now here you have, Tish James, you know, possibly, committing mortgage fraud. And then today, just before the show started, we got this update here, which we're going to put on the screen. There you go. Federal agency just, just today, just right before the show started, refers New York AG Leticia James to the DOJ for prosecution for alleged mortgage fraud.
William j Pulte, the director of US Federal Housing, made the referral Monday to attorney general Pam Bondi and her deputy, Todd Blanch, and attached evidence, he said, corroborated early media reports alleging irregularities in a series of loans obtained by joint by James, including for property in Virginia. Based on media reports, miss Leticia James has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and loans and a and more favorable loan terms. This has potentially included falsifying resident status for Norfolk, Virginia based home in order to secure a lower mortgage rate and two, misrepresenting property descriptions to meet stringent requirements for government backed loans and government assistance. Now interesting, isn't that what she said that Donald Trump did?
Yeah. Yeah. It's kinda kind of along the lines with with, they alleged Donald Trump did. Interesting how it all comes about. Alright. Let's see. Again, this is all stuff we were gonna talk about yesterday with just those two updates. So, I don't know if you're following what's going on over in The UK, but, thought police are in action. UK thought police threatened to arrest a man for asking someone to speak English. Do you believe that? Asking someone to speak English in The United Kingdom can get you arrested. This is the same country where they could arrest you for praying silently.
This is a place where they could arrest you for praying in your house. I don't think the average American really understands just how important our bill of rights is. Investigators believe that Nikkita Kasup, a 17 year old boy from, Wacoosa, Wisconsin, committed a double homicide, leaving his mother and stepfather dead as he sought independence and resources to carry out a presidential attack. Quote, the killing of his parents appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carry out his plan, said the FBI.
Last week, authorities can find Cassip, pending his trial. He is facing two counts of first degree homicide among other accusations. On February 28, local cops discovered Tatiana Cassip and Donald Mayer's remains during a wellness check at their Cider Hills, drive home in Waukesha. Both were discovered shot and buried beneath piles of garments at a home where Nikita Cassip also lived. In late March, prosecutors filed a criminal complaint incorporating testimony from Cassip's female student, at Wacoosa West High School who claimed to have read a three page manifesto on his phone asking for president Trump's assassination. According to the affidavit, his manifesto includes ideas about building bombs and orchestrating a terrorist strike.

In fact, he was used for three decades by the FBI, and it turns out stitching is a pretty lucrative profession. He got paid nearly $1,200,000 by the FBI to be a confidential human source from, from the late ninety or from the early nineteen nineties to 2017.
The last of those payments, $70,000 for his work stitching on, the Trump campaign and the crossfire hurricane early investigation. Now why what are we gonna tell you about it? It turns out that he got that money and he kept being used by the FBI and he kept being validated as reliable even though the FBI detected he had given them an inaccurate false or disprovable story. What is it? He's the guy that told the FBI that Mike Flynn, soon to be Donald Trump's, national security advisor in the fall of twenty sixteen, back in 2014, had left a, conference in, an overseas conference while he was a three star general and the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency alone with a Russian woman. Now the FBI determined that was implausible and inaccurate.
In fact, president, Mike Flynn's own security detail would never have left him alone. He he was a three star general and the head of the intelligence agency. He was always guarded by people. They determined it was unreliable, not true, inaccurate, not plausible. But get what? Guess what? He allegedly sent threatening text messages about Gabbard and her husband, between March 29 and April 1. And let's see. Here we go. Prepare to die. You, Tulsi, and everyone you hold dear, said one of the texts, according to the release, America will burn. Another message said, Gabbard was living on borrowed time and warned that her home is a legitimate target and will be hit at a time and place of our choosing, federal prosecutors said. In a text sent to Williams, according to a complaint filed by federal prosecutors, Amin said, tell your wife to always be on her best behavior and not to disobey mister Vladimir Putin's orders. We are friendly bears. Russian flag, plus blah blah blah. We can also be angry bears.
The authorities also found, threatening messages on Amin's social media accounts. One image showed a gun pointed at Gabbard's law pointed at Gabbard law enforcement found a firearm in Amin's home. The FBI in Atlanta arrested 25 year old Ali Akbar Mohammed Amin of Lilburn, Georgia for threatening communications against DNI Gabbert, POTUS, and the White House. Bottom line, the FBI does not tolerate threats and will hold offenders fully accountable. And, of course, this comes after, you know, the the whole thing with the, 17 year old Wisconsin teenager that killed his parents and was planning to, try to, to assassinate president Trump that we just talked about a few minutes ago.

Trump White House has deported over 200 illegal immigrants who have committed violent crimes or are identified as members of dangerous gangs to the Central American nation since reaching an agreement in February. So folks, this is what this is exactly what because you you see you see on Twitter or x, you see all these posts, all these liberals posting, they're shutting down the Department of Education. They're deporting this. They're doing that. Is is this what you voted for? Yes.
Yes. And more. I voted for this and more. Like, my pet subject is the IRS. I want it gone. Wouldn't it be amazing? Wouldn't it be absolutely amazing if this was the last year you had to account for your expenses to the government? Wouldn't this be amazing if this was the last year you had to pay out additional taxes over and above what they have already withdrawn from your paycheck, confiscated from your paycheck? Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to do that? Oh, I can hope. My friends, I can hope. I can hope. I can hope. And I know the president was talking about it today. I I just don't have the clip for that, but I had overheard it today, so I'll be looking for more information on that. Maybe we can present it tomorrow or or before the end of the week.
