But, we are with you again on another beautiful evening here in Eagle Pass, and it is a, it's a it's a Wednesday night. And, I just wanna say I'm sorry for, by the way, for, starting a little late tonight. Unfortunately, I had a work commitment that, kept me at the at the office a little late tonight. And, by the time I got back here and I had to put together all the clips and and all that stuff, it was no way I was gonna start by 08:00. So, we shot for 08:30. We got a little bit after 08:30, but, hey, we're here. It's another beautiful night to be with you guys and to, and to share this this very special time together. How does that sound? Does that sound all fluffy and frilly and nice and happy and peppy and bursting with love kind of thing?
It does. Right? Yeah. It's nasty. We don't like that. We're not full of love and bursting joy or anything like that right now. Of course we are. You know why we are? We are that way because, we're conservatives. That's why. Conservatives are generally happy people. You have, the liberals, the liberal left is losing their mind, they are absolutely apoplectic with Elon Musk, and Doge, and all the great things that this administration is accomplishing over the over the, first sixty days of, of this administration. And, so, you know, of course, we're happy.
This is what we voted for. We voted for the shutdown of operations like USAID. We voted for the deportation of, illegal immigrants and, violent gangs like, Trendiagua and, MS thirteen and and and folks that are affiliated and associated with all that. That's what we voted for. We voted for shutting down the, Department of Education. We we voted for these things, and these are the things that are happening. Inflation is coming down. The price of you know, everybody's everybody is all twisted and and bellyaching about the price of eggs. Well, you know what? The price of eggs have dropped by over $2 a carton, in the last, couple of weeks, and that is a great trend. That's a positive trend that we're seeing. And, so a lot of good things are happening, folks. A lot of good things are happening. But, we are really, like, just way off where I wanna start tonight. So, but I do wanna say this. Last night, we had a great guest on the show. We had John Rarity, and, we talked about a lot of great information. A lot of things going on in the world that, you know, we may not, in our everyday life, be aware of.
For example, like this zero point energy projects, and, and, and and things like c e five, and UFOs, UAPs, USOs. I mean, all of this stuff is going on around us in the world around us, and we are so busy and so preoccupied with all the bullshit that basically goes on around us every day that we don't take just a few minutes to look at the other side of things. And, last night was a was a was a great, great show. I I I enjoyed it. I I thoroughly enjoyed it. Spoke to John, by by text today and, let him know how well we did with the, with the numbers, and it was fantastic. It is just us now, and like I said folks, I am dead tired. So if I sound like I'm wasted, I I pretty much am. Had a long day long day at the office. So let's, let's get into some of these stories for today, and, see what we can get through, and we'll try to keep it as, as close to the hour as we can. And I I know I know you're gonna tell me. I'm I always say that, and I never come through with it. I'm I always go over the hour. I know. I'm sorry. But, I I have a big mouth, and I like to talk. So, I don't think anybody listens when I talk, but I like to talk. So and we're family. We could talk.
Alright. So to the, 10 of us or so that are watching right now, and, I don't have the numbers for how many are listening at the moment, but I'll get that later. Let's see. So over the last couple of days, we've been talking about this auto pen issue, with the previous administration. Well, something interesting, developed today. There was a, a little bit of a pushback from somebody who worked very closely with, Joe Biden. And, I kinda wonder at this point is is this is the person that they've been talking about that has been, since they're so vocal and so opinionated about the use of the auto pen, kinda makes me wonder if, if if the this person might be the be the, the aid that's been referred to in this investigation that's been going on with the Auto Pen now.
As you know, this this has been a scandal. This is this can truly become a constitutional crisis. I know the left loves to throw that out there. You know, everything to the left is a constitutional crisis, even though it's not, but this has the potential to become a constitutional crisis. And the reason for that is because somebody in the Biden administration had been using the auto pen, which is not unusual for administrations to use. George Bush used it. Donald Trump has used it. Obama used it quite a bit, and, obviously, Joe Biden.
But the problem here is is that the auto pen was used to sign off on a lot of pardons, commutations, executive actions, executive orders, and a lot of that was taking place while Joe Biden was on vacation, while he was away from Washington, DC, while he was away from the White House. And that opened up a lot of questions as to whether or not, you know, the person that was actually using the auto pen should have been using the auto pen. Mike Johnson recalled an incident where he, approached the president at the time and and, and and and he brought up a a situation where, the LNG production was put on pause, which was greatly affecting his district.
And when he approached president Biden about that, Joe Biden was oblivious to it. He he swore up and down, basically, that he did no idea what speaker Johnson was talking about, that he said and he said that he never signed anything like that, but yet there was an executive action with his signature on it through the auto pen. So that that begs the question, who was signing these documents? Who was doing these things with the auto pen? Now, the New York Post revealed a very disturbing pattern of potential abuse within the Biden White House, centered around the controversial use of the auto pen. And and we talked about this the other day, and this is a quote from an article here. It says, one Biden White House source told the Post that they suspect that the key aide to then president may have made unilateral determinations on what to auto sign.
That's bad. That's that's that's not a good look. Now, the post is not publishing that staffer's name due to the due to the lack of concrete evidence and refutations by other colleagues. The Biden aide who did not respond to requests for comment would frequently make mention of, quote, what the boss wanted, But compatriots would have no idea if it was true, because the internal culture was not to ask questions. Now, of course, the New York Post is the one who actually, brought the brought this piece out in the open. They didn't they didn't mention the name of the staffer, but the speculation has now started to surface around a woman by the name of Neera Tanden.
Now, who's Neera Tanden there? She is a a a long time left wing operative. She was, Biden's pick to lead the office the office of management and budget. And then, her her nomination just fell apart over, a few, I guess hyper partisan attacks, on the Republican side. But then she but then she she found a role in the in the Biden White House as the White House staff secretary. And now her name has surfaced, and she finds herself at the center of a constitutional crisis. Now if you think about this, the the there's a timeline here. The timeline is is pretty is is pretty interesting when you look at it. 12/30/2022, while Biden was allegedly on, a golfing trip in Saint Croix, Six pardons six pardons magically appeared with his signature on it.
And, Tannen's response to this, was just deflection. And by deflection, I mean, she was basically trying to turn the tables around here by questioning Trump's use of the auto pen. She said let me see if I can pull up the graphic on that. She said this. Well, actually, you know what? Let me go back to this one here first. So, Steven Anderson posted this. Yes. This is a real post. Trump says the pardons signed by former president Biden are void because of the lie and conspiracy theory that Biden used in auto pen. So does this mean anything Biden signed is fraudulent in Trump's eyes? And then he went on to post to repost, Donald Trump's post and the pardons that sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs and many others and so on and so forth are declared void, vacant, and of no further force and effect.
Now, Tandon responded, more importantly, does this mean that everything with a Trump autopen signature is void in this administration and the last? Because there's a lot by autopen in every administration. Some enterprising lawyers may want to sue. Now, that's interesting that she brings that up because there is a very, very stark difference between delegated authority and, potentially assuming that authority for yourself, or hijacking presidential powers. Now, if you remember we when we talked about this, the Heritage Foundation, oversight project is the one who originally broke the scandal, and they called her out specifically.
They said that, you were the White House staff secretary when Biden auto penned pardons from the golf course in The US Virgin Islands. Was this you? And, they went on to, to show some some of these signatures with pictures of Joe Biden golfing. We I don't have that particular, graphic for you to show you. But, you can go to, PJ Media has a great article on this by Matt Margolis. You can read that up, and and it's loaded with all the information here that I'm bringing to you. So, basically, this this really isn't about the pardons or the Audipen signatures. It's about really it's really what it what it's about is who was actually running the country? Was it really Joe Biden, Or was it someone like Tandon who who who went from heading a a a a a far far left think tank to potentially wielding presidential authority without proper authorization.
That's a constitutional issue. That's a constitutional crisis right there. Now, of course, you know, the Biden the the the the former Biden administration, you know, has nothing to say about this. They haven't said a word, not on social media, anything, or anywhere. Was Joe Biden actually even aware of what was being signed with his name? How many executive actions? How many executive orders? How many pardons, commutations? How many how many bills were signed without him actually knowing what was being signed? You can't defend the indefensible.
It's impossible. Were were, progressive bureaucrats running around the White House like it was their personal playground, wielding all of this, presidential power while the actual president was just totally unaware, clueless on a golf course? And folks, believe me, this isn't a partisan question. If this was occurring in under a Republican administration, I would be talking about the same thing. I'd be asking the same questions. And the reason for that is because it is absolutely fundamental to our constitutional republic, to preserve our constitutional republic.
Folks, we deserve answers on this. You the American people deserve answers on this. This is this is big. This is huge. This is this is a con This has the potential to become a a a a major constitutional crisis. And of course, you know, you can't expect the mainstream media to tell you any of this stuff. They're not gonna tell you anything like this. They're they're they're they're not. Because they're gonna run cover for the democratic machine as much as they possibly can. You might see some little hints here or there where they may throw something out, but don't be fooled by that. Don't be fooled by that.
This is a real. Real issue. This is a real problem. And it's something that we really need to focus our attention on. I know you might be saying, well, Joe, you know, there's there's so many things going on. How do we just focus our attention on this one thing? You no. You can't. I know you can't. Between this, between, radical judges, left wing judges, district judges trying to dictate how the chief executive officer of the country exercises his his, cons his article two constitutional powers. And I think you know where I'm going with this. Sorry for the dead air. I'm just scrolling through the the articles and the pieces that I have here.
So over the weekend, you had, you had the, deportation of, the, Trendyagua, gang members to, the, Secot in, in in Pennant in, Venezuela. And, almost in and almost immediately, you had some left wing, circuit court judge by the name of, Boseberg issue an order to turn the flights around, but it was too late, and we we talked about this briefly, not yesterday, the day before yesterday. And I showed you the clips of the prisoners arriving at the prison in in Venezuela, and I've also show I also showed you the responses from, Bukele.
If your member said, oops. Too late. But this is another issue that is a potential potential crisis, constitutional crisis. Because how can a a district court judge issue an injunction that affects the entire nation? It shouldn't be that way. Now remember also that these district court judges, these are not constitutional offices. These, you know, there's nothing in the constitution that says that there has to be district court judges. Okay? So they're not like it's not like they they have this, enshrined, political office that they have to hold on to, and they they can't they can't let go, you know. You know what I'm saying?
So how can a left leaning or or a right leaning, it doesn't matter. Party here doesn't matter. Right or left, center, whatever, doesn't make a difference. How can a judge period, a circuit court judge, does it matter if he's just a a regular judge on the bench or if he's the chief judge in the case of this Boseberg, whatever his name is? How can that individual judge affect the nation? That's interesting. It's an interesting question. Now, of course, you know, the the current administration basically ignored the order, which drew a lot of criticism from the left.

These leftist judges have taken that power and have weaponized it, claiming to protect people across the country who aren't even party to the lawsuit. Earlier this week, judges blocked, Trump's order removing gender ideology from, from the military, and the state department's move to to restructure, the USAID. This is the deep state. These are the globalists trying to defend the trough that they have been feeding off of.

Now Partners for Justice opposes legislation that targets criminal gangs. They oppose legislation, including the Lake and Riley Act.
Less than twelve hours after I exposed judge James Boseberg's conflict of interest with his daughter, Catherine Boseberg, who works for a five zero one c three called Partners for Justice, that gives criminal illegal aliens and gang members legal advice, Katharine Boseberg has removed her social media profiles. The lawsuit that's being put forward are being backed by a George Soros funded or is George Soros linked group. The largest grant the American Civil Liberties Union, Democracy Forward, and the ACLU of the District of Columbia were the ones who technically successfully challenged the deportations.
They're now asking a federal court to look into whether or not the Trump administration violated the judge's order. To the surprise of few, both are tied to the Soros network. The largest grant Georgia given to the ACLU was $50,000,000 in 2014 out of the out of a budget that year of a hundred and 33,000,000 to push, to reduce jail sentences with the goal of reducing The US prison population by 50%. Democracy Forward had which has also been targeted in the operations of Elon Musk's Doge, lists a number of clients and partners that Asoras funded. This includes Colors for Change, Colors of Color of Change, which got a $3,000,000 grant from OSF on Alex's watch after receiving nearly 1,500,000.0 in 02/1819.
Other groups that Democracy Forward lists as clients and partners include the Center for American Progress, of which a number of top members have worked in the Biden administration, National Immigration Law Center, as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding to, Unidos US, Common Justice, and the Catholic Legal Immigration Network. And again, I want you to see these things because I want you to understand, you know, how the left thinks. This is Chuck Schumer being told to his face that nobody trusts him. Last week, you and nine other Democrats, helped avert a government shutdown,

by voting for a Republican written bill, which many Democrats, have been angered by, and we've seen it described as a civil war, as a train wreck. Many Democrats believe, you know, if you have a government notice that the left is always talking about violence, civil war, all that stuff?

Why not use your vote, to push back and fight? Because the idea that they would go to the negotiating table is absolute is they don't do it. This is a new group. This is not the old group. Let me explain. I knew when I took this vote, there'd be a lot of protests, but I felt I had to do it for the future, not only of the Democratic Party, but the country. Because here's as bad as that CR bill was, and it was bad Mhmm. A shutdown is 10 times worse. Let me give you what happened. Blamed on the Democrats. And would it you're right. But but you But can I just explain one been saying you were not gonna vote that you I think people were upset with you, and people are very upset with you because you had led people to believe that, no? I'm gonna vote against. Okay. Well, let me explain Yeah. Why first the shutdown is terrible. People ought to know that. The the executive branch, in this case, Musk, Doge, and this horrible guy, Vogt, who have no concern for working people would have had sole power to determine what opens and what closes.
They determine what is essential. You can't go to court. So on day two, get rid of SNAP and food for hungry kids. It's not essential. Day four, get rid of mass transit aid. Let New York City do it. Not essential. Cut back on Medicaid and health care. Within two weeks, everyone would have been howling. Furthermore, it's even worse. It has no off ramp. Guess who determines when we leave the shutdown? The Republicans. And just not let's not forget how bad they are. This guy, Vogt, probably the most evil man. He's the guy who came up with that project twenty twenty five. Yes. Yes. Yeah. He has a whole playbook of what to shut down. So they had said one of the Republican senators who knows said to us, you'll be in the shutdown for six to nine months till we totally destroy the federal government. So the shutdown was a much worse alternative. I knew I'd get a lot of flack. But senator I took some bullets. You did. And you're still taking bullets, but should you have let people know you're thinking ahead of time? Because, really, people thought Problem was it came so fast. Hakim and I had a strategy, which was to try and get a bipartisan bill Yeah. Which meant in the house, the Republicans would have not been able to pass it. Only at the last minute did it happen that they they they all voted for it. And so we still Patty Murray tried to get that bipartisan bill on on Wednesday. That's why I said we didn't have the votes yet. Mhmm. They pulled out Thursday the Wednesday night, and Thursday, we had two bad choices. But I assure you, I assure the public, a shutdown would have been the greatest disaster we have to put the government in the sole hands of the evil, nasty, nihilistic people like doe, Musk and,

vote and Trump would have been the greatest we would have had half the federal government we have now. So I thought I did the single leader Which is not a bad thing to have half the federal government we have now. This is what we voted for, folks. This is what the majority of the American public voted for. They wanted a reduction in federal in the federal government. Now look, we know that this continuing resolution wasn't, the, the the the end all be all bill that we we wanted, but this was a necessary evil to get us to the point where we can get an actual budget put through. So this this was a good thing. Now now you hear what Schmucky calls you, he calls it, evil.
He makes fun of you for wanting to keep your money. He makes fun of you for, wanting to be able to build your businesses without government interference. And at the same time, you have a president who talks about this. This is secretary Lutnick outlying what president Trump's plan is for you.

But it sounds like you're saying trust us. And are you worried that at some point, Americans are gonna feel like there's a bunch of billionaires in Washington who are playing Russian roulette with our retirement?

$2,000,000,000,000 deficits Listen to this. Don't bother you at all. How could you ask me while we're running a $2,000,000,000,000 deficit and not care? You're destroying. The people who have run this country before are destroying the future for my children and my children's children. I can't have a fifty, seventy five. We have a $36,000,000,000,000 deficit. And then we used to run deficits of 400,000,000,000. Now 2,000,000,000,000, everybody's who cares? I tell you what, who cares? Donald Trump cares. And when we balance the budget, you know what that means? That means our deficits stop.
Interest rates come smashing down. His goal is to have external revenue. You know, the way I think about it, we all are so used to paying taxes. We're so used to it. We have, like, Stockholm syndrome. You know, don't stop the Internal Revenue Service. God forbid. How about this? The rest of the world leans on our economy, breathes off our economy. Not only is our economy $29,000,000,000,000 GDP, but we consume $20,000,000,000,000 a year. We are the buyer of everybody's stuff. We buy everybody's stuff. So who's more important? The people who sell stuff or the people who buy stuff? So we are the buyer of everybody's commodities, products, goods and services. Everything comes from us.
Right? Let them pay a membership fee. We all understand that model. Let them pay. How about we, you and I, and every single person we know pay less? How about no tax on tips? How about no tax on overtime? How about no social security? How about all those things? These are the kind of thoughts that will change America. I know what his goal is. No tax for anybody who makes less than a hundred and $50,000 a year. That's his goal. So you And that's what I'm working for.

And that's huge. That is absolutely huge. So that's the direction that the administration is looking to go to. Alright? Now, with all of that said, yes, I am pro Donald Trump. I would love to see Donald Trump make America great again. I would love to see all of these things take place. But everything that I laid out for you tonight just solidifies the fact, for me at least, that the only way we're gonna be able to truly, I mean, truly prosper, is for the federal government to disappear. Now hold on before you jump all over me with that. When I'm talking about the federal government disappearing, I'm talking about disappearing from my life and from the lives of the people of the state of Texas.
I've talked about this before. I'm gonna talk about it again. We haven't spent much time on it because of so many other things going on around, but the only way there's gonna be a lasting change in this country is through separation. You see behind me, I have this beautiful flag right here. Now look, I'm not a native Texan. You guys know that already. I'm a transplant, but I love what this flag represents. And over here, Texas independence. I honestly believe that the only way forward look, Donald Trump may do great work for the next four years. He might. You know, it might be the golden age that he was talking about. But it doesn't take away from the fact that the states have been abused by the federal government for too long.
The federal government is too big. It is too intrusive in everybody's life. And the only thing the only thing that will truly ensure the liberty, the freedom of the people of this country is for the federal government to go away. That might not be the most poetic way of saying it. I'm sure other people could say it a lot better than that, but the federal government needs to go away. So when you talk about a government shutdown, when you're talking about how Schmucky was talking about, or complaining, or lamenting over the fact that, oh, we only have half of the federal government. It should be less than that. The federal government, the way the founding generation built it, designed it, codified it, should not have such an impact on your life as an individual.
What happens at the federal level should not have a direct impact on you personally, but it does in every single aspect of your life. I wanna see America prosper. I wanna see America live on, but it can't the way that it's structured right now. What Elon Musk is doing with Doge under the direction of Donald Trump, the White House is a great thing. It's it is exposing to the American people what this government has been doing to you for years, decades. I find it hilarious that people are more upset with Elon Musk and Doge for pointing out all the fraud, waste, and abuse than they are the people who were involved with the fraud, waste, and abused and abuse.
It's disgusting. It's pathetic. And again, the only way to resolve this, I honestly believe, is to say goodbye. Someone much wiser than I has a very interesting analogy for this. It's and it and it's has to do with a with a marriage relationship. There comes a point there comes a point when the spouse, the wife, the husband just can't take any more of the abuse, and they decide to leave. I should go back and say an abusive marriage relationship, okay, because not all marriages are abusive. But you know what I'm you know where I'm going with it. When that moment comes, separation has to come.
The states have been abused by the federal government for decades, and it's not a left thing, and it's not a right thing. It's a both party thing. It's the uni party. We may get a reprieve for the next four years, but it's not gonna last. The thing that we need to do right now is focus on getting control over the state and local governments, reining those in, those have the most direct impact on you, work through the legislative process, and work towards independence. The organization that I'm a member of, the Texas Nationalist Movement, is doing just that for the state of Texas.

Everything that's being done right now is being done by executive order, and once the administration leaves, a new administration comes in, they can reverse those executive orders just like Donald Trump did to Joe Biden and Joe Biden did to Donald Trump prior, and, and Obama's administration, and so on and so forth. None of this is permanent.
The only thing that'll be permanent is if we separate from this monstrosity, from this beast. And now is the time for us to do it, now is the opportunity to do it, and now is when we should be doing it. Right now, here in Texas, we have more elected representatives at the state house that have signed onto the Texas First, pledge. We have more support right now for Texas independence. And listen, it's not just us. It's not just Texas. Okay? It's not just a red state issue. California has a has a a a a separate a separation movement going on. Cal exit, New Hampshire, Vermont.
Even some counties in New York are looking to leave. So it's not just a a left right thing. It's not just a blue red thing. It's a natural progression. It's natural. If it wasn't for secession, The United States would not be The United States. Thirteen individual countries, sovereign states, sovereign nations left or separated, declared independence from another government, the British government. This country was not really supposed to be The United States. It was supposed to be The States United. This is a voluntary union of states. We volunteered to become part of a union. We could volunteer to leave the union. And that's what we're working on here in Texas. That's what California's working towards. That's what New Hampshire, Vermont, I think Louisiana, I've, some places up in New York, that's what it's all about, and that's what we're working on, and that's what the direction that we're going. So don't be fooled.
That's the whole point. Don't be fooled. It may look good now, but it's all gonna change at some point. I don't wanna sound fatalistic about it, or nihilistic, or what other istic you wanna put to it. But, I turned quick, didn't it? Yeah. I sure did. Alright. Well, I'm tired. Alright.
