Welcome to another engaging episode of The Podcast, where no topic is off-limits, and political correctness takes a backseat. Broadcasting live from the Asylum Studios in Eagle Pass, Texas, Joe Russiello dives into the eclectic and the profound, with a touch of humor and sarcasm. This episode kicks off with a discussion about the sweltering Texas heat and the joys of small-town living.
Joe shares his experiences with technical difficulties and the importance of having a reliable microphone setup. He also emphasizes the value of listener support and how donations, whether through time, talent, or treasure, help keep the show running.
The episode takes a serious turn as Joe discusses the implications of Joe Biden's presidency, particularly the use of auto-pen signatures and the potential lack of awareness in decision-making. This leads to a broader conversation about the integrity of executive orders and the role of unelected officials.
Joe also covers the resignation of FBI official James Dennehy, the ongoing mystery of the Epstein files, and the political theatrics surrounding Al Green's censure. He highlights the importance of transparency and accountability in government.
In a lighter segment, Joe discusses the potential for Texas to secede from the Union, exploring the legal and practical implications of such a move. He invites listeners to consider the benefits of Texas independence and how it could reshape the state's future.
Throughout the episode, Joe encourages listener engagement through various platforms and reminds everyone of the importance of supporting independent media. Join Joe for a thought-provoking and entertaining journey through today's most pressing issues.

Welcome to the podcast where every episode promises an unfiltered dive into the eclectic, the profound, and sometimes the absurd. No topic is off limits. Nothing is sacred, and political correctness takes a back seat. Well, hey, folks. This is Joe Rusciello, and it is great to be with you once again as we broadcast to you live from the asylum studios from the pimple on the backside of Texas, the beautiful city of Eagle Pass. And tonight, we are going to do the very best we can to bring you the best quality political talk radio we could muster without all the bluster.
Welcome to the podcast. Well, folks, it is a, another beautiful, Friday night here in Eagle Pass. Hot one today too. We had 92 degrees. 92 degrees on March 2025. Oftentimes, I wonder where I live. It's like, I had a friend of mine who, who who would ask me from time to time, you know, what's it like living down there? What's how's what's the temperature like? What's the heat like? And I used to tell him it's like kinda like it's kinda like, you know, living in a place where it's just a few degrees cooler than hell. That's that's basically what it is down here. I remember when I first moved here, it was eight years ago, and, moved in on a day it was a 12 degrees, I think it was. It was a 12 degrees, if I remember correct.
That was a hot day. Moving all the furniture in from the truck and all that stuff, and we did it ourselves. It wasn't, like, didn't have very much help, but we did it a 12 degrees. And, of course, you know, I work in, where I work. We don't discuss those details, but, I mean, I could tell you, but then I'd have to track you down and probably kill you, you know, because it's so highly top secret. No. I I work in a nursing facility here. You know that. I I've told you that before. And, sometimes we have to actually work up on the roof, which is difficult, and of course, the microphone was turned off. Sorry, folks. I withdrew all that for nothing. No sound. Wonderful.
It's a hell of a way to start a Friday night. So, let me back up. This is Joe Rusciello, and we are live at the Asylum Studios, and we are going to bring you the best quality political talk radio we can possibly muster without all the bluster. Welcome again to the podcast. And, I just wanna say thank you to the folks in the chat that have let me know that there was no audio. Thank you. And, of course, I'm being sarcastic because nobody said anything. Just goes to show that, nobody listens to what I'm what I have to say. So it kinda makes you wonder why I do this. Right? Well, I do it because it's fun. That's why. It's a lot of fun. Well, anyway, I was talking about the heat down here. It's 92 degrees here today in in in Eagle Pass, and, as I said, I was telling a friend that, you know, it's it's living down here is like, you know, it's just a few degrees cooler than hell, but, it's but I love it down here. It's great. It's it's a lot of fun. It's a great place to live. Small town living, there's nothing nothing better than that. You know, it's a small place, only about 30,000, 40 thousand people live here, and, it it's just, it's great. Now we're we're we're doing a different mic tonight.
Something happened to my, my, my my Procaster mic. It's it's right over there at the moment. I don't know. I was getting some weird feedback on it, so I just swapped mics out tonight. I'm gonna I'm gonna work on it over the weekend and see see where we are. So if the sound quality is a little different, I'm sorry about that. But, you know, this is a great mic though. We're using the Shure SMB seven, which is a fantastic mic. It's the mic that I started with. Well, one of the mics that I started with. So, it's it's it's an old favorite, an old friend, but, we're gonna get that, that Procaster working up again. So I love that mic. I think the quality on that is so great. I love it. So we'll get back to that, in just a little bit. Now, folks, got a few things we're gonna talk about today. I'm gonna really try to keep it down to the hour today. I promise. I'm I'm I know I keep on telling you that, but I don't do it. But we're gonna do the best we can tonight to do that. Alright. So I only have a few a few articles I wanna talk about, a few things that came up today in the news.
Well, there's a lot of things that came up today in the news, but only a few things that we're gonna cover today. And who knows? Maybe we'll see how things go. Maybe we'll do a, a show tomorrow. Do six days a week. Why not? Why not? I don't have much of a life outside of here. Right? So that's alright. I would rather spend my weekends and my days with you guys than anyone else. So, let's, what do you say we get to it? But before we do, I'm gonna ask you, of course, as usual, just to do a couple of quick things with me. First of all, head over to our website.
Just head over to joerussello.com. That's joerussello.com. And we we did actually get another domain to make it a little bit easier for you guys to follow and to find it, without having to to mangle the spelling of my last name. It gets sent all over the place. And, that'll be live on Monday. So, we'll we'll get all that information to you on Monday's show, or we'll send something out over the weekend to let you know where we are. Alright? But but head over to our website, jorociello.com, open up that web form, and when you do that, just, just, open up that contact form. Send us any questions, comments, cares, concerns you have, anything that might be on your mind, any thoughts you might have, any suggestions you might have, we would love to hear from you. So, I do need to get a makeup person, though, because I'm looking kinda shiny again here.
So I think it's the I think it's the way I have the lighting. Wish I could turn the camera around so I could show you what it is, but, it's whatever. Anyway, if you don't wanna use the web form, totally fine. We have an email address you can use. That's [email protected]. That's [email protected]. Also, if you would, please look for the support tab on our website. And just remember, this is a value for value podcast, and all that simply means is that, we rely strictly on your donations to help us fund everything that we're doing here. And, so, you know, if you're getting anything, anything of value from what we're putting out here, what we're asking is that you return that value to us in the form of a donation. And you could do that, at with your time, your talent, or your treasure. Okay? Three things. Time, talent, treasure.
So time, obvious. Maybe you can do research for us, maybe you have extra time to to spend on working on the show for us. Your talent, maybe you're good with a with a mixing board, maybe you're good with with website design or or sending out emails and things like that. Maybe you can donate that to us, or you could donate your talent, your treasure. Your treasure is your money, and that's what we need, to help fund everything that we're doing here. So, to do that, just head over to the support page, look for that donation button, click that button, and you can send us over a one time donation in any amount that you feel appropriate, or you could also send us over a donation in Satoshis, which is a micropayment of Bitcoin.
So, you know, we would love to get those. We'd love to get more crypto as we as as we progress here. So, you could do that very easily. Just click our wallet on our support page and send us over some some Satoshis. Again, micropayments of Bitcoin. So you're not sending over a ton of money. It's really Satoshis are really just pennies in comparison to, you know, your dollars or or sending over a full Bitcoin, which is, like, what, $90,000 right now? I mean, don't get me wrong. If you wanna send me $90, I mean, who am I to stop you? You know? So you could do that. I don't mind that at all. But, the reality of it is is that, you know, it's it's micro payments. They're small payments, and we appreciate them. We really do. Alright? Also, we have our, monthly recurring, donation clubs that you can get into, for a monthly recurring donation of $17.76, you get the associate producer's credit.
Also, for a donation of $18.36 every month, you get a producer's credit. And, for the, for a $25 or more monthly donation, you can get the executive producer credit. Now what does all that benefit you in any way? Well, you're helping support the show, which is huge for us. Plus, you also get a shout out on every show. You also get listed in our show notes on every show, and you also get included in all of our emails on every show. But the added perk to the executive producer membership is if, if you do do that, you get a guest spot on our show. So you get to come on the show, you get to chitchat with us live here, you know, across the, the amber waves of, Internet waves, and, it'll be a great great time. We have a lot of fun with that. As you know, a couple of weeks ago, we had our one of our executive producers, Wayne Rankin here, and he actually came here from the, the great state of the People's Republic of, Washington.
And, he spent time with us, spent eight days here with us. I'm not saying that as an executive producer, you have to spend eight days with us. We don't have to do that. I know Wayne for over twenty years. So, so it was kind of a reconnection for us, which was great, and had a had a great time, had a blast. But, but, but as an executive producer, we're offering you the opportunity to come on the show. So, so that's always great. It's always a lot of fun, and, we're looking forward to that. So, so the associate producer, seventeen seventy six a month, producer, eighteen thirty six a month, and executive producer for $25 a month or more.
Alright. So just choose one of those and get yourself on the road here. I also wanna tell you about, one of our good friends, Carl Killebrew and his business, ArmoryOne. I fresh ground this coffee earlier, right before the show started.
Take it black. Gotta keep myself awake tonight. Got some plans after the show. Looking forward to it. So that's another reason why we're trying to keep the show. It's just to the hour tonight. Because I have some things I need to do, and then, and then we should be good. Alright. So this is important. This is this this first story that I wanna I wanna cover is really a a a a very important story. This this is something that I mean, we kinda knew this all along throughout, Joe Biden's presidency. You know, the the the the obvious decline, mental decline of Joe Biden, it was on the it was for the world to see even though the mainstream media and, you know, the Democratic Party, you know, folks truly tried to hide it.
Now look. It's a terrible thing. Dementia is a terrible thing. Alright? My grandmother suffered with dementia. It it eventually took her life. So, you know, I'm I'm not making light of the fact that that, that Joe Biden had dementia or has dementia. So it's not that. I'm not so please don't misunderstand and and, you know, don't think I'm I'm bashing him for that. It's not his fault that he that he contracted this horrible, disease, but the fact of the matter is for four years, this man sat in the Oval Office, and basically, somebody else really ran the country because he had no clue what he was doing.
It has come up that a number that a number of documents with Joe Biden's signatures were signed by Auto Pen, which is just an automatic signature, device that they use. The problem is do you remember well, let me do this. Do you do you remember when back in in in the summer when Joe Biden withdrew from the presidential race? It was done, like, late on a Friday night, right before a weekend, and, he, they they they had this this this letter that was written out. It was on White House stationery and, you know, that basically it said, you know, hey. I'm Joe Biden. I'm dropping out of the race. I know that not word for word, but, you know, that's what it basically was. Well, they've been studying these documents.
The the the auto pen signed documents plus the documents signed on the day that Joe Biden withdrew from the presidential race, and this is what they found. So so this is the signature of Joe Biden. Alright. So this is the oversight project. Whoever controlled the auto pen controlled the presidency. We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same auto pen signal except for the announcement that the former president was dropping out of the race. Hey. Taking another look at this one over here.
Oh, sorry. This one? There we go. So as you could see here, you have Joe Biden's signature on the, on the top. That's the auto pen and followed by the auto pen, and then there's a sick the the bottom one, the third one, that's the signature that was on the letter that he wrote, allegedly, dropping out of the, presidential race. Now, obviously, it's it's it's a very different signature. So if the auto pen was taken from Joe Biden's signature, his real signature, who signed this? Who signed that last document? That's a pretty scary thought when you think about it. So was Joe Biden really aware of the presidential orders that he was signing?
Just think about that. How many executive orders were signed that he might not even known what he was signing? Now the Oversight Project was is a is a organization that, it's part of the Heritage Foundation, and, like as I indicated before, they went through all of these documents, and and they noted that that they all use the same auto pen signature except for the announcement that, that he was dropping out of the race last year. Alright? Now you saw the pictures. You saw the images of the signatures. There is definitely something wrong. Definitely something wrong here.
Now the, the Missouri AG, Andrew Bailey, posted this. Well, she lives at TikTok, posted it, but, Missouri attorney general Andrew Bailey asked the DOJ to investigate whether Biden's cognitive mental decline allowed unelected officials to make decisions without his knowledge or approval. And that's a great point. If that's actually the case, then that means that all the executive orders, all the pardons, and all the other act all the other things that Joe did may be invalid, unconstitutional, unenforceable. Speaker Mike Johnson actually went on to, I think it was Meet the Press, if I'm not mistaken.
And, this is what he had to say. This is disturbing. This is something you need to pay attention to. It's, clip one.
[00:24:44] Unknown:
Sir, why did you pause LNG exports to Europe? Like, I don't under you know, liquefied natural gas is in great demand by our allies. Why would you do that? Because you understand we just talked about Ukraine. You understand you're fueling Vladimir Putin's war machine Yeah. Because they gotta get their gas from him, you know? And he looks at me stunned with this, and he said, I didn't I didn't do that. And I said, Mr. President, you yes you did. It was an executive order like you know three weeks ago. He goes no I didn't do that. He's arguing with me. I said Mr. President, respectfully, can I could I go out here and ask your secretary to print it out? We'll read it together. You definitely did that. He goes oh you talk about natural gas.
Yes, sir. He said, no. No. I you misunderstand. He said, what I did is I signed this thing to we're gonna we're gonna conduct a study on the effects of LNG. I said, no. You're not, sir. You paused it. I know. I I have the terminal, the export terminals in my state. I talked to those people this morning. You're this is doing massive damage to our economy, national security. It occurred to me, Barry, he was not lying to me. He genuinely did not know what he had signed. And I walked into that meeting with fear and loathing because I thought, we're in serious trouble. Who is running the country? Like, I don't know who put the paper in front of him, but he didn't know.
[00:25:53] Unknown:
So, folks, think about that. Think about that just for a minute. All of the decisions that that he was he did not even know that he signed an executive order to pause the sale of LNG. He thought he signed something that was pertaining to a study of it. And you heard speaker Johnson. I mean, clearly, speaker Johnson believed him that that he didn't know. Folks, who's been running the government for the four years that Joe Biden was president? Who was making the decisions? Jill? Kamala? I doubt it. I mean, that should really absolutely terrify us as a country.
Who was making the decisions in the White House while Joe Biden was president? Now hopefully, the the the inspector general finds some type of or or at least through the investigation process, they do find something that that, that they could refer individuals from the Biden administration for for review and maybe even criminal prosecution. And if that's the case, then that means that who knows how many of of Joe Biden's decisions and executive actions and or or or no or void. Folks, this is big. This is this is a this is a scandal like you like you you couldn't even imagine. This I'm at a loss for words on this.
This this is something that that that that the DOJ needs to investigate. This is something that that will have tremendous impact on this country going forward. This isn't this isn't a funny little, oh, well, you know, he did just just just an old man with a bad memory. This isn't that. This is this is somebody in the White House during Joe Biden's administration making policy decisions for him, and he didn't even know. Disgusting, folk. This is terrible. This is absolutely terrible. Thank God. Thank God those four years went by. We didn't find ourselves in a nuclear holocaust. Think about that.
Think of how much worse it could have been. Think of how much worse it could have been had he not stayed had he not dropped from from the the race, and god forbid they would have stolen the election again, and he would have won. Could you imagine? Oh, man. This is bad. And speaking of bad, at least it's not worse. But, do you remember, a couple weeks ago, Pam Bondi, was talking about, you know, having all of these documents from the Epstein files on her desk and, and truckloads of information were coming her way, and and so on and so forth. Now this isn't a knock against Pam Bondi. I I I like Pam Bondi. I like what she did in the state of Florida. I don't know. I don't think she's a I don't think she's corrupt. I don't think she's corrupted as to, you know, why these documents haven't been fully released.
I I don't I don't think that that she's doing this maliciously or anything like that. I just think that maybe she's over her head, and then she got and she got beat on this one. And then pulling that stunt with the, with with the binders didn't didn't exactly go very well. But it, of course, you know, it did turn out that that the, the Southern District of New York FBI field office was withholding information, thousands and thousands of pages of of, of of documents on the Epstein files, which again was a promise that was made during the campaign that they were gonna be releasing. Well, this FBI chief, Dennehy, what was his name? James Dennehy, who was the head of the FBI office in New York.
He had sent out an email about a month ago to to his colleagues saying that, he was gonna dig in against the Trump administration, This was a crisis that they had to dig in for, and they had to they had to hold the they had to hold their ground. Well, today, earlier today, he was marched out of his office for the last time. He was forced to resign. Basically, he said in a statement that he he did he wasn't told officially the a reason why he was being told he needed to resign, but he needed to resign. And, he did that today.
But this is a man who who who basically ignored an executive order from the president of The United States. This is a man who basically, ignored a directive from his boss, the, the attorney general of The United States, Pam Bondi, hid documents pertaining to the Epstein files, told his employees that he was gonna dig in and not give up and not relent. This is a guy who did who who who was a disgrace to the FBI for standing up what was right. This is a man who who needs to be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But do you know what he did today?
In his walkout of the FBI building in New York? And an an an utter display of his own the the how much he values his own self worth? Well, he walked out to a cheering a cheering escort, tears from his colleagues, and a man playing bagpipes. No. I am not kidding. Bagpipes.
[00:32:41] Unknown:
An extraordinary scene outside of the New York FBI office in the last hour. Assistant director in charge, James Dennehy, who was forced to resign under pressure this week, left the building to cheers from hundreds of his colleagues and the sound of bagpipes. He was forced out after clashing with Donald Trump's justice department after the removal of senior FBI leaders and request for the names of agents who worked on the January 6 cases. He told those gathered that he will be their, quote, best cheerleader on the outside.
We'll be watching for that. Another break for us. We'll be right back.
[00:33:18] Unknown:
Now, look, again, I I worked in law enforcement for for several years. I worked in uniform. I worked in plain clothes. I worked in as an investigator. I've run the gamut. Bagpipes are not unusual. Bagpipes are not unusual for someone who is, leaving law enforcement or military service honorably in in retirement. Alright? But this man did not leave honorably. He did not resign or retire honorably. He was told he had to. That's a disgrace right there, an absolute disgrace. And according to the Hill, he he was absolutely defiant even up to the point where he walked out with the bagpipes.
Absolutely defiant. He said, as I leave today, I have an immense feeling of pride to have represented an office of professionals who will always do the right thing for the right reasons, who will always seek the truth while upholding the rule of law. We will not bend. We will not falter. We will not sacrifice what is right for anything or anyone. And then he gallantly marched out of the FBI Building to the sound of bagpipes. To the tears of all of those surrounding him. You know what? Maybe maybe those bagpipes, you know, maybe those tears that that were being shed should have been saved for for for the people that that haven't seen justice, especially those people that haven't seen justice justice from the Epstein files, in the Epstein case that still haven't been released to the public as promised, that he sat on and hid from the, from from the, attorney general, who's now saying that even even though they have the information at on hand, it's gonna have to be redacted for national security.
National security. What the hell what the hell is in those files that would be so detrimental to national security? And you know what you're starting to see now? You're starting to see folks in the MAGA crowd, you know, starting to get a little impatient. I don't I don't if you if you've noticed that. And, what what's slowly starting to happen is now they're starting to turn up we're starting to turn on each other. We're starting to argue with each other over this stuff. Again, like I said earlier, I don't think Pam Bondi is corrupted. I think she's in over her head.
I know I'm not the only one who says that or thinks that. I think she got played coming into this thinking that she was gonna be able to get this information out to the public. I don't think she was prepared. And, again, I think the stunt that they pulled with the binder, with the social media influencers was was a setup. But, folks, this is beds. This is really bad stuff. This the the corruption that's being uncovered is just astounding. Absolutely astounding. But honestly, do I do I honestly think we're gonna get anything out of the Epstein files? No. Unfortunately, I don't think that they're we're ever gonna find anything out.
I heard another commentator say, yesterday that, probably by now, all of the information that's that's been in those files has been changed, altered, edited, and we can't even really trust what's gonna come out. And they do that on purpose to wear you down, to to to to keep you guessing. I'm really not hopeful that we're ever gonna see the the the stuff that's in the Epstein files. Really not hopeful about that. And, I don't know how long Pam Bonnie's gonna be in the position that she's in. Alright. Let's, let's move on. Like I said, I'm trying to keep it to the hour, so we got, forty minutes in here. So alright.
So we all remember what happened, yesterday, or no. I'm sorry. Tuesday with, with president Trump's, speech, his his, address to the, joint session of Congress. We remember the, the display that the the the Democrats put on with, Al Green standing up, shouting, you know, you don't have a mandate. And then eventually, it led to censure. We remember this happening happening yesterday.
[00:39:10] Unknown:
On this vote, the yeas are 224. The nays are 198 with two answering present. The resolution is adopted. Without objection, a motion to reconsider is laid on the table. The house will come to order. The house will come to order. Shh. Will representative Greene present himself to the will? By its adoption of house resolution one eighty nine, the house has resolved that representative Al Green be censured, that representative Al Green forthwith present himself in the well of the house of representatives for the pronouncement of censure Order. And that representative Al Green be censured with public reading of this resolution by the speaker.
The house had come to order. The house had come to order. The house to come to order, clear the well, please. Clear the well. The house has to continue its business. Pursue it to clause 12 a of rule one, the house will stand in recess subject to the call of the chair.
[00:41:04] Unknown:
So here you have the Democrats, the spoiled little babies, standing up, gathering around censured representative Al Green, an embarrassment to the state of Texas, an embarrassment, I hope, to his district in Houston, standing around him singing, we shall overcome. Overcome what? This is not a civil rights movement. The man was disrespectful to the president of The United States, and I would expect if it was a Republican doing the same thing, I would expect the speaker of the house to do the exact same thing. If they don't relent, expel from the from the chambers, and then censure.
But, of course, the Democrats being the babies and the children that they are, that's why I don't understand how they continue to how how they how they continue to win elections. I I don't understand it. But I guess the only way they continue to win elections is by stealing them, but that's another story, another time. But, Jonathan Turley, a a a well known law professor, basically basically said that, you know, the Democratic Party hit rock bottom with this. And, he had a great quote, and, his quote was, as the Democrats sang, we shall overcome, some may ask how a party can overcome this final surrender to pure rage.
The vote reduced the Democrats from federal legislators to the level of graffiti art artists. It is all not performative rage. Graffiti artists. And, yes, Daniel, absolutely right. You're absolutely right. Fucking clowns. You could say it. We're adults here. Alright. Absolute clowns. Alright. Let's, let's go over to some Doge stuff. Some more Doge stuff. We like that stuff. Doge. It's a good thing. I'm trying to work on my Donald Trump impression, so one of these days, I'm gonna unleash it on everybody. We'll see what happens. So, Doge, let's see.
Doge says government is paying for 11,020 Adobe app Acrobat licenses with zero users plus more idle accounts. The Department of Housing and Urban Development has been squandering money on thousands of unused software licenses and audit found according to Doge. For example, there are 11,020 Acrobat licenses with zero users, Doge notice noted in a post on x. Let's see. Do I have that? Yeah. I think so. There we go. Nope. Wrong one. I'm telling you, I gotta you know, we gotta get, get through to the folks over at, at Rumble with their studio here. It's really hard because it's so such small print.
I think that's it. Nope. Well, anyway, I read it to you. So I'll find it sometime. Doge's initial findings on paid software licenses also include 35,855 ServiceNow licenses on three products only using, eighty four, one thousand seven hundred seventy six Cognos licenses only using 325, eight hundred Westlaw Classic licenses only using 216, and 10,000 Java licenses only using 400. All are being fixed. And, Fox News Digital reached out to HUD and the White House on Friday, but did not receive comments by the time of publication. And, then we have the tweet, which, again, I don't seem to have the right one.
Well, there we go. HUD completed the same audit, initial findings on paid software licenses, and there's the breakdown that we just read. And then since the post took immediate action to reduce it by, deleting a 14,163 unused software licenses and 15 underutilized redundant software products for total annual savings, $9,600,000. 9 point 6 million of your tax dollars. You gotta wonder why Democrats, liberals, the lunatic left, are so against rooting out waste, fraud, abuse, corruption. Why is that? Because most of the money that is unaccounted for, most of the money that's being funneled through these government offices and departments and programs like USAID and and so on and so forth, because it's all going in their pockets, and what they're worried about and what they're upset about and they're angry about is that the money train is coming to an end.
That's why they can't get behind this and support it. That's why they don't want to get behind and support it. They have been stealing from the American taxpayer for years. Years. Decades. Decades. So that's why they can't get behind any of this. That's why that's why they're so adamant against. That's why, you know, remember at the, at the joint session, they were holding up little signs, Elon steals or Musk steals. What is he stealing? The man's a billionaire. You think he needs anything from you and me? These guys, I'm telling you, it never ceases to amaze. Never ceases to amaze.
Let's see what else we got here. Trying to keep on time. Well, let's see. Donald Trump is going to, release the 2024 assassination attempts report. President Donald Trump has announced plans to release reports detailing the assassination attempts against him during a 02/2024 presidential campaign, expressing frustration over the lack of publicly available information. Now, you know, he he made a comment. They said he can't, you know, we can't blame Joe Biden for this anymore because this, you know, it's it's his administration now. It's been seven months since since this took place, and this information should have been out already. This this stuff should have been publicized already.
Why are they hiding everything? Why is everything being hidden and and put aside? Is it because are they covering up that the FBI was involved with this? I believe they were. I believe they were. I think that Thomas Crooks had a handler. I think that because if you think about it, just just just just think about this for a second. They didn't announce the, the rally in Butler for a week. A week prior to the ins the the to the event happening. Right? Okay. So you're telling me that in a week, this pimple faced nerd geek was able to get drone surveillance, set up multiple instant messaging accounts, foreign instant messaging accounts, highly encrypted messaging accounts, range finders rifles, scout out the location, figure out that the rooftop was the best spot to be, a week before the event took place, and you really think that he didn't have any help?
You really think that there wasn't that he didn't have some handlers? Do you really think that there wasn't somebody from the inside telling him what the layout was going to be? How would how would he figure that out? And plus, on top of that, you know, he was featured in a BlackRock, TV ad, and we all know who BlackRock is and what they're part of. Lot of questions here, folks. Lot of questions, and I'm looking forward to that report coming out. I'm looking forward to hearing what's gonna be set what has to be said about this. This is this is this is huge, folks. This is huge, and it needs to come out. The time has come for I'm gonna use a phrase that a lot of people use in in, like, the UFO communities, you know, full disclosure.
We need full disclosure on this stuff. You know what? The American people can handle whatever it is that you throw at them. Alright. Let's move on here. Fifty three minutes. Alright. I'm working. I'm trying to get to it. Trying to get to it. Let's see. Donald Trump to suspend security clearances of employees at the law firm that, were at was at the center of the of the Russia hoax. What was it? Perkins Coie will have their, their, security clearances immediately suspended, and, that's, of course, pending whether or not their, their access to sensitive information is consistent with national interest. And I I always wondered about that. Why?
Why did the why why does this law firm have security clearances like this? But we'll get to that another time, I think. Like I said, we're trying to move along here. The US halts aid to South Africa immediately as Trump offers fast track citizenship for persecuted white farmers. This is great. This is absolutely great. Any farmer with family from South Africa seeking to flee that country for reasons of safety will be invited to The United States Of America with a rapid pathway to citizenship, says Donald Trump. Now we all know what's going on down in, in South Africa, the persecution of of, white farmers, and, you know, Donald Trump has extended out, the invitation to those farmers. I mean, think think about what that could do for us here in The United States. You get you get these farmers in here. You you get them on, you know, get them into the country, get them citizenship, get them land to work, to own, to buy, increase our agriculture.
This is great. South Africa is being terrible. Plus the terrible plus the long time farmers in that country. They are confiscating their land and farms and much worse than that. A bad place to be right now, and we're stopping all federal funding. To go a step further, any farmer with family from South Africa seeking to flee that country for reasons of safety will be invited to The United States Of America with rapid pathway to citizenship. This process will begin immediately. Immediately. Thursday, state department cable implements executive order fourteen two zero four immediately suspending aid disbursements, to South Africa, though with reportedly some minimal exceptions such as global US sponsored HIV AIDS programs, which is very active in the country.
So that's that's huge. It's a great move. Elon Musk chimed in on this. You know, should should note that I grew up as an English South African, not Afrikaans, and consider myself to be simply an American. No hyphen. That said, what's happening in South Africa is deeply wrong, not what Mandela intended at all. So this is fantastic news, both not the persecution, but the fact that The United States is opening up legitimate refugee status. I mean, legitimate as opposed to what we saw over the last four years. Legitimate refugees. That's what this is all about.
Alright. I'm gonna close out, with two quick things here. So yesterday, we talked about we talked about the, Streetfighters. Do you remember the Streetfighters? We played a clip yesterday. Let me let me let me throw that up there really quick. Remember this from yesterday? So that was supposed to be impressive. I I don't know. Like we said yesterday, it it it's ridiculous that that that your tax dollars are going to pay for that. Your tax dollars are going to pay for that. Alright? What the hell is that? Alright. That's a joke.
Again, how these peoples continue to win elections? I I don't understand. I I really don't. But not to go, unchallenged, our our our our president, the White House, responded to that choose your fighter video from these lunatics with this. That's how it's done. You see that? That's how it's done. That is leadership. What you just saw Tom Homan walking from the from the helicopter, Cash Patel over there with at the podium, the president of The United States, Donald J Trump, that's leadership. Not a bunch of cackling hens bouncing like they're constipated trying to push one out.
I I I I you know? But that's leadership, folks. And it's absolutely right. In November, America chose their fighters, and they've got fighters. You have Donald j Trump. You have the administration that he put together, the cabinet that he put together, RFK Junior, Kash Patel, Pam Bondi, Marco Rubio, who I'm really impressed with. Like, I I've said it a few times already, but, you know, I'm really impressed with Marco Rubio in in in stepping up to the role that he stepped into. Really impressed. And now you're bringing in Dan Bongino as the assistant director of the FBI? Holy crap.

The

great things happening, folks. Great, great things happening. And this is something that we definitely need to to to to to throw our support behind. We have to keep pushing our elected representatives to make America great. We need to keep doing it. Alright. Now, so we're gonna wrap this up really quick. Alright, folks? But one thing that I do wanna do, because we haven't done it in a while, and it's extremely important that we that we we cover some of these things, from time to time, and this would be the last thing we're gonna do, and then we're gonna wrap it up. Alright? You know, we've been going through, the Texas nationalist movement. You guys know that I am a, the, the deputy district the the deputy county coordinator from Maverick County here in in Eagle Pass. The Texas Nationalist Movement is an organization. It's a political action committee that, seeks independence for the state of Texas. Alright. That's why we have the Texas flag here. We have the Texas independence flag right here behind me.
It's it's extremely important that we talk about these things. And, again, we haven't, you know, been able to because we've been going over so so so often. But, one of the things that I wanna talk to you about today is, is will can well, first of all, can Texas leave the union, and will the federal government use military force to stop Texas? Alright? Now this is something that we've covered before. Not in such great detail, but we've covered it before. And, again, all of this information that I'm giving you, you can find by going to texitnow.org. That's texitnow.org.
There should be a banner coming up on your screen momentarily. Texitnow.org. Okay. You see it scrolling across there. There you go. So all the information I'm giving you is found on that website. Alright? So will the federal government use military force to stop TEX IT? Texas is the process, by the way, if you're not familiar with it. It's the process of Texas leaving the union, the American Union. It's, it's it's a legislative process. It's not a violent process. It's not taking up arms. It's nothing like that at all. In fact, for those of you that might not be aware of it, as of right now, polling in the state of Texas is that is over 60% in favor of Texas leaving the union.
There's also at this particular point, there is there are more elected representatives in the Texas state house right now that have signed a Texas first pledge and are, are folks that are, seeking, Texas referendums. Alright? There's more of that now than ever was. So the possibility of a free and independent Texas is a reality. It's, it's something that I'm really hoping is gonna happen in my lifetime, and it's something that we can easily easily throw our support behind if you wanna see Texas stand again among the nations of the world. Remember, Texas Texas if Texas left the union, if Texas separated from the American Union, Texas will become automatically the twelfth largest economy in the entire world. Alright. We're not talking about just, you know, within the the the continental United States. We're talking about the world.
The twelfth largest economy. Remember, Texas is not part of the national grid. Texas stands on its own with its own power supply and sources. Texas has all the natural resources to stand on its own. Texas has all the natural has all the land for farming and and ranching. Texas can easily stand on its own, and there's no reason why that it it shouldn't and it won't. Texas will stand among the nations of the world. There are over 700,000 people, almost 700,000 people right now, who are registered supporters or members of the Texas Naturalist Movement, and you can find out more information by going to texitnow.org. You could also go to my website, joeruscielo.com/tandm.
We have QR codes up there. Scan the QR codes. You can register your support, become a member, or, make a donation. Alright. Now to the question at hand, because I really wanna close this out quick. Will the federal government use military force to stop Texas? You can't reasonably assume that the policy of the federal government from the mid nineteenth century would be the policy of the federal government two decades into the twenty first. There's no current federal policy regarding a state leaving the union. Very important.
Alright? There was no federal policy. However, there is current federal policy regarding states and territories leaving currently established political and economic institutions. Those policies involve neutrality or the use of military action in support of self determination. Now imagine a scenario, 15,000,000 Texans have gone to the polls and voted in a free, fair, and open referendum conducted under the laws of the state of Texas and have chosen by a majority vote to leave the union and assert Texas status as a free independent self governing nation state.
Now historically, around the around the world, voter turnout for independence referendums is 85 to 90%. Taking the low end, that would mean 12,700,000 Texans would cast their vote in a referendum, figuring the lowest possible threshold for an independence victory approximately 6,400,000 Texans would vote in favor of independence. If the federal government opts for a military solution, how would it handle the 6,400,000 Texans who voted in favor of independence? Prison? Extermination? What would the justification be for any actions taken against Texans whose sole crime was voting for self determination in a free, fair, and open referendum?
When exactly would this military intervention occur? Would they do it before a vote on Texas to prevent people from voting? Would they wait until after the results of the vote and the results announced in favor of independence, or would they wait until after Texas began the process of extracting itself from the federal system and began asserting its role as a nation among nations? Under close scrutiny, it becomes apparent that the federal government will not move to stop Texas once it's been decided by the people of Texas, and they most certainly will not use military force.
It's not practical. It's just not practical. First, there would be little to no public support for military action against Texas. Think about that. If you, living in whatever state you're living in right now, the and and Texas voted to leave the union, would you favor and support the United States military using force, deadly force. And by the way, just as a point of fact, did you know that 40% of active duty military personnel are Texans? Forty percent. That's a huge chunk. When you come to think of it, that's a huge chunk. 40% of Texans are active duty military.
So could have a problem there too. A 2011 IBOPE Zogby poll found that 43% of respondents believed the the states had justification for leaving the union. For those who consider themselves conservatives, that number jumps to 65%. Military action against Texas in the absence of some morally reprehensible act would require a strong consensus from the remaining states and the people in those states. A strong the the strong liberal states would likely fall on the side of letting Texas go. The strong conservative states would be more more or less split on the issue, but would be largely supportive of the basic principle of self government. With numbers like these, a consensus seems implausible.
The use of military force would bring a swift condemnation from the international community and would damage international relations for years to come. Some countries would likely impose economic sanctions on The United States until civilian until the civilian government of Texas was restored and the results of the independence vote respected. It would cause a tectonic shift in international policy related to the support of democratic institutions, essentially, delegitimit delegitimitizing any efforts made by The United States past, present, and future. You would have to believe that troops would obey an order to fire on millions of Texas civilians and their leaders whose only crime was invoking their right of self government, if you even wanna call that a crime.
With approximately a 70,000 Texans serving the United States armed forces, it would be difficult to get compliance. The ultimate irony is that any Texan in the United States military who took up arms against the lawfully elected governor of Texas, government of Texas, or its citizens would be guilty of treason under Article one, section 22 of the Texas constitution. A 02/2009 poll from the aforementioned Zogby showed a large number of military personnel and their families believed that states had an absolute right to leave the union. As published in Forbes, forty two percent of members of the armed forces and 41% of people who have family members active in the armed forces agree that secession is a right.
The fact that 42% view it as a right carries weight. It means they view it as a fundamental freedom. A fundamental freedom, just like the freedom of speech, the freedom of religion, just as it is likely that the military would act against those rights when exercised by the civilian population is equally unlikely that they would act against Texas. The most likely scenario, if an order of this nature was given, would be to outright disobedience from the highest levels of the military all the way down to the enlisted ranks by at least 42% of the military, if not all.
If some component of the military follow through the order, it would likely trigger a domino effect where other states outraged by the disregard of the political will of the people of Texas would skip to the end of the process and unilaterally declare independence. Texas might be the first to leave, but if the federal government used the military to suppress the result, it certainly would not be the last. Now it goes on. I I could sit here for another hour and and read this to you, but head over to texitnow.org and look up the section that says, will the federal government use military force? Stop Texas and read it for yourself. You'll see it.
And just as another point of fact, just another point of fact, you know, Texas is not the only state in the union right now that has a, a secession, referendum working its way through the legislative process. There are 25 other states, and we're not talking red states either. You know? We're talking about deep blue states. You're talking about states like Vermont, New Hampshire have have, secession resolutions work or referendum working their way through the legislative process. California, believe it or not, has a referendum working its way through the legislative process.
Counties secede. Counties look to secede. There are counties in Oregon right now that are looking to leave and join Idaho. Secession's a natural occurring thing. We wouldn't have a country if it wasn't for secession. The 13 states, individual sovereign, independent states seceded from Great Britain. It's how we started. And, again, there's no there there's no clause in the constitution. There's no amendment to the constitution that says that a state cannot leave the union. Nothing. And you think that if they if they even really thought that after the after the the war of Northern aggression, they would have been they would have made an amendment to the constitution that said that a state could not voluntarily leave the union.
So secession's normal. It's natural. You can liken it to being in an abusive marriage. There comes a point when the spouse has been abused so much that they take steps to leave, and that's what secession is. That's what Texan is. The billions and billions of dollars that Texas sends to the federal government that never comes back could fund every single program that Texas needs for Texians. It can happen. It will happen. So, again, my question to you tonight is, are you ready to join the 630 plus thousand Texans who support Texas independence.
If you are, head to texitnow.org or go to my website, joerociello.com/tandm, and register your support. Become a member. Make a donation. Let your voice be heard.
