Hey, folks. This is Joe Rusciello, and we are coming to you tonight live at the Asylum Studios, broadcasting from the pimple on the backside of Texas, the beautiful city of Eagle Pass. And we're gonna endeavor tonight to bring you the best quality political talk radio we could muster without all the bluster and without Wayne. Wayne is, not gonna be joining us tonight here in the studio. Wayne is unfortunately under the weather, so I'm sorry to disappoint y'all, but you're gonna have to get just flat out done stuck with me.
But, hey, that's alright. We'll somehow manage without Wayne the Brain, as we have affectionately come to call him here at the asylum. He fits right in, to be quite honest with you. It is quite the asylum around here. It's, it's been a hectic, hectic, crazy week. It's Friday night, and we are still coming up with content. And why is that? Because the news cycle never stops. It is absolutely insane. There's so much to talk about. But I do promise you we're not gonna do a a two hour plus marathon tonight. I'm gonna do the very best that I can to keep it to an hour. So, I hope you guys can stick with me through that, and, we will, like I said, do the best we can to bring you the best political talk radio that we can. Now, coming up over the next, few days, tomorrow, we have a we have a big we have a big day tomorrow. We are gonna be recording an interview, with Jack Kammer, who is a social worker who specializes in men's, mental health issues and men's, relationship issues.
So we are, really excited to talk to him about that, and, that episode will be aired, on the live show on, on Wednesday. Alright? And then, Monday, we're gonna have, Mark Becker live with us, remotely. And Mark Becker is a very interesting guy, and I'm looking forward to, to sitting down with him, but we're gonna be talking about UFOs, USOs, UAPs, and all those really fun and interesting, three letter topics that we can talk about. Probably get into some cryptids and and stuff like that, and so we're excited about that too. Folks, remember, this this podcast did not start as a strictly political podcast. This is an anything and everything show, and we're gonna do the best we can to, to mingle all of that in, as we go through. Now I just realized that the camera's a little off center, and it's probably because I was messing around with it earlier, and I knocked it out of the way, but did not realize when I went through the, through the checkups, right before we started the show, which is why we started just a couple of minutes after the 08:00 hour.
So, a lot of great stuff coming up. We're very excited to do that, and and have all this, have all these these guests coming on. And then, I think next month, we have a couple of guests coming on too as well, and, it's exciting. We have a lot of ground to cover. And, I just wanna say thank you to everybody that's, that's tuning in right now on on the audio only feed. Thank you so much. I I see you guys there. And thank you to the folks that are watching right now on Rumble. It is great to be with you guys again on a Friday night. And, hey. Drop a message in the chat. Let us know you're there watching. Drop a comment down below in that little space right underneath us.
We would love to hear from you guys. Let us know how we're doing. Let us know what you think. And if you have any questions or comments, if you have any concerns, anything that you wanna let us know about, that's one of the ways you can do it. Another way you can do it is by going to our website, JoeRussiello.com. That's JoeRussiello.com. We'll we'll get it scrolling across the banner a little a little bit later on. And, you could, you know, send us any emails through that in a message through our contact form, or you can email us directly at [email protected]. So again, a lot of stuff to talk about. So we're we're gonna start getting into that, in just a few moments. So, before we do that, I'm gonna ask you to do just a couple of little things for me. You know, this is, you know, just housekeeping stuff, stuff we have to do. We have to make people happy, and we have to, you know, pay some bills.
And, so this is how we do it. So, again, head over to our website, joerussello.com. Send us over any questions, comments, carrots, concerns that you have. Let us know what you're thinking. We wanna know. Also, while you're on the website, look for that support button on our home page, and remember that this this podcast is a value for value podcast. And, all that simply means is that, if you have found any value in what we're doing here, anything at all, we're asking that you return that value to us in the form of a donation. Now that donation could be, the three t's, your time, your talent, or your treasure. And, basically, your your time is maybe you can do some research for us. Maybe you can help us out, you know, piecing together show notes, and and getting all that stuff done. Or maybe you have, and it's not exclusive to that. You know, there's other stuff you might be able to help us to do by donating your time. There's also your talent. And maybe you're maybe you're good at, at at, editing video. Maybe you're good at running a video studio. We could always use some help with that. I am really trying to learn how to use o OBS, and so I can incorporate it with the rumble studio that we're using.
I think make it work a little bit smoother. So you know, anybody that has any abilities and talents in that would we would love to have you on. Maybe you write music. Maybe you can, maybe you can read a script for us. Maybe you could do you know, it could be anything, talent related, or you could donate your treasure. And donating your treasure is basically, you know, your money. You can make a one time donation in any amount, and you can do that right there on our website. There's a there's a donate button on the home page and also on the support page. And you could do that through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and there's another one up there as well.
And then also, if you, if you're more inclined to use cryptos, you could also donate Satoshis. And Satoshis or SATs are basically a micropayment of Bitcoin. And, you know, it's pennies really, but every everything helps. Everything comes in. I told you guys last night, somebody donated, over 7,000 sats, last month, which was great because that went and helped us pay for, the cloud service for our our wallet that we use through getalbi.com, which is a great service. You should check them out. Not a paid supporter or advertiser. Just letting you know they have a great product. And, as a matter of fact, one of our earlier episodes, we sat down with the, founder or the cofounder of GetAlb, Moritz, and, we had a great conversation with him, and you should check it out. It's very interesting, and, I'm not big crypto guy. I I got I don't know all the ins and outs and the details of it. It's not something that, I've, like, taken on as as much as other folks have done that. But, you check it out. You might, you know, it might be something that's interesting to you. And, so you can donate your Satoshis, our wallets right there on our, support page as well.
And then, of course, we have what we really depend on really more than anything else, and those are the recurring monthly donations. And we have three clubs, if you wanna call that clubs, you can you can get yourself involved with. One club is the, associate producers club, and that you get with a monthly recurring, excuse me, donation of $17.76. And, for that donation, like I said, you get the associate producer, credit. And and what that means is that on our show notes, you're listed by name as an associate producer of the show. You also get the shout out on every show. And then we also have for $18.36, we have our, producers club. And it's the same thing. You get, you get all of the same perks as the, as the associate producer, but you get the producer's credit. So it's kinda like a promotion, alright, for $18.36.
And then you get for $25 or more a month, you can get the executive producer credit. And, we have two folks that are are are, our current executive producers. We have Wayne and Rosanna Rankin, and, they both have done a fantastic job since, taking on the role of, executive producers. They've been incredibly helpful. And having Wayne here this week has been a blessing. You know, we've done shows every night this week, five nights a week. We've been doing it. Making a change for next week, which I'll mention in a minute. But, it's been it's been great having them here. They've been doing a lot of work with us, a lot of work for us. We've been talking about a lot of stuff, and got a lot of ideas, and a lot of things developing. So, it's it's a good thing. So, just if you wanna help us out, like I said, we really do depend on those monthly recurring donations because it helps us to budget things out and to make, and make the adjustments.
Now, just so you know also, from all of the donations that we have received, and we have received a few, and we are greatly appreciative of that. We have redesigned the studio. We've done a whole bunch of new different things. We got we got the TVs up over here in the corner. We got so we got the news and everything scrolling across so we can bring you the breaking news as it comes across. We have new lighting around the room. We have around the studio, we have new lighting in the corners. We got new furniture in here. We repositioned everything, and and everything here has been it's been working so much smoother since we did this, on Monday. And, well, I'm not not Monday. I'm sorry. We we did it on since Wednesday. So So Wednesday, Thursday, today is today is the third day we're using the new setup. It is great. Love it. And, that's because of your donations. We were able to purchase new mics, new new equipment, new sound equipment, new cans, new cans or headphones, new cans, new everything. You know? So so we're we're making a lot of steps in the right direction. And, of course, again, that's because of your donations. So thank you so very much for those donations. And, again, if you wanna help us out, that's the best way to do it. Now, also, folks, we also have a a a good friend of ours, whose name is Carl Killebrew. He is the owner operator of, of ArmoryOne, which is a Texas license to carry, certification course.
And, Carl has over thirty years of law enforcement and military experience in instructing students in the safe use of firearms. Alright. Well, with, with all of that said, we're gonna start getting into some of the, what is that? What just happened? The board the board just winked out on me. Alright. There we go. Okay. Got it back. I am sorry. Like I said, it's just me tonight. Wayne's not here to help out, so, we gotta get this thing squared away. Alright, folks. So like I said, a lot of stuff going on, a lot of ground to cover, and we are excited about it. Now how about we get some of these headlines? Alright. Well, breaking news. Kash Patel sworn in as the ninth FBI director. We have, the White House, Doge, Senator White House, Doge committing smash and grab robbery in federal government.
Let's see. The, Department of Education is spending tax dollars on illegals. Are you surprised? We're gonna talk about all of these and more, but let's head back over to our top top article for today, and that is Kash Patel, has been, appointed or confirmed as the ninth director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Now, of course, that happened yesterday. It was a very tight tight vote. It was, $51.47, I believe it was. Where is it? Yes. That's what it was. So it was very, very close. Strangely enough, Mitch McConnell did, in fact, vote for, for Kash Patel. So, that was that was that was critical.
But there, of course, were two, two rhinos, that that that voted with the Democrats on that, and that was Susan Collins and, Murkowski from from Alaska. So, hey, folks. Look. You know, Maine, Alaska, you know what you need to do. You need you need to primary these people and get them out. You do I mean, they they vote more with the Democrats than they do with the Republican Party. So just either they need to switch parties or and get voted out, or you just need to vote them out and put somebody in there who loves America.
That is a a a make America great again, candidate, that it's an America First candidate, and that, and that will, you know, vote along with, the the the picks that, that Donald Trump will or the or the next president will, be putting forward. So it's it's it's critical to get rid of them. But Kash Patel, was sworn in on Friday after a narrow senate confirmation vote Thursday. Patel was sworn in at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building by US Attorney General Pam Bondi, And, let's see. Where is that? We have it right here. Let's take a look. Your hand on the key tap and raise your right hand.
[00:20:50] Unknown:
I do solemnly swear. I, Kefsha Pramod Patel, do solemnly swear. That I will support and defend the constitution of The United States. That I will support and defend the constitution of The United States.
[00:21:03] Unknown:
Against all enemies,
[00:22:02] Unknown:
So,
[00:22:06] Unknown:
great reaction from the audience there. I love that. That is fantastic. I mean, this this man has been through the ringer with this confirmation hearing. It was delayed, repeatedly by Democrats. They stonewalled it as much as they possibly could. They kept putting it off, kept questioning his integrity. I mean, this man was more than qualified to be the, the next director of the FBI, and I'm really very, very happy and pleased to see that, that Cash Patel was, was confirmed. And hey. Look. Now there's there's a lot of work to get done. He was sworn in today. He's right at he's at it already. There's a lot of work to get done, folks. There there was a lot of, underhanded shady stuff going on at the FBI, under Chris Wray and, his predecessor, and, all pretty much at the direction of the, the previous administration, the Biden administration. So there's a lot of stuff to excuse me. There's a lot of stuff to fix. There's a lot of stuff to, to, to get straightened out. There's a lot of stuff to look at, uncover, and, I find it very interesting that, you know, talking about uncovering things, Adam Schiff, Shifty Schiff.
Of course, do you expect him not to have some kind of a meltdown over the fact that Kash Patel is, is now the director of the FBI? Adam Schiff spent years, years pushing that phony, bullshit story that president Trump was a Russian asset, that, that, that, that, that, that, you know, do you remember the pee pee tape and all that all that stupidity? That was all put forward by, Adam Schiff. And, of course, you know, he went on all of the, far left, cable news, stations and and and spread the lie that that he had seen the evidence and that that there was, no doubt whatsoever about what he had seen that that Donald Trump did, you know, all the things that he alleged that Donald Trump did, and, which, of course, all turned out to be an absolute lie. And, of course, there was no accountability. Well, accountability's here.
It's coming. It's, it's it's it's it's inevitable that all of this stuff is going to come out. And, as a matter of fact, Adam Schiff and, who else was it? There was a few other folks out there that that they went out and they stood outside the FBI headquarters to protest, this this appointment. And, I I have a screenshot of it, and I just want you to see. I mean, it's unbelievable how many people were actually there showing their support for, Adam Schiff and his colleagues in this protest. And let's just take a look at this. Just so many people.
So many people. Five senators there, and just look at the crowd that's standing around there. Look at that crowd. It's it's ridiculous. I mean, I don't know the the the the the sound levels of the, I I don't know how anybody heard them speak. Now, of course, you know, I'm I'm being sarcastic here because there was nobody there. Elon Musk posted this on x. He said, wow. The public outrage is high. And he was referring to a a a tweet or a post that was put out by, Brendan Dilley. So this is, this is this is peak Democrat party in 02/2025. Five senators standing outside and not one member of their constituency along with them to protest this.
That tells you a lot. So in an appearance with, with host Lawrence O'Donnell, let's see. Like, commiserated about the two commiserated about about Patel and suggested he would politicize the agency that was weaponized by now former president Joe Biden's regime against Trump for the majority of Biden's term. They also predicted that a future Democratic president would would fire Patel upon taking office. With all the with all this going on in the senate floor, you did something that senators have never done before to actually go out onto the street. In this case, outside the FBI headquarters today. Let me just put that picture back up to remind you, to protest the confirmation of the Republican senators, of an FBI, director who is absolutely unimaginable as being qualified for any form of federal service prior to Donald Trump winning the presidency of Donald Sedov Patel, who is actually a former federal prosecutor and national security official.
And, Schiff said, yes. We stood outside the FBI headquarters to make this to make a last plea against this this terrible choice of FBI director, Kash Patel. Is the guy you go to when everybody else says, no. I won't do it. It's too immoral. It's too unethical. It's too unlawful. You know? He's the guy. That's why he was chosen. So that that's, of course, the claim by by by, by Schiff there. But, but, as you see, the level of support from their constituents says a lot. So this is obviously let's see. Do I have this clip? I don't think I have the I don't think I have the audio clip of this. No. Don't have it. Scrolling through here, I don't see it. Alright. I thought I had it, but I guess not.
Let's see. Senator Marsha Blackburn said last week, and this is a good point, you know, she said last week that Schiff is frightened by Patel's position as FBI director because he knows that Patel is aware of all of the potential criminal activity the Democratic center engaged in when attempting to frame Trump as a Russian agent. So like I said, a lot of stuff coming down the road. A lot of stuff coming down the road, and it's just gonna be really exciting to watch. Really exciting to watch. Alright. What about, you know, keeping in line here with, with, top law enforcement in the country, Pam Bondi?
Pam Bondi says that she is, that the Epstein client list the Epstein client list is now sitting on her desk. Let's take a look.
[00:28:35] Unknown:
The DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen?
[00:28:41] Unknown:
It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive, by president Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies. So so have you seen anything there? You you said, oh my gosh? Not yet.
[00:29:02] Unknown:
Okay. Well, we'll check back with you.
[00:29:07] Unknown:
So that's, this should be very interesting. So Pam Bondi on Friday said that Jeffrey Epstein client list is sitting on her desk, as you just heard. And, she said that she's also reviewing the JFK and MLK files, which the president signed an executive order to declassify at the start of his second term. Trump's oval office return came to the prospect of the public finally being able to see Epstein's long awaited black book amid inquiries into the deceased financiers, allegedly deceased financier and, sex trafficker. Epstein is was a 66 or is a 66 year old multimillionaire financier with a private island in The US Virgin Islands and mansions around the country, allegedly died in federal custody in 02/2019 while awaiting trial on, sex trafficking charges.
Bondi herself advocated for the release of Epstein's list in 02/2024, telling Sean Hannity at the time it should have come out long ago. Donald Trump said, told reporters as he signed the executive order in the Oval Office, if you remember, he said, everything will be revealed. Earlier this month, the director of National Intelligence and the attorney general reached their deadline to release the proposed plan for declassification JFK files. The f b nine FBI announced shortly thereafter that had uncovered thousands of records connected to the JFK assassination.
And, Axios initially reported that the agency had released 2,400 records tied to the November, which were not provided to the board, that reviewed the dis and disclosed the files. So, they found additional information that was not originally disclosed. That's very interesting. And then, Kash Patel had mentioned, that, he was talking with Sean Hannity, and he told Sean Hannity that that he has seen things. He had additional pages of reports on JFK, on on Epstein, and on, and on nine eleven that nobody else had seen, and he couldn't elaborate because of the classifications of it. But but, there's a lot of stuff that's coming down the road here, folks. It's gonna be very, very interesting time for us as as all of these things start getting disclosed.
Yesterday, we talked about, Kathy Hochul up there in New York, and I'm kinda rushing through stuff. I'm trying to keep it to an hour. Okay? So, so Kathy Hochul, the governor of the state of New York. We talked yesterday about this that, New York City had put in place this, congestion pricing scheme. So, in talking about it yesterday, we we had mentioned that, you know, New Yorkers pay an exorbitant amount of money in taxes. Exorbitant. You you pay a federal tax, federal income tax, a state income tax, city income tax, and you have local taxes, and all that stuff. And then on top of that, you have almost every single road in New York, going into the city and coming out of the city of New York, are toll roads. So you're that's another tax on you going into, coming in and out of the city. Now when I lived in New York and I traveled back and forth to work, it was costing me about 18 to $20 a day just across the bridge that connected, Brooklyn to Staten Island where I lived.
So, you you're talking almost an additional hundred dollars a week just to cross the bridge plus, you know, all the other taxes that are involved. And then now New York City, went forward and invoked this, congestion pricing, which, during certain peak times of the day, you driving into the City Of New York, into certain areas of the city are gonna be taxed, or you're gonna be paying an additional fee just to drive into the city. Alright? Now, now Sean Duffy, the transportation secretary, has gotten involved in this. And, well, let's go to the article here. This is from the Blaze, Blaze Media. Hochul doubles down on charging New York City drivers to use taxpayer funded roads after secretary Duffy nixes the unpopular toll. Democratic New York governor Kathy Hochul is currently engaged in a tug of war with the Trump administration over a new toll imposed on drivers in New York City.
The issue relates to the Central Businesses district the Central Business District tolling program designed for drivers entering Manhattan below Sixtieth Street. The toll charges passenger vehicles in the $9, small trucks, $14.40, large trucks, twenty one sixty, motorcycles, four fifty, taxes taxis 75¢, and Uber and Lyft drivers, a dollar 50. Alright. Now, Phil Valente, who is the, who who is part of the transport workers union in New York, said this. He says, you can pay $9 to enter the construct the congestion pricing zone or take the subway where violent crime is soaring. At least some drivers will be afraid to take the subway, undermining the entire purpose of congestion pricing.
To put congestion pricing in now is atrocious. It's disgusting. Give me a break. Donald Trump also apparently had misgivings about the congestion toll even before it was implemented last month. He said, congestion pricing is not good not a good situation. They're treating the people of New York very badly. And, again, you're paying you're paying tolls, which is a tax, to cross the Verrazano Bridge, the Brooklyn Bridge now, the Manhattan Bridge now. I I don't think you're paying yet on the Queensborough Bridge, and I don't think you're paying on the Manhattan Bridge yet, but of course that's all gonna be coming.
So in addition to the tolls you're paying, the taxes you're already paying on the roads through your income taxes that you're paying, your gasoline taxes that you pay when you buy gas for your car, the tax that you pay, basically just to breathe the air in New York City. I mean, that's how that's how ridiculous the taxing system is there. Now they're adding additional taxes on you. I mean, how much more can they squeeze out of New Yorkers before they get the idea and change either change vote out these liberal lunatics, change the legislator, legislature, change your governor, vote him out, get him out, or you get out.
That's what I did. I got out. I left. I came to Texas. I love living in Texas. I am ex I am extremely happy here in Texas. Texas is to me, as somebody who's come from the, the communist state of New York, this is freedom. This is liberty. This is, you know, you pay a state you you pay a federal income tax, that's it, which, lord willing, Donald Trump's, and his administration is gonna work to fix that problem. But, you don't you don't pay any state income taxes. Taxes are just generally low on on the everyday stuff that you that that you deal with, like, in New York. It it the the the just the overall quality of life here in Texas is infinitely better.
So I made that decision eight years ago, that I I need well, long before that, I made the decision I need to get out. But eight years ago, it became the opportunity to do so, and that's what I did. And I'm here, and I love it here. I would never everybody, why don't you move back to New York? When are you gonna gonna go back to never. Never. Mm-mm. Why? Why would I give up freedom? Why would I give up liberty? Why would I give up the economic advantages that I have here in Texas to go back to New York? There's no point.
Sean Duffy described the toll as backwards and unfair and a slap in the face to working class Americans and small business owners, in New York and surrounding states like New Jersey and Connecticut. Every American should be able to access New York City regardless of their economic means. It shouldn't be reserved for an elite few. Just don't forget, you know, who is this impacting? This is impacting the people that are driving into the city for business mostly for for for commercial purposes. You know, somebody who's who's in the city that that, that is that's affluent, that that makes tons of money every year, that can afford to live in New York City without feeling the pinch of all the taxes in New York.
A $9 additional toll is not gonna hurt them. But the the the the small business operator, the the the the the commercial driver that is making that's barely making a living in New York because of all the taxation that takes place in New York, and the high cost of living, and the high cost of fuel, and everything else that just skyrocketed under the Democrats, This is going to impact them, and what's gonna end up happening is these small business operators, they're gonna roll this additional expense into the the the cost of services that they're providing for their clients and their customers in those areas. So that means what? That means prices are gonna go up. I mean, it's common sense.
They're gonna pass the tax on to somebody else. It's it's it's just it it's ridiculous. I I you New York, you gotta make a change. You gotta make a change. When are you gonna do that? Alright. Moving on. Let's see. Senator White house, Sheldon White house claimed on Thursday. He's a Democrat, of course, from Rhode Island. Sheldon White house claimed on Thursday, while he was on CNN News Central that, that president Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency or Doge is was committing a smash and grab robbery on the United States government. Host Sarah Sydnor said try saying that three times fast.
Said, let me ask you about Democrats. Are Democrats lost in in the sauce here? Donald Trump is sucking up, obviously, as president all of the attention. He's making quick moves. He's he is, you know, letting Doge do its deeds inside of many different departments. What are Democrats doing? Well, let's, let's let's go to the audio and let or the video, and let's see what what,
[00:40:11] Unknown:
what's happening. Pretty quiet at this point. Democratic senator from Rhode Island, senator Sheldon White house is joining us now. Thank you for being here this morning. Appreciate your time. If Patel is indeed confirmed as director of the FBI, what will that mean for America in your view?
[00:40:31] Unknown:
Well, the first thing it'll mean is that Republican senators who voted for him will own it. Because if he is as vindictive as his past shows he will be, if he has the foreign entanglements that his records show he has and that comes back to haunt them, they will have known this. This will have been on the record. He is a very dangerous individual for, the FBI, both because of his vindictive vindictiveness and, the foreign entanglements, but also because of his intentions for the FBI to do damage, for instance, to the Washington office where the counterintelligence and counter Russia operations, take place. I think, what we're looking at, and you saw it in the last clip on your show about, the Trump Russia coordination.
I think Patel will be a eager participant in the Trump Russia schemes.
[00:41:25] Unknown:
Donald Trump seems to be cozying up to Russia. He is lashing out at Ukraine and at Europe. I mean, what do you think is happening here? Is he is this just bluster, or do you think there is something really going on behind the scenes as well?
[00:41:40] Unknown:
Well, you gotta, you know, go back a ways. Trump Russia has always been a thing. Russia helped him get elected
[00:41:47] Unknown:
the first time. The Mueller report They're bringing all of this back up again. They're trying to multiple court trials deflect to this all of this stuff was debunked.
[00:41:57] Unknown:
And Trump. And that has persisted
[00:41:59] Unknown:
But they're gonna keep on playing on it. Elected this second time,
[00:42:03] Unknown:
and he is now tightly These people are Entwined. Liberalism. Putin spouting, Putin talking twice. Mental illness. What is the underlying rationale? What has Putin got on him? What is the promise or the threat that is driving this behavior? That is we what we don't know. I mean, is this 02/2025,
[00:42:19] Unknown:
or is this 02/2016 again?
[00:42:22] Unknown:
The polling would suggest, though, it was, the economy and immigration that got Trump, elected this time around. And I wanna talk about the economy and about the government and what's happening there. The congress is really closing in on an important deadline that is the potential of shutting down the government. A vote is scheduled on the Senate GOP's budget plan, which would divide Trump's priorities into two plans, although he has asked for, as he put it, one big beautiful plan. But Trump came out today and endorsed the house's plan. Is there any of those plans that Democrats can agree to?
[00:42:58] Unknown:
Well, no. Particularly in this reconciliation mode when the Republicans are using this mode in which they can jam whatever they want through the senate with a simple majority that they have and, of course, through the house with the majority that they have, it is on them. They control all the levers. There is nothing that democrats can do about reconciliation. So they have to figure out their way through this, and they own the consequences when they cannot. And if they completely fail, then they have to come to Democrats. But if they do, then we get to have our own say, and they don't get to just roll us while they need Democrat votes.
[00:43:35] Unknown:
Trump declared, that he saved New York after announcing the reversal of congestion pricing, through the Department of Transportation. And he put something online saying, long live the king, and then put an image of himself with the king's crown on his head. Do you think he's just trolling Americans or is there truth and just here?
[00:43:55] Unknown:
Yeah. I trolled back and said, does this make him a royal pain in the ass?
[00:44:01] Unknown:
Well, that is a way to respond to it. That is one way, sir. Let let me ask you. Let me try not to laugh here. Okay. It was funny. Let me ask you about Democrats. Are Democrats lost in the sauce here? Donald Trump is sucking up, obviously, as the president, all of the attention. He is making quick moves. He is, you know, letting Doge do, its deeds inside of many different departments. What are Democrats doing?
[00:44:30] Unknown:
Well, I would analogize this to a smash and grab robbery, all done for the benefit of providing tax breaks to billionaires at the end of the day. But in its tactics right now, essentially a smash and grab robbery. And speed is to your advantage when you're the smash and grab robber. And doing as much destruction as you can quickly is to your advantage when you're the smash and grab robber. But over time, courts will look at this. Evidence will mount. He will need things from congress, and the situation will change. I think it's particularly important to watch the courts where he is losing case after case after case after case for the very precise reason that what he is doing Which is not exactly true either.
[00:45:16] Unknown:
He has won one, though, letting Doge get all that data from several different agencies where some people are resigning over it. Senator, Shelton White house, thank you so much. Kind of a data theft. Thank you. Thank you so much for coming on, and express
[00:45:31] Unknown:
Liberalism. Repeat after me. Liberalism is a mental illness. They're talking about, you know, talking about how, you know, he has access to the personal information. Well, you know, the employees that work in those offices like the IRS and Treasury and all that stuff, they weren't elected into those positions. Right? They they're they're they were just hired basically off the street type stuff. Right? They have access to all of your information, and that's okay. That's okay. This is the swamp trying to protect itself and trying to, you know, dig in and just, you know, try to survive.
And the fact that there are so many so many people leaving, resigning, throwing temper tantrums over what Doge is doing, which, by the way, how how tone deaf are the Democrats on this? How tone Donald Trump's, polling on this is extremely high. This is what the American people voted for. The majority, not only the electoral college, but, not only did he win the electoral college, but he also won the popular vote, which means he got more votes than the other people person. So this is what the majority of American people wanted. He's coming through on the promises that he made.
He's delivering on those promises. The libs have no sure footing because he's moving so fast. They don't know where to pivot to next. They don't know what's coming next, and that's that's a great strategy. It's a great thing. There's another radio host that I that I listen to, he likens it to rock them sock them robots, if you remember that game. That's exactly what it is, and I it's and it's great, And it's a great analogy, and I wish I would have came up with it myself, but I didn't. He did. So, you know, cheers to you, Danny. But, Danny, like I know the guy. Right? Yeah. But, but, yeah, it's it's just where this is what the American people wanted, this is what they're getting, and, the the libs are just tone deaf, absolutely tone deaf.
So, you know, suck it up. Like they say, suck it up, buttercup. That's the way it goes. Elections have consequences. Alright. Oh, we're running out of time. We might have to go over a little bit, so I hope you don't mind, but we're trying here. Alright. So, the Federalist reported, they have some undercover video or they've obtained some undercover video of, some, Department of Education employees and some and some comments that are being made about the about from them. Video said this here says official admits Department of Education is spending tax dollars on illegals and dodging Doge oversight.
Department of Education staff remove citizenship requirements from legislation, offer programs to illegal immigrants, and are using a messaging app to avoid oversight from the Department of Government Efficiency according to an undercover video published on February 20 by Project Veritas. So we're gonna go to that in a second. So this is, the from Project Veritas's, x account breaking. Department of Education operating as rogue sanctuary program for illegal immigrants hiding secrets from Doge and Congress on encrypted apps. Let's take a listen.
[00:49:24] Unknown:
If they actually do yeah. I don't know if I think we don't have that.
[00:49:30] Unknown:
There would be a lot of problems with a lot of problems.
[00:49:33] Unknown:
Why because they would be we would be like
[00:49:39] Unknown:
position of like being a sanctuary yeah like sanctuary cities we would be like a sanctuary sanctuary program where we're spending several dollars on, like, at Lake Limor. Like, they shut off everyone's access to everything. They're, like, in the building looking through everything. It I'm telling you, it it is insanity. It sounds like a bad movie. Yeah. Yeah. It's like, Democracy Falling should be, like, the title of the movie. I mean, if you wanna have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline, but you're not supposed to.
I mean, you have to now. Yeah. So everybody uses that it's an app called SignalNow. And you're all on, like, video chat or what, like Yeah. So that's it's just, like, a text messaging app, basically. Like, a WhatsApp Oh, okay. But it's encrypted in in. Nice. So you can do business stuff on there. I'm asking a student. But yeah. What I do is I oversee a team of, seven staff who develop professional development projects for teachers Wow. And, like, adult education. So GED programs, high school diploma programs, ESL programs, citizenship, correction,
[00:51:01] Unknown:
but different programs like that. And if they're undocumented, they can do it well?
[00:51:06] Unknown:
They can as long as they, like, follow the process. So, like, if they're a DACA recipient, then they have to follow, like, the rules for DACA. But if they're illegal illegal, it's gonna be pretty hard. The one nice thing about the program that I work in is, like, we don't ask status. And we've, like, been able to keep that out of our federal statute, like, so we don't ask them when they enroll what their status is. How did you how are you able to do that? Very strategically, we just provide guidance to the bill and are, like, they'll, like, put something in. I'm like, oh, no. That doesn't it won't work for the program. So then they don't put them. Like Wow. There's a lot of maneuver you have to actually federal level with congress.
[00:51:57] Unknown:
People try to push through that you have to do that. It's like the the congress is trying to push through.
[00:52:04] Unknown:
Yeah. But then we block it.
[00:52:06] Unknown:
So
[00:52:07] Unknown:
they didn't have to reach the cross party line for that.
[00:52:10] Unknown:
Well,
[00:52:14] Unknown:
we decided in the hide it in the wall. Hugely tied it in the bill. They don't. When they mark up a bill, they only read, like, sex. It's not a cruise. You gotta wait to get the line. And so if you can squeeze something in,
[00:52:27] Unknown:
do that. Great. So not ask Yeah.
[00:52:30] Unknown:
Wow. That's brilliant. And then they only read the part they wanna they wanna know about. Which didn't result there?
[00:52:37] Unknown:
Brilliant. Then you just take out or put in there that they can't ask status.
[00:52:44] Unknown:
We don't actually put it in there we just take that out that they have to ask status right really it's silent we don't say that they can or that they or that they shouldn't
[00:52:59] Unknown:
You just leave it completely out. Perfect. So you'll still you'll still have that for the next the next even though the department of ed,
[00:53:06] Unknown:
that's still in place. Yeah. That's good. Yeah. Really good.
[00:53:12] Unknown:
Because then a lot of funding would be rescinded on that too
[00:53:17] Unknown:
before it's the if they actually do yeah if hundreds actually do but we don't have that
[00:53:24] Unknown:
there would be a lot of probably a lot
[00:53:26] Unknown:
of them why it's called
[00:53:30] Unknown:
we would be like we would be like a position of like being a sanctuary yeah like sanctuary cities We would be we would be, like, a sanctuary program where we're spending several dollars on, like, at Lake Glimmer. Big misconception is, like, we set, like, the curriculum. We set, like, student learning and everything. We don't do any of that. Oh. Like, we just provide I'm gonna I'm gonna play the the the
[00:53:55] Unknown:
the whole video. There's still another two minutes or so to it. It's really important. I want you to hear what he says toward the very, very end. Uh-oh. I mean,
[00:54:05] Unknown:
probably sitting thirties, forties.
[00:54:12] Unknown:
I didn't know that. Yeah. Not good.
[00:54:15] Unknown:
Like, they shut off everyone's access to everything. They're, like, in the building looking through everything. They're in the building? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Like the.
[00:54:26] Unknown:
What is?
[00:54:27] Unknown:
It's Elon Musk's, like, efficiency team. They've, like, moved into the Seventh Floor, which is, like, the secretary's floor. Oh. And for his team, his his or her team, like, moved all of the senior leadership staff out of their offices. So, like, they're sitting in the hallways and cubicles now, and and the Doge team have, like, taken, like, the prime real estate of the floor. Like, they've put they've put software on our computers that, like, they track keystrokes. So, like, they know exactly what we're saying in real time. Like, they put monitors on, like, Teams.
So, like, they can listen to the calls that we have with, like, team members or contractors, like So have you been having them off offline somewhere else? I mean, if you wanna have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline. But you're not supposed to.
[00:55:18] Unknown:
I mean, you have to now.
[00:55:20] Unknown:
Yeah. So everybody's just that it's now called signal now. And you're all on, like, video chat or what, like Yeah. So that's it's just, like, a text messaging app, like, a WhatsApp Oh. But it's encrypted in in.
[00:55:33] Unknown:
Nice. So you can do business stuff on there. Math posting, but yeah. So you you're still having meetings with change? Yeah.
[00:55:42] Unknown:
I'm like, they they just don't contact me. Alright. Yeah. Offline. Yeah.
[00:55:47] Unknown:
Just So I've never heard of the app. Okay. App? Signal. I What if people would find out?
[00:56:09] Unknown:
No. Alright. And then it's and then it might be, like, 2575. Everyone's like, what are you gonna do if they if they put you on leave? I'm like, go to the beach. No. I'm the taxpayers then. Like, not. What do you mean to tell you? I'm shocked more people aren't trying to do that. Oh, there are. Oh, yeah. Everyone who's on admin, like, is like, see you. They left. Yeah. Like, we can't do anything anyways. We're being paid to sip margaritas. So if you if you hear from me and I tell you that I'm in, like, Mexico on the beach, that's why.
[00:56:49] Unknown:
What are you gonna do if they put you on leave? What was his answer? Go to the beach on the taxpayer's dime. This is the type of stuff that the Democratic party is fighting for. These are peep these these people are leeches. These people, It's a mental illness. It it really is. Liberalism is a mental illness. Now before I get some somebody screaming at me, why you know, I was not getting a zebra cat. No. I know. There are plenty of pop the of the, swampy rhino Republicans that are, involved in all this as well. I I understand that completely, but, you know, it just always seems like it's a Democrats, the ones that are more out in the open about it, like, not caring, not giving a crap. Oh, I'll be at the beach in Mexico on the taxpayer dying.
No concern whatsoever. No care whatsoever that that that that the money they're they're talking it's your money. That you are paying the salary, and they're like, oh, just the taxpayers are gonna pay for it. I'll go to the beach.
[00:58:23] Unknown:
Oh, okay.
[00:58:27] Unknown:
Folks, the Department of Education, like so many other federal agencies, need to be shut down. All of this needs to be returned to the states where they can be monitored more closely by the state government, which is more accountable to the people of the state and not these unelected remember, unelected. Alright? All the all the all the liberal morons out there screaming about how Elon Musk and Doge and all that, they're not elected. They're not they're they're not they they can't be doing. This person Combs. Right? Combs. Not elected either.
But yet he's talking about taking your money. He's talking about circumventing congress. He's talking about manipulating congress. He's talking about ignoring citizenship and giving services that should be going to, your children from the Department of Education, to illegal immigrants, criminals. Immigrants aren't criminals. Immigrants are people. They're not people aren't you crossed into this country illegally, you are a criminal. Plain and simple. But yet, these people take it upon themselves to circumvent all of the, procedural processes that need to be done in well, CNN.
I was gonna say something that I really I I, I'm I'm trying not to curse like I did yesterday so much. But CNN got wrecked yesterday by a Republican congressman. And remember I said earlier that the left doesn't know what to do with themselves. They they are so off balance. They are so uncoordinated in this because of the the the pace of everything that's going on around them. They they don't know where to pivot next. You know? Once they get their once they they seem to get their feet planted on a subject or or or a situation or or, or some issue, everything changes.
They're off balance completely. So yesterday, a Republican congressman, clashed live on air with a CNN host during a discussion on Tuesday. I'm I'm sorry. It wasn't yesterday. It was Tuesday. About an effort led by president Trump to cut government waste. Tim Burchat, a representative from Tennessee, argued with CNN host Pamela Brown after she essentially accused Trump and his surrogate, Doge boss, Elon Musk, of making reckless moves to dramatically curb federal spending among a among a ballooning $36,000,000,000,000 national debt.
Brown repeatedly pressed Birchen on this on the Trump administration's efforts to cut government waste, specifically questioning whether the approach was clumsy rather than methodical. Brown further argued that the administration was making high stakes mistakes in its executions. Let's, let's take a listen.
[01:02:03] Unknown:
Congressman, hold on. I wanna go to this question because, again, it's it's not a question of whether waste should be rooted out of the government. So many people agree with that. But now we're seeing it's the way it's being done. The government is trying to claw back several employees who oversaw nuclear weapons after they were fired. They realized, oh, we made a mistake. We need the staffers who oversee nuclear weapons. A professor at the University of Maryland, Don Kettle, who specializes in silver service, told the Washington Post that, yes, the government is likely full of wasteful bloat, but said a clumsy fix is worse than no fix at all, saying it's like going to a meat market, getting a piece of steak, and trying to cut out the fat with a sledgehammer. That would only make a mess of the meat.
Do you think, congressman, that is a fair point that the way this is being done is clumsy rather than methodical?
[01:02:54] Unknown:
Again, you're upset about you're you're attacking the message, Carrie, not the results. You you talk about nuclear, secrets. You had a nuclear a person who was in charge of nuclear secrets, a man who dressed up as a woman would go into the airport and steal women's luggage, was overseeing those nuclear secrets under the Biden administration, and I never heard y'all say a peep about that. Again, ma'am, I I I don't know anything about that. I'll be transparent. Elon Musk. You're well, you need to look it up. He's he's a it it's it's all over the Internet. It's all over. He was uncharged. The question is, are this is unrelated to the people overseeing nuclear being fired. And Elon Musk himself said, we're moving so fast.
[01:03:34] Unknown:
Of course, there will be mistakes. The question is, you know, some of these mistakes are really high stakes. Firing accidentally firing people overseeing nuclear weapons. Do you see that point?
[01:03:45] Unknown:
Humans will make mistakes, ma'am, but currently, these are bloated programs. You have no show employees that are that are angry that they're having to go back to work, that they've moved, and they're not No one's disagreeing. There's bloat and waste jobs were. No one's disagreeing. Well, then why are y'all not exposing it? Have y'all have y'all even talked about, hey. Mozambique, we sent them $10,000,000 for circumcisions? I mean, goodness gracious, ma'am. Americans are paying We have we've been covering at length salaries.
[01:04:14] Unknown:
Where the money is going to. Have it. You all all y'all do is run down Elon Musk and Donald Trump, and you continuously do this, and that's why your ratings are in the tank, ma'am. You Alright. Congressman Tim Burchat, we're gonna leave it there. I do appreciate your time coming on and having this conversation. Thank you very much.
[01:04:32] Unknown:
She had nothing to she had nothing to say. Absolutely nothing to say. And and if you look at her face, you can tell that she was uncomfortable. She didn't know where to go. She didn't know what to think. She didn't know what to say. And the best thing that she could possibly do because in her ear, you know, they have those little hidden earpieces in there. Her producer was telling her, end it. Wrap it up. Cut it. End it. Wrap it up. Cut it. Because she was getting beaten. Beaten. This is how you have to handle the left. This is how you have to you have to you you can't argue with your feelings like they do. You have to argue with the facts.
You have to argue just like mister Burch had said. How many people at the IRS are elected? How many of those are elected? And, just go on to say that, you know, you're you're just proving my point. You know? And then bringing up, that that lunatic that like to dress like a woman and steal people's bags at an airport being in charge of of nuclear secrets. I mean, this is common sense. You have to argue the facts. You don't argue with your feelings. Alright? You have to be factual. You know, John Adams said, you know, facts are stubborn things. The left cannot argue against fact.
All they have are emotion and feeling, which is why they are off balance. They don't know where to go. They don't know how to answer the questions. And this is the best that you get out of Libs right now. Honestly, just take a look at this. You
[01:06:23] Unknown:
can control them?
[01:06:24] Unknown:
No. That one.
[01:06:28] Unknown:
These are liberals. This is what they are. Mine's bigger.
[01:06:33] Unknown:
Sycamore.
[01:06:36] Unknown:
You know?
[01:06:37] Unknown:
Liberal morons. That that's what you get. That is what you get. I mean, I am so scared. You know? Look at that. Oh. You know? Oh, good God almighty. Let me get rid of that because that's I can't look at that anymore. Now this is something this this this is great. I love this. I think, after this, we're we're gonna we're gonna move on to, to to something, more local, Texas related, specifically Texas related, which is interesting. And then I have I have something, special that I wanna bring to you. It's a it's a new segment that that we're gonna try to bring in. It's it's called the who gives a shit section segment. So we'll, we'll come to that in in just a moment. But, this is this is a this is a good story, and and this is something that that came about yesterday, that, the twentieth rather, and that, you know, yesterday that, that Wayne and I were talking about afterwards.
So, yesterday at CPAC, Javier Mele, who's the, the libertarian president of Argentina, Well, I I guess the best way to do this would be to, show you the clip. It's only a few, like, thirty seven seconds. This is the chainsaw for bureaucracy. Chainsaw.
[01:08:40] Unknown:
That's brilliant. Alright. I love it. Mister president, thank you so much. Alright. Beautiful.

So Javier Malay comes out onto the stage, hands Elon Musk a nice, shiny, chainsaw, and, Elon Musk starts waving it around. This is the chainsaw for bureaucracy. It's another another shot of it. Or I guess not. Alrighty. Should we try that again? Let's try that again. There we go. Just another angle, because this is a this is a classic moment here. Take a look. How awesome is that? That is awesome. Elon Musk posting on on his ex account. This is a real picture. That is a great picture. I love it. Mister president. That is a that is a real picture, folks. That is amazing. You you have to love this stuff.
So Malay had previously waved the chainsaw as a symbol of the enormous cuts that he made. There we go. Okay. So, Malay had previously waved the chainsaw at as a symbol of the enormous cuts that he made to the Argentine government bureaucracy, and, I I just think, you know, it's just amazing. I think that was a great spontaneous moment. I hope it was spontaneous, it seemed like it, but, but what Doge is doing is exactly it's it's just following in Malay's footsteps. And, if you go over to, to Infowars, you they have the entire, interview at CPAC that, Elon Musk did. It's it's over ten minutes long, so we're not gonna get into it.
But, but I think that is just unbelievable. It's great. It's hysterical. It's a troll. It's like a classic troll. Wonderful moment for Doge and for Elon Musk, and I I I just needed to tell you guys about that. I think that was great. The chainsaw for bureaucracy. That is just amazing. Doge. There we go. Alright. I'm gonna skip the last two things here, so I wanna get to these, couple of quick things in here that are local in Texas. This is from the Texan. Customer and border protection reports, sharp decline in illegal border crossing. Dramatic improvements along the southern border had been reported weeks after Trump took office.
Donald Trump, we know he he he campaigned on the promise of of, mass deportations, securing the Southern border, and now, just recently, the, CBP released the numbers showing the impact of his rhetoric and the measures that he put in place. Between January 21 and January 31, CBP reports, an 85 d 85% decrease in apprehensions along the Southwest Border compared to the corresponding period in 02/2024. CBB also, reported, details on how in the eleven days following the termination of the CBP one app, if you remember, that was an app that the Biden administration, put in place to help, people illegally cross into The United States.
Inadmissible alien encounters at the border had fallen 93% as compared to eleven days prior to that. The reduction in illegal aliens attempted to make entry into The US compounded by a significant increase in repatriations means that more officers and agents are now able to conduct the enforcement duties that make our border more secure and our country safer, said Pete Flores, the CBP commissioner. The White House also detailed that CBP agents arrested 29,000 people illegally crossing The US Mexico border in January, the lowest tally since May 2020, potentially signaling that the year long decline in crossings could persist under Trump if the executive orders continue to be enforced. Governor Greg Abbott followed suit and issued, his own flurry of executive orders five just on January 29.
The day before, he also directed the deployment of tactical strike teams from the Texas Department of Public Safety to work in coordination with Homeland Security Task Force in an effort to locate and arrest criminal illegal immigrants in the state. So these actions the the getting the border under control have already, in just January alone, have secured the border, decreased the number of of illegals crossing into the border, and has made particularly the area in which I live a lot safer. And that is just, thank God for Donald Trump.
Thank God. See what else we have here. Texting that's not loading. Okay. Elon Musk, this is, from February 13. I didn't see this one before. I want to I and if I would have, I would have brought it to you. But, Elon Musk and SpaceX are granted election to incorporate Starbase Texas. So that just means that Elon Musk is one step closer to having his own, company town in Cameron County, Texas. So he, so basically, Elon Musk secured a special election in Texas to determine if residents near the Rio Grande Valley want to incorporate a portion of the area into a new town named Starbase.
Musk's space exploration company SpaceX is headquartered in, Starbase Spaceport in Boca Chica, which is, And something has just happened to our
