In this candid and spirited episode, I sit down with Svetlana Rilkoff, founder of Ezra Healing, for her final appearance on our Tuesday series. We dig into the “Do No Harm” model, patient-centric wellness, and why movement, prevention, and lifestyle changes matter more than ever. Svetlana shares takeaways from a Florida cancer-healing conference, including her team’s interest in grassroots research and their focus on exercise, inflammation reduction, metabolic health, and sleep as core pillars for cancer prevention and overall vitality. We also cover practical shifts—cutting sugar and ultra-processed carbs, improving hydration, reviewing fluoride exposure, vitamin D support, and thoughtful detox protocols—as well as the role of community, love, and meaningful human connection in healing. We get personal about workplace mandates, advocacy, and spiritual autonomy, and Svetlana announces she’s launching her own podcast to go deeper on healthcare reform, spirituality, and enlightened living. I reflect on my own health tweaks—less caffeine, more green tea, simple yoga, dog walks—and the importance of staying engaged, mobile, and accountable. Whether you’re rethinking biopsy risks, exploring lifestyle-first approaches, or just need a nudge to lace up your shoes, this conversation delivers straight talk and encouragement to take control of your health journey.

to the Joe Russo. Hey, folks. It is great. It's a great, great day. It's a Tuesday,
[00:03:50] Unknown:
and we are here with our do no harm episode of the Joe Russo. And coming up here momentarily, we're gonna have the founder of Ezra Healing, Svetlana Ryilkov join us to answer a very important question.
[00:04:07] Unknown:
A very important question indeed.
[00:04:10] Unknown:
And that question is, could love be the answer? But of course, before we get into that, folks, Ezra healing is a substantial
[00:04:18] Unknown:
part of the new wellness paradigm currently being born in North America and around the globe. The global citizenry are no longer satisfied with the sick care version of so called health care. Band aid medicine, endlessly treating symptoms rather than root causes, must be abandoned and as soon as possible. We need to transition toward the do no harm model of private care that places humanity at the forefront of real health and wellness care. Patient centric care must be the priority. In this new model, your entire lifestyle is examined and analyzed to promote and support the totality of your body's integrated systems.
Ezra Healing is a solutions based health promotion and disease prevention grassroots movement that is always evolving to best serve you and your family. Now for more information about Ezra Healing and all the incredible, incredible products and services that they offer, just head over to ezrahealing.com. That's ezrahealing.com. And when you get over there, make sure you let them know that you heard it right here on the Joe Russo. Now, we're gonna hold off on the rest of the announcements here because, we're running a little bit behind. So, we'll cover all that stuff at the end of the show. But, waiting here in the wings to join us is the founder of Ezra Healing, Svetlana Ryilkov.
Thank you for being with us. It has been a week already since you've been here. And, man, it it I don't know about you, but it felt like this feels like it's been the longest week ever since oh, two weeks actually. In fact, Corey was here last week. That's right. Wow. So it's been yeah. That's been a bit. So I guess I'm right.
[00:05:58] Unknown:
Yep. It's been two weeks, but it's flown by. And nurse Corey was on last week, and she really enjoyed her time with you, Joe. So thank you for hosting her. And I'm we're we're I'm live in Naples, Florida. Our, my team and I are here, and we were just at a cancer healing conference with amazing Floridians, the most up to date cancer healers like doctor Maccus. We even had clients in the audience that were on active chemotherapy that said, you know what? I don't wanna be doing this chemotherapy drip anymore. What can I do? So we had an amazing presentation on what cancer is and where are the solutions to heal cancer. And I'm gonna tell you, Ezra Healing is right on track. So I'm super excited, to be delivering health care, wellness to to Florida. We had a table set up there. We had a lot of nurses, doctors, researchers, patients, clients, you name it, approach us, and it's hot in hot in Florida for healing. So I'm just I I'm so excited to be here. My my motivation is just so much more higher. I I I knew Florida had always this freedom spirit about it, but we're really putting into practice at all levels.
There's a lot of, you know, every everybody from politicians to health care providers to community members are really doing their part to usher in truth in Florida. So we we wanna set up a location here in Florida and and really do business with Florida. So it it starts here. I mean, ivermectin is just being exploded right now about the healing effects and it healing cancer. So Wow. We are in the right time at the right place. We were giving out a lot of free samples of ivermectin at this conference. We have our our products third party tested. People love it. So we're gonna be pushing that out as much as we can. So if anybody's looking for ivermectin, it's vitamin I on the online store. It ships from within The US, so you don't have to deal with the border. We do that ourselves.
So yeah. So that's me. I'm in Florida, and I think we're gonna talk a little bit about exercise today. And I have a big announcement too, at the end of the show. So Alright. That's fine. Alright. Well, I I will be the I will
[00:08:16] Unknown:
testify to the efficacy of see, like my word today, efficacy of the vitamin I that you have, because I do take it, and I I take it on a like a regimen. I take it with my methylene blue, which is great, and I'll I'll tell you honestly, I I don't know what made me think to do that, to try it that way, but I did, and it's been very very helpful with all the joint pain that I've been dealing with. It's not taking it away, but it's making it a little bit more manageable. I'm not getting as stiff and sore and and such as I as I had been. And, I am still waiting to get started on the on the photo therapy patches. I'm excited to do that. Gotta take care of a few things first, but once we get that done, we'll be on it. There it is. Yeah. Should I should I take the banner down? I'm wearing two of them, and then I'm gonna put the,
[00:09:02] Unknown:
Aveda one on at night over here. That's the sleep one. So I have I have I'm gonna try my first sleep patch today. I'm super excited for that. Awesome. So, you know, I wanted to I wanted to focus a bit today on, you know, who who should be taking ivermectin, and mebendazole. So those are both antiparasitics. Anybody who took the COVID nineteen vaccine, in my professional opinion, should do at least a four week parasite detox. Even if you're not having any major signs or symptoms, I like prevention. I'm I'm passionate about prevention. Why do we need to wait for a diagnosis of cancer before we prevent cancer?
We know what causes cancer, this turbocancer specifically. It is a parasite infection. So let's just deal with that before it gets out of hand, before it impedes on any other organs, before you walk into your family doctor, trapped into a biopsy, before you get funneled into the oncologist and get feared into chemo and radiation, and then you go that's that's that's the downfall of you and your body. So let's do some prevention. Let's start eating better. When I say that, limiting carbohydrates and sugars. Let's do a parasite detox. Let's up your dose of vitamin d. Let's start, you know, looking at the water you're drinking. Let's making sure you're not having any fluoride in your toothpaste or in your diet. And that's why our nurses are so excited to talk to you guys to educate you. Maybe there's something you're missing in your cancer healing or cancer prevention, you know, plans at home.
[00:10:39] Unknown:
Well, the other thing too we have to cut up that cut back on is your caffeine intake as well, because caffeine is really not that great for you. The coffee is not so not so great. I have greatly decreased my amount of remember, when we first started talking about this stuff, I was on one of those, like, 32 ounce, big containers of coffee, like six of those a day. Now I'm down to two of these. So Mhmm. That's great. And I've been supplementing it with, with green tea, raw honey, fresh lime, and that's that's been great for me. I've it's really been helpful. It's it's it's calming, it's relaxing. I actually look forward to it, you know, to be honest with you. I look forward to that. The first thing I do in the morning before I have coffee is I have my green tea, and, it's kinda sets the pace for the day for me. I'll have a cup of coffee when I get to work, and I'll have one sometime during the day, but I'm having one tonight because I felt like I kinda needed it. But, but that's just my body telling me that, I'm craving something I shouldn't be having, but I have. So but, but, this is the talking about cancer though, you when we did a show a couple of weeks ago talking about cancer, talking about biopsies, how dangerous biopsies are because in a in a sense, you're you're piercing this thing, and you're gonna just release more of it into your body.
A good friend of mine had a had a biopsy, last week, I think it was. I think it was last week, and has been having all kinds of issues since the biopsy, and, all kinds of stuff. Like what what sort of issues? Well, it was for it was it was for prostate cancer, and, so they did a biopsy. And so ever since then, he has been urinating streams of blood and very uncomfortable. He feels like he has no libido. And, you know, and it's it's unfortunate. That that's it's it's a terrible
[00:12:30] Unknown:
thing. Well and, I mean, this is, this is, you know, another I'm glad you bring this up because not only when they pierce this possible, you know, tumor cyst that you have this malignancy part of the problem, but you also have the the the trauma of the biopsy. Okay? So peeing blood, lower libido are all traumatic events of the prostate biopsy. Okay? So we really and, I mean, what's the next? An infection? You know, like a urinary tract infection? Or Possibly. Yeah. What's next? So the the the the risk of the biopsy does not outweigh the the the upside.
So we're really, really you know, we wanna be clear that biopsies actually cause more harm than they do good. So have initial trauma. You have possible infection. You have most likely malignancy. So, you know, this is their precursor for a formal diagnosis. You know, the oncologist need a formal diagnosis, something that was sent to the pathology lab. So these biopsies are really being pushed hard. A tumor or a cyst is actually a good thing. Your body is saying, hey. We've collected all this garbage for you that you put in my body that I didn't want, but now I gotta deal with it. We've collected it for you. Can you please get rid of it? Can you please deal with this properly?
Don't insult what I've already created for you. So that's what that's what we wanna do. We wanna stop feeding that tumor carbohydrates and sugars. We wanna stop the fuel for the tumor. We wanna introduce things like ivermectin tablets. Mhmm. Ivermectin cream if it's on your skin. Okay? Basal cells, squamous cell carcinomas, ivermectin cream is really good for that. It's good for stubborn skin rashes like rosacea. Okay? So ivermectin is, like, proven to work. There are research studies on a mass level going on informally.
Okay? Ezra Healing wants to start our own research division and get more serious about it. So Florida has just introduced that they there's some research money up for grabs to focus in on this, but you know what? I'm gonna say we don't need the research money to actually do it because we're already doing it. We have we have clients with, you know, tumors. We have medicine
[00:15:00] Unknown:
that works. Let's just, you know, get the outcome and get the data written and get that pushed out. So this is real evidence based health care, and I'm super excited to be a part of it. Well, I'm I'm glad to be a part of it also. Yeah. Even on my small little bit of an end of this that I can publish this and I can put this information out there and help you do that. It's been it's been great for me to do that, and, I've learned an incredible amount from you guys, especially in our conversations. I mean, I just you're just a wealth of information for me on this stuff. And I again, you know, I talk to people and I do. I let people know about Ezra Healing and, the the person I'm telling I was talking about with the prostate biopsy. He checked out the website immediately, and he's been looking through your stuff. I don't know if he's purchased anything yet or or if he's taken any actions on it yet, but, I will let you know, once he tells me.
[00:15:50] Unknown:
Did your friend take the COVID nineteen vaccine?
[00:15:52] Unknown:
No. No. He didn't. No. He's he's he's very much against all that stuff too. So, so he's he's on the same wave path that that you and I are on with this stuff, and he understands how how deadly these things can be, and, well, in effect are, as we're seeing with this rise in these these turbo cancers that are coming in and these heart problems that young boys are experiencing and and all of the other stuff. Now that they're finally coming to acknowledge and admit are these are conditions and side effects of taking this mRNA gene therapy thing.
So, but so he's he's right on online with us on this stuff, and so he he didn't take the COVID vaccine, and, I don't even think he takes a flu shot. Oh, which by the way, flu shot is coming up, and, I have to get a doctor's note that says I can't take it. So I have to do that. Otherwise, they're gonna
[00:16:49] Unknown:
Do you so is there's a mandatory flu shot at your work unless you get an exemption letter from a doctor? Right? Yes.
[00:16:56] Unknown:
Medical or religious exemption. And, so I gotta do that this week. I gotta make my appointment because I think deadline is two weeks from now. So, And what if you don't take your flu shot? Suspension. That's crazy. Now do you think it's gonna be hard to get a letter from your doctor with this? No. He's given to me in the past. It's it's not an issue. It's on record, but they just want a new one every year. They don't want you to,
[00:17:23] Unknown:
they they they don't recycle the letter, so they want a fresh one. So What what's your what's the talk at work? Are people just just gonna line up and get it? Pretty much.
[00:17:32] Unknown:
Pretty much. That's that's that's the way it is. It's like they're they're sheep. They're lemmings. You know, they just follow the crowd. And, you know, unfortunately, it's gonna take it's gonna take something drastic to happen in their lives as a result of these things for them to wake up to it.
[00:17:46] Unknown:
It'll be interesting to see how you respond to all these people who were vaccinated. So you're gonna be around a lot of people who are freshly vaccinated. Mhmm. It's gonna be interesting to see how you respond.
[00:17:58] Unknown:
Yeah. Well, let's see. Well, they'll they'll tell me that I'm gonna be the one getting sick. They're gonna probably tell me I have to wear a mask and and all that stuff. Because they did that one year where, if if you got an exemption for the, the flu shot, they made you they made you wear a mask for the flu season. So that went from, I think it was, like, November 1 until February or March or something like that. So you had to wear a mask every day while you were there. So they haven't said it yet, but I'm expecting it. I'm expecting it. So I'll I'll have my muzzled little mask, my little sayings and stuff on there, And, I think I sent you a picture. I I actually put ezrahealing.com on my mask because I was walking the whole building with it. Yeah. Yeah. But, Yeah. So I'm waiting to find out about that. They haven't they haven't made a a formal announcement about it, but I'm expecting it.
[00:18:51] Unknown:
So, I mean, another thing that really will boost up the immune system, which is the number one thing that we always like to promote is exercise. You know, and, and, you know, you mentioned love. We had we we the best medicine can really be love. We don't have enough love in our world. I I I I you know, love can heal a lot. If you have a broken heart, this is called broken heart syndrome, maybe a from a, you know, maybe a a a broken sort of love. But love can heal a lot. So it's hard to find love in this world right now, I think. You gotta really bow down and, look at, you know, all the things around us and just be trying to get into that gratitude. You know? And then I think we attract love.
I just recently met my twin flame. That's how I feel.
[00:19:50] Unknown:
Really? Yeah.
[00:19:52] Unknown:
I I believe I met my twin flame in a very in a nonsexual way. We onboarded recently a a physician from New York, and her name is doctor Mimi. And she went through pretty much the same thing I went through. She lost custody of her daughter for refusing to wear a mask when she dropped off her daughter at school. So she's lost custody for a couple years now. Her daughter's 10. Doctor Mimi is still a licensed doctor in New York and in Florida. So she's, she's coming onto our platform. A huge, huge asset, and I love her so much. I see so so many similarities. And so love comes in lots of different shapes and forms and sizes. True. Very true. You know? So it's, it brought a lot of joy to my heart that needed filling up. And I think when somebody knows our pain very well and intimate because they've walked that walk, I think where's comfort in that. So my heart was filled this week. She was joining. She joined us at the conference, and she's back in New York, and she's gonna be joining us That's wonderful.
Soon again. But the best exercise the best medicine is exercise. This is gonna be your number one cancer prevention, intervention. It truly is. If you're feeling like you need if you need a boost of energy to exercise, I'm gonna recommend these patches, you guys, these x thirty nine and glutathione patches. So, you know, exercise has many, many biological effects on the body, some of which have been proposed to explain associations with specific cancers. These include lowering the levels of sex sex hormones, such as estrogen growth factors that have been associated with cancer development and progression. So okay. There's that.
Exercise prevents high blood pressure levels, prevents high blood levels of insulin, which has been linked to cancer development and progression. Yeah. I mean, lowering your blood sugar through exercise is massive. Right? This is prevention of diabetes, which is, I think, what, fifty percent of Americans, maybe more, have have type two diabetes. It's it's insane. So, you know, it reduces inflammation, improves the immune system. I mean, this is a natural healer. We just have to move our bodies and put a little bit of resistance in there, and our bodies are super happy. I know my body's not happy when I sit on a plane for too long.
Exercise alters the metabolism of bile acids, decreasing exposure of the GI tract to these suspected carcinogens. So, I mean, what exercise produces in our body is the medicine is the medicine. And our culture, is moved away from movement. You know? We sit at our job. We Right. Zoom to each other. You know, we're not out, you know, in the field working anymore. We're, you know, we're siloed into our little cubicles with our masks on and, you know, we really, you know, need to start maybe even living a bit communally to share the costs of housing. Mhmm. Like, why is why do we all need our own mortgages and houses? Why? It's just such a such a drain and a pain and it's lonely.
What if we, you know, teamed up with a couple of people and shared a house? Human interaction. That's love. I mean, I know there's, you know, can be challenges living with people, but, I mean Sure. Living alone too is a challenge. Having that human interaction, that human connection feels like love. You're seeing, you're heard, you can hug, you can connect. So that's an endorphin. Right? I I kinda just go off topic there about the living situation, but, you know, I think a lot of people right now, they're, you know, we just live to pay our mortgages or rent. And it's it's really stressful on the body. It's stressful on the mind.
It's hard to exercise when you're so stressed out.
[00:24:20] Unknown:
So Which you think it wouldn't be. You think you think because you're so stressed and you're so wound up, you have so much pent up energy that it would be easier to work out, but you're right. It's hard to do it that way because you're not focused on what you're doing and you end up getting hurt.
[00:24:35] Unknown:
Yeah. I think the motivation is just low, and that's why I like to, you know, put on a a an x thirty nine and glutathione patch is to, you know, get my motivation up so I can exercise. So that's why we, you know, we we we introduce these tools, you know, to to our viewers. It's not like we're just, you know, trying to be pushy sales women here, but it actually works, and it's very affordable. So, you know, it's, it's a thing to consider. So what's the next slide, Joe? So exercise is reducing the time it takes for food to travel through the digestive system, which decreases GI tract exposure to possible carcinogens.
Okay. Yeah. There's the liver. There's the liver. We've been talking about that the last couple weeks, how Tylenol damages the liver to the point of it can't, you know, expel the the toxins it needs to, depletes the glutathione in your body. Glutathione is a great antioxidant. It's really directed tied to your liver. So I'm wearing the glutathione patch right now, so I'm getting this constant, you know, feed of glutathione in my body. I'd I'd way rather take it in a patch form than in a needle form or in an oral form. So this is my, this is my preferred method of choice. So, obviously, it helps to prevent obesity, which is a risk, risk cancer which is a risk factor for cancer. So exercise helps to prevent obesity, which is a risk factor for many cancers, of course. Yeah. Amen. So Yeah.
[00:26:07] Unknown:
And exercise is also important for other things too. Not not just for cancer prevention, but it also does boost your, boost your libido. It helps, it it it it pounds your heart. It builds your heart, makes your heart stronger, improves circulation. Exercise is really important. We need to we need to do more. I I need to do more. I I know that. I've been doing my stretches and my my my, my simple yoga stuff, and, I've included some some walks after the show. I take the dogs out. We we take a walk up to the neighborhood park there. We do a couple of laps around the park, come back, and then just kinda sit back and relax a little bit for the evening, have a nice dinner, the three of us. And, you know, we have you have to exercise. You have to get out and move. We we all live such a very sedentary life, and and that's the truth, especially here in America.
Very sedentary lives. You know, the couch potato, we all know what the couch potato is. You know, after a while you start looking like a potato when you sit on the couch for too long. So, you know, you you need to get up, you need to move around, you need to have interactions, social interactions, and and listen, I you know, for someone like me who is not a very social person, you know, to say that you need to have social interactions, that's, you know, that's that's that's that's how you know it's the truth. You do. You need to get out there, you need to talk to people, meet people, you know, get to know your neighbor. I I've lived here now where I am for, four years, and I just recently learned my neighbors names, you know, so and that's a shame on me. You need to get out there, you need to be social, you need to talk to people, you gotta get interactions. It's it's so important, and it's healthy for you too.
You know, so, yeah, you just just gotta keep moving. That's the whole thing. You just gotta keep moving, keep going. Exercise is key to your overall health. Bodily, physically, mentally, emotionally, it's the key to everything.
[00:28:03] Unknown:
Pretty good advice.
[00:28:05] Unknown:
I think so. I I wrote that myself by the way.
[00:28:10] Unknown:
Great, Joe. So,
[00:28:12] Unknown:
now I I know we kind of we kind of flew through all that pretty quickly, so we we, but it it just so self explanatory to to be honest with you. I think this is very basic, very in but very important information needs to get out there. If you wanna have a healthy life, you need to be motive. You need to be mobile. You need to be moving around. You need to exercise, so get out and do it. You know, a lot of men deal with and and, of course, all of a sudden now you hear about, like, things like, prostate issues, erectile dysfunction issues, and things like that. A lot of that, I honestly believe, has to do with the lack of movement, the lack of exercise in a man's life. So, you know, if you don't wanna deal with that issue, I don't know any man who does, get out there and move. Do something. Keep the blood flowing through your body healthily.
You know, eat right, live right, do right, be right, think right, act right, you know, get in touch with yourself, you know, find yourself. It is incredibly important to do that as a whole body experience in health and wellness. My opinion, not medical advice, not a registered nurse, not a doctor. I I'm not a registered nurse either. I'm a form I'm a former registered nurse. Yeah. I know, but you still, you know, you still have all the official training and background. They they could they could they could take they could take your register your your license away, but they can't take away what you do.
[00:29:37] Unknown:
This is the truth. This is the truth. And I I I'm truly a better nurse, a better nurse without my licensing body restricting me. Yeah. That's a great point. So I I really was able to step into the the healer I've always wanted to be without the the college, or the licensing body just breathing down my neck saying I can't do this, can't do that, don't do this, don't do that. I mean, how do they even know, like, what I, you know, go through with patient interactions? I mean, the restrictions that were crazy. I mean, they promoted the vaccine for the nurses. They were in support of that. You know? So how do you support an organization that is doing harm?
You you can't. We're just not aligned anymore, and we probably never were. That's why I didn't really like being even in that industry, in in the nursing industry when I was licensed because it was just restrictive. It wasn't life giving. There was certainly no healing going on. So, I'm really enjoying my, you know, the the the latter part of my career where I'm a health care reformist now. And you have freedom. That's who I identify as identify with. I'm I reform health care into something that works for the health care professionals and the clients slash patients who who who visit it.
You know, there's a lot of there was there were a lot of great things and great points on that old model that we're gonna bring over Mhmm. To the new model, and we're gonna marry them. And we're gonna make, you know, such a beautiful platform for people just to come on and heal without, you know, a hidden agenda, you know, without the pressure to get a jab of any sort just to connect with the healer, whether it's a former doctor or a current doctor, former registered nurse, whatever it is. But I really like working with nurses and doctors who came from the medical matrix mafia and have seen the light and wanna do no harm now. Like, it's so much fun connecting with these practitioners, Joe, because the synergy and the alignment, like, we just there there's a there's a knowing an unspoken knowing that we get to, collaborate on and make something beautiful. Here in Florida, there's a lot of amazing nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians who, you know, they're they're really happy. They love their life because they get to do what they want to do, you know, in the sunshine, and they're not being harassed by these, you know, big medical mafia organizations.
So these are the these are the I call them the rainbow wellness warriors. There there's a prophecy that, you know, all many people from around the globe at one specific time will rise up, and we won't be discriminating against color, creed, or age, or race, or whatever. It's just these healers step forward and do the right thing. I I I ran into a beautiful rainbow here, in Venice, Florida with with doctor Mimi, and often the rainbow is a sign from our creator that, you know, we're in the right place at the right time. I saw the picture, actually. It's a beautiful shot. It's a beautiful shot. It really is. Rainbows.
Rainbows. How? When? Like, how is that formed? We just and we get to enjoy. And sometimes I think, you know, I'm gonna encourage you when you when you see it's raining and there's sun, go, you know, go look for the rainbow. This is the magic of, you know, of of planet Earth that we get to live on. It's the sign that's communicating with you. Do you know that,
[00:33:28] Unknown:
well, obviously, we all know that rainbow is as a is a result of light refraction in the in the atmosphere, and, that comes through the, the the, moisture in the atmosphere. But did you know that a rainbow actually doesn't come to an end? Like, what all we see at this level is just the arc here, but if you were elevated, and I forgot how high they say you you need to be to see it, but, you can get high enough where you can actually see how the rainbow forms a complete circle. So it's it's a it's a it's a beautiful thing. It's an amazing thing, and I I've I've seen plenty of gorgeous, gorgeous rainbows.
I haven't seen many here in Texas because I live in the desert, so it doesn't rain very often, but, that picture that you posted and I saw that that that was absolutely beautiful, and I I it was a great picture. Don't think I don't think you could have gotten any better than that. I wish I would have thought of it. I would have I would have, pulled it so we could have we could have put it up here, but, I don't think I can do that. I don't have the app on my computer. I gotta put it on here. But, it's, it it was a beautiful picture. And I like the picture you posted with the ankh. That was nice.
[00:34:41] Unknown:
Mhmm. Yeah. The ankh. Mhmm.
[00:34:44] Unknown:
So so tell do you know what this the symbolism behind that is? Can you tell us? Well, this is very Egyptian. Mhmm.
[00:34:51] Unknown:
It's like a key. It's a key to to life.
[00:34:56] Unknown:
It is. It absolutely is. And it's beaut it was a great I mean
[00:35:00] Unknown:
I I I really think this was the original, and then the cross came along and bastardized it.
[00:35:08] Unknown:
Well, I think the I think the Romans took the idea from Egypt and developed the cross with it. But as a, you know, it's a form of punishment, obviously. It really didn't have any religious significance. This
[00:35:19] Unknown:
is life and the cross. What does the cross represent? It represents pain and suffering. Jesus hanging from the cross, getting nailed to the cross for and and and dying for our sins.
[00:35:35] Unknown:
Woah. If that's not fear, I don't know what is. Yeah. But it's what comes out of it that that's that brings the hat that brings the joy. It's the fact that through that act, there is redemption. That's so that's so there is there is some life attached to it. Through through
[00:35:51] Unknown:
torture Mhmm. There comes redemption. Explain that to me because that doesn't make sense to me. Well,
[00:36:00] Unknown:
how do I how could I explain that easily?
[00:36:03] Unknown:
You walk into all these churches, there's a cross, and there's a bloody man Well nailed Okay. His his appendages. How how is this
[00:36:12] Unknown:
joyful? Let's back that up for a second. So, what you're talking about is the crucifix. The crucifix and a cross are two different things. Crucifix is is known in in Romanism, which is not mainline Christianity despite what people might think. Catholicism is Catholicism. This is a separate type of thing. It's based on an ancient Babylonian religious system, called the Etruscan mystery religions. It's a conglomeration of many, many different religious backgrounds that were hijacked by the Roman church. The first pope, was not Peter, by the way.
When they formed this religious organization, they they borrowed from different places, and so they use the iconography of all of these different things. So that's why you have the statues and all that stuff. That's all Babylonian nonsense. The cross itself, yeah, it is a symbol of of suffering, of pain, but and when I say it's also a simple, it's it's it's, an object of redemption is because, like, in the Old Testament when the is in the book of Numbers. I'm trying to scroll through the scroll through the Rolodex here. In the book of Numbers, when, the when ancient Israel was being bitten by these serpents that were sent, to basically, I I guess, highlight their sin, and I'm trying to think of how I could explain it with because I haven't looked at this in a bit, but it was a picture of their sin, and and their their lost drifting away from their God.
So God told Moses to take this serpent, put it up on us on a post, and told them to look and live. So it's putting your faith in that thing. Not a matter of work. It's not a matter of anything else. And so they put their faith on that thing, and the Bible tells us in the New Testament that that Jesus Christ took on the form of sin on the cross. He became sin for us is what the Bible says. He bore the penalty of sin, which is death. The penalty of sin is death. It's hell. It's eternal damnation.
[00:38:49] Unknown:
According to who? According to the word of God. I'm on rock right now. Okay? So I just I just said, what is the meaning of the cross? The cross is a symbol with diverse meanings across cultures, religions, and context. Here's a concise overview for Christianity. The cross is the central symbol of Christianity representing Jesus Christ's crucifix crucification and resurrection. It signifies sacrifice, redemption, and salvation. Different forms include Latin cross, Greek cross, crucifix. Like, it represents crucifixion.
[00:39:27] Unknown:
Okay? But it also it also said that it represented redemption.
[00:39:30] Unknown:
It's it's it's a dark symbol. Like, there's nothing there's nothing, you know, oh, you're bad, die you know, dying for your sins. We're we're we're gonna, you know, we're gonna kill you if you sin, and then you're gonna like, it's just messed up. That's why in most Christian churches, you don't see a cross anywhere. What do you mean? Yes, you do.
[00:39:53] Unknown:
No. In most Christian churches you don't really see a cross. That's why I'm a Christian, I don't wear a cross. I don't think I should be wearing a cross. You know, you go to my my my Baptist church here has one cross, and that was that's on on top of the church. That was it. But inside the sanctuary, there's no crosses anywhere. It's not an object of worship. It's a it's something to remind us of the sacrifice that was made for us.
[00:40:21] Unknown:
Were you there when were you there?
[00:40:24] Unknown:
Was I there at the crucifixion? Yeah. I mean, I'm not I'm old, but not that old.
[00:40:29] Unknown:
So how do you know that to be true? It's faith.
[00:40:33] Unknown:
Faith is a substance of things hoped for. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. Faith is the evidence of things not seen. Yeah. That faith?
[00:40:41] Unknown:
Yeah. The story that you were told, that we've all been told You put your faith in that. Yeah. Brainwashed. Like like like like, drilled into our head. The the you mean the story? Okay. My whole point is vaccines are good for you, Joe. Vaccines are healthy. They're gonna keep you well. That was a bullshit story.
[00:41:05] Unknown:
Yeah. It was. Absolutely.
[00:41:07] Unknown:
And and many fell for it hook, line, and sinker, and I fell for it for years. Mhmm. I vaccinated my kids. I, you know, I led mass flu vaccine campaigns. Oh, yeah. That would I agree. I fell for the story that vaccines were healthy and safe for me. Just like I felt for the story that Jesus died for my sins and I'm a sinner and the only way I can be saved is through Jesus Christ. Mhmm. That's a story. I wasn't at the crucifixion. You weren't. This is information passed down, and we're just gonna, like, we're just gonna be, like, oh, yeah. Uh-huh. We're just gonna soak it up. We're not gonna question it.
I believe there's a Christ consciousness. Christ lives in us. Mhmm. But I don't have to come to a fucking altar and ask a man that I've never met for forgiveness of my sins. Oh, and you were a born sinner. Fuck you. I was born perfect. I was born perfect until the medical system fucked me up, actually. Okay? So this is time to really get out of our stories and our in our heads, get out of our mask, get out of our vaccines, get our compliance, and rise up. It's a story, Joe. If you can't question that if you didn't see with your own eyes, why are we believing the government? The government's all wrapped around the story. How do you think they control us? It's through religion.
K? They bastardized this.
[00:42:50] Unknown:
Okay. I'm not gonna argue with you, about it because I believe in that type of liberty. You can believe what you wanna believe. I'm I don't force it any down anybody's throat, and I wouldn't do that. Never did. You know? I came to I came
[00:43:06] Unknown:
vaccination thing. I can't They They Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Religion. The churches closed their doors at the darkest of hours. The church should have been open and refuge refuge spaces
[00:43:18] Unknown:
for people to sit in one
[00:43:20] Unknown:
90% of churches in North America
[00:43:23] Unknown:
shut down. I know. I know. I I agree with you. The churches should not have shut down. Hours,
[00:43:29] Unknown:
people needed help, human connection, food, shelter. This is what the church is for. They shut down churches. And then when they reopened them again, they said, oh, vaccinated here, unvaccinated here. Wear wear a stupid little wristband if you're not vaccinated. That's the church.
[00:43:50] Unknown:
Well, I I can't speak for all of that because my church stayed open through the whole thing. So I I said 90% of churches. Yeah. No. I know. I'm I know. I understand. I'm I'm just saying that from my experience, you know, the churches around here, including my church, stayed open. But I don't know. That's just a Texas thing maybe. I don't know. But the I
[00:44:11] Unknown:
don't like that the churches make you feel really guilty if you don't tithe. Like, I've literally been sat in services. If you're not tithing, you're going to hell. Like, I've literally
[00:44:21] Unknown:
That's absolutely untrue.
[00:44:23] Unknown:
Like, if that's on a sales, shady sales tactic
[00:44:27] Unknown:
There's a lot of bad doctrine out there. There's a lot of there's a lot of people out there who think they know what they're talking about when it comes to things like that, and they they don't. It's it's part of the establishment,
[00:44:36] Unknown:
you know, these big medical mafia organizations, you know, the the the the big religious organizations. It's you owe make a make a donation to the church. It's tax free. Like, why are we marrying a religion spirituality with taxes? It shouldn't be. I agree with that. It shouldn't be. So just, you know, it's time to bust these things open and start asking the hard questions and being curious about all sides of the story, not just one. Absolutely.
[00:45:06] Unknown:
Absolutely. You know, I explore all types of all different religious backgrounds. I look at everything.
[00:45:11] Unknown:
Like, it's accountability. It's not going with the flow. It's not going with, you know, the big crowds. It's stepping out of the crowds and challenging it. Mhmm. Yeah. You wanna throw throw an egg at me? Okay. Well, whatever. Like, I've been I've been through it all. Throw me a fucking egg and a tomato. I don't care. K? Christians are waking up. They are. K? They've been brainwashed. We've been brainwashed Christians, and I'm not cool with that.
[00:45:44] Unknown:
Well, I don't think it's a matter I I think there are some that are brainwashed, and I think they're brainwashed into poor doctrine. One of the things that I've always done, and I was always taught to do was to to study, to look at things in detail, compare things, and, you know, that's what I continue to do. Like, if somebody if some I I can get along with anybody in whatever they believe. I don't argue with them. I don't tell them what they should and should not believe. I just tell them what I know. That's all. And
[00:46:21] Unknown:
I know. But you're telling them a story that you'd that that you that has just been regurgitated for, like, hundreds of years. You weren't there was no there's no evidence of it. Why don't we get back into evidence based living, not just evidence based health care, but evidence based living. Show me. Show me the proof of actually the crucifixion actually happened.
[00:46:44] Unknown:
Well, I can't show you pictures because we didn't have cameras back then, but the crucifixion of Jesus Christ had been documented by historians of that day, including, a very well known historian by the name of Josephus, who wrote extensively about the life of Christ and, and and the teachings that that, that that he performed, the miracles that were performed, and the actual crucifixion itself. There's been plenty of documentation. We have eyewitness's account in in the in the gospels.
[00:47:13] Unknown:
More about the crucifix crucification and the cross represents that. Like, that's a fear tactic. That's that's paralyzing. People
[00:47:23] Unknown:
get I don't think so. I don't feel like that at all. When I look at the when I see a cross, I don't feel like that at all. It doesn't bother me.
[00:47:32] Unknown:
But what does it represent?
[00:47:34] Unknown:
It represents the death of Jesus Christ who paid for the sins of the world. Thank you. It represents
[00:47:41] Unknown:
death. Right.
[00:47:43] Unknown:
But at the end of that, there's also eternal life. There's eternal existence.
[00:47:48] Unknown:
Stop. Stop with the bullshit.
[00:47:54] Unknown:
Okay. Fine. It's not bullshit, but okay. I I I get I get the point. That represents
[00:48:02] Unknown:
death. Okay? I wanna represent something that's life and life giving and of the light and not this bloody man,
[00:48:09] Unknown:
you know, like But that's not how he is though right now.
[00:48:13] Unknown:
You step into churches, there's a bloody man hanging from a cross. Okay? Not in all churches, but there's a lot. Mhmm. And then what what what do they do at the end of every service? Okay. Come up, and we'll pray for you. We'll, you know, we'll we'll pray your sins away. You'll admit that you're a sinner, and, you know, you're gonna go, you know, go back with your tail between your legs.
[00:48:34] Unknown:
Yeah. We're just gonna keep you online, come back to church, and come on. I've never had any experiences like this whatsoever. I I don't I don't I don't know what church you were part of, and and what they taught you, but there's nothing that I've ever been taught, saw, or experienced that describe what you just did except going into a Catholic church and seeing the crucifix, and and having them have and had them having you come to them to, to to to to have your sins forgiven, that is nothing like biblical Christianity. Biblical Christianity is a personal relationship between you and your creator.
That is that is biblical Christianity. It's not Catholicism. Catholicism is you have to come to us. We'll tell you what you can do, what you can't do. That's not Bible Christianity. Bible Christianity is a personal relationship between yourself and God. That's that's Bible Christianity.
[00:49:33] Unknown:
Why are we bringing Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins into this? Because he's God.
[00:49:41] Unknown:
He is God manifest in the flesh.
[00:49:44] Unknown:
And this is why, Joe, this will be my last podcast with you.
[00:49:50] Unknown:
Oh, really?
[00:49:51] Unknown:
That's my big announcement. And that's not the reason why. But I'm gonna start my own podcast. Awesome. That's great for you. And, we're gonna be really talking about higher level issues, health care, spirituality, enlightenment.
[00:50:11] Unknown:
Great.
[00:50:13] Unknown:
Mhmm.
[00:50:15] Unknown:
Alright. Well, before we wrap it up then, let's go over to your website your, your newsletter here for a second. I wanna show this. So these are some of the things that are being offered as your services at, Ezra Health, Ezra Healing. Some of these things are fantastic. Again, the BAM, I think, is wonderful. I really enjoy that very much, and I have started using it a little more frequently than I had been. And what's after that? Do you wanna get into sleep disorders or anything? Or
[00:50:54] Unknown:
Well, I think I think for sleep disorders, if you're having a hard time sleeping, use the, Aveda patch. I'm gonna be using that tonight. We're making a sleep balm, and it's like a meditation. It's a healing prayer. We're we're calling it healing prayers.
[00:51:19] Unknown:
I'm I'm looking at the, I have another monitor here, so I'm looking at the actual newsletter as I'm scrolling through. So I don't know. Is it coming up on the screen? Yep. Alright. So let's see. So common reasons people can't sleep, sleep disorders like sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome can significantly disrupt sleep. High levels of stress, anxiety can lead to difficulties in falling or staying asleep, inconsistent sleep schedules, chronic pain, lifestyle factors, all of that stuff. I mean, I think that affects the majority of people in this country, around the world.
And
[00:51:59] Unknown:
You know what? Once they start to wake up to the real truth, they're not gonna have hard time sleeping anymore. When you're hanging on to such, you know, false doctrine indoctrination, it's it's painful.
[00:52:19] Unknown:
And so Ezra sleep. We need radicalism
[00:52:23] Unknown:
at this point. You know, we need radicalism. Not not compliance, not like, oh, I'm just gonna get, like, a I'm gonna letter from my doctor saying I'm not gonna get the flu shot. Like, we need radical change, and you are a rainbow wellness warrior. And I'm just so excited to watch you blossom because that's where you're headed.
[00:52:52] Unknown:
Time to level up. Yeah. We're get no. We're getting there. It's we're getting there for sure. You know? Unfortunately, in in certain circumstances, I do have, I do have to be very careful with, some decisions that I make because I have outstand outland outlying issues that need to be addressed, and I cannot, again, this is a conversation for off the show, but, you know, I can't I cannot get fired right now. It's impossible, and I cannot afford to lose my job. So,
[00:53:25] Unknown:
you know You're still plugged into the belly of the beast,
[00:53:28] Unknown:
and Well, no. It's not that. It's it's it's, you know, I I I don't think getting a letter from a doctor saying that I can't have a flu shot is is problematic. You know, what I think what's problematic is if I said, okay, fine. I'll just go get the stupid shot. You know, just to keep them happy and shut them up. I think that's more of the problem. I'm at least taking a step to to to protect myself from the shot, and, in the say at the same time, you know, preserve my income so that I can continue to try to pay for all this stuff, and, and pay my bills. What about all this faith? What about all this faith? Jesus died for your sins. What about all the faith? What about that? What what about that? He'll just take care of you. I don't I don't there there's nothing in the scriptures that say anything about, you know, every every single problem that you have in the world is gonna be taken care of. It doesn't say that at all.
The apostles themselves, they suffered. Medical
[00:54:19] Unknown:
matrix. You're giving them your life force. You're giving them your energy. Okay? They're they're just using you. They don't care about you. Oh, I know that. That's that's a given. So so you're not going to elevate yourself when you're still plugged into the matrix is what I'm saying. You need to completely unplug, have faith that, you know, you are a man of skill and service. That you can be an entrepreneur and make, you know, what you do in one year, in one month. I'm trying.
[00:54:48] Unknown:
Yeah. I am trying. I'm upset by that. It's radicalism
[00:54:51] Unknown:
and and faith that God will provide for you.
[00:54:56] Unknown:
Oh, I know he would. I know he will in one way or another.
[00:55:00] Unknown:
You're still serving the beast, so so so God can't actually bless you. You're still serving the beast.
[00:55:09] Unknown:
Okay. Well, I guess we'll just agree to disagree on that part. But,
[00:55:12] Unknown:
I do understand what you're what you're trying to get at and what you're driving at, and I don't disagree with you. That's the whole thing. We're making a new world, Joe. Yeah. We are. Yes. Absolutely. You do your day matrix job at the medical mafia system, and then you do your nighttime show with people like me, and you're trying to you know, what does the Bible say? If you're lukewarm, you're gonna be spat out. Mhmm. Right? It sure does. Yeah. If you're lukewarm, you're gonna be spat out. Mhmm. You gotta pick pick a side and just be fully committed into it. You're either serving man at the medical mafia matrix or you're serving God. Great point. And you're sovereign and free.
And I just encourage you to step out in that faith, that that faith that you talk about, and watch God bless bless bless you.
[00:55:57] Unknown:
Alright.
[00:55:58] Unknown:
Well, challenge accepted, ma'am. Church is everywhere. It's not just on Sunday. Church is everywhere. Oh, I agree with that a 100%. In every in in in every setting.
[00:56:08] Unknown:
I agree with that a thousand percent. I an infinity amount of a percentage on that, because, you know, you don't need to be in a physical building to to have a spiritual connection to God. Like I said, it's a personal relationship.
[00:56:23] Unknown:
Go show yourself. Show me. Like, literally manifest that.
[00:56:32] Unknown:
Alright. Challenge accepted. Challenge accepted. I've enjoyed every episode with you. So have I. It's been fantastic.
[00:56:42] Unknown:
