Additionally, we celebrate the dismantling of the Department of Education as a step towards returning educational control to the states, highlighting the potential benefits for local communities. We conclude with a call to action for Texans to engage politically and safeguard their state's future, emphasizing the importance of local governance and independence.

Well, hey there, folks. We are coming to you live tonight from the Asylum Studios, broadcasting from the pimple on the backside of Texas. The beautiful city of Eagle Pass, and we are going to strive to bring you the best quality political talk radio we could muster without all the bluster. This is the podcast. Hey, folks. Welcome to the show tonight. It is Thursday, March 2025. It is 08:03PM Central Time. Did that for a reason. Got an email from somebody, earlier today asking me if we actually do live shows. Pretty much all because one particular day, we, we uploaded a show.
So now they call into question whether or not we're doing live shows. But we are doing live shows. I don't know if this proves anything, but there I am, live. I got the news up there on the monitor. I can't turn the camera that way. I'll I'll otherwise, I'll never get it back to where it was. But folks, we are live. If you don't believe me, shoot me an email. I'll respond to you right now, or leave something in the chat. You can leave something in the chat. I'll see it. I'll respond to it. You'll know that we're live. But we are live, believe it or not.
Alright. Well, we had something planned, for tonight. We had a we had a guest lined up, named, Douglas Robbins. Unfortunately, just a little bit before we were gonna get started for the show tonight, Douglas had sent me a message that, he wasn't feeling well, so we're gonna reschedule it for, next Thursday night at the at the same time, which will be earlier than our regular show. So we'll be starting next Thursday at 6PM central time, seven PM eastern, and, so we hopefully hopefully we'll see you there. But, kinda up in the air as to whether or not we were gonna do a show tonight, because honestly, I wasn't prepared to do anything tonight because, we had the interview lined up. So, threw something together really quick, so hopefully, we'll be able to, make it through the show tonight without any major problems. And hopefully, it's something informative for you and, something that, you'll you'll benefit from.
But with all of that said, how about we get to some of the housekeeping stuff before we get into the show? Alright. First of all, if you would, head over to our website and check out our contact section, open up that little web form, send us over any questions, comments, cares, or concerns that you might have. Also, don't forget to send over any suggestions that you might have, any, requests for guests that you might have. Let us know what you're thinking. That's what we wanna know. We want we want more interaction with our audience, and we really appreciate the folks that have emailed us. We we may not be able to get to every message that we get, but we do appreciate them and we do read them. Also, I wanna direct your attention to our support page. If you would head over to, the support tab. So, so, yeah, you can you can donate to us in that way, and we would really appreciate that. Look, you know, Satoshis, I know everybody hears Bitcoin and they hear micropayments of Bitcoin. They think that this is like some kind of, you know, given the price of a Bitcoin now is like, what, $80 for one Bitcoin? Satoshis are like pennies in comparison to a to a Bitcoin in total. So I if I remember right, I think it was the last time I checked, a hundred Satoshis is like 10¢.
So, you know, it's not like breaking your bank. So you could you could help us out with that. You could donate 10¢. Right? We would appreciate that. And that's, you know, we had a great conversation earlier in the day, and I've I've really think that you guys would have enjoyed the conversation tonight. But, you know, we'll try to pick it up again on, on on next Thursday at at 6PM. Don't forget, check it out. 6PM central, seven PM eastern. Alright. So let's see, what's been going on in the world today?
Well, we have an issue going on right now with, with with these rogue judges, these, activist judges that are trying to, through executive order, and these are circuit court judges, not even not even supreme court judges judges, but these are circuit court judges that are trying to slap injunctions upon the administration and prevent them from actually performing, their constitutional duties. Now, the president of The United States operates under Article Two of the Constitution. It gives him pretty wide latitude on, on on how we can handle specific situations, especially things like immigration and defending the homeland.
So, Donald Trump invoked a, a 200 year old law, the, Alien Enemies Act of 1798, and, designated the members of the MS thirteen and the Trend Tiaraguas. I don't know if I'm saying it right, but, you know what I'm talking about. Gangs as, as terrorist organizations. And under the authority of that particular act, they arranged for deportation flights to Venezuela over the weekend. Well, a, a circuit court judge in the Washington DC area, James Boseberg, who was nominated to the US district courts, for DC by president, Barack Obama, slapped an injunction on, on on the whole operation and ordered the planes to be returned, and, basically unload all of these murderers, gang bangers, drug dealers, rapists, you know, the worst of the worst right back here on American soil.
Without taking into consideration, first of all, that the the flights were already in international airspace, that or they were already landed in Venezuela where, you know, a a a a a circuit court judges order has no effect and no impact. Basically, ordered these planes and these flights to come back so that, you know, all of these, gangbangers could be, once again released into the, United States. Now the thing is with, with Judge Bozberg, if I'm saying it right, is, you know, he is not unknown to the the Trump administration because he had a he had a key role in the Trump Russia FISA saga from, Donald Trump's first term.
He was the judge that was involved with, authorizing the, FISA warrants and the, on on the bogus Steele dossier, which is, of course, debunked, which is extremely FBI politicized, surveillance of the Trump administration and the Trump campaign. So this this this guy is not a stranger to Donald Trump. He's not a stranger to, being involved in investigations of the Trump administration previously. So I'm I'm very sure that this Democrat activist judge didn't have a problem issuing this order and probably did it very quickly. The other thing too is that his daughter works for an organization. I I know I have the name in here somewhere, and I wasn't planning on getting to that very soon, but the brain went faster than the than the, scrolling ability.
Well, I'll I'll when I come to that, I'll I'll I'll I'll give you the name of the organization, but his daughter works for an organization that basically, provides information and legal support for gang members, foreign gang members, in, fighting a legal battle against The United States against extradition, against, deportation, and, for citizenship. So, it's it's so you can on you can easily see how this is a very very political, move. This is not something that is, for the this is not something that's looking out for the for the benefits of the American people. This is something that's looking out for gangbangers. It's something that's looking out for murderers, rapists, drug dealers, the worst people you could possibly imagine, and, that's where the priority of these leftist judges are. Alright? So, so Judge Bossberg, Boseberg, whatever, issued this order temporarily blocking the administration from using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to carry out deportations.
He also, attempted unsuccessfully to stop multiple US deportation flights from leaving the country. Let me sit down. Do I have the clip? Do I have the graphic of this? Here it is. This is Donald Trump, posted this on, on his Truth Social account. Unlawful nationwide injunctions by radical left judges could very well lead to the destruction of our country. These people are lunatics who do not care even a little bit about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect decisions. Lawyers endlessly searched The United States for these judges and filed lawsuits as quickly as they can find them. It's then the obligation of law abiding agencies of government to have these orders overturned.
So brings up a very good point. A very good point. These judges don't really have I mean, this is a this is a circuit court judge. A circuit court judge really doesn't have the authority to do what they're doing. They really can't stop the executive from fulfilling his his article two, obligations. The president of The United States, no matter what party they're affiliated with, no matter who it is, has an obligation to protect the homeland. That's what article two is all about. Clearly defining the role of the of the president of The United States. So when you have these these these, hyper partisan, hyper political or politicized judges ruling so basically what you're saying is that this judge or any federal judge on any circuit can dictate how the president of The United States moves military forces around the world.
Is that the implication here? So then who really is the chief executive of the land? Is it the federal courts, or is it the president of The United States who has been duly elected by the people of The United States? Now we talked, yesterday, we mentioned that, representative Brandon Gill of, District 26 here in Texas has filed, impeachment documents against this judge, which I think is the right way to go about it. But of course, and interestingly, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, who rarely ever steps into anything like this, comes out in defense of this judge, saying that the, the impeachment is not the way to go, that it should go through the appellate process.
Yes, I I we understand that there's an appellate process in this, but the appellate process is not gonna work in this situation. There needs to be a message sent to the judicial branch that they cannot usurp the authority of the executive branch. That's why we have a separation of powers. That's why we have checks and balances. The executive branch has specific roles and responsibilities. The judicial branch has, specific roles and responsibilities. The legislative branch has specific roles and responsibilities, and they're supposed to check and balance each other. Do you remember that from remember Schoolhouse Rock?
I'm dating myself, I know. But Schoolhouse Rock taught that very well. I remember learning that in civics classes when when I was going through school. There are checks and balances. The judicial branch can branch cannot dictate to the executive branch how they carry out their executive duties. The the judicial branch is only there to determine whether something is constitutional or not. The law that they're disputing is something that has been disputed many, many times and and has been upheld many, many times. It was a law that was founded by our founding generation. It was a law that was started, I should say, by or or or or or or put into place by our founding generation.
The law is actually older than the constitution. Oh, no. That's not true. I'm sorry. The constitution was 1786, the law came in 1798, so as old as. Is that better? Okay. I know I should be admonished for that, you know. Foolish of me. I'm I'm sorry. Terribly sorry. So now you have the chief justice of The United States getting involved in this, and of course he does it, he he doesn't he he does it by a press release, you know, which is ridiculous. I mean, this is something, if he's gonna get involved with, it needs to be sat, it needs to be done in at the Supreme Court, not through a press release.
Sit down, make a ruling on this. Now if you wanna talk about a constitutional crisis, folks, this is a constitutional crisis. This is an absolute constitutional crisis. This is one branch of government trying to usurp the authority of the other of another. But there are some good suggestions out there. Ron DeSantis actually came up with a pretty with a pretty good, a pretty good idea in, in combating these. And and what it really is is a coup, you know. It's it's a it's a coup from the judicial branch, again, trying to usurp the authority. Ron DeSantis came out and he said in a in a tweet, that, you know, Congress has the authority to strip jurisdiction of the federal courts to decide these cases in the first place.
His point of it being predictable by these sabotaging judges, why didn't congress pass jurisdiction stripping bills at the onset of the new term? To get around the 60 votes in the Senate, they can attach it to a must pass bill. And this is what Ron DeSantis said. He said, Congress has the authority to strip jurisdiction of the federal courts to decide these cases in the first place. The sabotaging of President Trump's agenda by resistance judges was predictable. Why no jurisdiction stripping bills teed up on the onset of this congress? It's a very good question.
It's a very, very good question. And he said that the instructions should be that they they were that they would be added to a must pass bill. And, DeSantis was based he was responding to a, to a post by, Chip Roy, or not a post, but suggestion from Chip Roy, of Texas also that Congress should defund activist judges. Remember, the power of the purse is with the Congress. We hold the Congress. We hold the Senate. We hold the White House. Republicans. The right. They could very easily withdraw the funding for these activist judges, basically shut them down. They should.
Because if you think that this is something that's just gonna kinda go away, you're you're absolutely wrong. This is absolutely worse than you can possibly even think. The whole point of an injunction is, and and a restraining order is is to preserve the supreme rule of unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats. The president of The United States, a duly elected president of The United States, is not an unaccountable bureaucrat. You know, more nationwide injunctions, and restraining orders have been issued against the Trump administration in the past month that were then were issued against the entire Biden administration in four years.
On Wednesday, on on just Wednesday alone, four different federal judges ordered Elon Musk to reinstate USAID workers, something he and Doge have no authority to do, ordered president Trump to disclose sensitive operational details about the deportation flights, of of alleged terrorists, ordered the Department of Defense to admit individuals suffering from gender gender dysphoria into the military, and ordered the Department of Education to issue $600,000,000 in DEI grants to schools. All of that on Wednesday. John Daniel Davidson of The Federalist said this, on a deeper level, this is an attempt by the judiciary to prevent to prevent the duly elected president from reclaiming control of the executive branch from the federal bureaucracy, the deep state, which has long functioned as an unelected and unaccountable fourth branch of the government.
This this unconstitutional fourth branch has always been controlled by Democrats and leftist ide ideologues, who, under the guise of being nonpartisan experts, mutually administering the functions of government, have effectively supplanted the political branches. On one level, what all of this amounts to is an attempted takeover of the executive branch by the judicial branch, a judicial coup d'etat. These judges are usurping president Trump's valid exercise of this of his executive branch powers through sheer judicial fiat, a raw assertion of power by one branch of the federal government against another.
Trump, with a strong mandate from the American electorate, has resolved to wrest control of the government from the deep state. The deep state, in turn, has been forced to fall back on its last line of defense, the courts. What we're seeing, in other words, is the return of the of of of the political to American governance. I would really encourage you to go to The Federalist and read this article. This is a great article. The article's called The Judicial Insurrection is Worse Than You Think by John Daniel Davidson. Amazing. Fantastic article. You really need to read this. This is well researched, well written.
Karen Levitt, who I think is amazing. She, at a press conference, she said this.
[00:33:29] Unknown:
And it's a clear effort, by these judges to slow roll this president's agenda. And if you just look at the injunctions that this president has faced, deporting foreign terrorists from our homeland, hiring and firing of executive branch of, employees, which when the president is the executive of the executive branch. You also see an injunction by a partisan activist judge, when it comes to the secretary of defense trying to determine the readiness of our troops and the qualifications of our troops in our armed forces. Does a single district court judge really have more authority over the commander in chief and the secretary of defense to determine who should serve in our United States armed forces?
Absolutely not. Anyone who has taken a basic civics civics lesson can understand that, and it's ridiculous lawfare that we are witnessing.
[00:34:21] Unknown:
Which is basically what I said just a few minutes ago. You know, these these judges are trying to run the run the executive branch When it's very clear that that the president of The United States under article two of the United States Constitution has the authority to do the things that they're that that he's doing. Carol Levitt went on to say this. 67%
[00:34:44] Unknown:
of all of the injunctions in this century have come against which president? Donald j Trump. Let me say that again. 60% of the injunctions by partisan activists in the judicial branch have come against president Donald Trump, and 92% of those have been from Democrat appointed judges. This is a clear concerted effort by leftists who don't like this president and are trying to impose, or or or, slow down his agenda.
[00:35:15] Unknown:
Six over over 60%. Over 60% against this president alone. Don't you find that to be disturbing? And why is that? Why is that? What what why is the left so dead set against rooting out fraud, waste, and abuse? Theft of tax dollars from the American taxpayer. What is it? And, of course, you know, the left always resorts to violence. You see that with what's what's taking place with, with, Elon Musk and and, and his company, Tesla. I'd want I I wanted to show this yesterday. I I didn't get the chance to, but but look at this. This is in this is in Las Vegas.
Vehicles on fire at a Tesla location in in in in Las Vegas. This is the left, and, of course, it's degenerated now to to gun violence. There have been shots fired at, at at at at Tesla dealerships. The left has always been known to use violence to get to try to try to change the political scene. And, of course, it doesn't stop there. Now you have a sitting member of the house of representatives calling for violence against this administration. Jasmine Crockett. Politicians.
[00:37:27] Unknown:
So I'll make sure that I keep it short, but I am truly here for very selfish reasons. Starting with on March 29, it's my birthday. And all I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down. Yes. Listen. I have learned as I serve on the Doge oversight committee that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that language is money. And so I've been so proud to see us organized behind the cause
[00:38:03] Unknown:
And then you have these these folks over here in, this is in Canada spray painting the front of a, of a Tesla dealership, vandalizing it. These individuals were found, and they were arrested. Again, you have a member of Congress organizing political violence and terrorism. Is terror group planning 500 attacks on Tesla on March 29? Jasmine Crockett asked activists to take down Tesla and, you know, and Elon Musk on her birthday. We just played that clip for you. That's the left. So does it surprise you that leftist judges wanna bring these violent criminals back into The United States and and have them stay here?
Believe me, they're not acting on behalf of the American people. They're they're acting on behalf of their their political donors who wanna see this country torn apart, who wanna see this country fall. That's the left. You don't see that from the right, ever. I think the worst thing I've seen of the right in the last thirty years, forty years, I I'm I'm 50 some, I'm 54. Right? So I didn't really start paying attention to the stuff until I was in my teens. So so so so so say forty years of my life, the worst that I've seen anybody in the right do is pray outside of an abortion clinic, and the left had them locked up for years because they prayed silently outside of an abortion clinic.
I think it's the worst the right has done in this country. Folks, this is serious stuff. This is serious business. We cannot let the judiciary dictate what the executive branch can do to protect the homeland. I read it to you, and you you heard the press secretary say it herself, dictating how the Department of Defense operates, dictating how the executive branch can execute its lawful duties under the constitution. This is real this is a really nothing but a judicial coup, and it needs to be put down as quickly as possible. We need the Supreme Court to step in and do their job. I wish we could say that since since there's a, a a conservative majority on the court on paper, I wish I could say that I I I I know for a fact that the, Supreme Court would rule in favor of what the administration is doing, but you can't trust it because you have John Roberts who's sold out, who's definitely a deep state cover, whether he is whether he's, compromised, maybe there there's something on him that they're blackmailing him with, or deep down he's really a globalist, leftist shill.
You got Comey Barrett, Coney Barrett, whatever her name is, who's who votes more with the left than she does with the conservative side? Amy Coney Barrett? Yeah. That's it. You can't trust the court. You can't trust the Supreme Court either. So if you can't trust the Supreme Court, you have to rely on the Congress. The Congress has the power of the purse. The Congress can withhold funding for these activist judges. The question is, do they have the guts and the spine to do it? That's another issue altogether. You have a handful of folks that are willing to do it. You have the you do, but are they going to? No. I doubt it.
If they do, it's not enough. Even if they go through impeachment on this judge, and it passes through the house and it gets sent up to the senate, they need 14 democrat senators to vote in favor of impeaching the judge. You think that's gonna happen? If you do, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona that I'd like to talk to you about. So what so what do we do? Well, we work through the system like we're supposed to. We go through the appeals. I personally think that the administration should ignore these unlawful orders and, directives from these judges, but then again, that'll set a a bad precedent for in the future.
We have to work within the system that we have. We have to work with the congress. We have to work through the appellates. We have to do those things. I mean, I I I understand that. It's not the most ideal situation, but that's what we have to work with. Alright, I think I beat this enough. Let's talk about something else. Well, in a good in some good news here, New York City, New York City had a law in place that allowed non citizens to vote, but, it has been, overturned by the state's highest court, completely shut it down. The big act the Big Apple's controversial law allowing noncitizens to vote in city elections was struck down by the state's highest court on Thursday. New York City Court of Appeals ruled six to one that the law passed by the city council in late two thousand twenty one with the support of current Democratic mayoral candidates, Adrian Adams and Brad Lander, violated the state constitution.
Quote, whatever this future whatever the future may bring, the New York constitution as it stands today draws a firm line restricting voting to citizens. I mean, folks, this is a fucking no brainer. Excuse my language. I'm sorry. But it it's just so irritating. How could you possibly think that it's okay to have non citizens vote? Do you think any other country in the world, any other country on this plane, do you think that any country allows non citizens to vote in their elections? Why should it be okay here? Why should it be allowed here?
I mean, really, folks, think for a minute. Just think for a minute. It is absolutely ridiculous and mind numbing to think that somebody actually wrote a bill, and it became a law that allowed non citizens to vote. This is of course why we need to have voter ID. I know, I understand that this is a a a local issue, it's a local election, it's not the it's not a national election they're talking about. They're talking about local stuff, but you don't think that this is something that they're trying to push through on the on the federal level? You know they are.
Why do you think they don't want to allow ID, voter ID? The left I'm talking about. And there are some on the right also that think along those lines as well, but the majority of the folks on the right are pushing for voter ID. I love it when I go to vote here in Texas, man. The the first thing they ask me for is my ID. Yeah, happy. Here you go. Don't have a problem with it. And of course, the left says that, you know, it's it's discriminatory against, against blacks and and and, you know, every other, you know, quote unquote minority group in the country.
So you're telling me that that minority groups aren't smart enough to know how to go get an ID? You don't you don't necessarily need to have a driver's license. You get a state issued ID if you can't drive. What's the problem? What's the issue? Because the left can't win an election on its on their merit. The left can only win an election through stealing votes, and the way they steal votes is they bring in all these foreign nationals, and allow non citizens to vote in elections, promising them everything under the sun, at the expense of the American taxpayer, in exchange for their votes.
So I'm I'm actually surprised that New York state, a very liberal state I mean, Upstate New York is different than than downstate. Downstate's Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island, you know. Staten Island's Conservative. The other four boroughs are are are extremely liberal, but the majority of the population lives in in in the city in that congested five borough area. So Upstate New York is a completely different world altogether. Upstate New York is generally more conservative than than downstate, but since the population is so concentrated downstate, they actually control the state.
So So you get all these far left lunatic policies put in place because they vote in these far left lunatics. So, you know, it it I'm just surprised that it that that it was as skewed as it was six to one. That the vote wouldn't that that the ability for non citizens to vote in city elections would would actually, be, revoked, repealed, whatever. So that's good news actually, you know, I mean, because I'm a New Yorker. I'm from New York, you know, so I mean, I'm glad to see that they've some common sense prevailed. Alright. So in other news, promises made, promises kept. Guess what Donald Trump did today?
Well, he took the first step in shutting down the Department of Education, the Federal Department of Education. And this is something that, that has been talked about many, many, many times. Lots of administrations have talked about scaling down the the Department of Education. Just for some history though, the Department of Education was started in the nineteen seventies, 1978, '70 '9, somewhere around there under the Jimmy Carter administration. And at the time, the states controlled, the education departments within the individual states. And, at that time, The United States was ranked at the top of the lists in education worldwide.
Well, Jimmy Carter comes along with his leh, hyper left leaning views and starts up this federal department of education, of course, which was mostly a money laundering operation. You know, doling out millions and millions of dollars in contracts and teaching contracts and union contracts and and pushing all of this far left ideology, on on your kids, my kids, you know, America hating West, you know, Western culture hating, woke more recently woke agendas on our kids. And since the Department of Education at the federal level began, The United States dropped down to 40 on the list.
We have the worst educational record among industrialized nations. The worst. And all of that happened when the Department of Education started and took over education in the country. Today though, Donald Trump made a prom he well, he made a promise on the campaign, and he came through with that promise. Now look, the the the the president cannot undo an act of Congress. Congress is the only one who can do that. Okay? So, so today was the first step. Today was Donald Trump scaling down the Department of Education. It has to all go before a vote of congress to shut it down completely, but he basically cut off the funding, and that's something he can do as the chief executive in the land.
Nick Sorda said, breaking president Trump has officially signed an executive order directing the Department of Education to be dismantled. Our children's education will now be half the cost and multiple times better. Promises made, promises kept. Let's go to,
[00:52:58] Unknown:
the president's comments on the DOE. We're going to be returning education very simply back to the states where it belongs, and this is a very popular thing to do, but much more importantly, it's a common sense thing to do, and it's gonna work. Absolutely, it's gonna work. And I can tell you from dealing with the governors and others in the state, they want it so badly. They wanna take their children back and really teach their children, individually. Probably the cost will be half and the education will be maybe many, many times better. So we look forward to this.
[00:53:38] Unknown:
And he's absolutely right. This is a matter for the states to handle. Alright? And it'll be much better off in the states because the states will have more control over what the kids and the the children in the schools will be learning. It's closer to home. It's it's it's more community involvement. It'll be better for the kids. It'll be better for the communities. It'll be better for the municipalities, for the state, because it'll all be more it'll be more accountable, it'll be more, accessible to, like the parents will be more involved in this thing, and you're not gonna have some federal bureaucrat that you can never reach to complain to, to talk about things with.
It'll all be local. That's the that's the key thing here. Local. Local. I love that they had the kids there. I love it that he had kids there. That that that was great. That was that was a great touch. And, so just like that, with the stroke of a pen, we we start off on the right track on, reducing the federal footprint on your child's education, which is huge and something that should have been done a long time ago. Okay. Sorry about that. Basically, the same clip. And then, of course, Carolyn Levitt, she gets on to, on Fox News, and she's talking about, what happened today with the president.
[00:56:08] Unknown:
President Trump is not failing America's children. He is saving America's children with this action that he will take later today, directing Linda McMahon, our great secretary of education, to dismantle this federal bureaucracy that has taken Look at this numbers. More than $3,000,000,000,000 from the American tax payer since its inception in 1979. And what have we had as a result of that investment in our children's education? Declining test scores in reading, writing, and math. Proficiency levels at record lows for eighth graders, for fourth graders, at every level, in every state across this country. That's why the president is returning education back to the people, to those closest to our students in our classrooms, and that is teachers and educators and parents who know what is best for their children. And we are excited about this event that will be here later at the in the afternoon at the White House. We will have parents and educators and students and also governors from across the country who are excited to embrace this new responsibility of educating our nation's children. I will add one more point. The Department of Education has never educated a child. All it has ever done is stolen money from the taxpayers for more regulation that has hurt our children's education. And it's about time a president does something about it, and thank God president Trump is.
[00:57:28] Unknown:
A % right, and I I would even add this. It they did they never educated a student. They indoctrinated students. They never taught a student how to think. They taught the the student what to think. And, coming back to the states where the states have more control over this thing is is the right direction to go. The less federal involvement you have in your life, the better off you're gonna be. The better off you're gonna be. Alright, folks. Well, I think, we have we have a few more things to get to, but I think we're gonna call it a night here. And, we'll come back and finish up the rest of these stories, on a a weekend edition. Well, actually, no. Before we do that before we do that, I I do wanna say one thing about something going on here in Texas.
Texas is a is a is a red state. We all know that. Okay? Brian Harrison, who's a representative for Hidalgo County, here in Texas, who I I follow on on on x, and I agree with the majority the large majority of of the things that he he, espouses and he posts and he comments on. I I do wanna show you this though. Okay? And then we'll say and then we'll say goodnight. He posted earlier today this this, this tweet, this post. So a Democrat was made chairman of the Texas House Committee on property tax appraisals. So surprise, surprise, half the bills being heard today are Democrat bills.
Democrats control the Texas House. Texans, you have been betrayed. This is voter fraud. And then he also posted, this screenshot of, of the bills that were being put up for, test public testimony. All put forward by well, one, two, three, four of the six put up by Democrats. Now if you don't understand what I'm talking about, this is what happened here. So, Burrows, who was, basically installed as the speaker of the Texas House, He's a he's a globalist. He's a, he he he has seeded the Texas House is is is majority Republican. Okay? Let me back up there. Burroughs, of course, is a Republican, more like a rhino.
And, basically, he has appointed Democrats to committee chairs, and he's allowing the Democrats, who are the minority party in Texas, to basically control the direction that the house is going. They have taken more vacation time than they have passed bills. As a matter of fact, I've I've if I'm not mistaken, they've only passed two things. And one of them was a referendum for, recognizing Beyonce. The state of Texas has a $24,000,000,000 surplus. The conservatives, the rep the real Republicans want to, want to, give that money back to the residents, the citizens of Texas, to compensate for the property taxes that Texans pay, and then ultimately work towards eliminating property taxes in the state of Texas, which I fully support.
I don't support any taxation to be quite honest with you, except tariffs. I agree with tariffs, I don't agree with income tax, I don't agree with property taxes, none of that. I think all of it's theft, because you see what it gets used for. Okay? Well, representative Harrison's correct. You've been betrayed. The globalist left has has taken control of the Texas House indirectly. They were not they're not the majority party, but yet they have a globalist Republican as the speaker of the Texas House who's giving them authority, and this is what you're getting. You're getting all of these bills, and if you really think, Texans, if you really think that you're gonna get your property tax rebates, you really think you're gonna get your property taxes eliminated, you know what? You better vote these people out.
Burrows needs to go. You better you gotta step up. You gotta put a real conservative in those positions. You need to let your voices be heard. Otherwise, Texas is gonna turn blue, and a Republican or a conservative will never sit in the White House again. And the chances of Texas leaving the union and becoming an independent nation among the world will not come to pass. So you need so so Texans, you gotta step up for this. The two flags behind me. I am not a native Texan. I love this flag right here. This one. Yeah.
I love it. I am proud to have this flag sitting behind me. I am proud to have this flag sitting behind me. I am proud to wear my 1836 club pin from the Texas Nationalist Movement. I am proud to be part of the Texas Nationalist Movement. Texans, you better step up, you better put these rhinos out of office, and get people in there that are gonna put Texas first, they're gonna look for Texas independence, and see Texas lift its head among the nations of the world. Because the way things are looking right now, it's not gonna happen. The way things are looking right now, you're gonna lose your state.
