Alright. Folks, this is Joe Russo, and it is great to be with you on a Tuesday night here from the pimple on the backside of Texas broadcasting live at the Asylum Studios. And doing the very best we can to bring you the best quality political talk radio we could muster without all the bluster. This is the podcast. Hey, it is great again folks to be with you another night. Busy, busy, busy day. Lots of stuff. Lots of stuff going on in the world around us today, and, we are really just swamped with stuff. Just got to turn my keyboard on here. Alright.
Well, hope you guys had a good day. I hope you guys had a nice night last night, and, you got settled in, and, you know, after we had our show, and I'm hoping that, I'm hoping that we brought you something last night. I was kinda out of it. Like I told you guys, yesterday, Sunday, I had a little accident here, at the house, and, so I was a little bit out of it last night. But and we had a lot of ground to cover. We had a ton of things to cover, and there were other stuff that I wanted to go into that I was gonna carry over into tonight, but not gonna do that because there's just so many things that are going on with the administration today.
And, we have, tonight show, tomorrow night show, then Thursday night, we're gonna have, we have a guest. We have Douglas Robbins, who's gonna be joining us, and we're gonna be starting early on, on Thursday nights. We'll be starting at 6PM central time, so just make sure you make that change. 6PM central time because because Doug can't stay up so late, and he has to be, he has to be in bed early. And so he can't, he can't get on here at 08:00 with us. It's too late for him over there on the East Coast. So it's only an hour difference, but and I know he's listening, so that's why I'm I'm I'm kinda teasing him a little bit. And I hope he's feeling better. That's the reason why we have to cancel last, our our our chat from last week. So we're looking forward to having him come on. And then, following that, we're gonna have, doctor Emily Trunnell, from, the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals to talk about the, NIH and the experiments that they do on on animals, and, the the horrors of that. And it's, I'm not a liberal in any sense of the word, and the I I know that PETA itself is a very liberal organization.
But, if there's one thing I think that we call agree on is that animals should not be abused and tortured in the name of science. So I I think we could all find some common ground on that, and we're gonna have a great talk. And, I'm doing my research, for that conversation, and I'm looking forward to it. It's gonna be a very interesting conversation, so I hope you guys can join us for that. And, I'll let you know when the the the specific date for that when I can pull up my calendar. I don't have that in front of me at the moment. But, lot of lot of crazy things going on today, with this administration.

And if you do come over to Rumble, see you tomorrow night too. Alright? Talk to you soon, folks.
Alright. Well, so we had this whole mess that took place, over the weekend with, the Trump administration leadership utilizing an app called Signal. Now, I don't know if you're familiar with what Signal is. Signal is a it's a chat app, like, it's very similar to, like WhatsApp or Telegram or anything like that. All of which I use, for various things. One of my favorite apps to use, believe it or not, is Signal. I think it's a it's a it's a great app. I I love the interface on it. I I think it's it's a it's one of the more secure apps out there. That's how they that's how they're touted. And, I don't have any doubts on that whatsoever.
But under the Biden administration, they approved the use of signal for official communications, for the federal government. And, as soon as the, incoming administration received all their devices, that particular app was, pre installed, I guess you'd say, on the, on the on their phones and, computers. So, so it's not it's not surprising that they would use it. Now, of course, you shouldn't be transmitting classified information across these channels. So, what happened? Well, apparently, Tulsi Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, Marco Rubio, Pete Hegseth, and about 12 other people were, involved in a group chat on, on signal.
And a, somebody inadvertently, allegedly, inadvertently added, Jeffrey Goldberg, who is a, a writer, a journalist, for the Atlantic magazine, into the chat group. And, apparently, nobody noticed this, and, the conversation was about, what was going on in in Yemen with, with the Houthis. That's what has been alleged. Now, again, it's not unusual for government officials to use these particular chat apps. Personally speaking, I if if the Biden administration approved it to be used on government, devices, I would not use it because I'm pretty sure that they're being, nefariously, monitored. Alright? Because just don't don't think for a second that there aren't still people within these agencies that are loyal to the Democratic Party and that are loyal to the previous administration and and leadership in the in the in the Democratic Party, and that are actively working to subvert The United States and actively working to subvert the current administration.
So don't think that for a moment. There are still people that are involved in these, agencies and organizations, and, you know, hopefully, over over the over time, they'll be rooted out and and dismissed and have their clearances and such taken away as has been going on, throughout the administration. But, what's happening right now is the the the what they're trying to do is they're is they're trying to blame, particularly this, this writer, this author, journalist, I should say, Goldberg, is really trying to pin the blame on Pete Hegseth. So, according to, the article that I have here in front of me from Zero Hedge that was reposted on Infowars, congressional Democrats are trying to turn the Jeffrey Goldberg signal chat revelations in The Atlantic into a major national scandal and are gunning for the jobs of Trump's national security adviser, Mike Waltz, and defense secretary, Pete Hegseth.
Now, this is a quote. Nobody was texting more plans, and that's all they have to say about that. That's what, Pete Hegseth told reporters within hours of the controversy being unleashed on Monday. So yesterday, this was, the the National Security Council, the National Security Council then issued a statement, an initial statement saying that the message threat appears to be authentic. Meanwhile, Goldberg, who says that he was inadvertently added to the group, apparently by Waltz, described that he was shocked to see war plans, quote unquote war plans, discussed in real time.
But, heads Hegseth went on to say that, that that, the claims were, that highly sensitive and, classified, information like war plans and troop movements and so on and so forth, would be, were were not being discussed. He he flat out rejected that. And, let's, let's see. Do we have that's graphics. Let's go to let's go to this is, Pete Heg Hegseth's comment.
[00:14:36] Unknown:
Can you share how your information about war plans against the Houthis in Yemen was shared with a journalist in the Atlantic? And were those details classified?
[00:14:47] Unknown:
So I you're talking about a deceitful and highly discredited so called journalist who's made a profession of peddling hoaxes time and time again to include the, I don't know, the hoaxes of Russia, Russia, Russia, or the fine people on both sides hoax, or suckers and losers hoax. So this is a guy that peddles in garbage. This is what he does. I would love to comment on the Houthi campaign because of the skill and courage of our troops. I've monitored it very closely from the beginning. And you see, we've been managing four years of deferred maintenance under the Trump administration. Our troops, our sailors were getting shot at as targets. Our ships couldn't sail through. And when they did shoot back, it was purely defensively or at shacks in Yemen. President Trump said, no more.
We will reopen freedom of navigation, and we will ultimately decimate the Houthis, which is exactly what we're doing as we speak from the beginning overwhelmingly.
[00:15:53] Unknown:
Why were those details shared on signal, and how did you learn that a journalist was privy to the targets, the types of weapons used, if you're trying I've heard I was characterized.
[00:16:03] Unknown:
Nobody was texting war plans, and that's all I have to say about that. Thank you. I appreciate it. That's it. That's it. The NSC said it was authentic.
[00:16:13] Unknown:
Now I should say too that that, that Goldberg is, is the guy that's behind the, the the Russia, Russia, Russia, stories, that came out in the previous administration. He's, he's he's well known for putting that type of sensationalist spin on on the things that he writes. And, so you really gotta kinda question, his involvement in this whole thing. Now, the bigger question is or or was, and that would it was, who invited him into the chat group? And it it turns out that, that, it was an accidental admission to the to the group by a staffer for Mike Waltz. Now, President Trump, today, on Tuesday, expressed total confidence in Mike Waltz, even after, The Atlantic revealed that he created the group chat with the national security officials, and we're talking about these strikes on the Houthis in Yemen.
NBC News' Garrett Hawkes said in a brief interview that Trump told him he still has confidence in Waltz and that he has learned a lesson. He's a and he's a good man. Hack Hake, added the president told me he believes the story is essentially a nonissue and that Goldberg's presence on the chat had no impact at all. The attacks continued and were perfectly successful. So even president Trump says that this was a nonissue. Carolyn Levitt, also posted a response on x saying that, Jeffrey Goldberg is well known for his sensational spin. Here are the facts about his latest story. Number one, no war plans were discussed. Number two, no classified material was sent to the threat. Number three, the White House counsel's office has provided guidance on a number of different platforms for president Trump's top officials to communicate as safely and efficiently as possible.
As the National Security Council stated, the White House is looking into how Goldberg's number was inadvertently added to the thread. Thanks to the strong and decisive leadership of president Trump and everyone in the group, the Houthi strikes were successful and effective. Terrorists were killed, and that's what matters most to president Trump. So, so president Trump basically is saying that, this is a nonissue. And again, this is this story is is being promulgated by a guy that was deeply involved with the with the Russia Russia Russia hoax. He's also the one who, included, or or the one who wrote the story where that the president Trump referred to, veterans as suckers and losers. I don't know if you remember that, but that was a a, a big talking point that the previous administration always threw back at at president Trump, and of course, it was completely completely fabricated and untrue.
So, this is the story really is not going anywhere. It's meant to be, I think, personally, meant to be a distraction. So should there be firings? Because, of course, you know, the left is calling for that. I don't think so. I don't think that, I don't think that the president is looking to, to fire anybody or, or discipline anybody for it. And if there is gonna be any discipline for that, it's, you know, it it would have to come at the hands of of, of, Mike Waltz, who is, gonna have to look at who he, communicates with in his department and who he gives these assignments to.
So this is something that we're gonna keep an eye on, we're gonna watch, and we're gonna see what's going on, as the story develops. Now, earlier today, Earlier today, there was a senate hearing, with, the Security Council and, even Mike, Ratcliffe, the John Ratcliffe, I'm sorry, the CIA director, who is well respected on both sides of the aisle, left and right, while he was being grilled, over the use of of the app, had this to say.
[00:20:37] Unknown:
So that we're clear, one of the first things that happened when I was confirmed as CIA director was signal was loaded onto my computer at, the CIA as it is for most CIA officers. One of the things that I was briefed on very early, senator, was by the CIA records management folks about about the use of signal as a permissible work use. It is. That is a practice that preceded the current administration to the Biden administration.
[00:21:08] Unknown:
And, of course, they, you know, they try to cut them off, because because they don't want anything going back to to the previous administration. And, of course, this is an opportunity for the left to grandstand to, you know, take take their to to shout their position over the people that are being questioned. Here's, Tulsi Gabbard, being questioned or responding to a question, during the, the hearing today.
[00:21:33] Unknown:
Contact the defense secretary or others after the specific military planning was put out and and say, hey. We should be doing this in a SCIF?
[00:21:44] Unknown:
There was no classified material that was shared in that So then if there was no classified
[00:21:53] Unknown:
You can't have it both ways. These are important jobs. This is our national security. Bobbing and weaving and trying to, you know, filibuster your answer. So please answer the
[00:22:07] Unknown:
So she I I personally think she answered the question the right way, and and you and maybe you're asking why. The reason why is is because, Goldberg already published what was being spoken about in the chat. So why would she have to even explain it? They can go easily go look at the article from The Atlantic. So with the information that's already out there, again, not this is nothing. This is really nothing that that that that that can really and nothing really gonna come of this, to be honest with you. Will there be discipline? I'm I'm sure there will be. There has to be. You know, it was careless to have somebody entered into this chat. Should they be using these apps? I don't I personally don't think so, to be to be quite honest.
To have discussions like this, even though it's a sanctioned app that the federal government says, okay, yes, you can use these on your government devices. I don't think they should be used. I think that that conversations like this need to take place either face to face, or in a secure location like a SCIF, like they mentioned. But I think to use apps like this, you're running into a situation where you you can make a mistake like this. Information like that can can get out. People like Goldberg who peddle garbage can get hold of that information and send and broadcast that all over. You know, so, you know, I'm I I don't know. Maybe I'm kind of on the fence on on on this stuff, but let me say it this way.
They shouldn't be using the apps. They should be these conversations need to be held either in person or in a secure location. If they're gonna use apps, I think it has to be I think signal's a fine app to use for that. I mean, the encryption on that is is is supposedly the top in the world. And I'm sure the devices that the federal government issues out to these folks are are heavily encrypted as well. But I think greater discretion needs to be used in what you're transmitting across these apps. You know, someone needs to be watching very carefully who's getting added into these things. And I and I know because like I said, I use the app. I I've I've, you know, I I've used it for a while now, and, ow. And just banged my foot.
The one that I got hurt on Sunday. I I've used the app, and the you can you don't you could easily change the designation, the name designation. You could hide. It doesn't show your phone number. So you you have to be careful with these things. You really do. And that's why I don't think they should be using them for these types of conversations. These, again, should be held in secure locations or face to face in person conversations, not being transmitted across these apps like that. My opinion, let me know what you think. Drop a comment down below or shoot an email about it. Let me know what your thoughts are on it.
But basically, the whole story is falling apart. Let's see. Where do we go next? Alright. Let me get rid of those. Alright. So let's let's pivot here for a few. And, you know what? Let's let's go back to, the Tesla stuff. Okay? Because, you know, this is disturbing. Every day, we we're being bombarded with these stories about how these radical left lunatics are going out destroying private property. Alright? Here's the deal. You know, when you go out and you key somebody's car, or when you defecate on someone's car, you damage someone's private property, do you really think that you're hurting Elon Musk?
You're not hurting Elon Musk. You're not hurting Tesla. What you're doing is is that you're you're taking an innocent party involved in all of in in in your derangement, and you're causing them to have grief and and, aggravation and and and frustration. In, Wichita, Kansas, and and this is the the crazy part of it that this has hap you know, this is happening all over the country. But in Wichita, Kansas, a woman had, well, she was out at a restaurant, with her family, having dinner. This woman had her her Tesla vehicle keyed, which caused thousands of dollars in damages.
And, let's see. So here it is. Does anyone know who this guy is who keyed a Tesla in Wichita, Kansas? That's the guy. Alright. And, speaking with, KAKE News, the Kansas victim pointed out damaging the car does nothing to harm Musk, but only causes financial distress that I just said, for the owners of the vehicles. And, and let me just tell you this, the woman whose vehicle was keyed and damaged is handicapped, is in a wheelchair. She's wheelchair bound. And now, she has to go out and pay thousands of dollars to have this vehicle repaired. Let's see. Let me run the piece there.
So, this is the vandal. Nice. Out there wearing pajamas, there's flip flops, you know, keying up and damaging somebody's vehicle. Alright? That's just lovely. Lovely. Here's the article. Here's the piece. Now she says she feels targeted.
[00:28:42] Unknown:
Damaging a personal vehicle
[00:28:44] Unknown:
does not affect Elon. If anything, it's giving him more money to fix the vehicle that you damaged. It's not damaging who you're thinking it is. Just before 6PM on Thursday, Abigail Gail and her family were seated for dinner at Olive Garden. Over an hour later, they left, and what they found waiting for them was shocking.
[00:29:03] Unknown:
Quite a lot of damage. He keyed this side as well, which as you can see this side, it even looks like it affected above the tire. This is a lot more damage.
[00:29:17] Unknown:
This comes less than a week after a possible arson at a Tesla dealership in Kansas City. Gill believes her brand new Tesla was targeted because of the current political climate and perception of Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
[00:29:30] Unknown:
But it felt really disappointing that this is happening in such a great country, a great state. So for this to be happening in Kansas of all places is super soft shocking.
[00:29:42] Unknown:
She says her family has had discussions around if it's even safe to be driving a Tesla anymore, in part because of incidents like hers. If she could send a message to the man who keyed her car, it's this.
[00:29:54] Unknown:
You have put a very big crisis on me because physically I am in a wheelchair. I just hope that he definitely gets the correct punishment. I hope he pays all of the damages. It is well over a thousand, possibly over $10,000 of damage. I hope that the Wichita police continue to find him.
[00:30:14] Unknown:
Gail tells me she contacted the Wichita police department almost immediately and says they're still waiting for answers.
[00:30:22] Unknown:
Now, this, of course, prompted a response from Alex Jones. It's terrorism period. Definition. Terrorism generally involves the use of threat or violence to intimidate or coerce, often with the aim of achieving political or ideological goals and is characterized by the targeting of civilians. And that's exactly what this is. This is targeting a civilian. This is this is, trying to, push an ideology, through through violence, through personal, property damage, to, by intimidating and co and coercing people. This is exactly what terrorism is. And then, Elon Musk responded as well, And, he said, wow. This is just mean and cruel. So I'm just wondering if, if perhaps Elon Musk is going to, reach out to this woman and and, and and speak to her a little bit about this. And I don't know. You never know. He might help out.
Can't speak for the man, but it would be nice. I would like I'd like to think that that's what he would do. Alright. But this is a trend. This is what's going on around the country. I remember just a few days ago, you had those two, those two People that spray painted the front of the Tesla. Dealership, in that hot pink color. They were arrested, and they're being prosecuted. This is this is what the left does. And, you know, of course, recently, they have this whole this this thing with swatting going on. You had Owen Shroyer from Infowars that was swatted. Chase Geyser from Infowars was swatted. Joe Paggs, from the Joe Paggs show was swatted.
There's a whole list of people who have been swatted, and this is all this is extremely dangerous, but this is what the left does. You don't see the right damaging people's property. You don't see the right going out and, and and spray painting buildings. Was it just a couple days ago, they they found, explosive devices outside of Tesla, dealership in Austin, in Texas here. Now could you imagine it it it was on a it was on a a weekend? I think it was Saturday or Sunday. It was on a weekend. The the the dealership was open for business. You had people coming in and out, customers coming in and out, plus the employees working, and somebody planted incendiary devices, explosives, outside the building.
Could you imagine if that if those would have exploded? It's not the right that does those things, that's the left. It's the it's the radical, lunatic, liberal left. Like I've said before and others have said it as well, liberalism is a mental illness. It's a mental illness. And if you're if you're on the left and you're and you're listening and you're watching this, I don't care what you think about that. Especially if you're on the lunatic left side of it, the the far left. Because, you know, I I because, you know, I don't wanna generalize all liberal. Let let me back it up a little bit. I don't wanna generalize all liberals as this fringe group of lunatics, but that's what's taken over the party.
And then you have you have people like, like, Maxine Waters calling for civil war. You have people like Jasmine Crockett, overtly racist. As a matter of fact, we're we're gonna talk about her a little in a little bit. Referring to, referring to, governor Abbott. And mind you, this is a representative of the state of Texas for Dallas. Dallas, you need to do better. It Makes me kinda wonder too if she if they're gonna primary her because of all the problems that I take that that, that she's bringing about. I mean, earlier today too as well, she got into a physical altercation with one of Laura Loomer's reporters, and they're pressing charges.
You know, she needs to be censored, or censured, I should say, and or expelled from Congress. She's a disgrace, especially to Texas. And she's not even from Texas, she's from like Saint Louis or something like that. Very wealthy. I think she's worth like $9,000,000. She makes a hundred and $74,000 a year as a rep as a member of Congress, but yet somehow she's worth $9,000,000. Go figure that one out. I I'm I'm kinda way off here, but you have folks like her that refers that refer to, Governor Abbott today as, as as Hot Wheels. Now, if you don't know who Governor Abbott is, the governor of Texas. And Governor Abbott, several years ago was involved in an accident where, he became handicapped.
And, and he is wheelchair bound. And that's how she's referring to him, as Hot Wheels. I thought you're not allowed to do that. I thought I thought that's that's something that you're not supposed to do. You're not supposed to, point out people's race, and people's, disabilities, and and, and people's, short, you know, things that they can't really control. I I thought I thought I thought that's the standard. I guess not anymore. Could you imagine if somebody on the right would refer to a Democrat like that? You'd never hear the end of it. It would be all over every news, channel everywhere, all the mainstream, you know, legacy media places, they'll be all over the place, never hear the end of it, but that's what the left has become.
The Democratic party that you knew from the sixties, the fifties, they're not it's not the same party anymore. Seventies even. Not the same party anymore. The the radical left lunatic fringe has taken over, and this is what they do. They're violent. They're extremists. And and and honestly, I think I think the administration should come out and and and declare the Democratic party as a terrorist organization. I do. I I think they should. I think that would be the appropriate thing to do. But we'll come we'll come back to we'll come back to that stuff in a little bit.
Wanted to talk to you a little bit also tonight about, Tom Homan. You know, my my favorite my favorite guy in, in in the administration here. You know? Like I said, I and I've been saying I I really do believe that Tom Homan should have been the AG. You know? And I I I made a conscious effort, by the way. I I yesterday, the or decision, I should say. I I'm I'm I'm not gonna get into the into the whole, Epstein stuff. Not until I see the documents out there. Because, to be honest with you, I I I really honestly believe that, we're never gonna see anything.
And whatever does come out, you're not gonna be able to trust it. It's been it's been played around with so much that I don't think for a minute that you're gonna be able to say definitively that this is the accurate information that was originally there. Those documents probably were manipulated time and time and time again. But, actually, you know what? Before we get into into that stuff, you know, let let me let me touch on on on miss Crockett here again really really quickly. So I have this video here that I wanna show you. It's about forty five seconds, little less than a minute.
But this is this is her, when I was talking about the, about referring to governor Abbott as Hot Wheels. This is the conversation. This is the venue that she was in. I don't remember if if this was clipped before her saying that or not, but this is her crying over Kamala Harris.
[00:38:57] Unknown:
Day that the person that should have been president had to deliver her concession speech. I honestly didn't know how I was gonna get out of bed. When I tell y'all
[00:39:10] Unknown:
Notice the accent.
[00:39:13] Unknown:
That I traveled this country because I knew I knew it was gonna be bad. I ain't know it's gonna be this fucking batshit, but I
[00:39:27] Unknown:
I knew.
[00:39:30] Unknown:
And and I knew that the obstacles were going to be even greater because not only was it a woman, but it was a woman of color. But, man, if you saw
[00:39:43] Unknown:
Yeah. So it it got clipped, but before she said, referred to, to governor Abbott as Hot Wheels. So I I apologize for that. But this is this is the left. Everything's every I and I think the reason why so many people are leaving the Democratic party is because they're tired of hearing this stuff. They're tired of hearing the racism constantly, the constant racism, the constant woke stuff, the constant the constant insults, the constant victimhood that comes through on this. I mean, she's standing up there, you know, she's got the wig, she's got the makeup, she's got the the the the really expensive dress, and, you know, she's putting on this fake accent.
Because that's not her real voice. That's not her accent. She puts that on. I played clips of her already for you. I don't I don't have them available at the moment, but I played clips of them before, yesterday I played one, where she didn't have any kind of, accent or twang or whatever you wanna call it. She comes from she does she's not from the hood. She comes from a very privileged upbringing. She went to private schools her whole life. $12,000 a year, $15,000 a year, $30,000 a year schools. It's all an act. It's all an act. She's the person who's more interested in getting the clicks on on social media than than actually representing her district properly. And I and I really do hope that she gets primaried. And if she doesn't and if she doesn't get primaried, I really hope that that the republican part of the GOP put somebody up that's strong, that can take her out.
Take her out of that seat. She's an embarrassment. Alright. Let's get back to, my buddy, Tom Homan. From, US news. Hundreds of criminal illegals arrested as Homan and Feds target sanctuary state of Massachusetts. Nearly 400 illegal aliens were ripped off the streets of Massachusetts as federal authorities swarmed the sanctuary state during a multi day enforcement operation this month. On Monday morning Monday morning, board as our Tom Homan announced that he fulfilled a public promise he made last month after learning that the, Boston Metro Region was crawling with child sex predators, rapists, and gang members who are on the loose despite being in The US illegally.
Holmes said, I made a promise at CPAC that I was going to Boston after reading about numerous illegal alien child rapists walking around the streets of Boston and Massachusetts. I just had to find the and arrest these illegal rapists, alien rapists, because Massachusetts and Boston are sanctuary cities that refuse to do it. I don't understand how anyone how anyone can argue with that. How do you fight how do you argue with that? Getting rapists, child rapists, child predators off the street that are here illegally to begin with? How do you argue that? How do you what's your what's your rationale for that? What makes you think that that that it's okay as as the elected representative of your city, of your state, to have to have illegal immigrants, illegal aliens, violent illegal aliens running around causing harm to your constituency, to your people, to people who trusted you to lead them in the proper way, to represent them.
How are you representing them? What type of leadership are you providing? The FBI Boston said this, 370 illegals, including foreign fugitives, wanted for murder were arrested during a multi agency targeted enforcement operation in Massachusetts by ICE and and and so on down the line. Then 370 arrests in Massachusetts, two hundred and five with significant criminal convictions or charges, including four foreign fugitives charged in convicted of murder. One foreign fugitive wanted for organized crime and money laundering. Gang members, child predators, drug and firearm traffickers, assault and battery on family members and police. Fugitives.
Fugitives wanted for murder, wanted for rape, for money laundering. Drugs, firearms, child rapists,
[00:45:08] Unknown:
assault.
[00:45:17] Unknown:
And yet the left, the mayor of Boston, what's her name, who, or something like that? Provides cover for these people? Immigration and custom enforcement ICE, provide profiled some of the worst offenders including Chilean alien convicted of four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child 14, a Brazilian alien charged with manslaughter, homicide by motor vehicle, homicide while under the influence of liquor, breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a crime, a Honduran alien who illegally reentered The United States after removal convicted of rape of a child, Brazilian alien wanted for murder and convicted for firearms trafficking in his native country. Brazilian alien wanted in his native country for failure to serve a sentence after conviction for homicide.
Someone who was convicted for homicide that fled their own country came here to hide. Guatemalan alien charged with rape and convicted of enticing a minor under the age of 16. There were also members of, known members of international gangs and terrorist organizations such as TDA, Trendyar T Trendyaraguas, MS thirteen, Trinitarios that were that were picked up and locked down. There were also large amount of drugs that were that were seized, including five kilos of fentanyl, equivalent to more than 2,000,000 lethal doses.
The DSS, the Diplomatic Security Service, is on duty. Boston field office participated in a multi in a major multi agency law enforcement operation. This is how you do it. This is what you do. This is this is how it's done. Homan does indeed bring hell to Boston. Much more to do, but it will be done, he said. Daily Wire says this, after saying he would go to Boston bringing hell with me after the Boston Police Commissioner said he would not aid ICE in finding illegal aliens, illegal immigrants, border czar Tom Homan was accused of lying about the city by its Democratic mayor, Michelle Wu. On Monday, Homan reported that he had made good on his promise and led a team that reportedly found 370 illegal aliens in Boston surrounding area with the majority being significant criminals.
This is how it's done, folks. This is how you keep America safe. This is how you keep the people of America safe. You you do enforcement action. You enforce the existing laws. You don't need additional laws. You don't need to to to rewrite existing law. You need to enforce the law. Sometimes it's just so simple. Alright. So, Donald Trump, talking about, about, deportations and, arresting, these, these illegal aliens. As you know, activist judges have been blocking, the president from, utilizing his article two of the US constitution legal authority.
The piece in The Federalist, Curtis Hill says, the courts have been an important constitutional role to fulfill, but it's not to play president. On March 7, I argued in the Federalist that the that president Donald Trump should ignore a Supreme Court that would allow a lower court to refuse to uphold the constitution and instead encroach on executive authority. Recent new encroachments prove my point. US District Judge, Tanya Chutkin, has blocked the EPA from terminating $14,000,000,000 in climate grants awarded by the Biden administrations. Funds are now sitting in a Citibank account. Judge Anna Reyes, has ordered the military not to enforce Trump's ban on trans identifying service members. And of course, she is, a member of the LGBTQ, whatever else letters come after that. Now I've lost track.
He goes on to say that these rulings are not mere disagreements, as chief justice John Roberts claimed last week when he rejected Trump's call to impeach a judge who ruled against his deportation policy. They are direct assaults on the president's constitutional power. I urged Trump to defy such orders then, and I stand by that now. Trump must confront the courts. Since January 20 since January 20, a pattern of politically motivated judicial overreach has emerged. Chuck in decision overrides Trump's executive authority to redirect the EPA, preserving a Biden era, spending.
Rhea's ruling interferes with his control of a military policy, a domain the constitution assigns to the president and the president alone. In February, a Rhode Island judge forced the release of dozen, forced the release of frozen federal funds in multiple courts, blocked Trump's effort to end funding for so called gender affirming care for minors. Alright. So I see that's that's an issue because these local circuit judges should not have the ability to impact something, and I hate to use the term nationally, but nationwide.
It should affect the district in which they are responsible for, but it but what Rhode Island says should not impact what Texas does, and what Texas says should not impact what New York does. These single district judges often appointed by past Democrat administrations issue nationwide injunctions that halt the president's agenda. This is not judicial review. This is judicial governance. Roberts' call for normal appellate review ignores the reality. Unelected judges now remember, these judges are not elected. These these judges are appointed by the sitting administration.
Alright? These judges were not put into positions of authority by the the electorate. They were put into a they were put into these positions by the administrations. Just, last week, Chuck Schumer was bragging about pushing through 235 activist judges before Joe Biden's term ended, and the new administration took over. 235. And where were the Republicans on that? Where was the GOP on that? Where where were they when when this was getting pushed through? They just basically rubber stamped these judges to get appointed and get put in these positions. In in some ways, I think they knew that that it was gonna be some kind of a challenge. Not all, I think. I don't think all of the Republicans knew that, but I think the ones who had definite say in the matter kinda knew that these were gonna be obstructionists, overreaching their authority.
Unelected judges are hijacking executive politics policies in the name of judicial review, while appeals wind through the courts, executive action stalls, sometimes for years. Yeah. And we we talked about that yesterday, as a matter of fact. You know, they they put these injunctions on these executive orders that that the administration puts forward, And, you know, they say it's for review, judicial review, but these judicial reviews take years. Oftentimes, the entire duration of a term. And again, these are not even these these are circuit court judges.
Chutkan, I think is in Florida, Bozberg in Rhode Island. I I mean, and and their decisions have an impact across the entire country? No. There's something wrong there. Something very, very wrong there. Justice Samuel Alito has warned us for years. In his Obergefell dissent, he criticized courts for imposing policy under the guise of constitutional rulings. In Trump First the United States, he argued that the majority that the with the majority that judicial overreach undermines the president's ability to fulfill his duties. These latest district court orders bear out his concerns. They do not check executive power. They seize it. Substituting judicial preference for the president's constitutional role, article two gives Trump, not judges.
And let me change that too. Article two gives the president, no matter who it is, left or right, article two gives the president, not judges, authority over federal agencies and the military. When a single judge blocks presidential policy, that judge has assumed far more power than the constitution provides under the separation of powers. Robert's statement that the impeachment is is that impeachment is not the answer to disagreement misses the issue. These are not disagreements over law. They are attacks on Trump's article two powers or the president's article two powers. If Congress will not curb this overreach through impeachment and with a with a divided senate, it likely cannot, the president must step in. Trump was elected to dismantle the bureaucracy and strengthen the military.
Absolutely correct. Absolutely correct. Not to be handcuffed by judges. Each injunction undermines that mandate, replacing the will of the people, the voters, with the dictates of unelected judges. Waiting for the Supreme Court to resolve these cases risks years of paralysis, too long when you're choking on tens of trillions of dollars in debt, and massive bureaucracy and the future of of the executive branches at stake. Trump should defy these rulings now and force a constitutional confrontation. This is not about defying law. It's about defending the constitution and the authority it grants the president, no matter who is president. The American people expect Trump to do the job he promised in an unprecedented fashion. He is doing just that. The courts have an important constitutional level of fill, but it's not to play pres not to play president.
And, Curtis Hill is the former Attorney General of the State Of Indiana. Excellent, excellent article at The Federalist. If you haven't checked it out, you need to check it out. Excellent article. And a % right. The Biden administration defied court order numerous times. Numerous times. But you see, what the what the Trump administration is doing now is, especially with, with Bozberg, is, today, the Trump DOJ invoked state secrets privileges, which basically tells the judge that go pound sand, they're not providing any more in information on deportation flights. Quote, further intrusions into the executive branch would present dangerous and wholly unwarranted separation of powers, harms with respect to diplomatic and national security concerns that the court lacks competence to address.
So, there you go. Trump administration tells Judge and Aliens Enemies Act case it will not provide, any more information regarding the flights, etcetera, and it's exercising the state secrets doctrine. Which I think is the right thing to do, which is absolutely the right thing to do. It's time it's, you know, it's like, Bongino said, QT time is over. QT time is over. We we gotta fight. You gotta fight back. You can't you can't let these far left activist judges control the executive branch. The Trump DOJ said it's exercising the state secrets privilege and informed judge Bozberg, it will no longer provide him with any information related to deportation flights. Boseberg, an Obama appointee?
No. That's he was actually appointed by George Bush, but he was promoted to chief judge of the circuit by Obama. Has been grilling DOJ lawyers about the Trump administration's move to deport dangerous Venezuelan aliens under the Alien Enemies Act, which is a 200 year old law, and the the older the older law that is, the better off they are, to be honest with you. And that has never been challenged, and has never lost a challenge that has been presented. Judge Boseberg said Trump's invocation of the Alien Enemies Act to deport criminal aliens is incredibly troublesome and problematic and threatened the Trump administration with consequences if they violate his order in the future. On Monday evening, the DOJ had enough of judge Boseberg's intrusive orders and invoked the state's secrets privilege.
Quote, the executive branch hereby notifies the court that no further information will be provided in response to the court's March 18, two thousand twenty five minute order based on the state's secrets privilege, and concurrently filed declarations of the secretary of state and the secretary of homeland security, the DOJ wrote. US Attorney General, Pam Bondi, told the judge that president Trump has plenary authority under article two to remove from the homeland designated terrorists. DOJ said this is a case about the president's plenary authority derived from Article two and the mandate of the electorate and reinforced by longstanding statute to remove from homeland designated terrorists participating in state sponsored invasion of and predatory incursion into The United States. The court has all the facts it needs to address the compliance issues before it, further intrusions in on the executive branch would present dangerous and wholly unwarranted separation of power powers harms with respect to diplomatic and national security concerns that the court lacks competence to address.
So basically, the DOJ told Boseberg straight out, you're not getting any more information from us, go pound sand. It's exactly what it is. End of the story. And I already showed you the, I already showed you the clip. So this is trending in the right direction. I I wholly agree with this. I think this is a this is a smart move. It's a great move. And, I think you're gonna see a lot more of this kind of pushback and and and, and and fight from the administration. That's what you need to. You can't sit back, you can't sit back and you cannot let these rogue activist judges control the executive branch.
Can't do it. Alright. If you have any thoughts on that, let me know. Drop them in the comments. Would love to hear from you guys. Alright. Now, of course, we already talked about Jasmine Crockett, so I'm not gonna go back to that. But, the article is here. It says, Texas, Democratic rep Jasmine Crockett believes that former president vice former vice president Kamala Harris lost 2024 president-elect because of rampant racism in America. Again, the country's tired of hearing this crap. Nobody wants to hear it anymore. It's done. You can't say it's racism. We had a black president who wrecked the country, and we're still dealing with the after effects of that, the most racist administration ever, and this is the type of person that comes out of that.
Don't care what you think about my opinion on that, but that's my opinion on it. Now, Crockett, of course, you know, she's been making headlines all year for and for all the wrong reasons. Pam Bondi warned her. We played the clip yesterday. Warned her on Sunday to tread very carefully. After she suggested that Elon Musk should be taken down, Bondi said that she's an elected public official. She needs tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk, and we're gonna fight to protect all of the Tesla owner throughout this country. Many were upset with Crockett's comments during a nationwide call of the Tesla Takedown Movement.
This is a self described peaceful protest platform that wants all Tesla stockholders to sell their cars and Tesla owners to sell their cars. She said, quote, on March 29, it's my birthday. All I wanna see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down. I have learned that as I serve on the Doge Oversight Committee that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that's the language of money. So March 29, let's see what happens. The dealerships as well as charging stations and individual vehicles have been attacked, presumably as a protest against its CEO, Elon Musk, and his involvement with president Donald Trump and the Department of Government Efficiency. Quote, I've been so proud to see us organized behind the cause be because here's the deal. The things that we're fighting for, we are fighting for our country. We're fighting for our democracy.
We're fighting for our freedoms, Crockett said during a recent podcast interview per a clip posted online. The clip led rep Republican Andy Biggs, of Arizona to to, lead another and to lead other members of his party into calling for an investigation. Think think the rhetoric is a bomb. Big said in an interview with Steve Bannon, it's not what we would call political discourse. It's not civil discourse. And so today, I sent a letter joined by a number of my colleagues to FBI director, Kash Patel, and reminded them or my and I've reminded him what USC US code eighteen twenty three thirty five says about domestic terrorism, and that's what's happening here.
And he's right. He's absolutely right. Alright. Last thing I'm gonna I'm gonna show you here. This is to kinda make you laugh, but then from here, I wanna show you some other stuff that happened today, and then we'll wrap this whole thing up. Some really important stuff took place, earlier today, by executive order, and then we're gonna go over those things really, really quickly. And I'm gonna try something new with it, so just bear with me. Alright? I'm gonna try to do a screen share on this. I've only done it twice so far, and I think it works. I don't know. You have to let me know. Alright. But, I I do have some of the clips just in case. Alright. So this is, I don't you probably heard about this. This was, a YouTube star, Eric Van Conover, thirty five, is a content creator who shares luxury real estate properties, with, and he has nearly 3,000,000 subs on, on YouTube.
Well, he was arrested on March 15, after he allegedly mowed down in New Hampshire, Bartlett Patrol Officer, Cameron Emmett, during a routine traffic stop. And, let me see if I have if I have that. First, not the. No. I have the I have the video. Okay. Yeah. So I'll I'll just I'll show you the video in a second. So, it's about it's about a two minute clip, but I think it's hysterical. Basically, this guy, he he's been arrested, he's been charged, for attempted murder, and he starts crying on this video because he says he's innocent. He's innocent because he has a lot of YouTube subscribers.
And, I mean it it's really comical, you know, and, and and and the one really bizarre part of the whole thing is when he's when he he says, if anyone dares to try to test my mental competence, I will eviscerate every single person with my intelligence right now, and that's not being egotistical. Well, if that's not being it's also not only is it egotistical, but you sound like a lunatic. Alright? So, so here's here's the clip. Great stuff.
[01:07:18] Unknown:
Because I have everything right here, and it's all been falsified. If anyone dares try to test my mental confidence, I will I will eviscerate every single person with my intelligence right now, and that's not being egotistical.
[01:07:29] Unknown:
Police paperwork says the pursuit started after Conover was going 55 in a 35. After eight miles, Conover stopped, and an officer attempted to deescalate the situation, but Conover allegedly drove at him and hit him in the leg and then sped off for another 28 miles. Our father walked in heaven. The paperwork says the officer was thrown 40 feet suffering a leg injury. Conover is facing several charges, including attempted murder. Oh, thank god. Look at me. Today in court, Conover was a figure because of his nearly 3,000,000 subscribers on YouTube and saying this was part of a, quote, police sting against him. Alright. Okay. Eric.
Eric. Eric. Alright. We're here they're here to help us. The state asks that he remains in preventative detention.
[01:08:16] Unknown:
You know, the state's position is that when a law enforcement officer
[01:08:20] Unknown:
signals for you to pull over and stop, you should do so. He has had a chance to review the police reports in this matter and denies these allegations. He does not agree
[01:08:27] Unknown:
with the reports as they are stated. The defense asked that he be released, saying he's not a threat to public and has no criminal record. Police say he was arrested Friday night for a separate drunk driving charge, which Conover denies. I've been sober from alcohol for one thousand five hundred and fifty eight days, so it depressed me on a DUI. I'm a public figure. The judge did hold Conover in preventative detention. He's due back in court next week for a probable cause hearing. In Conway, Kelly O'Brien, WMUR, News Nine. One Thousand
[01:08:57] Unknown:
Four Hundred And Forty Four Days sober from alcohol today. Welcome to episode number one of my podcast, Building Legacy. Episode one, How I Got Sober.
[01:09:20] Unknown:
This guy's crazy. I mean, he's crazy. You you realize that? If anyone dares test my mental competence, I will eviscerate every single one of them with my intelligence right now. And that's not being indexable. Yeah. It is. It's also being crazy. You're nuts. Alright. Well, I hope that at least brought a chuckle to you. So, what I'm gonna try here right now is I'm gonna try to screen share something with you guys. I wanna see if it works. Like I said, I haven't really played around with this too much, just yet. So, so earlier today, president Trump took a number of executive actions. Now I don't know if you guys are seeing this yet, but hopefully you are. Should be.
I think. Anyway yep. There you go. Alright. So, so early today, President Trump pied pardoned Devin Archer, who cooperated against as a witness against Hunter Biden. Many people have asked me to do this. He was
[01:10:28] Unknown:
treated unfairly. First, we have a pardon for Devin Archer. Devin Archer was a former business partner of the Biden family. He's, was prosecuted relating to a a fraud investigation, but notably, the tone and tenor of that prosecution changed dramatically after he began, to cooperate with congressional investigators and serve as a witness, against Hunter Biden and the Biden family. We believe that was an injustice, and therefore, we're asking you to, to pardon him.
[01:10:59] Unknown:
And many people have asked me to do this. I think he was treated very unfairly. And I looked at the records, studied the records, and he was he was a victim of, a crime, as far as I'm concerned. So we're gonna undo that.
[01:11:15] Unknown:
So that was one. And then, Charlie Kirk, reported on this. Breaking president Trump pauses federal funding, to planned parenthood. Let me back it up.
[01:11:32] Unknown:
On all federal funding, at least tens of millions of dollars in federal funding for planned parenthood. Now we should not spend any money on planned parenthood. They get over $700,000,000 a year. Between 2039 and 2021, planned parenthood performed over one point one million abortions while receiving one point seven billion dollars in federal funding. This is an average of over $592,000,000 every year. American taxpayer dollars must not be used to kill innocent unborn babies. It's a very important thing. Regardless of your opinion on abortion, hard earned taxpayer dollars should not be going to subsidize planned parenthood.
Planned parenthood is an extension of the Democrat party. Planned Parenthood runs ads against Donald Trump. Planned Parenthood did get out the vote against Donald Trump, and we are subsidizing that with our taxpayer dollars. By the way, we also are great partners with preborn, which I am a donor to, which is a pro life alternative to planned parenthood. So planned parenthood would say, oh, you know, we do mammograms and all this other stuff. Well, if that's the case, then why can't we send all that money to pro life clinics that do mammograms and they do ultrasounds Agreed. That are not like a hub and spoke that comes out of the DNC hub?
Why is it that we have to have $700,000,000 funding our political opposition Outside of the
[01:13:08] Unknown:
Agreed. Absolutely agreed. $700,000,000 a year spent of your taxpayer dollars. What else we got here? Let's see. This is a very good one. Crossfire Hurricane. Do you guys remember that one? This is that Russia, Russia, Russia thing that Adam Schiff was involved with. So, president Trump declassified all of the files of the FBI files in Crossfire Hurricane?
[01:13:34] Unknown:
Next, sir, we have a presidential memorandum. First, we have a pardon for Devin Archer. Devin Archer was a former business partner of the Biden family. He's, was prosecuted relating to a a fraud investigation, but notably, the tone and tenor of that prosecution changed dramatically after he began, to cooperate with congressional investigators and serve as a witness, against Hunter Biden and the Biden. Think I'm having a video problem there. Try that again. Next, sir, we have a presidential memorandum for your attention. This memorandum requires the immediate declassification of all FBI files relating to the crossfire hurricane investigation. This was obviously one of the instances of the weaponization of law enforcement, powers of prosecution against you and others.
We believe that it's long past time for the American people to have a full and complete understanding of what exactly is in those files.
[01:14:27] Unknown:
Which gives the media the right to go in and go and check it. You probably won't bother because you're not gonna like what you see. But, this was totally wiped out. You really do. Race should never happen in this country. But now you'll be able to see for yourselves all declassified.
[01:14:44] Unknown:
Is that correct, what you're saying? All declassified? Yes, sir. Everything? The, the FBI file with a there's a classified annex, but other than that, this, we'll put everything in the public eye.
[01:14:59] Unknown:
Is anybody going to look? What about you? You're gonna look?
[01:15:05] Unknown:
I would look.
[01:15:08] Unknown:
And frankly, the FBI should be ashamed of themselves, and so should the Department of Justice, and so should Biden.
[01:15:31] Unknown:
So this is, from earlier we're talking about the possibility that, one of Mike Walt Stafford's added Jonah Goldberg, to the signal chat. He's a total political hack and hates president Trump, but this isn't Goldberg's fault. So we'll come back to that one. And then I forgot I bookmarked it. This is Yep. This is a very, very important one right here. This one is, an executive order, to, secure our elections.
[01:16:07] Unknown:
Sir, we have an executive order for your attention on the very important subject of election integrity. We believe that this executive order is the the farthest reaching executive act. Now why would you even argue against
[01:16:19] Unknown:
having, secure elections? Why would you even argue about having to put having to present some form of identification when you go to to go to, go to vote? In Texas, I have to present ID when I go to vote. It is not and and it it is not an issue. You don't hear anybody complaining about having to present an identification card. They talk about it being difficult for minorities to get identification. Why is it difficult for minorities to get get get identification? What are you saying? Are you saying that they're not smart enough? Is that what the implication is? They're not smart enough to get ID?
If that's what you're trying to imply, I think that's disgusting. But, of course, you don't hear that from the right. You hear that from the left.

Action, taken in the history of the republic, to secure our elections among, numerous other aspects of this executive order. This is going to, cut down on illegal immigrants on the voter rolls, ensure that the Department of Homeland Security Good. The data that they have available is being fully weaponized to ensure that illegal immigrants aren't voting. This will include a citizenship question on the federal voting form for the first time. This executive order instructs the EAC, to cut, federal funding to states that don't take reasonable steps to secure their election. This calls on the Department of Justice to vigorously prosecute election crimes, particularly in states that we don't believe are in compliance with federal law around election integrity. I could go on and on for a while, sir, but, the compliance with national election day rules, cracking down and investigating and prosecuting foreign interference in our elections, revoking president Biden's, executive order 14 o one nine, which essentially weaponized government to corrupt and pollute our election process. There's a lot in here, but we believe that these are very important steps, that we need to be taking as an administration, at your direction to ensure that our elections are as secure as they possibly can be.
[01:18:26] Unknown:
K. You all understand that? Because election fraud. You heard the term? It ended, hopefully. At least this will go a long way toward ending it. There are other steps that we will be taking as the next in the coming weeks, and we think we'll be able to end up getting fair elections. Perhaps, some people think I shouldn't be complaining because we won in a landslide, but, we gotta straighten out our election. This country is so sick because of the election, the fake elections, and the bad elections. I wanna straighten it out one way or the other. The scratching of the pen. And it's an honor to sign this one.
To sign all of them, but to sign this one is a great honor.
[01:19:23] Unknown:
So that was a huge one. That that's that is such an important executive order right there. That is that I can't say it enough. You saw what happened. I mean, you you go back to, with with COVID. Right? You had the mail in ballots. You had all of that stuff, that was going on. Ballot boxes unauthorized ballot boxes. You had you had the judicial system changing election laws when it's not in the position of the judicial system to to to change election laws. Election laws in a state, federal election laws in a state can only be changed by the legislative branch of the state. And you had all these, these, these activist judges, again, the the judicial branch overstepping itself and, changing the election laws as in some cases at the very last minute, like in Pennsylvania, which wrecked havoc on the elections in 2020.
May have been a very different turnout in 2020 if all the games that took place with the ballots, and the ballot boxes, and the changing of the laws, and all that stuff didn't take place. Now the last one I wanna show you is this. Now believe it or not, this is this is kinda funny when you think about it. This is an executive order that that will enable, Treasury to modernize its payment system. So basically, it it's they're gonna be able to send electronic payments. So in other words, they only send a check they're only sending checks.
[01:21:14] Unknown:
So check it out. We have a an executive order for your attention. We have a an executive order for your attention. Sir, we have an executive order for your attention on the very important subject of election integrity Relating actually to government payments. Historically, checks issued by the treasury are, I believe, 14 times more likely, to become the subject of fraud than electronic transfer payments. This is an executive order that's going to push the Treasury Department, to modernize its payment system, to ensure that, where possible, they're using electronic methods of payment as opposed to paper checks in order to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse in the government, which is obviously an endeavor that we've, we've we've been pursuing in numerous aspects of government under your leadership.
[01:21:58] Unknown:
It's basically modernization of equipment and methods, and it's something that, really, I think he's gonna be a great secretary of the treasury wanted, Scott. And, so we're doing this, and we have other modernization programs going on. We could let somebody else, whoever is next, whoever that may be, do it, but it's something that should have been done twenty five, thirty years ago.
