In this episode, we dive into a whirlwind of topics, starting with a personal anecdote about a weekend mishap involving a pot of boiling water and a French bulldog, leading to an emergency room visit. Despite the injury, the show must go on, and we bring you a packed episode filled with political discussions and upcoming guest appearances. We reflect on a recent conversation with Bob Lament from Static Radio, which garnered significant attention and downloads, and tease future episodes featuring intriguing guests like Dr. Emily Trunnell, who will discuss controversial NIH practices.
We also explore the shifting political landscape, with Gen Z showing a surprising conservative tilt, and delve into international politics with Canada's new Prime Minister, Mark Carney, and his challenges. The episode touches on domestic issues, including the Biden administration's handling of immigration and the controversial deportation of gang members. We discuss the role of federal judges in political matters, the ongoing saga of the Epstein files, and the impact of social media rhetoric on public discourse. Join us as we navigate these complex topics with a blend of humor and critical analysis.

Alright. Hey, folks. It's Monday, March 2025. And we are broadcasting to you live tonight from the pimple on the backside of Texas, the beautiful city of Eagle Pass, live at the Asylum Studios. And folks, we are gonna do the best that we can tonight to bring you the best quality political talk radio we could muster without all the bluster. This is the podcast. Well, what do you think? New track? New music? Kinda liking it. Not too bad. I like to change it around every now and then. Alright, let's bring it down. Alright. Well, folks, I hope you guys had a great weekend. I hope you had a better weekend than I did. My weekend started off pretty good, but unfortunately, I had a bit of an accident yesterday here at the house.
And, I was I was cooking, and, I had a pot of boiling water on the stove. And, I, I was moving the the pot from the stove to the sink. And those of you that have been watching for a while and or at least listening for a while know that I have two French bulldogs, and, my buddy Charlie loves to lay at my feet no matter where I am, no matter what I'm doing. And one of his favorite spots to lay down is on the mat right in front of the sink, and, he must have been laying there chewing on one of his toys, and I was not aware of it while I was cooking. And, unfortunately, I tripped, And some of the hot water, the boiling water spilled out of the pot right onto my foot.
And, I could not get I was only wearing socks. I didn't have shoes on. I could not get the sock off fast enough, and I ended up severely, severely burning the top of my foot. When actually when I got the sock off, it took off the layer of skin with it. So, I spent yesterday evening, in, the emergency room, taking care of this very, very, very bad burn, and I'm telling you, it is extremely uncomfortable. Like, if I was if it wasn't so gross, I would actually put a picture of it up here on the screen, but I don't wanna scare anybody. It's really bad.
I, it it's it's just really bad. And, so I, so that's how I spent my Sunday evening. And then, today, kinda just obviously, I couldn't go to work because I can't put a shoe on. So I I ended up sitting around the house and, just hanging out with the kids and the dogs. And, that's it. And so we put together a show and say, well, you know, the show must go on. You know, my foot might hurt, but my mouth don't. So at least not at the moment. Some of the things I might say might hurt, but you know, that's okay. That's fine. But, we have a, a loaded a loaded show here for you, today. We have a lot a lot of news to talk about, a lot of things to talk about. Got a lot of clips, got a lot of audio, got a lot of everything.
And probably I have too much of everything, so we might not get to it all tonight. But I I don't think that's an issue. Right? I don't think you really care. But before we do get into tonight's show, I forgot. So Friday, very interesting show that we had on Friday. We we interviewed Bob Lament, from static radio. Not really interviewed. This is more like we just had a chat. And, I don't know about you, but I wasn't expecting to sit down and interview, a cartoon character. So but, it was fun. I I enjoyed the conversation, and and I do appreciate the feedback that I've gotten from, some of the folks that, that were watching and, have since watched it. I think it was the most downloads or most views I've had on a on a show since we started doing this particular podcast.
So that that was that was great. And, it was a it was a lot of fun conversation. You know, we covered a lot around, and they talked about, talked about ghosts and UFOs and all kinds of weird stuff. But, but we're gonna have them on again. We'll let you know when that's gonna be, so hopefully, you'll be able to check it out. Really looking forward to that. We got a a few I got a few guests coming up this week too. Thursday night, we're gonna have, we're gonna have somebody on the show Thursday night, so be sure to be here for that. And then, the following week, we got, we're gonna have, I think it's next I think it's the following week. We're gonna have, doctor Emily Trunnell, who's gonna come on. We're gonna talk about the, waste, fraud, and abuse of, NIH and, the, absolutely inhumane experiments and, and things that they do to animals, in, in the NIH.
And, you know, what Fauci did and all that stuff. So, that's gonna be a very interesting conversation, and we're gonna be starting the show a little bit early, though, on on those nights, so, just be sure to check it out. And, just head over to the website, Joeroos.com. That's Joeroos.com. Remember, we changed the website, so that's it right there. Joeroos.com. So you can, get more information about that. And, if you, if you care to, we do have a mailing list that you could sign up for, and, we would really appreciate that. This way, we can keep in touch with everybody. It's probably the best way to do it also because I really don't like to hang out on social media too much. So, in between shows is probably the best way to get in touch with everybody. So, if you can, just head over to the website, and a little pop up is gonna come up there. You could fill it out right there, or go to the contact section on the website and, sign up there. Also, we started streaming on Twitch today. This is the first show on Twitch.
And, so so to the, one person that's logged in right now, thank you. Appreciate it. Help spread the word. Like they got more people listening and watching. However, if we don't have too much of a of a following on Twitch, we're gonna cut the stream, just like we do for, YouTube and on x. So and we'll just be exclusively streaming on Rumble. And, there will be a time when we're gonna stop streaming on on, YouTube also. Very interesting thing. I I I've only posted a couple of shows, the entirety of shows on on YouTube. And, already got a couple of strikes, for that for that stuff. But, the a couple days ago, I got a notification saying that, they suspended a portion of my account, and, which I thought was really interesting. They they suspended the business portion of it, which is weird because, you know, I I don't really post anything.
And we only post the first twenty minutes of the show, which we don't get into any of the subject matter that we normally would talk about. That's just basically the housekeeping stuff like all this here. And, so it was weird to get that, and I'm just gonna take that as a sign of things to come. And, I'm really not getting any traction on YouTube anyway, so it's not gonna be any major loss. But, you know, if you are watching on YouTube and you wanna switch over to Rumble, that's where we are, and that's where we're gonna be broadcasting exclusively from in just a few moments. So, you can head over there. Even though the screen may go dark, we are still live on Rumble. So you go to rumble.com/joeroos, and we will see you there.
Alright. Now let's see, just some of the housekeeping stuff. So don't forget to head over to our website, open up the web form, the contact information right there. Just send it on over to us, and, let us know you're out there. Ask us any questions, comments, cares, concerns, whatever's on your mind, whatever you whatever you're thinking about, any questions about what we've been what we have talked about, what we are talking about. And, if you have any suggestions, I think we can do better. And don't say script things because I'm really trying not to script things. So and I do know I have to move the camera. So because I'm looking sideways. I I just I realized that tonight. So, we'll do that at another time, so I'm not, fussing around with this stuff.
Let's see what else. If you don't wanna use the web form, that's fine. Email us at [email protected]. That's [email protected]. Also, don't forget the support button. And remember this is a value for value podcast, and all that means is that if you're watching, if you're listening, if you're getting anything of value from what we're talking about here, we're just asking that you return that value in the form of a donation. You could donate your time, your talent, or your treasure, your time, just maybe you can help us out doing some research. Maybe you can help us out with, with anything that, you know, all the clerical work that we have to get done, maybe managing the mailing list or the website, or the social media accounts for us, and, you know, whatever it might be.
Your talent, maybe you're great at web design. Maybe you're good at sound engineering. Maybe you're good at, producing the podcast. We could always use some help with that, considering that this is technically a one man operation. It would make it a lot easier if we had somebody working on the other side of it, so that would be great. So, perhaps you can do that. Or you have your, treasure, which is your your money, your finances. So, to do that, you could do a number of different things. You have our one time donation any amount, that you feel is appropriate for, what you're getting out of the show, or you could join up and sign up to one of our producer tiers. Okay? Now we have the associate producer tier for a monthly recurring donation of $17.76.
You also have our producer's tier, which is a monthly recurring donation of $18.36. And then, of course, we have the ultimate. We have the executive producer tier, which is a monthly recurring donation of $25 a month or more. Now all three get the same basic, perks, if you wanna call it that. Alright? And that is you get the shout out on every show. You get included in all the show notes, your name is included in all the show notes, and, any any emails or any notifications that we send out. Alright? But with the executive producer tier, you get all of that plus you get the opportunity to be on the show with us for a segment.
And we would book that with you. We would set it all up in advance. It wouldn't be like a spur of the moment thing. And, you know, we'll go over the stuff we're gonna talk about, and, you would you would join in the segment with that. We've done it before. We had, one of our executive producers was here, actually. I know him for many years. He was here with us, and so he did the show with us for, for about a week. It was great. We had a lot of fun, got a lot of things covered, and, it was it was great. Love to do it. So that kinda gave us the idea to continue on with that with anybody that is, that that's willing to step up to the plate and join up with that executive producer tier. So again, one time donation any amount. Associate producer, credit for a monthly recurring donation of $17.76.
Producer tier for $18.36 a month, monthly recurring donation. Or $25 a month or more gets the executive producer tier, and you get the guest spot on the show plus all the perks of the other two. Alright? So, you can definitely help us out that way. We do need the we do need the, the the fight the the, the the financial donations, to help kinda, you know, keep everything moving along here. Alright. Also wanna remind you folks that, that the podcast, the show itself, is a registered affiliate with the alexjonesstore.com. All you need to do is use our affiliate code, which is the alexjonesstore.com/joe.
That's the alexjonesstore.com/joe. And when you get over there, you can shop a catalog of high quality vitamins, supplements, and, patriotic apparel. There's a bunch of great stuff going on there right now with the Alex Jones store, so so you're gonna get a lot of great vitamins and supplements. I've told you many times. I I take the ultimate Irish sea moss right here. You got the capsules, you got the gummies, the ultimate turmeric we take here. Also, I've got the atomic defense. This stuff is phenomenal. I love this stuff. I gotta get some more of them. I'm almost out. And then, of course, we take the optimal human, which is a a powerful probiotic, over 10,000,000,000 probiotics in that thing, plus a load of, additional vitamins and and and nutrients that are loaded into that powder. You mix one scoop of it in, like, 10 eight to 10 ounces of water, and, you could also, a guy actually, I I heard someone say that they they, they put some lemon juice in it, some fresh lemon juice, and that's I tried it out. That is really good. I mean, this stuff is strong. It tastes, you know, it's a little harsh.
I I always say it it tastes like liquid grass, but really what it tastes like is more like a like a like a like a black tea almost. And, you, you but you put that that fresh squeeze of lemon in there, that really, really helps out. So try it out. You're gonna like it. And when you sign up for it, and you sign up for a monthly, subscription to the product, your first month you get 50 off. So, so it's really it's worth it. It's it's a good product. You're gonna love it. It's gonna give you a steady flow of energy throughout the day. And so definitely try it out. The alexjonesstore.com/joe. And they're also I I don't have one.
Not yet, anyway. They also have this beautiful trench knife that they're selling, and, it's it's I think it's, like, a hundred $50. But it's a beautiful 10 inch blades, black. The black, brass knuckle handles. It's engraved with the, the Infowars logo on the bottom of it, and, it is a beautiful, beautiful, piece. So I'm I'm looking forward to getting one, and, which it should be soon. And, you should look at it too. It's it's really it's a nice piece. It's it'll be a collectible, should InfoWars actually have to shut down for any, anytime soon. So definitely something you wanna look at and see if you can get your hands on.
Alright. Also, for the folks that are listening on the audio stream, I just wanna invite you to head over to you, to rumble.com/jorooz. That's rumble.com/jorooz. You know, it's, it's easier to watch it than to be just have it described to you. You get a better idea of it. So, just head over to rumble.com/joeroos, and and make sure you like, subscribe, and share it with your friends, your family, and your followers, and hit the notification bell, this way you're so you know every time we have a new show. Or or you can head head over to your app store, and you can download the app for free.

Now, Rumble Premium, you can get it for as low as $10 a month, and it's a it's great product. I am a Rumble Premium subscriber myself, and, it's great. I love it. So check it out. I think you'd be really happy with it. It's infinitely better than YouTube. There's no real censorship or anything like that on Rumble. You can pretty much say what you gotta say, and, you don't have to worry about getting, locked out and suspended and strikes and all that. Although they do have those features because, you know, you know, for legal compliance and, you know, things like that. But, man, you got it's it's it's a stretch to get something like that from, through rumble. So, head over there. Check it out. I think you'd really, really like it. Alright. Well, now that, all of that stuff is, kinda out of the way, what we're gonna do now is we're gonna say, adios to the folks on Twitch. Thank you for, jumping on and and checking us out, whoever it is that's watching.
And, also to the folks that are, watching on YouTube and on x. We don't know who's on x. We can't tell, on the studio app here. But, for the folks that are watching on YouTube and Twitch, thank you so much for taking the time to be with us here. Don't forget, we're gonna be streaming live on Rumble once the feed gets cut. We'll still be here, still doing the show. Alright. Having said all that stuff, folks, we will talk to you very, very soon. Take care. Have a good night. Hopefully, we'll see you on Rumble. Alright. Well, now that it's just us, and, we can get down to business here. Let's get some let's get some coffee.
You know, I also changed the, the, the ending track too. It made it a little shorter. So I know some some folks like the happy trails, but we we we changed it. Alright. Let's see. So what do we got here? Let's switch this around, pull up all of my headlines. Alright. So a lot of stuff going on this weekend. A lot of stuff took place Friday to Saturday. So it's, it's it's been a bit very, very busy news cycle. And, as I was going through some of the articles, the and some of the websites that I go to for my my show stuff, I came across this article from Hot Air.
And this is something that, you know, it was pretty obvious, that it was taking place, but really very surprised, at at just how drastic of a of a change it has been. And, David Strom from hot air, posted this article. Democrats have lost the youth vote. New York Times writer says that, Dems are getting destroyed as data showed Gen z the most conservative generation in decades. As your client suggested that the Democratic assumptions about youth support have proven completely false amid president Donald Trump's return to power. Alright. So, this is this is actually, you know, really good news for the Republican Party.
Not such good news for the Democrats. And the reason why, the Democrats are losing this particular age group is because of they this age group is looking at the reality of what the Democratic party is is, is selling. It's really not the mainstream stuff. It's really not something that people can easily get behind. You know, the whole woke agenda is is is not really, diverse. Well, it's diverse, but it's not really equity. It's not, equality. It's it's not really inclusive when you really look at it carefully enough. You realize that that, that that this DEI stuff is really discriminatory against other groups.
Alright? It's either you're part of the the woke crowd or you're not, and, there is no there is no room in the woke crowd crowd if you're not part of the woke crowd. So I think Gen z sees that, and they and they see that a lot of the things that that the that the liberals, have been advocating for and pushing for just don't line up with their values anymore. So Gen z is making that switch. They're coming on over to, to the right, and, and that and that's great news. Among young voters, younger than 26, the majority of, the only race by gender group to have majority support for Harris are women of color.
White men, white women, and men of color are younger than 26 all supported Trump at rates greater than 50%. I mean, that's a real shift. That's a huge shift. That that's that's and and, I mean, it is what it is. Young people have gone from being the most progressive generation since the baby boomers, and maybe even some ways more so, to becoming potentially the most conservative generation in the last fifty or sixty years. And again, that's great news. That's great news for the Republican party. That's great news for conservatives. Now we just gotta make sure that we keep the conservatives conservative.
We keep the MAGA direction that we've been moving in, because that's what people are attracted to. They want America First. They don't want America last. They don't They want to put the American people before anything else, And there was absolutely nothing wrong with that. There was nothing no matter what the left tells you, there's nothing wrong with with, with being patriotic. There's nothing wrong with, being a nationalist. I mean, that there the founding generation were nationalists. They believed in their sovereign countries. So this is great news. This is fantastic news. I was really I was really very interested in reading this.
Also, what else? Let's see. So what else took place over the weekend? Well, we know that, that our neighbors to the north, the fifty first state I'm not serious, but, you know. So the fifty first state, our neighbors up north there in Canada, Justin Trudeau, has finally stepped aside, and, they have a new, prime minister by the name of Mark Carney. And, well, he's he's trying. He's trying to to play hardball with, with president Trump. And, let's see. So he's yeah. So he's trying to play hardball with president Trump, and, basically, he is currently, at this time, blaming president Trump, for having to call a, having well, declaring basically a crisis, and having to call for a snap election.
So, Red State reports this. Let me see. Where is it? Alright. Here we go. As I wrote about last week right here on the pages of Red State, the rumor over in Canada, was that the new prime minister, Mark Carney, was going to call a snap election. So basically, what that means in in in the, parliamentary, system that Canada has is that they're gonna basically call for an election, sooner, than there's than than than then set out in the law. Alright? And and the the doing that now to try to gain advantage off of the polling that favors the current government. So, they're looking to call for this, this snap election sometime, as maybe even as soon as the April.
Alright. So, the, so what this article here, that, that red states referring to, shows that polling since Trudeau stepped down is tilted into the favor of the Liberals once again after the son of Fidel, stepped down. In January, Canadian pollsters and political pundits struggled to find fresh ways to describe the bleak bleak prospects of Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party musing whether it would be a wipeout of an existential proportions or merely catastrophic blowout. But fresh polling released by three companies this week show a stunning reversal of fortunes for the party.
Newly minted prime minister Mark Carney's Liberals are projected to secure majority government. Now I just wanna say this to the folks in Canada. Look, you guys have suffered and struggled, like we all do, under a Liberal government. Why are you going to do it again? Why are you going to put another Liberal government in place? Why? What's why would you do that to yourselves? Canada's new prime minister, Mark Carney, is likely to call a national election for, April 28, potentially as soon as, this Sunday, multiple news, outlets report. With Canada's businesses reeling from a trade dispute with The US, Carney, a former two time central banker, is expected to pitch himself as the candidate best equipped to take on Donald Trump. The 60 year old political newcomer took over as the leader of the Liberal Party after former prime minister Justin Trudeau stepped down from his nine year term. Prime minister's now announcement to call an election and request the solution of parliament will kick off a five week campaign for Carney and his political opponents.
So they they believe that this gentleman, Mark Carney, is is is better equipped than any other at this point, to, counteract what, president Trump is is looking to do. Now the thing is Canada is a very is a large welfare state. Alright? Canada leans left center. So all of the talk about Canada becoming the fifty first state, like I I said earlier, I was, you know, joking with that, is is not what I would wanna see. I would not wanna see Canada as the fifty first state. Again, they're they're left center leaning. It would completely change the electoral college. And and because it's a it's a large welfare state, it would do it it it would just ensure that the Republicans would probably never win in their election again.
I I just don't see how the Canadians are would would subject themselves to because they look. Under the Liberal government of Justin Trudeau, they they saw, people were were debanked. People were thrown in jail, for expressing, disagreement with the government's lockdowns over COVID. They were debanked over it. Remember that whole trucker thing that took place, with, up up there in Canada where, they were essentially the the their their their bank accounts were frozen. They weren't allowed to take out any money. They couldn't pay bills. They couldn't do anything. And the government basically locked them down.
Similar things happened here in The United States, but not to the extent that it was taking place up in Canada. So, for the Canadian gov to for the people of Canada to to wanna bring in another liberal government, if that's the direction they wanna go, then I don't want the fifty first state to be Canada. Alright. That's enough about that. I don't want I I don't wanna talk about Canada. I have a good friend in Canada. So, anyway, so have you, have you has have you been following along with, with Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez running around, the country here, having these rallies and and, and, you know, stoking up all of this. And then, of course, bragging about the numbers, you know, trying to make it seem like it's where they're relevant when most of these people are probably paid to be there. Because that's what Democrats do. They they pay people to show up to rallies and protests and and whatnot. I can't find the right spot for the mic.
So the, so, so anyway, so they've been running around the country together, and it they're kinda looking like the dynamic duo, you know, the socialist dynamic duo. And, just this past weekend, Bernie Sanders, actually left an interview abruptly, during a a pre tape segment on ABC, that was supposed to that, that aired this past Sunday, yesterday, after the after, ABC's Jonathan Karl asked him a question about whether or not Alexandria Ocasio Cortez should run for the Senate. Well, apparently, Bernie got extremely upset at that. And, let me see if I have that available here.
Yep. Okay. We'll get to that in a second. I do have it. So so he got he got really upset, which which I don't I don't know if I'm surprised by that or not, but, but he did. And, during the interview, I mean, he praised AOC. He he he talked about how, you know, she has she she she's extraordinary, and she has a a bright future in in the party, and and and and on and on and on about that stuff. But, but he wouldn't when Jonathan Karl asked him about her running for senate, he wouldn't, he wouldn't say whether or not he would support her. Instead, what he did is he he brushed off the whole thing, as as as nonsense.
And, let me see this. Let me let me play the clip for you. Alright. So this is Bernie, who who's basically just not having it with, with AOC.
[00:31:08] Unknown:
Back when when I first came to the congress in the house, I helped form the progressive caucus. We had five people at that time. Now they got close to a hundred. So you got a whole lot of good people. Alexandra is extraordinary. I am so impressed by her work in Congress and her just she inspires young people all over the country. Would you like to see her join in the Senate? I right now, we have, as I said, just a whole lot of people in the Congress. Okay, Jonathan. Thanks. Wait. I got one more. I got one more. This is important. Well, I ask you okay. You know, you wanna do nonsense, do nonsense. No.
[00:31:41] Unknown:
I I don't wanna talk about inside the Beltway stuff. I got 32,000 people. I was just asking about AOC because she was out there. Fine. But I don't wanna talk about this. What was the last question? I was gonna ask you one more question about you. I mean, that that's all. I'm just I was literally your last What what is your question? Well, I mean, it's easier to understand. I mean, I I I wanna ask you you about your future. This is the biggest crowd you said. You you ran for president twice. This is the biggest crowd you've ever seen. Are we gonna see you run again? Or what what what's your what's your future? Right now, I am very proud
[00:32:12] Unknown:
that the people of the state of Vermont sent me back to the senate with 63% of the vote. World. Right now, I'm Vermont's senator. That's what I do, and I'm very happy to do it. I am 83 years of age. So and I'm tired. Alright. Art
[00:32:28] Unknown:
So so boy, where where did that come from? Right? I mean, just abruptly gets up, storms off, talking about this is nonsense, nonsense. I'm not gonna talk about beltway stuff, which I don't I'm not sure what the Beltway stuff, reference was all about. But, you know, he did go on and say that he is 83 years old and he is tired. So, you know, hopefully, this is the last of Bernie that we'll see. But, but, AOC has not come out and said anything about whether or not she plans to run, for for senate. Although, there is a lot of speculation. There's a lot of speculation that that she is gonna primary Chuck Schumer because of his, his caving, in their perception, his caving to, to the the continuing resolution that, that the Republican party pushed through, just a couple weeks ago.
So, but there is a lot of division within the Democratic Party. Democratic Party, as you and I have known it, is, is is not not really doing very good. Not really doing very good at all. And, I'm I'm not gonna say I'm upset by that, but, you know, it's it's just it's the way it is. The Democratic party has left rational thinking. They have left the mainstream. They have gone completely fringe. They've gone woke. And we're gonna get to more of that stuff, in just a little bit. And then we'll we'll we'll we'll cover a few examples of the lunacy of the left.
Alright. So just a couple of mentions of things. So, I saw this also. The IRS, may help ICE track down illegal aliens for deportation. As a matter of fact, if I'm not mistaken, no. I'm sorry. That's the FBI and the ATF. Never mind. So the Internal Revenue Service may soon use taxpayer databases to help immigration and customs enforcement, ICE, locate illegal aliens for deportation. The tax agency is close to an agreement with ICE for agents to cross check key information on aliens with a taxpayer database, such as home addresses.
DHS, which oversees ICE, would not have direct access to IRS systems, but would be able to verify information with IRS agents according to the New York Times. So, so they're trying to drag this net, make it a little tighter and a little bit more difficult for, for illegals to, to to continue to run around, in the country. Alright. Venezuela. We're not gonna spend any time on this. I'm just gonna just quickly comment on it. But, Venezuela has, resumed, open skies and, accepting repatriation flights from The US. So, that's that's good news. We'll get more of these folks back to where they belong.
Alright. So, let's take a minute and talk about this. So, there's obviously, there's been a, a spate of violent attacks against Tesla. There's been, of late and this is not in any way trying to diminish or minimize the the absolute horror of school shootings, but it just seems like, of late, the more recent school shootings have been by people who are identifying as trans. It just seems like that the the the how do I put this? Well, actually, let me just go to the article that I'm referring to. This is from Wokesby. Are we getting closer to recognizing that transgender is transgenderism is not a normal state of mind?
Of course, everyone but leftists and democrats knows that it's not normal to believe you're in the wrong body to claim that you're the opposite sex from which you are. But collectively, as a society, we've come to place come to a place where it's considered controversial to state the bleeding obvious that it's a mental illness. Sane, stable people are afraid to to say out loud what everyone knew before the past ten years. Now we're paying the price in multiple ways. Children are being given sex change surgeries or being chemically sterilized for life, as if that's not shocking enough. But what's worse is that in most cases, the parents are doing it or allowing it to happen. And if someone told you that, in fifty years, we'd be amputating the legs of children who claim they were trans paraplegic, you'd say no way, but you would be wrong. Look what's already tolerated or even celebrated.
For a growing obvious number of people who claim to be trans, the mental derangement isn't the soft and sympathetic kind either. Their behavior looks much more like a cluster b personality disorder, the family of derangements that includes clinical narcissism and psychopathy. Take the trans vegan cult known as the Zizans Zizans or Zizians, sorry, that have allegedly, been murdering its way across The US. This motley Crew has members charged with murdering one of the members' parents. Another member is charged with the murder of, border patrol agent David Maland during a traffic stop in Vermont in January of twenty twenty five. Or take a look at some of the suspects rounded up for firebombing Tesla car dealerships and service centers. Yes. Each one of them this is this right here.
Each one of them, including the very obvious men, not even making an effort to claim to be trans women, this the violent threats from this cohort keep ramping up. Twitter or ex users, Gunther Eagleman, has, reposted this brazen threat of murder against Republicans posted on TikTok by a man who says his name is Scarlett Blossom. Let's, let's let's pop that over. Got a little ahead of myself there. I'm sorry. But, where is so this is Scarlett Blossom.
[00:38:52] Unknown:
Hello. My name is Scarlet Kelly, and I am officially declaring war on the Republican party. If you are a Republican on TikTok and you want to interact with me, you deserve to die. You deserve to be shot. You deserve whatever suffering could possibly come to you. If you are a Republican and try to start any of that, kind of nonsense with me in person, you will lose your life. This is war. I am not joking. It's done. You are not an American anymore. You're out. You're off the list. You're you've been naughty. Like, come on. We're gonna start giving you the coal in the form of massive stones on top of a slab of wood on top of you. Have a wonderful day.
[00:39:43] Unknown:
What a nice person. Right? Yeah. I know. I know. Now the question is, you know, will law enforcement respond to that? I mean, that's an obvious threat. So will law enforcement address it? Will the FBI respond? The problem is is that we we're living in a society right now where this is so tolerated, that, that that that men like that, men that clearly believe with with let's just let's just hope that the current administration's law enforcement responds to this type of psychopathy faster than the previous administration did. These people need help. You know? I mean, they really do. And I'm not saying it to be to be cruel or anything like that, but liberalism is a mental disorder. I've been saying it for a while. I'm not the only one who says it. There are many, many others who do.
But this is a guy that that is saying that Republicans that interact with him will die. And you see what it's been taking place with these attacks on Tesla. You see what takes place at schools with the with the recent spate of school shootings, all by people who identify as trans, because it's a mental illness. There's no there's just nothing else you can say about it. These people are dangerous. You know, you you watch you you you look at at at some of the footage, and and the reason I keep on bringing up the Tesla stuff is because it's so is this right now, this is the most obvious thing. Everybody's more aware of it than than than some of the other stuff that we can easily refer back to. But you you look at some of these things, you have you have these people who who who are are in their mind something other than what they are, walking around, there there was one person, who identified as non binary that was, sticking their hands down the back of their pants and smearing their butt cheese all over somebody's car, a Tesla, because it would Elon Musk. And and, for whatever reason, they don't want they don't want the fraud, waste, and abuse that is, that's being uncovered, to be uncovered. They don't they they don't they don't care about that. They only care about the fact that you have to accept them for who they are and or who they think they are, or who the derangement makes them think they're they are.
You see the firebombing at at these, at these, Tesla, dealerships. The majority of this stuff is being done by or perpetrated by people who are identifying themselves as trans or bi or non binary. It's it's it's a mental illness. Doge says that, IRS modernization program is, is $15,000,000,000 over budget and thirty years overdue. Can you believe that? That's your government, my friends. IRS monetization program is 15,000,000,000 over budget and thirty years overdue. Representative of the Department of Government Efficiency on Thursday said that the IRS monetization program is significantly over budget and behind schedule. Levels CEO and US Treasury special adviser Sam Corkus told Laura Ingram on the Ingram angle that, he has been brought in by the president and Tesla CEO Elon Musk stowage to look at IRS modernization and in particular, as well as the operations and maintenance budget. IRS has some pretty legacy infrastructure, he said, which basically means it's old, like the legacy media, legacy apps, and things like that.
It's actually very similar to what banks have been using. It's old mainframes running COBOL and assembly, and, the challenge has been how do we migrate that to a modern system? He goes on to say that it's been thirty five years into this modernization program. It was supposed to be delivered in 1996, and it's $15,000,000,000 over budget. This is what your money is going to, folks. This is what my money is going to. Fraud, waste, and abuse. Now another thing that's, that has been taking place, and you guys know this very, very well, has to do in in circling around this judge, named Bozberg. I know I'm jumping from subject to subject. It's that's okay. You know, we got a lot lot of ground to cover. We're already, almost an hour into the show.
So we wanna try to, you know, cover as much ground as we can here. So, let's see. Okay. So, how do I put this? Okay. So we all know the story of, just judge Boseberg, who's a circuit court, chief judge. I'll give him the credit, that that, that, for the title, the respect of the title. Okay? Not the person. But, so, Donald Trump, the Trump administration, deported a number of the, Trenti Argua gang members to, El Salvador to, to be incarcerated at CCOT. And, either mid flight or just when they landed in El Salvador, this judge Boseberg issued an order, ordering the planes to return, putting a temporary freeze on, the deportation program pending further review. Alright?
Well, of course, that has caused a lot of problems within the legal system here in the in The United States because the executive branch of the government under Article two, which is where the president or the executive officer of the country gets his authority, clearly states that it's within his purview, and his right, and his specific duties to protect and defend the country. And, by invoking the alien in, the, why did it just flip out of my head? The Alien Enemies Act. There you go. Of, 1798. Sorry. So, by invoking that, and declaring this particular group as, just like MS thirteen, the cartels as terrorist organizations and terrorist groups, he is acting within the purview of of his, of his office, of what he was elected to do.
Then you have these circuit judges, these federal circuit judges who are not elected, they are appointed, coming around, and then start to, issue out these, restraining orders to prevent the administration from performing its duly elected duties. Now, there is a separation between the judicial branch, legislative, and the, executive branch. That's basic civics, and that's stuff that you learn by watching Schoolhouse Rock on Saturday mornings, you know, when you were a kid. If you grew up in my generation anyway. So so so here you have these these federal judges that are inserting themselves into areas where they do not belong.
Alright? And of course, these are all political appointments. This particular judge, Boseberg, was appointed by George Bush and was elevated to the position of a chief judge of the circuit, by the Obama administration. Well, at at this point, this particular point, I think the administration has had enough with these activist judges. And then and I say activist judge because that's exactly what it is. Again, unelected, not, not, no mandate from any elected or or, from no mandate from any electorate. Okay? There you go. I'll get the words out. Listen, I'm on medication. Alright? I got bad burns here, and, you know, I'm a little sluggish, but, you know, Tylenol three is wonderful stuff.
So, so I've where I was going with this. Oh, yeah. So, you have these elected these these appointed judges with no mandate from an electorate in any way. They are acting in an activist capacity at this point. Alright? So they're putting these, indefinite restraining orders, and I say indefinite, even though they say, you know, just pending review, because generally these these reviews take three, sometimes four years. So they're Basically, what they're doing is they're obstructing the executive branch from performing its, legal elected responsibilities.
Alright. So what Donald Trump has done is he's instructed the attorney general, Pam Bondi, to take legal action against law firms and attorneys that are filing what he describes as frivolous, unreasonable, and vexatious litigation targeting his administration. And, on Saturday, they released a presidential memorandum, which is should be this. Here you go. This is just one part one page of it. It's a a five page document. I didn't, I didn't screen grab all five pages. So the memorandum for the attorney general, the secretary of homeland security, perverting abuses of the legal system and the federal court, and you could find all of that stuff online.
As a matter of fact, you can get it, I think LifeZet has it as a as a PDF, you can download it there. So the the current Trump administration has faced more than a hundred. Now just think about this. Since January, more than a hundred legal challenges, And the amount of lawsuits that that that this administration has been dealing with since January far surpassed anything in the early months of the Obama administration or the Biden administration. In fact, the the, the Biden administration, over four years, only had 14 temporary restraining orders placed in effect.
Obama had 15 or or 17 or something like in that range right there. Do you see do do you do you see the bias here? It's a political game. This this is not for rule of law. This is political. Alright? For whatever reason, this, these these activist the left want the chaos of having these illegals here in this country, especially these these gangs like Trendiagua and and MS thirteen. And, I mean, just as a case in point over the weekend, not over the weekend, it was Friday, an illegal murdered a woman and her two dogs. I think it was in Colorado.
I had I I don't I can find the article later, but, and if I'm and if I got it wrong, just the location at least, they'll let me know. But, and he has possible gang affiliations with, TDA and, or or MS thirteen. This is what they want to be allowed to stay here, and they hide under the guys. Well, they need to have due process, and no. They are listed as a terrorist organization. They are they are being deported and put in prison because of their designation, the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. So that's that's where that is. And I think the administration's taken the right step here, and and going after the the the law firms, lawyers, and, and whatnot, it's to to, to to curtail all this unnecessary and obstructive, judicial activism.
And to go even further than that, the attorney general has said that the the highest court in America, the Supreme Court of the United States, is going to get involved in cases with these out of control federal judges that are that are are working against the administration. Let's go to do I have it? That's the question. I hate that the, the studio app here doesn't let you put these things in order. Alright. Well, first of all, here's, here's Pam Bondi on, on judge Boseberg.
[00:54:15] Unknown:
This is an out of control judge, a a federal judge trying to control our entire foreign policy, and he cannot do it. You know, he he dragged us into court on a Saturday without any notice, and and then he's continuing these hearings. He's trying to ask us about national security information, which he is absolutely not entitled to. We are appealing. We will be in court Monday. Again, we will win. We will prevail. There are 261 reasons why Americans are safer today, and that's because those people are now in an El Salvador prison.
And we are going to follow the law, and we are going to protect Americans. You You know, there's a reason why Biden's approval rating was plummeting because of the border. There's a reason why the current Democrat's approval rating is at 29%. People want to be safe. This is president Trump's agenda to keep Americans safe, Maria. It's basic public safety. Get these people out of our country as fast as we can. They're they're they're they're not immigrants. They're illegal aliens who are committing the most violent crimes you can imagine on Americans. Murder, rapes, you know, ask the parents of all of these young women who have been violently strangled, raped, and murdered. And we are going to continue to make America safe again because that's president Trump's agenda. Yeah.
[00:55:44] Unknown:
And then, of course, she went on further to in the in the same interview, when she was asked about, Donald Trump's use of the 1798 law, she explained, that the the alien and the Alien Enemies Act, applies today more than it ever did.
[00:56:02] Unknown:
Modern day warfare. Act applies today, really, more than ever. You know, old law is often the best law if you think about how the the laws that have been on the books for a very long time. We are in modern day warfare. They have invaded our country, TDA, Tran de Agua. They are organized. They have a command structure. They are sending money to each other throughout the country and out of the country back to support their terrorist actions. It's modern day warfare, and we are going to continue to fight that and protect American citizens every single step of the way.
[00:56:42] Unknown:
Now in the same interview, she also addressed, Jasmine Crockett. Okay. Now, Jasmine Crockett is, a representative, from from, Dallas, here in Texas. And, Jasmine Crockett has has been quite vocal, about the about, wanting to see Elon Musk attacked about him needing to be, taken out is is the is a is a is a term that, that that that she used. And then, just recently, just recently, Jasmine Crockett, said that on her birthday, on March 29, all I wanna see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down.
[00:57:42] Unknown:
Politicians. So I'll make sure that I keep it short, but I am truly
[00:57:46] Unknown:
Before I let the rest of the clips, I want you to notice something though. Notice her her her her inflections here. Does she sound like even remotely like the, the growing up in the streets, you know, with her street cred, ebonic, you know, ghetto, fabulous, persona that she puts on display when because she changes between her audience. Alright? She was she did not grow up in a in a, in a, in in a in a harsh, neighborhood. She grew up very privileged. She went to the finest private schools you could go to. One of the schools she went to has a annual tuition of over $30,000 a year. You know, she went to prestigious university. She she she is she's an actress. She she doesn't she is not who she portrays herself to be. And, like I said, the reason why I wanted to show this to you is because I'm gonna show you this clip, and I'm gonna show you another piece of a clip where, I think I have it anyway. I hope I have it.
Where her whole demeanor changes, and and she throws on the the, you know, the, the girl from the hood attitude. Alright? But, this is her on on, talk about Elon on her birthday.
[00:59:12] Unknown:
Politicians. So I'll make sure that I keep it short, but I am truly here for very selfish reasons. Starting with on March 29, it's my birthday. And all I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down. Yes. Listen. I have learned as I serve on the Doge oversight committee that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that language is money. And so I've been so proud to see us organized behind a cause
[00:59:49] Unknown:
So you heard her there. She wants to see Elon taken down. Now, Pam Bonny addressed this on the same interview with, Maria Bartiromo on Fox.
[00:59:59] Unknown:
And people need to know the three people in custody right now, they will receive severe and swift consequences, and they are facing up to twenty years in prison. We are not negotiating these. We are not coming off these charges. We are looking at everything, especially if this is a concerted effort. This is domestic terrorism. And, Maria, now you have this congresswoman Crockett who is calling for attacks on Elon Musk on her birthday. Let's take him out on my birthday, she says. Yet, she turns and says, oh, I'm not calling for violence. Well, she is an elected public official, and so she needs to tread very carefully because nothing will happen to Elon Musk. And we're going to fight to protect all of all of all of the Tesla owners throughout this country, and it's it's basic safety. Once again, domestic terrorism is going to come to a stop in our country. What?
[01:00:59] Unknown:
She needs to tread very carefully. Let me skip up ahead here for a second. Yeah. So, Republicans call for a probe by the FBI into Jasmine Crockett for inciting Tesla violence. This is from conservative brief. Some Republicans are calling on the FBI and the justice department to launch an investigation into representative Jasmine Crockett of Texas for inciting violence against Tesla dealerships and owners. The push for a probe of the outspoken Democrat comes after US attorney general Pam Bondi charged three people last week with domestic terrorism related to alleged attacks on Tesla dealerships.
Dealerships as well as charging stations individual vehicles have been attacked presumably by a protest against its CEO, Elon Musk, and his involvement with president Donald Trump and Department of Government Efficiency, Doge. So, Andy Biggs representative Biggs, said that, he he thinks that the rhetoric is abominable. I'm gonna see if I have that on hand. Where is it? Yep. There it is. Alright. So this is Andy Biggs, talking about, and this crocket. I hope.
[01:02:47] Unknown:
Article three, section one of the constitution allows Congress to limit jurisdiction, and that's what we're doing. So I have a legislation that would limit the jurisdiction of federal district courts to only
[01:03:01] Unknown:
Right. Not the quote that I would not the clip I was looking for that kinda jumped on ahead. So let, let's let's go to that then, and, we'll pick it up. Sorry, folks. Okay. Yeah. Like I said, one man show, one man operation here, guys. One man operation. So that, that piece there was, in regards to this article that just, that Just the News, had put out. GOP GOP lawmakers are rolling out legislation to reign in federal judges blocking Trump's second term agenda. Republicans, including senator Hawley and representative Biggs, argue that congress should move to stop nationwide injunctions. The issue of how far a local judge can, exert jurisdiction, is being reexamined. Some of the injunctions work in favor of terrorist gangs like NS thirteen and Trendyargua.
So, there are 94 federal jur judicial districts including at least one district in each state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. And although Congress has the ability to limit the jurisdiction of federal courts, parties bringing actions against Trump administration are accused of forum shopping, where a party picks a district court, judge that's sympathetic to their argument and willing to issue injunctions that reach nationwide. So, this is, what representative Biggs is talking about. This is the clip I was just starting to play. Article three, section one of the constitution allows Congress
[01:04:37] Unknown:
to limit jurisdiction, and that's what we're doing. So I have a legislation that would limit the jurisdiction of federal district courts to only the litigants before them and the case before them so you couldn't issue nationwide injunctions, Harris. We're talking about impeachment. We're talking about, defunding certain courts and and jurisdictional limitation on courts and the areas that they can rule in. But I wanna point out something. Most people think that federal judges have lifetime tenure. Everybody is told that, but that's not accurate. Article three section one is very clear that they're that they only get to have their, job during a tenure of good, and this is the quote, good behavior.
And when you're abusing your power for political purposes, you you have violated, that clause, and you were subject to termination from your job as a federal judge. And that doesn't even require impeachment, Harris. What it requires is Congress to basically issue a resolution saying this judge is acting outside of his scope of conduct. He's he's engaged in misconduct and is not engaged in good good conduct right now.
[01:05:48] Unknown:
And, just as just as an example of some of this federal judge overreach. Okay? You had, a federal district court judge ruled against Trump's effort to remove the legal immigrants. That was Boseberg that just occurred. Alright. Another judge ruled against, Doge and their ability to access payment systems at at some government agencies, while another judge, ruled that Trump's decision to close the USAID was unconstitutional. On Monday, a judge ruled that Trump's ban on transgender individuals serving the US military, and say saying that, it was, US district court judge Anna Reyes, who is also LGBTQAIP x y z whatever.
Anna Reyes kept her order from going into effect for a few days to allow the administration time to file an emergency appeal. And then, of course, we like we just heard from, Representative Biggs, he said that Congress should move to reduce federal funding for some district courts, that definitely exceed, the bounds and scope of the jurisdiction and authority. So, this is gonna play out. This is gonna this is gonna this is gonna be it's not it's not like, I'm not gonna say it's a constitutional crisis, yet.
It's there. It's getting close, but it's not quite there yet. But this is definitely gonna be a showdown between the three branches of government, and it's gonna be very interesting to watch this whole thing play out. Remember what he said as well, that judges, federal judges serve only while they their behavior is is in good behavior. Okay? You heard him say that, and that's that's the language of the Constitution itself. So, they don't have, lifetime appointments. Alright? And Congress can reign these folks, and the Congress can cut off the funding to their districts. So so that, remember, Congress is the people's house. Congress congressmen are the elected representatives, the people put in office to control everything.
Okay? That's the seat of power, not unelected federal judges, especially in matters of national security and policy. Alright. Let's, let's pop back over to, to miss Bondi. She was making her rounds along the, the Fox News circuit as what she seems to do a lot of. But this is, I don't know. I I I'm getting the Epstein files. Now, I don't know about you, but I'm starting to get really frustrated with the Epstein file stuff. And and I'm and I'm starting not that I'm losing interest in it, but I am certainly starting to think that by the time the information does finally get to the point where it's going to come out, it had probably been tampered with so much that we don't know if it's actual if it's the actual information that was originally found.
It's been played with, it's been hidden, it's been, you know, it it games have been played with it. It's it's I don't I don't think that we're gonna get anything. I really don't. And right now, the, the FBI, according to, Gateway Pundit, the FBI flagship field office is working, twenty four hour shifts or are are and some twelve hour overnight shifts, and they're putting the Epstein files, ahead of all other investigations. Why? Because they have to do redactions, which is not something that we were told was gonna be. We were we were told that they were gonna be unredacted, files released, and and so forth. Now, I do understand.
I do understand that there are names of people in, in those files that are innocent victims of the whole thing, and they need to be protected. Get it. Understand it. Appreciate that. No problem. But again, it it's come down to it's been so long, and so many hands have handled this material behind the scenes. How do we know that the information that's gonna come out is is actually what was the actual information? We don't know. We won't know. So I don't know if we can actually trust this. But, this is, this is what Pam Bondi had to say on on the Epstein files.
[01:10:45] Unknown:
AJ, are we gonna hear more about the January 6 commission? And what about the Epstein files? A lot of conversation about the Epstein files. And I recognize that when you're dealing with children, it takes much more time. You've got to ensure that what you're sending out publicly is not revealing any personal information. But can you give us a sense of those two items and and whether or not we'll learn more about them?
[01:11:09] Unknown:
Sure. You're gonna hear all I'll say on January 6, you're gonna hear a lot more about about the January 6 commission in a very good way. And as to Epstein, yes. You're absolutely right, Maria. You know, tens of thousands of pages of documents and hundreds and hundreds of victims, of Jeffrey Epstein. Yeah. So the FBI, they have been working round the clock at my directive, at Kash Patel's directive. Now Dan Bongino's there who is a great asset, asset for all of us at the FBI as well. But, yeah, we have to protect their identity, their personal information to make sure they're safe. But other than that, we are we are releasing all of these documents as soon as we can get them redacted to protect the victims of him, of all of these horrific crimes that he committed. You Right.
[01:12:01] Unknown:
So that's what, that's that's what, the AG had to say on yet another appearance on Fox News. So we'll see. We'll see. I'm not hopeful. I'm I'm really not, and and I hate to say that because I, you know, I I I don't have any issue with Pam Bondi. I I think I think she's a very talented lawyer. I think she did wonderful work in Florida from, you know, from what I've studied and what I've looked at and read about her. I don't know her personally did say that, you know, but, you know, from what I've seen and heard, great. I just think she's in overhead on this.
I don't think she is the most qualified person, and I think that's the reason why they pushed Matt Getz out because Matt Getz was a more qualified individual, to to head, the attorney general to be the attorney general and to head the the the DOJ. And, and that's a shame. That's that's a real shame. But, you know, we'll see. That's all I could say is that we'll see. I'm not hopeful. I I don't think we're gonna get anything that's gonna be earth shattering. I I hope I'm wrong. I I would love to be wrong, you know, but, we'll see. We'll just have to let the whole thing play out, and, you know, just just wait.
Don't like it. I feel like I've been waiting way too long for this information, but, that's where we are. Alright. ABC News, Jonathan Karl sat down with, one of my favorite characters of the of the Trump administration, Tom Homan. And, he he had to admit that, illegal immigration is dramatically down under Donald Trump. And it it's been a 96% reduction in border crossings in the recent weeks. And, he, he hosted, Tom Homan, the, the borders are. Actually, Tom Homan's a guy I would like to have seen as the AG. That would have been entertaining to say the least. So, so so, this so Jonathan Karl, who has been a a frequent critic of Donald Trump, had to admit, and I'm sure it sucked. I'm sure it tasted like shit in his mouth, but Donald Trump had to admit that, I'm sorry, Jonathan Karl had to admit that, under Donald Trump, that, the border crossings have dropped so much and such as and set in such a significant way that this is an absolute victory in securing America's borders after the four disastrous years of Joe Biden.
And, Carl made the, acknowledgment while interviewing border czar Tom Homan this week, on this week about the state of the Southern border. Let's, let's take a listen. That's the graphic. Let's go to the video.
[01:15:13] Unknown:
Let me turn to the situation at the border itself. You have now more than 10,000, US troops, deployed to support your mission at the border and two navy destroyers that have been deployed to patrol the waters, around the border as well. How long do you expect you are gonna need that level of force, military force at the border? Because as you just mentioned, the numbers are way down. I mean, they are dramatically down.
[01:15:41] Unknown:
They are down. We're you know, it was down 96%. What's the most impressive is known gotaways. No one gotaways under Joe Biden, you know, we're on average 1,800 people a day across the border weren't apprehended, weren't processed, weren't vetted. We don't know who they are, where they came from. That's a huge national security issue. No one gotaways are down to, you know, double digits now. But, you know, we're not gonna be satisfied to that no one got away is down to zero. We're gonna secure that border, make sure no public safety threats or not security threats cross that border and get away. So, luckily, like like, we we knew what would happen as we secure the southern border, the land border. Some of these groups are gonna take to the a maritime. They're gonna take to the water. So we're you know, we got the coast guard. We got CBP maritime patrol. We're gonna have the navy out there looking at the maritime. And, again, it's just not about illegal immigration. It's about people who come this country do us harm. It's public safety threats, national security threats. You look under the Biden administration, we had over 400 people on terrorist watch list that were arrested, trying to sneak in the country, but we got 2,200,000 gotaways under Joe Biden. Two point two million people paid more to get away. They could have paid less money, just get to the border, turn the self serve to a border patrol agent, get released within twenty four hours, get a free airline ticket to the city of their choice, get a free hotel room, get three meals a day, get free medical care, and get work authorization in ninety days. So why did more than 2,000,000 people pay more to get away? They don't wanna be vetted. They might be fingerprinted. We're gonna secure the board, both the land border and the maritime border to make sure these public safety trust and that security trust will get in the country. So we'll use these assets as long as we can till we get to the point where we have total operational control of the border, and and and national security threats have no avenue into this country.
[01:17:24] Unknown:
Now it didn't only end there. In this in the same interview, they got into it over, Judge Boseberg, and, it got a little it got a bit contentious when, they were talking about, where was it, about the, Trendyarua, gang here in The United States. And, the the subject of due process came up, and, let's take a listen to that.
[01:17:56] Unknown:
Okay. Let let me ask you about the flights at issue here, the flights to El Salvador. You have said, that everybody on those flights had ties to the Venezuelan gang, Trende Aragua, or to MS thirteen. Can you give me some background? Help me understand how these people ended up there. Are are these people that were recently arrested?
[01:18:22] Unknown:
There's some worse, some worse. Some have been in custody for for a little bit. And then some of the some some on that plane were title eight removals, which means they were ordered removed by the immigration judge. And so other words were removed to the Alien Enemies Act. And I think about 240 on that flight were Venezuelan gang members, TDA, and I think we had, 21, MS thirteen members and a couple, you know, specific, MS thirteen cases. But as far as events and ones on flight, every single one, according to the information given to me from the field, are are members of the TDA. And TDA has been, determined to be terrorist organizations.
They're they're not classified as terrorists, so that plane, removed 240
[01:19:08] Unknown:
terrorists from The United States. So how do you determine or how do your people in the field determine that somebody is a gang member?
[01:19:18] Unknown:
Doug, there's various methods. No. It's it's I've noticed in the media history. A lot of them don't have criminal histories. Well, a lot of gang members don't have criminal histories. Just like a lot of terrorists in this world, they're not in any terrorist database. Right? We only know with information within databases based on for instance, most terrorists we arrest that are identified US government are later identified through a title three investigation or through an undercover operation. They're not in any terrorist screening basket with in screening database. We know that. A lot of gang members I started as a cop in 1984. Many gang members don't have a criminal history. We have we have a count on social media. We have to count on surveillance techniques. We had to count on, sworn statements from other gang members. We had to count on, you know, wiretaps and title three.
[01:19:59] Unknown:
Everything involved with the, criminal investigations come into play. So just because someone doesn't hasn't been arrested and charged with a crime yet, doesn't mean they're a member of a gang. But but how do you I mean, what what we've heard from lawyers representing some of these people is that they deny that they're members of of this of this gang, or or either, you know, Trent de Aragua or MS thirteen. Do they get a chance to prove that before you take them out of the country and put them in to a notorious prison in a country that they're not even from?
I mean, do they have any due process at all? Conference.
[01:20:35] Unknown:
Due process. Where was Lake and Raleigh's due process? Where were all these young women that were killed and raped by members of TDA? Where was their due process? Well well, the people that did that should be prosecuted by subway. Where's their due process? Well, sure. Bottom line is that plan was full of people designated as terrorists, number one. Number two, every every Venezuelan migrant on that flight was was was a TDA member based on numerous criminal investigation, new on intelligence reports and a lot of work by ICE officers. Matter of fact, two days after that, flight took off, I even had discussion with the acting director of ICE. And and we he reiterated that every person, every event and when on that plane was a known member of the TDA. So a lot of officers, a lot of criminal investigators, special agents who've done this for decades looked at the intelligence information, the criminal investigation information, all the various, social media and and surveillance and and government records and public records, and they are confident that they're all members of the TDA. And I'm not surprised that a member of the family is saying they're not a member of the TDA. But they were given due process as according to the laws on the books. See, that's the difference between the Trump administration and Biden administration. We're actually using the laws on the books to enforce immigration law and secure the board at the highest level it's ever been. The Biden administration not only ignored the law ignore the law, they violated a law like, district, district court and and district five, said that not only they violating law, they're actually, ignoring law altogether. We are using the laws on the books to to enforce our borders crime our, immigration laws and the interior enforcement.
[01:22:15] Unknown:
Was that correct? Enforcement.
[01:22:17] Unknown:
If if you if you look at the board border numbers are down 96%. We already got 40,000, criminals removed by ICE in the interior, which which more was done in six weeks than Biden administration did in a year. We're using the laws on the books. We're not making this up. Everything we've done is based on a statute that was enacted by Congress and signed by president. Their presidents quickly, by proclamation, invoked the authorities he has under an alien enemy enemies act, which he's allowed to do.
[01:22:45] Unknown:
But but let me let me ask you, one specific example, and then there are there are many. But one specific example is somebody that was on that on one of those flights. His name is Jerzy Reyes Barrios. He is a professional was a professional soccer player in Venezuela, and his lawyer says that he was, caught up in this because he had a tattoo, that that he said, was chosen because it is a tattoo, that that is similar to the logo of his famous favorite soccer team, Real Madrid. It says he's got no criminal record whatsoever and has never been a gang member. Now how now that person is now apparently in that prison in El Salvador, with no ability now to contact his lawyer, no rights as far as they can tell, no rights at all to to to defend himself or prove his innocent. I mean, what what happens to somebody like that?
[01:23:44] Unknown:
Well, look, they can make those claims, and, of course, we have the information that says to complete opposite member member of TDA, affiliate with TDA, which again Will you release that information? Terrorist organization. Will will you release the information? Look, that's gonna be litigated. That look, that would be litigated in the course with this with this judge. I'm not gonna get into every specific case because, you know, there's 260 cases. We gotta count on the men and women who do this every day for a living, who who who designated these people as a member of TDA through, like you said, various law enforcement methods. This will be litigated. But as of right now, I've been insured by the highest levels in ICE at every one of these members, every one of these events and one of these members of TDA.
There's gonna be more litigation in this case, I'm sure. But what we did, what was done by the Trump administration was it was exactly in in in accordance with federal law, again, enacted by Congress and signed by president. We're not making this up. We're enforcing laws around the box.
[01:24:40] Unknown:
And that's exactly what you're supposed to do. And I know there was a long clip, so I I do apologize for that, but, I I wanted you to hear the whole thing. I wanted you to hear everything that that, Tom Homan was saying because, you know, this is a very contentious subject. As as a matter of fact, on Friday, there was a, a press conference at the Oval Office, and, and, Donald Trump was, was approached, by, by a reporter. Where'd it go? There it is. And, this is another, like, about a minute, little over a minute of a clip. So it but it was a, it was a tense moment during that then during Friday's press conference. You know, they're trying to they're you know, the the one thing about the left that you're gonna learn, the more you pay attention to it, is that they they they work on emotion. They don't work on fact.
Alright? So they they they try to find these little niche niche stories and try to, you know, put feeling and emotion behind it when you can't do that when it comes to matters of law. The law is the law. The law is is it's it's it's black and white. There's nothing in between. There's no gray in the matter. And that's just that's just simply the way it is. You know, facts are stubborn things, John Adams said. And, and and that's exactly how this administration is operating. They're they're they're they're operating, on a, on a, what they call it, a transactional basis.
Alright? They're they're working on a factual basis. They're not working on their emotions. I mean, look, Donald Trump is an emotional man. He is. You you and I don't mean emotional like he breaks down and, like like, freaks out, loses it. You know? But you can tell that that he he he has a heart. He has genuine concern and love for people that he meets and he talks about, and he he he references to people. So, it's it's not that. It's just that when it comes to matters of of of of in in in policy, and it comes to matters of law, you have to be unemotional about it. It you have to be factual, and that's exactly what it is. Now, on Friday, there was a there was a kind of a tense moment in this in this press conference when, a reporter tried to push back against, or or tried to push, a challenge, in, to to the president about his ability to, to to legally deport these people.
[01:27:14] Unknown:
And, this is how it all went down right here. Do you think you have the authority, the power to round up people, deport them, and then you're under no obligation to a court to show the evidence against them? Well, that's what the law says, and that's what our country needs because,
[01:27:28] Unknown:
we were, unfortunately, they allowed millions of people to come into our country, totally unvetted, totally unchecked. So you wanna ask, did he have the authority to allow millions of people? Did Biden have the authority to do something that's unthinkable? Have open borders where millions of people poured into our country totally unvetted and totally unchecked, just as you would say. And many of those people were criminals. Many of them were from jails and prisons and mental institutions and gang members and drug dealers and very dangerous people. Many were murderers. We have 11,088 that we know of murders they murdered. Of that number, at least half killed more than one person. They were in our country. They're they're in a location near you.
Biden allowed that to happen to our country and his people that really ran the country. And the person that operated the auto pen, I think we ought to find out who that was because I guess that was the real president. So when you asked me if we have the authority, did Biden have the authority to allow millions of people to come into our country? Many of these people hardened criminals at the top of the line who have caused tremendous damage.
[01:28:44] Unknown:
That's the way you answer the question. That's that's how you have to answer the question. You cannot put your feelings into this. This is this is a factual transactional administration. They're not gonna get swayed by the by the sob stories, and the emotions, and the tears, and, you know, pulling on the heartstrings. That's the way you have to answer that question. Alright. Let's see. You know what? Let's see where are we here. Alright. You know what, folks? What we're gonna do is we're gonna we're gonna cut it here, at this point, an hour and a half into the show. I think we went long enough.
