Folks, it's great. The beginning of another week. Not only the beginning of another week, but we also have again reconfigured our mic stations here because I'm just like that. I can't decide which I like better, the desktop or the boom, I I don't know. Although I think the boom sounds better for some reason. I might be wrong, but you let me know. Well folks, I hope you guys had a great weekend so far. I mean, this has been, needed a little bit of a break yesterday. You know, we ran the, the prerecorded show on on Friday, which was supposed to be Thursday's show. So it was kinda weird. So I was off Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from the show. And, you know, I I kinda missed it.
Felt like there was something missing, you know, that those nights. But it was, but it was a needed break, you know. Remember, I I I do have a regular full time job that I do. So to sometimes come up with the content and, put together a show is not the easiest thing in the world for me to do. But, I hope you guys enjoyed the episode we had with, with, Johnny Taverner. I thought it was a great conversation that we had, and I do wanna apologize though because the audio quality I'm sorry, I didn't have the audio quality. The audio quality was beautiful. The video quality was absolute shit, and I'm sorry about that. I I it looked like we recorded it with a a cell phone camera from 02/2001 or something. I I don't I don't know what the issue there was. It was I think it was mostly because we had to set up the, we had to record the interview, with Johnny, because of time limitations.
And, and then we had to piece it all together, and and I was trying to get it loaded up into the studio. But, Rumble was giving me a problem doing that. And, it was telling me that, you know, the file had to be a certain size, and it and actually the file was smaller than the size that it was saying, but it wasn't letting me upload it. So, I had to end up recording, a front and back to it, and put it all together, which I am not great at editing video. So it it, gave me all kinds of problems, ended up messing up with the quality of the video. Now it's my fault. I'm sorry about that. And, that's why we are sticking with doing live interviews only, even if it means that I have to change the time of the show to accommodate. So, that's that's where we were with the show, from Friday. But, I hope you checked it out. I saw the the the the plays on Rumble weren't so great, for it, but the the audio downloads were fantastic. But that's okay. I kinda got caught up in the moment. But, but here we are. It is just us now, and, we can kind of just relax, enjoy ourselves here. And, for the for our tens of people that are watching right now, We're gonna get into this here in just a moment. So a lot of things took place over the last few days that I kinda missed out on because I I was doing the interviews and and all that.
So, kinda wanna backtrack on a few things that we're gonna cover as we as we move on, through this here. But this this came up, the other day, and I thought this was really interesting. So apparently, the FBI had obtained records revealing the f b, Grassley and Johnson, two senators, dropped the records revealing the FBI obtained cell phones of Trump and Pence. The revelation was unveiled in a legally protected whistleblower disclosure from Grassley and Senate permanent subcommittee on an investigation chairman Ron Johnson, and was part of FBI's Arctic Frost investigation. So what is that all about? Well, so in 02/2020, apparently, the Biden administration was holding on to, the cell phones that, president Trump used and, vice president, Pence used, during their term in office.
And then, summarily turned those devices over to the FBI with the intention, apparently, of of, cracking into those phones and obtaining all the information that was on there, and to try to use that as a as a tool to persecute and prosecute, President Trump. So, now earlier an earlier version of of the story, had said that the FBI actually listened to the calls, between the president and the vice president. That didn't happen. Okay? That that's it was a misstatement. But, the FBI did in February. They went through the process of trying to acquire that information out of the phones, and and the phones, they were in the possession of, like I said, of the Biden White House, and, the FBI officially obtained them in May.
So, very interesting development there, and, it kinda makes you wonder what exactly they were their intention was. Because, you know, of course, they were spying on the president. They were they were spying on him during his campaign, and, they're spy they were spying on him during, his time in office. And, this, this this, this Operation Arctic Frost was was what was used by, the former special counsel, Jack Smith, and his, false electors case that that he's been that he had been trying to, to get the, Donald Trump convicted on. So, very interesting interesting interesting story here, and I'm curious to see where this goes to and, how it gets developed.
But, but, you know, sunshine is the best disinfectant, they say. Right? So, I think that, I think the chairman of the committee was right where he said the American people deserve to know the complete extent of the corruption within the DOJ and the FBI that led to the investigation into President Trump. So that's, that's a breaking story. That's a new story that has just come out. And again, we're looking forward to seeing where exactly that's gonna go. Well, another thing that happened, over the past couple of days, we had president Trump signing the, continuing resolution to officially avert a government shutdown. Senator Chuck Schumer, received backlash from his own party for announcing he would vote for the legislation. Now if in case you missed it, again, we didn't get it really a chance to talk about it, because of scheduling, the way things were working with the show.
So the the the the House of Representatives passed this continuing resolution to keep the government funded and operating through, through September, when the actual budget was would be presented, and, you know, all the appropriate bills, would be presented that time as well. Now, originally and it passed the house by a very slim margin. I think it was 02/17 to two thirteen. And it pretty much went across party lines, just I think there was one Republican that voted against it, and that was Thomas Massie. And again, that's fine. You know, he, you know, he's a man of principle, and I respect that, and and I appreciate that. I'm a fan of, Thomas Massie. I think he's I think he's done a lot of great things.
And, and I I, you know, I I can't fault him for for keeping with his convictions. You know? And I said before, as we were talking about this whole thing, the whole continuing resolution before that we came to a vote, that it's a crap bill. We know that. It's, you know, it's not it's loaded with it's it's not a good bill at all. We're not happy with it, but it was necessary to get us through until September. Alright. And then, of course, you know, the Democrats immediately went to the government shutdown. Grandma's gonna die. She's not gonna get a social security check, Medicare, Medicaid's gonna close, no one's gonna get any any health care, which is none of which is true. None of which is true. The only things that get shut down are non essential services in the in the event of a government shutdown.
Alright. So it's it's social security checks will still go out, grandma will still get her money, hospitals aren't gonna close, fire departments aren't gonna close, police, you know, still gonna work. It's non essential services get shut down. So, and there's a few places I'd like to see shut down during a government shutdown, but, like the IRS, and, unnecessary government offices like that, but nonetheless. So Chuck Schumer took to the floor of the, of the senate, and, railed against the bill. And, you know, in some ways, you know, he he wasn't wrong. But he's he staked his ground on the fact that he wasn't going to support or vote for this continuing resolution.
And, he basically rallied the troop. He troops, he went on to the floor, and he basically said that the govern that the, that the Republicans are gonna own this because they don't even they don't have enough votes to even pass it for themselves, without the Democrat support. But what I think happened I think what happened here was is that Schumer realized that if he played the obstructionist role, and and didn't support the continuing resolution, he'd be the one that would have to carry the the burden of being shut down Schumer. I'm sure we've all heard that, little nickname that that he's been given.
And the shutdown would fall on the lap of the Democrats, which would be more devastating news for the Democratic party. So he flipped. He had a change of direction on the whole thing, and, he got the bill passed. And, of course, president Trump signed that over this weekend. And, let's see. President Donald Trump signed HR nineteen sixty eight, the full year continuing appropriations and extensions act 2,025 into law. After it passed both the House and the Senate, the passage of the continuing resolution, which was backed by Trump, officially stopped the potential government shutdown. The CR extends the government's budget through the September and was approved by a majority of Senate Republicans. Only Senator Rand Paul, voted against the bill. Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer faced backlash on Friday from fellow Democrats after announcing his intentions to vote for the bill.
In total, 10 Democrats voted with Republicans to pass the CR and avert the government shutdown, including Schumer, senate minority whip, Dick Durbin, senators Angus King, Brian Schatz, Catherine Cortez, John Fetterman, Gary Peters, Maggie Hassan, Kirsten Gillibrand, and, Jean Shaheen. That's that's kinda neat now. Jean Shaheen. So, so the bill passed, the Senate and the former House Speaker has to Pelosi to release a statement, Release a statement urging Democrat senators to listen to women. The California congressman referenced, Representative, Rosa DeLauro, our favorite purple haired senator, representative, and, Senator Patty Murray, both of whom opposed the bill.
And, but the bill did pass. Government stays in in effect, and, we're looking forward to seeing what else comes. Alright. We're gonna skip that one because we just talked about it already. Yeah. We already covered that, so I'm not gonna talk about it. Alright. This is this is pretty this is pretty, interesting, this piece here. So, president Trump enacted or, well, yeah, I guess he did. He he he invoked the, the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 against a a Venezuelan gang called Trendyarua. Okay? And if you're not familiar with them, this this this, Venezuelan gang had been pretty much running rampant around, cities across the country basically, and the administration sent out at least one plane load of members of this far of the foreign terrorist organization, back to their origin country.
But it really didn't take very long, and then an Obama appointed US District Judge, James Bossberg, Bozberg, came along and basically tried to, you know, kneecap this whole this whole operation. Not only did he issue a temporary restraining order preventing deportation of any Venezuelans, but he also ordered that the plane or planes return these gangsters to The United States. That's the headline right there. Activist judge orders plane carrying gangsters kicked out by Trump to turn around. Now here's the deal. Here's the thing. District judges should not be able to be to be in a position where they can derail through some order, the executive branch, in fulfilling its its constitutional obligations.
This is this is the problem. Molly Hemingway sounded off on this. She said, I'm sorry, but this is absolute lawless. Order to turn plane turn around planes of terrorists is so insane that I'm having trouble comprehending what Boseberg is possibly thinking. And, these these are basically the people that Boseberg are is, sending sending, or or thinks or demands that are being to be brought back to The United States. TDA or Trendy Agua, operates in conjunction with Cartel de Los Solos, the Nicolas Maduro regime sponsored narcoterrorism enterprise based in Venezuela, and commits brutal crimes including murders, kidnappings, extortion, human drug, and weapons trafficking according to the White House. So this liberal judge believes that these people should be allowed to, stay here in this country illegally.

Well, in the senate, there was a there was a bill that came up for a vote for, for, to to crack down on fentanyl. And there were 16 Democrats. 16 Democrats that voted against it. United States Senate has overwhelmingly passed the halt fentanyl acts. 16 Senate Democrats voted against the fentanyl crackdown. United States Senate has overwhelmingly passed the HALT Fentanyl Act, which designates fentanyl related substances as schedule one drugs under the Controlled Substance Act. Legislation sponsored by senator Bill Cassidy, was backed by 84 senators. However, 16 Democrats inexplicably voted against the measure.
Now it it they either did it out of just blind partisanship or, you know, soft on crime policies. You know, I I tend to think it's the soft on crime policies. But, here's the list of Democrats that voted against it. Also, Brooks, Rochester, Booker, Duckworth, Crazy Maisie, Ed Markey, Jeff Merkley, Chris Murphy, Alex Padilla, Bernie, Shifty, the right reverend, Pocahontas, Peter Welch, Ron Wyden. So now what happens next is that this piece of legislation goes back to the to the house of representatives where it's gonna pass with, with bipartisan support. Chinese chemical and pharmaceutical companies illicitly export hundreds of kilograms of phenol per precursor chemicals into The United States every month. In February, several executives with with, Wuhan based Hubei Aox biotech company, excuse me, were indicted by US Federal Prosecutors for illegally importing fentanyl precursors into United States. In October, '8 Chinese companies and their employees were indicted for similar crimes in Florida.

They have waged an unrelenting campaign of piracy, violence, and terrorism against American and other ships, aircraft, and drones. Joe Biden's response was pathetically weak, so the unrestrained Houthis just kept going. It's been over a year since The US flag commercial ship safely sailed through the Suez Canal, the Red Sea, or the Gulf Of Aden. The last American warship to go through the Red Sea 4 Months ago was attacked by the Houthis over a dozen times. Funded by Iran, the Houthi thugs fired missiles at US aircraft and targeted our troops and allies. These relentless assaults have cost The US and the world economy many billions of dollars, while at the same time putting innocent lives at risk. Alright. To all Houthi terrorists, your time is up, and your attacks must stop starting today. If they don't, hell will rain down upon you like nothing you've ever seen before. To Iran, support for the Houthi terrorists must end must end immediately. Do not threaten the American people, their president, who has received one of the largest he has to throw this in, who has received one of the largest mandates in presidential history or worldwide shipping lanes. If you do, beware, because America will hold you fully accountable, and we won't be nice about it. Now, Iran would be wise to sit back and just shut up.
I mean, don't you think? You look at the all of their proxies are collapsing, and if, and if, you know, if if if they plan on gaining anything but a total economic collapse, they really do need to step aside. So Donald Trump held a press conference at the Justice Department on Friday. I know I'm sure you guys seen that and heard about it. He used the event to to really to call out and criticize far left judges, and and basically, you know, put them on blast for, you know, you know, what he described as corrupt prosecutors. And, and and then he addressed some growing concerns over Joe Biden's use of the auto pen to sign official documents. Now if you don't remember the story, this is it in a nutshell. So basically, it turns out that, that a number well, pretty much everything that was signed by Joe Biden was signed by an autopen, including, the pardons that he, gave out to his family, Fauci, and and the j six committee people, and and and and several others, commuting sentences for for for killers and rapists, murderers and rapists, and they were all signed by an auto pen. Now, an auto pen is just exactly what it says. It's an auto pen. It's what it sounds like. It's just, it it's it's a it's a like an electronic signature. Like you like if you've ever signed a PDF, you know, you you'd sign your name once and then, you know, it automatically inserts wherever it needs to be inserted. That's basically what an auto pen does.
So, so a number of these, pardons and executive orders, and that were all signed by auto pen. The only thing that they've found that wasn't signed by the auto pen was that I personally think that bogus letter that, that Joe Biden released, announcing that he wasn't gonna run, that he was stepping out of the race for president. So, there's been a number of investigations going on with this, and, this is a real problem because a lot of the things that were signed, especially toward the end of his presidency, the pardons and such, were were assigned by an auto pen stating that he was there in Washington at the time, but he wasn't. He was out on vacation in Maryland.
So who the question is, who was using the auto pen to sign all of these pardons and executive orders while he wasn't did he even know about a lot of these executive orders and pardons that were being signed? We talked a couple weeks ago about the about a time where Mike Johnson, speaker Johnson, went to talk to the president, president Biden about the you gotta respect the office. Don't respect the man. We gotta respect the office. President Biden, about this, liquid natural gas pause that he signed that was, that was hurting, the economy in Louisiana. It was and it was, you know, left our allies that were depending on the LNG, to, let left them confused and and not understanding what happened.
And when when Mike Johnson went and spoke to to president Biden about it, president Biden swore up and that he did not know about it. That he didn't sign that. And according to Mike Johnson, it was believable that he that he did not know that he signed it. That's scary folks. That that's that's something that should give us a lot of pause, great pause. Who was signing documents with the auto pen, and did Joe Biden even know? So Donald Trump, again, held a press conference at the justice department on Friday, and, again, used it as an opportunity to rip out rip far left judges and blast corrupt prosecutors. Trump's remarks on Friday were focused on restoring law and order and ending the weaponization of the department. At one point, president Trump brought up the growing auto pen scandal.
The Oversight Project has gathered every document they could find with Biden's signature. All used the same auto pen signature except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 race. The New York Post dropped a bombshell after the oversight project revealed nearly every document that Joe Biden signed used the same autopen. According to the New York Post's Steve Nelson, a key Biden aid may have exceeded their authority, an aid. An aid. The New York Post, knows the name of the key Biden aid, but they did not disclose their identity in Friday's bombshell report. An insider told the New York Post that he feared this key Biden aid, quote, I feared no one as much as I feared that staffer. To me, the staffer basically was the president.
The person the person said, no one ever questioned the staffer. Period. And president Trump, on Friday, said everything Biden signed with an auto pen could be invalid. Trump blast the auto pen signatures on executive orders. And then we have the audio here. There we go.

Security experts and lawmakers who reviewed the records said they were dis disturbed by the nonchalant transmission of sensitive government information to Biden's insecure private email accounts and believed it put national security at risk.

Several hundred pages of emails from 2011 to 2015 were released to Just the News and its public interest law firm partner, the Southeastern Legal Foundation, as part of an ongoing Freedom of Information Act litigation. It'll be sent by 11PM tonight, but will likely reach you by the early morning. He added the Israel the Israel memo is in your book tonight. After National Security Agency leaker Edwin Snowden released documents that showed that personal phone calls and emails of Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff were being monitored by the by the agency, state department officials were elated that Rousseff, decided not to blame the administration publicly. And they emailed vice president Biden at his personal Gmail account. Very good news when I recently asked whether Rousseff had said anything about disclosures in the wake of the meeting with the VP, as we had decided in the, Brasilia that we try to let her characterize that, that issue publicly. One state department official wrote, Prescott then forwarded that email to vice president Biden's personal Gmail account, and you could read that email on this article. For those not privy to the latest medical journals, TDS is a condition where otherwise normal humans turn into frothing wild eyed wild eyed lunatics at the mere mention of a particular golden haired president. Let's see. I have a there we go. Breaking Minnesota Senate Republicans just introduced a bill to classify Trump derangement as mental illness. So TDS defined as Trump Derangement Syndrome means the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal persons that is in reaction to the policies and presidencies of president Donald J. Trump. In Massachusetts alone, in the last couple of weeks, They have indicted, federally, over 50 violent gang members and narco traffickers seizing almost 200 kilograms of fentanyl.
When there is no time for us to waste on this job, and that's why under president Trump's leadership and general Bondi's leadership, we've been instructed to get after it, and that's exactly what we are doing. We have to especially get after it when we lose an American citizen every seven minutes to a drug overdose. We have to especially get after it when a man or child is excuse me. A woman or child is raped in this country nearly every six minutes, and we have to especially get after it when there are two homicides nearly every hour in this country. Violent crime is exploding, and it is a direct result of the border invasion that occurred.
But thanks to this administration and thanks to your relentless work on the field of battle to protect our citizenry, we are finally curbing those astronomical numbers. And what that means is we are saving American lives. We are providing our children with safe schools and playgrounds so that they can be educated and grow up in a fun neighborhood like we all had the privilege of doing in this great community.

So Trump signs executive order to slash seven agencies and staff at government funded media put on lead. With this executive order, president Trump is further decreasing the size of the federal government to enhance accountability, reduce waste, and promote innovation.
And then, let's see. Trump revokes another 18 of Biden executive orders. Trump said that the actions need to be reversed to advance the policy of The United States to restore common sense to the federal government and unleash the potential of American citizens. Alright. There's something about, I haven't really touched too much on what's going on in Ukraine, but, Trump, and a call to Putin urged Moscow to spare Ukrainian soldiers' lives amid imminent ceasefire. Now, that's important to me anyway, because Europe is mobilizing for war.
Great Britain, is talking about putting troops on the ground as peacekeepers in Ukraine. France, similarly. Germany, Germany, similar. Donald Trump is the only one who went on record showing genuine concern for the lives of the Ukrainian soldiers, of the Ukrainian people. The only one. All the others are looking to put boots on the ground, continue the bloodshed, continue the killing unnecessarily, but Donald Trump's the only one. And to me, that goes to show you his heart. He's not looking to to escalate the war. He's not he's looking to bring it to an end. That's that's his heart.
And you see that in in in just about everything the man does. Now look, I look, Donald Trump is doing a great job, my opinion, and I think he's gonna do great things for The United States at this period of time in history. I am still in favor of Texas. Okay? I don't wanna see The United States fail. I wanna see The United States excel. I wanna see The United States embrace the the that American ideal. But I still believe in this flag right here being raised as an independent country again. And this flag, It's all good, but we're still leaving.
I just have to say that. Wanted to make sure I people understood that. We had a very good productive discussion with president Vladimir Putin of Russia yesterday. There's a very good chance that this horrible, bloody war can finally come to an end. But at this very moment, thousands of Ukrainian troops are completely surrounded by the Russian military and in a very bad and vulnerable position. I have strongly requested to president Putin that their lives be spared. This would be a horrible massacre, one not seen since World War two.
God bless them all. That's president Trump's heart. He wants the bloodshed to stop. He wants the killing to stop. And Lord willing, hopefully, in the coming days, we're gonna have an end to this to that to that war. That's not gonna escalate to World War three, which is very close to. It's teetering on the edge of World War three. That's why The United States needs to get out of NATO, send them on their merry way, not be a part of that, not get drawn into this conflict that's we have no business being involved in. And I hope that separation from NATO comes very quickly.

But now here we are. We have president Trump. We have JD Vance, vice president Vance, Elon Musk, who, by the way, the American people owe Elon Musk a debt of gratitude. Thanks for what he's putting himself through. He doesn't have to do this. He doesn't have to put himself in the line like this. His net value has decreased since taking over Doge and doing the audits that he's doing. But what he what he's doing, that's the American spirit. Sacrificing his honor, his fortune. Hopefully not his life, but Elon Musk is showing America what it is to be an American. And what is he seeing all over the place? He's seeing Tesla vehicles being destroyed.
I mean, that's doesn't really hurt him If someone who owns a Cybertruck or a Tesla vehicle decides to destroy it, it doesn't hurt Elon Musk. It hurts the moron who does it because you paid for it, schmuck. But to see Tesla showrooms being invaded and taken over by left wing lunatics. Charging stations destroyed. Again, it may doesn't hurt him directly, but I'm sure it I'm sure somewhere in his mind, he's he's thinking about those things. And, of course, you know, you have the you have the left, the left wing media. Like MSNBC defending the violent attacks on on Tesla, calling them protests.
MSNBC host, Elise Alicia Alicia Mendez Menendez has claimed that acts of violence against Tesla dealers and owners are acts of protest in defense of leftists targeting dealerships across the country. While discussing president Donald Trump's meeting with Elon Musk at the White House South Lawn on Tuesday held in response to multiple attacks on Tesla dealers involving gunfire and explosives, Menendez and her panelists labeled these incidents as protests. Quote, just to be clear, you protest a private company, you're labeled by this administration a domestic terrorist, Menendez said, taking Donald Trump's remarks out of context. Let's take a look.

The problem here is is that what they're doing is not a protest. What they're doing is vandalizing, causing harm and damage. Zach Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, they run they go into these haunted locations and they try to interact, and get video, and audio, and all that kind of stuff.
Well, Ghost Adventures star, Erin Goodwin's wife, allegedly, where is it? There we go. Ghost Adventures star, Aaron Goodwin's wife, allegedly tried to have a hitman have him killed. She's been arrested. The wife of Ghost Adventures star, Aaron Goodwin, has been arrested after she allegedly tried to hire a hitman to kill him. Yes? Really? Aaron good Aaron Goodwin's wife arrested. Inmate records obtained by People Magazine show that Victoria Goodwin, thirty two, was arrested on March 6 in Clark County, Nevada. And, let's see.
Got that for anyone who doesn't believe in Aaron good doesn't believe in Aaron Goodwin's from Gold Digger Wife not being arrested for murder by her. Here's proof. There it is, in custody. And she's being held on $100,000 bail. TMZ obtained a police report alleging that Victoria had been corresponding with the Florida inmate since February. During that time, Victoria allegedly openly talked about wanting to murder Erin so that she could get off her marriage. Let's, let's take a look at some of that video.

No actual attempt to kill Aaron Goodwin took place. When his wife was arrested, she tried to explain the text to police by saying she was just fantasizing.

Oregon's mental health advisory board includes a member who identifies, yes, you read that, as a turtle. She goes by the, pronouns of they, them, and turtle. Fox News reports, a member of a state panel advising the director of Oregon's health authority on best practice and policies in mental health identifies as a turtle. JD Holt, who also goes by JD Terrapin on Facebook, is one of roughly two dozen consumers on the OHA's consumer advisory council. The council established by administrative statute is appointed by OHA director, doctor Hathi, who was appointed by governor Kotek.
The purpose of the OCAC is to advise Hathi on the state's provision of mental health services, including, thorough investigations and reviews of current practices. So they have somebody advising on mental health issues who has mental health issues.

Folks, it's great. The beginning of another week. Not only the beginning of another week, but we also have again reconfigured our mic stations here because I'm just like that. I can't decide which I like better, the desktop or the boom, I I don't know. Although I think the boom sounds better for some reason. I might be wrong, but you let me know. Well folks, I hope you guys had a great weekend so far. I mean, this has been, needed a little bit of a break yesterday. You know, we ran the, the prerecorded show on on Friday, which was supposed to be Thursday's show. So it was kinda weird. So I was off Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from the show. And, you know, I I kinda missed it.
Felt like there was something missing, you know, that those nights. But it was, but it was a needed break, you know. Remember, I I I do have a regular full time job that I do. So to sometimes come up with the content and, put together a show is not the easiest thing in the world for me to do. But, I hope you guys enjoyed the episode we had with, with, Johnny Taverner. I thought it was a great conversation that we had, and I do wanna apologize though because the audio quality I'm sorry, I didn't have the audio quality. The audio quality was beautiful. The video quality was absolute shit, and I'm sorry about that. I I it looked like we recorded it with a a cell phone camera from 02/2001 or something. I I don't I don't know what the issue there was. It was I think it was mostly because we had to set up the, we had to record the interview, with Johnny, because of time limitations.
And, and then we had to piece it all together, and and I was trying to get it loaded up into the studio. But, Rumble was giving me a problem doing that. And, it was telling me that, you know, the file had to be a certain size, and it and actually the file was smaller than the size that it was saying, but it wasn't letting me upload it. So, I had to end up recording, a front and back to it, and put it all together, which I am not great at editing video. So it it, gave me all kinds of problems, ended up messing up with the quality of the video. Now it's my fault. I'm sorry about that. And, that's why we are sticking with doing live interviews only, even if it means that I have to change the time of the show to accommodate. So, that's that's where we were with the show, from Friday. But, I hope you checked it out. I saw the the the the plays on Rumble weren't so great, for it, but the the audio downloads were fantastic. But that's okay. I kinda got caught up in the moment. But, but here we are. It is just us now, and, we can kind of just relax, enjoy ourselves here. And, for the for our tens of people that are watching right now, We're gonna get into this here in just a moment. So a lot of things took place over the last few days that I kinda missed out on because I I was doing the interviews and and all that.
So, kinda wanna backtrack on a few things that we're gonna cover as we as we move on, through this here. But this this came up, the other day, and I thought this was really interesting. So apparently, the FBI had obtained records revealing the f b, Grassley and Johnson, two senators, dropped the records revealing the FBI obtained cell phones of Trump and Pence. The revelation was unveiled in a legally protected whistleblower disclosure from Grassley and Senate permanent subcommittee on an investigation chairman Ron Johnson, and was part of FBI's Arctic Frost investigation. So what is that all about? Well, so in 02/2020, apparently, the Biden administration was holding on to, the cell phones that, president Trump used and, vice president, Pence used, during their term in office.
And then, summarily turned those devices over to the FBI with the intention, apparently, of of, cracking into those phones and obtaining all the information that was on there, and to try to use that as a as a tool to persecute and prosecute, President Trump. So, now earlier an earlier version of of the story, had said that the FBI actually listened to the calls, between the president and the vice president. That didn't happen. Okay? That that's it was a misstatement. But, the FBI did in February. They went through the process of trying to acquire that information out of the phones, and and the phones, they were in the possession of, like I said, of the Biden White House, and, the FBI officially obtained them in May.
So, very interesting development there, and, it kinda makes you wonder what exactly they were their intention was. Because, you know, of course, they were spying on the president. They were they were spying on him during his campaign, and, they're spy they were spying on him during, his time in office. And, this, this this, this Operation Arctic Frost was was what was used by, the former special counsel, Jack Smith, and his, false electors case that that he's been that he had been trying to, to get the, Donald Trump convicted on. So, very interesting interesting interesting story here, and I'm curious to see where this goes to and, how it gets developed.
But, but, you know, sunshine is the best disinfectant, they say. Right? So, I think that, I think the chairman of the committee was right where he said the American people deserve to know the complete extent of the corruption within the DOJ and the FBI that led to the investigation into President Trump. So that's, that's a breaking story. That's a new story that has just come out. And again, we're looking forward to seeing where exactly that's gonna go. Well, another thing that happened, over the past couple of days, we had president Trump signing the, continuing resolution to officially avert a government shutdown. Senator Chuck Schumer, received backlash from his own party for announcing he would vote for the legislation. Now if in case you missed it, again, we didn't get it really a chance to talk about it, because of scheduling, the way things were working with the show.
So the the the the House of Representatives passed this continuing resolution to keep the government funded and operating through, through September, when the actual budget was would be presented, and, you know, all the appropriate bills, would be presented that time as well. Now, originally and it passed the house by a very slim margin. I think it was 02/17 to two thirteen. And it pretty much went across party lines, just I think there was one Republican that voted against it, and that was Thomas Massie. And again, that's fine. You know, he, you know, he's a man of principle, and I respect that, and and I appreciate that. I'm a fan of, Thomas Massie. I think he's I think he's done a lot of great things.
And, and I I, you know, I I can't fault him for for keeping with his convictions. You know? And I said before, as we were talking about this whole thing, the whole continuing resolution before that we came to a vote, that it's a crap bill. We know that. It's, you know, it's not it's loaded with it's it's not a good bill at all. We're not happy with it, but it was necessary to get us through until September. Alright. And then, of course, you know, the Democrats immediately went to the government shutdown. Grandma's gonna die. She's not gonna get a social security check, Medicare, Medicaid's gonna close, no one's gonna get any any health care, which is none of which is true. None of which is true. The only things that get shut down are non essential services in the in the event of a government shutdown.
Alright. So it's it's social security checks will still go out, grandma will still get her money, hospitals aren't gonna close, fire departments aren't gonna close, police, you know, still gonna work. It's non essential services get shut down. So, and there's a few places I'd like to see shut down during a government shutdown, but, like the IRS, and, unnecessary government offices like that, but nonetheless. So Chuck Schumer took to the floor of the, of the senate, and, railed against the bill. And, you know, in some ways, you know, he he wasn't wrong. But he's he staked his ground on the fact that he wasn't going to support or vote for this continuing resolution.
And, he basically rallied the troop. He troops, he went on to the floor, and he basically said that the govern that the, that the Republicans are gonna own this because they don't even they don't have enough votes to even pass it for themselves, without the Democrat support. But what I think happened I think what happened here was is that Schumer realized that if he played the obstructionist role, and and didn't support the continuing resolution, he'd be the one that would have to carry the the burden of being shut down Schumer. I'm sure we've all heard that, little nickname that that he's been given.
And the shutdown would fall on the lap of the Democrats, which would be more devastating news for the Democratic party. So he flipped. He had a change of direction on the whole thing, and, he got the bill passed. And, of course, president Trump signed that over this weekend. And, let's see. President Donald Trump signed HR nineteen sixty eight, the full year continuing appropriations and extensions act 2,025 into law. After it passed both the House and the Senate, the passage of the continuing resolution, which was backed by Trump, officially stopped the potential government shutdown. The CR extends the government's budget through the September and was approved by a majority of Senate Republicans. Only Senator Rand Paul, voted against the bill. Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer faced backlash on Friday from fellow Democrats after announcing his intentions to vote for the bill.
In total, 10 Democrats voted with Republicans to pass the CR and avert the government shutdown, including Schumer, senate minority whip, Dick Durbin, senators Angus King, Brian Schatz, Catherine Cortez, John Fetterman, Gary Peters, Maggie Hassan, Kirsten Gillibrand, and, Jean Shaheen. That's that's kinda neat now. Jean Shaheen. So, so the bill passed, the Senate and the former House Speaker has to Pelosi to release a statement, Release a statement urging Democrat senators to listen to women. The California congressman referenced, Representative, Rosa DeLauro, our favorite purple haired senator, representative, and, Senator Patty Murray, both of whom opposed the bill.
And, but the bill did pass. Government stays in in effect, and, we're looking forward to seeing what else comes. Alright. We're gonna skip that one because we just talked about it already. Yeah. We already covered that, so I'm not gonna talk about it. Alright. This is this is pretty this is pretty, interesting, this piece here. So, president Trump enacted or, well, yeah, I guess he did. He he he invoked the, the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 against a a Venezuelan gang called Trendyarua. Okay? And if you're not familiar with them, this this this, Venezuelan gang had been pretty much running rampant around, cities across the country basically, and the administration sent out at least one plane load of members of this far of the foreign terrorist organization, back to their origin country.
But it really didn't take very long, and then an Obama appointed US District Judge, James Bossberg, Bozberg, came along and basically tried to, you know, kneecap this whole this whole operation. Not only did he issue a temporary restraining order preventing deportation of any Venezuelans, but he also ordered that the plane or planes return these gangsters to The United States. That's the headline right there. Activist judge orders plane carrying gangsters kicked out by Trump to turn around. Now here's the deal. Here's the thing. District judges should not be able to be to be in a position where they can derail through some order, the executive branch, in fulfilling its its constitutional obligations.
This is this is the problem. Molly Hemingway sounded off on this. She said, I'm sorry, but this is absolute lawless. Order to turn plane turn around planes of terrorists is so insane that I'm having trouble comprehending what Boseberg is possibly thinking. And, these these are basically the people that Boseberg are is, sending sending, or or thinks or demands that are being to be brought back to The United States. TDA or Trendy Agua, operates in conjunction with Cartel de Los Solos, the Nicolas Maduro regime sponsored narcoterrorism enterprise based in Venezuela, and commits brutal crimes including murders, kidnappings, extortion, human drug, and weapons trafficking according to the White House. So this liberal judge believes that these people should be allowed to, stay here in this country illegally.
Do you see a problem with this? These these gang members have been going around terrorizing housing complex, taking over housing complex at with arms. It's it's it's it's just absolutely mind boggling to think that that a a district judge could have the authority to do this. Represent Texas representative Brandon Gill had this to say. I'll be filing articles of impeachment against activist judge, James Boseberg this week. Federal judge orders, deportation flights, and that's the headline from the New York Post. Western Lenzmann tweeted this, which is absolutely true.
Trump flying a plane load of foreign terrorists out of the country is illegal. Biden flying plane loads of illegals into the country, no problem at all. Folks, the left does not have your best interests in mind. The left wants to tear this country apart. The left has no concern for you. You are nothing to the left. They hide behind you. They say that they're acting in the best interest of the American people. But by doing what this judge has done in ordering this plane the this plane or planes to turn around and bring these gangbangers back, is not looking out for the best interest of Americans.
Do do you see the problem here? Now it's it's not no. We're not certain or not whether or not the planes actually turned around and came back, or they just defied the order and and continued on. And, I believe they did continue on, but as of this according to this article, they haven't confirmed that yet. Alright. Let's see. What else we got? And it now part of the problem also with these with these gangs, and this is kind of a a tie in to the previous. Coming across the border with them was this drug fentanyl. Right? We've all heard of that.
This a pinheads worth of fentanyl can kill millions of people. That's how strong this stuff is. Well, in the senate, there was a there was a bill that came up for a vote for, for, to to crack down on fentanyl. And there were 16 Democrats. 16 Democrats that voted against it. United States Senate has overwhelmingly passed the halt fentanyl acts. 16 Senate Democrats voted against the fentanyl crackdown. United States Senate has overwhelmingly passed the HALT Fentanyl Act, which designates fentanyl related substances as schedule one drugs under the Controlled Substance Act. Legislation sponsored by senator Bill Cassidy, was backed by 84 senators. However, 16 Democrats inexplicably voted against the measure.
Now it it they either did it out of just blind partisanship or, you know, soft on crime policies. You know, I I tend to think it's the soft on crime policies. But, here's the list of Democrats that voted against it. Also, Brooks, Rochester, Booker, Duckworth, Crazy Maisie, Ed Markey, Jeff Merkley, Chris Murphy, Alex Padilla, Bernie, Shifty, the right reverend, Pocahontas, Peter Welch, Ron Wyden. So now what happens next is that this piece of legislation goes back to the to the house of representatives where it's gonna pass with, with bipartisan support. Chinese chemical and pharmaceutical companies illicitly export hundreds of kilograms of phenol per precursor chemicals into The United States every month. In February, several executives with with, Wuhan based Hubei Aox biotech company, excuse me, were indicted by US Federal Prosecutors for illegally importing fentanyl precursors into United States. In October, '8 Chinese companies and their employees were indicted for similar crimes in Florida.
Alright? So, so just keep in mind, folks, 16 democrat senators voted against protecting you and your family, your children from this drug. 16. Remember that when the primaries come. Remember that when elections come. The left does not have your best interest at heart. The left does not care about you. They care about their donors, they care about they care about the criminals, they care about illegals, they care about everything but you, the American citizen. Also, over the weekend, Donald Trump ordered a large scale attack on the Houthis. That happened this weekend.
Trump orders large scale attacks on the Houthis, embarrasses Joe Biden in the process. So let's see. Donald Trump ordered heavy attacks on Houthi terrorists in Yemen on Saturday that marked a sharp turn from the last administration strategy, which left the Suez Canal unusable by American flagships. The Houthis is a rat is a radical Islamic terrorist group that's allied with Iran, and they've been for the duration of the, Joe Biden administration have been attacking shipping in the Red Sea and the Gulf Of Aden, from, at least 02/2023, to, show, solidarity with Hamas.
And of course, you know, all these attacks that have have caused economic disrupt disruptions throughout the world, rises in prices because ships are being forced around the entirety of Africa to avoid the terrorists, to avoid going in in into into the Suez. Well, Donald Trump finally had enough and decided that, he's gonna take action on this. And then he he released this blistering statement in the truth on on his, his app Truth Social, where he explained the goal of the strikes while embarrassing Joe Biden in the process. Today, I've ordered the United States military to launch decisive and powerful military action against the Houthi terrorists in Yemen.
They have waged an unrelenting campaign of piracy, violence, and terrorism against American and other ships, aircraft, and drones. Joe Biden's response was pathetically weak, so the unrestrained Houthis just kept going. It's been over a year since The US flag commercial ship safely sailed through the Suez Canal, the Red Sea, or the Gulf Of Aden. The last American warship to go through the Red Sea 4 Months ago was attacked by the Houthis over a dozen times. Funded by Iran, the Houthi thugs fired missiles at US aircraft and targeted our troops and allies. These relentless assaults have cost The US and the world economy many billions of dollars, while at the same time putting innocent lives at risk. Alright. You can read the rest of that truth on your own, as you can see it's quite quite lengthy.
But, but something to note here, when you think about it, it's really, it really is amazing that that Joe Biden I mean, the hoot they're they're not really a a a powerful terrorist group, you know? They they really have no no capability to stop an American, American military strikes, but yet somehow, the Biden administration allowed this little group to essentially take control over the world's most important shipping lane. The Suez Canal is crucial. It's, it it is it is fundamentally crucial for the global economy. But Joe Biden decided to surrender, refused to take any large scale action to regain control of it.
And as Donald Trump noted in in his truth, in his post, he said no American ship has been able to pass through the route unscathed in over a year, and that's unacceptable. But Donald Trump, he wrapped up the statement by saying this, and he laid it down here. He said, to all Houthi terrorists I wish I could do a Donald Trump impression. To all Houthi terrorists, your time is up, and your attacks must stop starting today. If they don't, hell will rain down upon you like nothing you've ever seen before. To Iran, support for the Houthi terrorists must end must end immediately. Do not threaten the American people, their president, who has received one of the largest he has to throw this in, who has received one of the largest mandates in presidential history or worldwide shipping lanes. If you do, beware, because America will hold you fully accountable, and we won't be nice about it. Now, Iran would be wise to sit back and just shut up.
I mean, don't you think? You look at the all of their proxies are collapsing, and if, and if, you know, if if if they plan on gaining anything but a total economic collapse, they really do need to step aside. And the Houthis, I mean, just like any other terrorist group, all they understand is force, and that's exactly what they're gonna end up getting. And Donald Trump is the one to do it. Alright. Let's see what else we got here. Oh, this is a good one. Remember, last week we started talking about this, I think it was last week. Right? It was last week. So last week we started talking about this thing, this this this whole this whole mess with the with the the auto pen, the auto pen scandal for Joe Biden.
So Donald Trump held a press conference at the Justice Department on Friday. I know I'm sure you guys seen that and heard about it. He used the event to to really to call out and criticize far left judges, and and basically, you know, put them on blast for, you know, you know, what he described as corrupt prosecutors. And, and and then he addressed some growing concerns over Joe Biden's use of the auto pen to sign official documents. Now if you don't remember the story, this is it in a nutshell. So basically, it turns out that, that a number well, pretty much everything that was signed by Joe Biden was signed by an autopen, including, the pardons that he, gave out to his family, Fauci, and and the j six committee people, and and and and several others, commuting sentences for for for killers and rapists, murderers and rapists, and they were all signed by an auto pen. Now, an auto pen is just exactly what it says. It's an auto pen. It's what it sounds like. It's just, it it's it's a it's a like an electronic signature. Like you like if you've ever signed a PDF, you know, you you'd sign your name once and then, you know, it automatically inserts wherever it needs to be inserted. That's basically what an auto pen does.
So, so a number of these, pardons and executive orders, and that were all signed by auto pen. The only thing that they've found that wasn't signed by the auto pen was that I personally think that bogus letter that, that Joe Biden released, announcing that he wasn't gonna run, that he was stepping out of the race for president. So, there's been a number of investigations going on with this, and, this is a real problem because a lot of the things that were signed, especially toward the end of his presidency, the pardons and such, were were assigned by an auto pen stating that he was there in Washington at the time, but he wasn't. He was out on vacation in Maryland.
So who the question is, who was using the auto pen to sign all of these pardons and executive orders while he wasn't did he even know about a lot of these executive orders and pardons that were being signed? We talked a couple weeks ago about the about a time where Mike Johnson, speaker Johnson, went to talk to the president, president Biden about the you gotta respect the office. Don't respect the man. We gotta respect the office. President Biden, about this, liquid natural gas pause that he signed that was, that was hurting, the economy in Louisiana. It was and it was, you know, left our allies that were depending on the LNG, to, let left them confused and and not understanding what happened.
And when when Mike Johnson went and spoke to to president Biden about it, president Biden swore up and that he did not know about it. That he didn't sign that. And according to Mike Johnson, it was believable that he that he did not know that he signed it. That's scary folks. That that's that's something that should give us a lot of pause, great pause. Who was signing documents with the auto pen, and did Joe Biden even know? So Donald Trump, again, held a press conference at the justice department on Friday, and, again, used it as an opportunity to rip out rip far left judges and blast corrupt prosecutors. Trump's remarks on Friday were focused on restoring law and order and ending the weaponization of the department. At one point, president Trump brought up the growing auto pen scandal.
The Oversight Project has gathered every document they could find with Biden's signature. All used the same auto pen signature except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 race. The New York Post dropped a bombshell after the oversight project revealed nearly every document that Joe Biden signed used the same autopen. According to the New York Post's Steve Nelson, a key Biden aid may have exceeded their authority, an aid. An aid. The New York Post, knows the name of the key Biden aid, but they did not disclose their identity in Friday's bombshell report. An insider told the New York Post that he feared this key Biden aid, quote, I feared no one as much as I feared that staffer. To me, the staffer basically was the president.
The person the person said, no one ever questioned the staffer. Period. And president Trump, on Friday, said everything Biden signed with an auto pen could be invalid. Trump blast the auto pen signatures on executive orders. And then we have the audio here. There we go.

You know, they're having who's who's doing this? So when my people come up, Will and all of the people, Steve, they come up and say, sir, this is an executive order. They explain it to me and, you know, 90% of the time I sign it. 99% of the time I say do it. But they come up and I sign it. But you don't use auto pen. It's, number one, it's disrespectful to the office. Number two, maybe it's not even valid because, you know, who's getting him to sign? He had no idea what the hell he was doing. If he did, all of these bad things, wouldn't be happening. So, again, valid point.

Who was in charge of the auto pen, and if Joe Biden didn't know what exactly it was that was being signed, are those executive orders, are those pardons, all those documents that were signed, are they even valid? Now, that's important to me anyway, because Europe is mobilizing for war.
Great Britain, is talking about putting troops on the ground as peacekeepers in Ukraine. France, similarly. Germany, Germany, similar. Donald Trump is the only one who went on record showing genuine concern for the lives of the Ukrainian soldiers, of the Ukrainian people. The only one. All the others are looking to put boots on the ground, continue the bloodshed, continue the killing unnecessarily, but Donald Trump's the only one. And to me, that goes to show you his heart. He's not looking to to escalate the war. He's not he's looking to bring it to an end. That's that's his heart.

Now look, I look, Donald Trump is doing a great job, my opinion, and I think he's gonna do great things for The United States at this period of time in history. I am still in favor of Texas. Okay? I just have to say that. Wanted to make sure I people understood that. We had a very good productive discussion with president Vladimir Putin of Russia yesterday. Inmate records obtained by People Magazine show that Victoria Goodwin, thirty two, was arrested on March 6 in Clark County, Nevada. And, let's see.
