And, we're gonna have a great conversation tonight. We're gonna be talking about all kinds of really interesting stuff. I mean, I was looking over his website over the weekend in preparation for the, for the show tonight, and, man, this is really interesting stuff. We're gonna be talking about level one civilizations. We're gonna talk about the different levels of civilizations that exist. We're gonna find out where we are on this beautiful plane that we call Earth. And then not only that, we're gonna be talking about UFOs, UAPs now, they call them. I like UFOs better.
We're talking about, USOs. We'll also be talking about some close encounters. You know, there are different levels to close encounters. There's, close encounter one or c e one, c e two, c e three. There's a c e four, and there's actually a c e five, which is very, very controversial, and we're gonna be talking about that, in some detail and some depth tonight. Very, very interesting show we're gonna have for you tonight. We're gonna stay away from the politics. We're gonna take a break from that. And, pretty much for the rest of the week because, we also have a guest lined up for the, for the, twentieth. We have a guest lined up for the twenty first. So, pretty much rest of the week is gonna be a lot of, a lot of talk, a lot of guests, and we're we're excited about that. That's the original plan for this podcast. That was gonna be an anything and everything type show. And, you know, we get we get pulled into the politics because I love politics and politics is a lot of fun.

Stuff that we're not gonna obviously cover today, we'll we'll touch up on it probably tomorrow on, tomorrow's show. But, very big today. The, JFK files, released today, over at the National Archives. That is very, very big, and, we're gonna get into that tomorrow. I have not had a chance to, look at any of the information on it, but I just know that it it did happen. We had a number of a number of announcements by, President Trump, that came out today that that are really interesting. And again, we'll, check into those, tomorrow as well.
So we are just absolutely excited about the developments that are taking place in the in in The United States. You know, inflation is coming down. I don't know if if you heard last night, we talked about it on the podcast that, that, the, you know, the the left has been harping on. Well, Donald Trump said the price of eggs is gonna come down, you know, you know, day one and all that stuff. Well, no, that's not what he said. He said that he was gonna start the process of getting those things in place on day one. And, as of, yesterday, and and today as well, the price of eggs has actually dropped, over $2, nationwide. So that's big.
That's big, considering the previous administration called a 50,000,000 chickens. So, that's that's that's huge. We are and and it's it's a really a good trend. And I'm telling you folks, when we get to the fourth quarter of of this year, we're gonna see some huge developments in the economy. This economy is gonna be humming along. It's gonna be buzzing along. I am excited about that. I think that, when Donald Trump said that America's golden age is here, is coming, I think he was right, and I think that's that he's taken the country in the right direction, and you know what? 47% of America believes that to be the case. and nice to have the opportunity to just have this conversation with you. Yeah. This is some great stuff, brother. I I I was looking at your website over the weekend, and, I'm really very curious about, l one, about what exactly an l one civilization is, how many levels there are to a civilization, and, there's just so many things that that just kinda jumped out at me as I was looking at your website, and I really would encourage everyone to go check them out. You should definitely go over there and check that out. And you have some great information up there, and the the video that you, told me to check out was really interesting. And, I think probably one of the first things that I I wanna ask you about is is what is this, decrypted disk exactly?

Yeah. So, glad you asked. That disk was first, made, made known to me while I was attending a conference presented by doctor Steven Greer, who is a disclosure advocate for UFO UAP research technologies. He's put out a a number of documentaries on the subject. He was presenting, he was doing a presentation in Santa Monica in 02/2022. I went live to the presentation. I've been following him for a couple years at that point, and I was familiar with people in his team. And during that presentation, he mentioned having a decrypted disk and needing help, sorry, having an encrypted disk and needing help decrypting it.
And in this disk, there were literally thousands of pages of documents containing, suppressed, technologies, research articles, unpublished articles to do with, zero point energy technologies, anti gravitics, climate control. I mean, he didn't go through that much detail onto what the disc contained other than to say it contained specifics on patents to do with zero point energy technologies, and, devices and research, etcetera. So, I brought that to the attention of someone I knew that was in his new energy team. And this when I say his new energy team, I'm speaking of a group of volunteers. Everybody, you gotta keep in mind, these are not paid people. Right. This is something it's like a passion project that, you know, we do.
And, and so I wanna mention it to him just to give you an idea of how hard it is to manage all of this stuff. He didn't even know that the cryptid disk existed until I told it to him. And so he went and approached Pat Pearsall, who was sort of one of the spokespersons at the time for doctor Greer. Who then went up to to to doctor Greer, and he got the disc to, my contact, Brian. Brian actually managed to decrypt it. Really? And yeah. And he he gave me a copy of it. And, and he as a thank you, he said, here you go. And I was just kinda just sat staring at it, like, open eyed for, like, days. Like, what am I gonna do with this? What is this for real? I can't I couldn't believe it. And if you go to our our website, you'll in the post I shared with you, you'll see Stevens discussing this disk. Like, literally telling you how this disk came about, who made it, and what it represents. And I can go into that detail as well, but I just thought I'd stop there for now. Oh, yeah. No. I'd actually, I would love to know exactly,

you know, where this thing came from. And and I I know like I said, I've seen the video, so I I know some of the information that you you have talked about already. But, what was what was on that disc that really just, like, jumped out at you, that that grabbed your attention, that that that, I guess, you know, just so impressed you that that you just had to start digging deeper and further into this.

You know, for me first of all, you know, doctor Greer mentioned describing exactly what's in there. Then, you know, knowing that it was put together by a man by the name of John Secchka, who was a CIA officer who, it appears was courting an inventor by the name of John Badini who had breakthrough technologies and devices in this space. So John Badini had already played with a variety of ways of tapping into the zero point energy field. And he'd been approached by this guy, John Secchka. Secchka gave him access to a warehouse where he had stored literally working devices, had, I mean, desk, drawers full of documents and research to do with this technology.
And through this process of getting to know each of, you know, John Badini and and so forth, he gave him, I believe it was a day, to copy whatever he wanted. Literally, whatever he wanted in this whole warehouse. And he did. He copied over a hundred thousand pages, and he literally broke down one of those old IBM copy machines. Like, it broke, then had to send someone out there to fix it. It was so that's what these files are. That's what this entire drive is. Was that all of it? The the hundred thousand? Or or was that or was there more that he just wasn't able to get to because a day to to copy the inform I mean, was he able to get it all? So there so that's a great question. There is an episode.
There was a series called Energy from the Vacuum, and this was a series that came out in the nineties. Okay. And it chronic it literally has an interview of John Badini describing all of this. He literally talks about meeting John Secchia, talks about going into the warehouse, what he saw would blow your mind. This series was so controversial. It was pulled off, every platform I could find in The United States at least. I had to go to, Yandex, which is a Russian search engine to literally find other servers in other countries that have, like, some piecemeal episodes of it. Right.
Now the nonprofit group, which is this new energy team I'm talking about, which was organized by Steven Greer, we have the whole series. And so I actually published two or three episodes on my on my blog post through l one, and specifically this one to do with the Secchia files. So if people are curious about all the stuff and the claims that I'm making now, please go to our, our website and you'll find that that specific blog post where John Badini describes meeting John Secchia, how he got these files, how many he was able to see, which devices he saw in person. He literally saw him turn on a motor that was run by water.
So literally, it had, 10% of the volume was some sort of mixture. It was some sort of mixture, could have been petroleum based, and 9% was water. And he poured it into the tank of this tractor motor and just turned it on and ran it. Wow. Now

I remember I remember seeing some of this, and I've I've heard, some other, documentaries on, Sechka. So I'm I'm familiar with who he is. Can you just give us a background though as as to who Sechka is and, where he obtained this information from?
[00:27:30] Unknown:
Well, to be to be honest with you, that's as far as I've gotten to know about him Okay. And how he gathered this information, through to Steven Greer and what he shared in that in that event. And also what John Badini shared through his interview for the, energy for the from the vacuum series that John Sotchka was a CIA officer, with access to a lot of information, a lot of technologies, things that seem surreal. There for example, there is one point in the interview where, and it's almost kinda you could tell the Dini was shaken describing this particular aspect of his experience.
He drew a a sine wave on the chalkboard. So a sine wave is just, you know, kinda peaks and valleys. Right? This wave, like, your typical, like, radio wave or transmission wave just, you know, that is sort of like symmetrical top to bottom. Right? And the sign the sine wave, he said, in each each one of the markers on the sine wave depict had a a date or a year associated with it. And it went from some somewhat into the past to the present day, which was in mid eighties when he saw it, into the future, which I think he said it went as far as twenty thirty something. Okay. And it listed what happened in key moments through that time frame or timeline.
And, he went to say, yeah. In the eighties, you know, described who were the presidents in certain events that were gonna occur. And he got to a point where he said in 02/2001, it showed a picture of two towers burning. It's it it this it mentioned the Clinton years, and this was in '84. And so he asked, Vadini, how do you guys know? I mean, he asked Sacha, how do you guys know this stuff, or what do you mean? And he says, we know, you know, we know this stuff. We know a lot more stuff. It's kinda, I guess, the extent of it. You'd have to really watch the episode to hear it from his lips, but, that was pretty interesting. And his his takeaway was that the technology that he had access to through that warehouse alone essentially outbase everything that the average electrical engineer is aware of or uses now. And, you know, that's that. Right? But all of this stuff just gets shuffled away into the background.
You know? Like, it gets suppressed, debunked, whatever it is. I have electrical engineer friends, mainstream people, you know, that I might discuss some of this with, and they're very quick to say second law thermodynamics or perpetual motion systems, etcetera, etcetera, which are the kind of the the way they've been taught to interpret the information. Wow. Now, what

what are some of the technologies that you saw, that that really just floored you? I mean, that that just made you step back and, like, just like, jeez, this stuff can really change the world.
[00:30:38] Unknown:
Well, I mean, you know, like, through this through going through this drive, there's, for example, there's a, a technology by this man, Gray. His name, I believe, is John Gray. And it's called the title of this particular article that discusses the technology along with the patents is called the engine that runs itself. And this motor, not only is it the way the the way that system works, not only is it explained by people like Tom Tom Bearden or doctor Tom Bearden, who's a lieutenant colonel in the, US army, Brilliant person. He wrote a lot on this topic.
But, as well as John Badini and other people. And this motor uses high voltage, high frequency, systems that is that uses like a pulse, like, very high pulse specific frequencies, in a loop. And so when they're doing that in this particular system, they're able to tap into the, zero point energy field and bring that into the circuit. So in other words, it feeds the circuit and it keeps it running at at the way they were explaining it was without fuel. So that was one that really jumped out at me. There's other documentations with pictures dating back to the early nineteen hundreds I've been have pictures of, like, these old cars that you would see, like model t's, that are running with no no apparent fuel source.
It's it's fascinating. And there was less suppression by, government or by media back then, I think, because there's a lot more open discussion about research into, into gravity control. Mhmm. There was a lot more of that, which, again, I have documents also and research and articles that discuss it. I mean, in the seventies and eighties, they're already saying, okay. We're at the cusp or we already have reached it. You know? And then it just sort of stops. Now No one talks about it. It's out of off off the mainstream.

Okay. What exactly is zero point energy? Would that be something like like, what Tesla was working on?
[00:32:50] Unknown:
Correct. Yeah. So he, yeah, he he called it, radiant energy was a word that he used, and it's really referring to this idea that, an empty space, or what they would refer to as the ether, which again, that got trashed, debunked by a lot of people even though Einstein is quoted as saying it's in his research and and studies, there there is a thing as the ether. Mhmm. And what that refers to is, a field of energy and, quote, unquote, empty space. And this this energy can be tapped into, and used to, to run circuits, for example, to run, you know, to run generators. So, you know, it's it's it's there's there's many different approaches to tapping this energy.
There's different ways to do it. And it's it's practically I mean, we could have more than a two hour conversation just on that alone, but that's kind of a good kind of a encapsulation of it.

But, I just wanna jump ahead a little bit here. I wanted I wanted to ask you now. I I like I said, I've been looking at your website, and I and this is kind of all ties together to what what we were just talking about. I was looking at your website, and I'm fascinated by, the l one communities and the incubator. Now, could could you tell us what exactly the l one community is all about? Can you tell us, what the incubator is all about and and how you came about with this?

Mhmm. Excuse me. Yeah. So so for me and and you and I kinda briefly touched on this when we were talking on the phone earlier. You know, for me, the the l one in the name level one really came from, being inspired by doctor Greer and his work. So he had, come across I I believe through his communications with a certain group or a particular civilization, extraterrestrials, They were they were sharing information with him and his team. They're making contact, and they described to him 10 particular levels of of civilizational development. Okay. And so they were, it goes all the way from, the detail that he gave was from level zero to level 10.
And so level zero is a civilization that's in, essentially, there's, infighting. There's biospheric or planetary destruction. There really isn't, like, a lot of premium put on on life or peace, for example. There's a lot of infighting, war, conflict, that kind of stuff. Scarcity, thinking, scarcity models. And, and so the leap really is from level zero to level one.

It's to the level one. So we would be a level zero

civilization right now. Okay. Yes. Yeah. So we would be considered level zero. So, really, the the big leap for us would be to become peaceful. Like, to become peaceful with ourselves, within ourselves, and then with our community, and neighboring communities and, you know, governments, other countries, and then also interplanetary. So, you know, that takes the the leap of thinking, hey. You know, there's other other civilizations outside of our planet, which, again, it's, you know, that's another leap for some people. Right? Sure.

Sure. Now Yeah. But how but how does that all tie into unveiling what's on this disc?

So for me, level one in the framework for level one, is really about turning our focus back to us as as people, as humans, and really doing the work within ourselves to to become better. You know, to become better people and start coming up with models of thinking and being better that are more advanced than what we're doing now. So that's my hope with level one, and that's through what I call, like, consciousness centered. So really, like, Steven Greer shares consciousness studies. So it's really about becoming more aware of ourselves, becoming more aware of our interconnectedness.
And in doing so, we're able to, bring into a way of thinking or a mindset into this into this world, into this planet that's perhaps a step more advanced than where we're at now. And so the way that relates to this particular aspect of energy research is that there's a reason why we haven't been able to, have a public, use and recognition of these technologies. And so that goes into the conversation of suppression. But there's a reason why. It's it's maintained and centralized and controlled. And so that's, you know, that's become better people, better human beings. And then and so doing in doing that, I think we'll give ourselves the ability to think outside of this box, that's been kind of, created for us.

Now do you do you think that the reason why a lot of the technologies that that, or or at least the research that that, that that you're working on, and and research like that has been, suppressed because the overall global community, the globalists today don't necessarily wanna make the advancement to level one civilization. They wanna keep the the constant world. I wish I had Alex Jones' voice for this because it sounds like an Alex Jones question.

but you understand where I'm going with this. I mean, the do you do you think that that's the reason why? Yes. Yes. And and I believe that's really a two two key variables to consider when thinking of that question. And one is that, yes, there are outside influences that have exerts certain control and influence over us collectively, but there's also an aspect of us giving away our power

relinquishing our ability to have self determination, which gives them that ability to do what they're doing.

Alright. Now I I know you're working on prototypes. We we we had touched on that very briefly, earlier today when we were talking. So, just can you cut basically, just take us through your process for developing these prototypes. What are you building? You know, what what what what should be what should we be looking for?

Yeah. Absolutely. Gosh. Is there a way to share a screen if we could come up with a plan? I could I could show you, a working version of the prototype that we're, we've been, developing for the last eight to ten months. It's essentially, I'm I'm not cleared right now through the through the new energy team to give a lot of specific detail. Okay. But I can share, a similar model that was developed and designed by an inventor. I think it's been over ten years now, and his not his name is doctor Hatem. And, either I could share my screen or I could send you the link, and you could share it. I don't know how you you might wanna do that, but it's essentially a model that, that takes energy in Okay. Uses, uses magnets that are spinning at, extremely high, a high RPM, high speed.
And when you have magnets spinning in a certain direction at a certain speed, they're creating, an effect, with that field. So they're let's say they're they're sort of, using the field to their advantage when they're when they're spinning. Right? So you have two wheels, and they're, attracted to each other because one of them has a polar a North Pole and the other one has a South Pole. K. You could actually I think you could send me a link.

Because there's been a lot of hemming and hawing with with the team, with my partners and the team myself, as to what what we can sort of put out there and when. Our hopes were to have this done in January. One of the components that we're using that we grabbed off the shelf just wasn't really performing like we'd hoped, and we were we were working with, someone who's an expert with this work with this tech and has working has had working devices of this. And, and I I I could probably share a little more detail about that. But, but, yeah, the the off the shelf component didn't quite work for us. So we're we're waiting to get some more, customized versions of it, and that's where just things kinda got held up. So it looks like, yeah, there's probably a little bit of interference on that and being able to share progress like this with with you, with your audience publicly, I think, is great because it kind of, you know, it kinda takes the mystery out of it, and it just says, look. This this is what the kind of things we're running into, kind of the some of the delays and interferences.

This is my, Overunity, system. Produces, free electricity, and, just wanted to walk you through it. I have my, power cord here, my incoming power, and, meter to show how much power is, being consumed by the system. And then, I got my controller here that, converts my two phase power to three phase and also allows me to adjust my, RPM on my drive motor. I got an on off toggle switch wired in here, my three phase drive motor with a, rotor mounted on it with, rollers magnets. And then then I have a same type, rotor mounted on my alternator. They're not in physical contact with each other. It's just magnetically, one influences the next.
And, my alternator here produces my DC power, and that's connected to my, BATCAP. It's not a battery. It's not a capacitor. It's a combination of both. So it's called a BATCAP and, just acts as a dampener between my alternator and my inverter. I don't really use it for storage power to store power particularly. I use it instead of a lead acid battery because, I only need one of these where I'd need quite a few lead acid batteries to do the same thing. I have my inverter here, 2,000 watt inverter, and I have connected to that, 300 watt light bulb with another in line meter here to show how many watts are coming out of the system.
So, let's turn it on, see how it works here. Click the switch. You can see the drive motor coming up to speed, and it is, in turn, magnetically spinning the alternator rotor. And as it comes up to speed here, I'll take my, cluster here and see what RPM we've reached. And we're up to speed about now, and we're at 600 1,681 RPM. And we're producing, 11.82 volts and consuming, that looks like, about a hundred nine watts. So we got a hundred nine watts going in. And if I turn on my inverter, our light bulb goes on, and we are now see how much we're consuming. We're, we're consuming 252 watts.
So hundred and, 13 watts for now going in and 257 watts going out, and we're maintaining 11.34 volts. And so we have, overunity here of about a 44 watts. And this will run all day long just like this. I'm still testing the system and protecting it. But right now, I do have overunity and, a workable system here. So I just need to, increase its capacity and output, and I can, run whatever I'd like. That's the system. I'm going to show it to you how it works. We shut it off here. You can see that the, voltage dropped, and now we're just bleeding power off the back cap. And if I wait here a minute or so, we'll drain all the power to the point where the alarm will go off on my inverter and tell me that, I'm at too low a wide, voltage to to operate the inverter.
So, that's the system, and, thank you for

Yeah. Yeah. It's, you know, it's fascinating to watch. It's fascinating to be working on it and to have firsthand experience with that approach, and to be able to tell you that yeah. Not you know, we we we were our approach was a little different because we're testing we were using lithium iron phosphate batteries instead of a bad cap. Mhmm. Because that's just what I had quicker access to, and we were told that should work. But that's we're having an issue between that the battery and the alternators where we're having a problem. But we're told it should work.
But we finally thought, well, we'll get better components, and that's kinda where we decided to wait to get the better components. But then we knew we noticed there were some slowdowns happening. Keep in mind, we're working with somebody that, has perfected this technology and works, as a contractor. And so, you know, you know, some people might be wondering, well, how how is he able to even work with a nonprofit on this with a mission? Because my my platform is in a nonprofit, but the new energy team is. Mhmm. And their stated mission is open sourced.
You know? It's like, hey. Let's get this out there to everybody and anybody without any sort of patents or anything. And so, honestly, that's kinda where we find ourselves. And we're kinda in a sticky, weird place, I think, where people like this guy, this contractor, are sort of leaking it out and and getting it out there as as best as they can, in different ways. Mhmm. But I I think there's also people that are maybe I don't know. They're maybe slowing it down or it's just weird. You know? I I think we have enough we've we've gotten far along enough to where we could still figure this out even if we don't get additional support.
But that's that's kinda where where things are at now. Yeah. It's been it's been interesting.

Now I I know I know you're writing a book or you're working on a book. Alright? And how does the how does the book tie into all of this?
[00:55:18] Unknown:
So the book helps sort of spell out my journey through this process from having, you know, running my my third business, small business, getting this whole drive disk. And then as that year progressed, sort of my life changing, like, my business was starting to have some issues, that, you know, I was working on bringing some things to market, and all of a sudden, doors are closing. Things aren't working out. I'm starting to have some health issues. You know? And it eventually evolves into just going, look. I think, you know, the the signs are telling me here, all indications are pointing that this thing has run its course. And the only thing staring me back in the face is that decrypted disk. You know, just almost every cell in my body is like something something can be done here. And my background is, really in product management. You know, I can I've built particularly soft goods. So I've done soft goods manufacturing. I can work with technical teams.
So that's why I was able to get far along enough with this, to start testing it. And, and so that's you know, I kinda evolved to focusing on this project and, working contract jobs on the side. And then until recently deciding, I think I'm just gonna go full time on this. Mhmm. And, and I really feel, you know, the level one platform for me is a platform that is nurturing kind of this new like, we were talking about earlier, kind of a new way of thinking that brings us out, not like through venture capitalists, angel investors, IP protection. That's the old way of thinking.
It's kind of a the way of thinking that got us into this mess, so far as centralized control. Right? So this other way of thinking is more open in terms of thinking of using ZPE or zero point energy technology like the Internet. So just think of it like the Internet. Does anybody patent or license the Internet? No. The Internet is just the Internet. It's information, and it's a network. And so that's kind of the approach to, fueled quantum fueled energy or zero point energy. Mhmm. That the fact that it exists should be it shouldn't be restricted or licensed or controlled.
But the tools used to tap into it, yeah, that's where you can make money. But at the state of affairs, you know, that we live in now, that's the tools are controlled. So it'd be like the equivalent of people controlling computers so no one could get on the Internet. Oh, yeah. I gotcha. I gotcha. Yeah.

Yeah. So I'm I'm looking at your website right now, and, I see that it says, coming to the San Diego area soon. Right? So phase one, looking for founders, investors, entrepreneurs working on MVPs. And then, the three to six months, you're talking about level one incubator. Now now what exactly is a level one incubator?

So that's like the virtual incubator. So it's all online right now. Mhmm. And an incubator is really just an organization that helps nurture and support startups. Okay. And so the startup is just kind of a seed idea that someone comes up with, you know, that has some potential. And so you give it some capital or money, and you help nurture this idea. So, I introduced the first startup to the incubator. It's called Higher Energy, and it's it's designed to manufacture and distribute whatever the heck comes out of this collaboration with the new energy team, or their their official name is Zero Point Energy Project Group. Okay. And it's a it's a mouthful, but that's the that's the energy team I was talking to about that, was tied to Greer and his c five work and so forth. So these are these are all the volunteers I was telling you about.
They span the globe from here to India to, gosh. I think we have people in Europe, Eastern Europe, South America. So everybody's is devoted to to, getting, you know, getting working prototypes tested and and released.

Okay. So, like, I'm like, I'm looking here now. It says, industry focus one, alternative energy, new energy, ZPE. That's where we what we've been talking about. Right. Conversion designs, from old energy to new. And then you have industry focus too, which is on agriculture, vertical farming, hydroponics, microgreen farming, industry focus three, sustainable construction, composite and slate. So these these are basically steps that that that your organization is going through, or or these are just different areas that people can invest their time and money in?

Yeah. So we're we're wanting to work with, founders, inventors, creatives that want to decentralize those sectors. Mhmm. So we wanna focus on decentralizing that. Okay. So decentralizing energy, decentralizing agriculture, you know, so an agricultural project. So that would be, like, hydroponic or microgreen farming. So something let's say, for example, the average person could do at home or in their backyard, and then also construction. So we wanna make it easier and simpler for people to be able to build things. Or or if you have a plot of land, you know, be able to come up with, building materials and and concepts for building that are really high energy efficient, you know, that play well with the environment so that, you know, it's sustainable. It's, like, gonna last, but it's also simple and easy to implement.
And there's a lot of approaches out there. But, again, that's also very, you know, centralized and controlled in in as to how it's used and, how it's vastly done now. Right? Okay.

Yeah. Now with with these energy technologies that we've been talking about, and there I I personally believe that the more we mess around, and I don't mean mess around in a negative way. I'm talking about just in in exploration and and and, putting a lot of putting work into research and development of these new technologies, these new energy sources. I think I think that we're we we get attention not only from people who wanna suppress the information, but I think we get some, how do I put it, otherworldly attention.
Mhmm. And, what do you think about that? Do you think that that by us tinkering with these new technologies, these new energy sources, that we are getting those attention that we are getting attention from from, alien civilizations, and is that the reason you think the reason why we're seeing an uptick in in, UFO sightings, or now doing UAPs now, but I I I like UFO better. It just sounds better. Yes. You know, I think it's false we're more used to saying too, but, you know, they're always looking to change something, you know. Right. But, I personally think that, you know, ever since ever since we set off the first atomic weapon, testing the first atomic weapon until today, that first atomic weapon caught the attention of some advanced civilization out there, whether they're interdimensional, or whether they're, cosmic, or, somewhere within our solar system, or or within our galaxy.
Right. I think I think that those energy signatures did attract some kind of attention. I mean, I don't think we even really understand when when we detonate, a nuclear weapon, because I but it'll be over 2,000, test detonations of nuclear weapons since the nineteen Oh. Since the nineteen forties. We don't really understand what that does to time space continuum. We don't really understand what that does to interdimensional activities. We very easily could have, wrought havoc on another dimensional civilization by setting off and testing the nuclear up, and I think that's what attracted a lot of attention. And I'm wondering now, do you I mean, do you think that that's a possibility that that these that these whether like I said, whether they're inter inter inter I'll get the English language down someday.
If the, the interdimensional, beings, solar system, galaxy, you know, wherever they're coming from, that we're attracting them here. They're coming here. They're looking at us. They're and they're looking at us, and you're going, oh, jeez. Yeah. I mean This isn't good.

Right. Right. You know, I'll preface my response really with, you know, saying I've always thought of myself more as a proof based person. I'm not typically someone that just dives right in to the topic of extraterrestrials or UFOs. I as a matter of fact, I was never even curious about it, not even a tiny bit. But it wasn't until I was having coffee with my insurance broker, for my last business. We were at a Starbucks wrapping things up, and we're we hit it off. He he's just the kinda guy that, you know, once you get to chatting, he's just someone you you would just probably if you're into hunting or fishing, he's the kinda guy you want next to you because he can just go on and on. And he's got very interesting stories. And one of these was, he said, John, my my dad was you have, Air Force Intelligence for his entire career ended up working with the CIA as well. And towards the end of his career, he tells him at the kitchen table, he approaches him and and says, guess what?
You know, at the base, there's a UFO. There's dead aliens. I've been into the I've been into the UFO. I don't know where they go to the bathroom. I mean, he's just talking about it like you and I would be talking about going to car, you know, repair shop or something. And Right. And and so I I didn't say anything. I just sort of nodding, but I I didn't get it. I didn't get it. I was waiting for the punchline. You know, I'm like, what what what was he talking about? Was he talking about some high-tech design aircraft from North of Grammar?
And he's like, no. He literally saw that, and I couldn't believe it. I thought I'm like, why wouldn't the government tell us this? Like, why would they keep that away? Like, no like, seriously. Like, that just seemed and it wasn't like it just happened. Like, he was telling me this has been going on for a while. So he told me to watch Unacknowledged, which was a documentary by doctor Steven Greer. So that's what got me into this whole world because he would you know, he interviews witnesses as you know and so forth. And so Yeah. Folks Yeah. Long story short yep. Folks, if you haven't seen Unacknowledged,

you you really do need to check it out. It's it's it's, like, two hours long, a little over two hours, but it is a fascinating, fascinating documentary. It is so well done, and so well documented that, you you will walk away from that with a different opinion than what you walked in with. Whether it's either positive or negative, you will have a different opinion than when you walked in with it. And, it it, I I had the opportunity over the weekend to to rewatch it. I haven't seen it in in a while. And I watched that, and I watched a couple of other, documentaries that, doctor Greer was involved with. And, I would highly recommend that you you definitely check those out. You know, John, I had one experience in my life with, what might have been a UFO.
And, it was recent fairly recently. It was about, 02/2022, I think it was. Okay. I was flying back from, from seeing my family up in New York. My mom had passed away, and I was, making the trip back. And, I I I don't like to fly. I don't think, you know, and there's something very unnatural about it for me. I I don't like it, but I do it. And I tried not to sit near the window because I don't wanna look. But, this particular occasion I did actually. I was sitting by the window, and, you know, I I didn't have one of those moments where I was able to, you know, where where, you know, the person just, you know, miraculously has their cell phone in hand, you know, at that time. But I I was sitting there, I was looking out the window, and we were over the plain states. So everything was nice nice and flat, and you know, beautiful beautiful view.
And from from the right to the left, it was it was almost like a dart that just shot right across the the, the window, that I was looking out of. And it was so fast that it looked elongated. And I I was thinking to myself, I said, that could not have been another commercial flight. First of all, to me, it was awfully close to be a commercial flight, and it just, I mean, like, like right past. There's no way that was that was a man made aircraft. I I'm convinced of that. And I, of course, I cursed myself for not having my phone in my hand at that point, you know, taking video or something like that, but, you know, who expected that? But, that that that blew me away. And I and I I sat there looking out the window for quite a while after that, you know, trying to see if I I saw something else or or if, you know, trying to figure out what that was, and there was nothing else in the sky anywhere. It it just and this was broad daylight. It wasn't like it was a nighttime thing that, you know, could have been whatever, and it certainly was not swamp gas.
You know? Right. But, it was it was it really kinda like it made me pause for a minute and think, well, you know what? Maybe. Maybe. You know, when we were talking earlier today, we were talking about some of our religious backgrounds and spiritual backgrounds and stuff like that, you know, and then I told you I'm I'm a born again Christian. And, you know, most born again Christians, believe that, you know, we were we are a unique creation of God, and we're here, and that's it. You know, there's nothing else out there. Interdimensional beings and and whatnot, I personally believe in. I don't think that they're necessarily alien civilizations at times. I think I think they're they're angelic. They're demonic, one or the other.
And, so so when I saw that, you know, it made me it made me think for a second. Wait. Wait. Hold on a second. You know, what would an interdimensional being, if there was an angel or an alien or, I mean, a a demon or devil or however you wanna phrase it, why would they need a craft, you know, to travel? You know, if they're a spiritual being, why would they need a craft? So that that kinda made me think, and it made me think of of of all the of all the the crazy thoughts that went to my mind was, the the I don't know if any if you saw this movie or not, but it it came out quite some time ago and was one of the Star Trek, movies. It was, the number five, the final frontier.
When Oh, yeah. When they when they went to that that that planet someplace, and supposedly they met God, and and, and and that that that being wanted to use the enterprise to take it to somewhere else. And, Captain Kirk, you know, great line by the way. You know, I mean, it's a horrible movie. But but but probably with the best line in the whole movie was, when when Captain Kirk stood up and said, excuse me, why would God need a starship? You know, that for some reason, that line came through my head at when I saw that thing fly by the window, and I and I and I was thinking about that, and I was like, why would angels or demons need a vessel or a ship or something constructed to travel in? So it kinda made me rethink a lot of things.
Maybe there is, you know, maybe there isn't. I don't know. But, I'd but I I definitely have a much more open mind about these things now than I than I had before, and and just because of that one incident. You know, I I I can't imagine how people who have actually seen repeated examples of, UFO activity, process that whole thing. It's it's it it it just really does blow me away. And, you know, I'm gonna tie that into, the, the c e five stuff. Okay? Yeah. Because, I'm I'm watching the clock here and and we're getting late. So, so, I'm I'm looking at, you know, I I I know that there are different classifications of close encounters.
Right? There's, close encounters. There's a close encounter of the first kind, which is just a visual, if I'm not mistaken. Then there's the second kind, which is, what was the second kind? It was do you remember what the second

is? Yeah. Second kind. So, yeah, first first kind, I think, is visual. Second is, like, physical I believe physical contact. I'd have to I can I I have to kinda look up, look them up, honestly, to kinda make sure I I'm not getting it all messed up? But, but, yeah, it's it it sort of goes all the way from more passive encounters. So that's where the one, two, three, four lie. They're, you know, the the visual, the physical. They they're kind of approaching, us here. That's how those are, organized. And then the fifth one, the close encounters of the fifth kind was coined by Steven Greer, and that's where we initiate the contact.
And so that's what he developed in coordination with some ETs that he'd interfaced with during a meditation, experience that led to the contact and and just kinda went from there. And then he tested it out, and it was verified by aircraft, controllers in nearby airport that saw their that saw the UFOs and reported the UFOs. And and, and then, obviously, Greer saw it, and then his roommate saw it. And so then he sort of stopped messing with it because he was younger and had other priorities. And then he kinda returned to it over time, and he formalized it. He taught it. And, and it's fascinating fascinating work because it's kinda what was the proof in the pudding for me, you know, for for having these experiences.

Yeah. I I I watched again, like I said, over the weekend, I took advantage of the time in prep for what we're gonna we're gonna talk about tonight and to catch up on all these these documentaries and and such. And, you know, the thing that, I I watched the the, the documentary you put out, called, Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind, which has to do with this, this this, human initiated contact. And Yeah. You know, it to me, it's very interesting because, you know and they have documented evidence of this. But one of the things, like, that that that kinda came to me when I when I was watching this was that, you know, there there is a there is a definite spiritual element to it. A lot of it has to do has to do with meditation, and and there's nothing wrong with that stuff, you know. I mean, I know, you know, a lot of born again Christians will tell you, oh, you gotta stay away from that.
I don't I don't think there's anything really inherently wrong with it. You know? I think it depends on how far you go with it. But, you know, what struck me really was when there there was one clip, and I and I I tried to actually get it, but it it the the, copyright protections wouldn't let me, grab it. So, where they were actually they they were sitting around this campfire, and they were involved in this meditative process, and and then you had these series of lights just start to manifest in the in the sky above them. And, to me that that was extremely impressive.
Because it it obviously, I'm looking at it was a it was a pretty decent quality video. So it wasn't like, you know, the typical, you know, shaky camera, grainy, can't really make anything out, you know, videotape quality shot. It was a pretty clear shot. Mhmm. And then, of course, they had a lot of the still pictures of of, what looked like humanoid shape in the background, you know, off in the distance, and and but but the thing that gets me though is, like, and maybe you can answer this, maybe you can. I I'm not sure, but the there is a very religious aspect to this.
At least from what I've seen with a number of the people that were involved in it. They they took it like a religion. Isn't there isn't don't don't you think that there could be, you know I don't know how to phrase the question. I I I think I phrased it better when we were talking about it earlier. A concern that that something like this could could manifest itself into almost like a cult type following. Oh, I see. Do you know do you see where I'm going with it?

Yeah. You know, I think, there's certainly yeah. I think a spiritual component. Yeah. I totally agree with that. I think, you know, I think if if people find meditation or prayer to be relegated to the more you know what I'm saying? Like, the more metaphysical or etheric aspects of reality, then, yeah, I suppose you could say that. I I think it's it's sort of like a simple way of explaining things that we don't understand. And so as a as a general, you know, collective Mhmm. I do find that very, very, you can almost say agnostic people, that practice meditation, people that, maybe are of other traditions that don't have a a god per se. You know, they're you you know, whether it's Buddhist, Taoist, whatever, but they just know how to quiet the mind.
And then they make they attempt this or, you know, the Monroe Institute, which is, an institute that studies a lot of the, the different aspects of consciousness, which the CIA has worked with and used for remote viewing Right. Programs, which are documented thoroughly documented. Heavily documented. Yeah. This is speaking of that, the nature of the holographic nature of consciousness, interrelated nature of consciousness. So there are actual sciences and methodologies to this. Mhmm. And that's my been my experience with c five and how Steven Greer's communicated that. It's truly about using that knowing to make contact with civilizations that are more advanced than us that can use the the nature of consciousness to actually communicate.
So so it's it's it's it is kind of a stretch for a lot of people. I I get it. Yeah. I totally get it. So it's it's just something that, you know, if you're like you said, if you're open minded to the possibilities and what it entails, it starts becoming less kinda like, you know, do I have to believe in something? And you can test it. You can just test it. You know? There's there's always gonna be the people you're just not gonna convince. And like you said, we'll just, you know, change the channel. Exactly. You know what I mean? It's okay. Yeah. You know? But then there are people that are ready. They're ready to give it a shot and try it, and that's who we're talking to. And so That's right. You know?

I know they've been kinda disclosing a little bit here, a little bit there, but but they haven't exactly been saying, well, this is definitely something that, you know, is otherworldly or or anything like that. But, you know, the Tic Tac videos that came out, the, you know, the ATIP program and and so on and so forth. Do do you think that we're close to a complete full disclosure? And how do you think that would impact society?

That is very, very big, and, we're gonna get into that tomorrow. I have not had a chance to, look at any of the information on it, but I just know that it it did happen. We had a number of a number of announcements by, President Trump, that came out today that that are really interesting. And again, we'll, check into those, tomorrow as well.
So we are just absolutely excited about the developments that are taking place in the in in The United States. You know, inflation is coming down. I don't know if if you heard last night, we talked about it on the podcast that, that, the, you know, the the left has been harping on. Well, Donald Trump said the price of eggs is gonna come down, you know, you know, day one and all that stuff. Well, no, that's not what he said. He said that he was gonna start the process of getting those things in place on day one. And, as of, yesterday, and and today as well, the price of eggs has actually dropped, over $2, nationwide. So that's big.
That's big, considering the previous administration called a 50,000,000 chickens. So, that's that's that's huge. We are and and it's it's a really a good trend. And I'm telling you folks, when we get to the fourth quarter of of this year, we're gonna see some huge developments in the economy. This economy is gonna be humming along. It's gonna be buzzing along. I am excited about that. I think that, when Donald Trump said that America's golden age is here, is coming, I think he was right, and I think that's that he's taken the country in the right direction, and you know what? 47% of America believes that to be the case. I I I was looking at your website over the weekend, and, I'm really very curious about, l one, about what exactly an l one civilization is, how many levels there are to a civilization, and, there's just so many things that that just kinda jumped out at me as I was looking at your website, and I really would encourage everyone to go check them out. You should definitely go over there and check that out. And you have some great information up there, and the the video that you, told me to check out was really interesting. And, I think probably one of the first things that I I wanna ask you about is is what is this, decrypted disk exactly?

Yeah. So, glad you asked. That disk was first, made, made known to me while I was attending a conference presented by doctor Steven Greer, who is a disclosure advocate for UFO UAP research technologies. He's put out a a number of documentaries on the subject. He was presenting, he was doing a presentation in Santa Monica in 02/2022. I went live to the presentation. I've been following him for a couple years at that point, and I was familiar with people in his team. And during that presentation, he mentioned having a decrypted disk and needing help, sorry, having an encrypted disk and needing help decrypting it.
And in this disk, there were literally thousands of pages of documents containing, suppressed, technologies, research articles, unpublished articles to do with, zero point energy technologies, anti gravitics, climate control. I mean, he didn't go through that much detail onto what the disc contained other than to say it contained specifics on patents to do with zero point energy technologies, and, devices and research, etcetera. So, I brought that to the attention of someone I knew that was in his new energy team. And this when I say his new energy team, I'm speaking of a group of volunteers. Everybody, you gotta keep in mind, these are not paid people. Right. This is something it's like a passion project that, you know, we do.
And, and so I wanna mention it to him just to give you an idea of how hard it is to manage all of this stuff. He didn't even know that the cryptid disk existed until I told it to him. And so he went and approached Pat Pearsall, who was sort of one of the spokespersons at the time for doctor Greer. Who then went up to to to doctor Greer, and he got the disc to, my contact, Brian. Brian actually managed to decrypt it. Really? And yeah. And he he gave me a copy of it. And, and he as a thank you, he said, here you go. And I was just kinda just sat staring at it, like, open eyed for, like, days. Like, what am I gonna do with this? What is this for real? I can't I couldn't believe it. And if you go to our our website, you'll in the post I shared with you, you'll see Stevens discussing this disk. Like, literally telling you how this disk came about, who made it, and what it represents. And I can go into that detail as well, but I just thought I'd stop there for now. Oh, yeah. No. I'd actually, I would love to know exactly,

you know, where this thing came from. And and I I know like I said, I've seen the video, so I I know some of the information that you you have talked about already. But, what was what was on that disc that really just, like, jumped out at you, that that grabbed your attention, that that that, I guess, you know, just so impressed you that that you just had to start digging deeper and further into this.

You know, for me first of all, you know, doctor Greer mentioned describing exactly what's in there. Then, you know, knowing that it was put together by a man by the name of John Secchka, who was a CIA officer who, it appears was courting an inventor by the name of John Badini who had breakthrough technologies and devices in this space. So John Badini had already played with a variety of ways of tapping into the zero point energy field. And he'd been approached by this guy, John Secchka. Secchka gave him access to a warehouse where he had stored literally working devices, had, I mean, desk, drawers full of documents and research to do with this technology.
And through this process of getting to know each of, you know, John Badini and and so forth, he gave him, I believe it was a day, to copy whatever he wanted. Literally, whatever he wanted in this whole warehouse. And he did. He copied over a hundred thousand pages, and he literally broke down one of those old IBM copy machines. Like, it broke, then had to send someone out there to fix it. It was so that's what these files are. That's what this entire drive is. Was that all of it? The the hundred thousand? Or or was that or was there more that he just wasn't able to get to because a day to to copy the inform I mean, was he able to get it all? So there so that's a great question. There is an episode.
There was a series called Energy from the Vacuum, and this was a series that came out in the nineties. Okay. And it chronic it literally has an interview of John Badini describing all of this. He literally talks about meeting John Secchia, talks about going into the warehouse, what he saw would blow your mind. This series was so controversial. It was pulled off, every platform I could find in The United States at least. I had to go to, Yandex, which is a Russian search engine to literally find other servers in other countries that have, like, some piecemeal episodes of it. Right.
Now the nonprofit group, which is this new energy team I'm talking about, which was organized by Steven Greer, we have the whole series. And so I actually published two or three episodes on my on my blog post through l one, and specifically this one to do with the Secchia files. So if people are curious about all the stuff and the claims that I'm making now, please go to our, our website and you'll find that that specific blog post where John Badini describes meeting John Secchia, how he got these files, how many he was able to see, which devices he saw in person. He literally saw him turn on a motor that was run by water.
So literally, it had, 10% of the volume was some sort of mixture. It was some sort of mixture, could have been petroleum based, and 9% was water. And he poured it into the tank of this tractor motor and just turned it on and ran it. Wow. Now

I remember I remember seeing some of this, and I've I've heard, some other, documentaries on, Sechka. So I'm I'm familiar with who he is. Can you just give us a background though as as to who Sechka is and, where he obtained this information from?
[00:27:30] Unknown:
Well, to be to be honest with you, that's as far as I've gotten to know about him Okay. And how he gathered this information, through to Steven Greer and what he shared in that in that event. And also what John Badini shared through his interview for the, energy for the from the vacuum series that John Sotchka was a CIA officer, with access to a lot of information, a lot of technologies, things that seem surreal. There for example, there is one point in the interview where, and it's almost kinda you could tell the Dini was shaken describing this particular aspect of his experience.
He drew a a sine wave on the chalkboard. So a sine wave is just, you know, kinda peaks and valleys. Right? This wave, like, your typical, like, radio wave or transmission wave just, you know, that is sort of like symmetrical top to bottom. Right? And the sign the sine wave, he said, in each each one of the markers on the sine wave depict had a a date or a year associated with it. And it went from some somewhat into the past to the present day, which was in mid eighties when he saw it, into the future, which I think he said it went as far as twenty thirty something. Okay. And it listed what happened in key moments through that time frame or timeline.
And, he went to say, yeah. In the eighties, you know, described who were the presidents in certain events that were gonna occur. And he got to a point where he said in 02/2001, it showed a picture of two towers burning. It's it it this it mentioned the Clinton years, and this was in '84. And so he asked, Vadini, how do you guys know? I mean, he asked Sacha, how do you guys know this stuff, or what do you mean? And he says, we know, you know, we know this stuff. We know a lot more stuff. It's kinda, I guess, the extent of it. You'd have to really watch the episode to hear it from his lips, but, that was pretty interesting. And his his takeaway was that the technology that he had access to through that warehouse alone essentially outbase everything that the average electrical engineer is aware of or uses now. And, you know, that's that. Right? But all of this stuff just gets shuffled away into the background.
You know? Like, it gets suppressed, debunked, whatever it is. I have electrical engineer friends, mainstream people, you know, that I might discuss some of this with, and they're very quick to say second law thermodynamics or perpetual motion systems, etcetera, etcetera, which are the kind of the the way they've been taught to interpret the information. Wow. Now, what

what are some of the technologies that you saw, that that really just floored you? I mean, that that just made you step back and, like, just like, jeez, this stuff can really change the world.
[00:30:38] Unknown:
Well, I mean, you know, like, through this through going through this drive, there's, for example, there's a, a technology by this man, Gray. His name, I believe, is John Gray. And it's called the title of this particular article that discusses the technology along with the patents is called the engine that runs itself. And this motor, not only is it the way the the way that system works, not only is it explained by people like Tom Tom Bearden or doctor Tom Bearden, who's a lieutenant colonel in the, US army, Brilliant person. He wrote a lot on this topic.
But, as well as John Badini and other people. And this motor uses high voltage, high frequency, systems that is that uses like a pulse, like, very high pulse specific frequencies, in a loop. And so when they're doing that in this particular system, they're able to tap into the, zero point energy field and bring that into the circuit. So in other words, it feeds the circuit and it keeps it running at at the way they were explaining it was without fuel. So that was one that really jumped out at me. There's other documentations with pictures dating back to the early nineteen hundreds I've been have pictures of, like, these old cars that you would see, like model t's, that are running with no no apparent fuel source.
It's it's fascinating. And there was less suppression by, government or by media back then, I think, because there's a lot more open discussion about research into, into gravity control. Mhmm. There was a lot more of that, which, again, I have documents also and research and articles that discuss it. I mean, in the seventies and eighties, they're already saying, okay. We're at the cusp or we already have reached it. You know? And then it just sort of stops. Now No one talks about it. It's out of off off the mainstream.

Okay. What exactly is zero point energy? Would that be something like like, what Tesla was working on?
[00:32:50] Unknown:
Correct. Yeah. So he, yeah, he he called it, radiant energy was a word that he used, and it's really referring to this idea that, an empty space, or what they would refer to as the ether, which again, that got trashed, debunked by a lot of people even though Einstein is quoted as saying it's in his research and and studies, there there is a thing as the ether. Mhmm. And what that refers to is, a field of energy and, quote, unquote, empty space. And this this energy can be tapped into, and used to, to run circuits, for example, to run, you know, to run generators. So, you know, it's it's it's there's there's many different approaches to tapping this energy.
There's different ways to do it. And it's it's practically I mean, we could have more than a two hour conversation just on that alone, but that's kind of a good kind of a encapsulation of it.

Yeah. I and I would like to have that conversation with you at some point, a a much more detailed conversation. Maybe we could do a a special show for that one. Yeah. But, I just wanna jump ahead a little bit here. I wanted I wanted to ask you now. I I like I said, I've been looking at your website, and I and this is kind of all ties together to what what we were just talking about. I was looking at your website, and I'm fascinated by, the l one communities and the incubator. Now, could could you tell us what exactly the l one community is all about? Can you tell us, what the incubator is all about and and how you came about with this?
[00:34:34] Unknown:
Mhmm. Excuse me. Yeah. So so for me and and you and I kinda briefly touched on this when we were talking on the phone earlier. You know, for me, the the l one in the name level one really came from, being inspired by doctor Greer and his work. So he had, come across I I believe through his communications with a certain group or a particular civilization, extraterrestrials, They were they were sharing information with him and his team. They're making contact, and they described to him 10 particular levels of of civilizational development. Okay. And so they were, it goes all the way from, the detail that he gave was from level zero to level 10.
And so level zero is a civilization that's in, essentially, there's, infighting. There's biospheric or planetary destruction. There really isn't, like, a lot of premium put on on life or peace, for example. There's a lot of infighting, war, conflict, that kind of stuff. Scarcity, thinking, scarcity models. And, and so the leap really is from level zero to level one.

It's to the level one. So we would be a level zero

civilization right now. Okay. Yes. Yeah. So we would be considered level zero. So, really, the the big leap for us would be to become peaceful. Like, to become peaceful with ourselves, within ourselves, and then with our community, and neighboring communities and, you know, governments, other countries, and then also interplanetary. So, you know, that takes the the leap of thinking, hey. You know, there's other other civilizations outside of our planet, which, again, it's, you know, that's another leap for some people. Right? Sure.

Sure. Now Yeah. But how but how does that all tie into unveiling what's on this disc?
[00:36:43] Unknown:
So for me, level one in the framework for level one, is really about turning our focus back to us as as people, as humans, and really doing the work within ourselves to to become better. You know, to become better people and start coming up with models of thinking and being better that are more advanced than what we're doing now. So that's my hope with level one, and that's through what I call, like, consciousness centered. So really, like, Steven Greer shares consciousness studies. So it's really about becoming more aware of ourselves, becoming more aware of our interconnectedness.
And in doing so, we're able to, bring into a way of thinking or a mindset into this into this world, into this planet that's perhaps a step more advanced than where we're at now. And so the way that relates to this particular aspect of energy research is that there's a reason why we haven't been able to, have a public, use and recognition of these technologies. And so that goes into the conversation of suppression. But there's a reason why. It's it's maintained and centralized and controlled. And so that's, you know, that's become better people, better human beings. And then and so doing in doing that, I think we'll give ourselves the ability to think outside of this box, that's been kind of, created for us.

Now do you do you think that the reason why a lot of the technologies that that, or or at least the research that that, that that you're working on, and and research like that has been, suppressed because the overall global community, the globalists today don't necessarily wanna make the advancement to level one civilization. They wanna keep the the constant world. I wish I had Alex Jones' voice for this because it sounds like an Alex Jones question.

Right. Yeah. No. But,

but you understand where I'm going with this. I mean, the do you do you think that that's the reason why? Is that the the globalist, the, the one world order folks don't wanna bring us up to a level one civilization because they wanna maintain the control, and that's why they're holding back on all of these, technologies that could potentially take us there.

Yes. Yes. And and I believe that's really a two two key variables to consider when thinking of that question. And one is that, yes, there are outside influences that have exerts certain control and influence over us collectively, but there's also an aspect of us giving away our power

relinquishing our ability to have self determination, which gives them that ability to do what they're doing.

Alright. Now I I know you're working on prototypes. We we we had touched on that very briefly, earlier today when we were talking. So, just can you cut basically, just take us through your process for developing these prototypes. What are you building? You know, what what what what should be what should we be looking for?
[00:40:01] Unknown:
Yeah. Absolutely. Gosh. Is there a way to share a screen if we could come up with a plan? I could I could show you, a working version of the prototype that we're, we've been, developing for the last eight to ten months. It's essentially, I'm I'm not cleared right now through the through the new energy team to give a lot of specific detail. Okay. But I can share, a similar model that was developed and designed by an inventor. I think it's been over ten years now, and his not his name is doctor Hatem. And, either I could share my screen or I could send you the link, and you could share it. I don't know how you you might wanna do that, but it's essentially a model that, that takes energy in Okay. Uses, uses magnets that are spinning at, extremely high, a high RPM, high speed.
And when you have magnets spinning in a certain direction at a certain speed, they're creating, an effect, with that field. So they're let's say they're they're sort of, using the field to their advantage when they're when they're spinning. Right? So you have two wheels, and they're, attracted to each other because one of them has a polar a North Pole and the other one has a South Pole. K. You could actually I think you could send me a link.

Our hopes were to have this done in January. One of the components that we're using that we grabbed off the shelf just wasn't really performing like we'd hoped, and we were we were working with, someone who's an expert with this work with this tech and has working has had working devices of this. And, and I I I could probably share a little more detail about that. But, but, yeah, the the off the shelf component didn't quite work for us. So we're we're waiting to get some more, customized versions of it, and that's where just things kinda got held up. So it looks like, yeah, there's probably a little bit of interference on that and being able to share progress like this with with you, with your audience publicly, I think, is great because it kind of, you know, it kinda takes the mystery out of it, and it just says, look. This this is what the kind of things we're running into, kind of the some of the delays and interferences.

This is my, Overunity, system. Produces, free electricity, and, just wanted to walk you through it. I have my, power cord here, my incoming power, and, meter to show how much power is, being consumed by the system. And then, I got my controller here that, converts my two phase power to three phase and also allows me to adjust my, RPM on my drive motor. I got an on off toggle switch wired in here, my three phase drive motor with a, rotor mounted on it with, rollers magnets. And then then I have a same type, rotor mounted on my alternator. They're not in physical contact with each other. It's just magnetically, one influences the next.
And, my alternator here produces my DC power, and that's connected to my, BATCAP. It's not a battery. It's not a capacitor. It's a combination of both. So it's called a BATCAP and, just acts as a dampener between my alternator and my inverter. I don't really use it for storage power to store power particularly. I use it instead of a lead acid battery because, I only need one of these where I'd need quite a few lead acid batteries to do the same thing. I have my inverter here, 2,000 watt inverter, and I have connected to that, 300 watt light bulb with another in line meter here to show how many watts are coming out of the system.
So, let's turn it on, see how it works here. Click the switch. You can see the drive motor coming up to speed, and it is, in turn, magnetically spinning the alternator rotor. And as it comes up to speed here, I'll take my, cluster here and see what RPM we've reached. And we're up to speed about now, and we're at 600 1,681 RPM. And we're producing, 11.82 volts and consuming, that looks like, about a hundred nine watts. So we got a hundred nine watts going in. And if I turn on my inverter, our light bulb goes on, and we are now see how much we're consuming. We're, we're consuming 252 watts.
So hundred and, 13 watts for now going in and 257 watts going out, and we're maintaining 11.34 volts. And so we have, overunity here of about a 44 watts. And this will run all day long just like this. I'm still testing the system and protecting it. But right now, I do have overunity and, a workable system here. So I just need to, increase its capacity and output, and I can, run whatever I'd like. That's the system. I'm going to show it to you how it works. We shut it off here. You can see that the, voltage dropped, and now we're just bleeding power off the back cap. And if I wait here a minute or so, we'll drain all the power to the point where the alarm will go off on my inverter and tell me that, I'm at too low a wide, voltage to to operate the inverter.
So, that's the system, and, thank you for

Yeah. Yeah. It's, you know, it's fascinating to watch. It's fascinating to be working on it and to have firsthand experience with that approach, and to be able to tell you that yeah. Not you know, we we we were our approach was a little different because we're testing we were using lithium iron phosphate batteries instead of a bad cap. Mhmm. Because that's just what I had quicker access to, and we were told that should work. But that's we're having an issue between that the battery and the alternators where we're having a problem. But we're told it should work.
But we finally thought, well, we'll get better components, and that's kinda where we decided to wait to get the better components. But then we knew we noticed there were some slowdowns happening. Keep in mind, we're working with somebody that, has perfected this technology and works, as a contractor. And so, you know, you know, some people might be wondering, well, how how is he able to even work with a nonprofit on this with a mission? Because my my platform is in a nonprofit, but the new energy team is. Mhmm. And their stated mission is open sourced.
You know? It's like, hey. Let's get this out there to everybody and anybody without any sort of patents or anything. And so, honestly, that's kinda where we find ourselves. And we're kinda in a sticky, weird place, I think, where people like this guy, this contractor, are sort of leaking it out and and getting it out there as as best as they can, in different ways. Mhmm. But I I think there's also people that are maybe I don't know. They're maybe slowing it down or it's just weird. You know? I I think we have enough we've we've gotten far along enough to where we could still figure this out even if we don't get additional support.
But that's that's kinda where where things are at now. Yeah. It's been it's been interesting.

Now I I know I know you're writing a book or you're working on a book. Alright? And how does the how does the book tie into all of this?
[00:55:18] Unknown:
So the book helps sort of spell out my journey through this process from having, you know, running my my third business, small business, getting this whole drive disk. And then as that year progressed, sort of my life changing, like, my business was starting to have some issues, that, you know, I was working on bringing some things to market, and all of a sudden, doors are closing. Things aren't working out. I'm starting to have some health issues. You know? And it eventually evolves into just going, look. I think, you know, the the signs are telling me here, all indications are pointing that this thing has run its course. And the only thing staring me back in the face is that decrypted disk. You know, just almost every cell in my body is like something something can be done here. And my background is, really in product management. You know, I can I've built particularly soft goods. So I've done soft goods manufacturing. I can work with technical teams.
So that's why I was able to get far along enough with this, to start testing it. And, and so that's you know, I kinda evolved to focusing on this project and, working contract jobs on the side. And then until recently deciding, I think I'm just gonna go full time on this. Mhmm. And, and I really feel, you know, the level one platform for me is a platform that is nurturing kind of this new like, we were talking about earlier, kind of a new way of thinking that brings us out, not like through venture capitalists, angel investors, IP protection. That's the old way of thinking.
It's kind of a the way of thinking that got us into this mess, so far as centralized control. Right? So this other way of thinking is more open in terms of thinking of using ZPE or zero point energy technology like the Internet. So just think of it like the Internet. Does anybody patent or license the Internet? No. The Internet is just the Internet. It's information, and it's a network. And so that's kind of the approach to, fueled quantum fueled energy or zero point energy. Mhmm. That the fact that it exists should be it shouldn't be restricted or licensed or controlled.
But the tools used to tap into it, yeah, that's where you can make money. But at the state of affairs, you know, that we live in now, that's the tools are controlled. So it'd be like the equivalent of people controlling computers so no one could get on the Internet. Oh, yeah. I gotcha. I gotcha. Yeah.

Yeah. So I'm I'm looking at your website right now, and, I see that it says, coming to the San Diego area soon. Right? So phase one, looking for founders, investors, entrepreneurs working on MVPs. And then, the three to six months, you're talking about level one incubator. Now now what exactly is a level one incubator?
[00:58:29] Unknown:
So that's like the virtual incubator. So it's all online right now. Mhmm. And an incubator is really just an organization that helps nurture and support startups. Okay. And so the startup is just kind of a seed idea that someone comes up with, you know, that has some potential. And so you give it some capital or money, and you help nurture this idea. So, I introduced the first startup to the incubator. It's called Higher Energy, and it's it's designed to manufacture and distribute whatever the heck comes out of this collaboration with the new energy team, or their their official name is Zero Point Energy Project Group. Okay. And it's a it's a mouthful, but that's the that's the energy team I was talking to about that, was tied to Greer and his c five work and so forth. So these are these are all the volunteers I was telling you about.
They span the globe from here to India to, gosh. I think we have people in Europe, Eastern Europe, South America. So everybody's is devoted to to, getting, you know, getting working prototypes tested and and released.

Okay. So, like, I'm like, I'm looking here now. It says, industry focus one, alternative energy, new energy, ZPE. That's where we what we've been talking about. Right. Conversion designs, from old energy to new. And then you have industry focus too, which is on agriculture, vertical farming, hydroponics, microgreen farming, industry focus three, sustainable construction, composite and slate. So these these are basically steps that that that your organization is going through, or or these are just different areas that people can invest their time and money in?
[01:00:18] Unknown:
Yeah. So we're we're wanting to work with, founders, inventors, creatives that want to decentralize those sectors. Mhmm. So we wanna focus on decentralizing that. Okay. So decentralizing energy, decentralizing agriculture, you know, so an agricultural project. So that would be, like, hydroponic or microgreen farming. So something let's say, for example, the average person could do at home or in their backyard, and then also construction. So we wanna make it easier and simpler for people to be able to build things. Or or if you have a plot of land, you know, be able to come up with, building materials and and concepts for building that are really high energy efficient, you know, that play well with the environment so that, you know, it's sustainable. It's, like, gonna last, but it's also simple and easy to implement.
And there's a lot of approaches out there. But, again, that's also very, you know, centralized and controlled in in as to how it's used and, how it's vastly done now. Right? Okay.

Yeah. Now with with these energy technologies that we've been talking about, and there I I personally believe that the more we mess around, and I don't mean mess around in a negative way. I'm talking about just in in exploration and and and, putting a lot of putting work into research and development of these new technologies, these new energy sources. I think I think that we're we we get attention not only from people who wanna suppress the information, but I think we get some, how do I put it, otherworldly attention.
Mhmm. And, what do you think about that? Do you think that that by us tinkering with these new technologies, these new energy sources, that we are getting those attention that we are getting attention from from, alien civilizations, and is that the reason you think the reason why we're seeing an uptick in in, UFO sightings, or now doing UAPs now, but I I I like UFO better. It just sounds better. Yes. You know, I think it's false we're more used to saying too, but, you know, they're always looking to change something, you know. Right. But, I personally think that, you know, ever since ever since we set off the first atomic weapon, testing the first atomic weapon until today, that first atomic weapon caught the attention of some advanced civilization out there, whether they're interdimensional, or whether they're, cosmic, or, somewhere within our solar system, or or within our galaxy.
Right. I think I think that those energy signatures did attract some kind of attention. I mean, I don't think we even really understand when when we detonate, a nuclear weapon, because I but it'll be over 2,000, test detonations of nuclear weapons since the nineteen Oh. Since the nineteen forties. We don't really understand what that does to time space continuum. We don't really understand what that does to interdimensional activities. We very easily could have, wrought havoc on another dimensional civilization by setting off and testing the nuclear up, and I think that's what attracted a lot of attention. And I'm wondering now, do you I mean, do you think that that's a possibility that that these that these whether like I said, whether they're inter inter inter I'll get the English language down someday.
If the, the interdimensional, beings, solar system, galaxy, you know, wherever they're coming from, that we're attracting them here. They're coming here. They're looking at us. They're and they're looking at us, and you're going, oh, jeez. Yeah. I mean This isn't good.

Without a doubt. And, you know, I love that you touched into that. I don't know. Were

your audiences with all of that stuff? I don't know either, but, you know, we'll find out sooner or later. So far they're not so far the our our viewers are are pretty steady, so we haven't lost anybody yet.

Right. Right. You know, I'll preface my response really with, you know, saying I've always thought of myself more as a proof based person. I'm not typically someone that just dives right in to the topic of extraterrestrials or UFOs. I as a matter of fact, I was never even curious about it, not even a tiny bit. But it wasn't until I was having coffee with my insurance broker, for my last business. We were at a Starbucks wrapping things up, and we're we hit it off. He he's just the kinda guy that, you know, once you get to chatting, he's just someone you you would just probably if you're into hunting or fishing, he's the kinda guy you want next to you because he can just go on and on. And he's got very interesting stories. And one of these was, he said, John, my my dad was you have, Air Force Intelligence for his entire career ended up working with the CIA as well. And towards the end of his career, he tells him at the kitchen table, he approaches him and and says, guess what?
You know, at the base, there's a UFO. There's dead aliens. I've been into the I've been into the UFO. I don't know where they go to the bathroom. I mean, he's just talking about it like you and I would be talking about going to car, you know, repair shop or something. And Right. And and so I I didn't say anything. I just sort of nodding, but I I didn't get it. I didn't get it. I was waiting for the punchline. You know, I'm like, what what what was he talking about? Was he talking about some high-tech design aircraft from North of Grammar?
And he's like, no. He literally saw that, and I couldn't believe it. I thought I'm like, why wouldn't the government tell us this? Like, why would they keep that away? Like, no like, seriously. Like, that just seemed and it wasn't like it just happened. Like, he was telling me this has been going on for a while. So he told me to watch Unacknowledged, which was a documentary by doctor Steven Greer. So that's what got me into this whole world because he would you know, he interviews witnesses as you know and so forth. And so Yeah. Folks Yeah. Long story short yep. Folks, if you haven't seen Unacknowledged,

you you really do need to check it out. It's it's it's, like, two hours long, a little over two hours, but it is a fascinating, fascinating documentary. It is so well done, and so well documented that, you you will walk away from that with a different opinion than what you walked in with. Whether it's either positive or negative, you will have a different opinion than when you walked in with it. And, it it, I I had the opportunity over the weekend to to rewatch it. I haven't seen it in in a while. And I watched that, and I watched a couple of other, documentaries that, doctor Greer was involved with. And, I would highly recommend that you you definitely check those out. You know, John, I had one experience in my life with, what might have been a UFO.
And, it was recent fairly recently. It was about, 02/2022, I think it was. Okay. I was flying back from, from seeing my family up in New York. My mom had passed away, and I was, making the trip back. And, I I I don't like to fly. I don't think, you know, and there's something very unnatural about it for me. I I don't like it, but I do it. And I tried not to sit near the window because I don't wanna look. But, this particular occasion I did actually. I was sitting by the window, and, you know, I I didn't have one of those moments where I was able to, you know, where where, you know, the person just, you know, miraculously has their cell phone in hand, you know, at that time. But I I was sitting there, I was looking out the window, and we were over the plain states. So everything was nice nice and flat, and you know, beautiful beautiful view.
And from from the right to the left, it was it was almost like a dart that just shot right across the the, the window, that I was looking out of. And it was so fast that it looked elongated. And I I was thinking to myself, I said, that could not have been another commercial flight. First of all, to me, it was awfully close to be a commercial flight, and it just, I mean, like, like right past. There's no way that was that was a man made aircraft. I I'm convinced of that. And I, of course, I cursed myself for not having my phone in my hand at that point, you know, taking video or something like that, but, you know, who expected that? But, that that that blew me away. And I and I I sat there looking out the window for quite a while after that, you know, trying to see if I I saw something else or or if, you know, trying to figure out what that was, and there was nothing else in the sky anywhere. It it just and this was broad daylight. It wasn't like it was a nighttime thing that, you know, could have been whatever, and it certainly was not swamp gas.
You know? Right. But, it was it was it really kinda like it made me pause for a minute and think, well, you know what? Maybe. Maybe. You know, when we were talking earlier today, we were talking about some of our religious backgrounds and spiritual backgrounds and stuff like that, you know, and then I told you I'm I'm a born again Christian. And, you know, most born again Christians, believe that, you know, we were we are a unique creation of God, and we're here, and that's it. You know, there's nothing else out there. Interdimensional beings and and whatnot, I personally believe in. I don't think that they're necessarily alien civilizations at times. I think I think they're they're angelic. They're demonic, one or the other.
And, so so when I saw that, you know, it made me it made me think for a second. Wait. Wait. Hold on a second. You know, what would an interdimensional being, if there was an angel or an alien or, I mean, a a demon or devil or however you wanna phrase it, why would they need a craft, you know, to travel? You know, if they're a spiritual being, why would they need a craft? So that that kinda made me think, and it made me think of of of all the of all the the crazy thoughts that went to my mind was, the the I don't know if any if you saw this movie or not, but it it came out quite some time ago and was one of the Star Trek, movies. It was, the number five, the final frontier.
When Oh, yeah. When they when they went to that that that planet someplace, and supposedly they met God, and and, and and that that that being wanted to use the enterprise to take it to somewhere else. And, Captain Kirk, you know, great line by the way. You know, I mean, it's a horrible movie. But but but probably with the best line in the whole movie was, when when Captain Kirk stood up and said, excuse me, why would God need a starship? You know, that for some reason, that line came through my head at when I saw that thing fly by the window, and I and I and I was thinking about that, and I was like, why would angels or demons need a vessel or a ship or something constructed to travel in? So it kinda made me rethink a lot of things.
Maybe there is, you know, maybe there isn't. I don't know. But, I'd but I I definitely have a much more open mind about these things now than I than I had before, and and just because of that one incident. You know, I I I can't imagine how people who have actually seen repeated examples of, UFO activity, process that whole thing. It's it's it it it just really does blow me away. And, you know, I'm gonna tie that into, the, the c e five stuff. Okay? Yeah. Because, I'm I'm watching the clock here and and we're getting late. So, so, I'm I'm looking at, you know, I I I know that there are different classifications of close encounters.
Right? There's, close encounters. There's a close encounter of the first kind, which is just a visual, if I'm not mistaken. Then there's the second kind, which is, what was the second kind? It was do you remember what the second

is? Yeah. Second kind. So, yeah, first first kind, I think, is visual. Second is, like, physical I believe physical contact. I'd have to I can I I have to kinda look up, look them up, honestly, to kinda make sure I I'm not getting it all messed up? But, but, yeah, it's it it sort of goes all the way from more passive encounters. So that's where the one, two, three, four lie. They're, you know, the the visual, the physical. They they're kind of approaching, us here. That's how those are, organized. And then the fifth one, the close encounters of the fifth kind was coined by Steven Greer, and that's where we initiate the contact.
And so that's what he developed in coordination with some ETs that he'd interfaced with during a meditation, experience that led to the contact and and just kinda went from there. And then he tested it out, and it was verified by aircraft, controllers in nearby airport that saw their that saw the UFOs and reported the UFOs. And and, and then, obviously, Greer saw it, and then his roommate saw it. And so then he sort of stopped messing with it because he was younger and had other priorities. And then he kinda returned to it over time, and he formalized it. He taught it. And, and it's fascinating fascinating work because it's kinda what was the proof in the pudding for me, you know, for for having these experiences.

Yeah. I I I watched again, like I said, over the weekend, I took advantage of the time in prep for what we're gonna we're gonna talk about tonight and to catch up on all these these documentaries and and such. And, you know, the thing that, I I watched the the, the documentary you put out, called, Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind, which has to do with this, this this, human initiated contact. And Yeah. You know, it to me, it's very interesting because, you know and they have documented evidence of this. But one of the things, like, that that that kinda came to me when I when I was watching this was that, you know, there there is a there is a definite spiritual element to it. A lot of it has to do has to do with meditation, and and there's nothing wrong with that stuff, you know. I mean, I know, you know, a lot of born again Christians will tell you, oh, you gotta stay away from that.
I don't I don't think there's anything really inherently wrong with it. You know? I think it depends on how far you go with it. But, you know, what struck me really was when there there was one clip, and I and I I tried to actually get it, but it it the the, copyright protections wouldn't let me, grab it. So, where they were actually they they were sitting around this campfire, and they were involved in this meditative process, and and then you had these series of lights just start to manifest in the in the sky above them. And, to me that that was extremely impressive.
Because it it obviously, I'm looking at it was a it was a pretty decent quality video. So it wasn't like, you know, the typical, you know, shaky camera, grainy, can't really make anything out, you know, videotape quality shot. It was a pretty clear shot. Mhmm. And then, of course, they had a lot of the still pictures of of, what looked like humanoid shape in the background, you know, off in the distance, and and but but the thing that gets me though is, like, and maybe you can answer this, maybe you can. I I'm not sure, but the there is a very religious aspect to this.
At least from what I've seen with a number of the people that were involved in it. They they took it like a religion. Isn't there isn't don't don't you think that there could be, you know I don't know how to phrase the question. I I I think I phrased it better when we were talking about it earlier. A concern that that something like this could could manifest itself into almost like a cult type following. Oh, I see. Do you know do you see where I'm going with it?

Yeah. You know, I think, there's certainly yeah. I think a spiritual component. Yeah. I totally agree with that. I think, you know, I think if if people find meditation or prayer to be relegated to the more you know what I'm saying? Like, the more metaphysical or etheric aspects of reality, then, yeah, I suppose you could say that. I I think it's it's sort of like a simple way of explaining things that we don't understand. And so as a as a general, you know, collective Mhmm. I do find that very, very, you can almost say agnostic people, that practice meditation, people that, maybe are of other traditions that don't have a a god per se. You know, they're you you know, whether it's Buddhist, Taoist, whatever, but they just know how to quiet the mind.
And then they make they attempt this or, you know, the Monroe Institute, which is, an institute that studies a lot of the, the different aspects of consciousness, which the CIA has worked with and used for remote viewing Right. Programs, which are documented thoroughly documented. Heavily documented. Yeah. This is speaking of that, the nature of the holographic nature of consciousness, interrelated nature of consciousness. So there are actual sciences and methodologies to this. Mhmm. And that's my been my experience with c five and how Steven Greer's communicated that. It's truly about using that knowing to make contact with civilizations that are more advanced than us that can use the the nature of consciousness to actually communicate.
So so it's it's it's it is kind of a stretch for a lot of people. I I get it. Yeah. I totally get it. So it's it's just something that, you know, if you're like you said, if you're open minded to the possibilities and what it entails, it starts becoming less kinda like, you know, do I have to believe in something? And you can test it. You can just test it. You know? There's there's always gonna be the people you're just not gonna convince. And like you said, we'll just, you know, change the channel. Exactly. You know what I mean? It's okay. Yeah. You know? But then there are people that are ready. They're ready to give it a shot and try it, and that's who we're talking to. And so That's right. You know?
Yeah. So so that's I hope that kinda, I think, kinda answers your question. It does. It does. And,

I'm gonna we're gonna we're gonna start to wrap this up. I'm gonna ask you one one more one more question. How long do you think it is before we get full disclosure? I know they've been kinda disclosing a little bit here, a little bit there, but but they haven't exactly been saying, well, this is definitely something that, you know, is otherworldly or or anything like that. But, you know, the Tic Tac videos that came out, the, you know, the ATIP program and and so on and so forth. Do do you think that we're close to a complete full disclosure? And how do you think that would impact society?

Yeah. I do. I do think, actually, I believe this year

Yeah. I I had that feeling. I had that feeling too. And, I really think that, I think I think the federal government obviously knows a lot more than what they tell us. I mean, and you start looking at all the documented evidence. You look back at, you know, you go back to Roswell. I mean, everybody goes back to Roswell, you know. So I'll be honest with you, sometimes when I'm watching some of those shows and I start going to Roswell, I'm like, oh my god, please. Let's find something else.
