In this episode, we delve into significant political topics, including President Trump's executive order ending federal funding for gain-of-function research, a move aimed at preventing future pandemics. Joe also covers the Trump administration's decision to halt cruel experiments on beagles and the proposal to reopen Alcatraz for housing violent criminals. Additionally, Joe discusses issues of unemployment fraud among federal employees and the potential self-deportation program for illegal immigrants. The episode concludes with a call to action for Texas listeners to support legislative priorities and a reminder of the upcoming guest, Charlie Johnson.

Well, hey there, folks. This is Joe Rusciello, and it is great to be with you once again for another week of the podcast. And we are coming to you live tonight from the asylum studios broadcasting from the pimple on the backside of Texas, the beautiful city of Eagle Pass, and bringing you the best quality political talk radio we could muster without all the bluster. Welcome to the show, folks. Alright. We started a little early tonight. Started at seven, technically. I know it's a little bit after seven, but, wasn't quite ready here at Showtime. So my fault, We'll get it, we'll get it worked out for you for tomorrow, for Wednesday's show, by the way.
So we'll make sure we're all prepared for that. But, tonight, I got a little bit, like I said, a little bit of late start. Had a few things that took place at the job site that, kinda delayed me in in doing some stuff that I needed to do for the show on my break. And, so I had a rush when I got back here and, to the studio and set it all up. So, I have a few things we're gonna talk about. I did not pull a lot of audio or video or, or graphics or anything like that, for sake of time tonight, but, we'll get to everything, I think. We should, anyway. And, so we'll we'll get started here in just about a minute. Just wanna remind you, though, that we are changing some of the things that we're doing and the way we're doing it. So, we are going to be doing the show now from seven to nine ish, Maybe a little earlier, maybe a little later, depending.
But, seven to nine is the schedule right now, and, we're gonna be doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday. So, so no show on Tuesday, no show on Thursday. That's subject to change depending on need, and, you know, we'll we'll work it out from there. So, so that's coming that's that's starting this week. That's starting tonight. Also, we have, we're changing the name of the show, which I will let you know what that's gonna be, once the graphic is ready. And, we'll get that set up. So I know I do have to make some changes to the existing graphic to reflect the new time, but we'll get to all of that, in the days in the days coming. So, it's exciting. You know? We're doing a lot of different things. We're gonna try something new. And, you know, hopefully, you know, we're the main I guess the main reason that we're doing it is because, you know, some of our guests have a have an issue, coming on late at, 08:00 our time and sometimes, you know, different time zone.
So, so it's a, you know, a little little bit of a problem, so we bumped it up the hour for that. And then, also wanna try to see if we can get more viewership, at an earlier time. So, that's another plan, another goal here for us, for this for the earlier start. And then with the name change, you know, I I'll I'll tell you. Honestly, when I decided on the name of this show, I didn't realize how many shows go by the same name, and it's kinda hard to find. So the new name of the show and the new, graphic is well, the graphic's not gonna be much different, which can be the same basic thing. We're just changing the the lettering on it, on the text. So, but the it'll be easier to find. So, so hopefully, that'll work out for us. So just stick with us the next couple of days as we make some of these little changes here and and work a few things out. But, I think, we should be pretty good going forward.
Alright. So, like I said, got a few things we're gonna talk about today. Also, don't forget, we have our guest, Charlie Johnson, who's gonna be with us on, Wednesday evening. And, we are really looking forward to sitting down with with, with Charlie, and that's gonna be a great conversation. I'm really looking forward to it. I've been doing some some, some research, some background on the things that we're gonna be talking about. So, we should be pretty pretty well informed and be able to have and keep up with the conversation. So it's gonna be gonna be interesting.
Looking forward to it. Alright. So, just some additional housekeeping before we get into, the stories for tonight. Also, let me know if if it's if you hear, the, the the droning of the AC unit in the background because it's pretty warm in here, and being it gets warm, the, the computer and everything gets warm, and I think it kinda messes up a lot of the, the stuff that we use. So, let me know what you think about that. Drop a comment down below. Shoot us a meet through shoot us an email. Let us know in the live chat. I'll be checking that from time to time, and, you know, we'll we'll make whatever adjustments that we seem to be making. What is that? Okay. Oh, very good.

I tell you everything I take, from the Alex Jones store. And the reason why I tell you that is because if I'm taking it and I'm telling you it's a good product, I feel more comfortable encouraging you to purchase it. You know what I mean? So, if I haven't tried it, I'm not gonna tell you to take it. So so far, I've I've been using the Ultimate Irish Sea Moss, which is fantastic, the Ultimate Turmeric. I've been taking the Optimal Human.
I've been taking the Shilajit, and, very recently, I started taking the Ultimate Methylene Blue, which I love it. I I really do. I I take a dropper every morning, and, you know, it kind of it doesn't affect you right away, and it's not like you're all jittery all day long from it. But it does give you a lot of energy, and it keeps you kinda moving throughout the day. And it kinda clears up some of the brain fog. Not that you could tell in my case because I'm a blithering idiot sometimes, but, you could, it it it helps with the brain fog. It it keeps you focused on the tasks at hand, and, you know, it's a good product. You should definitely try it out. And, it's it's not really that expensive. You could do a subscription to it. You get it for, I think, less than $30, for a month. And, or you can just buy it one time. I think it's, like, 45 or $50 for one bottle.
But you try it out. Really, you should try it out. It's pretty good stuff. Doesn't taste bad either. I've tried other methylene blue products and, they're not great. But this actually is not bad. It has that mint and vanilla flavor to it. It's not it's pretty good. I think you'll like it. So, try it out. Check it out. Remember, we did the live taste test on the show a couple of weeks ago, and that was great. We might do it again just, for for anybody new that's watching, and, we'll see how well that goes. Alright? And then the last plea that I have or pitch that I have is to our, folks that are listening on the audio stream. Hey, folks. Thank you so much, for all the downloads for the plays, and thank you for listening in live. I really do appreciate that. But if you wanna check out the video, just go to the App Store on your phone, download the Rumble app. It's free. You could sign up for an account on Rumble. That's free also.
And, you could also, subscribe to the show there. If you wanna check us out on the web, it's rumble.com/joeroos. You can find us very, very easily. And, I think you like Rumble. It's a it's a great platform. I'm invested in Rumble. I I I think it's a great company to work with and, and to be a part of in that in that way. And, that's why I that's why I choose to stream on Rumble, not, particularly fond of streaming on YouTube. Got another got another notice the other day about some copyright violation for a for a for a clip that has made the circuit around all of the other news agencies and, and other other podcasts and and and political talk shows and all that stuff. So I'm wondering if they got a a little notice too for that copyright violation, but, I've appealed it. I'll let you know what happens and what they say. But, you know, I did it under fair use since it's fair use.
But, I'll let you know what happens. So, but this is also part of the reason why I don't like to stream on on YouTube. Too many headaches, too too many issues with them, with all this stuff. So, that's why at this point, we usually say goodbye to the folks that are watching on YouTube. And, look, if you wanna stay on YouTube, that's fine. You could do that. Like I said, we we rarely ever stream a whole episode on YouTube. But if you wanna stay there, fine. If you don't, come over to Rumble. I you'll love Rumble. I think it's a great platform. And, there's a lot of content here. A lot of stuff that you're gonna find on Rumble, you're gonna find here I mean, on YouTube, you're gonna find here on Rumble. So, come on over. Check it out. Now with the Rumble plans, you could get a, you know, get the free plan. You get some mid rolls during the course of the show.
Unfortunately, can't really control that. So, can't, you know, tell them where to put it. They just put it where they put it. But, you can get a, a Rumble premium plan for as little as, like, $10 a month. It's not a bad deal. So check them out. Alright. So we're also streaming on Twitch. We're on x. We're on YouTube. We will be getting to Facebook live very, very soon. As soon as the, the developers here get that worked out with the studio here, and, we'll get all that stuff squared away. We're looking forward to that also. Alright. So with all of that said, my friends, on Twitch and YouTube and x, come on over to Rumble. If not, we'll see you on Wednesday night. Alright. Take care, guys. Have a great night.
Alright. Well, now it's just yeah. The few of us. And, we're gonna get started here, momentarily. So let's, let's take a look at what's in the news. Alright. Well, this is breaking news. This here just, just came up right before we started the show tonight. President Trump in a promise made, promise kept moment went ahead and signed an executive order ending gain of function research. Now if, if you if you don't know what gain of function research is, it's it's basically it's a virus research, that is it's used for basically creating weapons grade, biological warfare.
And, today, the president signed an executive order that, bans all federal funding for this incredibly dangerous gain of function virus research. So, according to, the postmillennial, the White House stated that the order will drastically reduce the potential for lab related incidents involving gain of function function research like the like that conducted on bad coronaviruses in China by the EcoHealth Alliance and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The order is also meant to protect Americans from incidents such as those that likely caused the COVID nineteen and the nineteen seventy seven Russian flu.
So, this was today at the White House.
[00:15:56] Unknown:
Search gain of function research is a type of biomedical research, where pathogens are adulterated viruses are adulterated, to make them more potent or to change the way that they function. This exec many people believe that gain of function research was one of the key causes of the COVID pandemic, that struck us in the last decade. What this executive order does, first of all, it provides powerful new tools to enforce the ban on federal funding for gain of function research abroad. It also strengthens other oversight mechanisms related to that issue and creates an overarching strategy to ensure that biomedical research in general is being conducted safely, and in a way that ultimately protects human health more.
[00:16:45] Unknown:
It's a big deal. It could have been that we wouldn't have had the problem we had A lot a lot of people say that, sir. If, we had this done earlier. Thank you.
[00:16:57] Unknown:
Very much agreed with that. And then after the order was signed, you know, I don't know if you're still in the background there, but, Robert Kennedy junior, was there. And, he, he had some some comments to make on the signing of this executive order. Let's, let's take a look at that.
[00:17:20] Unknown:
I gain a function. This is an historic day. The end of gain of function research funding by the federal government and also controls by private corporations on gain of function studies. This was a kind of study that was engaged in by The United States military and intelligence agencies beginning in 1947. By 1969, the CIA said that they had reached nuclear equivalency that they could kill the entire US population for 29¢ a person. That year, president Nixon went to Fort Detrick and announced a unilateral and to this kind of research, what they call dual use research.
Research that was for vaccination and also for military purposes. He then persuaded over a 80 countries to sign the bio weapons charter in nineteen seventies or eight. That basically ended in a function research around the globe until 02/2002. Until our 02/2001 after the anthrax attacks, we passed the Patriot Act, and the Patriot Act had a provision, a little known provision in it. That said that although the bioweapons charter is still is still in effect, and the Geneva Convention is still in effect. US Federal Officials have violated cannot be prosecuted. And that relaunched bioweapons arms race and that was driven by gain of function research.
In 2014, '3 of those bugs escaped from US labs, and president Obama declared a moratorium on future use. And instead, a lot of that research was moved offshore to the lab. We have an it launched bioweapons arms race all around the country, all around the world so that China is engaged in it, developing all kinds of weapons using AI and CRISPR technologies that are really devastating. Russia is deeply engaged in it. Iran and many other countries. It's it's a kind of weapon that always has blowback. There's always bad news. And the justification for this kind of weaponry was and these kind of research was always that we have to do this, develop vaccines to to counter a future pandemic.
In all of the history of bio of in a function research, We can't point to a single good thing that's come from it. And today, I commend president Trump for his courage and his vision in ending US bioweapons research and
[00:20:13] Unknown:
Well, I wasn't watching the clock there, so I apologize. And I think sorry. Alright. So, so this executive order also allows, US research agencies to identify
[00:20:29] Unknown:
Someone is at the front door. Good grief.
[00:20:50] Unknown:
I apologize, folks. It's,
[00:20:53] Unknown:
not my night. Quite sure how to help you with that.
[00:20:59] Unknown:
Give me one second. When in doubt, just pull the plug. I thought I turned her off. So oh my god. Alright. Well, you know, this is what happens when you rush. Right? And I broke my cardinal rule. I don't do the show when I'm rushing. So I'm rushing and I forgot things. Alright. So the executive order also allows, US research agencies to identify and end federal funding of other biological research that could cause a future pandemic or pose a threat to American health and safety. So this is a great and and this is a huge, absolutely huge, important step that this administration has taken. And again, it's not the promise made, promise kept. Now, of course, if we were doing this and this was on YouTube, we would probably be blocked right now, for talking about this, because I don't think you can still talk about, COVID nineteen and gain a function research on YouTube without some kind of a penalty.
So, so I'm that's why I'm glad we're still on Rumble. So, you know, so if you're with us on Rumble and you're coming over from YouTube and, you know, I'm glad you're here. Alright. So but that's not all. The administration today also shut down another aspect of, of of using taxpayer dollars for for, cruel and unusual treatments and and experiments, I should say. Today, the the Trump NIH shut down Fauci's experiments on beagles after more than forty years. I don't know if you remember this or not, but, Fauci, would take these these these beagles, and he would basically lock their heads in a box.
And he would infect them with parasites from flies, and then let the flies eat them alive. Or, like I said, he would have their heads locked in a box and have their basically, their their their heads their faces eaten. You know, it it it was just horrible, horrible stuff. Well, today, Trump administration, it's National Institute of Health director Jay Bacharia announced, the agency is halting this, this forty year experiments where these these these dogs were just subjected to the most cruel, disgusting, and horrible scientific experiments and procedures.
The NIH is also moving to, to expand, human based science while reducing, the use of animals in research, again, including getting rid of all of these, beagle experiments on the NIH campus. So, doctor, doctor Bacharya took to, Fox News, this morning.
[00:24:33] Unknown:
Doctor Bacharia took to Fox News this morning. Is it hard right now to change the culture there?
[00:24:41] Unknown:
Interesting to watch. Like, I I'll do some, some some, policy change. And and, you know, people, like, try to find the the the worst possible spin for it. I'll give you a couple of, examples. So for instance, I put out a policy to make sure sure that we have that we when we use, we have animals, in research that that we look at alternatives. You know, it's very easy, for instance, to cure Alzheimer's in mice, but that doesn't those things don't translate to humans. So we put forward a policy to to replace animals and research with with with other technological advances, AI and other tools that actually translate better to what human health.
And but then I then I'm getting, and we we got rid of all the the the beagle experiments on on the NIH campus. But you know so it's sort of like people just don't trust the NIH anymore and I can understand why. The NIH during the pandemic leaned into lockdowns, school closures, all these things, and so I think there's still a level of distrust that the American people have for the NIH that I'm hoping under President Trump we can reverse. Has PETA reached out to you and told you you're the latest hero like I mean they must be ecstatic with you right now? They did. I got flowers from, PETA, you know, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. Normally, I think, NIH directors tend to get, physical threats, but, they sent they sent me flowers.
[00:26:00] Unknown:
Now if you remember right, we had a, we had doctor Emily Trunnell from the, from PETA on the show a few weeks ago, and we talked about this very, very thing. We talked about the White Coast Waste Project. We talked about, these experiments and the amount of money that the, that the taxpayer money that went into these experiments. And, like, for for example, in 02/2021, documents were made public showing doctor Fauci oversaw experiments where beagles were purposely infected with parasites from biting flies. Fauci's NIH division shipped part of a 3,000 $375,000 grant to a lab in Tunisia to drug beagles and lock their heads in mesh cages filled with hungry sand flies so that the insects could eat them alive.
That's that's what they did. They also locked beagles alone in cages in the desert overnight for for, nine consecutive nights to use them as bait to attract infectious sandflies. And when the dogs would start barking and and and crying out in pain, these scientists had their vocal cords removed. Two thousand beagles had pneumonia causing bacteria pumped into their lungs until they bled out and went into septic shock. You know, we talked about all this stuff when doctor Trundle was on. This is you know? And this administration is putting that to an end. Now look, I'm not saying it, you know, because I'm a dog lover. I am. I have my my two babies out there. You know them. You've seen them.
And I just can't think of of how you could take a defenseless animal like this and and use it for this type of you have to be a special kind of evil to do that, and that's exactly what Fauci is. This man is a demon. He is a devil. And I think, personally speaking, you know, I I think there's a special place in hell for people like that. So the White Coast Waste Project president, Anthony Belotti praised the Trump administration today for shutting down the cruel experiment saying taxpayers and pet owners shouldn't be forced to pay for the NIH's beagle beagle abuse. We applaud the president for cutting this wasteful NIH spending, and we'll keep fighting until we defund all dog labs at home and abroad. The solution is simple. Stop the money. Stop the madness.
But, unfortunately, though, Fauci's experiments didn't really stop it at at just harming animals. In February, the NIH also conducted aids aids studies in the eighties and nineties. Reported in 02/2021, excuse me, that, you know, the NIH conducted AIDS studies in the eighties and nineties, which left some foster children, clinical volunteers dead. Well, should I repeat that? The NIH under Fauci conducted AIDS studies in the eighties and nineties, which left some foster children that were clinical volunteers dead. Children.
The researchers the researchers sought HIV infected foster kids to test dangerous new drugs that sometimes ended lethally. John Solomon, and, a former reporter, documented how the government went about seeking mostly poor or minority children to be exposed to medical research and drugs that were known to have serious side effects in adults and for which the safety of children was unknown. So they purposely went out looking for children that they determined to be poor or minorities to expose them to medical research, drugs, untested drugs, drugs that were known to have some serious, serious side effects, Drugs that they knew had serious side effects for adults, but they didn't know how a child would react under the medication. So they took these minority and poor kids and gave them these medications.
The research was conducted at least seven states, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Colorado, and Texas, and involved more than four dozen different studies. The foster children range from infants to late teens according to interviews and government records. Several studies that enlisted foster children reported that patients suffered side effects such as rashes, vomiting, and sharp drops in infection fighting blood cells, and one reported a disturbing high dance high death rate among children who took higher doses of drug of the drug, the records were showing.
This administration put an end to this. Finally. We can finally close the chapter on animal abuse. I don't care. I you you I can't justify testing medications or testing infections on animals. You know? Because animals are not human, so it doesn't always translate. The results don't always translate to a a beneficial human response. And if you remember, we talked about that with doctor Trunnell. So finally, after all this time, this administration, again, promise made, promise kept, has come through and shut this thing down. And thank God for that.
Again, I love my dogs. I can never see harming them in any way, and I I just don't understand how people can do that. How people could be so cruel in the name of science? Just doesn't make sense, but thank god it's over. Well, moving on. Let's see. So today also and that this, I think, is a great idea, to be honest with you. I think it's a long overdue idea. And, you know, of course, you know, on the left, they're they're mocking this and they're ridiculing this and they're as an idea, and they're, you know, you know, putting up the usual fuss and the and the fake concern over how much it's gonna cost. And all of a sudden now, they're they're they're worried about, you know, fiscal responsibility. Well, president Trump today called for The United States to rebuild and reopen Alcatraz.
That's right. Alcatraz Island out there in the Bay in San Francisco. So, actually, it was just Sunday. On Sunday, president Donald Trump called for Alcatraz, a notorious prison, and now historical landmark in set in San Francisco, to be rebuilt and reopened to house the country's most violent criminals. Trump posted on Truth Social let's take a look. On Truth Social, rebuild and reopen Alcatraz. For too long, America has been plagued by vicious, violent, and repeat criminal offenders, the dregs of society who will never contribute anything other than misery and suffering. When we were a more serious nation in times past, we did not hesitate to lock up the most dangerous criminals and keep them far away from anyone they could harm. That's the way it's supposed to be. No longer will we tolerate these serial offenders who spread filth, bloodshed, and mayhem on our streets.
That is why today, I am directing the Bureau of Prisons together with the Department of Justice, FBI, and Homeland Security to reopen a sub and to reopen a substantially enlarged and rebuilt Alcatraz. To house America's most most ruthless and violent offenders. We will no longer be held hostage to criminals, thugs, and judges that are afraid to do their job and allow us to remove criminals who came into our country illegally. The reopening of Alcatraz will serve as a symbol of law and order and justice. We will make America great again, and I think this is a great idea.
Now, Alcatraz in in the eighteen fifties was located on a 22 acre, spit of a rock. It was a military fort, served as a military prison from nineteen o seven to 1933, And then Alcatraz became a federal prison in 1934, but it was shut down in the during the Kennedy administration, in the nineteen sixties after about thirty years or or so, almost thirty years of service. Some of some of the more popular names other than Clint Eastwood, that, you know what I mean. If you know, you know. Right? Let's see. You had, who's incarcerated there? You had, you had James James Whitey Bulger, Al Capone, George Machine Gun Kelly, Robert Stroud, that you you probably know as the bird man of Alcatraz, and, public enemy number one, Alvin Karpis.
It's it sits about a hundred and I'm sorry. It sits about 1.25 miles, so about a mile and a quarter, distance to shore. The the island in San Francisco Bay was considered escape proof, but there were 14 documented attempted escapes, one of which inspired the movie Escape from Alcatraz, which I referenced a little bit ago with Clint Eastwood. And that was, that was in June, 06/11/1962 when John and Clarence Anglin and Frank Morris escaped the island, what they basically did. And it was interesting because I I was listening to another show, earlier today, and they were talking about this. And they they made a very interesting observation that I I had not noticed. Now, I had seen Escape from Alcatraz.
And in Escape from Alcatraz, what they did is, the prisoners basically they they chiseled through the wall. They they made an escape route from their cells, and then they built a raft. And, using raincoats, they play, they they placed dummies with, like, paper mache heads in their beds. And and I and I was thinking about do you remember when Shawshank Redemption? Did you see this this, Shawshank Redemption? So do you remember Andy Dufresne was walking through the courtyard, and he would empty out his pocket a little bit here, a little bit there of of the debris that he would as he would dig out that hole. Well, they did the same thing in Escape for Alcatraz.
That's exactly how they did it. So, I never noticed that until they pointed it out today on this other show, and now I have to go back and rewatch this thing to see just how much of a copy Shawshank was to Escape from Alcatraz. But, but but these these guys that that attempted the escape, they drowned, because, first of all, the water around the island is extremely cold. And, I know it's California, but still the water is much colder than the air around it. The, it was harsh weather conditions when these guys actually got out, and but, but their bodies were never found.
Now you never we had nobody's heard from them since the escape, so, you know, it just logically assumes that they, they all died, in that escape attempt. So in 1963, Alcatraz finally closed, and then, it finally closed because, basically, it it was more it was more expensive to operate than a Mainland based prison. And then from, 1969 to 1970, the island was occupied by, a group of Native Americans, and they wanted to they wanted to, claim that island as their own. But after the death of a child of the organizers and a fire that destroyed, several of the buildings on the on the island, the protest was basically shut down.
Then in 1972, '70 '3, somewhere around there, it it was opened up to, tourists. And that's what it's been ever since. It's been operated under the, natural the National Park Service. So very interesting. And, I I think it would definitely make a good home for not only these very dangerous illegal aliens that have, have that have invaded our country, thanks to the previous administration. But, it would also make a great home for a place for people like Fauci and, you know, all of these, these, globalists that have been planning and putting into motion the, the decline of The United States.
So, I think it would be a great idea. You know, it's let me see if there's anything in here. So as I said, you know, of course, with the with the, when when president Trump made his announcement on this, you know, it it you had to expect that the Democrats are going to, ridicule them, make fun of it, you know, and, it it and, of course, you know, Nancy Pelosi was the first one to to chime in on this one. And, you know, she she said that it wasn't a a serious proposal. Governor Newsom said that, through a spokesperson, said that it looks like it's distraction day again in Washington. Scott Wiener, who's, a state senator, basically, he he he he he's the guy that that takes all of the interest in agent consent laws when he's not marching around, for gay pride in a in a leather harness and jockstrap.
Basically, he accused Trump of wanting to turn Alcatraz into a domestic gulag right in the middle of San Francisco Bay. He said in in addition to does he put this in a in an expose. In addition to being deeply unhinged, this is an attack on the rule of law, putting aside that Alcatraz is a museum and tourist attraction. This is both nuts and terrifying. Scott Hechinger, who's a civil rights attorney, called Alcatraz a domestic torture complex. And if Trump really wanted to do something serious about do something about serious crime, he wouldn't have cut nearly 1,000,000,000 from bipartisan proven successful anti crime violence prevention programs around the country. And then, of course, Brian, Krasenstein, who I don't I don't follow him or anything like that. I I've seen some of his posts and, you know, it's pretty smug most of the time, but, he said this, at least a hundred and 75 to 250,000,000 just to shore up crumbling concrete retrofit for earthquakes and install twenty first century security tech, operating costs that never stop bleeding. Everything, water, food, fuel must be barged in, and Rawsowich barged out. That pushes the annual budget to a three times comparable mainland prison, roughly 70 to 75,000,000 every single year. Now he's not wrong that the island doesn't have a source of fresh water, that, when the when the island was in operation, millions and millions of gallons of water had to be brought in, each week just just to serve the hundreds of guards and prisoners that were on the island. And, and, of course, yes, it it it does need more than just some paint and, you know, some throw pillows and and and window treatments.
You know? But, to be honest with you, you think about it, the money really shouldn't be a consideration. It shouldn't at all because you how do you how do you put a price tag on public safety? This is more about sending a message. And, you know, Donald Trump is all about sending messages. You know? It's the it's the it's the visual of the thing that is what isn't that that's that sends that message. A lot of the most, dangerous criminals right now in The United States are foreign born, and the Trump administration is in the process of deporting them. How we we've talked about trend Diagua. We, we talked about MS 13.
These guys are being sent someplace that that's that's that's far worse than Alcatraz ever was or would be. You know? They're they're going to CCOT, the center for, terrorist confinement in El Salvador that this administration did, you know, for a $6,000,000 deal with with, with El Salvador and president, Bukele. And, Cicotte's the largest prison in the world, and it's full of people who torture, rape, murder, you know, just for the fun of it. They're all packed into these huge communal cells with beds that look like shelves and what looks like, like like, like a warehouse.
But even if you get them out, you still have all the homegrown criminals. But I'm telling you, you put them on Alcatraz, it'll pay for itself over and over and a thousand times over. It'll justify itself. Imagine if you put put, put Fauci in a cell with, with Big Mike. I'm reading that off an article here. That was pretty funny. Just imagine that. Put put put Anthony Fauci in a cell with Big Mike, and once the lights go out, the good doctor will understand something of what it feels like to be a small helpless mammal in one of the heinous n I NIH funded experiments. Fauci will wish he was a beagle with sandflies eating his eyeballs instead. Now, of course, that's not gonna happen because the constitution protects people from cruel and unusual punishment.
But I'm hoping this really does happen. This I think this is a fantastic idea, and I think this is this is a long time coming, and I think, it does definitely send a message. It sends a message that The United States is not gonna be pushed around. So I'm all for it. I think we should do it without a doubt. And then, of course, we go on to some Doge stuff, some Elon Musk. It's always it's always good. Right? So Elon Musk revealed that there are there are 100,000 active federal employees that are illegally getting unemployment benefits. Let me say that again.
A hundred thousand active, active means they're working, active federal employees are getting unemployment benefits on top of their salaries. On Saturday, Elon Musk sat down with Laura Trump, host of My View on Fox News, and, he he, made this startling discovery through Doge that there are this this this huge amount of active federal employees that are are are getting or they're double dipping. They're getting paid for working. They're also getting paid unemployment benefits. So, this is, this is Elon Musk. It's a short clip. Nope.
Not working. Okay. No problem. So the Doge chief revealed the stunning figure Saturday to Laura Trump post of my view on Fox News. We've actually found that there are a lot of people who are federal government employees that are active employees who nonetheless have applied for and are receiving unemployment insurance. While they're federal employees? She asked. Yes. And this appears to be and this appears to be at least a hundred thousand people. Alright. I have a question. I have I have a serious question. Where is Pam Bondi?
Where's Pam Bondi on this? Let's take a look at this clip.
[00:48:30] Unknown:
We've actually found this. A lot of people who are federal government employees, they're active employees who nonetheless applied for and have received unemployment insurance. While they're federal employees? Yes. Wow. And this appears to be at least a hundred thousand people. Wow.
[00:48:46] Unknown:
Yeah. That was a clip I was trying to play a minute ago. Sorry. I finally got to go. So where's Pam Bondi? I mean, well, we should know the answer to that question. She's on Fox News. Right? Every other day. She well, every other day. Every day, she's on Fox News. Doesn't exactly give you a lot of, confidence in what they're doing. Matt Van Swal, a former nuclear scientist for the Department of Energy, noted this. He said they actually received unemployment benefits from the government while also working. This is the definition of fraudulent plane of fraudulent payments needs to be investigated, but where the hell is Pam Bondi?
Last month, as World Net Daily reported, Musk revealed more unemployment fraud discovered by DOGE, including thousands of recipients over 15 years old. Between one and five year olds, and with birth dates more than fifteen years in the future. An initial survey says the post on on on, the Doge, Twitter feed, an initial survey of unemployment insurance claims since 02/2020 revealed the following. 24,500 people over 115 years old claimed $59,000,000 in benefits. 28,000 people between one and five years old claimed 254,000,000 in benefits.
9,700 people with birth dates over fifteen years in the future claimed 69,000,000 in benefits. In one case, someone with a birthday in February and and sorry. In 2154 claimed $41,000. Your tax dollars are going to pay fraudulent unemployment claims for fake people, people not even born yet. That's crazy. Folks, this is crazy. And then you have the left, of course, fighting this every step of the way. Why? Because they're the ones that are basically receiving the money, getting washed through these government programs and government agencies. How else can you explain how a a congressperson, man or woman, making a hundred and $74,000 a year going into congress after being there for a year or two is is is worth millions?
How else do you explain that? Well, they're getting paid. They're getting paid through your tax dollars, through your money. And how do I know that? Why do I know that? Well, you got stories like this one in a town hall. State department analyst busted for $650,000 embezzlement and stunning breach of public trust. A former state department analyst, once trusted with safeguarding taxpayer dollars, pleaded guilty to embezzling over hundreds of thousands of dollars from the federal government and yet another stunning example of bureaucratic corruption. While hardworking Americans are squeezed by inflation and rising taxes under the Biden administration, an employee working under the former president abused their position with little oversight or accountability.
According to the US attorney's office in Washington DC, Levita Almouette Farrar admitted to embezzling $657,347.50 from the state department over a two year span. Span. The 64 year old exploited her signature authority over state department checking account from March 2022 to April 2024. During that time, she worked as a senior budget analyst for the state department's office of chief protocol. To conceal the embezzlement, she used QuickBooks to assign herself as the payee and print the checks. Afterwards, she altered the payee information on the system to match legitimate state department vendors, making the scheme difficult to detect. She wrote 60 checks, deposited them in her personal bank account, with three additional checks made out to an individual with whom she had a personal relationship.
This is how they make their money. They steal it from you, from me. You know, sometimes you just don't know what to say anymore. But just think if if one employee is able to steal that much money and there are over 2,000,000, two and a half million federal employees, How many others do you think are doing the same thing? How many others do you think I mean, with little to no oversight? It's real it really is disturbing. Now how many of you heard about this one? And I'm not sure what I think about this, to be honest with you. But, I mean, if you do the numbers on it, it makes sense. I just don't know if I like the idea of it.
But, Homeland Security, is is looking to pay illegals to self deport. DHS says it'll be 70% cheaper for American tax pay payers as it currently cost DHS on average $17,000 to arrest, detain, and deport someone. World Net Daily reports, president Donald Trump trying to clean up national security, threatening crisis. The national security national security threatening crisis that Joe Biden created with his open borders policy that allowed millions of illegal aliens, including criminals and terrorists, to come into The US repeatedly has been opposed by leftist judges. He can't send illegals home without court hearings even though they are criminals simply by entering The US without permission. You can't send them to that country. Judges have strangely ordered some of them be brought back to The US even though they're already under the jurisdiction of another nation, or they've ordered deportation flights already in the air to turn around. Remember, judge Boasberg? We're gonna talk about him again in a minute.
Now Trump's Department of Homeland Security has revealed a deportation plan that cuts through all the arguments. In fact, it would leave those calling for hearings with and with complaints about rights without an argument. It's because the program would provide government help for those illegals to self deport so they would take themselves back. Fox News reported that DHS, will front the cost of commercial flights and provide a thousand dollar stipend to illegal aliens who opt to self deport from The United States. It's predicted to save thousands of dollars from the alternative, which is a forced removal program run by the government where aliens are rounded up and removed. The the department said, it'll be 70% cheaper, currently cost DHS seventeen thousand to arrest, detain, and deport.
DHS told Fox News that paying for aliens to remove themselves, even with the stipend, is anticipated to cost only 4,500 on average. The money would be paid only when it is verified that the illegal alien had, in fact, left The US. So a DHS secretary, Kristi Noem, said if you are here illegally, self deportation is the best safest and most cost effective way to leave The United States and to avoid arrest. If the numbers are right, that's great. You know, that's cost effective. It's saving it's saving the taxpayer money. Totally get it.
I just don't know how I feel about giving someone who broke the law to get into the country a thousand dollars when they get out, Especially if some of these these these these people are criminals, like MS thirteen members, Trendy Agua members. I know a thousand dollars really isn't, these days, isn't really all that much money, but still, you're giving them money. I don't know how I feel about that, to be honest with you. Trump promises illegals beautiful flight out of The US if they self deport. New York Post says, Trump admin to set Trump admin set to pay illegal migrants a thousand dollars self deport in DHS that will save taxpayers a ton.
Oh, like I said, I don't know how I feel about that. Alright. How about judge Boseberg? I I mentioned him in that that last piece there.
[00:58:42] Unknown:
So
[00:58:46] Unknown:
judge Boseberg is he he's the judge, the DC Judge that, that ordered the plane carrying the MS thirteen or the or the TDA members back from El Salvador, presumably while the plane was in mid flight. Well, apparently, this judge somehow ends up with case after case after case that involves president Trump's second term. Now how cases get assigned, technically, it's like it's like a random system that they have. Okay? But the reality of it is it it's if it's random, it's like drawing cards. Alright? If it's random, how is it that this one judge seems to get all of the cases related to Donald Trump in this this second administration of his?
It just defies probability. Well, representative, Jim Jordan, Darrell Issa, and Chip Roy, from Texas are demanding answers from Angela Caesar, who is the, who's the court clerk. And, she basically oversees, this, this these case assignments, or or at least the system that's that they use for the case assignments. In a letter, that, town hall got a copy of on Monday, that would be today, they're demanding explanations as to for for what any person who has a rational mind would look at and see as a coordinated effort to undermine, president Trump and his agenda.
From the letter, it says, many of these nationwide injunctions have raised concerns that article three judges are exceeding their constitutional authority by replacing the policy decisions of a duly elected president with their own preference preferences, eroding public trust in the integrity and fairness of our judicial system. Many high profile cases challenging policy decisions of the Trump administration have been filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia. The letter, goes on to say, as Congress considers potential legislative reforms to address the abuse of nationwide injunctions and adjust the national distribution and local assignment of cases challenging executive branch policy decisions, we write to request information about the district court's assignment of cases.
So, again, Boseberg has been given several several significant cases within a very, very short time space, all related to this current Trump administration. His docket has the Aliens Enemies Act, the or the implementation, the challenge for that. It has, he has cases on, administration officials use of the signal app. If you remember that, the whole signal signal gate thing. And both of those two things were assigned two weeks apart from each other, but that's not all. That's not all. He's also overseeing cases involving, Doge and and the disputes over federal funding for programs that allegedly violate civil rights laws.
And, oh, I forgot what I was gonna say. But, but but the district court's, local rules govern case assignments. The concentration of such politically sensitive matters under one judge has sparked legitimate questions about the process. The timing and clustering of these assignments demand closer scrutiny. So, last month, the house passed critical legislation aimed at restraining these activist judges who abandoned their constitutional role in favor of political warfare. Role in favor of political warfare. The left's judicial assault continues unabated while the mainstream media yawns or actively cheers it on, which is very, very true.
So what what we need to know is who's pulling the strings, who's behind the curtain, who's sitting there behind the courthouse doors, And will the DOJ step in here? And are we ever gonna find out who is responsible for all of this judicial activism against the president of The United States? And regardless if it was Donald Trump or or or or someone else, I would be saying the same exact thing. Judges have their specific role in the constitution. And according to the constitution, the executive branch has its specific roles and responsibilities by the constitution.
That's article one. Article two is Congress. Article three is the judiciary. Here's my question, though. You have all of these judges that are all of a sudden popping up and, you know, with all of these orders to, these these injunctions to prevent the deportation of these illegal aliens, Where were they when they were illegally being brought into The United States by the previous administration? Where was all where were all their injunctions then? I don't have an answer for you except political judicial activism. Let me see. Here's, so these are these these are the rules just to give you some background on it. These are these are the rules that the DC, District Court uses to assign cases. Okay?
And this is what's posted. This is what they go by. And, of course, you know, questions remain. The clerk shall create a separate assignment deck in the automated system for each subclassification of civil and criminal cases established by the court. The decks will be created by the liaison to the calendar and case management committee or the liaison's backup. The calendar and case management committee will, from the time from time to time, determine and indicate by order of the frequency which with which each judge's name shall appear in each designated deck to effectuate an even an even distribution of cases among active judges.
So, basically, what this is like, this is like, like like like drawing from a deck of cards. You know? Pick one, anyone. That type of thing. Right? You know, the all those magic tricks. So they would they would so they would draw from this deck of cards. Each judge is their own suit, and number of cards equal to the number of cases they can draw, before the before the case assignment deck is reshuffled and reloaded. The letter that we were talking about before, goes on to say, moreover, the likelihood of a case being assigned to a particular judge depends on how many cases the judge already has drawn from the deck and how many more cases the judge is required to draw in that cycle. The letter also ref also offers why congressmen are looking to hear from the clerk herself.
Quote, while the district court's allocation process is intended to produce an equal distribution of cases to all judges, in practice, the distribution of cases can be unequal. The committee cannot independently verify the randomness of case assignments because the composition of the assignment decks is kept secret. The only individuals to whom the court clerk is permitted to disclose this information are members of calendar and case management committee and the chief judge, they write. It goes on to say that, you know, Boseberg, like so many other judges issuing rulings against Trump, were nominated by former president Barack Obama, but the Biden Harris administration plays a role here as well. Towards the end, the letter mentions the legislation meant to reign in district judges, the No Rogue Rulings Act of 02/2025, which is sponsored by ISA. And, again, a more potential and and, again, more potential reforms may be coming. These include requiring payment of security for all injunctions, constraining judges, authority to set aside agency action, and reforming case assignments in district courts to prevent tampering and ensure integrity.
The congressman requested of Caesar the following information. Describe the process by which the presiding judge was assigned to the case, including well, let me show you. Let's take a look. Describe the process by which the presiding judge was assigned to the case, including the date of assignment and the method used. Describe any deviations in the process for assigning this case compared to the standard assignment process. State the number of cards each judge had already drawn from the relevant assignment deck when the case was assigned. State the number of cards each judge had remaining in the relevant assignment desk when the when the case was assigned, and then provide the number of judges who were eligible for assignments to the case when it was assigned.
So they gave him a date of, May 19 to, submit all of that information. So this is good. This is it's this this is a step in the right direction for sure. I would really like to know how this one judge has all of a sudden popped up on the on the national scene and is getting all of these cases, I would really like to know how that's happening. Alright. So I closed the article by accident, but I have the clip here. So Chuck Schumer, you know, whenever there's a camera around, Chuck Schumer is not shy to get up in front of a camera. So Chuck Schumer basically made an ass of himself, last week.
We're talking about the first one hundred days, one yeah. The first one hundred days, I'm sorry, of, of the Trump administration. And he he he gets up in front of the press, and he starts, you know, spewing off all of this really in incorrect and skewed data in these polls, talking about how, you know, Donald Trump's rating for the first one hundred days is the lowest, you know, since they started doing these types of polling, which is not true to to begin with. It's a very heavily skewed poll. But, I gotta give credit to where credit's due. There was there was one reporter in the crowd that put Schumer on the spot, because Schumer's talking all this this polls and polls and polls and, you know, the, you know, the polls say this, the polls say that. And then this one reporter puts him on the spot, and I want you to check out his answer now. If this is not the death knell of of of political career, I I don't know what is. So this this is interesting. Check this out.
[01:11:52] Unknown:
The polls this week show Trump has the lowest hundred day approval rating since they started polling eighty years ago. The lowest.
[01:12:01] Unknown:
Yes? Yes. There's a poll out today that has your approval ratings lower than any other congressional leaders at
[01:12:09] Unknown:
percent. Are you concerned that you may be a liability for your party? Come and go. Our party is united. We're on our front foot. We're stepping forward and going after Trump and having real success.
[01:12:20] Unknown:
Polls come and go, my friends. You heard it right there yourself. Polls come and go. You know? It it's it's they just he just they just step all over themselves. You know, you're up there touting polls and polls and polls and polls, but when it's brought it to your attention that you're polling at 17% himself, personally, Schumer, seventeen percent approval rating. And if he he feels that he's a liability to his party no. Polls come and go. Polls come and go. Okay. Great. Wonderful. Alright. Let's see what else we got. We got the oh, so, again, here here's another story. Another Democrat. Democrats indicted again in oh, something they say that never happens. Democrats indicted again in expanding voter fraud case accused of stealing and forging ballots and registrations to rig the twenty twenty election.
People's right to vote and have their voices heard was subverted by what we, but but what we alleged to be an unlawful conspiracy. So, this is, Patterson, New Jersey City Council president Alex Mendez, and he faces new charges in a superseding indictment related to the May twenty twenty municipal election. Alongside his wife, Yohany Mendez and campaign workers Omar Ledesma and Iris Rigo, Mendez is accused of orchestrating a scheme involving the theft and forgery of ballots and voter registrations to secure his council seat. The indictment alleges that the group unlawfully collected and tampered with vote by mail ballots.
Nobody ever, ever, ever tampers with those. It's safe and secure mail in ballots. Right? Mhmm. The indictment alleges the group unlawfully collected and tampered vote by mail ballots, including destroying ballots not cast for Mendez and submitting fraudulent ones in their place. So once again, folks, once again, Democrats stealing elections through voter fraud, forging ballots, forging registrations, but it never happens. Right, folks? It never happens. According to Democrats, it never happens. Alright. How about we get to some, some Texas news here? This is this is interesting here. So, you know, big thing here in Texas is property taxes.
Well, good news here is, Texas house and senate come up with a deal on, property taxes on homestead and business exemptions. A repeat of the property tax due to 2023 looks unlikely as the two chambers of the Texas legislature have struck a deal on homestead and business property taxes well in advance of syndite, the, last day of the legislative session, on June 2. So the final deal on these two pillars are as follows, hundred and 40,000 standard homestead exemption, a $40,000 increase, 60,000 elderly and disabled homestead exemption, a $50,000 increase, and a hundred 25,000 business personal property tax exemption, which is a hundred and $22,500 increase.
So,
[01:15:42] Unknown:
so that's great news.
[01:15:45] Unknown:
As a matter of fact, I just got my, my application for my my homestead exemption. So, I I I submitted mine, Friday. Yeah. It was Friday. Texas senate announced and passed the elderly homestead exemption increase last month, and lieutenant governor Dan Patrick said he worked with speaker Dustin Burrows on it. The upper chamber had run with the 40,000 standard homestead exemption increase since the session's outset. Alright. So that's great news. You know? Some little property tax relief. Still think with the surplus that we have, we should be getting some money back, like physical money. Then we have here, I hate when that happens.
Elon Musk is that much closer to getting his own Texas City. So that'll be held this this weekend. I have a membership. I just didn't sign in. So, so if approved, the type c municipality will grant Starbase its own local government. Remember, like, what was it? Like, Disney used to have in Florida. And then let's see. Did that already. Governor Abbott signed the Texas universal school choice bill into law. And, finally, house conservatives are finally standing up and pushing back. I wanted to show you this. Let me let me log in on this one. So how's conservatives press leadership for action on Texas GOP priorities?
So very, very few of the Texas GOP, priorities have ever have been really been addressed in this legislative, session. As a matter of fact, I if you remember, I played some clips for you from the Texas legislative session, where speaker Burrows would refuse to answer questions about the legislative schedule of the calendar. Well, the members say that there are 80 bills aligned with the Republican Party of Texas' eight priorities. So a group of conservative members in the Texas House who voiced organized criticism of the status of the bill move of bill movement in their chamber pushed for advancement of GOP priority legislation in a press conference ahead of the chamber's first deadline in mid May. A group of a dozen legislators held a press conference next to the house chamber on Thursday morning railing against the, lack of progress on approximately 80 bills that they've identified that align with the with with one of the eight Republican Party of Texas legislative priorities.
Let's see. May 15 is the bill deadline in the Texas house, after which any house bill that is that hasn't passed is dead. So the clock is ticking. Donald Trump is doing his job. Governor Abbott is doing his, and the senate is doing their their job. The Texas senate has been amazing session after session as well as tenant governor Dan Patrick. There are thirty one days left in the session, only two weeks to pass house bills out of the lower chamber, at which point members will only be able to vote on senate bills. The eight categories of the RPT priorities are border enforcement, secure Texas elections, stop sexualizing Texas kids, no democratic chairs, ban taxpayer funded lobbying, secure the electric grid, Texas is not for sale, and stop federal overreach.
You see these the the the stop federal overreach, Texas is not for sale, I I mean, I agree with all of it. I'm not saying that. What I'm saying is this is this is something that Texit would be sure did not hap- TEXIT would take care of that right there. TEXIT would take care of this too and take care of the electric grid. And when I say Texas, I'm talk I'm not talking about Texas coin, although there there is room for that in the whole Texas process. But if I Texas, I'm talking about the state of Texas asserting itself as an independent nation once again.
And you've heard me talk about this many times already. If you want more information on Texit, you can visit the Texas Nationalist Movements website at texitnow.org. It's up on your screen. Texitnow.org. It's scrolling. Or you can go to my website, joeroos.com/tandm. Let's see. The group of conservative members is far from a majority, but their numbers are much larger than two years ago when when those willing to poke the eye of leadership told four. Speaker Burrows delivered a big Republican victory in the lower chamber, finally passed education savings accounts legislation last month. And while school choice is not on this year's version of party priorities, it's been on the list in the past.
So it is great that these house conservatives are pushing for the speaker of the Texas house to actually address, these GOP concerns and these GOP prior priorities for for the Republican Party of Texas. So, just gotta keep putting the heat on it and and and just keep pushing and keep pushing and keep pushing, you know. Call your representatives. Let your voice be heard. Let them know that you're supporting, especially these these folks right here, the ones that are that are actually pushing to get these bills passed, to get them through so they can be voted on by the senate and pushed on for signature by the governor.
Call them. Show them your support. Call call, speaker Burrows. Be respectful. Don't be like me. Be respectful. Call them. Let them know that you're not happy. Put some fire there, and let him know that these are your priorities, and he needs to put them forward to stop the parliamentary bullshit. Alright? Alright. Well, I think that should do it for us, for tonight. Just wanna say one more time, folks, thank you so much for staying with us through the show. I am so sorry for all the little hiccups and problems that we had earlier on in the show. Again, product of rushing to get the show in at 07:00.
So, we'll do better on Wednesday. We're looking forward to having Charlie Johnson on the show Wednesday and, and our great conversation with him. So, hope we see you then. And until then, folks, just don't forget. Just make sure that you make Texas independent again. Don't forget. Keep a steady stride. Also, I wanna give our shout outs to our executive producers, Wayne Orzana Rankin, our producer, anonymous Angela. Thanks for all that you guys do. Really do appreciate you. Alright, folks.
