Just a couple of quick things before we get into the, the business of the evening tonight. Head over to our website, joerusiello.com or joerusie.com, and click on that web form that we have there. And why don't you let us know of any questions, comments, cares, or concerns that you have, any, issues that you might be dealing with that you like us to address, be happy to do that. Or if you don't wanna use the web form, totally fine. You can always email us at [email protected]. Also, you could look for that support button that we so incredibly need your help with. So, hit that support button, and remember, this is a value for value podcast, and all that means is that if you've received anything of value from what we're doing here on this show, we would really appreciate it if you would return that value in the form of a donation. Now you can donate your time, your talent, or your treasure. No matter how you do it, we appreciate it. You can do a one time donation in any amount that you feel is appropriate based upon the value that you've received from us.
You could do that through, cryptocurrencies. We we will happily accept any Satoshis that you'd like to donate to us. And all the Satoshis is a micropayment of Bitcoin. That really it's really helpful to us. Also, you could do a one time cash donation, and, just click the donate button that's on the website right there on the support page, and you can do that. Or you can check out one of our membership tiers or or what we call them, producers tiers. Alright. Now for, for a monthly recurring donation of $17.76, you get the associate producer's credit, and that basically means that, any show that we put out, your name gets shout out, on during the course of the show, usually at the end of the show when we give our credits.
So you get the shout out, you get included in all our show notes, you also get included in all the emails and everything that we send out. You could also do for a $18.36 a month, recurring contribution or donation, you get the producer's credit. So basically, you get a little promotion, which is kinda neat, actually. And, you get listed in all of our show notes as a producer of the show, along with, all the emails and, anything that we put out there. Also, you get, four now this is actually the the better deal out of all of it. Alright? So just consider this one if you're if you're on the fence about which, which producer tier you wanna get involved with.
We have the executive producers tier. Now the executive producers tier is for a monthly recurring donation of $25 a month or more. Alright? Now for that, you get, of course, all of the shout outs, you get all the inclusion in the show notes, you get all of that great stuff, all that fun stuff. But the thing that's the most fun out of the whole thing is that you get an opportunity to have a guest spot on one of our segments on the podcast. Now, we we did we've done that with, with one of our executive producers a few weeks ago that it was a lot of fun. They spent eight days with us. You don't have to spend eight days since you just came down to visit, so we stayed here. And, we had a great time, and and he was on the show with me for the eight days. But, if you are in the executive producers club, then you can get, an opportunity to be on the show. All you have to do is just let us know. We'll book a date and time for you to come on. You'll do a segment with us, and we'll have a great time. We'll have a good conversation.
We'll get your input on, any of the subjects of the day, and, it'll be a lot of fun. So, that's for a monthly recurring donation of $25 a month or more, and that is the executive producers, tier. And, of course, you get not only the guest spot on this on the show, you also get the shout outs, you get included in all the show notes as an executive producer of the show. And, you know, of course, you know, we do this for a reason because you through your donations, you're helping us produce the show. You're helping us, purchase licenses. You're helping us purchase, equipment and materials and supplies and keep the whole thing going here.
And to pay some of the bills, you know, some of the, platforms that we're on, like our host platform, for the audio, for for rumble, you know, all that stuff helps. It helps us just kinda defray the cost and and and just, you know, keep this whole thing going, and to improve and to do better, and to bring you the like I say, all the time at the beginning of the show, the best quality political talk radio we can muster. So, any donation you can help, is is a real, it's a real blessing for us to get. So, so if you could however you wanna help us out, we would appreciate that. Now you could also donate your time or your talent, like we've said many times, your time. Maybe you have extra time on your hands. We could do some research for us. You can look up some websites. You can print out some articles or or email some articles to us and, get some links together for us.
Maybe you have a talent that we could that we could use. Maybe you you're good at web design. Maybe you're good at, doing audio production. Maybe you're good at, you know, producing, using a using a board, mixing board like what we have here. You know, we could always use the help with that. That would take a load off of my back at least because, you know, I am just a one man operation through this whole thing. So, I do all the research. I put up all the show together. I come I come up with all the sound. I do all the stuff. And, sometimes it's a little hard, and sometimes I make mistakes, and, you know, sometimes it's not so great. But, the more the more hands involved in the mix, the better off I think it is overall.
Now there's another way you can help us out too, and that is by visiting our affiliate link with the Alex Jones store. Now the alexjonesstore.com/joe is a place you can go where you can get some really good high quality vitamin supplements, and of course, you can get some patriotic apparel. Now I I show you guys every show, so I'll keep on doing it for now. Sooner or later, we're gonna stop. But, for now, we're okay. So, I've been taking, the ultimate whoops. Almost lost it there. I've been taking the ultimate Irish sea moss, which has been a a it's it's fantastic. I've been taking this, I told a story yesterday at my regular job. I handle biohazard material from time to time, and, it just never fails. Every time I do, which is about every two weeks or so, I end up getting sick. So I started taking the atomic defense, and it really, really helped. This stuff is loaded with oregano, cinnamon, turmeric, garlic extract, echinacea, sea moss, cumin powder, bioprene, honey powder, and the list goes on and on and on. This is great for your overall health and well-being. And then, of course, one of my favorites is the optimal human.
Alright? This stuff flies off the shelf at this at the alexjonesstore.com/joe. This stuff is fantastic. This stuff tastes really good considering what it is, if you think about it. It contains, 90 plus powerful ingredients including ashwagandha, cordyceps, lion's mane, spirulina, prebiotics, chlorella. It is great for, digestion and bloating, natural energy, immunity and detox, brain health. This stuff is fantastic. As a matter of fact, there's so much good stuff in here that they could that they tried to fit it on the label. I don't know if you can see it in the glare of the of the of the lights there, but but just look at all that. These are all the vitamins and minerals and supplements that are in this one container right here. This stuff is is is wonderful product. [00:17:01] Unknown:
So,
[00:17:06] Unknown:
some polls have been going around. The left wants you to think that, things are not going well. They want you to think that, they want you to think that, you know, Donald Trump's popularity is on the decline, and that his policies are not working, and it's causing, difficulties for the American people. But, and you're gonna hear that a lot on a lot of the the mainstream, media stations like CNN and MSNBC and places like that who, you know, we're not we know are not bastions of conservatism. They're not bastions of Republican politics. And, you know, even though they're they're trying to come to the middle ground a little bit is if you watch them carefully enough.
But, but, we know that that's not the case. We know that, that, that that it's not gonna it's the Donald Trump is not gonna be able to fix everything immediately. Alright? It took it took four years for for Joe Biden and the Liberals to destroy The United States, basically, the economy, at least, and the national security of the of the country. So it's gonna take time to, to to to rebuild everything, to bring everything back up. But, there is there is a lot of interesting things that are coming out right now. For example, NBC News.
NBC News. Believe it or not, NBC News, conducted a poll, and and listen, NBC News is not exactly the right side either. They're not even really centered. They are pretty far to the left. Shows that, but this poll that they they did shows that that since President Trump's reelection, the right track, wrong track number has jumped. Now, if you're not familiar with that, they do this all the time. They they show, you know, how many people, you know, polled are are believing that the country's going in the right direction, the wrong direction, and they break it down by party and all that stuff. But, NBC conducted this poll, and, it and the, the right track, wrong track numbers jumped 17 points to a twenty year high of 44%.
That's huge. That's huge. And for and for the, for the left to be admitting this, you know, that's not sitting well with them. So, NBC reports that, 44 of the country says the head say that the country is headed in the right direction under president Trump, up from just, 27% in November. So let's, let's see what we got here.
[00:19:53] Unknown:
So here's the right track, wrong track. First of all, the mood of the country. This really jumped out. We asked folks, is that the right direction or the wrong direction? That 44% you say right direction, that's up since November. And if that doesn't seem like a lot, the last time it cracked 40%, you gotta go back to 2012. The last time it actually hit 44 or higher, February. So a lot of this is Republicans, but independents, that number is also up since the election on the direction of the country.
[00:20:22] Unknown:
Alright. Now this particular, measurement doesn't really get the credit or the or the attention that it really deserves. You know? I I've I've seen it over the years where where it kinda, you know, falls down, into the territory that we saw in November, you know, after four years of of of Joe Biden. You know, 60% 66% on the wrong track, to 27% on the right track. And honestly, folks, if you think about it, those are absolutely horrible numbers. Absolutely horrible. They're terrible. And this this number would actually, it it it kind of it kinda imploded it on itself, under George W Bush on his in his second term, and, and and and really only recovered slightly, and and usually with the hope that it comes from eliciting, from electing a new president. Now, according to RealClearPolitics, the average poll of right track, wrong track polls, this number has not has not been right side up for nearly fifteen years.
And that's huge. Back in 2015, when, there was another, Bush Clinton, like that that was when, Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton, looked like it was gonna be a presidential race between the two of them. This number, you know, basically showed that that that people wanna change, and they wanted it badly. But in looking at these numbers over the years, I never would have thought that Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders would come out as, you know, national political figures, but I wasn't really that surprised. Let me get to the article here. So this shows a growing optimism in the country, which always which is always good, and all the credits should go to President Trump's bold and decisive leadership.
Now, you compare what Donald Trump is doing compared and compare that with what Joe Biden has done. Alright? There's definitely a shift in the feeling, and and and the optimism of the country right now. For four years, we were being beaten down, told that, you know, we're not exceptional as a country. American exceptionalism has to take a back seat. You know, we have to, you know, we have to bring up other countries to the level of American exceptionalism, and we have to bring ourselves down to the level of other countries. You know, we were we were, you know, just biggie brow beaten with with with the the racial stuff, with the equity stuff, with the inclusive stuff, you know, that whole woke mindset, that woke mind virus that just was pervasive in the previous administration. It just flowed through the whole thing.
It just beat down the morale of the country. It beat down the average person, the average American. But then you caught Donald Trump coming along, and all he's talking about is American exceptionalism, patriotism, strength, economic strength, military strength, the the value of the American person. I'm gonna say the people, but the American person. Normal people want a return to normalcy. They wanna return to common sense. They wanna return to law and order. What you got the last four years was nowhere near that. What you had the last four years was what's right is wrong.
What's wrong is right. If I said the sky was blue, some liberal nut job would come along and say it was some other color. You had inflation. One of the great things, you know, they were they they the the left, you know, gets gets hung up on the egg prices that, you know, that that they caused, you know, by calling a 50,000,000 chickens to, prevent bird flu, which is really no threat. But they they they try to pin on Donald Trump. Well, the price of eggs hasn't come down. Well, actually, it has. You know that? Nationally, across the country, the price of eggs has dropped over $2 in the last month.
I think that's a pretty good indication. That's something that, you know, a promise made, a promise kept. You know, we're starting to see inflation coming down. We're starting to see gas prices coming down. Mortgage rates are are are headed in in in in in a in a in a in the right direction. And even more importantly than all that, at least in my opinion, is the fact that you don't feel threatened anymore by by by saying what you believe. How many commentators, conservative commentators were were deplatformed, de banked, shut down because they said what they were thinking?
You know, you had the you had the the left thought police over your shoulder. You had Facebook, and at the time you had Twitter censoring any thoughts, any opinions that didn't flow with the with the narrative that the White House, the left was pushing forward, forcing you to accept that woke mind virus. What's right is wrong. What's wrong is right. But this poll this poll, that 44% of the country right now feels like we're going in the right direction compared to 27% from November. That's huge. That is absolutely huge. And then you add to that that, in another poll, Democratic party favorability sinks to historic low.
Breitbart, almost nobody cares about the Democratic Party anymore, not even its own membership. That's the outcome delivered by a poll released on Sunday that shows the party's favorability rating among Americans has sunk to historic lows, thanks in part to underwhelming views from its own frustrated supporters. A CNN poll conducted by SSRS found with many of the Democratic party publicly say that their meek leaders should do more to challenge president Trump. Democratic Democrats and Democratic aligned independents say 50% say 57% to 42% that Democrats should mainly work to stop the Republican agenda rather than working with the GOP majority.
It doesn't help, of course, that you have unhinged Maxine Waters running around talking about Donald Trump trying to incite a civil war by not sending grant money to nonprofits. You you you get the idea that that the the the Democratic party, the the leadership of the Democrat is so out of touch, and the liberals are so out of touch. What Donald Trump achieved in this election is a clear mandate from the American people. He won the electoral college. He won the popular vote. The American people elected him to do exactly what it is that he's doing, and the left just can't handle that.
He has them off balance. He's constantly shifting attention from one subject to another, and that's why they're frustrated. There's no there's no solid message messaging coming out of the Democratic party. The majority's desire to, to fight the GOP marks significant change in the party's posture from the start of Trump's first term. A September 2017 poll found that, 74% majority of Democrats and Democratic leaders said their party should work with Republicans in an attempt to advance their own priorities, and and just 23% advocating for more combative approach.
Overall, Democrats, the article says, have yet to consolidate around any one party leader to serve as counterpoint to the surging increasingly confident president Donald Trump. CNN further reports that when asked an open ended question to name the Democratic leader, they feel that best represents the core value. 10% of Democratic aligned adults name you ready for this, AOC. They want AOC to be the face of the democratic party. Nine percent say former vice president Kamala Harris. Eight percent say, Bernie Sanders. 6% Hakeem Jeffries.
I call him dollar store Obama. Four percent, each name former president Barack Obama and Texas representative Jasmine Crockett with Schumer joining a handful of others at 2%. More than 30 though, this is it, this is good, more than 30% didn't or simply couldn't offer a naming response. No one, when respondent answered. That's the problem. And these are recent surveys, these were all conducted between March 6 and March ninth of this year. The Democratic party has no message right now. They have no footing. That we already covered.
An NBC poll show something even worse. It says just 7% of Americans have a very favorable opinion of the Democratic Party. Folks, the Democratic party is in collapse. The Democrat the Democratic party is falling apart. The country as a whole have have absolutely flat out rejected the the the this this this far left wing, left leaning, radical left policies. It's a rejection on the part of the on the part of the American people. Again, this this this, recent poll, NBC poll, 7%. Seven % of Americans still have a positive view, a very positive view of the Democrats, marking an all time low, and only 27% of registered voters say they view the Democratic party in a positive way at all.
Americans are rejecting the radical left. And, you know, it's not just Republicans that are sick of the of the of of of these ridiculous Democrat policies. 20% of their own voters 20% of their own voters have turned on them. Why? Because there's no leadership. There's no direction. I want it to stay that way. I don't wanna see the Democrats win another election if possible. Whether it's nationally, locally, at the state, or the or the county level, city level, I I don't wanna see that. Jeff Horwood, a Democratic pollster from, from Hart Research Associates said with these numbers, the Democratic Party isn't in need of a rebrand. It needs a complete system reboot.
You know, the the Democratic party is in crisis right now. It's an absolute it's it's in a free fall. They have no message. They're devolving into a it it's all hate. I mean, look what they're doing with with Elon Musk, which we're gonna come to in in in just a minute. According to a CNN poll, let me actually, let me back up to this. 29% of Americans hold a favorable view of the Democratic party, historically, and that's a hit an historic low in CNN polling history dating back all the way to 1992. Alright. So that's so okay. So a 2929% of Americans hold the favorable view.
It's a 20 drop since Joe Biden took office in 2021. It's a 20 drop. 63% of Democrats and Democratic leaning independents now say they have a favorable view of their own party. A massive decline from 81% in 02/2021. Republicans remain strongly united with 79%, of GOP voters expressing a positive view of their party. Even among independents who play an a a crucial role in elections, the numbers are devastating for Democrats. Just 19% of independents have a favorable view of the Democratic Party compared to 20. For Republicans.
Folks, the democratic party's toast if they stick with these ultra far left liberal policies. These the the these woke policies are destroying the Democratic Party. Their their the violent rhetoric that comes out of the left, it's always the left. Have you noticed that? It's always I mean, they try to set up things like the patriot front and and all these groups and and whatnot, and say they all this is the right, the far right. It's the left though. That's what you see everywhere. The left. It's the left that's organizing under act blue, and and getting funding from from from from, from people like George Soros to to have these inorganic protests against Tesla.
You know, overtaking these Tesla fact, dealerships and and and vandalizing cars and and just blowing up, charging stations. You know, it's the left that's violent. It's the left that's trying to stoke a civil war. It's the left that's doing this. Trump approvals soar. More Americans say US on the right track than any time in twenty years is according to conservative brief. Three months into his second term, president Donald Trump reached the highest approval rating of his presidency, while more Americans believe the country is on the right track than at any point since 02/2004, according to a new NBC poll released on Sunday.
However, the bad news is that Trump is not is still not garnered the support of a majority of Americans. In fact, 54% of of respondents disapprove of his handling of the economy, marking the first time he's lost a majority on this issue in NBC's polling. Even so, the survey found that voters generally feel Trump is bringing in the right kind of direction on the key issues, even tariffs. And this is according to the New York Post, citing NBC news survey, more Americans support his changes to trade policy, 41% then opposed him at 38% according to NBC.
Overall, 47% of voters approve of Trump, while 51 disapprove, marking an all time high in the poll. He had previously reached 477% approval in early twenty twenty, just before COVID nineteen pandemic and, and again in October 2018. Folks, these are great numbers, and this is only three months into the administration. I can't wait, honestly. I cannot wait to see what it's gonna be like when he gets the economy moving at full speed. Remember, you know, think of it like think of it like a like a a cruise ship. Okay? Out in the ocean, traveling at full speed. Alright? You can't stop on a dime, and you can't turn around on a, on a like like, make one of those sharp turns. You can't do that. It's impossible. You have to slow the beast down.
And that's what Donald Trump is doing with through through the economic policies that he's put forward so far. He's slowing the beast down, and when the time is right, it's gonna turn. It's gonna start to turn, and turn, and turn. It's gonna take time. It's gonna take however long it takes, it's gonna take time. But we're heading in the right direction, and that's the that's the main thing. Now we're in the right direction with tariffs. Alright? I I know that there are a number of other other other folks that talk about tariffs that don't agree with them, don't think they're they're they'll work. I personally, I love the idea of tariffs. I think they do I think they will work, and I think they're gonna be beneficial to the country, and I think they're important, and we need to keep pushing forward. We are so taken advantage of by other countries with tariffs, and we spent a whole segment on the show a couple week couple days ago, about tariffs, about Canada's tariffs on The United States.
Canada's the biggest defender with tariffs that that in in the world towards us. You know, in some cases, they're carrying a 250 to to a 300 something percent tariff on on dairy products coming into Canada from The United States. And then they get all bent out of shape, and the and the left gets bent out of shape when we put a reciprocal 25% tariff on on on Canada. But tariffs will work. You have to give it time. You have to give it time. Now you have Elon Musk. You know, part of what President Trump is doing here, you know, support for Elon Musk and, and Doge. Where was that? I just passed it.
One of Trump's most significant actions in the second term was the establishment of the Department of Government Efficiency, a DOGE, a move that has sparked protests from government workers and strong criticism of Democrats. While while Doge remains unpopular, 47% negative to 41% positive, voters generally view it as a good idea with 46% in favor and 40% against. Trump has firmly supported Doge and Elon Musk despite political backlash over the cost cutting initiative, which aims to reduce the federal deficit. Now Doge, you gotta wonder what the opposition is. I mean, why?
Why would if if you will work if you were managing your home budget, and you needed to make cuts and adjustments to your home budget, in order for you to to balance your budget, to maybe save money, wouldn't you do that? Wouldn't you wouldn't you do everything you can to to to to ensure that the money you have is being spent properly? Well, that's what Doge is doing. Doge is clearing up the mess. He's clearing up the fraud, waste, and abuse that even Democrats have been talking about for years. I didn't think I was gonna go that route. I would otherwise, I would've pulled the clips of, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and Barack Obama and Joe Biden all talking about how it's necessary to cut the fraud, waste, and abuse that the federal government is dealing with regarding Social Security, just like DOS is looking at now, Medicare, Medicaid, unnecessary contracts.
This is nothing new. It's just that before, it was all lip service. Now it's actually taking place. Now it's actually being done. I mean, I love the idea of getting money back in that Doge dividend check that they were talking about. Hey. If I got $5,000 back, you know what I could do with that? I I have a I have a bunch of bills that I could pay off. That would be outstanding for me, and I'm sure it would be for you too. It would it would ease a lot of the tensions and stresses that we're all carrying. Is it enough? No. I mean, I honestly I I personally believe that that, we we need to eliminate the federal income tax altogether.
And I know president Trump had mentioned that on the campaign trail that he was gonna look at that, and I hope he does, and I hope it does happen. I know he can't do it through executive order. It has to come through the congress because it was even though it was improperly ratified, you need 38 states to ratify it, only 35 did. But somehow, someway, it got pushed through anyway. I'm hoping that it happens. I love the idea of a smaller federal government. I I believe, you know, I I come from I studied our founding generation quite a bit over the last twenty plus years.
I think our founding generation had it right. Smaller government, Smaller federal government. You the federal government should not impact your everyday life. That was the intention of the federal, the of our founding generation. The the this if they saw this right now, they'd they'd be marching a mili, they'd be marching an army across the fields. This beast that we have right now is what, is not what the founding generation expected or wanted. Smaller government. More efficient government. But when Elon Musk took over, with Doge, he said that the mess in the federal government is worse than he expected.
Elon Musk said it's hard to compete with the federal government when when he was asked, whether the mess he found with the Department of Government Efficiency was worse than when he found a Twitter. He goes, it's worse than I expected. Worse than he expected is what he told, Ted Cruz on Ted Cruz Ted Cruz's podcast, The Verdict.
[00:46:34] Unknown:
Let me let me start with a question you know a lot about. Which was worse? The mess you found at Twitter
[00:46:40] Unknown:
or the mess you found in the federal government? Well, it's hard to compete with the federal government.
[00:46:45] Unknown:
What surprised you about the federal government? I I assume you came in and assumed it was bad. Is it worse than you expected?
[00:46:52] Unknown:
It it is worse than I expected. But on the plus side, that means there's more opportunity for improvement. So look if you look on the bright side, there's there's actually a lot of opportunity for improvement, in federal government expenditures, because it's so bad. If it if it was a well run ship, it would be very difficult to improve. So, like But but, you know, so so now it's like if people say, well, how how do you figure out how to save money in the federal government? Well, it's like being in a room where the the walls, the roof, and the floor are all targets. Any direction Yeah. And you're telling us.
[00:47:25] Unknown:
Wow. Again, I'm sure you would agree.
[00:47:32] Unknown:
Far worse than he expected. He went on to and he continued on his conversation with, senator Cruz,
[00:47:41] Unknown:
on on the verdict here. One of the things you told me about is It's crazy. Is what you call magic money computers at the very least. Well, I So tell us about it. Because I never heard of that until you you brought that up. Okay. So
[00:47:54] Unknown:
you may think that these that that the government computers, like, all talk to each other. They synchronize. They they add up what funds are going somewhere, and it's, you know, it's coherent. That that that the, you know, there's, and that and that the numbers, for example, that you're presented as a senator Yeah. Are actually the real numbers. In one would think. One would think. They're they're they're not. Yeah. Okay. I mean, they're not totally wrong, but they're probably off by 5% or 10% in some cases. So, I call a magic matter computer any computer which can just make money out of thin air.
That's magic money. So how does that work? It just issues payments.
[00:48:34] Unknown:
And you said there's something like 11 of these computers at treasury that are that are sending out trillions in in payments? They're mostly at treasury.
[00:48:42] Unknown:
Some are but there's some at, HHS. Some at there's one as I wanted to at states. There's some at DOD. I think we found now 14 magic money computers. 14. Okay. They just send money out of nothing.
[00:49:00] Unknown:
They just send money out of nothing. And do you know who's on the hook for that? You. Me. Your children. Grandchildren. And that's the problem when you have a federal reserve, and it's and your money's backed you know, it's fiat money. It's not backed by anything. They can do that. They can just print money. Heard somebody say once, and it's kind of a silly statement, but you get the idea. I mean, if they could just print money, why do we have taxes? Right? Because even they know it's not worth anything. And it wouldn't work because then you get more money, and you get more money into the system, or or more paper into the system, and and that, inflates the cost of things. So it it would just totally destroy the economy, which I'm not sure, I'm sure that they've contemplated at some point, but, it's my opinion, not a fact. I digress.
So all this work that Elon Musk is doing, and again, and I've said it before and I'll say it again, I I think that, you know, the American people owe Elon Musk and a thank you for the work that he's doing trying to, work with the Trump administration to bring in and reign in the government spending issues, and, try to get us solvent. Because I think, honestly, I I I I truly believe that that The United States is about this close from bankruptcy. But I do believe that the American people owed Elon Musk a thank you for what he's doing, because he doesn't have to do this. He's doing this because he wants to help. He's doing this because he's an American, and he sees a need, and he sees something that needs to be done. He need he sees that there's action that has to be taken. So he's doing this at a great personal expense to him.
World Net Daily. Why the hate and violence against me? Elon Musk goes public with an answer. Doge leader also calls for impeachment votes for to the very worst judges who repeat repeatedly flout the law. As violence continues against Tesla vehicles and dealerships across America, Doge Chief Elon Musk is now addressing the matter. The Tesla cofounder and CEO responded to a comment from Insurrection Barbeon x who noted, the left cannot name one thing they hate Elon Musk for. They cannot name they cannot name one thing he's taken away from them or one thing he has done to earn their insane ire. History will study this deranged cult like behavior, and that's exactly what it is.
It is deranged cult like behavior. Musk replied by saying, let's put the clip up. My companies make great products that people love, and I've never physically hurt anyone, so why the hate? And the violence against me, because I am a deadly threat to the woke mind parasite, and the humans that it controls. And, Musk responded more on x as, a user named, Jack Tron told him, yesterday, I had an informant infiltrate one of the protests at Tesla, and they told her a few things. These protests are only happening in contested congressional districts. They're being funded by five zero one c four charities being given dark money from Democrat politicians of these districts.
They're organized through Facebook groups since x is monitored by pro Elon people, and then he, included a a, a copy of their prepared anti Elon, chants. I don't know if you could see that, but, it's, you know, who's got the power? We've got the power. Get up or get down. There's a protest movement in this town and so on and so forth. Chuck Grassley, said senator Chuck Grassley from, Iowa Posted on x another day, another judge unilaterally deciding policy for the whole country, this time to benefit. And he's he's referring he's referring to, judge Boseman, who, who who tried to divert, the deportation flights leaving The US to El Salvador, the over the weekend. This time to benefit foreign gang members. If the Supreme Court or Congress doesn't fix, we're headed towards a constitutional crisis.
And there's the tweet right here. Elon Musk then chimed in, the very worst judges, those who repeatedly flout the law, should at least be put to an impeachment vote, whether that vote succeeds or not. And, of course, you know, Elon Musk is get he's getting he's getting support online. James Woods, said in a in a post while Democrats bawl like angry angry toddlers and key Teslas in acts of terrorism, Republicans like Elon Musk take private enterprise of the heavens, SpaceX astronauts rescuing fellow Americans abandoned by Joe Biden, this is America at its finest.
And that's absolutely true. That is absolutely true. Now, the the flights that, I I mentioned before, over the weekend, the Trump administration deported 238 Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador, to an El Salvadorian prison, despite this judge's order. So, basically, what happened here is, Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which gave him, wartime powers, basically, to, to deport these, these gang members from the the, Trend de Aragua, members, gang and MS thirteen members. And they were flown, they were flown down to El Salvador. They were going to one of the worst prisons. Well, not worst as far as, like, accommodation. I mean, immaculately clean. We're gonna see a clip in in just a little bit.
But, brutal. Brutal. They don't go outside. They don't get visitors. There are 60 to 70, inmates per cell. So it's it's not a it's not like, it's not not a day camp by any any stretch of the word. But Saturday evening, the same night the flights took took place, a federal judge issued a temporary order blocking such flights from taking place, as litigation against the invocation of the act played out. Saturday evening, US district judge James Bossberg, blocked the Trump administration for fourteen days from using the Alien Enemies Act with American Civil Liberties Union attorney Lee Gerlent stating during Saturday's hearing that there were two aircraft believed to be carrying Venezuelan deportees that took off from The US on Saturday as per the Wall Street Journal.
Hit that one too soon. Now, the White House press secretary, Carolyn Levitt, said in a statement the administration did not to comply with the court order. The order was issued after terrorist, Trendyagra, aliens had been removed from US territory. The written order and the administration's actions do not conflict. Typically, lawyers view orders issued orally by judges as carrying out, as carrying full legal weight. Now El Salvadorian president Nayib Bukele posted this on x. Today, the first two hundred thirty eight members of Venezuelan criminal organization, Trendiagua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to, CCOT, the terrorism confinement center for a period of one year renewable.
United States will pay a very low fee for them, but a high one for us. Over time, these actions combined with the production of, already being generated by more than 40,000 inmates engaged in various workshops under and and labor under the zero to idleness program will help make our prison system self sustainable. As of today, it costs 200,000,000 per year. On this occasion, The US has also sent us 23 MS 13 members wanted by Salvadorian justice, including two ringleaders. One of them is a member of the criminal organization's highest structure. This will help us finalize intelligence gathering. As always, we continue advancing in the fight against organized crime. By this time, we are also but this time, we're also helping our allies, making our prison system self sustainable, and obtaining vital intelligence to make our country an even safer place, all in a single action. May God bless El Salvador, and may God bless The United States.
So, of course, let me see if I have that video. So here's the video of them arriving. It's kind of a long clip, so I'll let her play through as well. So, this is what they, this is what they went through when they arrived in El Salvador Now, of course, they deserve a lot worse than that, but that's how you handle them. You would never see that under a Joe Biden administration. Instead, Joe Biden allowed them into this country with impunity. No repercussions of the law. Now Bukele, the, president in El Salvador, apparently saw the, the headline in the New York Post, the federal judge orders deportation flights, to to return to The US, and, in an in an epic troll posted this. He took a screenshot of the, of the of the headline, and and, the president of El Salvador posted this.
Oopsie. Too late. You gotta love that. You gotta love it. And did I get that one? Marco Rubio then tweeted, we have sent, where is it? Yeah. There it is. We have sent two dangerous top MS thirteen leaders plus 21 of its most wanted back to face justice in El Salvador. Also, as promised by POTUS, we sent over 250 alien enemies of, enemy members of Trans Nicaragua, which El Salvador has agreed to hold in a very good jails at a at a fair price that will, and it goes on. And, Bukele responded with the flags, the handshake. So folks, that's that's how you do it. That's how you do it, through cooperation with your allies.
Alright. In a in a Sunday filing, attorneys of the Trump administration wrote federal defendants further report based on information from Department of Homeland Security that some gang members subject to removal under the proclamation have already been removed from The United States territory. Under the proclamation before the issuance of this of the court's second order, it stated the federal defendants were promptly notified of the court's temporary restraining order issued in the morning. And the 07:26PM, minute order that, temporarily enjoin in your removals to pursue present proclamation.
Well, anyway, the point is is that they're out of the country, they're in El Salvador, and they're not coming back. They're not coming back, and thank God for that. Now, of course, the, the racist, representative over in, in Dallas, Texas, Jasmine Crockett. Of course, you know, she had to jump in on this one, and, she had she had, let's see. She had she went after president Trump over the weekend for using a using a law to deport members of the Venezuelan trendy, Arabo terrorist organization. Crockett made the remarks after Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport members of the hyper violent organization on Sunday. The gang, that gang is obviously associated with a lot of crime, human trafficking, drug dealing, theft, shootings, including in your state of Texas, right outside your congressional district. She spoke talking to Jake Tapper.
So let's, let's let's go to let's go to
[01:05:14] Unknown:
that. Act of wartime authority, a law signed by John Adams in 1798 to deport undocumented van Venezuelans that the administration say, are dangerous individuals with ties to the gang at Trend, Aragua. That gang is obviously associated with a lot of crime, human trafficking, drug dealing, theft, shootings, including in your state of Texas right outside of your congressional district. Do you agree with this? And and if not, what what's your issue with The US using any tool at its disposal to remove undocumented violent people from this country?
[01:05:47] Unknown:
Well, my my argument is that we already have tools that are available to remove undocumented violent people from our country. And so the idea that you wanna go into a zombie law, this is kind of like what we saw in Arizona when they decided to revive a zombie law around abortion. It is the fact that we can't trust this administration to actually use a scalpel, but instead, they love to use a butcher knife on things. And so giving them this wide latitude to just kinda go across and just claim that anybody is anything is wrong. And so we do have courts. We do have processes. We do have laws, and we should just go ahead and use those. There's a reason that nobody else has decided to go back until, into Adam's times in order to try to find ways to make sure that we can keep our country safe.
[01:06:51] Unknown:
She's an idiot. Plain and simple. She's an idiot. The president is the exec chief executive officer in, in this country, and he can use whatever tools are at his disposal to remove a hostile presence out of the country that's here illegally. They're not going to go through the court process. Why? Because you have these liberal judges that will block and prevent, as as you've seen them trying to do on the deportations. Now the interesting thing here is is that the Democrats like to, say that, you know, that that this is not something that the American people support, and it which is untrue.
Ipsos put out a, a survey, and, you know, they they say that this is not a popular position for the president, you know, and and and, you know, we're we're there that the this administration is not working along the will of the people on this and and so on and so forth. But, where in actuality, where is that? Here it is. Two thirds this is pointing to an Ipsos poll. Two thirds of Americans support deporting immigrants who are in the country illegally. However, there's very little support for deporting legal immigrants. Now, of course, we're not gonna deport legal immigrants. You know, if they're here legally, there's no reason it's to to deport.
If they're here legally Well, let let me let me back that up. When I say legally, I'm talking about that have come here and become citizens of the country. So, obviously, we're not gonna deport them, but, for people who are here on the visas, and work visas, and student visas, and and such that are, that do break the law, yeah, and that that there should be repercussions up to including deportation. But 66% supporting deporting, immigrants who are in the country illegally, republic is 93% are more likely to show support than democrats forty three percent, and independents sixty seven percent. Few Americans eleven percent support deporting immigrants who are in the country legally.
So so, yes, it is a a popular opinion in, among the American people to deport illegal immigrants, especially those illegal immigrants who are violent like the Trendiagua, gang and, MS thirteen and and, and organizations like that. 38% of Americans support using active duty military to find and detain undocumented immigrants. A third of Americans show support for quickly deporting detained immigrants, even if it involves separating families or sending people to countries other than their country of origin, 34%, and deporting immigrants that came to The US illegally, as children, 34%.
So this is an Axios Ipsos poll that was conducted in January 10 to 01/12/2025. So, so, yeah, the American people support this. The Democrats are on the losing side of this argument. That's my point. I didn't explain it clearly enough earlier, but that's the point. The Democrats are on the losing side of this, and if they don't change their direction on this, I don't think that they're gonna win another election. Now in a in a post on, on Facebook on Sunday, Bukele posted the video that we showed you earlier, showing the flights carrying a led the the gang members who were living illegally in The US and explained the new partnership with the US government would help both nations.
And Trump responded to that, these are the monsters sent into our country by crooked Joe Biden and the radical left Democrats. How dare they? Thank you to El Salvador and in particular president Bukele for your understanding of this horrible situation, which was allowed to happen to The United States because of incompetent Democrat leadership, Trump wrote. We will not forget. He put that up in a Facebook post which I wasn't able to able to get. Now, on a little bit of a lighter note. Now, and and keeping, keeping Jasmine Crockett in in our conversation.
Let's see. How many of you remember just a few weeks ago, there was this video posted by, some of the House Democrats. Let me see if we can find it. There it is. I know it's painful to watch. I'm sorry. But Alright. So you remember that? And then, of course, the White House responded to that with this. So you see the you see the stark difference here. Now, of course, Jasmine Crockett was called out on this choose your fighter video, which, you know, as you saw, was kinda like, said like that Mortal Kombat type video game style. It was done in a as a TikTok video, and it as you saw, it had, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Underwood, Chu, Lee, and, you know, you you saw the whole thing. I'm not gonna describe it to you.
And of course, it had their attributes and each congress person and so on and so forth. And then, like I said, the other Trump administration responded with their own video, which which was the complete opposite. Now, of course, you know, it did draw a lot of criticism and, it it drew some criticism from, of of all people, senator Fener senator John Fetterman from Pennsylvania, who said, Democrats keep showing up at every knife fight with the casserole, which that's a great line, by the way. I have I'll give credit where credit's due. That's a great line. So, I'm sorry. This I got a frozen frozen feed here. Let me try to refresh that.
There we go. There we go. Alright. I'm trying to keep an eye on on chats and stuff like that if everything everything pops in. So, so, again, great line, you know, coming to a knife fight with a casserole, and then he referenced the, the paddles that they held up during the, joint session of Congress. He says, you know, and they have these cheesy paddles. And then, you know, you pick your fighter cheese ball stuff, you know, where's your messaging? And if you if you think you're if you think now you're tough to shut the government down, then how do you get back? Because again, millions of Americans are gonna be impacted. A lot of them aren't gonna get paid, but they all get but they all get paid talking about the, talking about the, the representatives.
So Crockett, of course, responds to this, by attacking him for his clothes. She went after his his hoodies. She said, quote, he's not the one to talk about anything. I mean, this guy doesn't seemingly wanna own a suit. I'm not really sure, but I don't show up in hoodies when I'm going on the floor, Crockett told CNN's Jake Tapper. So let's, let's actually go to where, Jasmine Crockett, stuns us with her, her responses.
[01:15:30] Unknown:
President Trump seeking to use the Alien Enemies Act, a wartime authority, a law signed by John Adams in 1798 to deport undocumented van Venezuelans that the administration say, are dangerous individuals with ties to the gang at Trend, Aragua. That gang is obviously associated with a lot of crime, human trafficking, drug dealing, theft, shootings, including in in your state of Texas right outside of your congressional district. Do you agree with this? And and if not, what what's your issue with The US using any tool at its disposal to remove undocumented violent people from this country?
[01:16:06] Unknown:
Well, my my argument is that we already have tools that are available to remove
[01:16:12] Unknown:
undock Alright. I'm sorry. Apparently, the, the clip that I picked or I clipped was the, the wrong one. So I I do apologize. She said, when she asked me to jump, I said, did you ask my older colleague to do this because I feel like you're picking on me because you think my my knees are a little younger, and I and I didn't know who all was in this particular trend whatsoever. I can't even read the way she the way she speaks. And I think it's important that people see that we're real people. Recently Crockett joined other Democrats in attacking, minority leader Schumer over the government shutdown, debacle, accusing of caving to Republicans.
She said, quote, and even if that means there's a moment to laugh, that's okay, especially since it seems like we're we're doing more crying than anything. And we're not on the house floor jumping around at all. So, yeah, I just wanted to share that with you and, unfortunately, didn't have the right clip there. Now, gonna touch on this, Joe Biden, the auto pen stuff. Because the auto pen stuff is this is pretty serious stuff. Alright. The autopen is problematic because it was used by a staffer to basically grant the pardons for the j six committee, to grant pardons for the for Joe Biden's family, for, for, for Millie, for Fauci.
And we've been talking about this for a few days. A few shows, we have at least a period of time where we're talking about it. But, this is serious stuff. Because it it's it's not only were the pardons signed, which Donald Trump commented on, on Truth Social Monday, and we'll come to that in a second, but you have to think of what else was signed with the auto pen that Joe Biden had no knowledge of. What what else what other executive orders or executive actions were signed? And we had talked yesterday about some, some staffers who were unnamed, talking about how they fear the person that controlled the auto pen more than anything else.
Serious stuff. President Trump said on Monday, on a, a truth social post let me see if I can pull that up. Here we go. The pardons that sleepy Joe Biden gave the unselect committee of political thugs and many others are hereby declared void, vacant, and of no further force or effect because of the fact that they were done by auto pen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them, but more importantly, he did not know anything about them. The necessary pardoning documents were not explained to or approved by Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime.
Now back in December, Joe Biden's White House was pondering the pardons for, for the j six committee members. Ed Siskel and the chief of staff, Jeff Zients, had commented on that. You know, they said and they said it's unclear if if Biden had been looped in the discussions or if he's taking position on the issue, according to the New York Post. The necessary parting documents were not explained to or approved by Biden. Trump went on. He said he knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime. Now if these if these pardons are voided, well, then that would allow an investigation to Fauci, Milley, the j six committee.
But with the pardons in hand, if should should there should should there should they be questioned or subpoenaed to come before Congress, The pardon wouldn't allow them to to invoke the fifth amendment. They'd have to talk. They'd have to talk. They wouldn't be able to hide behind their fifth amendment. Now, it it I don't know if if, president Trump has the legal authority to void a previous president's pardons. Alright? Especially once they've been finalized. I I don't I don't know if that's if that's possible. I would imagine that it would have to go through the courts.
The the the precedent is is that, a pardon can be revoked, I guess, is the right word. It could be revoked, before they're officially delivered. But after that, I don't think they can be. So that's gonna be very interesting as it as it plays out. But, and and I and I think, you know, Donald Trump understands that, and and, I I do believe that it's gonna end up going to the courts, and, and and and we'll we'll see how that all that goes. But, on Donald Trump made made a few statements while he was on Air Force One.
[01:22:36] Unknown:
And we would have been better off if we had probably. But it looks to me like, you know, that's a big subject. I I'm sure you won't ask about that. But the, the whole subject, it would have been did he know what he was doing? Did he authorize it? Or is there somebody in an office, maybe a radical left lunatic just signing whatever that person was? That's that's not what the, you know, it's all about. I've never used it. I I mean, we may use it as an example to send some young person a letter. It's nice. You know? We get thousands and thousands of letters and letters of support for young people, for people that aren't feeling well, etcetera. But to sign pardons and all of the things that he signed with an autopen is disgraceful.
[01:23:22] Unknown:
No. Absolutely. Absolutely disgraceful. And, and he's absolutely right. Then, then the question was asked on on the autopen about the executive orders and the pardons, about being being null and void.
[01:23:35] Unknown:
And then the autopen, are those executive orders and those pardons from the former president now null and void? So I think so. It's not my decision. That'll be up to a court.
[01:23:46] Unknown:
But I would say that they're null and void, because I'm sure Biden didn't have any idea that it was taking place. And somebody was using an auto pen to sign off and to give, pardons to as an example. Just one example, but the j six on select committee. They they gave think of it. They gave pardons with an auto pen. I don't think Biden knew anything about it. And what they did is they deleted and destroyed all of the information that took them over a year to get. And the reason they did that is because the information was very incriminating about them. Like, Nancy Pelosi was determined conclusively thousand soldiers and turned it down. And if we use 500 soldiers, you would have no problem, let alone 10,000.
The young lady that said that I grabbed these powerful young Secret Service agents by the neck. Right. The did a scribble. I think we're about to land everybody. Thank you. Okay. Have a good time. We'll see you, very soon.
[01:25:01] Unknown:
And then in in the classic troll, an epic troll, I should say. Now, and we showed this yesterday on the show. Donald Trump then went on to, Truth Social, and he and he posted, the most recent commander in chief's, portrait with Biden's official portrait, and this is what he posted. Joe Biden's auto pen. So what do you think of that? I think that's great. You know, he, you you gotta love his personality with this stuff, you know. He he knows how to dig. He knows how to dig. Trump also voiced his concern during a speech at a US Justice Department headquarters, in Washington Friday. He said, Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and everything else he did, frankly, but it but he didn't know about it, and he and generally speaking, signed it with auto pen. So how would he know?
And and of course, you know, the question is it's a valid question. Who was signing things with the auto pen? Who had who who took it upon themselves, if that was the case, to do the to to sign these documents with the auto pen? Did anybody even go up to them and hand them the paperwork and say, hey, this is what we're gonna do, this is what we're looking to do, what do you think, should we sign this, whatever? You know, obviously more respectful than what I'm saying it, but but there's a very good possibility that that these executive orders, that these executive actions, these pardons might not be even even be valid.
And as the president said, we're gonna have to wait and let the courts decide. Alright. What else we got before we, wrap this whole thing up here? Well, right before we came on to the show today, President Trump was over at the Kennedy Center, and he made a a very, very interesting, announcement, and, let's roll that.
[01:27:13] Unknown:
So what time will they be released?
[01:27:16] Unknown:
Tomorrow after two weeks. Tomorrow after two weeks. Yes. Have you seen have you seen what's in the files? Have you read them? I've heard about it. Was there anything interesting?
[01:27:25] Unknown:
It's gonna be very interesting. Was there an executive summary supplied to you, mister president, regardless? I'm not doing summaries. You'll write your own summary.
[01:27:33] Unknown:
So what's he talking about? He's talking about the JFK files. So we can expect the JFK files to be released tomorrow. And if you remember right, during the first week of his of of of, Donald Trump's term here, he signed an executive order demanding the complete disclosure of of, of all the files regarding JFK, RFK, MLK Jr's assassinations. And then, you know, you know, following through on a campaign promise, to release those files. And, so finally, we're we're gonna get to see these things, tomorrow. And, I mean, I I I have my opinion. I I think I know what's gonna be in them.
I'm hoping that they're not, you know, all redacted information and the same stuff that's been, put out year after year after year. You know, the same story, the same, you know, the just, you know, the same old same old stuff. I'm really hoping that there's gonna be some information here that, you know, that will shed light on those circumstances. And, on on Monday, Donald Trump said, that his administration will release the, the, the JFK files on Tuesday, tomorrow. Throwing this amount of paper, he said, you you you got a lot of reading. He said, emphasizing the scale of the document. I don't believe we're gonna redact anything. I said I I said just don't redact. You can't redact. And that's that's great, and I'm hoping that that's that's what happens. I'm I'm hoping that this none none of none of this information is is hidden.
It's a it's, you know, it's really it's a very big announcement. It's something we've been waiting decades for. Donald Trump said it during the campaign, and he's doing it. And it's gonna be very interesting. Now, of course, you know, the deep state, the bureaucrats, they've been hiding this information for for for over fifty years. You know, what is it that they're looking to hide? What is it they're looking to keep from the American people? You know, the the families, the American people, really deserve nothing less than a complete transparent report information about these very specific moments in our history.
See folks, what Donald Trump is doing right now is what real transparency is all about. It's not about those those one off leaks. It's not about, you know, the the the the witch hunts that the Democrats love to do. It's about transparency, about being honest and direct with the American people, and you're not In my lifetime, I'm I'm 54. I have never in my lifetime for as far back as I can remember in in in the political world have seen a president like Donald Trump as open, direct, honest, and transparent with the American people. I think it's refreshing. I think it's fantastic, and and I think that we're gonna learn a lot of things that for years the federal government was trying to hide from you.
And I think we're gonna wrap it up here. I am tired, and, we've gone an hour and a half, and I think, I think it's time for us to say goodnight.
