In this episode of The Joe Rooz Show, Joe introduces his guest, Svetlana Rilkoff, a former registered nurse who founded Ezra Healing. Svetlana shares her journey from being terminated for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine to helping people recover from vaccine injuries and chronic illnesses through a "do no harm" wellness paradigm.
The conversation delves into the controversial topics of vaccine injuries, the medical system's coercive nature, and alternative healing methods. Svetlana discusses the potential link between vaccines and chronic diseases, including cancer, and shares insights into her approach to healing through diet, supplements, and detoxification. The episode also touches on the importance of self-empowerment in health decisions, the role of meditation, and the impact of societal pressures on personal health choices. Joe and Svetlana explore the broader implications of health freedom and the need for a new wellness paradigm, making this episode a thought-provoking discussion on health, freedom, and personal empowerment.

But, what I what I done did is, we had we had ourselves a little bit of a cookout on Saturday.
And so what we did here is, and I didn't mention this on Sunday. I don't know why I didn't mention it, but I guess I was saving it for tonight. But, I had we had a little cookout, and my kids had beautiful New York strip steaks right off the grill with some homemade garlic butter. They love that. I love that. Who wouldn't love that? Right? But, they enjoyed it. And I did it for them, because they're my babes. I love them, and, they deserve it. So, but I hope you guys had a great weekend. And, remember I said I wanted to go through there and just shout that I have rabies and to people just leave me alone. And, well I made a t shirt, so now I wear this whenever I go to the supermarket. So we're gonna make that a t shirt too. Put my mic on. We'll put a logo in the middle of something like that. I don't know. We'll figure it all out somewhere down the road, but we're gonna do that. So today's guest has basically, walked away from the mainstream system and walked boldly into the fire.
Our guest tonight is Svetlana Rylkov. She's a former registered nurse of twenty five years who founded Ezra Healing, a do no harm wellness paradigm helping people recover from vaccine injury, chronic illness, cancer without relying on pharmaceutical invent interventions. She was, she was actually terminated for refusing the COVID nineteen vaccine, and we're we're gonna talk a little bit about that because I came very close to getting terminated for not taking it. She endured a a painful divorce. Same here. Custody battle. Nope. Not that.
And witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of what she calls a broken and coercive medical model. Today, she's sounding the alarm on what's really happening in health care and helping people to find a new way forward. From trauma to parasites, children's health to informed consent, we're gonna get into a lot of stuff tonight. Now if you've ever questioned what's really making us sick and what healing might look like outside the system, You're gonna enjoy this conversation. So let's get into it right now, and let's bring on Svetlana Rylkoff from Ezra Healing. Svetlana, you out there? You with us?
I see your little box on the screen, so you know you're out there. Alright. While we're waiting for Svetlana to, turn her camera and mic on, might as well hit some of those promos then. Alright. Let's see. Okay. So, Svetlana just sent me a text. She says that they are on, but we don't see her. So let me see. Perhaps. Alright. Let me, you I'm gonna try to refresh this the screen here and, hopefully that fixes our little problem. Actually, Svetlana, if you hear me, if you just look on the bottom of your screen, there should be a little camera icon and a microphone icon. You just gotta hit one of you gotta hit those, and that should turn your camera on and turn your mic on. If not, then what we'll do is I'll refresh and bring her back. Let's see.
Nothing yet? Alright. So we just refreshed. Let's see if that helps. So while we're, while we're waiting, how about this? Yay. You made it. Thank you, Joe. You've been really entertaining me back here, and I really need that t shirt you have in extra small. Extra small? Hope you, you can keep that in extra small, and we'll we'll sell them up here in Canada. I love it. It's a great it's a great talking piece, and you made me laugh. Okay. So I think I think we need more laughter in this world, and you definitely made me do it. So Absolutely. Great. That's that's the whole point of the show. You know? I mean, we
[00:12:16] Unknown:
Absolutely. Great. That's that's the whole point of the show, you know. I mean, we talk about some serious stuff. We talk about politics. We talk about, you know, a lot of the the the just the overall stress, mayhem, whatever you wanna call it that goes throughout the day their daily life, but you know you gotta take a few minutes to laugh. And, I love to laugh. So laughing is a lot of is is therapeutic.
[00:12:38] Unknown:
Right? After is the best medicine, and I thank you for the introduction, and apologies for the, technical issues.
[00:12:45] Unknown:
No worry. I always say if it would not be a show that I'm doing if there wasn't some kind of a technical problem to get started with.
[00:12:52] Unknown:
Well, you know, I think we walked over a broken glass to get to this podcast, didn't we, Joe? And, we beat all the odds. So not only did we get the time wrong, but the technical difficulties, but we're gonna still get this out. And when we have, I think, issues like that, to me, that's a sign that we're super powerful and that it's the dark forces that try kinda keep us down.
[00:13:11] Unknown:
They do their best to wrap chains around our ankles, but, you know, at the end of the day, we know who wins this battle. Don't we, Joe? Absolutely correct. Absolutely correct. And it's not our fault. This is Calendly. This is the, the booking stuff that we use with, with the pod match service, and and, little little upset by this because this you're not the first that I'm having an issue with. I had, I've had a score of double bookings and and whatnot because the calendars aren't leaking linking up and it's a it's a mess. But that's okay. We digress. We digress. So before we get into this, very very important question, super important question.
Alright. You need to really think about the answer to this one. Mhmm. What is something that most people don't know about you, but should?
[00:13:53] Unknown:
I have really big calves.
[00:13:58] Unknown:
Okay.
[00:13:59] Unknown:
I was not expecting that one. Okay. That's good. I I walk into the gym, and at least I get one ask. How do you get big calves like that? So that's that's one thing that you'll know about me. Okay. Yeah. Alright. That's good. And,
[00:14:11] Unknown:
alright. What's your go to beverage? What do you use to unwind at the end of the day? Oh, you know, I do
[00:14:17] Unknown:
well, water. I don't drink alcohol anymore, and that was the best move I've ever made. So I just have to say, a water with lime. Yeah. I haven't gotten there yet. I have a problem with bourbon, and
[00:14:27] Unknown:
I love I love a good bourbon. I love a good cigar every now and then, you know, kinda enjoying the enjoying enjoying the sweet life, you know, enjoying that sweet life. So, you know, I really do my best to, practice what I preach.
[00:14:40] Unknown:
So to me, that's, that's doing what I recommend. So I'm in the business of healing cancer, preventing cancer. So we're looking for ways to make people healthy so they don't actually have to use the medical system ever. That's yeah. You know what? It's funny because the older I'm getting,
[00:14:57] Unknown:
the the more I'm realizing that, you know, I actually know more than some of my doctors. I got a funny one for you. I I, about a year ago, just things just weren't working. You know, the plumbing wasn't working properly. I I was just very uncomfortable with stuff, and it just drive me crazy. And, I went to my doctor and he poked and prodded, and he's like, I don't know. I don't know what the problem is. So I went home and I and I sat there, and I studied everything I could possibly find online, and I self diagnosed myself. I went back to the doctor, I said, so this is what I think it is. And he goes, where did you go to medical school? I said, well obviously, I didn't need to go to medical school to figure out that I have x y and z, and this is what you're gonna prescribe to me to take care of it. And I was a 100% right. Within a couple of days of getting the meds, I was good. I was fine. No problem. And, you you know, so now before I even go to the doctor, I I self diagnose.
I go to the doctor and tell him what the problem is, and said this is what you're gonna give me, and this is how we're gonna treat it. And we move on from there, and I'm I've been healthier since.
[00:15:59] Unknown:
But, I love how you've just empowered yourself with that information, and you went in there, and you just expressed what you were actually feeling. And you did with some research before you went in, and your gut instinct, you know, led you to that. And I'm really proud of you for doing that. We need more people critically thinking like that and walking in and you stepping in your power, staying in your power when you're up against the medical beast. Absolutely. And I I also started taking a lot of supplements. Like, I I was just getting started talking about,
[00:16:27] Unknown:
my affiliate link with Alex Jones, the alexjonesstore.com/joe, so you get all these great vitamin supplements. And, I'm a skeptical person when it comes to these things, but and and I would never tell someone to try something unless I've tried it first, and it helps. So I've been taking a regimen of, the their, their Irish sea moss, that has, like, I couldn't even tell you how many I should have brought the bottle in here. I didn't. And then I I also take the, the turmeric they have, which is great. It has black pepper and all that great stuff in it. And then, I take this product called optimal human. It's like it's like I call it liquid grass. That's what it looks like, and kind of what it tastes like too. What I'd like to do, I'll throw some fresh lime juice or lemon juice into it and kinda gives a little bit of a kick. But it is loaded with all these, prebiotics. It has, like there are so many ingredients in the thing they had to use ultra fine small print to put it all on the labels just so it all fit. It's really good. I lost, like, 30 pounds on it. It's not if that's not one of their advertised, benefits of it, but it that's what it did for me.
I also been I just recently started taking their Shilajit, with the Ashwagandha, and, one thing I I I will say is that I'm really enjoying is the, is the the methylene blue that I've been taking. And I can't wait to go to the doctor to give a urine sample. Let's just put it that way. Because it it come it comes the most beautiful shades of blues and greens, and all that great stuff, and I cannot wait to see the look in the lab tech when I give them the little sample bottle. So it's gonna be interesting.
[00:18:03] Unknown:
Joe, can you educate me and enlighten our guests the benefits of methylene blue? Because there's a lot of, you know, controversy about the pros and cons of methylene blue. So your personal testimony with methylene blue, what what would you say? Well, everybody had, I think, has a different reaction to it. I know some people who take it,
[00:18:21] Unknown:
and they feel this, almost like an electrical energy that that kinda goes down their their extremities and their fingertips. They feel tingling, and, and all that stuff. And and that's great, you know. Some folks, you know, say that they're they're they're able to think more clearly. I don't think clearly. So, no matter what I do, I'm not gonna help. So the, what what it does for me though is it does give me a steady energy throughout the course of the day and it's level, and it's not like jittery, like I just drank like a like 12 cups of coffee and or or one of those worthless energy drinks.
It's a steady clean energy that you get throughout the day. And also what it does for me is, well, within the first thirty minutes of it, I I I break out into this sweat, you know. I I just feel hot, like, my whole body feels hot. And And then that that kinda dissipates over time, and then I I'm left with this really meditative type of, feel about myself. Like, I it's I'm very relaxed and very calm. Things that, especially at my regular job, that would really irritate me and push me over the edge, and I'd start losing my mind and yelling at people. I don't that's a I it's just I feel much calmer, much more relaxed, and I do focus better, especially after I, take it early in the day.
So it's, that's the benefit I get from it. I know that there's a whole bunch of science behind it, you know, what it does at the mitochondrial level. It's like a cleanse for your mitochondria. I mean, it's it's there's so much to it, but for me, like I said, it's just that steady energy throughout the day. It's that that clarity. It's that, sometimes I I'll I'll see them say that, it kinda takes the fog away. But that's that's what I get out of it. I get and I think it's great. It's a great product. I've been taking it now for about three months. And Do you take it daily?
Yeah. I do. I but what I don't do with the way they recommend you do it. They they say twenty drops right under your tongue, but I tried that and and no, it didn't work. Nothing. How do you take it then? So what I So I make myself a little cocktail. So I'll I'll I'll get some either sparkling lime water, or I'll get some, some, topeche toppuccino, and I'll I'll use that over ice with a little a couple of drops of, some some x two, which is an iodine product they sell. So a couple of drops of that, top it off with the methylene blue with and the, toppuccino. Oh my gosh. You wanna talk about it's like a vodka cocktail without the vodka. Yeah. It's a really pretty color, actually. It is. It's it's really helpful. I see a lot of people, you know, using it for cancer healing right now and vaccine injuries, actually. So it's really nice to hear firsthand, how you feel on it. So Bobby Kennedy gobbles that stuff up.
[00:21:17] Unknown:
Go, methylene blue. Go, I guess. Go go get it. Whatever works and, you know, it's in the feeling. It's not even so much in the research. It's in the feeling. Mhmm. So if you're feeling like it's, you know, helping you and not harming you, that's the main point. And I love things that cause do no harm. So it's,
[00:21:37] Unknown:
Yeah. And it looks it does. If you go to if you use my link, the alexjonesstore.com/joe. I put it up on the screen there. And you can get it right now for 50% off. Well, no. I'm sorry. Not last week. This week, it's buy one get one. Okay. This week this week is buy one get one on every item in the store up until Independence Day. So take advantage of it. And remember folks, 10% of whatever you purchase through the alicejonesstory..com/joe. 10% comes right back here to the podcast. Helps us keep funding this joyful disaster that we put out every day. Great. That's great. And you know what, Joe? Thank you for doing this. It is a thankless job.
[00:22:18] Unknown:
You put a lot of effort and time into it, I can tell. And just thank you for doing it from the bottom of my my heart. The more platforms like this, the better that we can, you know, start to network and share the good message and and create the new wellness paradigm, which is what we're doing tonight. What's what's the thing the kids do these days? They you know, that thing. Right? I don't know. I'm so I'm so out of tune. You know? I'm super focused on my business. Mhmm. As you had said in your introduction, I was in a a custody battle. It was actually quite short lived. I lost custody of both of my children for refusing to vaccinate them. That was in 2022.
They were nine and 11 at the time, and I was going through, a divorce from a family doctor. We had very differing opinions on the pandemic, and we went separate ways, unfortunately. Very sad when the family separates. Sure is. And then I lost my position as a registered nurse after twenty years of good standing because I refused the vaccine. And I refused the vaccine because I saw so many injuries in live time happen around me. And there was no way in heck I was gonna put that in my body nor in my children's body. So when it came time to have that conversation to vaccinate the children, I said, no. No. No. And I lost the battle in court, and they both got vaccinated, and my daughter got very, very sick. I'm sorry to hear that. No. This is this is a mission from from the highest, and I take it really, really seriously. So, you know, I love what you're doing because you are all about, you know, promoting do no harm model of care and exposing the medical corruption.
And we're here just to help people awaken and understand what's happening. And if there are any, you know, say, vaccine injuries that are that have occurred, I'm here to help, and I've made a career
[00:24:09] Unknown:
out of helping people with vaccine injuries. So And, you know, and I understand where you're coming from as far as, you know, with employment. I work in, well, here in Eagle Pass, I work in in a health care facility. I work in, I work in a nursing home. I'm I do, facility maintenance. I'm the director of maintenance and life safety. So, when the whole pandemic thing took off, of course, being a facility that receives money from CMS down here and and, you know, the whole routine, they were mandating the shot. And I said, no. I'm not taking it. And I went all the way through up until the last day of the week, and my my regional manager called me, and he said, he goes, did you take it yet? No.
You gotta take it. I'm not taking it. And he he was like, do you know what's gonna happen? If you have to today is your last day then, then it's my last day. No problem. I already packed. My my desk is cleaned out. I'm ready to go. And he was like, oh, I can't believe you're gonna do this to me. I'm like, oh, sorry. I'm not doing a shot. So, he goes, alright. Well, end of the day today, you know, don't report back Monday. Alright. Fine. No problem. So I worked the whole day. Like I said, I already packed. Everything was ready to go because I had my mind made up. I'm not doing it. And, by the end of the of that day, which was a deadline, the company reversed its policy on mandated, vaccination for it.
[00:25:36] Unknown:
Wow. Well, they probably just didn't wanna lose you, Joe. So that was all because of you. It's just, you know, how it is. I'm I'm just the greatest I mean, employers were, you know, they were put in a very awkward position. They were actually seeing all these great people saying no to the vaccine and leaving. So, you know, there a lot of hands were tied, but at the end of the day, everybody had their choice. So I'm that's great. That's a great story. I I like to hear, you know, employers, you know, support their long term steady employees. I mean, that's what should be happening in any healthy business. Oh, you would hope. You would hope. Unfortunately, though, there there were more instances where people,
[00:26:13] Unknown:
were fired, were removed from positions that they held for years, you know, close to retirement. Like, I I have a buddy who I'm originally from New York, and, I transplanted down here about nine years ago, but I still keep in contact with some of the guys up in New York. And, when I worked it when I lived in New York, I worked for New York City. I was up there I worked there for, twenty almost twenty five years for New York City. I worked in law enforcement where I started my career, did investigations. I had a a little stint where I worked for the US Department of State, diplomatic security service, and the uniform branch, and from there I did investigations and all that stuff. I ended up retiring nine years ago and moved down to Texas, and, here I am. But I still keep in contact with some of the guys, and, I I know guys that that were let go from city service that were just months away from retirement, lost everything, lost their pension, lost all the time and service, and, you know, all those years working all because of of this this globalist agenda to try to, reduce I think, honestly, I do think it's a it's a population reduction. I mean, Bill Gates was very clear on that, you know, that through the through the the vehicle of vaccination, we can reduce the population. I mean, he's on record saying that.
And, also, it was a test to see just how far they can push lockdowns and put people under surveillance every single day, every movement that they make with these vaccine passports and all that mess. And, you know, it's, it's not over. I don't think it's over. We may not be in a pandemic right now, but I it's coming. You have 20 you have agenda twenty thirty that the World Economic Forum is constantly talking about. You're familiar with that? I am. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's you know, and they're moving ahead. They may not be so out in the open about it right now, and I I know I may sound like a Alex Jones conspiracy theorist, but, you know, I am. And, you know, it's, it's it's coming. No matter what no matter what's going on right now, I think that with the with president Trump in office right now, we are in a, good word, reprieve from what the globalist agenda is.
But mark my words, the first opportunity that presents itself, you're gonna see the false flags, you're gonna see all these restrictions coming back. What's his name? Hotep? Didn't he also say that, there was gonna be another pandemic sometime in in the immediate future?
[00:28:48] Unknown:
Well, you know, just like they said, oh, every hundred years, there's a there's a pandemic, and they were right down to the month. A hundred years after the Spanish flu showed up, the COVID nineteen, pandemic showed up. So, you know, they do tell us, you know, what's what is gonna happen, and it's great to be able to have awakened to how they distribute information. So I I actually am very grateful for what happened. I I have to look at the silver lining of this because if this if we didn't wake up, Joe, we would still be asleep, and the corruption would still be happening. Without doubt. We are definitely in a genocide. Without question, we are in a genocide. You know, there might not be bullets to the head, on the streets Not yet. But there are definitely vaccines in arms, in babies every day. All those public health nurses that are giving vaccines right now, that's their full time job. I mean, to me, this is the bullet.
So this is the bullet that we have to expose and help parents really understand, how the genocide is actually happening. Vaccines, you know, cause chronic disease and cancers, autism. This is how the medical establishment, the medical industrial complex, I believe, creates their business models, and it starts with that very first shot, which is actually the vitamin k shot when a baby is born in a hospital setting. Mhmm. And that's why we're actually encouraging, families, women to birth outside of a medical system, with, a competent birth worker where they're not exposed to the trauma that comes with giving birth in a hospital. So I call it, medical system induced trauma. We have a lot of it going on, and there's so many victims walking around, and they don't even know they're a victim. You you you jumped all the way ahead to question number six for me.
Oh, you you have questions for me? Oh. Oh, yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. My my my
[00:30:44] Unknown:
my my producer, missus producer, she, she she puts together little bullet points for me so I could, keep track of things. But, so let's see. So one of the questions that that I had did have for you was about vaccines and about vaccine injury and about how often that you're seeing these vaccine injuries, and you already kinda covered that. But what I'm really interested in though is is is is how many people don't see the connection between vaccines and and chronic disease, and things even like cancer. Right? Because I don't think that cancer is what they tell us cancer is. I think it's something else. And, I I I saw a documentary on, what was it on? It was on some one of those movie channels.
I think it was Tubi. I don't laugh. Alright? Tubi. I like Tubi. Alright. Tubi's fun. May not sound like a serious thing, but it has some really good programs. And there was one thing on there they were talking about vax they were talking about cancer and using electricity to treat cancer, and and this is back in Tesla days. You know, and how all of a sudden it went from using those types of, treatments to the chemotherapies and the radiation therapies and and and so on. So what's your take on that? I mean, what do you think about you using things like that, like chemotherapy, radiation therapy to treat something that, you know, there's documentation that says that this is can be treated so many other ways and so much more healthy for the human body.
[00:32:24] Unknown:
I I think chemo and radiation don't work. I think they create more harm than help. Mhmm. And the reason why I can stay I could sit here confidently and tell you that, Joe, is because I see it. I I deal with it every day from real people. And to me, the real people going through these, you know, chemo and radiation experiments are the real research Yeah. Clients. So I they they cause so much harm that people literally wanna end their life because the quality of their life is so disastrous. And it's not the actual diagnosis of cancer or, say, the tumor or the cyst that exists in their body. It's the actual treatment or the intervention that the medical system induces upon them.
So, you know, we have to start asking ourselves, what is cancer really besides a very powerful campaign that we were born into? Where everywhere you see, it's donate to cancer research, donate to cancer kids, donate here and there. So what is really cancer? So the last five years, we've been able to make a few observations, and it's really looking like cancer could be just a parasite infection. And that's it. And once you deal with the parasite infection, you actually get success. And this is where people are starting to heal. So, for example, parasites, they love sugar. The more sugar you feed them, the bigger that they're gonna get. What is what do you get in the hospital after your chemo? You get ice cream.
So, you know, not only are you given a a toxic chemical to pollute your body, but then you're given sugar to feed the cancer. So, of course, it's not gonna go away.
[00:34:05] Unknown:
And it's interesting that and that's exactly what that documentary I was telling I was watching was talking about. It is a they they say that it is a parasitic infection. So if you're not gonna treat it though with radiation, chemotherapy, what would you treat it with? I know this that, like I said, when I was watching, they were talking about using electricity to do that. But what other options are there for that?
[00:34:26] Unknown:
I think electricity or energy is a great, intervention because we are energy. So if we can get aligned with the proper healing energy, I can see how that would be effective. There's a lot of interesting healing equipment out there, and I think that would be one of them. But our approach at Ezra Healing is really to start with diet. Diet is really, really important. Let food be thy medicine. There's a lot of toxins, hidden toxins in our food Mhmm. Including glyphosate and carbohydrates, fluoride in the water. So as soon as we help people to understand what they've been consuming for mostly years, things start to really turn around, including exposing how harmful sugar really is for you and how there's hidden sugar everywhere. So once we start to clean up the diet, everything else really you know, it it starts to functioning better, and then we can add in different supplements and different, you know, other healing equipment. But I really think it's what you put into your mouth. It's actually you know, what you don't put into your body is more important than what you do. That's why we highlight all the toxins and chemicals, including the vaccines that people do, you know, put into their body without even thinking. And it's not even just the COVID nineteen vaccine. It's the flu. It's the shingles.
It's the MMR. It's the it's the every five to ten year tetanus shot. There's just so many vaccines now that contribute to chronic illness. And I think getting back to your question, no. People are not, making the connection, but they're starting to make the connection. And this is a really great observation to see.
[00:36:00] Unknown:
People are waking up, and, it's it's gonna be a slow transfer over from the old sick model of care to the new wellness paradigm. But it's just this perspective shift that people are are are happening, and it's it's exciting to watch. It is. Actually, it it really is. You know? And I I remember, you know, my younger days. I I was always so you know, people would come across and say, well, you know, you need to be eating better. You need to be eating like this. You need to be, you know, staying away from that type of, medical interventions, you know, go holistic, go healthy, do that then. And used to sit here and like, hey, yeah, yeah, whatever. You're crazy. But you know what? Now as I'm getting older, I'm starting to realize, you know, those those people that I thought were crazy really aren't. They they were onto something, and I wish I would have paid more attention to it, you know, back then. I probably wouldn't have some of the, like like I deal with high blood pressure. I mean, that's runs rampant through my family. So,
[00:36:51] Unknown:
Let's talk about that. Let's uncover the myth of high blood pressure, Joe. Before we do that, let's talk about your steak that you had last night with the garlic butter. And, I mean, that's exactly what we recommend. It is the it's a keto. It's almost the Mediterranean diet. Mhmm. It's it's the carnivore diet. So meat, red meat especially, you know, no like, an organic meat, is really, really good and healthy for you. So, you know, keep on eating that meat. I love that you shared that with your kids, and that's where we need to head back to the meat eating days.
[00:37:27] Unknown:
Yeah. It's it's interesting too because I tried the carnivore diet, I wanna say earlier this year, late last year, early this year. And I didn't do it for long. I did it for about, maybe five, six months. And I I I did lose quite a bit of weight, and it and I thought it was gonna take a long process to lose the weight. But I lost, like, about 40 pounds in a in a in just a couple of months, which was great. I mean, I felt great, and I'm always up to try something different, you know. I'm I'm experimental like that. So, for me to lose the weight like that so quickly felt great, but I was concerned of course. Well, you know, if you lose weight fast, you gained back faster.
But, you know, I think with the right supplementation though, it it helps. Like, I started taking that optimal human stuff, the, the liquid grass, like I call it. And it was, it and that helped. It helped with the weight loss and actually keep the weight loss down. That's why I said I lost, like, 30 pounds. I did gain 10 pounds back after I stopped doing the the the the keto diet, but the optimal human actually helped keep 30 of that 40 pounds off. And,
[00:38:39] Unknown:
you know That's massive, Joe. I mean, to lose 30 pounds and you know what? You did it the right way. It's not like you injected yourself with Ozempic or something. No. You did it the right way by changing your diet and your eating habits. So, I mean, that that's a success. And, okay, you gained 10 pounds back, but you're still, you know, you're still off thirty thirty or 40 pounds. And that really will help your blood pressure come down. Every 10 pounds you lose will actually influence your high blood pressure about 10 points.
[00:39:07] Unknown:
So did your blood did it affect your blood pressure? Oh, yeah. Yeah. It was great. My my doctor was, he he he even said to me that, you know, if I can continue with the weight loss and maintain the weight loss, he's gonna start gradually reducing the, blood pressure medication. And and I think he did that because I I kinda blasted him one day, you know. And I I said, you know, the whole purpose of medication is not to be on it for the rest of your life, is to treat at the moment, and then we're supposed to work something out here where we work towards coming off of the medication.
[00:39:37] Unknown:
Joe, can you tell us what you're on?
[00:39:40] Unknown:
The blood pressure medication, Losartan. Yep. Every now and then I do a line of coke. No. I'm kidding. No kidding. I don't do that. I do Losartan. Doesn't have the water pill, the hydro something Hydrochlorothiazide.
[00:39:55] Unknown:
Yeah. Mhmm. The Lasix. Yeah. You don't have that. Okay. So just Losartan.
[00:39:59] Unknown:
So I do that. I do, what else what else do I take? I take, metoprolol. Metoprolol. Yes. And then I was taking, what is that why can I not remember what it's called?
[00:40:16] Unknown:
If you can't remember what it's called, you probably shouldn't be taking it. Yeah. Probably you're right. Yeah.
[00:40:20] Unknown:
But I also started adding things to it, more natural stuff. Like, I'm taking magnesium. I'm taking, I'm taking some multis, but they're, you know, they're they're over the count. They're like they're they're like the just the generic multis that, you know, who knows if they really do anything for you. But
[00:40:36] Unknown:
And and what was your last blood pressure reading?
[00:40:39] Unknown:
This morning, actually. It was, one eighteen over 72. Okay. That's a great blood pressure. Oh, yeah. I feel good. How are you feeling? I feel great. I feel great. I mean, I'm a little flushed, but, you know, that's a little red here. When you had high blood pressure, how were you feeling? Can you remember? Oh, it was terrible. I would get this constant pressure, like, in my ears. Like, I would actually hear the in my ears. It was driving me crazy. I just felt achy, like, all of my head always hurt. My neck, the back of my neck, everything just hurt, and I felt like I had no energy whatsoever. I felt completely beaten up, drained.
Like, I could have just stopped and and stood there in a corner and fell asleep, you know, standing up. I just that's all I wanted to do because I just felt so terrible from it. But with the pressure down, I mean, he did lower my my my, prescription my prescription. He lowered it down. I was on fifty milligram. I'm on twenty five now. So, it's I'm I'm doing a lot better with that. And,
[00:41:39] Unknown:
Okay. So you're on your way down. Yeah. So you're weaning down. That's great. So maybe, you know, a few more pounds weight loss, maybe take a break from the bourbon, and you're gonna be off your blood pressure meds. So I haven't had That's that would that would be a win. Right? I haven't had a drop
[00:41:55] Unknown:
of alcohol of any type in three weeks.
[00:41:59] Unknown:
Okay. So Well, that's great. Very happy. That's wonderful. Very happy. So can we get back to perhaps the cancer healing and what that might look like for people? Of course. Yep. Please. So there there is actually a there is an epidemic happening currently, and that's the cancer epidemic. There are so many people being diagnosed with cancer, turbo cancer, post vaccination. It's off the charts. It's it's very interesting to see and observe, and it's very sad. These cancer diagnosis are really, you know, ripping people's lives apart because of the fear that's being instilled in them. Their doctors often tell them they have x amount of months or days to live, and they are in fear mode. So, you know, along with diet, the vitamin d is a massive wonderful supplement, whether it's vitamin d supplements or, obviously, the natural sunshine is the best. Right.
You know? And we you know, there are supplements like things like ivermectin, fenbexenol, mibendazole, those those anti parasitic meds medicines that will start to destroy the parasites. Stop feeding the parasites with sugar, carbohydrates, alcohol. Starve the parasites, do some fasting, flush them out with water. And we're gonna we we see these cysts shrink. And not only are people feeling better, but they are on scans. The cysts are are shrinking. So that's what we do at Ezra Healing. We have nurses on staff to do wellness consultations, and we talk to people with a confirmed diagnosis of cancer all day long or cancer prevention, which is my favorite because who want whoever wants a diagnosis of cancer. And we help people detox from the vaccine from the spike proteins that are still causing inflammation, pain, and suffering for people. We actually found what looked like to be a parasitic, in nature creature in the vaccine when we examined it in 2022 under a high powered microscope.
We didn't quite understand what or why we were seeing, but it really makes sense now. So, you know, there is, there is belief out there that the vaccines were contaminated with either an artificial, or organic parasite, and that's why we're seeing all these, turbo cancer parasite infections post vaccination. So, you know, if you've been vaccinated, consider consider, an antiparasitic d detox.
[00:44:21] Unknown:

[00:45:24] Unknown:
Hey. You know, we have to do what we have to do to get through this, and, I'm it's an honor to, you know, be part of the new of the solution instead of the problem and a part of the leadership team. So, you know, we have a lot of people, new new people coming on board, and we're we're just basically information givers. And
[00:45:46] Unknown:
I wanted to ask you about the vaccines again. I wanna go back to that, because you see a lot of these, a lot of these, like, on Discovery and whatnot. They have these shows all of a sudden. Now they're talking about these blood clots that are that are getting pulled out of out of, out of people who passed on. And, that's it's it's stuff that you haven't seen before. Like, I've I've never seen anything like that either, you know, myself. You know, my experience, is limited in that area. I mean, I did do some I did do some internship work in a hospital in an emergency room back in New York when I was going for my EMT license. But, you know, I I never I've never seen anything like that. And when they pull these things out, I wish I would have thought of it earlier. I would have pulled up some clips of that. I could have played them. But, they pull these strands and they're ridiculously long, they're fibrous.
It's almost it's it's it's not like a blood clot itself. It's it's something completely different. And what they're also finding is are nanoparticles inside these things. Now where though where the hell are those things coming from? Well, the majority of people that these things are coming out of have been people who have been vaccinated. I hate to even call it a vaccine, it's more it's a gene therapy really. It's it's the m on our the mRNA shots that are that are doing this stuff. I mean, it this I I keep going back to it. This thing was a plan thing. Like you said, you're seeing an increase in cancers. You have the, the turbo cancers are all over the place, and not only in adults, but in children.
Children are being greatly affected by this. I'm I'm I'm glad that, that Bobby Kennedy is in in the position that he's in, and he he removed the, the COVID nineteen, gene therapy shot, from the, the vaxx the the the schedule the vaccine schedule for children, you know, prior to going to school and whatnot. But, just think about how much damage is done already. How many millions of people have taken this shot? How many millions of people are gonna find themselves with such horrible adverse conditions from taking these shots? And they're not gonna make the correlation between, well, gee, you know, I didn't have this kind of problem before I got the vaccine, you know, this vaccine, and now all of a sudden I do have this vaccine.
The hardest part is is opening people's eyes to it. And, you know, I've tried to talk to folks that I know about this. I've alienated friends, you know, over this because they just don't wanna hear it. I don't know if there's that that they are so blindly trusting the science, or if it's that they just don't wanna deal with the fact that they knew they screwed up, and now they're gonna be dealing with the consequences later on. I haven't figured quite figured that out yet. But, it it really is a scary thought when when you consider how many millions of people
[00:48:34] Unknown:
have done this. It's called it's called vaccine regret syndrome Mhmm. Is what I named it. Vaccine regret syndrome is where somebody, you know, they at the time of vaccination, they didn't want to, but they felt forced, so they did. And it's it's something that they're negotiating with themselves on a daily basis. And, you know, we all have this journey of healing and acceptance. There is a grief cycle, I believe, with vaccine regret syndrome that everybody has in their own time. So, you know, what we do as we're healing is we just you know, we plant ourselves. We're we're there when people are ready for help because, you know, we can't help people who don't wanna be helped and, no, I don't think we should be putting our energy there.
So, we're putting our energy into building, right, and getting messages out. And those messages will find people who are ready to hear.
[00:49:27] Unknown:
Now can you tell tell actually, tell us a little bit about Ezra Healing. Where did you get the idea for this? Where did it start? How did it start? And, what's the ultimate goal?
[00:49:36] Unknown:
Ezra Healing started in 2021 soon after I was terminated for refusing the vaccine, and I saw injuries happen in live time. And I thought, man, you know what? People are gonna really need a space to come to to receive healing from these vaccine injuries. And that is essentially, what it is. Ezra in Hebrew means helper. Mhmm. And we just wanna help people to heal. And my vision from the start was to create the new wellness paradigm parallel to the sick model of care and build something in bridges so people can walk over to the new wellness paradigm. And that's what we've done for the last four years, and we're completely, self made, self funded.
And we have, you know, basically, nursing support. We have supplement support, administration, shipping, you know, technical support. We have an online health record where we do a lot of the charting for clients so we can view it. They can have access to their medical records. So, you know, essentially, it's just the new wellness paradigm where we being part of the solution. And there's a lot of, parents out there who are health care professionals who really wanna make just the world a better place. And we wanna help this, for our children. We wanna leave a legacy for our kids because this is our battle to fight, Joe. It's not theirs. Agree. It's ours, and we're we're here to create the opportunity for them to step into, I believe. And my goal is to help eliminate all vaccines on the planet.
And at whatever cost, we're gonna do that and save the kids at all costs is my motto.
[00:51:13] Unknown:
So you're up in Canada. Right? I'm in British Columbia, Canada. Correct. Alright. So how does the, the health care system in in Canada compare to the health care system here in The States?
[00:51:24] Unknown:
Well, predominantly in Canada, we are totally public. Private health care is very frowned upon in Canada because the government wants full control of this of this health care system. As opposed in The States, from my understanding, it's both public and private. There's a lot of private facilities. So, you know, Canada's health system is is struggling. Taxpayers pay taxes to the health care system, but they're not receiving the care that they deserve or need. Wait times are so long. By the time you get to see a family physician, you're usually ghosted.
So we have a lot of people in Canada now starting to see the value of private health care. So we do consultations all over North America and in The United Kingdom.
[00:52:09] Unknown:
So yeah. Do you think it's a better system? Little question. Private?
[00:52:14] Unknown:
No. No. The Canadian system compared to No. I don't. And many Canadians would agree, it's naughty. I think there is this myth. Oh, Canada has such a great health care system. Oh, it's free. Actually, at the end of the day, when you have to be an end user, it's very difficult. A lot of barriers, a lot of wait times. I know a lot of people that would just rather pay money and get something quite quickly. I know we can do that in The States. There's a lot of Canadians who do go to The States for health care. So I I it's not a good system, and I think that is just, something that the media likes to announce, but that's that's fake news. You know what's funny though? Because you have Canadians that come here to use the the health care system, and here, especially where I am,
[00:52:57] Unknown:
the majority of people actually go into Mexico Right. For their health care. I mean, but it's true. It's it's it's a lot less expensive over there. It it truly is. I mean, you can't use your insurance, but, like, just as an example, right before right before COVID, shut everything down, I had traveled over that way, because I I had a I had a I broke a tooth, and it was down to the root, and I had to get it taken care of. And the the the only dentist here in Eagle Pass that took my insurance wanted $2,500 down cash before he even put the insurance in.
And I was like, oh, hell no. I I I am not doing that. So went into Mexico, found this dentist, the the outside of the place looked like a disaster, and I was like, I am not letting this person touch me. You went in, the waiting room was a disaster, was a mess, and I'm sitting there and I'm like, I don't know. I'm not doing this. Go into the the actual, the actual exam room, pristine, So clean, you could sit on the floor, eat off the floor, and you'd be fine. And for a 150 US, He yanked that thing out, cleaned the whole thing up, medications, everything included, done.
What would have cost me probably the 2,500 cash plus whatever he charged the insurance just to do that, just to pull a tooth, I paid $1.54 in in in Mexico, and the guy even said, well, you know, I could do I I we can do implants, and I'll get you, you know, the the best implant. We can replace everything, and he goes, it'll be like $800.
[00:54:46] Unknown:
Well, there you go. Well, wow. Okay.
[00:54:48] Unknown:
$800 for an implant. That's awesome, man. So And then your aftercare was okay? Everything was yeah. Yeah. Everything was everything was included with that initial price, and, unfortunately, though, I I couldn't complete the all the aftercare because COVID came and shut everything down, and I couldn't cross back over again. But he was, you know, open to phone calls, and and, I don't speak Spanish. I don't speak a lick of Spanish, and and so so I had translate. My now ex wife was translating for me, so you know it it worked out it worked out well. But, yeah, medical tourism is is huge. Like, if you cross the bridge from here into into Mexico, there's like a big circle that that once you come off the, the international bridge, and all it is is dentist's office, doctor's offices, all that stuff is right there as soon as you come off the bridge. You go do what you gotta do, you come back, you're good to go. So So it's it's a it's a very interesting very interesting system. One thing I did wanna ask you though, talking about, you know, all the medications and stuff. Alright. So I deal with, PTSD, and depression. I go through fits of it sometimes.
I've and I I've I've taken depression meds. I've done all that great stuff. Don't wanna do it anymore. Mhmm. Do you think that that there's a way to treat depression without using the big pharmaceutical medications and all that stuff? Something holistically or, something, more naturally derived or
[00:56:27] Unknown:
you you know you know where I'm going with it? Mhmm. Yeah. I I totally know where you're going. And, I mean, Joe, thank you for, you know, disclosing that because so many of us, you know, we bear that weight. And a lot of it is situational Mhmm. A lot of the times, you know, or a lot of it is, you know, a chemical, thing. But I I think the last five years, the the the the rates of depression and anxiety and insomnia is, like, probably one in two, one in three now. A lot of financial stress in people's lives, a lot of family breakdown Mhmm. Career changes, just the energy of North America and what's happening.
So, you know, it's a great question. And and I do believe that the big pharmaceutical, you know, giants that all these anti depressive medicines have been basically deployed. And what they do is they numb you so you don't feel that feeling anymore. Mhmm. And often, they do a good job, but they're it's not without consequence. At the end of the day, we wanna feel this. We wanna feel this pain. We wanna feel this trauma and move through it, not around it. Because if we put a Band Aid fix on it, it's always gonna be haunting us, I think. So it's something that we can move through the fire. We you know, this is the phoenix rising, and I think, you know, I've struggled with depression and anxiety myself from losing custody of my children. Sure. That was very traumatic for me.
So, you know, I I turned to psilocybin mushrooms. And there is so much research out there that psilocybin in mushrooms, it's a neuroactive agent to help your nervous system. Essentially, our nervous system is, out of whack when we're depressed and anxious. So it helps our nervous system to get healthy again. And I was on, you know, mushrooms probably almost every other day for a full year just to get through the pain. Yeah. And, you know, heart broken heart syndrome or whatever you're dealing with is a real thing. It actually could kill you. Sure. So, you know, to me, the antidepressants weren't my answer because I didn't like the numbing feeling. It affected, you know, my libido. I didn't like that. So I turned to to psilocybin.
Right? So it it it really helped me through the the pain of it, and there is, you know, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Yeah. I I don't find there's light at the end of the tunnel with, those big pharma antidepressants because you're actually not dealing with what made you in pain the, you know, the first time. PTSD, you have to have a trigger, an incident. Mhmm. So if we're not allowed to heal from that incident, we're always gonna be carrying the wound. And mushrooms allows us to feel and move through that wound and to heal. It's like a big it's like a cut. When you cut yourself, you know, you have to clean it out, and you you have to give it the right medicine, and it has to heal from the bottom up. You know, if you just slap a Band Aid on it and you let that, you know, let infection to happen, it's gonna fester. It's not gonna ever get better. So what is the right medicine for depression? In my mind, I think it's psilocybin and mushrooms.
[00:59:46] Unknown:
Alright, folks. This is the Joe Russo. And with this just wanna remind everybody, this is a live show, weeknight 7PM central time, Saturdays 3PM central time, and Sundays at 6PM central time. So we have a quite a full schedule. And, Svetlana we're talking with Svetlana Rilkhoff, and we are having I'm I'm enjoying the conversation immensely. And I have some interesting news for you. It might this might be if it's if you want to. So the, the 08:00 guest, has, asked to reschedule. So I don't have my guest for the 08:00 hour. So if you wanna stick around for a little bit longer, I'm fine with that. We're good we're good to go. I have a few more questions that I have on my list here that I'd like to get through at some point. But, if you have this the free schedule to do it, you wanna stick around?
[01:00:28] Unknown:
I I certainly do. I feel like we're just getting started, Joe. Oh, yeah. For sure. For sure.
[01:00:33] Unknown:
So so so my story, like like, I I was diagnosed with PTSD after 09:11. My, I I I worked at the site. I was on I worked on the pile for six months. I did rescue recovery. I did building sweeps and security posts, you know, all that fun stuff. And, so that's that's where it it developed for me. My my command at the time was just a few blocks away from, the World Trade Center site. So, yeah. So that's where it's really started with it. And then, over the years, you know, dealt with it, didn't really need feel like I needed the medications or anything like that. And then just a few years ago, about four years ago now, almost five years ago, I went through a year and a half of of a lot of loss, and I and I've shared this on the show before, so it's not this isn't anything like, like my audience hasn't heard already. They're probably tired of hearing about it, but it's my show. Don't listen if you don't want to. So, so, so four years ago, my dad passed away.
And then six months after that, my grandmother passed away. While I was up in New York burying my grandmother, my my dog died. Had to come back and deal with that. Now my dad people go, it's the dog. No. It's my boy. It's my buddy. It's my ride or die. My little Frenchie. My my little Wilbur. My pal. So he passed away while I was up there. And then, a few months after that, on my birthday, I I caught my now ex wife with her boyfriend. And then a few months after that, my mother passed away. So all of that I dealt with in the course about a year, year and a half, which sent me into a spiral. Now up to that point, I had not touched a drop of alcohol in over twenty five years.
So yeah. So it kinda kinda slipped back into that whole, yeah, I got a numbness, you know. I did have suicidal thoughts. I did attempt, because I just didn't wanna deal with it. All that stuff came back. My doctor put me on, what was it? It was, duloxetine and, which is like Cymbalta, I think. But like you said, numbing. Right? I I described it like I felt like I wanted to scream, but I didn't have a voice to scream, you know. Like I would open my mouth to scream, but nothing would come out. That's what it felt like, and I did not like that. I hated that. Absolutely hated it. So so I stopped taking the medication and instead I opened up a bottle, you know. So, it it was it was a very very difficult period of time for me, And, I mean, thank God though, you know, I'm not, you know, knock wood, I'm not dependent on it or anything like that.
And like I said, it's been three weeks. I haven't had a thing, and not because it was a problem or anything like that. It wasn't like I wasn't like going through a bottle a day or anything like that, but, I just didn't wanna do it anymore. I don't I don't wanna, you know, drink and just, you know, waste time that way. And then, you know, it's so so it was it was it was very very interesting thing dealing with depression. It it's people do it and react differently to circumstances, and they they handle their depression differently. Some people get super down in the dumps. It's super dark. Like, there are times where I I feel like I'm in a I call an an incredibly dark place, and I I I I tell people that that are that are close to me just ignore whatever comes out of my mouth, you know. I'm not gonna I'm not gonna do anything stupid or anything like that, just ignore it.
But probably not the best request to make, but you know, that that's how I handled it. And you know, I I I feel like since the last few years, I I've handled it pretty well. Still here. I'm still I'm doing my show. Very happy doing that. And I've been doing this for a while. It's not like this isn't like my first rodeo with this thing. I I started doing Internet radio back in 2016 with a couple of friends of mine and, back up in New York and, you know, I was the conservative voice. My friend Jay was a liberal voice, then we had the libertarian voice, and and we got along great. We used to argue on the show, you know, all the time, and then afterwards go out and grab a beer and pizza. You know, it was like nothing.
And then, I did, you know, then I took a break from it and I started doing it again, about three years ago. And, I did another podcast. I did it for for about three years. I took a break in November, never went back to it, and then this started up. So, this to me is kinda like a therapy for me, you know. I it I'm substituting this for something else, and, it works. And just like, I cook. I love to cook. I am amateur chef. I I I if I cook for you, you are getting a five star restaurant restaurant meal at discount prices because it's just I love to cook, and,
[01:05:58] Unknown:
that's No. I I you live in Eagle Eagle Ridge? Eagle Pass. Eagle Pass. Alright. Well, I I I know I know the town that you live in, so I can come hunt you down for that dinner. You betcha. No problem. It'd be a pleasure to be here. That steak with the garlic butter. And I love how you've turned your pain into power through your podcast. Yeah. I'm really proud of you for doing that because you should. That is how we transmute all this stored up pain and all those traumatic experiences and of the loss that you've sustained Mhmm. Is that's massive. And we don't know loss until it actually happens to us because it's a feeling. Yeah.
So the fact that you, you know, you got this podcast up and going, this is your therapy and probably one of the healthiest ones out there. Oh, for sure. So, you know, keep going. Pedal to the metal on it. And, you know, have you're very courageous. You're very brave. I love how your guests can talk about, you know, anything and everything. So it's it's it's bit of a maybe even a bit of a adron adrenaline rush too each time you do a podcast. It is. And that gets your endorphins going. So doing things that, you know, make you a bit uncomfortable. But in the end, they're really healthy coping mechanisms. And they're it's not even coping. You're, you know, you're you're living you're living in the now, and you're not worried about yesterday or what about tomorrow. You're, like, you're in the moment. You're present. We're present together, and this is what life is all about. We're we're a society of, like, schedules, and, you know, you gotta be there on time. Like, where's living in the now? Exactly. And I think, you know, when you said, oh, I'm gonna do a live podcast, there's a lot of podcasters who don't do lives Mhmm. Because they're like, oh, I gotta edit it. It has to be all pretty. And, you know, when you said a live, that really resonated with me. That's my style because we're in the now. Yeah. And it's actually, like you said, less work for you because you don't have to go back and edit it. And I think there is something that your viewers are like, wow. They're gonna just say it like it is live. They're not gonna cut that out. That's right. So, you know, that's that's my style. You're courageous. You're brave.
You know, you're transmuting it right now, and, you know, we're we're reaching those viewers, those listeners who need to hear it. I believe there is this universal source that's connecting all of us, you know, and just having this conversation. Somebody might be ready to end their life, like, tonight. And they're listening to you, and they feel actually heard, and they're starting to heal. I think 50% of healing is being heard, and I think that's what, you know, our medical system doesn't do. They don't listen to people. They don't sit there and just listen to people. No. They're not. So busy. Like, okay. Give me your problem. I diagnosed it. You get this prescription, and you're out of here. You know, seven minutes later, and then you need you know, it's like, wow. Well, did I you're more frustrated leaving.
[01:08:48] Unknown:
I think a lot of the medical profession too that they that they're driven by those, they're driven by the dollar that they get from the pharmaceutical companies to push the medications. They're driven by those bonuses that they get, that revolving door type of service that it is, you know, you're in, you're out, you're in, you're out. The more people you see, the more money you make, you know, not only from from payments from the patients, but also from the pharmaceutical companies, from the medical equipment companies, from all those places. And you know you know what I'm talking about, that that, that have a vested interest in seeing people remain sick, and seeing people, in that revolving door.
There really isn't any personal relationship like you used to have with the doctor. Like, I remember when I was a kid, we had a family doctor, and that family doctor had treated my mom and treated, you know, her brothers and sister, and and and now is treating her kids, and it, you know, you had a relationship. I saw this, you know, like he like I remember him. He said his name what was his last name? It was like it was an Italian guy, Menacchio Menacchio. So he he used to say, and I remember this, and I was kid, and I still remember it. He used to say all the time, he goes, I remember when your mom came in here and she was your age, and I did this for her and did that for her, and we took care of your mom like this and that. And, you know, that just you don't get that anymore.
Med the medical professions become so impersonal, because I think it's all about the money. It's all about that dollar. And, you know, and I think you're spot on with that.
[01:10:24] Unknown:
Well, you're right. You know, it's it's a commission based model. That's how the doctors make money. So the more patients they see, the more money they make. I was married to a family doctor for twenty years. I understand that model very, very well, very clearly. There is a massive conflict of interest with the payment model. So, you know, we need to step take a step back and and and see it for what it's at, and everybody needs to take their power back and prevent disease. That's the key so you don't have to use the medical system. And, you know, I don't wanna I don't wanna poo poo it entirely because you know what? When you break your ankle, well, you know, you get to go to the emergency department, you get to have pain medicine, and they treat your broken ankle. Mhmm. I'm thankful for that. You know? But it's gotten out of control that, you know, we have we access it for every single thing. There seems to be a pill for every single thing, not one, but three thing three pills for one issue.
So, you know, pills aren't the answer. And,
[01:11:24] Unknown:
you know mhmm. Yeah. That's another thing too. You have all these pills and medications that you take, but if you read the side effects, these medications you take cause other problems that put you on another medication that causes more problems that put you on another medication. I thought the whole point of the medical profession was to, it was to get you healthy so you don't have to be on medications. That's the argument that I made with my doctor.
[01:11:45] Unknown:
So yeah. Joe, I would love to help you come off of your blood pressure medication because I really think high blood pressure, is, like, over overblown, and there are weight natural ways that we can get your blood pressure down. You know, and we have to think of it holistically. I'd love to help you wean off of those blood pressure medications because those aren't without side effects either. No. They're not. No. No. Trust me.
[01:12:10] Unknown:
Aside from the dependency that you get from it, there are a lot of other issues that come up. One of the things that, thank God I haven't had a problem with is that a lot of blood pressure medications contribute towards, in men, erectile dysfunction, ED.
[01:12:27] Unknown:
You know? So I'm I'm just No. I was like I was just gonna go there. Yeah. You know? And I mean, a men's Great minds. I mean, anybody's anybody's sexuality is super important to them. I mean, I think men especially. Mhmm. You know? So now you're struggling with ED? Like, what the heck? Like, you're you're you're totally demasculated. So let's let's get back with the program. You know? Let's start living healthy fit lives, having having healthy sexual lives. I mean Right. This is where vitality lives. Mhmm. You know? Exercise is the best medicine. Let food be thy medicine.
So I I really think probably at least fifty to eighty percent of pills people are on right now, everywhere in this country, they can come off of. They don't need that.
[01:13:13] Unknown:
I agree with you. I totally agree with you. I I like the I I prefer to take a supplement like like I said, I take the the Irish Sea Moss, I take the turmeric, I take the Shilajit, I take the the the methylene blue, I take all that stuff, and you know I'd I'd rather take something like that that's more natural. I know methylene blue is not really a natural supplement, but, I'd rather take stuff like that than than the prescription medication because the with the prescription medications, there are so many adverse effects. Mhmm. And then, again, like I said, the dependency on them. Because when you try to come off of them, you your body goes through withdrawal.
You know? Like, when I when I started coming off of the, depression meds, man, that was hard. That was really hard. Oh, I mean, people
[01:13:57] Unknown:
who who decide to get wean themselves off antidepressants have probably one of the biggest jobs ahead of themselves. Oh, yeah. It's it it it it's a lot of it's a lot of effort, and I give anybody so much credit for doing it. You know, and I I my only suggestion is to go really slow Yes. To do it. You know? No. Not not like, oh, in a week or two or four. Maybe take six months. Mhmm. You know, to slowly wean yourself off because there is a chemical change that happens when those meds are in your body, and you need to let your body readjust. Yeah. Right? So how about exercise?
[01:14:34] Unknown:
Let's talk about that. Are you exercising? Are you lifting weights? What's going on there? Well, that's interesting you say that because I just made the decision this past weekend that I am going to get back into one of those extreme fitness routines that I used to do when I was in the best shape I ever been. And, so I just pulled out everything. I got all my all my paperwork and my charts and all that stuff. I'm gonna start getting back into this thing. And, the great thing is is like I I the house that I'm in right now, I I just recently purchased it, and, in the backyard, it's an it's an old house, and, in the backyard they they used, I guess, they they used to string, you know, the clothesline, and they had these great they had these great t posts back there that are so cemented into the ground. They they're nice, firm, strong.
Man, I'm gonna start using that thing for resistance band work and and all that stuff and, you know, and and just get myself going here again because, look, I'm not in horrible shape. Yeah. I'm a little pudgy in certain spots, but, hey. Look. You know? It's what it is. You know? Let's let's see your let's see your pudge. This is this is this is a this is a rare moment to the audience. They they've never really seen me from the waist down. So Alright. Let's do it.
[01:15:49] Unknown:
So got a little pudge here. This is the the folks, this is the before. Okay? This is the before picture. Let let's
[01:15:59] Unknown:
alright. See? Good job. You were you were bold and brave. So the things you get to do on a live podcast, folks, the things you get to do. And if you're listening on
[01:16:07] Unknown:
Give it three months, and we'll do it again. Yeah. Sure. You're at. So now you have a whole audience who's gonna keep you accountable. And you know what? I think accountability is really important. We need community as much as Agreed. You know, we've been alienated and exiled. We need to get back into community because, you know, that's real your tribe is really important. So, you know, let's, finding healthy community is really important and, you know, whether it's an online community or, you know, human human to human interaction is really important. So and at the gym, you meet great people, aligned, like minded. You know? You might even find a a girl that you find attractive. You could just go there and flex her muscles for her and, you know, go If I'm wearing this, might might that might not happen.
But you know what? You might want to wear that, and I'm gonna tell you why. Because if she sees that and she starts to laugh, you know she gets it. And you wanna be with an aligned partner. Right? True. You don't wanna be somebody that says like like, doesn't get what you're trying to do with that. So I I think, you know, finding dating post COVID nineteen has been a real challenge for a lot of people, including myself. Because if you're anybody like me, you know, I I don't, you know, I don't date anybody that's vaccinated. I I want to stay in the unvaccinated crew. So I had to, you know, be really creative. I got divorced, and for some reason, all the men got vaccinated. And I was like, what the heck? Now what? So I'm I'm with a loving, unvaccinated partner now, but, you know, that that takes a long time and a while to find that alignment because it's not only the vaccine, but you think of all these other issues that are coming up now that you you, you know, you never thought of before that alignment is really important. So that's why I'm actually gonna be, creating a dating app that's going to be very specific to actually it's called, tribal makers. We're gonna be we we wanna repopulate the earth with unvaccinated children.
So we want men and women who are aligned to come to this app, meet each other, and, you know, find common ground and literally get back into the role where the the mother, she stays at home. She cares for the children and the family and the home. And the man, you know, is, an active participant and financially supports the family and get back to traditions because the feminist movement tore that natural family apart. And now look what happened. It's a disaster. So I think it's up to, you know, the the mothers to initiate something like this where we say, okay, guys. We wanna have unvaccinated babies, but I wanna stay at home with my kids. I don't wanna send them to day care. You know? I don't want to go to university and get this business degree and be this business owner. I actually wanna have the business of being at home with my family because that's really important, and we wanna make that sexy again. So I think, our app will be, you know, a very niche market, but,
[01:19:12] Unknown:
you know, that's that's on my heart. I was gonna actually ask you if there was if you know of any other apps like that because I've not heard of that. That's that's that's a pretty good idea, actually.
[01:19:21] Unknown:
Yeah. So it's gonna be coming out in July or in August, and we're gonna be very specific about it. So, you know, women who want to become mothers and men who want to become fathers and sustain a healthy family and repopulate
[01:19:35] Unknown:
our countries. That's awesome. I I'm looking forward to seeing that. I wanna see the app. I'm not gonna sign up for it, but, you know, I'm not, I don't know. We'll see. But, but, the, that that's a great idea though. It really is. And and it's interesting that, you know, that you you bring up that factor of, you know, the unvaccinated with unvaccinated. You see I've been seeing that more frequently now coming up on some social media platforms, like, I'm on a very obscure social media platform called Minds. Not very many people know about it. Minds is kinda like a it's a, it's it's like a Facebook alternative, but there's, like, no censorship to it whatsoever.
And, it's it's not a bad platform. It's pretty stable considering that, you know, it's a small population on there. But you see a lot of that on those alternatives social media sites where you see a lot of people that are talking about, you know, not date you know, if you're if you're not vaccinated, don't date someone who's vaccinated. You know, don't don't have sex with someone who's vaccinated, you know, and all that stuff. And just stay away from that because, for whatever reasons.
[01:20:48] Unknown:
Well, let's talk about those reasons. Yeah. Please. Go ahead. So in in my line of work, I get to talk to a lot of, you know, individuals and couples. And what we're finding is, you know, the couples that who are you know, we'll disclose information, maybe one's vaccinated and one isn't. And they just, you know, went along their merry way. But what they're noticing is is when they're intimate, things are different. And the unvaccinated partner is showing up with the signs and symptoms that they never had before the partner got vaccinated.
So we call it shedding. We call it, you know, spike protein transmission. Call it whatever you want, but there is something to it. And I I didn't believe it at first. I was like, how is that possible? Really? But the more we got into it, you know, we saw more and more cases, and it's a thing. So, you know, we we have to figure this out, and it's it's nice that people are disclosing their vaccination status. But there should be a solution, hopefully, and that's the business sign in is to help people who are vaccinated get back to their normal daily life.
[01:22:05] Unknown:
That's and that's that's gonna be a challenge, but I think you can do it.
[01:22:10] Unknown:
Well You have the determination. I like to manifest things, so I'm a good manifester. So we actually have, you know, the power to create the life we want starting in our brain and bringing it down to our heart and, you know, pushing it out. So, I I think I'm more than capable of doing it, Joe. And it's interesting too because, just really recently,
[01:22:33] Unknown:
I started researching those that that type of thought process. The, the the more meditative I don't know if it has to do with the methylene blue or not, but, it, you know, I started looking at those things and, you know, I've always kind of stayed away from it because, you know, I I I, you know, I'm a Christian. I I became a Christian in February, so I'm twenty five years in. And, you know, those Eastern meditative philosophies and stuff like that. They're kinda like poo pooed a little bit in, in in most, conservative religious or Christian, you know, upbringings.
And, but I don't know. I I've been I've been kinda drawn to it a little bit more recently. I don't know if it's because of, again, the methylene blue or why I joke about it, but it might be. I don't know.
[01:23:24] Unknown:
You know, I I love that we're gonna go here because this is where we should be this is where we should be living because, religion has, you know, is the breeding ground for a lot of the corruption that we're in. It's hijacked a lot. I'm not talking, you know, spirituality and connection to God. I'm talking about religion. And there is a major difference. And perhaps the methylene blue, Joe, is cleaning out your pineal gland, which is your third eye. Right. K? Which is your third eye responsible for higher level thinking and manifestation. So maybe your pineal gland is getting uncalcified by the methylene blue, and that's why you've been more connected to source and energy because you are source and energy.
You get to create within. It is we've been told a story that we can't, that we're born sinners, that we have to, you know, come to the the cross and ask for forgiveness to enter the kingdom of heaven. Or, you know, were was that just a story for fear, guilt, and shame to dumb us down? I think it possibly is. Okay. So I too was a twenty year Christian. Okay? You know, I married a Christian. I spent twenty years in the Pentecostal church, and I never left church feeling invigorated, hopeful, energetic, empowered. I always felt, like, this heavy guilt, heavy shame that, you know, I was never good enough.
So, you know, stepping into this power in the last five years, basically, you know, stepping into our sovereignty, we have to question our religious
[01:25:06] Unknown:
institution as well. So I have a I have a question actually in our live chat, one of our listeners. Let me pop this up on the screen here. Can you see that?
[01:25:17] Unknown:
By Rudinan. Yep. Can there be a titer like unvaccinated and received one or two doses? Can there be a oh, can there be a titer like unvaccinated and received one or two I I'm you know, I don't understand the question.
[01:25:34] Unknown:
Okay. Do you? No. I don't I'm not following along myself. That's I was hoping you did.
[01:25:40] Unknown:
Tier. Can there be a tier? Like, unvaccinated and received what maybe t t I e r. Like, what is it is there is that misspelled? Can there be a No. Let's see. So,
[01:25:51] Unknown:
Ruta n, if you, if you can rephrase the question and send it back to us, we'll, we'll see if we can get an answer for you. We'll see if that yes. We'll see. Yeah. I'm I'm feeling like it's gonna be a good question, and I'm excited for it. So just a little bit more clarity there would be would be helpful. Yeah. And we'll, we'll we'll continue on with our discussion until, until you can put the question back up there. We look forward to that. And folks, just don't forget, you know, the live chat's there for you to use. You know, pop a comment in there. Let us know what you're thinking. If you have any questions, you can always post them in there. We'd be happy to answer them as much as we possibly can. It'd be a lot of fun. So yeah. So you were saying, you know, religiously, and and talking about the the pineal gland, I've I've made a conscious effort to remove fluoride products from Mhmm. From what I from everything that I have.
Like the water bottle I'm drinking now is this is actually, fluoride free water. I I I'm just reusing a bottle, but this is fluoride free water. I started, taking, Himalayan, pink salt and, treating my water with a couple little sprinkle of that, and that that has been interesting. I I I didn't think anything of it when I first started to do it. I was like, oh, and and somebody told me, well, you you really shouldn't you really shouldn't do that because you have high blood pressure and the and the salt and all that stuff is gonna, you know, wreak havoc with your with your body and whatnot. And I'll be honest, the first the first couple of times that I did it, I think I put too much. It really was just like, wow, this is nasty.
But, now I I do it and, you know, I I I I don't know. I I can't really tell you. I just feel different. You know, after I drink a bottle of water, fluoride free water with some of this salt in it, it just I my body just I just feel clean. You know, it's it's a it's a very strange feeling, you know, to to to try to describe. But, I would recommend it. I would I try it out. I, you know, I I had heard I heard somebody. I it was on Alex Jones, on the Alex Jones show, talking about the the Himalayan rock salt and the pink salts and stuff like that, and and so I'll give it a try, whatever. And I did I've been doing it ever since, and, you know, I just I it it's good, man. I don't feel like I don't feel like I'm, you know, sometimes you take a a blood pressure medication and you feel, like, stiff, and you feel that, like, you're retaining the water, you're bloated stuff. Not with this. I I've since I've been doing the the the salted water, I mean, I no bloat.
I feel good, you know. It it's just really good stuff. And I I, you know, I'm I'm making those conscious efforts to to try to clean up Mhmm. Things in my life to to to, you know, because, you know, I wanna enjoy the rest of my life. You know, I'm That's good. I'm getting old. That's a good sign. You know, I'm getting older, you know, I'm I'll be 55 this year, you know. Wow. And I I just I just wanna, you know, I wanna enjoy the, you know, the rest of my life. I don't wanna I don't wanna be tied down to medications. I don't wanna be tied down to, you know, it's it's 08:00. Well, I guess I gotta take this, and then 07:00 I gotta take this. And, you know, I don't wanna do that.
[01:29:01] Unknown:
I wanna enjoy So we've we've heard that salt causes hypertension most of our life. Mhmm. That's that's, you know, that's a slogan out there. That's actually incorrect. So taking the right salt, like you are Mhmm. Actually supports a healthy blood pressure. Yeah. So, you know, I mean, watch you come off your blood pressure meds keeping on with the salt and your, you know, your blood pressure is stabilized while you continue to work out, lose some extra weight. You know? And I I I wanted another add another thing, to make your pineal gland healthy. You're already on the fluoride, removing the fluoride. So morning sunrise, I'd like you to catch that and look at the morning sunrise when the sun is very mild. And this literally, vitamin d will wake up your pineal gland. It'll clean it out. It'll activate it. We we need activation.
[01:29:56] Unknown:
Yeah.
[01:29:57] Unknown:
You know, things that dumb down our pineal gland are also alcohol. Right? It's a depressive. It's a calcification along with the fluoride, the glyphosate. So we're cleaning up our diet. We're getting outside. We're looking at the sunshine. So, you know, you know, how all these like, the campaign on wearing sunglasses, well, the sunglasses actually, you know, prevent your pineal gland from being exposed to the sun. That's why there's sunglasses in every gas station in in this, you know, continent. Same thing with sunscreens. Wear your sunscreen because the skin because the sun causes cancer. No. It doesn't. The sunscreen causes cancer. The sunscreen causes cancer.
So, you know, we're just uncovering some myths. Maybe, you know, your viewers have heard this. Maybe this is old news. It's just a good reminder. Maybe this is new information for you, and you're like, what? Sunscreen causes cancer? What? Yeah. Actually, it does. Stop wearing a sunscreen and get out into the sunshine. Your body needs vitamin d. And, you know, all of these cholesterol medications, they need to go too. Cholesterol is really good for our bodies. Each cell is made up of cholesterol, and vitamin d and cholesterol work together. So get this, if you, you know, destroy your cholesterol, you're gonna mess up your vitamin d pathways. So I believe that's why there's been such a massive push, you know, from the pharmaceutical companies to push out
[01:31:27] Unknown:
cholesterol lowering medication is to mess up your vitamin d pathways. So stop your cholesterol medication now. And you know what's interesting too? And that you bring up, the vitamin d, you know. And sunshine is, is is is the disinfectant. Sunshine is what your body really, really does need, especially when you're sick. You know? And during the whole COVID period, they had you on lockdown. You weren't allowed to go outside. You weren't allowed to go to the beach and absorb some sun. You weren't allowed to do anything like that. You had to be sheltered in place. You had to be in the house. You couldn't social you couldn't interact with anybody or anything, and it's, it it makes you wonder. I mean, they want people to be sick. You know, they don't want you to be healthy because they want you dependent on them for the answers to everything.
And I know I know we're going back to the the whole conspiracy theory stuff. I'm sorry. But, you know No. It's not conspiracy. It's reality. It's not happening. Well, you and I know that, but a lot of people that that are listening to us right now probably don't believe that. They they like, I I got into this little thing on on, on on TikTok yesterday with somebody. I I I made a comment about taxation. Alright? I said, taxation is theft, which it all which it absolutely is. And I said and I made a a further point saying that property taxes are immoral. And I and and the the just the the comments that I got on the TikTok on the TikTok thing was, well, obviously, this idiot doesn't know what he's talking about.
Okay. Alright. Fine. And then it was, well, you know, property taxes go to a lot of good things. Okay. You're brainwashed. Okay. Next. And and whatnot. And the point I was trying to make was, like, you know, you work hard for thirty years, you know, you you you pay off your mortgage, but you still don't own your property. Because if you miss that tax payment, well, here comes the government, you know, we're gonna take your property from you, then you don't own anything, which goes with agenda 2030. So anyway,
[01:33:29] Unknown:
I'm trying to put something together Well, you you can see how intense and thick the indoctrination system is that we were born into. Mhmm. And people are waking up at different rates. And it's even worse than the middle. Everything. I would agree with everything that you said. You know, taxes are theft. So I I actually just recently you know, I haven't I I haven't done my taxes for four years. As soon as I got fired, I was like, heck no. I'm not paying you any more taxes. They took away all of our benefits that we paid into. Right. So, you know, I we found a loophole in the in the Canadian taxation system, and I'm gonna be jumping through this loophole. So I'm excited for that. I went through a sovereign tax person, and, I should be hearing back within the next couple of months because I am not. I am not participating in that system. I am not negotiating with, you know, terrorists and people who run genocides, and I will not be funding the genocide here in my country.
So it it it's just up to me to do it, you know, and, it it it takes, you know, courage, but what's the other option where there is no going back? There's only going forward. And,
[01:34:39] Unknown:
so, yeah, go go go Joe on the top of this hill. And then we got, and, you know, and the same thing that the brainwashing also is is in the medical industry as well, and and, you know, for for the patients in the medical industry. They are told repeatedly over and over and over we are told repeatedly over and over and over again, trust the science, trust your doctor. He knows what he's doing. She knows what she's doing. You don't. You're not educated enough. You don't understand these things. This is above you and and all that stuff, but it's not the case. You can actually do your own research, and that's what I try to tell people all the time. Do your own research. Don't take my word for anything. Don't believe me. Don't trust me. Go research it yourself. And if I'm wrong, I am the I'll be the first one to say, no I'm not. But no, I'm kidding.
If if I'm if someone comes back and says, hey, you were wrong. This is what I found and I I see that then I'll be the first to admit that I'm wrong, you know. I don't know everything. I tried to be as informed as I possibly can,
[01:35:34] Unknown:
but do your own research. I also wanna, you know, highlight there is outside research, but then there's also inside. Yes. We have answers within us. And if we stop long enough and we get rid of distraction and we actually hone in on what our intuition is telling us, the answers are already there. They've always been there. It's just we live in a world that is so, you know, bombarding with our time, and I really believe, you know, these devices, are were part of the distraction, you know, indoctrination. Just distract us from our powers that we really have. You know, we are superpower, powerful people. So I agree. You know, tap into your intuition. What is you know, before you, you know, ask your doctor a question, ask yourself, like, you have and and receive the answer.
I mean, it's it's great to go out and find confirmation, but you have the answers already inside of you. So and that's why the pineal gland is really important to get cleaned up because you're gonna answers are gonna be coming from, you know, your brain and you have your heart frequency and your energy. So just tapping back in. And I know, like, say from a Christian perspective, this is really woo woo. Yeah. You know? Yeah. And and this is where you'd be burnt at the stake. Okay? And, you know, I I I've had, like, all kinds of bible verses thrown at me because this is the way I've come into. You know? But, I'm I'm happy. I'm healthy. I'm sleeping well at night, so I can't be doing, you know, anything anything that terrible.
[01:37:12] Unknown:
No. And and, you know, it's and and that's the thing too. It's like people love to to to try to,
[01:37:19] Unknown:
I don't know. That that's maybe that's that's maybe that's not the case. I mean, people are we're good judgers. Right? We like to judge Mhmm. People. You know, I myself, we we do it subconsciously, you know, but we have to, I think, let's be slower to judge, and and just work on ourselves and go deeper into understanding as opposed to, you know, really picking at people and and and throwing these, you know, these devastating, you know, scenarios at people. You know, we're all just trying to get to the same place. We're we're we really are. You know? Can we just all get onto one team again? It would it would be nice, you know, but, unfortunately,
[01:37:57] Unknown:
the way things are going in this world, you know, things are just getting progressively worse than there. I don't I don't I don't I'm not hopeful for the future, at least too far down the road. We're in this world, but we're not of it. Right, Joe? Is that a Bible verse? A Bible verse. Yes. It is. That's,
[01:38:14] Unknown:
the apostle Paul said that. I I still like to pull some Bible verses in because we're in this world, but we're certainly not of this narrative that's happening. You know? We weren't part of the nine eleven narrative. We weren't part of the COVID nineteen narrative. We had to deal with it and live within it, but that really wasn't our innate nature. That wasn't that's not who we are, but we have to discern discernment. Mhmm. And we have to dissect and not participate in things that really lower our vibration, which is, to me, that's the evil agenda. So really blocking it out and saying, I'm not gonna even listen to garbage anymore because that lowers my vibration.
I wanna keep it high. And that's where the manifesting comes. If you keep your vibration super high, you get to manifest and create anything that you want. You basically could pull it from thin air. You can just ask it, and it'll land. Like, it happens to me. And is you wanna call it magic, or you wanna just call it, you know, stepping into who we really are. Let me ask you this. It has nothing to do with anything
[01:39:20] Unknown:
to do with Medicaid medicine or nursing or anything like that. Are you familiar with, doctor Steven Greer?
[01:39:31] Unknown:
I've heard the name, but I don't know anything specific. Okay. So,
[01:39:35] Unknown:
I I have been trying to get Steven Greer to come on the show for since since I started doing this because, I am really fascinated by something he's doing right now. It's called CE five. Alright. So I don't know if you're familiar with if you heard of that at all either. Alright. So, Steven Greer, he he he's he's no slouch. You know, he's he's not one of these like, you know, fly by night hucksters or anything like that. This is a guy that has briefed presidential administrations on disclosure, UFOs, UAPs, whatever. Okay. So this guy has briefed every president since, I think, Obama up until even president Trump.
Alright. So, again, this is not somebody who's, like, on the fringe, you know, he's really involved in this stuff, and, you know, he's very well respected. So he has this thing, it's a protocol that's called CE five. Now you know with with UFOs and UAPs, they have, you know, the close encounters levels. Right? You have CE one, CE two, three, four. So and each one of them is something different, like c e one. Close to kinda one is just visual observation. C e two is some kind of a interaction. C e three is, is, like like a face to face confrontation. CE four is abduction.
CE five is human initiated contact with extraterrestrial life. Alright? Now this is where it gets, you know, interesting because growing up well, growing up, but being from a Christian background, a Bible believing Christian background, you know, we're told not to mess around with this stuff that's, you know, it's and and, you know, there is, you know, we don't know if there's any other life out there or anything like that stuff. Personally speaking, I don't I don't I don't think that there is life out in our universe. I think that those things that we see are interdimensional beings, so they're coming from somewhere else, and they're punching their way into our time space, into our universe, and that's where the interactions are coming.
Again, I'm open to change my mind on that. Go ahead. I, I'm not it's not like a doctrine that I'm willing to die on. You know what I mean? But with the c e five thing, what I find very it has a a lot to do with meditation, opening up the pineal gland, and initiating contact through meditation with these extraterrestrial or interdimensional beings. And a lot of the stuff that you're mentioning is stuff that he talks about in the meditation process that they go through in these groups because they they gather in groups. And, and so it's like and they have specific dates and wherever you are and with your local group, you just meet together at that time and it's all coordinated around the world. And the plan is is that using our meditative abilities, to, in a sense, be a bright light around the world to attract these these entities and these beings into making contact. And there's some incredible video that he has up on his website and on his YouTube channel where he he he they actually show that there's this group out there. They're doing this meditation, and then all of a sudden you have these lights just popping up, you know, and and then some in some cases, it looks like a like like, a a full body apparition somewhere along the way. It's really fascinating, and that that has peaked my curiosity, especially to get more into the meditative.
And, I'm,
[01:43:21] Unknown:
like, this is close to get to it. Experiment. Sure. You wanna do a bit of an experiment? Let's try. So, you know, where two or more are gathered Mhmm. That's in Matthew in in the in the book of Matthew. Right? Where two or more are gathered. So you and I are here today talking about, you know, decalcifying the pineal gland and calling things in and manifesting. So I'm gonna manifest with you your your one of your next special guests. Okay. And can you say his name again?
[01:43:49] Unknown:
Oh, doctor Greer? Doctor Greer. So let's I thought that's why I'd love to have him on, but I he'd I just we haven't been able to do anything. Well, let's let's manifest Doctor Greer
[01:44:00] Unknown:
on your show. And all your viewers, let's let's ask them to meditate on that, to project that out, to send that out, to send that vibration, that message out to doctor Grier. And, you know, I I think our job is not to our job is to ask source, ask God, you know, for things that we want, but it's not our job to figure it out. So the ask has been put out. The seed has been planted in the universe. So let's just, you know, wait to receive, be grateful when doctor Greer shows up on the Joe Show, and it's done.
[01:44:37] Unknown:
A friend of mine just text me, says, no UFOs. Let me see. Hold on. Let me unlock this. Hold on one second. I'm gonna tell them to drop it in the chat. Okay. One more.
[01:45:14] Unknown:
Will you call me in? I'm not of this world. I'm just here to help build a new wellness paradigm. I'm just here. And then I'm out of here. I'm actually waiting for the spaceship. If it shows up, like, even right now, when we're on the live, I'm gonna hop in, and then I'm gonna come down to Texas, and I'll pick you up. Sounds good. Okay.
[01:45:31] Unknown:
The, so so yeah, I I I text them. Let's see let's see if they respond. I told them to put their comments in the chat, so we can comment on it. Put that back there. The thing is, I don't know. My phone's not charging anymore. I think it's time for a new one.
[01:45:49] Unknown:
I I would love to get rid of it altogether. It's a shame that you really need them. That's the problem. Well, I mean I mean, the whole goal would be to start communicating, you know, with our minds and hearts instead of the cell phones. Yeah. And maybe that's what we just have to have faith to do and and try it out. Like, leave our phones off for a day. Oh my gosh. Are we gonna survive?
[01:46:09] Unknown:
You know what? I I that's that's a that's a good point. That's a great point. When my kids were were young, and cell phones were just like really kinda new, we we made it a deal that there was a certain period of time throughout every day that said that there was no cell phones. So if when we from the time we sat down for dinner until bedtime, no cell phones. And even at the early stages of cell phones, the the the addiction to having that thing in their hand was already obvious. You know you know what I mean? So it's it's crazy. Do Do you realize we've been on almost two hours already? Does it feel like two hours?
[01:46:59] Unknown:
Well, what is time really? Great one. Time is an illusion. And when you're in the flow aligned, there really is no time.
[01:47:11] Unknown:
So Root is back with Interstellar Movie.
[01:47:16] Unknown:
I I still don't understand.
[01:47:20] Unknown:
Oh, it's a oh, okay. The reference Interstellar. Okay. I know it. There there was I don't know if you know the movie Interstellar. I only saw bits and pieces of it, but that's what I think that's what they're talking about. This you know, the whole idea of UFOs and no UFO. I don't know. I'm trying to make some some sense out of it. Rudah, be nice. Make more comments.
[01:47:41] Unknown:
More detail in your comments. So so, Joe Yes, ma'am. You know, in about ten minutes, I have a nice juicy rib eye steak Okay. Waiting for me with a salad with feta cheese that I made. Nice. So that's my, you know, that's my very that's my kind of keto dinner, which is what I have every night. Send me a picture. Okay. I'll send you a picture. And, we, use the Traeger, smoke it, so it it comes out really nice and tender and juicy. So, you know, I really want to be able to like, how are your viewers gonna connect with me if they want to talk about, you know, maybe cancer healing prevention or vaccine injury? Well, you can easily put up all of your information right now. Just spat it out how they can track you down. And in the show notes,
[01:48:27] Unknown:
I already have you listed in the show notes for the audio. I just have to put you up on the, on the video notes. So I'll have your website. I'll have all that stuff.
[01:48:36] Unknown:
Okay. Great. So we have nurses ready to go, wanting to hear from anybody who needs help. I I I really think our countries are in this, like, nine one one emergency situation. It's come down a bit. But, you know, we're happy to put out fires for people and not only, you know, any kind of chronic disease, mental health challenge, you know, anything that you just wanna talk about, get a second opinion. We have really qualified, health care staff ready to go. So I'm super excited, what we've built, and I'm I'm excited to see what's gonna you know, the last five years has been really intense and crazy, but I think the next five years is gonna have some massive, wins because we've been planting so many good seeds, so many pure of an intention seeds that only good things are gonna come from it, including your including your podcast where, you know, you're gonna be calling in a lot of amazing people to share their stories. So, again, thank you, Joe, for for doing this and transmuting it. You know, you're you're a massive example to people who don't have that courage yet to, you know, let it out to speak. And speaking your truth is very powerful and healing.
[01:49:53] Unknown:
Well, I appreciate that. And I put your website up here on the screen so people can track you down there, and all of your information will be in the show notes. Last official question. Okay? Mhmm. If mainstream medicine were a movie, what genre would it be, and what role would you play in it?
[01:50:16] Unknown:
Well, first of all, it is a movie. Okay. And it's a movie that we get to put pause on or fast forward and even rewind. We get to rewrite our story. So, you know, I'm just part of the healing solution. That's it. I like to build things, create things. That's my way of healing. Alright. So I I write my own movie every day. I'm the superstar
[01:50:45] Unknown:
of my movie, and I love my movie. Perfect. And you are definitely the icebreaker. Definitely the icebreaker. So for people who don't know what that is, that's an inside thing. So alright. And just think, this almost didn't happen because of Calendly.
[01:51:50] Unknown:
Almost didn't happen. Time issue. And, you know, I would love to make it a regular thing if that works for you. I, you know, it it was fun to talk to you. I really like the style that you do your platform on. I love live, actually. Great. And I, yeah, it it it there's always lots of, you know, really important things on health to talk about.
