With over 350 executive orders and ongoing drama surrounding the Senate confirmation hearings, we explore the impact of these actions on the media and the political landscape.
Joining us tonight is Ashley, a relationship expert, who shares her insights on the current political climate and the media's portrayal of events. We delve into the topic of impeachment, discussing Al Green's recent call for articles of impeachment against President Trump and the reactions from both sides of the political spectrum. We also touch on the USAID scandal, highlighting the misuse of taxpayer funds and the implications for American citizens.
In addition to political discussions, we explore the role of religious charities in facilitating the migrant pipeline and the financial implications for taxpayers. We also celebrate the appointment of Pam Bondi as Attorney General and her immediate actions against sanctuary cities and the Epstein client list.

Welcome to the podcast where every episode promises an unfiltered dive into the eclectic, the profound, and sometimes the absurd. No topic is off limits. Nothing is sacred, and political correctness takes a back seat.
[00:01:23] Unknown:
Hey, folks. This is Joe Russo, and we are live tonight at the Asylum Studios, bringing you the best quality talk radio we can muster without all the bluster. Welcome to the podcast. Folks, it is great to be with you tonight on a very special, very, very special Wednesday evening broadcast live across all of the podcasting two point o platforms. We are excited to be here with you. Folks, I hope that you have had a great day today, and I hope that, since yesterday, since our show yesterday, you've been following the news. So many things have happened. That's primarily the reason why we are doing these, daily shows right now. So we did a show Monday, did a show Tuesday. Now we're doing a show here live with you tonight.
Audio only, of course, because, we don't have the capabilities of doing a video cast just yet. Well, I mean, we do, because I have a very special guest who is sitting in the, in the waiting room right now, to join us as we, go into this conversation that we're gonna have tonight. So we're able to actually, video chat with each other as we're going through this. But, as far as doing a live broadcast video, we're not quite there yet. The studio is not set up for it just yet. We got about another week to go, before we're ready. So it is, it's an exciting time for us here at the podcast, and it's it's an exciting time here in these, United States, small U United States because remember folks, this is a union of states, states being an independent country, an independent nation, and we are, just a union of states. That's all we are. We are not one nation under God as, as as the socialist masonic, pledge declares.
We are a union of states. Much like the European Union, we are the American Union. Each of the 50 states that make up The United States are individual sovereign independent nations who voluntarily joined this mess of a union, and, we can voluntarily leave this union. That's the whole point of Texas, and, we're gonna get into, Texit in just a little bit. But being that it is Wednesday evening, it is, it is hump day, and, it's, it's a late broadcast. We have our, beverage of the evening here. We have some adult beverages going on, and and my guest, I'm sure, is is is, partaking as well.
Tonight, I'm drinking a, a a beautiful 12 year old Knob Creek. Beautiful drink. Love it. It is absolutely delicious, and I am thoroughly enjoying that. I'm also having some, some some Italian espresso with some biscotti, and, we are really gonna going to be enjoying, this evening's conversation. Now we're gonna have a conversation about some serious things. We're gonna talk about some of the headlines today in the news. And, I'm hoping that my guest is is prepared for that because I did send her the link, or the links to the, piece that we're gonna be talking about. I'm not sure if she's prepared for that.
So, hopefully, she is, but, we'll we'll get there. But, with me on the other side of the conversation here is we have, we have Ashley with us who is a, relationship expert and refuses to turn her camera on so we can have a face to face conversation. But, Ashley, are you with us? Yes. I am. Okay. Great. You need to turn your mic up just a little bit if you possibly can.
[00:05:30] Unknown:
Well, whatever I can do for the show, sir. And let's not let the audience, like, be fooled here. My camera, I'm having technical difficulties. So if you just explain I have blonde hair, everyone will understand.
[00:05:44] Unknown:
Well yeah. Yeah. That's that's very true. The blonde definitely does come into, come to effect here. But, but again, like I told you previous to starting the show, we're not broadcasting video. So you don't have to worry about it. So you can you don't need to hide behind your, you know, supposed camera not working. But, hey, that's okay. That's fine. So today, what we're gonna do is I don't know if you had a chance to open up some of those links that I had sent you, but we're gonna talk about a few things that have taken place in the news. What I really wanna ask you though before we get into the whole, relationship stuff that you are the pro at.
What I'd like to ask you though is is have you been following what's going on in the news? What do you feel? What do you think about this whole thing that's going on, since Donald Trump took office? I mean, it's been two weeks, almost three weeks now that, he's been in in office. And it to me, anyway, it's been an absolute whirlwind of, between executive orders and and and actions that have been going on from the White House. You're talking about, I think he had over 350 executive orders already. You're talking about all the things that are going on with Doge, the Department of Governmental Administration. You're talking about everything that's been, trans that's been going on with, the, with with all the senate confirmation hearings, all the drama surrounding that.
What do you think? What's going on? How how how are things moving based, you know, from your perspective?
[00:07:15] Unknown:
Oh, well, they're definitely moving in the right direction. So just to tell listeners, my location is not too far from you. I'm in Uvalde, Texas, so we both are really close to the border, but I'm ecstatic. Voted for Trump. I think he's picked an outstanding cabinet. I think that the Democrats obviously have nothing else to do but try to stop confirmations, and that's not gonna happen. And I think that he must be taking some kind of vitamins and I want to know what because he goes nonstop twenty four seven and he's getting everything done plus I mean, getting done what he said plus even more every single minute of every single day.
And as I see all the things that Biden did in his last twenty four hours of office that we're suffering now. Trump is slowly righting those wrongs while he's still moving forward to committing his promises in the first hundred days. So I say it's a home run at this point. Well, I don't even think that it's gonna be the first hundred days. I have a you know, basically, the,
[00:08:28] Unknown:
from what the administration itself is saying is that they're they are looking at, this is gonna be the pace that they're gonna be following for the next four years. And now, how they're gonna keep up this pace for four years, I have no idea. But one of the beautiful things that's that's taking place, the fact that all of the activities that are taking place with the administration are base is basically keeping the media off balance. They don't know where to go. They don't know what the next step is gonna be. You know, and, also one of the things that, another radio host that I I listen to quite frequently, Dan Bongino says, regularly, you can measure the effectiveness of of a policy or decision based upon the reaction from the Left.
And, you know, one of the things that, that that that you you look at the at the screeching that's taking place on the Left from from Schmucky, Schumer, and you're looking at, this, this moron, Al Green. He looks like a freaking Neanderthal, to be honest with you, if you ever seen the guy. You know, and we're gonna we're gonna get into that momentarily. But, you know, before we do, much more of that, I'm gonna ask the folks listening just to do a couple of quick things for me. Alright. First of all, head over to our website, joerusiello.com. And when you get over there, head over to our contact section and, open up that web form and send us over a message. Let us know whatever's on your heart, whatever's in your mind, any questions, comments, cares, concerns that you might have. And, you, you could anything. Even suggestions as far as guests, that we could have.
Or if you don't wanna use the the web form, you can always email me directly at [email protected]. That's [email protected]. And also, while you're on the website, look for that support button on the on the homepage. And, just keep in mind that this is a value for value podcast. And, it sounds all complicated, but really all it means is that, you know, if you've received anything of value from what we're doing here, with the podcast, all we're asking is that you return that value in the form of a donation. Alright? Now, you could donate your time, your talent, your treasure. Any one of those three things or all three of them depending on how how giving you feel yourself to be.
But no matter how you do it, we greatly greatly appreciate it. Now look, you could do a one time donation in any amount that you feel appropriate. Of course, again going with the value for value system, you know, depending on what value you're getting from it, you could donate in return. Alright? So you can make a one time donation in any amount or like I said, you can donate your time and your talent. But but if you set up a monthly recurring donation of $17.76, you will receive associate producer credit of the podcast. And that basically means that you get a shout out on every show, and your name will be listed in all of the show notes as an associate producer of the show. But hey, folks, do you know something? That's not all. If you set up a monthly recurring donation of $18.36, you'll receive producer credit.
And of course, that means as well, you know, the shout out every show, your name will be listed in the show notes as a producer of the show. So you get yourself a promotion that way. And then, of course, we have for a donation, a monthly recurring donation of $25 or more, you get the coveted executive producer credit. Executive producer. Alright? And of course, that gets all the perks of the other two, but again, you get the executive producer credit. Now, the reason why we do that is because your donations actually help us produce the show.
So we're able to to refer to you as associate producers, producers, and executive producers. So, I need you to head over to our website and again, whatever value you're getting from this, a one time donation is great. We appreciate everything we got. We get we actually received a donation, just a couple of days ago for, I think it was $5. And you know what? Hey, that's a that that's great. We appreciate that. That helps us keep things going. So whatever tier you feel that you're able to support us on a monthly recurring basis, please click that button on our website and sign up for it. Now, folks, also, ArmoryOne.

Alright. Now that we've, gotten all the housekeeping stuff out of the way, I think that it is time for us to get started. Let's get started. So, Ashley, I know we're not gonna get into the, your specialty of dating after 40. But, I wanna ask you something. Have you heard about this? I mean, of course, you know, Donald Trump is president, and you know that the left is just absolutely apoplectic about the whole thing. They have been screeching. Liberal tears have been pouring down like like rain in in in a Brazilian rainforest. And it's been glorious.
Absolutely glorious. But, you have to how do I put this? Well, let's let's go this way. Last week, the Washington Times noticed, something very unique about, Donald Trump's second term. They wrote, quote, for the first time in his political career, mister Trump sits in the White House without a serious threat of impeachment hanging over him. No house members have rushed to file articles of impeachment, and no senators are thundering about it from the chamber floor. The usual leftist activities were vociferous in their criticism of the new president, but are now barely rumbling and focusing more on resistance than removal.
What do you think about that, Ash?
[00:21:05] Unknown:
Well, I think it's just a ploy to, are you talking about all green? Mhmm.
[00:21:12] Unknown:
So Yes. We are. We're talking about obvious the Neanderthal. Yes. Green. Yeah.
[00:21:18] Unknown:
So, you know, he wants to set forth the articles of impeachment just because he doesn't agree with the president's stance that the use US should take over the Gaza Strip. And he's gotta find something to pick on and something to try to impeach him with. So that's what he's gonna use. You know? And he's throwing in pretty highly sensitive religious terms that just don't need to be brought in. I I agree with you. And,
[00:21:48] Unknown:
actually, we have audio. Was there. Oh, yeah. Play it for us. Alright. So this is Al Green, talking about impeaching Donald Trump.
[00:21:57] Unknown:
And still I rise, mister speaker. And I rise today, mister speaker, with a to whom it may concern message. To whom it may concern ethnic cleansing in Gaza is not a joke, especially when it emanates from the President of The United States, the most powerful person in the world, when he has the ability to perfect what he says. Ethnic cleansing in Gaza is no joke, and the Prime Minister of Israel should be ashamed, knowing the history of his people, to stand there and allow such things to be said. Ethnic cleansing has been a crime against humanity.
And I stand here today in the well to denounce what he was said, to denounce what the president said, to denounce the complicity of the prime minister of Israel, and to remind people that doctor King was right. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. And injustice in Gaza is a threat to justice in The United States Of America. I rise to announce that the movement to impeach the president has begun. I rise to announce that I will bring articles of impeachment against the president for dastardly deeds proposed and dastardly deeds done.
[00:23:33] Unknown:
I owe Alright. I'm gonna stop it right there for a second. Okay. First of all, if you're listening to this, are your eyes rolling yet? Are you having one of those emoji moments where your eyes are just kind of oh my god. Here we go again.
[00:23:48] Unknown:
I hate to say I didn't hear the clip.
[00:23:51] Unknown:
Oh, no? Oh, that's terrible. Okay. Well, he says that, that he's going to bring articles of impeachment against the president for dastardly deeds. Now, I I don't I may not be a constitutional scholar. I may not be a constitutional lawyer, but I don't I don't think the words dastardly deeds and dastardly deeds done really show in anywhere in the constitution. I do see high crimes, misdemeanors, but I don't see dastardly deeds. So I don't know. I I I just think that, you know, here you have Al Green who really is absolutely just no stranger whatsoever to articles impeachment. I think that's the only thing he knows how to do. I don't think as far as representing, Houston and Missouri City and Pearland, I don't think he does much more of anything else. And listen folks, if you're listening from Houston and anywhere where this moron is representing, Why are you continuing to vote for this idiot?
Why? Don't you think it's time to get rid of this dumbass? I mean, reality is, you know, articles of impeachment don't stand a chance. You know, you have Republicans controlling the House, they're controlling the Senate, and they're controlling the White House. So, I I mean, obviously, it's we have two years before midterms. Anything can happen to the midterms. So, of course, you know, Democrats usually just they just wait. They bide their time, and I'm sure that they'll find something else they'll want to impeach him on and and and we'll start hearing, oh, he's a three times, three time impeached president, and he's a four time impree Ash, what do you think?
[00:25:43] Unknown:
Well, I think it's just ridiculous. I mean, he's trying to do a good thing by the citizens of our country, and they're just gonna find any and everything to try and impeach him with. And, you know, it's just not gonna work. It's just crap. It's just bullshit.
[00:26:01] Unknown:
You know? I agree with you. I do agree with you. So Let's see what else we have here. Alright. So from info warns we info wars, democrat files articles of impeachment against president Trump. And, one probably the greatest thing is is that Elon Trump Elon Trump. Elon Musk. I I think I've had too many of the, Knob Creek already. Elon Musk's response to the whole thing, was, let's see. Kyle Becker posted a tweet or a post on HEX. It says impeachment articles have already been filed against President Donald Trump. And he went on to quote what, what Al Green had had to say. Doesn't Al Green sound like a singer's name? Like, he should be, you know, out there singing about fried chicken or something like that. Anyway, Elon Musk's Elon Musk's response was nobody cares.
Perfect. Succinct. Exactly correct. Done to. Like like, go ahead. Just do what you gotta do. Who cares? You know, no nobody really cares. Nobody cares.
[00:27:09] Unknown:
Right.
[00:27:10] Unknown:
Alright. Have you been following the the thing. I'm sorry?
[00:27:14] Unknown:
It's just one more thing to try to, like, use the media in a negative way to keep the more uneducated people busy thinking something else is actually happening when it's not.
[00:27:31] Unknown:
You know? Yeah. It's a distraction. Distractions through the media. Yeah. It's a distraction. I I I I can agree with you on that. And you know what? I was thinking that you probably can't hear the audio because you have your camera turned off. No. I know. That's not related. But No. I can hear you. Oh, the audio from the clip.
[00:27:49] Unknown:
Oh, okay. You said you couldn't hear me. I can turn my camera on. You just can't see me.
[00:27:55] Unknown:
Well
[00:27:56] Unknown:
Okay. Whatever. Let's try that. Anyway,
[00:28:00] Unknown:
so have you been following with this, this USAID stuff that's been going on?
[00:28:08] Unknown:
Let me I've been looking up the articles since you were so slow getting them to me. I was not slow. I sent them to you an hour before we started the show.
[00:28:16] Unknown:
Let's not argue about this on the air. Okay? I'm reading it now. Okay. So, I'm looking at the article that says USAID scandal is getting worse by the minute.
[00:28:36] Unknown:
This has to do with the, $8,000,000
[00:28:40] Unknown:
in tax money to Politico. Is that correct? Well, that's one of them. Yeah. For sure. Yesterday on the show, we talked about we gave 11 examples of of where our money is going. And, this is just one thing. It's it's it's $8,000,000 that went to, Politico, among other organizations that that are are are are far left left organizations. And, you know, basically, what it says is that, $8,000,000 in tax money went to Politico. We there's a tweet involved from Sonny Wright that says, we we do indeed appear to be funneling large sums of tax money to at Politico so that, some bureaucrats can read left wing journalists complain about Republicans.
And it shows, you know, it it it gives some, prime award IDs and recipients names and so on and so forth through through the through the tweet. And, what but my thing is, why are we spending $8,000,000 of taxpayer money on these left leaning groups? And and also NPR and all these public broadcasting outlets that are getting taxpayer funding. You know, it's it's just to me, I I it it it infuriates me to think that, you know, I'm my taxes are going to to pay these people's salaries. As a matter of fact, I think, if I if I'm not mistaken, an an email went out to the political employees letting them know that their paychecks, were not properly or or they weren't able to be deposited because they cut the funding off.
Yeah. That sounds about right. Yeah. I mean, it it's just excuse me. It's just, the more that they uncover with this, with this USAID thing and and I'm not gonna say USAID because it's not USAID. It's the agency for in international development. It's not aid. This organization, like we said yesterday on the show, is is designed and and enabled through taxpayer funding to topple governments, to, to, to to to bring about radical leftist change in foreign countries. I don't want my tax dollars going to that. I want my tax dollars here in The United States. And I'm not gonna get started on taxes. I mean, taxes first of all are just absolutely immoral and shouldn't be in place anyway.
And we and we talked about that yesterday on the show. But, I mean, the more that's being uncovered about this USAID USAID, I shouldn't say aid. Otherwise, I'll be accused of being a Democrat or something like that. But, you can laugh, Ashley. It's okay. Could we? It's alright. It's okay. Alright. Let's see. What else about this here? So USAID was ordered to into existence by president John F Kennedy as a cheap and nimble means of countering Soviet aid and influence in the developing world. Even then, he saw the state department as too, hidebound and bureaucratic, but USAID has morphed into a 60,000,000,000 to 70 billion dollar slush fund for largely domestic causes, that are Soviet in their ambitions, which of course makes sense when you look at, like like, Schmucky Schumer out there out there, screaming and ranting about, you know, we will not be denied, we will not be turned away, whatever it was he was saying. He changed his chant in midchant.
You know, and then you have, that that racist, Jasmine Crockett. Why are they all from Texas? That's what I'm trying to figure out. Texas, come on. Aren't we better than this? I would think so. I I I would think so too.
[00:32:40] Unknown:
I would think so too. Oh, you text me. Okay.
[00:32:45] Unknown:
So anyway, it's just, you look at the reaction to what's taking place and it gives you an idea. Like, for example, if if if the left isn't reacting the way they're reacting like over USAID, They don't have anything that's really, invested in it. Here, you're talking about money laundering. You're talking about money that's that that's taxpayer funds that are probably being directed to into these people that are that are actually leading these protests. Nearly insurrections. I mean, you're talking about, yesterday, they they were talking about storming the building. Did you hear about that?
[00:33:30] Unknown:
Yeah.
[00:33:31] Unknown:
So, you know, you know, cut me off anytime you want, Ashley.
[00:33:35] Unknown:
Oh, sure.
[00:33:36] Unknown:
No problem.
[00:33:37] Unknown:
Say what you gotta say, girl. I've got the articles late due to, you know,
[00:33:42] Unknown:
operator problems. So I'm catching up as you're talking. I see. I see. I see. I see. You didn't do your show prep. Alright. That's fine. That's
[00:33:51] Unknown:
fine. Alright. And what about, this one? I'm supposed to be here because I'm a relationship
[00:33:56] Unknown:
expert. I know but you have wonderful insights as far as, politics goes. You're you're a very intelligent person. You know, we've had great conversations, about these things and, you know, that's why that's another reason why I wanted to have you on the show. This way I don't do all the talking because I'm sure people are tired of hearing hearing from me. Yesterday, I did it my intention yesterday was to do it like, like barely a thirty minute show. I end up doing an hour and forty two minutes. Well, that sounds like awesome fun. Oh, loads of fun. Yeah. Absolutely. I'm sure my listeners really appreciated it. My downloads are actually showing that. So if I could, you know Really? That's awesome. Oh, no. No. No. I'm being sarcastic.
Amazing. You know, you know Amazing, You know, Knob Creek. By the way, you didn't tell us what you were, partaking of this evening on on our adult beverage whiskey Wednesday evening.
[00:34:54] Unknown:
As you know, I have quite the whiskey and bourbon
[00:34:57] Unknown:
collection. However, I'm in the process of moving, so I don't have it with me at this location. I'm
[00:35:04] Unknown:
You're too far away from your microphone. The unprofessionalism that takes place in the course of these shows is just ridiculous. Hey. So while while you're while you're researching your your whiskey collection, your bourbon collection, World Nut Daily. You now? Yeah. I hear you now. Yes.
[00:35:33] Unknown:
Okay. Thank you. Okay. What was the question?
[00:35:37] Unknown:
What are you drinking?
[00:35:39] Unknown:
Oh, I am drinking Truly Hard Seltzer in, Tropical Punch.
[00:35:45] Unknown:
Mhmm. Girly stuff. Yeah.
[00:35:48] Unknown:
Well, you know, it's healthy stuff. And I'm fat, so, you know.
[00:35:53] Unknown:
Please. Folks, look. Even though I can't see her right now, I've see I I've I've seen Ashley in in person. And, she says she's fat. She's not. She says she's she looks terrible without makeup. She doesn't. You know Show them a picture of what I look like. Oh, believe me. I'm I am going to when I when we publish the show after the live show, we're gonna we're gonna have a picture up there of you.
[00:36:19] Unknown:
Okay. I'm gonna send you one now just so you Oh, we're getting the professional headshot? Alright. No. I have no professional headshots. Just a random picture of me going somewhere. Okay. But in the meantime, what was the topic?
[00:36:36] Unknown:
Well, we were talking about, we were gonna get into this World Net Daily article of, of what they found about Chelsea Clinton.
[00:36:47] Unknown:
Yes. I heard a little something about that, but fill us in.
[00:36:51] Unknown:
Yes. Well, apparently, Chelsea Clinton has, casually taken home, $84,000,000 of taxpayer taxpayer money. USAID gave yeah. USAID gave Chelsea Clinton tens of millions of dollars and partnered with their sex trafficking organization, the Clinton Foundation. In 02/2010, the secretary of state Hillary Clinton helped oversee 4,400,000,000.0 that congress had earmarked for re quote unquote recovery efforts in Haiti by the USAID in 02/2010. So, USAID was funding organizations sex trafficking children and lining the pockets of their family members all while USAID was also funding organizations to cover up that, cover up that they were sex trafficking kids.
For example, things like like Pizzagate, and, all of that was being done, folks, with your hard earned money. Your money, my money is going to pay for these things. And and then these people get up on a platform and they start screaming about taxes and and paying your fair share in taxes. In the meantime, they're taking your tax dollars and they're funneling it into these organizations that are sex trafficking children. Mhmm. Children.
[00:38:17] Unknown:
I know.
[00:38:21] Unknown:
It's absolutely disgusting. It it's at I'm at the point I don't even wanna pay taxes anymore. And I'm I'm seriously hoping that the next target for Doge, the Department of Government Efficiency, is gonna be the IRS. Because I know that Schmucky
[00:38:39] Unknown:
I
[00:38:40] Unknown:
yeah. On the on the on the senate floor in the well was was railing about the fact that, that might be their next target. Well, why do you think you know what? They hired was it 160,000 IRS investigators to audit you, to audit me Mhmm. For a for a for a, a, a misplaced $50, you know? And now they're freaking out because Doge is coming after them to audit them. Mhmm. That should tell you something right there, folks. That should that should tell you all you need to know. The IRS needs to be abolished. Federal income taxes need to be wiped away, and we need to rely on tariffs.
We did it up until 1913, and we were the most proper prosperous of our entire existence as a country up until 1913. I'm sorry. Go ahead.
[00:39:50] Unknown:
Supposedly, he has the executive order ready to sign to do a waive, state taxes. So
[00:39:59] Unknown:
sales tax too. Well, here in Texas, we don't really have that issue. We, you know, we don't have a, we don't have a, federal in we don't have a state income tax. We only deal with the federal income tax. But we need to eliminate the federal income tax, and we need to eliminate property taxes. I I think it's absolutely ridiculous that property taxes, are still in existence even after you pay off your home. But, like, I could appreciate it if it was, you know, I have a thirty year mortgage, so I have to pay taxes on the property for thirty years. But after thirty years, once the mortgage is paid off, I still don't technically own the property because the state can come in and say, hey, you missed payments on your on your home and your your, your your property taxes and we could take your property from you. You don't really own the property then.
Mhmm. Which is something we talked about yesterday. So so we're we're we're like, we're we're we're, you know, a a day late and a dollar short.
[00:40:54] Unknown:
Yeah. Exactly. Because I wasn't on that conversation, obviously. Hey. By the way, did you get my picture? I sent it to you just in case.
[00:41:05] Unknown:
Let me take a look. Don't worry. It's PG13. Well, I put the I put the All in the up and up. I put my my phone on do not disturb so I don't check it every time I yeah. That's a good one. We can use that one for sure. Absolutely. Absolutely. You need you need to show more cleavage though. But, yeah, we'll be alright. Remember folks, this this is a show that that is that is politically incorrect. We talk about anything and everything. There is no topic off limits. Expert. What's going on here? Right. Well, we're coming to that. We're gonna we're gonna come to that. Oh. Alright. Let's see what else we got here. So, another another wonderful piece of information that came through here.
Did you know that, that taxpayers spent over a billion dollars facilitating the migrant pipeline via quote unquote religious charities in 02/2024? Religious charities. Now, normally, religious nonprofits rely on donors who basically, you know, they they expect to see their money used to solve social ills. But when an increase in the problem, in in this case, more refugees in need of financial and other assistance means more government cash, quote unquote charities are incentivized to show a need for more taxpayer funds keeping the problem unsolved From an article from The Federalist, which is a great a great resource. If you I mean, if you're if you don't get the any updates from The Federalist, you need to.
This is this is a great article. For years, loads of cash, courtesy of US taxpayers, have bolted migrant resettlement services often administered by faith based nonprofits. In fiscal year 02/2024 alone, the US government spent more than $2,700,000,000 on refugee and entrant assistance programs. More than 1,000,000,000 went to nonprofits connected with four major Christian denominations, the Catholics, of course, Lutherans, Episcopal, and the United Methodist Church. I mean, that's just it's it's amazing. When Doge has been the most incredible thing that has happened in in the political scene in the government and in in years, people are now starting to see where their tax dollars are going.
And if this doesn't cause you to question the whole tax system, I I don't know what is. Mhmm. It's it's it's amazing, from a tweet, Michigan Catholic Conference. In case you missed it, the 10 Catholic bishops serving Michigan have composed a pastoral note to migrants expressing their fraternal closeness to and prayerful support of immigrants. I'm gonna stop there for a second because trying to think of how to phrase this. Liberals don't understand the difference between legal and illegal immigration. Would you agree
[00:44:12] Unknown:
with that? Oh, yes. Definitely. They just don't even take the time to educate themselves to know the difference.
[00:44:20] Unknown:
They don't care. No. Of course not. I mean, I have no problem with with legal immigration. People coming in, getting in line, going through the classes, taking the test, swearing them, you know, being sworn in as citizens of The United States. What we're we're talking about something completely different here. We're talking about people who have broken the law to get into the country and they don't seem to understand the difference between that and and it's infuriating. Mhmm. It's absolutely infuriating. And then we have Pam Bondi, which is huge.
Sworn in. I I love this. This is great. Sworn in as attorney general. And what do you think the first thing she does when she gets into office?
[00:45:08] Unknown:
Besides look well put together and, like, classy?
[00:45:11] Unknown:
Yeah. Well, yeah. I mean, that's obvious. But but, and and not only that, but but but capable, intelligent, and and powerful in her own way. Mhmm. But the first thing that she's she's done, she's moved against sanctuary cities. She's she's addressing the Epstein sex clients, and she's also addressing the weaponization of of the DOJ against political opponents.
[00:45:47] Unknown:
Mhmm. And she's easy on the eyes.
[00:45:52] Unknown:
Well, I'm not I'm not gonna get there, but let let's let's listen to what what, what, attorney general Bondi had to say.
[00:45:59] Unknown:
Thank you, president Trump. I've known you for many, many years, and I will not let you down. I am truly honored, honored that you have asked me to take on this role, and I will make you proud, and I will make this country proud. Thank you.
[00:46:15] Unknown:
She is just she she is class. She is she just exudes competence. She exudes intelligence. I mean I mean, she's she was the perfect pick. I mean, I would have liked to have seen Matt Getz in this in his role, but you know what? I think I think she's got it. Mhmm. She's ordered the Justice Department to freeze all funding for sanctuary cities and instructed attorneys to begin prosecuting officials, that are preventing ICE from doing their job. I mean, I mean, let's go, man. This is, you know, this is this is great. This is great. This is what we voted for, you know. Well, at least I have, you know.
Newly confirmed US Attorney General Pam Bondi is calling for the Epstein client list to be released
[00:47:07] Unknown:
to the public. Let's listen. Well, we know he was on the plane, not only on the plane a couple times, multiple times, he traveled internationally internationally with Jeffrey Epstein, and he was on the plane called the Lolita Express because it supposedly had a bed in there where Jeffrey Epstein had young girls. He has been a friend of his, a continuing friend of his for years and years. Contrast that with Donald Trump who hasn't spoken to him in many years, over a decade, after he kicked him out of Mar a Lago for bad behavior. So that's the difference there, and I think Americans see the two tier justice system.
But, you know, we don't know. They're they're saying Clinton has not been to his private island, but he has traveled all over the world with Jeffrey Epstein. I wanna know why AG Garland and the Justice Department are so quiet on this tonight. You know, they're out there labeling parents domestic terrorists, yet they're saying nothing about this and these documents were so slow to come out. Human trafficking is a multi billion dollar business in this country and Jeffrey Epstein is dead and Gerlaine Maxwell is in prison for twenty years where she belongs. And if people in that report are still fighting to keep their names private, Sean, they have no legal basis to do so unless they're a child, a victim, or a cooperating defendant by some chance against some potential case against Ghurlaine Maxwell. And I think Mark Garrigos, as a great criminal defense attorney, will back that up as well.
[00:48:42] Unknown:
Alright. The the it's a long, audio clip, so I'm I'm gonna cut it off right there. And were you able to hear it?
[00:48:50] Unknown:
No. Technical
[00:48:53] Unknown:
difficulties. Technical difficulties. Well, you know what? It wouldn't be the podcast without some kind of a technical difficulty. Well, you missed a good a good clip. Hey, folks. Welcome back to the podcast. Sorry, we had a little audio problem there for a moment. It's one of the joys of doing a live broadcast. But we are back, and, we have Ashley with us, and we're gonna bring her up right now. Ashley, you still with us? Ashley, you still with us? I think we lost Ashley. Ashley. Alright. Well, we have lost Ashley, for the moment. So, hopefully, she'll be able to jump back back on in here momentarily. But, we are, back folks. This is the podcast and we just wanna say thank you so much for joining us for the, live broadcast tonight. We have several several tens of people actually listening live, which is crazy.
Absolutely crazy. But, while we're waiting for Ashley to come back, we want to get back into our discussion here tonight. One of the things we've been doing over the last couple of weeks, we've, couple of shows actually, we've been doing, a texted fact of the day. And, one of the one of the questions that generally comes up when we're talking about Texit is, how do we start the Texit process? And, it really comes down to two choices, to a question of two choices, and then also a decision made by the people of Texas. Now, it's it's it's not the vote that's exciting. What what's really exciting about it is what comes before and after the vote.
Alright? There's there's one fundamental and immutable truth about the Texas process. Where there's a legal path to text it, it must be followed. There's no secret process. There's no hidden, clauses in the old documents that can be used. There are no shortcuts. It boils down to what laws and processes are on the books and how those laws and processes can be applied to resolving the issue of Texas independence. That means it's it's it is absolutely at a minimum absolutely at a minimum, it it must culminate in a free and fair vote of the people of Texas.
In other words, a referendum. Now the current Texas constitution, while not explicitly explicitly establishing a framework for a referendum, definitely reserves the right to make fundamental changes to how Texas is governed exclusively by the people. And you find that over in article one, section two of the Texas constitution. And what that basically does, it lays down the right and the responsibility squarely at the feet of the people of Texas to make a fundamental change in the governance. Now in in in every example of, of Western style democratic society that that's achieved independence, the people in their capacity as a body politic have had the final say on their political destiny.
Same thing here with The United States when The United States separated from Great Britain. In every instance in every instance, the very act of a referendum has clarified the political realities, pitting the people who want their voices heard against political, against the political class, who believe that they are, in fact, the ruling class in de facto oligarchy. The very process of attempting to obtain a referendum makes clear those battle lines and more specifically, the people and institutions on each side, and and those who oppose even having a referendum are in reality, opposing the foundational principles of Texas and The United States, the people and the democratic cornerstone of Western civilization.
So, basically, in in short, really, the the reality of it is in in in anyone who's opposed to having a referendum on the issue of self government is not only un American, but untaxan. Now, folks, if you have any questions whatsoever on Tex it on the Texas Nationalist Movement, please be sure to head over to our website, joerusiello.com/tnm, or head over to texitnow.org.
