But a beautiful Wednesday evening nonetheless. Tonight, tonight's gonna be an interesting show, to be honest with you, because I really did not have all that much time to prep today.
But we're gonna get into the show here in just a moment. Before we do that, just gotta mention one very, very quick thing to you. As soon as I can get to it, I guess not. Alright. Well, never mind. We'll come back to it when we can. Alright. Anyway, so how are you doing folks? How was your Wednesday? How was your Tuesday night? I hope you guys were able to join us, last night. We had a a very interesting show. It was a little bit on the long side, but, we were able to, actually get through the majority of the stuff we wanted to talk about. Tonight, I don't have too much stuff to to really get into because, like I said, I didn't have much time today to do prep. And, so I only picked out, like, a handful of stories that, I had wanted to cover. So, hopefully, we'll be able to, to get through all of it.
Some of it's really good news. Some of it's interesting. Some of it's kinda weird and strange and, little, you know, eye eyebrow raising. So, you know, we'll see what we can get to. And, what I really should have done before we even started, I should have cleaned my glasses because I got a smudge that is driving me crazy right now, and it is freaking hot in here. Good night. Today, it hit a hundred and two degrees here in Eagle Pass. That's crazy. And it's not even really summer yet. So, it was, it was it was interesting day. Interesting day. So some really great things took place right before, we started the show tonight. And, so I just wanna mention one very, very critical thing is that we, The United States and Ukraine, signed a a critical minerals and reconstruction deal, earlier today, and, they announced it right before we started the show. So I just wanted to make sure I made mention of that. And, that's huge. That's that's very, very important for us, especially in in our dealings with, with China. Because as you know, China has suspended its, its exporting of, critical critical earth materials to us, critical mineral materials to us, over the tariff situation. So, so that's great news. That's good for us, and and, it's really exciting for the administration.

You know, of course, you know, Trump is celebrating his, his 100 in office, and, a lot of a lot of really fantastic things took place. We went over a whole list of stuff, yesterday, so we're not gonna rehash the whole thing. But, you definitely need to pay attention to what's going on in the news because there are so many things so many things going on that are gonna end up benefiting The United States and you individually as we go forward. And we're gonna talk about a lot of that stuff. Like, this this deal with the, with with Ukraine, dealing with rare earth minerals, this is big for the for The United States. This is and and it's big for Ukraine as well.
So, we're gonna get into that here in just a minute. Let's just, queue up our our stuff for it. Here we go. Breaking news. US and Ukraine signed critical minerals and reconstruction deal. Treasury secretary Scott Besen on Wednesday, that would be today, announced that The United States and Ukraine have signed the long anticipated minerals deal through the creation of a reconstruction investment fund. The two countries have been trying to work out the deal since February, which would give The US access to mineral riches in Ukraine in exchange for funding the country during its war with Russia. Besant sent Besant said that the economic partnership positioned the two countries to work collaboratively to ensure mutual assets, talents, and capabilities can speed up Ukraine's economic recovery.
So that is great news for The United States. It's great news for Ukraine. And, in a way, this is how Ukraine is gonna pay us back for for all the, materials, weapons that we have been sending them and the money that we'd been sending them, under the under the previous administration. And, and and still kinda lingered into this administration as well based on, you know, deals that were made under the previous. So this is great news, and it's really exciting. And I'm you know, like I said, it came up right before we went out to the onto the show. So, I wanted to make sure I brought that up to you. Alright.
Let's see here. There's another piece on, Gateway Pundit, US Ukraine signed rare earth metals agreement. Let's see if there's anything different in here. Donald Trump said, we're telling Ukraine that they have very value very valuable rare earth. We want that We want what we put up to go in terms of a guarantee. We want a guarantee. We're handing them money hand over fist. We're giving them equipment. The European Union is not keeping up with us. They should equalize, and, and so on. So this is, again, really great news, and we're very happy that this this took place today. Alright. Also, something else that broke, right before we got onto the show. Here was, HHS under, Robert Kennedy junior is going to reexamine a massive massive 800 I'm sorry. $89,000,000,000 contract that was awarded to a California nonprofit.
Justin News reported, the Department of Health and Human Services is reportedly reconsidering a massive contract to the National Cancer Institute, a massive contract the National Cancer Institute awarded to a California nonprofit in January to operate a cancer research lab in Maryland. The $89,000,000,000 award was given to the Alliance for Advancing Biomedical Research on January 17, just three days before former president Joe Biden left office. The nonprofit is also considered untested because it has not received or spent a penny since its inception in 02/2022. That's kinda suspicious, don't you think?
You've been around since 02/2022 and you and you haven't spent a penny on any kind of research? Haven't received anything since 02/2022? That's kinda suspicious. And I think they're right for investigating this and and kind of rethinking this whole thing. That's $89,000,000,000. That's a lot of money. That's a lot of money. HHS notified the government accountability office of the GAO earlier this month that it is reevaluating all of the original bids for the contract, which means it could give the money to another company. The organization is also tied to the University of California system, which senate judiciary chairman Chuck Grassley has accused of using 40% of its federal funding for administrative purposes and criticized for allegedly being vulnerable to China.
Grassley told the, free beacon it's outrageous. Biden's NIH shoved nearly $90,000,000,000 contract out the door just days before president Trump returned to office. Even worse, the money would have flowed into an organization that can't clearly protect itself from adversaries like China. I'm very glad HHS heeded my calls to reverse course and is now reevaluating its initial proposal. So another another, money saving, cost saving, move by this administration. So more good news. Alright. Let's see. Where are we here? This over just a little bit.
Alright. Now into the, the stuff that we pulled for today. So, we're gonna spend some time tonight talking about these rogue judges. I don't know. Maybe you're tired of hearing about it. I don't know. I'm not. Not yet. And the reason why I'm not tired of hearing about it yet is mostly because, I'm I'm happy to see that that the this administration is actually taking action on these rogue judges, and that they're not just, you know, just going along with these ridiculous, overreaching orders that these judges are coming down with. And then on top of those, you also have the judges like, this judge, former well, soon to be former judge, we we think, up in Wisconsin, Dugan, which we'll get into in just a few minutes. But, I wanna start off here with, this, this district judge in, in California, throws up major roadblocks for border patrol agents in California.
Alright. Now this is ridiculous when I read this to you. Alright. This is from The Blaze. California federal judge on Tuesday, yesterday, threw up major roadblocks for border patrol agents seeking to deport illegal aliens. US District Judge, Jennifer Thurston, issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting customs and border protection officers from arresting I'll get it one day. Customs and border protection officers from arresting suspected illegal aliens without a warrant unless agents believe unless agents have a reason to believe the suspect might flee before a warrant can be issued. The judge also excuse me. The judge also ruled that officers cannot stop suspected illegal immigrants without reasonable suspicion.
Additionally, border patrol is barred from deporting an individual via voluntary departure unless the suspect is first informed of his or her right of his or her rights and agrees to leave the country. Thurston's order applies only to federal agents in the Eastern District Of California. Okay. So let's just unpack just a a little bit here. Alright. Well, first of all, if you sorry. There we go. I had to change the I have one of those angled XLR plugs on here, and something happened to it. I I think I may have gone over it, but the vacuum damaged it. So I had to put a regular one on here, and it's a little longer. So I keep I keep knocking into it. Sorry. So so let's let's unpack some of this here. First of all, if you are here illegally, I think you have reasonable suspicion already. Okay?
First of all, the the border patrol, they're not just randomly stopping people on the street and, and questioning people about their immigration status. They they know who they're looking for. Alright? They're given the information through immigration services. So they know who they're looking for. It's not a mystery. So right there, you already have your probable cause. This person either did not show up to a hearing. This person did not show up to a, to, or or or this person's visas expired, and they haven't they've disappeared into the into the woodwork, and they've not shown up to anything. That is reasonable suspicion. That's that's your probable cause right there. And then another thing that I wanted to point out too is that if you are not a citizen of The United States, you do not have constitutional rights as this judge is implying here by saying you have to, you you can, or you have to inform them, looking for the language they used, unless the suspect is first informed of his or her rights and agrees to leave the country.
No. If you're here illegally, you get deported. If you don't belong here, you get sent home. You don't have constitutional rights, or your or rights aren't protected by The United States Constitution for you because you're not a citizen of The United States. The Constitution does not apply to every person in The United States Constitution does not apply to every person in the world. The United States constitution applies to to citizens of The United States. I mean, I think that's basic. When I went to the academy, that's what I learned.
Rights apply to citizens, not illegals, not illegal aliens. So this is just another activist judge inserting themselves into something that they have no business being inserted in. She wrote that the border patrol officers engaged in contact that viola violated well established constitutional rights. And, of course, the ACLU get got involved with all this and and, you know, it's it's a mess. Teresa Romero, the president of, the United Farm Workers said, quote, this order rightfully upholds the law. Border patrol can't just wait into communities snatching up hardworking people without due process just for being, catch this, just for being brown and working class. So now they're also bringing in the race card. So they're they're showing up to these places. Okay? So just to just to go by what she says, you know, you know, where was it?
Can't just wait into communities, snatching up hardworking people without due process. If they're here illegally if they're illegal aliens, yes, they can. Yes. They can. They are here in violation of US law. They can easily do that and legally do that. So, you know, the these activist judges are just way overstepping. Mike Lee stepped into this, and he said this. He said, it appears we have yet another judge, another judge problem, as US District Judge, Jennifer Thurston, has issued an order banning border patrol from arresting illegal aliens, quote, unless they have a warrant. Officers routinely arrest without an arrest warrant when they acquire probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
Eight US code thirteen fifty seven expressly authorizes border patrol to make warrantless arrests for immigration violations, particularly if the person is entering The US illegally. I cannot fathom the justification for a judicial order prohibiting the border patrol from arresting illegal aliens without a warrant. Well, that that kinda makes sense to me, doesn't it? You're here illegally. You're in violation of the law. That's your probable cause. Here's Fox News' pieces on it.

Alright. Another judicial pushback against president Trump's immigration crackdown. This comes after dozens were arrested in January during border patrol's operation return to sender, where agents rounded up people determined to have entered the who were determined to determined to have entered the country illegally. Yesterday, California district judge Jennifer Thurston demanded CBP agents cannot arrest suspected illegal migrants without a warrant or reason to believe the person is a flight risk before they can get one.

You see, I'm not the only one with a with a a problem with the language. Okay? And we we all get tongue tied from time to time. So to me, it's unbelievable that a judge can a district judge can usurp the authority granted to the executive branch under article two that can usurp the authority that's granted to the federal government regarding immigration and naturalization processes. It just I don't under I it just it just baffles me where they believe they get this authority from. And you could you could put the argument out there that that, you know, well, they're they're doing it knowing that they don't really don't have the authority to do it, and they're expecting it to get overturned. But it's just buying time for the for the illegal alien, for the criminal, to work their way through the system and get taxpayer funded lawyers and get taxpayer funded everything and disappear into the woodwork again while they're waiting for their next hearing.
So I I could I could see that angle of it also. But what I really think needs to have to has to what I what I really think that needs to happen is for Congress, who has the authority to do this under the constitution, under this document right here, Congress has the authority to defund you know how the left loves that word, defund, to defund the district court. Congress has that sole plenary authority. So they should that this is what they should be doing. Now Mike Johnson, speaker Johnson, said prior to them going on their extremely long vacation that that was a step that they were willing to take.
Well, speaker Johnson, when are you gonna take the step? These district courts need to be shut down, and then you can reestablish them. That's the purview of the congress. So what are we waiting for? Again, just another piece on this one. Fox News. California judge on Tuesday demanded border patrol agents allow people they think are living in The US illegally to stay in the country unless other authorities have a warrant or reason to believe the person may flee. No. It's not that they think they're here illegally. They are here illegally.
They're not scooping up people who are who have immigrated to The United States, have become citizens of The United States. They are scooping up people that are here illegally. So again, I just I don't I just don't understand it. I don't get it. Then here's another one. Another issue. Another judge. A federal judge on Wednesday, that would be today, barred the Department of Homeland Security from transferring illegal aliens to other agencies like the Department of Defense. US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump administration's DHS cannot transfer aliens to other agencies as a way to prevent them from receiving due process. Alright. Again. Again, I mean, this is basic law.
These people are letting their political bias get in the way of their judgment. Excuse me. I may have to put the, studio ACU, you know, because it's getting hot in here. These these activist judges are letting are getting are letting their, their their political bias biases get in the way of making the correct legal judgment. Due process. An illegal alien is not entitled to due process under the constitution of The United States. Why? Again, they're illegal. They're here illegally. Alright? I mean, how much more can you explain it? They're here illegally, so therefore, they're not entitled to the protections of the constitution. Here, a federal judge has barred DHS from transferring migrants to other agencies, and that's a copy of the order.
Highlighted in blue, it says, after taking custody, even alien defendants may not cede may not cede events defendants may not cede events and alien from receiving due process guarantees. Now if you remember last month, you had, you had, four Venezuelan gang members that were flown from, the US naval station in Guantanamo Bay in Cuba to El Salvador. And then last month, the same judge, judge Murphy, issued a, a, a temporary restraining order, and then he issued an injunction. Reuters reported a federal judge ordered the Trump administration on Wednesday to ensure migrants held at Guantanamo Bay are given a chance to raise any concerns about their safety before deporting them to El Salvador or other countries other than their places of origin. US District Judge Brian Murphy in Boston issued the order after immigrant rights activists argued the administration had violated a court order he issued by flying four Venezuelans held in The US Naval base in in Cuba to El Salvador on a flight conducted by the US Department of Defense. Murphy, in late March, had issued a temporary restraining order, which he later extended to an injunction restricting the Department of Homeland Security's ability to rapidly deport migrants to countries other than their own without allowing them to first raise concerns.
And if that was it, as if that was it, You had another judge. Another judge. A Boston Judge set to face a hearing for helping illegal migrant slip out of court to avoid ICE agents in 02/2018. A possible brutal punishment is looming for yet another judge accused of helping an illegal I mean, I mean, folks, come on. If this doesn't put a lack of faith and trust in the judicial system, I don't I don't know what else would. A possible brutal punishment is looming for yet another judge accused of helping an illegal alien escape according to a new report. In just the past few days, an ex judge in New Mexico and his wife, were arrested for harboring illegal aliens. Alright? That was, former judge Joel Kano.
And a Wisconsin judge, that was judge Dugan, was suspended from her duties and arrested for enabling an illegal alien criminal to avoid arrest by waiting ICE agents. Now a Daily Mail report reveals a hearing is scheduled for a Boston Judge being paid more than $200,000 a year by taxpayers who was accused of letting a twice deported illegal immigrant slip out of a side door of her courtroom to avoid ICE agents. The report said that Shelly Joseph, being paid to be a Boston Municipal Court judge, is facing removal from the bench when a hearing is held on June 9 over the April 2018 stunt.
She's been accused of allowing Joe Jose Medina Perez, an illegal immigrant originally from The Dominican Republic, walk out a backdoor of the Newton District County Courthouse to avoid getting arrested by ICE agents on on duty. She was indicted by former US attorney, Andrew Lelling, but those charges were dropped when she agreed to refer herself to Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct and that organization, in a report called called Scathing determined she committed willful judicial misconduct. She further failed to cooperate, and, and be candid and be she failed to cooperate and be candid and honest with investigators.
So here's the face of a person who helped an illegal alien evade ICE and then being indicted for judicial miscon misconduct. Do you kinda regret what you did now? Medina Perez was, arrested for drug possession and being a fugitive from justice when he went to the Newton County District Court on 04/02/2018. The commission found Joseph, that the commission found that Joseph found out that ICE agents were on hand and had a civil immigration detainer to take custody of the illegal alien. The defense attorney from Dina Perez allegedly colluded with the trial court officer to let this client sneak out a sally port door in the lockup downstairs to avoid the ICE agents, the commissioners said, according to the report.

And you say that you believe, as the attorney general, that the person that they were having living at their home was a truly potentially bad individual.

They get a tip that he is living with a judge and the judge's wife. So they have him arrested first on immigration charges. A judge, Damian Martinez, releases him saying that judge Kano has a good BS meter and wouldn't let just anyone live on his property.

I mean, when you look at the associations with this violent Venezuelan gang, Trende Aragua, and this person that they harbored in their home, he was showing signs through clothing, we are told, tattoos. So judge Kano, soon to be former judge Kano, got, he got his charges were just unsealed. He's charged with obstruction. He is charged he admitted post Miranda. He took one of the TDA member's cell phone, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked to the pieces to a city dumpster Wow. To dispose of it to protect him. The wife also is charged with destroying evidence. Sandra, not only that, this TDA member and and he had on a necklace that said kill something about death. He had tattoos all over him. He also had on his cell phone pictures of two decapitated victims.
Two victims decapitated, gruesome photos, and he was sending them she was sending back, say, hey. You need to be careful. You shouldn't be sending these. You shouldn't be texting these photos out. Not not only that, these two the judge and his wife gave him assault rifles that belong to their daughter. That's what they're charged with. In the in the criminal report affidavit, he goes to a shooting range with these assault rifles, with a suppressor, with other known TDA members in their shooting. This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them. Let let me, if I could, madam, attorney general, come back to the Wisconsin case and the judge Hannah Dugan.

Because in allegedly letting the perpetrator and the attorney out through a non public exit and allowed them to get out in front of the building. We had a situation where we've seen that I know Tom Homan was complaining about in Colorado, where there would be no transfer of a defendant from a jail to ICE custody on a detainer request in in a way that was orderly and protected public safety. They would dump them off in a parking lot, and then ICE would have to chase them around with the DEA or whatever or FBI and pick them up. This ended up in a foot chase in in in public, site. It says here a foot chase ensued, the agents, and this was a DEA agent and FBI agent pursued Florida Flores Ruiz for the entire length of the courthouse, ultimately apprehended him near the intersection of West State Street and Tenth Street. So the judge apparently has created a situation here where you have a public foot chase, and we all know that while sometimes they can be they can come off without incident, they can also turn into very dangerous situations.

And, one of the things that I love about what this administration is doing is the transparency that that that's that's there.
I don't recall seeing very many cabinet meetings televised with the previous administration. And, of course, we know why because Joe Biden really wasn't running anything. It was the, the auto pen that ran everything, and it was Jill Biden that ran pretty much everything as far as I think. I it's my opinion. But today, at at, at president Trump's cabinet meeting and and these are great. I've I've watched several of them, and I'm not gonna sit there and confess that I've watched every single one, you know, the entire length of one, I should say. I watch bits and pieces of it. I check-in when I can.
But, but today, Marco Rubio and I and I gotta I gotta say this. Marco Rubio, man, has really come a long way. I mean, he is I I I personally think that he's been watching president Trump, and, he's learned a lot from president Trump and the way the president handles situations in the press. And, and, I think he's come so very so far. I mean, this is not the same Marco Rubio that ran for president against Donald Trump back in 2016. This this guy has grown up into this role. And, you know, someone has said that, you know, he he he should get the, you know, most improved player award. Oh, by far. I mean, he has come so far in this. I mean, I I am thoroughly impressed with what he's been doing. But today, Marco Rubio made an announcement at the cabinet meeting that it was it was it was a bombshell announcement, and it was it's something that should that should scare every single conservative in this country.

300,000 children. According to, an August 2024 report from the Department of Homeland Security, more than 320,000 unaccompanied minors entered the country and were lost by the Biden administration. Seoul estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10,000,000,000 yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. On the geopolitical side, the technology's potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions of the world at the expense of other regions could trigger sharp opposition by some nations.
Others might seize on SAI's benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI and other geoengineering initiatives. This is, Van Jones, Democratic strategist, I guess, from LifeZette. So on Monday, so Van Jones, Dems have nothing other than outrage against Trump and Musk. So, on Monday, it's broadcast of CNN's Laura Coates live, CNN political commentator and former Obama adviser Van Jones discussed the current challenges facing the Democratic party, acknowledging that Democrats have yet to define a clear political platform beyond opposing Donald Trump and Elon Musk. He went on to say he praised JB Spritzker JB Pritzker for speaking out, you know, the more violent rhetoric from the left.
But, Jones emphasized the need for Democrats to not only sound the alarm, but also present solutions. He said you need two things, fire alarm and you need to you need a fire station. A fire alarm is somebody that can raise a concern, in an appropriate way, and then he turned to what he described as missing piece of the then he turned to what he described as a missing piece in the Democratic party's current messaging. The opposition is important. So but what is the proposition? So let's take a look at this clip here.

Well, Laura, my my first reaction, as you can imagine, is where was governor Pritzker and so many others, that are running to the fire right now, in 2023, when I tried so hard to encourage him very specifically and others to enter the Democratic primary, introduce a new generation of Democrats to America, and most importantly, salvage an election that absolutely was winnable. So it is a little difficult for me to watch governor Pritzker and so many others who knew better, who know better, who sun suddenly, I think, have placed self preservation over a principle, and it's disconcerting. I think that is what Americans should be more concerned about than anything else. Litigating the past doesn't usually serve any purpose, but it is difficult to watch. And I think all energies right now should be spent mobilizing, energizing, and listening to the broad swaths of Americans who do not believe in the Democratic Party anymore.
That's how I believe we should be acting. It should be in every small town in America introducing, welcoming, inviting, and not

That said, I I applaud, governor Pritzker. We do need people to stand up and we do need people to try to raise the stakes, you know. Most people are sheeple. They're gonna look around and try to figure out what they're supposed to do. And if everybody's kinda calmly, you know, wringing their hands and most people won't move. You need but you need two things. You need a fire alarm and you need a fire station. A fire alarm is somebody who can raise the concern level in an appropriate way. We also need a fire station. Who's gonna put out this fire?
The opposition is important. What's the proposition? What what are Democrats offering, besides, you know, outrage to Donald Trump and Elon Musk? That has to be worked out. But look, I think, I I think governor Pritzker, is is responding to the base, that it feels every day, every story is another assault on our democratic rights, on our courts, babies getting deported. And by the way, Honan got on there, I just have to say this, and said that, you know, the mamas said it was okay to deport the babies. That's not true. Those moms were trying to coordinate with the with the dads, and were not allowed to. And so these people, you know, lie, divide, distract, we do and we need our governors to stand up from the way that Pritzker is doing. I was thinking to one counsel for one of those women later on

I don't know what it's gonna take. I don't know what kind of op I don't know I don't know what kind of propositions they're gonna come up with that's gonna please that lunatic base that they have now, that woke base that they have now.
The only thing that's gonna appease them is to go further to the left. But I think the country made it abundantly clear in this last election that they're not looking to go that way. They want a more centrist right. I would like to see a more conservative right, but they're looking for that centrist right, not the far fringe. So who knows? Today, it hit a hundred and two degrees here in Eagle Pass. That's crazy. And it's not even really summer yet. So, it was, it was it was interesting day. Interesting day. So some really great things took place right before, we started the show tonight. You know, of course, you know, Trump is celebrating his, his 100 in office, and, a lot of a lot of really fantastic things took place. But, you definitely need to pay attention to what's going on in the news because there are so many things so many things going on that are gonna end up benefiting The United States and you individually as we go forward. And we're gonna talk about a lot of that stuff. Like, this this deal with the, with with Ukraine, dealing with rare earth minerals, this is big for the for The United States. This is and and it's big for Ukraine as well.
So, we're gonna get into that here in just a minute. Let's just, queue up our our stuff for it. Here we go. Breaking news. US and Ukraine signed critical minerals and reconstruction deal. Treasury secretary Scott Besen on Wednesday, that would be today, announced that The United States and Ukraine have signed the long anticipated minerals deal through the creation of a reconstruction investment fund. The two countries have been trying to work out the deal since February, which would give The US access to mineral riches in Ukraine in exchange for funding the country during its war with Russia. Besant sent Besant said that the economic partnership positioned the two countries to work collaboratively to ensure mutual assets, talents, and capabilities can speed up Ukraine's economic recovery.
So that is great news for The United States. It's great news for Ukraine. And, in a way, this is how Ukraine is gonna pay us back for for all the, materials, weapons that we have been sending them and the money that we'd been sending them, under the under the previous administration. And, and and still kinda lingered into this administration as well based on, you know, deals that were made under the previous. So this is great news, and it's really exciting. And I'm you know, like I said, it came up right before we went out to the onto the show. So, I wanted to make sure I brought that up to you. Alright.
Let's see here. There's another piece on, Gateway Pundit, US Ukraine signed rare earth metals agreement. Let's see if there's anything different in here. Donald Trump said, we're telling Ukraine that they have very value very valuable rare earth. We want that We want what we put up to go in terms of a guarantee. We want a guarantee. We're handing them money hand over fist. We're giving them equipment. The European Union is not keeping up with us. They should equalize, and, and so on. So this is, again, really great news, and we're very happy that this this took place today. Alright. Also, something else that broke, right before we got onto the show. Here was, HHS under, Robert Kennedy junior is going to reexamine a massive massive 800 I'm sorry. $89,000,000,000 contract that was awarded to a California nonprofit.
Justin News reported, the Department of Health and Human Services is reportedly reconsidering a massive contract to the National Cancer Institute, a massive contract the National Cancer Institute awarded to a California nonprofit in January to operate a cancer research lab in Maryland. The $89,000,000,000 award was given to the Alliance for Advancing Biomedical Research on January 17, just three days before former president Joe Biden left office. The nonprofit is also considered untested because it has not received or spent a penny since its inception in 02/2022. That's kinda suspicious, don't you think?
You've been around since 02/2022 and you and you haven't spent a penny on any kind of research? Haven't received anything since 02/2022? That's kinda suspicious. And I think they're right for investigating this and and kind of rethinking this whole thing. That's $89,000,000,000. That's a lot of money. That's a lot of money. HHS notified the government accountability office of the GAO earlier this month that it is reevaluating all of the original bids for the contract, which means it could give the money to another company. The organization is also tied to the University of California system, which senate judiciary chairman Chuck Grassley has accused of using 40% of its federal funding for administrative purposes and criticized for allegedly being vulnerable to China.
Grassley told the, free beacon it's outrageous. Biden's NIH shoved nearly $90,000,000,000 contract out the door just days before president Trump returned to office. Even worse, the money would have flowed into an organization that can't clearly protect itself from adversaries like China. I'm very glad HHS heeded my calls to reverse course and is now reevaluating its initial proposal. So another another, money saving, cost saving, move by this administration. So more good news. Alright. Let's see. Where are we here? This over just a little bit.
Alright. Now into the, the stuff that we pulled for today. So, we're gonna spend some time tonight talking about these rogue judges. I don't know. Maybe you're tired of hearing about it. I don't know. I'm not. Not yet. And the reason why I'm not tired of hearing about it yet is mostly because, I'm I'm happy to see that that the this administration is actually taking action on these rogue judges, and that they're not just, you know, just going along with these ridiculous, overreaching orders that these judges are coming down with. And then on top of those, you also have the judges like, this judge, former well, soon to be former judge, we we think, up in Wisconsin, Dugan, which we'll get into in just a few minutes. But, I wanna start off here with, this, this district judge in, in California, throws up major roadblocks for border patrol agents in California.
Alright. Now this is ridiculous when I read this to you. Alright. This is from The Blaze. California federal judge on Tuesday, yesterday, threw up major roadblocks for border patrol agents seeking to deport illegal aliens. US District Judge, Jennifer Thurston, issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting customs and border protection officers from arresting I'll get it one day. Customs and border protection officers from arresting suspected illegal aliens without a warrant unless agents believe unless agents have a reason to believe the suspect might flee before a warrant can be issued. The judge also excuse me. The judge also ruled that officers cannot stop suspected illegal immigrants without reasonable suspicion.
Additionally, border patrol is barred from deporting an individual via voluntary departure unless the suspect is first informed of his or her right of his or her rights and agrees to leave the country. Thurston's order applies only to federal agents in the Eastern District Of California. Okay. So let's just unpack just a a little bit here. Alright. Well, first of all, if you sorry. There we go. I had to change the I have one of those angled XLR plugs on here, and something happened to it. I I think I may have gone over it, but the vacuum damaged it. So I had to put a regular one on here, and it's a little longer. So I keep I keep knocking into it. Sorry. So so let's let's unpack some of this here. First of all, if you are here illegally, I think you have reasonable suspicion already. Okay?
First of all, the the border patrol, they're not just randomly stopping people on the street and, and questioning people about their immigration status. They they know who they're looking for. Alright? They're given the information through immigration services. So they know who they're looking for. It's not a mystery. So right there, you already have your probable cause. This person either did not show up to a hearing. This person did not show up to a, to, or or or this person's visas expired, and they haven't they've disappeared into the into the woodwork, and they've not shown up to anything. That is reasonable suspicion. That's that's your probable cause right there. And then another thing that I wanted to point out too is that if you are not a citizen of The United States, you do not have constitutional rights as this judge is implying here by saying you have to, you you can, or you have to inform them, looking for the language they used, unless the suspect is first informed of his or her rights and agrees to leave the country.
No. If you're here illegally, you get deported. If you don't belong here, you get sent home. You don't have constitutional rights, or your or rights aren't protected by The United States Constitution for you because you're not a citizen of The United States. And you could you could put the argument out there that that, you know, well, they're they're doing it knowing that they don't really don't have the authority to do it, and they're expecting it to get overturned. California judge on Tuesday demanded border patrol agents allow people they think are living in The US illegally to stay in the country unless other authorities have a warrant or reason to believe the person may flee. No. It's not that they think they're here illegally. They are here illegally.
They're not scooping up people who are who have immigrated to The United States, have become citizens of The United States. They are scooping up people that are here illegally. A federal judge on Wednesday, that would be today, barred the Department of Homeland Security from transferring illegal aliens to other agencies like the Department of Defense. US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump administration's DHS cannot transfer aliens to other agencies as a way to prevent them from receiving due process. Alright. Again. Again, I mean, this is basic law.
These people are letting their political bias get in the way of their judgment. Excuse me. I may have to put the, studio ACU, you know, because it's getting hot in here. These these activist judges are letting are getting are letting their, their their political bias biases get in the way of making the correct legal judgment. Due process. They're here illegally, so therefore, they're not entitled to the protections of the constitution. Reuters reported a federal judge ordered the Trump administration on Wednesday to ensure migrants held at Guantanamo Bay are given a chance to raise any concerns about their safety before deporting them to El Salvador or other countries other than their places of origin. US District Judge Brian Murphy in Boston issued the order after immigrant rights activists argued the administration had violated a court order he issued by flying four Venezuelans held in The US Naval base in in Cuba to El Salvador on a flight conducted by the US Department of Defense. Murphy, in late March, had issued a temporary restraining order, which he later extended to an injunction restricting the Department of Homeland Security's ability to rapidly deport migrants to countries other than their own without allowing them to first raise concerns.

If this doesn't put a lack of faith and trust in the judicial system, I don't I don't know what else would. In just the past few days, an ex judge in New Mexico and his wife, were arrested for harboring illegal aliens. Alright? That was, former judge Joel Kano.
And a Wisconsin judge, that was judge Dugan, was suspended from her duties and arrested for enabling an illegal alien criminal to avoid arrest by waiting ICE agents. Now a Daily Mail report reveals a hearing is scheduled for a Boston Judge being paid more than $200,000 a year by taxpayers who was accused of letting a twice deported illegal immigrant slip out of a side door of her courtroom to avoid ICE agents. The report said that Shelly Joseph, being paid to be a Boston Municipal Court judge, is facing removal from the bench when a hearing is held on June 9 over the April 2018 stunt.
She's been accused of allowing Joe Jose Medina Perez, an illegal immigrant originally from The Dominican Republic, walk out a backdoor of the Newton District County Courthouse to avoid getting arrested by ICE agents on on duty. She was indicted by former US attorney, Andrew Lelling, but those charges were dropped when she agreed to refer herself to Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct and that organization, in a report called called Scathing determined she committed willful judicial misconduct. She further failed to cooperate, and, and be candid and be she failed to cooperate and be candid and honest with investigators.
So here's the face of a person who helped an illegal alien evade ICE and then being indicted for judicial miscon misconduct. Do you kinda regret what you did now? Medina Perez was, arrested for drug possession and being a fugitive from justice when he went to the Newton County District Court on 04/02/2018. The commission found Joseph, that the commission found that Joseph found out that ICE agents were on hand and had a civil immigration detainer to take custody of the illegal alien. The defense attorney from Dina Perez allegedly colluded with the trial court officer to let this client sneak out a sally port door in the lockup downstairs to avoid the ICE agents, the commissioners said, according to the report.

The wife also is charged with destroying evidence. Sandra, not only that, this TDA member and and he had on a necklace that said kill something about death. He had tattoos all over him. He also had on his cell phone pictures of two decapitated victims.
Two victims decapitated, gruesome photos, and he was sending them she was sending back, say, hey. You need to be careful. You shouldn't be sending these. You shouldn't be texting these photos out. Not not only that, these two the judge and his wife gave him assault rifles that belong to their daughter. That's what they're charged with. In the in the criminal report affidavit, he goes to a shooting range with these assault rifles, with a suppressor, with other known TDA members in their shooting. This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them. They would dump them off in a parking lot, and then ICE would have to chase them around with the DEA or whatever or FBI and pick them up. This ended up in a foot chase in in in public, site. It says here a foot chase ensued, the agents, and this was a DEA agent and FBI agent pursued Florida Flores Ruiz for the entire length of the courthouse, ultimately apprehended him near the intersection of West State Street and Tenth Street. So the judge apparently has created a situation here where you have a public foot chase, and we all know that while sometimes they can be they can come off without incident, they can also turn into very dangerous situations.

It was the, the auto pen that ran everything, and it was Jill Biden that ran pretty much everything as far as I think. I it's my opinion. But today, at at, at president Trump's cabinet meeting and and these are great. I've I've watched several of them, and I'm not gonna sit there and confess that I've watched every single one, you know, the entire length of one, I should say. I watch bits and pieces of it. I check-in when I can.
But, but today, Marco Rubio and I and I gotta I gotta say this. Marco Rubio, man, has really come a long way. I mean, he is I I I personally think that he's been watching president Trump, and, he's learned a lot from president Trump and the way the president handles situations in the press. And, and, I think he's come so very so far. I mean, this is not the same Marco Rubio that ran for president against Donald Trump back in 2016. This this guy has grown up into this role. And, you know, someone has said that, you know, he he he should get the, you know, most improved player award. Oh, by far. I mean, he has come so far in this. I mean, I I am thoroughly impressed with what he's been doing. But today, Marco Rubio made an announcement at the cabinet meeting that it was it was it was a bombshell announcement, and it was it's something that should that should scare every single conservative in this country.

You look how fast they found, you know, people that were involved with January 6. How come we can't find the people that are involved with this? 300,000 children. According to, an August 2024 report from the Department of Homeland Security, more than 320,000 unaccompanied minors entered the country and were lost by the Biden administration. Oh my god. These children, the majority of whom were not issued court dates or placed into removal proceedings, simply vanished. Just vanished. Gone. Over 32,000 children who were given court dates failed to appear and are still missing. Folks, this isn't this isn't a bureaucratic paper filing mistake. This is this is an organized government facilitated disaster.

Its scientists are testing that technology by spewing calcium carbonate dust into the atmosphere.

Bill Gates is backing the first high altitude experiment of one radical climate change solution, creating a massive chemical cloud that could cool the Earth. It's called solar geoengineering, and it's highly controversial. It would look something like this. It would create a thin chemical cloud of those particles around the whole planet, blocking some sunlight from reaching the surface. It would mimic a giant volcanic eruption, which we know cools the earth.

I mean, basically everything. I mean, when I first heard about this, many of over two decades ago, this was a thought experiment. But this is real. They're really trying to do this. They've they've encountered opposition every step of the way. I've co authored, articles with the with the Harvard investigator. We've told him personally this is a terrible idea. The vast majority of scientists disagree with this. You have to remember what they're proposing to do is identical to what we feared would occur after nuclear war in the nineteen eighties, which is nuclear winter. The idea is that you cool the planet deliberately. The effects on crops are completely unknown.
They call this an experiment, but they know that there is no way to figure out what the large scale planetary effects of this kind of thing would be. It's grossly irresponsible. They know for a fact that they will never get international agreement on this. So they're basically buys the idea, make us comfortable with an idea that should make us extremely uncomfortable.

Another example is the array of technologies, often referred to collectively as geoengineering, that potentially could help reverse global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do. An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. Seoul estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10,000,000,000 yearly.
As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. On the geopolitical side, the technology's potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions of the world at the expense of other regions could trigger sharp opposition by some nations.
Others might seize on SAI's benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. And as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI and other geoengineering initiatives. Now I could go on and on and on and on about the things that fascinate me, but rather than talk about them, I thought I'd stop here and start the conversation with Judy, and then I can take some of your quest

So, on Monday, it's broadcast of CNN's Laura Coates live, CNN political commentator and former Obama adviser Van Jones discussed the current challenges facing the Democratic party, acknowledging that Democrats have yet to define a clear political platform beyond opposing Donald Trump and Elon Musk. He went on to say he praised JB Spritzker JB Pritzker for speaking out, you know, the more violent rhetoric from the left.
But, Jones emphasized the need for Democrats to not only sound the alarm, but also present solutions. He said you need two things, fire alarm and you need to you need a fire station. A fire alarm is somebody that can raise a concern, in an appropriate way, and then he turned to what he described as missing piece of the then he turned to what he described as a missing piece in the Democratic party's current messaging. Well, Laura, my my first reaction, as you can imagine, is where was governor Pritzker and so many others, that are running to the fire right now, in 2023, when I tried so hard to encourage him very specifically and others to enter the Democratic primary, introduce a new generation of Democrats to America, and most importantly, salvage an election that absolutely was winnable. So it is a little difficult for me to watch governor Pritzker and so many others who knew better, who know better, who sun suddenly, I think, have placed self preservation over a principle, and it's disconcerting. I think that is what Americans should be more concerned about than anything else. Litigating the past doesn't usually serve any purpose, but it is difficult to watch. And I think all energies right now should be spent mobilizing, energizing, and listening to the broad swaths of Americans who do not believe in the Democratic Party anymore.
That's how I believe we should be acting. It should be in every small town in America introducing, welcoming, inviting, and not

That said, I I applaud, governor Pritzker. We do need people to stand up and we do need people to try to raise the stakes, you know. Most people are sheeple. They're gonna look around and try to figure out what they're supposed to do. And if everybody's kinda calmly, you know, wringing their hands and most people won't move. You need but you need two things. You need a fire alarm and you need a fire station. A fire alarm is somebody who can raise the concern level in an appropriate way. We also need a fire station. Who's gonna put out this fire?
The opposition is important. What's the proposition? What what are Democrats offering, besides, you know, outrage to Donald Trump and Elon Musk? That has to be worked out. But look, I think, I I think governor Pritzker, is is responding to the base, that it feels every day, every story is another assault on our democratic rights, on our courts, babies getting deported. And by the way, Honan got on there, I just have to say this, and said that, you know, the mamas said it was okay to deport the babies. That's not true. Those moms were trying to coordinate with the with the dads, and were not allowed to. And so these people, you know, lie, divide, distract, we do and we need our governors to stand up from the way that Pritzker is doing. I was thinking to one counsel for one of those women later on
