This is Joe Rusciello, and we are coming to you live tonight tonight from the Asylum Studios broadcasting from the pimple on the backside of Texas, the beautiful city of Eagle Pass. And we are going to do the best we can to bring you the best quality political talk radio we could muster without all the bluster. This is the podcast. Alright. Well, folks, happy Monday. Great to be with you. We had a little bit of a long weekend this weekend. We took off on Friday and, had a nice relaxing weekend. I hope you guys did too. And I hope you were looking forward to, this week coming.
So got a lot of stuff to cover today. I think we pulled over 20 articles, to look through. I don't think we're gonna get through all of them. I don't think we're gonna need to get through all of them. I think some of most of them are pretty much all tied together, but we'll get to that. Got a bunch of audio a a bunch of video, a bunch of, overlays and clips and graphics and all that fancy, schmancy jargon, stuff that you don't really care about. So we we're gonna get to that here just momentarily, but just hope you guys had a good weekend, man. I you know, we'd really needed to take, a little bit extra time this weekend. Had a a lot of things going on and got a lot of things accomplished even though that it was a, see, I like it more here. Right? That better?
Or should we do it this way? I have the attention span of a squirrel, as you could tell. Right? Is that good? Yeah? Okay. There we go. That's the baby right there. So, so so yeah. So we just needed to take some extra time this weekend, so we took off Friday. And, the one thing I do wanna ask you though is, were you able to check out the show we did with Bobby Gray talking about TEXID coin? That was man, I I really enjoyed that conversation with Bobby, and, we're looking forward to getting him on the show again. And, you you know, we're talking about a few things, that we're gonna be working with on together.
And, so, I'm really excited about that and, looking forward to seeing where all that can potentially lead to. But, man, it was a great show. I I I thought it was a great show. I mean, it was it was really because I don't know really much of anything about cryptos, and they confuse me. And, you know, I tried playing around with it for a little bit, and I ended up losing quite a bit. And, but, you know, it's it's it's what it is. And, so I I'm a little skeptical, I guess, you could say about crypto stuff, but, you know, I I kinda liked what Bobby had to say and looking over the website and, checking out TEXID coin, which, if you're interested in in looking for it, on the, on the blockchain, if that's what they call it, I think that's what they call it. Alright. You don't wanna hear about that. I know. I know. Alright. Well, like I said, a lot of stuff going on. A lot of crazy things going on. One of the probably more interesting things that I that that I came across over the weekend was, this this story about, well, we talked about a little bit last week too. We talked about the New Mexico judge that was, that was, I like using the word harboring. It was harboring a a TDA member at his home providing him with, ammunition, providing, guns, suppressors, taking them out to shooting ranges, and all that great stuff. Right?
So, we heard about that last week, and and that that came as a shock. Well, of course, you know, he was arrested and is now former judge. Well, up there in in in Wakadu, Wisconsin, you had another judge another judge interfere with a federal operation and try to, obstruct, I guess, is the word. Obstruct the, the ICE agents from affecting an arrest. Now, of course, the interesting part of this whole thing was that this actually happened in the courtroom, and, this judge, apparently, Hannah Dugan, She helped, a previously deported legal alien escape from immigration and customs enforcement, during the illegal's appearance in a court, and she's been charged with two felonies. And then you also had, the, again, the the judge from New Mexico.
And apparently, this this, this judge showed the illegal alien and his attorney the exit door after having them come to her chambers when she after she found out that the ICE agents were there, waiting to arrest, this individual, who, by the way, was in court for assault and battery, and, actually had the family members of the, of of this individual willing to testify and, and see him get locked up and cooperate with law enforcement on this. So she actually opened the door for these guys and and let them out. So it's very, very, very interesting things. So this is a a Milwaukee Circuit Judge, Hannah Dugan.
She was arrested, with two felonies in this ICE case in this particular ICE case. Let me pull that up for you here. I'll show you what I'm talking about. So this is, Molly Beck, on on x. So this, Milwaukee County Circuit District Judge Hannah Dugan arrested, charged with two felonies in ICE case. And according to the new American, Dugan's legal troubles began when she unwisely helped a Mexican illegal Eduardo Flores Ruiz slip away from ICE agents last week. She was in court on three counts of misdemeanor battery, for a fight with a roommate in which Flores Ruiz punched someone 30 times then struck a woman who tried to break up the fight. The Mexican miscreant was in court for a pretrial hearing.
The, that was reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Sources told according to the newspaper, sources told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that Dugan directed the ICE agents to chief judge Carl Ashley's office. During that time, sources said Dugan allowed the defendant to leave the courtroom through a side door down a private hallway into a public area. But, apparently, that that didn't exactly tell the entire story. It didn't tell the whole truth. So, as usual, attorney general Pam Bondi, took to Fox News to, to explain what has actually happened.

And to set the stage for you and Sandra, this this was truly horrific. This guy was in court being prosecuted by a state prosecutor for domestic violence battery. He had beat up two people, a guy and a girl, beat the guy hit the guy 30 times, knocked him to the ground, choked him, beat up a woman so badly they both had to go to the hospital. And, John, you know, it's so rare for victims to wanna cooperate. They wanted to cooperate. They were sitting in the courtroom with the state prosecutor. The judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy because he had been deported in 2013, came back in our country, commits these crimes, charged with committing these crimes, victims in court. Judge finds out. She goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers. She's furious, visibly shaken, upset, sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom.
Who can believe this? Takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out of private exit, and tells them to leave while a state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom.

Sitting in the courtroom. So, Pam Bonney explained it very well that, you know, this judge misdirects the ICE agents in order to see these this, this individual escape their, their custody. So this is the so now you also have, judge Kano over in, New Mexico. Alright? And this is a really disturbing trend if you really, if you really think about it. And, once again, here's here's Pam Bondi, talking about, judge the the situation with judge Kano, just to just to remind you of what we talked about last week. I mean, when you look at the associations

with this violent Venezuelan gang, Trende Aragua, and this person that they harbored in their home, he was showing signs through clothing, we are told, tattoos. There was evidence through voice messages and text messages of his association to TDA. So what charges will Kano and his wife face, if any?

So judge Kano, soon to be former judge Kano, got, he got his charges were just unsealed. He's charged with obstruction. He is charged he admitted post Miranda. He took one of the TDA member's cell phones himself, took took it, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked to the pieces to a city dumpster Wow. To dispose of it to protect him. The wife also is charged with destroying evidence. Sandra, not only that, this TDA member and and he had on a necklace that said kill something about death. He had tattoos all over him. He also had on his cell phone pictures of two decapitated victims.
Two victims decapitated gruesome photos, and he was sending them out. And and whoever he was sending them to was sending back, say, hey. You need to be careful. You shouldn't be sending these. You shouldn't be texting these photos out. Not not only that, these two the judge and his wife gave him assault assault rifles that belong to their daughter. That's what they're charged with. In the in the criminal report affidavit, he goes to a shooting range with these assault rifles, with a suppressor, with other known TDA members in their shooting. This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them.

Now on Monday, that would be today, Tom Homan, the border czar, was at the White House speaking to reporters, and, he and and he warned public officials harboring illegal aliens, will continue to be arrested and charged, by federal authorities. This is, from Tom Homan's press conference today. Okay. This is from Tom Homan at his press conference today.

Look. We just, arrested the judge, Pam Bonney, for impeding, ICE enforcement removers. I said from day one, you don't have to support, ICE's operations. You can support sanctuary cities if that's what you desire to do. Sanctuary cities, you can stand aside and watch ICE keep their community safe because any public official, whether your mayor, city councilman, or governor, their number one responsibility is protection of communities. And ICE has been clear, we're targeting public safety threats and national security threats. I can't believe there's any elected official, and especially a judge, that doesn't believe we should be doing that and they should be helping us.
But I said from day one, you can sit aside and watch. You can you can argue against us all you want and protest all you want, but when you cross that line I've said this a thousand times. When you cross that line to impeachment or knowingly harboring concealing an illegal alien human rights, you will be prosecuted. Judge or not. And the

Now just I just want you to think about one thing. Alright. Let let's just go back to judge Kano, former judge Kano. This judge admitted and it's insane when you think about it. He the this judge admitted to taking evidence, the, the, TDA member's cell phone and destroying it. Basically, destroying evidence destroying evidence of murders. Right? Each, AG Bondi mentioned, the two decapitated, bodies, the photos of those. Gave them weapons with suppressors. And, you know, at this point, who knows what else? Folks, I don't I don't I don't understand what the love affair that the left has with illegal aliens.
And look. Let's let's be honest. I mean, I think the term illegal immigrant is not fully accurate. They are aliens. They don't belong here. They cross into this country illegally. They don't belong here, so they're illegal aliens, and I think we should start using that more than, migrants or illegal immigrants. It's because because there's a difference between a legal immigrant and an illegal immigrant. There's a difference between coming here the right way and coming here the wrong way, and we're talking about people who are coming here the wrong way. We're talking about people who are coming here sneaking into the country, which, by the way, I should say this, the border is 99.9% secure.
I'm you know, of course, there are some places that, you know, people are still able to cross over to, but border crossings have plummeted. Illegal border crossings have plummeted. It's, like, 99 something percent. So the president's policy on the border's working. The deportation policies and the war on the cartels is gonna continue, and the left is gonna do whatever they can to try to stop this. Why? They're protecting their they're protecting their their constituents. They're protecting their future votes. Because ultimately, what the left wants to do is they want one party rule. Alright? And they want that one party rule to be the left. They wanna take this country into a socialist, hell.
Despite the fact that every socialist government that you see is a failure, that's what they wanna bring here. And the way they're gonna do that is through one party rule, and the way they can do that because Democrats can't win an election without cheating. Alright? They can't win an election, honestly. So they need to bring in illegals. That's why you see them fighting for them to be able to vote in our elections. That's, I guess, that's what the love affair is with with and and this administration is doing everything it possibly can to ensure that that doesn't happen.
At that same, press conference, one of the, one of the reporters in the room asked Tom Homan if he was ever gonna retire. Alright. I guess that clip's not working.

I I I don't know why. It's sick. It's the worst crime in the world when you when you sexually assault a child. I mean, the most innocent of us all. That's why I made a statement that that one time was gonna go to Boston, bring hell with me. And the media went crazy at time. Homestays went from Boston, bring hell with them. I was gonna bring hell to illegal aliens that raped children. There's not more of a heinous crime. And as you can see, the amount of child rapists we've arrested under this administration, that could have been arrested under Biden administration. They were out there. They had their final orders. They were out there, but they didn't go look for them.
They're too busy releasing millions of illegal animals in this country, and the numbers prove it. Their their their removal numbers of criminals was the lowest I just had the lowest number of removals in the history of ICE under Joe. At the same time, we had historic illegal immigration on board. ICE had the lowest numbers in the history of the agency. That shows a difference between two administration. We're looking for every one of them. People wanna know, okay, when am I gonna retire for the third time? I'll retire when every public safety threat, national security threat, child rapist eradicate from this country. That's when I'll rest.

He is is absolutely right. The most heinous act is against children, and that's what's been running around this country. That's what the Biden administration and the Harris administration, the borders are Harris, allowed to pour into this country. Violent criminals, rapists, child rapists. And all of this could have been taken care of under the Biden administration, but they didn't want to. They want the instability. It just goes with the globalist agenda. They want the instability. They wanna see the they wanna see The United States fall. Because once The United States falls, the rest of the world goes with it.
That's how dependent the rest of the world is on The United States. But, I'm gonna share this screen here with you, because I did not pull this clip. And, let me see if I can get this. So, Tom Homan, again, at the same press conference, he says, you know, the the deportations are moving at full speed, that the the entire catch and release system is done, and, they're doing what it is that they're supposed to be doing under the law. And then he goes into some statistics here and, and and so I wanna, I wanna, just show this to you for a moment.
So I'm gonna screen share this because like I said, I didn't pull this audio this video out. So just let me do that, and there we go. Alright. So I'm sure you all see that.

Here it is. Last time I was a guy was a 39,000 deportation. Am I happy with the numbers? Numbers are good, especially if you look at the ICE numbers. The ICE the ICE arrest removals are far beyond Biden. But I read the media. Oh, ICE. The deportations are behind Biden administration. Well, why? Because they count a border removals. We don't have 10,500,000 people crossing the border. We don't have border removals. So Joe Biden could have deported 5% of his encounters, and numbers will still be higher than us on the border removals because we have a secure border, the most secure border in the history of this nation. Compare apples to apples, ICE arrest and deportations are far more than Joe Biden. That's right.

So he explained, why according to this Blaze Media, Homan explained the reason why the Biden Harris administration released millions of illegal immigrants into The United States. So yet again, another promise made, promise kept. Now, also on Monday, that would be today, Donald Trump signed an executive order that will direct his administration to compile a list of sanctuary cities that are in violation of federal immigration laws. So folks, the administration is is not taking this lightly. They're not taking the immigration situation lightly, the illegal immigration situation lightly. Alright? They are pulling out every stop they can possibly pull out to to to to get this under control, and, and and here it is.
President Trump will sign an executive order on Monday, today, that will direct his administration to compile a list of sanctuary cities or in violation of federal immigration laws. Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security, secretary Kristi Noem will be directed to provide a list of sanctuary cities in which local officials are not complying with the federal order and are not complying with federal immigration laws. Another executive order will be signed by by president Trump on Monday that will strengthen and unleash America's law enforcement to pursue criminals and protect innocent citizens, Carol Levitt said in a press conference on Monday today.
And, president Trump was expected to sign both orders at 5PM eastern time, which has already taken place. So the administration is not playing games with this with with the illegal immigration. And, again, it's a promise made, promise kept. Now, of course, you know, the media is trying to spin the whole thing and trying to make it seem as if, you know, that, the American public is not supportive of these deportations. So you'll hear some of the news channels we're talking about, you know, Donald Trump's approval rating has dropped and as, you know, he's, you know, dropping fast and, you know, all that bull crap, which is not true.
A CBS poll of, 2,365 adults reveals that 56% approve of president Donald Trump's program to, to find and deport import immigrants who are in The US illegally. So 56%. I think I have a graphic for that. Let me pull that up for you. There you go. From Eric Dougherty, just announced, a CBS poll finds by a 12 margin Americans approve of Trump's program to seek out and deport illegals 56 to 44, which is up from eight which is up from eight earlier this month. Independents support this by eight points, fifty four forty six. Males by 26 points, 63 to 37. Now, now a similar poll that was done by Ipsos, which is not one of the most reliable, polling, organizations.
Similar Ipsos poll in cooperation with billionaire Jeff Bezos employs the Washington Post noted on April 25 that since the beginning of 02/2025, approval of president Trump's handling of immigration has softened slightly. Alright. Well, I just showed you the numbers from a CBS poll, which, again, is not a is not exactly a right leaning media outlet. Right? They're not exactly, fans of of of president Trump and his policies. But according to Ipsos, president Trump's approval on immigration has fallen since early two thousand twenty five, but remains above where it was during his first term. Americans are slightly more disapproving 53% than approving 46% of president Donald Trump's handling of immigration. Since February, Americans have grown slightly less approving of the president's performance on immigration. Two months ago, 50% approved, while 46 approve it now.
Alright. This but you see, this also shows that the Democrats have, according to the article, have failed to win public support for deported Salvadoran migrant kill kill Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Just 42% of respondents said he should be returned to The United States despite a massive amount of sympathetic media coverage. 26% said he should be remain he should remain in prison in El Salvador, and, 31% declined to pass judgment. Compared to his first term, Trump's approval on immigration is higher. Ipsos noted for immigration, approval during Trump's first term ranged from 35 to 40%, while 4646% now approve of his job on the issue.
So, again, Ipsos is not always the most reliable. Alright? As you saw, the numbers from CBS, of all places, is, is considerably higher. And if you really want the best, you go to Rasmussen. Rasmussen is just by far the best polling organization there is. Alright. And then, earlier today in, where was this? This is Deer Rock. I'm sorry. Colorado Springs. There we go. Rocky Mountain. DEA Rocky Mountain led a multi agency enforcement operation along with our local and federal partners early this morning, has taken more than a hundred illegal aliens into custody. Drugs and weapons have also been seized in this underground nightclub in Colorado Springs.

So apparently, at this nightclub, apparently, this nightclub is, which is very interesting when you when you really wanna think about it. And, apparently, in this particular raid, they they they arrested a 15 illegal aliens, and including a, a member of a, Mexican drug cartel, and I just the name of the cartel just flew out of my head, but, but a Mexican drug cartel member as well in that nightclub. You gotta kinda ask the question. With a 70 or more 911 calls and no enforcement action. Who who gave the order to stand down to law enforcement? Who who who was protecting this nightclub? Largest portion of the cost, over 62,000,000, came from inpatient charge, discharges for non Medicaid, non non CHIP patients. Emergency room visits accounted for more than 36,000,000 combined. That found some pretty scary revelations about the pilot. According to preliminary reports, this is a town hall article. According to preliminary reports, the Blackhawk pilot involved in the crash ignored ignored ignored ignored no. It's not skipping.
Ignored direct instructions from a flight instructor in the critical moments leading up to the incident, which resulted in sixty seven people dying. Before the crash, captain Rebecca Lobach was undergoing her yearly flight evaluation with chief warrant officer two, Andrew Lloyd Eves, who was her flight instructor. The report states that the air traffic controllers warned them about nearby about a nearby airliner. Both Lobeck and Eaves acknowledged the warning and opted for visual separation, a standard procedure that lets pilots steer clear of other aircraft using their own judgment instead of relying solely on air traffic control directive. The helicopter was fifteen seconds from intersecting with the jet's path when Eve suggested to Lobach that they should turn left likely based on air traffic control guidance. Turning left would have created more distance from the oncoming jet, but Lobach chose not to make the turn.
Additionally, officials found that the that the pilots accidentally interrupted some of the air traffic controller's instructions, stepping on transmissions by pressing the radio button simultaneously by cause likely causing them to miss critical information. Investigators believe that Eaves and Lobach missed the crucial missed the crucial detail that the American Airlines plane was circling because one was holding down the microphone button to speak, blocking the transmission from air traffic control at that moment.
Now we all remember when president Trump first acknowledged this, or commented about this this crash, They the the administration basically commented on the fact of, you know, DEI may have been involved in this. The mainstream media has worked overtime to blame the Trump administration and deflect any responsibility from the from the helicopter pilot, the female helicopter pilot. But in March, like, we just we're talking about the NTSB released the preliminary report. And all in that report, they also indicated, two urgent safety recommendations related to the operation helicopters on routes along the Potomac River and particularly, particular runways at Ronald Reagan National Airport are in use.
And as we said, noting multiple instances in which the pilot, captain Rebecca Lobach, ignored directives and warned him to give away a flight instructor, two directives to decrease altitude. Alright. So, like, she was told to decrease altitude and a warning to turn left immediately before the crash. The last warning was less than twenty seconds before impact. Now, the New York Times, you know, that bastion of unbiased journalism, tried very, very hard to, to protect this female pilot, but even they couldn't do it. Even they couldn't do it. Not not not for the entire length of the article that they they had posted. Now the the NTSB report, the full NTSB report won't be released until, February, but The New York Times, again, you know, the that bastion of unbiased journalism, it's already working overtime to try to, you know, soften the blow that when the report comes out, it, it it's inevitably gonna it's gonna conclude that, low back was at fault and that this crash was entirely preventable.
Now on Sunday, the Times reported, or they published a piece, blame the crash on numerous failures, you know, but they they buried the part about, Lobach's ignorance at the end of the article. This piece here at Red State says regardless of the of any ATC tower staffing issues or any other issues, the Times writes about if Lobach had reduced altitude or turned left when an instructor told her that's what he believed the tower wanted her to do, the crash would not have happened. Apparently, the Times writers believe that too despite their indoctrination with political correctness given how the article ends.
Two seconds this is from the New York Times article. Two seconds after the controllers cut out instruction about passing behind the jet, warrant officer Eaves replied affirming for the second time that the Blackhawk saw the traffic. PAT two five has the aircraft in sight request visual separation, he said. VisSepp approved. Controller replied. It was their last communication. The Blackhawk was Blackhawk was fifteen seconds away from the crossing paths with the jet. Warrant officer Eaves then turned his attention to captain Lobach. He told her that he believed the air traffic control want them to turn left toward the East Riverbank. Turning left would have opened up more space between the helicopter and, and flight 5342, which was heading for Runway 33 at an altitude of roughly 300 feet.
She did not turn left. Now some of the reasons again, that they said that they may not have heard was because they were getting stepped on by pressing the mic key, blocking out what the air traffic controller was saying. You know, and then, of course, the question is why didn't the the instructor pilot, take over or directly order low back to turn left? And, and and one of the reasons is, or or or one of the potential reasons is is the flight instructor, warrant officer Eaves, he might, he might have hesitated to take over because captain Lowback, it was the highest ranking soldier on the helicopter.
Chief warrant officer, two, Andrew Lloyd Eaves, who was acting as her instructor, had flown more than twice as many hours over time. So even though Eaves had flown more hours, was qualified to be her instructor, she outranked him. And then the third crew member had even more flight experience than than Eves and Lowback. Now one of the one of the, according to the red state article, one retired Blackhawk pilot who spoke to members of Lowback's unit claims, she was on her fifth check ride after failing four previous ones and that the unit had been threatened not to talk to the press about her. The unit still has a very woke and DEI loving leadership, which has not been independently verified.
So over on over on x, I didn't clip this one, but, no. I did that. Yes. Here it is. Alright. It's kind of a long one. Why didn't the co pilot take over? That's the question so many are asking. I don't know, and you don't know. What I do know is there's a climate in our military that is fearful of questioning decisions or seemingly untouchable untouchable individuals for fear of halting one's career in its tracks. Not too long ago, there was a lieutenant running the show within her unit because she befriended the commanding general of of her installation on social media, and everyone on in her chain of command knew she was untouchable. I spoke to her company commander, and she told me that she was given a free pass to do what she pleased because of it. The chain of command was compromised because of her friendly proximity to the most senior person on her installation, and no one was willing to question that because of the overall command climate that had been created.
So had this had this this this this woman, captain Lobach, listened to her flight instructor if they hadn't been if somebody hadn't been playing with the with the, with the mics and stepping on ATC, air traffic control, this accident wouldn't have happened. Knowing that knowing that under the Trump administration, there won't be any sanitizing reports or records in the name of political correctness, those leftovers got their talking points published in the New York Times. And and just here are some of the deflections, alright, from the truth.
Data recently analyzed that the board revealed that National Airport was the site of at least one near collision between an airplane and helicopter, each month from 02/2011 to 02/2024. There was a particularly narrow vertical space, between the landing slope for a jet on Runway 33. So these are all excuses that they're making. Staffing at the DCA Tower was not normal On the night of the crash, despite differences in rank and delineation of duties, all three Blackhawk crew members bore responsibility for searching the sky for other aircraft and helping to stay clear. So deflecting everything. You just you know, making up excuses for for for everything.
But why didn't low back turn left? Why didn't she? I mean, did did did she did she think that she was being, you know you know you know how, you know, mansplained to and believed that she knew better? I hope that's not the case. I hope not, because sixty seven people died if that was the case. Sixty seven people. 67 lives. I'm I'm sorry for the pause, but, you know, sixty seven lives were lost because of incompetence. Arrogance maybe? This DEI stuff literally kills people, and it absolutely has no place whatsoever in the military. So some more interesting stuff, media stuff.
Because the media is gonna do everything they can to, to try to try to hurt Donald Trump in one way or another. So, of course, you know, with with, the DEI pilot, you know, they attacked him for that. And even though they attacked him for that, it's proving to be true. And when the report comes out in February, it it'll be proven true. I believe it will be based on what I've seen so far. But now the latest anti Trump narrative that's coming out of the media is that the president disrespected the pope and the Vatican by wearing a blue suit while attending the pope's funeral in the Vatican in Rome.
So let me see if I have something on that. I do, but we not ready for it yet. Okay. So let me see. Where do I wanna start with this? Alright. So, basically, for the pope's funeral, alright, they they the Vatican put out, a, a notice to the attendees of a particular dress code, and they requested everyone wear black. So, President Trump shows up, and he's wearing a blue suit, blue tie, and the media went nuts. Absolutely, you know, nuts because they he's disrespectful. He's, you know, and, he broke etiquette rules with with with wearing by wearing this blue suit.
And, of course, you know, they they cropped pictures. They they have all these pictures of of him, sitting by himself or, or just on his own. Let me let me show you this so you see what I mean. They show you pictures like that where everybody else is around him is wearing black, but yet he's the one standing out like a sore thumb wearing the blue. Right? Well, again, the media tells you a story, not the story, and they don't tell you all of the information. So here's the rest of it. Here's the rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say. Just take a look at this hoax.
This is an absolute hoax. If you heard anything about the pope's funeral from the drive by media, this is from a muse. Everyone from the Prince of Wales said Joe Biden wore a blue suit. The only way I know this is because of x. Of course, this was all posted on x, and as you could see right there. Now granted, I'll I'll say this, granted, some of this looks like may have been altered a little bit just to highlight the blue on the other suits to make them stand out more. I don't know for sure. I I I don't know. But there's a lot more blue in that Joe Biden wore blue. Like the article said, Prince of Wales wore blue. A lot of people wore other colors. You see other colors in the you see a lot of white. You see a lot of, yeah. You see the blacks, but there's an awful lot of blue back there. So here's how the media presents it.

So the media will do whatever it takes to go out of their way to try to embarrass president Trump, to try to make him look bad because of TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome.
They will not give him the credit that he is due. So PJ Media put out an article, brace yourself, new Trump scandal could be the biggest of them all. President Trump wore a blue suit, and this is very, very, very bad if you take your cues from the establishment media. This evil man wore the evil suit at the Pope's funeral where the Vatican's dress code requires men to wear a dark suit with a long black tie. Trump wore a blue suit with a blue tie. Vatican didn't complain, and even the New York Times admitted Saturday that Trump's attire did not grossly violate the dress code for the event. The independent went with Trump accused of Pope Francis' funeral faux pas after breaking dress code and leaving then leaving early. And then when you look at that picture that I showed you again of the entire crowd, I'd say, what, about 40% of the of folks in that crowd in that picture alone are wearing blue suits. Folks, the media is just ridiculous.

The market has performed really well this month, and everyone in the fake news has egg in their face. No pun intended about the egg prices. This this should probably make some people happy. I don't know it made me happy, and it'll make me happier when it actually happens. But, Donald Trump Donald Trump keeping, keeping good on a promise or at least talking about a promise that he made, kinda reviving that, Donald Trump, posted this on his, Truth Social account. When tariffs cut in, many people's income taxes will be substantially reduced, maybe even completely eliminated. Focus will be on making on people making less than $200,000 a year, which is the majority of Americans. Also, massive numbers of jobs are already being created with new plants and factories currently being built or planned.
It'll be a bonanza for America. The external revenue service is happening. So sub taxes substantially reduced or completely eliminated. Now, of course, if you remember during the campaign, he he he campaigned on this. He he made no secret whatsoever that he wanted to abolish federal income taxes, and he spoke about it frequently, during the campaign. And I'm hoping it comes true. I'm hoping he actually is able to pull this off. And it has to be done now because right now, you have Republic control of the house and the senate because it has to be an act of Congress to repeal the sixteenth amendment, which established the federal income tax.
My question is, though, Why 200,000? Like I said before, it is you know, the majority of Americans make under $200,000, but why not just get rid of it all? Get rid of the income tax. Get rid of the property tax. And just think about that. You pay you you you pay income tax when you get paid. You pay property tax when you buy property, and you continue to pay property tax. Right? I mean, I pay property taxes every month. You pay taxes. You get taxed when you go to the go to the supermarket. You get taxed when you go get gas. You get taxed everywhere you no matter what you do, you get taxed. Just eliminate it.
And, again, why wait? You have control of the House, Senate, and the White House. We can make this happen. You will get so much public support, well, except from the left, because the left loves to take other people's money and spend it on their little projects. Now he's waiting, in another post that he that he made, he said through soft and pathetically weak trade agreements, the American economy has delivered growth and prosperity to the world while taxing ourselves. It's time for that change. I am today announcing I will create the external revenue service to collect our tariffs, duties, and all revenue that come from foreign sources. We will begin charging those that make money off of us with trade, and they will start paying finally they will start paying finally their fair share.

It also says that given the complexity of the issue, it could take up to a week for the network to fully normalize. Now, Michael Shellenberger, a journalist. He has other theories. There's other theories that are out there. Let's, let's take a look at that. Nope. Wrong one. Sorry. Let's, screen share. And now as blackouts in Spain strain people in elevators, jam traffic, and ground flights, it's clear that too little inertia due to excess solar resulted in system collapse.

And, of course, you're gonna get all these crazy conspiracy theories and cyberattacks, which, again, is just, I think, just trying to prime the continent for eventual war with Russia. Folks, don't don't think for a second that we're not already in another world war. It's there. It's it's it's happening. President Trump now demands ActBlue and Adam Schiff be thrown in jail. Crooked Adam Schiff responds in full panic. President Donald Trump signed a powerful memorandum last week ordering a full federal crackdown on illegal campaign donation practices specifically targeting the embattled Democrat fundraising platform, ActBlue, and calling for crooked Adam Schiff to be thrown behind bars. The directive comes amid mounting investigations led by, representative Brian Steele, from Wisconsin and 19 state attorneys general, including officials from Texas, Arkansas, Florida, and Missouri, exposing explosive evidence that ActBlue was complicit in laundering illegal donations, including potentially illicit foreign money, into Democrat campaigns across the country.
So let me see. Do I have that? Yep. We're getting there. Alright. Now, Mike Howell is the executive director of the Heritage Oversight Project, was testifying before the senate today. And, of course, as he is, going through this information and and these talking about the pardons that they received because I I forgot to mention too is, Adam Schiff was obviously rattled by this, and he took to x today. He said, Donald Trump is back attacking me today because the economy has been in a tailspin under his economic mismanagement. I'll and so have his poll numbers, and the last thing he wants is people holding him accountable. Attack me as much as you like, mister president. I'm not backing down.
And that's that was in response to that's true. That was in response to this. Let's share that. Hopefully, ActBlue, the Democrats' illegal scam used to raise money including from not allowed foreign contributions being looked at by authorities. Dems only know how to win by cheating something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now with their terrible policies and candidates with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full pardon from Sleepy Joe leading the way, it's almost impossible to reach their money goals. The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks. Also, why did the auto pen give Schiff a pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the auto pen? That's the biggest question being asked in DC. They almost destroyed our country.
So, Schiff Where are we? So Mike Howell, again, who's the director of the heritage project oversight project, jumped on Schiff right away, at a, senate hearing today. Let's take a look at that.

Recently, we released an investigation that discovered that the Biden White House made prolific use of an auto pen device to sign pardons and other presidential documents. Given president Biden's lack of mental capacity and proof that he himself was not signing the documents, president Trump has declared those pardons to be null and void. Now this applies to the last minute pardons of the January 6 committee, and senator Schiff has stepped out, but this would apply to his pardon as well.

So just as all this information was being presented, Adam Schiff decides to get up and walk out. That's telling to me because, obviously, he knew it was coming. So Shifty Adam Schiff is finally starting to feel some heat. This should be good. This should be good. Alright. We're gonna wrap this up here, with a couple of quick stories, from Texas. Because, again, I've been trying to do some Texas stuff, but I have not been able to really get to it. And since we're already at an hour and a half, I might as well just go with it. So, in a in a more lighthearted mood, year round daylight savings, time bill passes the Texas house, and, so that's good. So that will what will eventually happen here is Texas will no longer participate in daylight savings time.
A bill by, representative Will Metcalfe, would observe daylight savings time year round in Texas under federal authorization ending the biannual clock changes, a more heavily pushed for a move heavily pushed for by president Donald Trump has passed Texas House of Representatives. It focuses the bill focuses on issues that have been broached over several Texas preceding legislative sessions by various representatives, including Metcalfe, states that, this state shall observe daylight saving time year round. That is good. We should. And that includes the the portion of Texas that observes mountain time, and it it'll it will, also, another article I read about this stated that, that it would be called here, it would be called Texas time.
So that's great. That's great. Texas senate passes the bathroom bill, banning biological males from women's restrooms and locker rooms. The bill passed along party lines with 20 in favor and 11 against. Biological males will be banned from using state funded private spaces designated for biological women under a proposed legislation which passed the Texas Senate this week. The Texas Women's Privacy Act passed Texas senate along party lines on Wednesday, hearkening back to a highly controversial legislation 2017, where a similar bathroom bill was buried in opposition after receiving a special session by governor Greg Abbott to pass it. So that's good news. That's very, very good news.
So daylight savings time is coming to an end in Texas. Bathroom bill passes the passes the senate. And then on on a little bit more of a serious note to close it out, probably should've moved this up a little bit more, but, suspected Trendyaragu senior member indicted on terrorism related counts. One of Flores's charges included materially assisting Trendyaragu as a senior member of the gang's inner circle. An alleged member of the inner circle of Trendiagua gang was indicted on terrorism and drug trafficking charges by the US state department by the US Department of Justice, excuse me, and is in custody in Colombia following an investigation conducted by Houston area law enforcement. Jose Enrique Martinez Flores received a superseding indictment from the Southern District Of Texas, which included five count charge charges of conspiring to distribute cocaine in The US as well as material assisting the TDA gang.
So more great news coming out of Texas here. Let's see. Thanks to sharp coordination, solid collaboration with the local federal partners, this individual who thought he could slip through the cracks will be brought to justice, Gonzalo concluded. TDA is not a street gang. It is a highly structured terrorist organization that put down roots in our country during the prior administration. Attorney general, Pam Bondi, commented on Flores' indictment in a press release. Today's charges represent an inflection point in in how this Department of Justice will prosecute and ultimately dismantle this evil organization, which has destroyed American families and poisoned our communities.
TDA is a direct threat to our national security communities to and to Americans, FBI director Kash Patel said. And, governor Greg Abbott declared TDA a foreign terrorist organization in a press conference in February, during which he linked the murder of 22 year old Laikin Riley, allegedly killed by Venezuelan national Jose Ibarra, who was in the country illegally. Ibarra was found guilty on 10 counts in November and sentenced to life in prison without parole. Alright. So some great news coming out of Texas, and very, very happy to bring that to your attention.

Alright. You don't wanna hear about that. I know. I know. Alright. Well, like I said, a lot of stuff going on. A lot of crazy things going on. One of the probably more interesting things that I that that I came across over the weekend was, this this story about, well, we talked about a little bit last week too. We talked about the New Mexico judge that was, that was, I like using the word harboring. It was harboring a a TDA member at his home providing him with, ammunition, providing, guns, suppressors, taking them out to shooting ranges, and all that great stuff. Right?
So, we heard about that last week, and and that that came as a shock. Well, of course, you know, he was arrested and is now former judge. Well, up there in in in Wakadu, Wisconsin, you had another judge another judge interfere with a federal operation and try to, obstruct, I guess, is the word. Obstruct the, the ICE agents from affecting an arrest. Now, of course, the interesting part of this whole thing was that this actually happened in the courtroom, and, this judge, apparently, Hannah Dugan, She helped, a previously deported legal alien escape from immigration and customs enforcement, during the illegal's appearance in a court, and she's been charged with two felonies. And then you also had, the, again, the the judge from New Mexico.
And apparently, this this, this judge showed the illegal alien and his attorney the exit door after having them come to her chambers when she after she found out that the ICE agents were there, waiting to arrest, this individual, who, by the way, was in court for assault and battery, and, actually had the family members of the, of of this individual willing to testify and, and see him get locked up and cooperate with law enforcement on this. So she actually opened the door for these guys and and let them out. So it's very, very, very interesting things. So this is a a Milwaukee Circuit Judge, Hannah Dugan.
She was arrested, with two felonies in this ICE case in this particular ICE case. Let me pull that up for you here. I'll show you what I'm talking about. So this is, Molly Beck, on on x. So this, Milwaukee County Circuit District Judge Hannah Dugan arrested, charged with two felonies in ICE case. And according to the new American, Dugan's legal troubles began when she unwisely helped a Mexican illegal Eduardo Flores Ruiz slip away from ICE agents last week. She was in court on three counts of misdemeanor battery, for a fight with a roommate in which Flores Ruiz punched someone 30 times then struck a woman who tried to break up the fight. The Mexican miscreant was in court for a pretrial hearing.
The, that was reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Sources told according to the newspaper, sources told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that Dugan directed the ICE agents to chief judge Carl Ashley's office. During that time, sources said Dugan allowed the defendant to leave the courtroom through a side door down a private hallway into a public area. But, apparently, that that didn't exactly tell the entire story. It didn't tell the whole truth. So, as usual, attorney general Pam Bondi, took to Fox News to, to explain what has actually happened.

And to set the stage for you and Sandra, this this was truly horrific. This guy was in court being prosecuted by a state prosecutor for domestic violence battery. He had beat up two people, a guy and a girl, beat the guy hit the guy 30 times, knocked him to the ground, choked him, beat up a woman so badly they both had to go to the hospital. And, John, you know, it's so rare for victims to wanna cooperate. They wanted to cooperate. They were sitting in the courtroom with the state prosecutor. The judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy because he had been deported in 2013, came back in our country, commits these crimes, charged with committing these crimes, victims in court. Judge finds out. She goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers. She's furious, visibly shaken, upset, sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom.
Who can believe this? Takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out of private exit, and tells them to leave while a state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom.

Sitting in the courtroom. So, Pam Bonney explained it very well that, you know, this judge misdirects the ICE agents in order to see these this, this individual escape their, their custody. So this is the so now you also have, judge Kano over in, New Mexico. Alright? And this is a really disturbing trend if you really, if you really think about it. And, once again, here's here's Pam Bondi, talking about, judge the the situation with judge Kano, just to just to remind you of what we talked about last week. I mean, when you look at the associations

with this violent Venezuelan gang, Trende Aragua, and this person that they harbored in their home, he was showing signs through clothing, we are told, tattoos. There was evidence through voice messages and text messages of his association to TDA. So what charges will Kano and his wife face, if any?

So judge Kano, soon to be former judge Kano, got, he got his charges were just unsealed. He's charged with obstruction. He is charged he admitted post Miranda. He took one of the TDA member's cell phones himself, took took it, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked to the pieces to a city dumpster Wow. To dispose of it to protect him. The wife also is charged with destroying evidence. Sandra, not only that, this TDA member and and he had on a necklace that said kill something about death. He had tattoos all over him. He also had on his cell phone pictures of two decapitated victims.
Two victims decapitated gruesome photos, and he was sending them out. And and whoever he was sending them to was sending back, say, hey. You need to be careful. You shouldn't be sending these. You shouldn't be texting these photos out. Not not only that, these two the judge and his wife gave him assault assault rifles that belong to their daughter. That's what they're charged with. In the in the criminal report affidavit, he goes to a shooting range with these assault rifles, with a suppressor, with other known TDA members in their shooting. This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them.

Now on Monday, that would be today, Tom Homan, the border czar, was at the White House speaking to reporters, and, he and and he warned public officials harboring illegal aliens, will continue to be arrested and charged, by federal authorities. Look. We just, arrested the judge, Pam Bonney, for impeding, ICE enforcement removers. I said from day one, you don't have to support, ICE's operations. You can support sanctuary cities if that's what you desire to do. Sanctuary cities, you can stand aside and watch ICE keep their community safe because any public official, whether your mayor, city councilman, or governor, their number one responsibility is protection of communities. And ICE has been clear, we're targeting public safety threats and national security threats. I can't believe there's any elected official, and especially a judge, that doesn't believe we should be doing that and they should be helping us.
But I said from day one, you can sit aside and watch. You can you can argue against us all you want and protest all you want, but when you cross that line I've said this a thousand times. When you cross that line to impeachment or knowingly harboring concealing an illegal alien human rights, you will be prosecuted. Judge or not. And the

Now just I just want you to think about one thing. Alright. Let let's just go back to judge Kano, former judge Kano. This judge admitted and it's insane when you think about it. He the this judge admitted to taking evidence, the, the, TDA member's cell phone and destroying it. Basically, destroying evidence destroying evidence of murders. Right? Each, AG Bondi mentioned, the two decapitated, bodies, the photos of those. Gave them weapons with suppressors. And, you know, at this point, who knows what else? Folks, I don't I don't I don't understand what the love affair that the left has with illegal aliens.
And look. Let's let's be honest. I mean, I think the term illegal immigrant is not fully accurate. They are aliens. They don't belong here. They cross into this country illegally. They don't belong here, so they're illegal aliens, and I think we should start using that more than, migrants or illegal immigrants. It's because because there's a difference between a legal immigrant and an illegal immigrant. There's a difference between coming here the right way and coming here the wrong way, and we're talking about people who are coming here the wrong way. We're talking about people who are coming here sneaking into the country, which, by the way, I should say this, the border is 99.9% secure.
I'm you know, of course, there are some places that, you know, people are still able to cross over to, but border crossings have plummeted. Illegal border crossings have plummeted. So yet again, another promise made, promise kept. Now, also on Monday, that would be today, Donald Trump signed an executive order that will direct his administration to compile a list of sanctuary cities that are in violation of federal immigration laws. So folks, the administration is is not taking this lightly. They're not taking the immigration situation lightly, the illegal immigration situation lightly. Alright? They are pulling out every stop they can possibly pull out to to to to get this under control, and, and and here it is.
President Trump will sign an executive order on Monday, today, that will direct his administration to compile a list of sanctuary cities or in violation of federal immigration laws. Attorney General Pam Bondi and Homeland Security, secretary Kristi Noem will be directed to provide a list of sanctuary cities in which local officials are not complying with the federal order and are not complying with federal immigration laws. Another executive order will be signed by by president Trump on Monday that will strengthen and unleash America's law enforcement to pursue criminals and protect innocent citizens, Carol Levitt said in a press conference on Monday today.
And, president Trump was expected to sign both orders at 5PM eastern time, which has already taken place. So the administration is not playing games with this with with the illegal immigration. And, again, it's a promise made, promise kept. Now, of course, you know, the media is trying to spin the whole thing and trying to make it seem as if, you know, that, the American public is not supportive of these deportations. So you'll hear some of the news channels we're talking about, you know, Donald Trump's approval rating has dropped and as, you know, he's, you know, dropping fast and, you know, all that bull crap, which is not true.
A CBS poll of, 2,365 adults reveals that 56% approve of president Donald Trump's program to, to find and deport import immigrants who are in The US illegally. So 56%. I think I have a graphic for that. Let me pull that up for you. There you go. From Eric Dougherty, just announced, a CBS poll finds by a 12 margin Americans approve of Trump's program to seek out and deport illegals 56 to 44, which is up from eight which is up from eight earlier this month. Independents support this by eight points, fifty four forty six. Males by 26 points, 63 to 37. Now, now a similar poll that was done by Ipsos, which is not one of the most reliable, polling, organizations.
Similar Ipsos poll in cooperation with billionaire Jeff Bezos employs the Washington Post noted on April 25 that since the beginning of 02/2025, approval of president Trump's handling of immigration has softened slightly. Alright. Well, I just showed you the numbers from a CBS poll, which, again, is not a is not exactly a right leaning media outlet. Right? They're not exactly, fans of of of president Trump and his policies. But according to Ipsos, president Trump's approval on immigration has fallen since early two thousand twenty five, but remains above where it was during his first term. Americans are slightly more disapproving 53% than approving 46% of president Donald Trump's handling of immigration. Since February, Americans have grown slightly less approving of the president's performance on immigration. Two months ago, 50% approved, while 46 approve it now.
Alright. This but you see, this also shows that the Democrats have, according to the article, have failed to win public support for deported Salvadoran migrant kill kill Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Just 42% of respondents said he should be returned to The United States despite a massive amount of sympathetic media coverage. 26% said he should be remain he should remain in prison in El Salvador, and, 31% declined to pass judgment. Compared to his first term, Trump's approval on immigration is higher. Ipsos noted for immigration, approval during Trump's first term ranged from 35 to 40%, while 4646% now approve of his job on the issue.
So, again, Ipsos is not always the most reliable. Alright? As you saw, the numbers from CBS, of all places, is, is considerably higher. And if you really want the best, you go to Rasmussen. Rasmussen is just by far the best polling organization there is. Alright. And then, earlier today in, where was this? This is Deer Rock. I'm sorry. Colorado Springs. There we go. Rocky Mountain. DEA Rocky Mountain led a multi agency enforcement operation along with our local and federal partners early this morning, has taken more than a hundred illegal aliens into custody. Drugs and weapons have also been seized in this underground nightclub in Colorado Springs.
So I think I have that for you. Let me get to it. Yeah. It's a short clip. So so this is at a nightclub, Colorado Springs. So apparently, at this nightclub, apparently, this nightclub is, which is very interesting when you when you really wanna think about it. This nightclub had a hundred and seventy nine one one calls for violent activities, guns, drugs, and so forth. And yet that nightclub remained open. There was there's no record of any enforcement action taken against it, And, they were so brazen about it that when somewhat when when you went into that nightclub, security would hand you a list of the available drugs that you could get while you were there, plus prostitution, you name it, they had it.
And, apparently, in this particular raid, they they they arrested a 15 illegal aliens, and including a, a member of a, Mexican drug cartel, and I just the name of the cartel just flew out of my head, but, but a Mexican drug cartel member as well in that nightclub. You gotta kinda ask the question. With a 70 or more 911 calls and no enforcement action. Who who gave the order to stand down to law enforcement? Who who who was protecting this nightclub? Governor Greg Abbott's executive order mandates that hospitals report quarterly on the cost of providing care to individuals in the country illegally. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission has released its first round of data under an executive order issued by governor Abbott, revealing that hospitals in the state incurred a hundred and $21,000,000 in health care costs in a single month for people who are not lawfully present in The United States.
Texas Hospital reported 31,012 visits from illegal aliens, total cost amounting a hundred and 20 1 million 7 hundred 70 9 thousand and change. Largest portion of the cost, over 62,000,000, came from inpatient charge, discharges for non Medicaid, non non CHIP patients. Emergency room visits accounted for more than 36,000,000 combined. In 02/2021, attorney attorney general Ken Paxton estimated that Texans were already paying between 579,000,000 and 717,000,000 per year in uncompensated care for illegal aliens. And with the first first month's data already topping a 21,000,000, new reports could put the annual figure even higher.

The Blackhawk, incident that happened, back in, in January, where a Blackhawk helicopter over Reagan National Airport, collided with, with a plane, killed 67 people. Well, there's a new report out. That found some pretty scary revelations about the pilot. According to preliminary reports, this is a town hall article. According to preliminary reports, the Blackhawk pilot involved in the crash ignored ignored ignored ignored no. It's not skipping.
Ignored direct instructions from a flight instructor in the critical moments leading up to the incident, which resulted in sixty seven people dying. Before the crash, captain Rebecca Lobach was undergoing her yearly flight evaluation with chief warrant officer two, Andrew Lloyd Eves, who was her flight instructor. The report states that the air traffic controllers warned them about nearby about a nearby airliner. Both Lobeck and Eaves acknowledged the warning and opted for visual separation, a standard procedure that lets pilots steer clear of other aircraft using their own judgment instead of relying solely on air traffic control directive. The helicopter was fifteen seconds from intersecting with the jet's path when Eve suggested to Lobach that they should turn left likely based on air traffic control guidance. Turning left would have created more distance from the oncoming jet, but Lobach chose not to make the turn.
Additionally, officials found that the that the pilots accidentally interrupted some of the air traffic controller's instructions, stepping on transmissions by pressing the radio button simultaneously by cause likely causing them to miss critical information. Investigators believe that Eaves and Lobach missed the crucial missed the crucial detail that the American Airlines plane was circling because one was holding down the microphone button to speak, blocking the transmission from air traffic control at that moment.
Now we all remember when president Trump first acknowledged this, or commented about this this crash, They the the administration basically commented on the fact of, you know, DEI may have been involved in this. The mainstream media has worked overtime to blame the Trump administration and deflect any responsibility from the from the helicopter pilot, the female helicopter pilot. But in March, like, we just we're talking about the NTSB released the preliminary report. And all in that report, they also indicated, two urgent safety recommendations related to the operation helicopters on routes along the Potomac River and particularly, particular runways at Ronald Reagan National Airport are in use.
And as we said, noting multiple instances in which the pilot, captain Rebecca Lobach, ignored directives and warned him to give away a flight instructor, two directives to decrease altitude. Alright. So, like, she was told to decrease altitude and a warning to turn left immediately before the crash. The last warning was less than twenty seconds before impact. Now, the New York Times, you know, that bastion of unbiased journalism, tried very, very hard to, to protect this female pilot, but even they couldn't do it. Even they couldn't do it. Not not not for the entire length of the article that they they had posted. Now the the NTSB report, the full NTSB report won't be released until, February, but The New York Times, again, you know, the that bastion of unbiased journalism, it's already working overtime to try to, you know, soften the blow that when the report comes out, it, it it's inevitably gonna it's gonna conclude that, low back was at fault and that this crash was entirely preventable.
Now on Sunday, the Times reported, or they published a piece, blame the crash on numerous failures, you know, but they they buried the part about, Lobach's ignorance at the end of the article. This piece here at Red State says regardless of the of any ATC tower staffing issues or any other issues, the Times writes about if Lobach had reduced altitude or turned left when an instructor told her that's what he believed the tower wanted her to do, the crash would not have happened. Apparently, the Times writers believe that too despite their indoctrination with political correctness given how the article ends.
Two seconds this is from the New York Times article. Two seconds after the controllers cut out instruction about passing behind the jet, warrant officer Eaves replied affirming for the second time that the Blackhawk saw the traffic. PAT two five has the aircraft in sight request visual separation, he said. VisSepp approved. Controller replied. It was their last communication. The Blackhawk was Blackhawk was fifteen seconds away from the crossing paths with the jet. Warrant officer Eaves then turned his attention to captain Lobach. He told her that he believed the air traffic control want them to turn left toward the East Riverbank. Turning left would have opened up more space between the helicopter and, and flight 5342, which was heading for Runway 33 at an altitude of roughly 300 feet.
She did not turn left. Now some of the reasons again, that they said that they may not have heard was because they were getting stepped on by pressing the mic key, blocking out what the air traffic controller was saying. You know, and then, of course, the question is why didn't the the instructor pilot, take over or directly order low back to turn left? And, and and one of the reasons is, or or or one of the potential reasons is is the flight instructor, warrant officer Eaves, he might, he might have hesitated to take over because captain Lowback, it was the highest ranking soldier on the helicopter.
Chief warrant officer, two, Andrew Lloyd Eaves, who was acting as her instructor, had flown more than twice as many hours over time. So even though Eaves had flown more hours, was qualified to be her instructor, she outranked him. And then the third crew member had even more flight experience than than Eves and Lowback. Now one of the one of the, according to the red state article, one retired Blackhawk pilot who spoke to members of Lowback's unit claims, she was on her fifth check ride after failing four previous ones and that the unit had been threatened not to talk to the press about her. The unit still has a very woke and DEI loving leadership, which has not been independently verified.
So over on over on x, I didn't clip this one, but, no. I did that. Yes. Here it is. Alright. It's kind of a long one. Why didn't the co pilot take over? That's the question so many are asking. I don't know, and you don't know. What I do know is there's a climate in our military that is fearful of questioning decisions or seemingly untouchable untouchable individuals for fear of halting one's career in its tracks. Not too long ago, there was a lieutenant running the show within her unit because she befriended the commanding general of of her installation on social media, and everyone on in her chain of command knew she was untouchable. I spoke to her company commander, and she told me that she was given a free pass to do what she pleased because of it. The chain of command was compromised because of her friendly proximity to the most senior person on her installation, and no one was willing to question that because of the overall command climate that had been created.
So had this had this this this this woman, captain Lobach, listened to her flight instructor if they hadn't been if somebody hadn't been playing with the with the, with the mics and stepping on ATC, air traffic control, this accident wouldn't have happened. Knowing that knowing that under the Trump administration, there won't be any sanitizing reports or records in the name of political correctness, those leftovers got their talking points published in the New York Times. And and just here are some of the deflections, alright, from the truth.
Data recently analyzed that the board revealed that National Airport was the site of at least one near collision between an airplane and helicopter, each month from 02/2011 to 02/2024. There was a particularly narrow vertical space, between the landing slope for a jet on Runway 33. So these are all excuses that they're making. Staffing at the DCA Tower was not normal On the night of the crash, despite differences in rank and delineation of duties, all three Blackhawk crew members bore responsibility for searching the sky for other aircraft and helping to stay clear. So deflecting everything. You just you know, making up excuses for for for everything.
But why didn't low back turn left? Why didn't she? I mean, did did did she did she think that she was being, you know you know you know how, you know, mansplained to and believed that she knew better? I hope that's not the case. I hope not, because sixty seven people died if that was the case. Sixty seven people. 67 lives. I'm I'm sorry for the pause, but, you know, sixty seven lives were lost because of incompetence. Arrogance maybe? This DEI stuff literally kills people, and it absolutely has no place whatsoever in the military. So some more interesting stuff, media stuff.
Because the media is gonna do everything they can to, to try to try to hurt Donald Trump in one way or another. So, of course, you know, with with, the DEI pilot, you know, they attacked him for that. And even though they attacked him for that, it's proving to be true. And when the report comes out in February, it it'll be proven true. I believe it will be based on what I've seen so far. But now the latest anti Trump narrative that's coming out of the media is that the president disrespected the pope and the Vatican by wearing a blue suit while attending the pope's funeral in the Vatican in Rome.
So let me see if I have something on that. I do, but we not ready for it yet. Okay. So let me see. Where do I wanna start with this? Alright. So, basically, for the pope's funeral, alright, they they the Vatican put out, a, a notice to the attendees of a particular dress code, and they requested everyone wear black. So, President Trump shows up, and he's wearing a blue suit, blue tie, and the media went nuts. Absolutely, you know, nuts because they he's disrespectful. He's, you know, and, he broke etiquette rules with with with wearing by wearing this blue suit.
And, of course, you know, they they cropped pictures. They they have all these pictures of of him, sitting by himself or, or just on his own. Let me let me show you this so you see what I mean. They show you pictures like that where everybody else is around him is wearing black, but yet he's the one standing out like a sore thumb wearing the blue. Right? Well, again, the media tells you a story, not the story, and they don't tell you all of the information. So here's the rest of it. Here's the rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say. Just take a look at this hoax.
This is an absolute hoax. If you heard anything about the pope's funeral from the drive by media, this is from a muse. If you heard anything about the pope's funeral from the drive by media, you heard that Trump thumbed his nose at the Vatican by wearing a blue and not black suit. Everyone from the Prince of Wales said Joe Biden wore a blue suit. The only way I know this is because of x. Of course, this was all posted on x, and as you could see right there. So here's another shot of it. Now mind you, the media just cuts out that one little section of President Trump standing there next to his wife and everybody around wearing black and he's wearing blue, but look at the audience.
Look at the people standing behind. I see an awful lot of blue. Now granted, I'll I'll say this, granted, some of this looks like may have been altered a little bit just to highlight the blue on the other suits to make them stand out more. I don't know for sure. I I I don't know. But there's a lot more blue in that Joe Biden wore blue. Like the article said, Prince of Wales wore blue. A lot of people wore other colors. You see other colors in the you see a lot of white. You see a lot of, yeah. You see the blacks, but there's an awful lot of blue back there. So here's how the media presents it.
You see the article here from on the propaganda side, you see Fortune puts the Vatican as Pope Francis funeral attendees to wear all black, Trump wore a blue suit. And then, of course, they crop out the picture to only show him sitting there with his blue suit, but yet the reality of it was, like I just showed you, is you see all the other folks wearing blue and other colors. So the media will do whatever it takes to go out of their way to try to embarrass president Trump, to try to make him look bad because of TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome.
They will not give him the credit that he is due. So PJ Media put out an article, brace yourself, new Trump scandal could be the biggest of them all. President Trump wore a blue suit, and this is very, very, very bad if you take your cues from the establishment media. This evil man wore the evil suit at the Pope's funeral where the Vatican's dress code requires men to wear a dark suit with a long black tie. Trump wore a blue suit with a blue tie. Vatican didn't complain, and even the New York Times admitted Saturday that Trump's attire did not grossly violate the dress code for the event. But nonetheless, the outrage mill went into high gear over the weekend. Fortune ran a story, which I just showed you the, that that the headline from.
Fortune ran a story the Vatican asked Pope Francis funeral attendants to wear a black, Trump wore a blue suit. The independent went with Trump accused of Pope Francis' funeral faux pas after breaking dress code and leaving then leaving early. Donald Trump, proudly criticized for wearing a blue suit to Pope Francis' funeral. Terrible. Terrible. Evil man. Horrible. And then when you look at that picture that I showed you again of the entire crowd, I'd say, what, about 40% of the of folks in that crowd in that picture alone are wearing blue suits. Folks, the media is just ridiculous.

When tariffs cut in, many people's income taxes will be substantially reduced, maybe even completely eliminated. Focus will be on making on people making less than $200,000 a year, which is the majority of Americans. Also, massive numbers of jobs are already being created with new plants and factories currently being built or planned.
It'll be a bonanza for America. The external revenue service is happening. So sub taxes substantially reduced or completely eliminated. Now, of course, if you remember during the campaign, he he he campaigned on this. He he made no secret whatsoever that he wanted to abolish federal income taxes, and he spoke about it frequently, during the campaign. And I'm hoping it comes true. I'm hoping he actually is able to pull this off. And it has to be done now because right now, you have Republic control of the house and the senate because it has to be an act of Congress to repeal the sixteenth amendment, which established the federal income tax.
My question is, though, Why 200,000? Like I said before, it is you know, the majority of Americans make under $200,000, but why not just get rid of it all? Get rid of the income tax. Get rid of the property tax. And just think about that. You pay you you you pay income tax when you get paid. You pay property tax when you buy property, and you continue to pay property tax. Right? I mean, I pay property taxes every month. You pay taxes. You get taxed when you go to the go to the supermarket. You get taxed when you go get gas. You get taxed everywhere you no matter what you do, you get taxed. Just eliminate it.
And, again, why wait? You have control of the House, Senate, and the White House. We can make this happen. You will get so much public support, well, except from the left, because the left loves to take other people's money and spend it on their little projects. Now he's waiting, in another post that he that he made, he said through soft and pathetically weak trade agreements, the American economy has delivered growth and prosperity to the world while taxing ourselves. It's time for that change. I am today announcing I will create the external revenue service to collect our tariffs, duties, and all revenue that come from foreign sources. We will begin charging those that make money off of us with trade, and they will start paying finally they will start paying finally their fair share.
And then he and this was, during the campaign. He said, and then, January 2025 will be the birth be the birth date of the external revenue service, Make America Great Again. So president Trump's flagship tariff policy is expected to bring in dozens of foreign nations to the negotiating table to hammer out new terms for trade with The US to avoid punitive imposition impositions on exports. Deal with China, the main target of the tariffs remains elusive. Although president Trump has expressed optimism, he will he will, that one will be struck soon.
So alright. So, let's get rid of it altogether. You have the momentum right now. You have the backing of the American people, and I guarantee it. I guarantee that if you pushed to eliminate federal income tax altogether, property taxes, which are immoral all taxes are moral, to be honest. I my opinion. Don't have to agree with me, but my opinion, all taxes are immoral. Now is the time to do it. Now is absolutely the time to do it, and, and it needs to get done. But this is good news. You know, this we're talking about it again. He hasn't mentioned this in in in in since the campaign, really. And for him to to bring this up today, that was that's that music to my ears, man. It's it's about time.
What else we got here? Alright. Well, you heard about the blackout, that took place over in, in, in in in Spain, Portugal, in France, mass blackouts. They they've, you know, millions across Spain, Portugal, and parts of Southern France have plunged into darkness today as a sudden and sweeping blackout, already already being called one of Europe's largest to spark chaos, crippling cities, halting train networks, shuttering airports, and forcing critical infrastructure to limp along on emergency generators. Amid mounting speculation and lack of clear answers, some have voiced fears that a blackout that the blackout could be the result of a coordinated cyberattack, an explanation that conveniently fits the narrative of a globalist led Europe looking to ready the continent's population for war with Russia.
It very they it may very well have been a cyber attack, but, of course, you know, the the, the the radical lunatic eco terrorists also have their opinions on this. One of them is that a rare atmospheric phenomenon behind the outage and disruption could last a week. Portuguese operator says, We've just heard from REN, Portugal's grid operator. It claims the outages of that affected Portugal was caused by a fault in the Spanish electricity grid related to a rare atmospheric phenomenon. Alright. So that's the excuse they're gonna use to talk about global warming, climate change, induced atmospheric vibration, which in turn led to oscillations, which caused synchronization failures. But you can't look. The the this is you read this as it sounds like a joke, you know. It's like yeah. It says that it says this is known as induced atmospheric vibration variation, which in turn led to oscillations, which caused synchronization failures between systems.
That led to successive disturbances across interconnected European network, across the interconnected European network. It also says that given the complexity of the issue, it could take up to a week for the network to fully normalize. Now, Michael Shellenberger, a journalist. He has other theories. There's other theories that are out there. Let's, let's take a look at that. Nope. Wrong one. Sorry. Let's, screen share. So, Michael Schallberger says, renewables don't risk blackouts, said the media, but they did and they do. The physics are simple. And now as blackouts in Spain strain people in elevators, jam traffic, and ground flights, it's clear that too little inertia due to excess solar resulted in system collapse.

Folks, don't don't think for a second that we're not already in another world war. It's there. It's it's it's happening. President Trump now demands ActBlue and Adam Schiff be thrown in jail. Crooked Adam Schiff responds in full panic. President Donald Trump signed a powerful memorandum last week ordering a full federal crackdown on illegal campaign donation practices specifically targeting the embattled Democrat fundraising platform, ActBlue, and calling for crooked Adam Schiff to be thrown behind bars. The directive comes amid mounting investigations led by, representative Brian Steele, from Wisconsin and 19 state attorneys general, including officials from Texas, Arkansas, Florida, and Missouri, exposing explosive evidence that ActBlue was complicit in laundering illegal donations, including potentially illicit foreign money, into Democrat campaigns across the country.
So let me see. Do I have that? Yep. We're getting there. Alright. Now, Mike Howell is the executive director of the Heritage Oversight Project, was testifying before the senate today. And, of course, as he is, going through this information and and these talking about the pardons that they received because I I forgot to mention too is, Adam Schiff was obviously rattled by this, and he took to x today. He said, Donald Trump is back attacking me today because the economy has been in a tailspin under his economic mismanagement. I'll and so have his poll numbers, and the last thing he wants is people holding him accountable. Attack me as much as you like, mister president. I'm not backing down.
And that's that was in response to that's true. That was in response to this. Let's share that. Hopefully, ActBlue, the Democrats' illegal scam used to raise money including from not allowed foreign contributions being looked at by authorities. Dems only know how to win by cheating something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now with their terrible policies and candidates with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full pardon from Sleepy Joe leading the way, it's almost impossible to reach their money goals. The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks. Also, why did the auto pen give Schiff a pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the auto pen? That's the biggest question being asked in DC. They almost destroyed our country.
So, Schiff Where are we? So Mike Howell, again, who's the director of the heritage project oversight project, jumped on Schiff right away, at a, senate hearing today. Let's take a look at that.

Recently, we released an investigation that discovered that the Biden White House made prolific use of an auto pen device to sign pardons and other presidential documents. Given president Biden's lack of mental capacity and proof that he himself was not signing the documents, president Trump has declared those pardons to be null and void. Now this applies to the last minute pardons of the January 6 committee, and senator Schiff has stepped out, but this would apply to his pardon as well.

So just as all this information was being presented, Adam Schiff decides to get up and walk out. That's telling to me because, obviously, he knew it was coming. So Shifty Adam Schiff is finally starting to feel some heat. This should be good. This should be good. Alright. We're gonna wrap this up here, with a couple of quick stories, from Texas. Because, again, I've been trying to do some Texas stuff, but I have not been able to really get to it. And since we're already at an hour and a half, I might as well just go with it. So, in a in a more lighthearted mood, year round daylight savings, time bill passes the Texas house, and, so that's good. So that will what will eventually happen here is Texas will no longer participate in daylight savings time.
A bill by, representative Will Metcalfe, would observe daylight savings time year round in Texas under federal authorization ending the biannual clock changes, a more heavily pushed for a move heavily pushed for by president Donald Trump has passed Texas House of Representatives. It focuses the bill focuses on issues that have been broached over several Texas preceding legislative sessions by various representatives, including Metcalfe, states that, this state shall observe daylight saving time year round. That is good. We should. And that includes the the portion of Texas that observes mountain time, and it it'll it will, also, another article I read about this stated that, that it would be called here, it would be called Texas time.
So that's great. That's great. Texas senate passes the bathroom bill, banning biological males from women's restrooms and locker rooms. The bill passed along party lines with 20 in favor and 11 against. Biological males will be banned from using state funded private spaces designated for biological women under a proposed legislation which passed the Texas Senate this week. The Texas Women's Privacy Act passed Texas senate along party lines on Wednesday, hearkening back to a highly controversial legislation 2017, where a similar bathroom bill was buried in opposition after receiving a special session by governor Greg Abbott to pass it. So that's good news. That's very, very good news.
So daylight savings time is coming to an end in Texas. Bathroom bill passes the passes the senate. And then on on a little bit more of a serious note to close it out, probably should've moved this up a little bit more, but, suspected Trendyaragu senior member indicted on terrorism related counts. One of Flores's charges included materially assisting Trendyaragu as a senior member of the gang's inner circle. An alleged member of the inner circle of Trendiagua gang was indicted on terrorism and drug trafficking charges by the US state department by the US Department of Justice, excuse me, and is in custody in Colombia following an investigation conducted by Houston area law enforcement. Jose Enrique Martinez Flores received a superseding indictment from the Southern District Of Texas, which included five count charge charges of conspiring to distribute cocaine in The US as well as material assisting the TDA gang.
So more great news coming out of Texas here. Let's see. Thanks to sharp coordination, solid collaboration with the local federal partners, this individual who thought he could slip through the cracks will be brought to justice, Gonzalo concluded. TDA is not a street gang. It is a highly structured terrorist organization that put down roots in our country during the prior administration. Attorney general, Pam Bondi, commented on Flores' indictment in a press release. Today's charges represent an inflection point in in how this Department of Justice will prosecute and ultimately dismantle this evil organization, which has destroyed American families and poisoned our communities.
TDA is a direct threat to our national security communities to and to Americans, FBI director Kash Patel said. And, governor Greg Abbott declared TDA a foreign terrorist organization in a press conference in February, during which he linked the murder of 22 year old Laikin Riley, allegedly killed by Venezuelan national Jose Ibarra, who was in the country illegally. Ibarra was found guilty on 10 counts in November and sentenced to life in prison without parole. Alright. So some great news coming out of Texas, and very, very happy to bring that to your attention.
