In this episode of the No Pill podcast, we delve into the controversial topic of disease rebranding and the assertion that vaccines are a scam. We explore how diseases like measles, polio, and smallpox have been redefined over time, creating an illusion of vaccine success. We discuss the recent measles outbreak in Texas and the political and public health intersections surrounding vaccine narratives.
We feature a clip from a surprising interview with Robert Redfield, former CDC director, who challenges the vaccine industry's immunity from lawsuits and calls for transparency in vaccine safety data. We also examine the confirmation hearings of Jay Bhattacharya and the political influences on vaccine research funding.
Personal stories and social media posts highlight the real-world impacts of vaccines, including accounts of vaccine injuries and the controversial Gardasil HPV vaccine. We discuss the diagnostic biases based on vaccination status and how they perpetuate the narrative of vaccine efficacy.
Additionally, we reflect on biblical passages from Isaiah and Ezekiel, drawing parallels between the responsibilities of prophets and modern-day pastors or podcasters. We emphasize the importance of faithfulness and obedience in delivering messages, regardless of their popularity or reception.
Join us as we question the mainstream narratives and encourage critical thinking about vaccines and public health policies.
Hello, everybody, and welcome to episode five of the No Pill podcast. We're gonna call this one disease rebranding. It is 03/07/2025 here in Piedmont, Oklahoma. Got sunny and 70 today. Might snow tomorrow. Time change on Sunday. So all all things to look forward to. And, we've got a kind of an interesting, well, I think interesting topic for tonight with the disease rebranding, trying to fill in some of the gaps of, how I make the case that, you, you know, all vaccines are a scam, none of them work. And you would think, well, that can't possibly be true. That's gotta be an overstatement. It's a big claim.
And so we've gone through a few of the specific vaccines pointing out how, very fraudulent the limited studies surrounding them were. But today, it'll be a little bit of that, but then a little bit more just general how it's done. And we've got a real time example going on with the measles, the supposed measles, deadly measles outbreak in Texas. We'll talk about that. And, some other stuff going on, the Make America Healthy Again, or so it's called, and lots of stuff going on. So, we will this let's start with the clip from the former CDC director.
This is part of a much longer interview, which I will link in the show notes, the full Dell Bigtree interview, with Robert Redfield, the former CDC. And if you if you'll remember, he was the head of the CDC during the Trump administration. And on his way out, he kinda said, you know, it was probably a lab deal, which at the time I was pretty suspect of, you know, replacing one lie, one obvious lie with a less obvious lie. And I I still feel that way, but but I I have to admit I was pretty surprised at some of the things he said in this interview. And we will play that first clip, of some of the most surprising right here.
[00:03:21] Unknown:
You know, one of the problems, and I'm I'm controversial on this. People in the industry don't like me for what I'm about to say. My son is probably telling me not to say it right now in my ear. But, I don't think the vaccine industry should have immunity. I was gonna ask you that. I think they should have responsibility, like any other manufacturer of any other product, for their product. And I'm particularly concerned about this now because, you know, my clinical practice right now, which I'm still in two half days a week, is largely COVID and long COVID.
But among my, quote, long COVID patients are people that don't have long COVID, but they have mRNA vaccine injury. Right. Right? Mhmm. And it's, you know, there's not a clear path for them to have their injury recognized and compensated, and I think that's wrong. I think, hopefully, Kennedy will have a critical review, not saying that the mRNA vaccines aren't safe, not saying they shouldn't. Let's just have an objective review by the FDA. Marty did Marty, you gotta review these products. Let's see the safety data. Mhmm. Don't tell me you're holding it off till 2026. No.
I want the safety data out there.
[00:04:34] Andrew Hoffman:
So Robert Redfield, former CDC director, spends most of his time in his private practice time seeing patients with vaccine injuries, and he wants to see the safety data out there. Definitely not what I was expecting. And it it's still kinda within the range of of official story, but, but daring to say that we should be able to sue vaccine manufacturers is is a pretty bold take. I mean, that's it's not gonna happen at least near term. You can't go back and say, well, we changed the rules, and now we can sue you. There there are some ways if they knowingly, were putting stuff in the vaccines that they didn't say was in there, that is lawsuit.
That is suable. And if they hid safety data, which they certainly did, then that that definitely leads to some some fraud. And there's some states, now Kansas and some it's leading some other states where they are suing vaccine manufacturers, and we'll see if that gets anywhere. But, along the same same tip, kind of the intersection of politics and so called public health, we have the confirmation hearings for Jay Bhattacharya. And this, this particular exchange, senator Bill Cassidy, Republican and, as well as you can see from, article I'll put in the show notes, pharma executive shower Bill Cassidy with campaign cash. That's from back in 2023, but he's the the top Republican on the Senate Health Committee.
And, you know, the pharma companies give him a bunch of money. And just just see if you can tell why, pharma companies would give this guy a lot of money after hearing this exchange.
[00:06:45] Unknown:
You have said that we need to invest NIH resources at looking at the link, a possible link between measles vaccine and autism. I had not heard that directly. It's hearsay. Any comment on that?
[00:06:56] Unknown:
Senator, I it's it's, a a tragedy that a child would die from a vaccine preventable disease. I fully support, children being vaccinated for for diseases like measles that that can be prevented with the vaccination efforts. I I, as far as research on autism and, and and vaccines, I don't generally believe that there is a link based on my reading of the literature. But what I have seen is that there's tremendous distrust in the in medicine and science coming out of the pandemic. And we do have, as you know, Senator, a a a sharp rise in autism rates in this country. And I don't know, and I don't think any scientist really knows the cause of it. So I would support an agenda of a a broad agenda, broad scientific agenda based on data
[00:07:44] Unknown:
to get an answer to that. But this has been fairly well in fact, it's been exhaustively studied. And there's limited resources. And if we keep plowing over ground that has been plowed over, knowing you can never prove a negative, and since we don't know the cause, we'll still have a problem. We've we've got a responsibility with limited resources. How do we address those things that we don't know the cause for or that can ameliorate those things that are related to this crisis of chronic disease? My state, by the way, is terribly affected by chronic disease. So I'm totally with you on that. But what I wanna make sure is there's an appropriate use. So again, just going back to, and, did you have an idea, an agenda that would once more, by golly, once more, prove that measles vaccine is not associated with autism, either the schedule, the vaccine, or anything else associated with it? Because my concern is the more we pretend like this is an issue, the more we will have children dying from vaccine preventable diseases.
[00:08:43] Unknown:
Senator, I guess I turned it around and say, I wanna don't wanna disprove a negative. That's almost that's impossible, really. But I wanna I wanna, address the rise in autism that No. But I accept that. I think that's laudable. We need to do that. Yeah. That's a positive. But I'm but I'm asking the specific question. Will we once more have to go back over this particular issue? Because that has been exhaustively studied. Yeah. I mean, I think, as I said, senator, I I don't think that there's a link between back between, you know, the MMR vaccine and autism. I I'm I'm convinced based on that literature. I the only reason I'm not wholeheartedly saying yes to the to your question, which which I every instinct of mine is to do that, is that there are people who who might disagree with me. I wanna make sure that this is life. Yeah. I mean, there's people who disagree that the world is round. That's true. And I say that not to minimize these concerns,
[00:09:33] Unknown:
but but people's people still think Elvis is alive. And so if you just say someone disagrees with me, so therefore, I'm gonna put precious limited taxpayer dollars to this and not to addressing issues of obesity, heart disease, cancer. We've lost there's an opportunity cost there. You're the economist. What am I doing talking about opportunity cost? Cost? So I'm pressing you on this because I think that that kind of is a framework. If just because somebody is upset about something, do we do we have the opportunity cost of devoting resources at something which has already been pretty well,
[00:10:07] Unknown:
examined? I mean, I guess, I I yes. You're absolutely right, senator. I we don't need to address every every idea that or or or concern. But if those concerns result in parents not wanting to vaccinate their children for a vaccine that is well tested. My my sense is that, my my inclination is to give people good data. That's how you address those concerns. I don't I don't know what I'm saying. Quite sure what what at what endpoint we say we've got good data,
[00:10:34] Unknown:
because
[00:10:35] Unknown:
I mean, I I I'm I'm convinced that we have good data on MMR and autism. But if other people don't agree with me and then they don't vaccinate their children, I think I don't as a as a if I'm confirmed as NIH director, the one lever I'll have is to give them good data. That's that's really the lever I'd have. But that good data already exists. You're a scientist and you accept that. It seems more an endorsement,
[00:10:58] Unknown:
with an with an appropriate allocation of current dollars would be a better way to spend precious limited
[00:11:03] Unknown:
federal dollars. I mean, I think I think the most important, childhood health problems, have to do with childhood diabetes, childhood obesity. I think that's where that we should be studying that. That's where most that's the that that's where the vast, vast majority of the the effort should go. Prevention of of childhood infectious diseases, also I think is important. I mean, all of those are, I think you and I agree, would be, the main priorities. That's that's the priorities. Aloha is our manager's director. Thank you. Senator
[00:11:28] Andrew Hoffman:
I think it's pretty amazing that those federal dollars are are are precious and limited when it comes to when it comes to studying, you know, why one in thirty six kids has autism. Oh, that we can't spend precious limited dollars on that. We already had a pharma funded study that said it wasn't the vaccines, and and, you know, Wakefield is discredited and debunked. And that's all there is into the story. No no more need to look at anything else. No more need to to produce a kid with autism that's never had a vaccine or or more specifically, the MMR vaccine.
I'd love to see the kid. Should be all should be all over the place. Right? You know, fifteen percent of kids these days aren't getting aren't getting vaccinated, and one in thirty six kids has autism, and it has nothing to do with the vaccines. There should be a whole lot of unvaccinated autistic kids, and it's they're just not there. I mean, they I'm not saying it's the only factor, but the idea that that it's just something that just shouldn't be looked at, it's just so ridiculous. It's it's like, you know, what? You think the earth is flat? You think the you think, Elvis is still alive?
Like, how dare you think MMR vaccines cause autism? And the you kinda have to see the video of that clip. The senator's hair is kinda ruffled and messed up, and he's visibly almost shaking. And I don't know what riot act he got read before he went out there, but then, you know, they confirmed him. So it's it's interesting. I mean, Jay Bodetari isn't he's certainly not perfect. You heard his answers? Oh, yeah. Yeah. I don't think there's a link, but but we don't need him to think there's a link. Like he said, we need the data. Put the data out there, let people go over it, and if that happens, which I'll believe it when I see it, there's been a lot of, like, oh, yeah. We'll release the Epstein files. We'll release that. We'll release you know?
And lots of times, there's lots of limited hangouts coming out. But, I I would very much like to see the data that convinces kids, with vaccine with vaccine damage to their to their children that the vaccines had nothing to do with it. So anyone who looks into this, anyone who has stuff with their kid, if you look past the the mass media, pharma funded media, and pharma funded political system layer, there's evidence all over the place. And the the evidence, yes, it's anecdotal, but that's anecdotal means from a real person, and and that's, to me, a lot more evidence than, a rig study or, as we'll see later, rig diagnoses of these different diseases.
I've got a couple kinda short, tweets or ex posts to share, and then I will get into the main, main topic tonight. So the this first one, I mean, it it is I'm not even gonna try to read the whole thing because because it's too sad, and I won't get through it. But I will skip down. It's a a lady's account of her her child. Mason Forrest Bundy was the little boy's name, that lived a whopping four months, was totally healthy until took his four month vaccines and died in his sleep four four days later. So she does a very well written, expose of that and description of what that night was like, and then, she goes into the rest of it. She says, I I will never forget a single second of this night, not for as long as I live. This night is why I delved into questioning why babies die suddenly.
I just wanted to make sure that whatever happened to my baby didn't happen to anyone else's baby. I just didn't expect the cause to be one of the most controversial topics of my time. I've spent the last fourteen years deeply immersed in the health free freedom movement from the grassroots efforts of the 20 tens to working with some of the largest organizations in this space. And I can tell you, the number of people who are still unaware of the risks associated with vaccines is staggering. Please, I am begging you, do your research. If you don't know where to start, start with the book Dissolving Illusions and move on to the Vaxxed film trilogy.
I think you'll find your way from there. The biggest regret of my life was giving my son those shots. It is soul shattering that I don't get to see him grow up. And I will fight until my last breath to make sure that people are informed and know the risks. Got a picture of her her baby there. And, this was reposted by the, the Twitter account at TooBaffled, and then it goes by Sudden and Unexpected. And it excellent. Basically, just kinda compiling real world accounts. And I don't know I don't know how much vetting and proof, but, you know, people do not make up stories about their kid dying of a vaccine fourteen years ago. It's it actually happened.
So the, this other post from that same account, says, if you have a daughter approaching the age of 12 to 14, which I do, she will soon be adamantly encouraged by the attending nurse at her her school and by your very own family doctor when you are out of the office to receive the Gardasil HPV vaccine behind your back. Inexplicably, this dangerous vaccine contains L Histidine, an essential amino acid which plays a vital role in pregnancy, the synthetic form of which can pass through the placental wall to the fetus. This could be the direct cause to the spontaneous miscarriage and birth defects in some of the babies.
Whenever a vital, naturally occurring substance such as L histidine is injected into the body subcutaneously or intramuscularly alongside heavy metals, live attenuated viruses, detergents and antibiotics excipients, a counter effect inevitably occurs where the immune system cannot differentiate between the naturally occurring amino acid in the body from that, from that same non naturally occurring amino acid in the vaccine, registering all these intruders as a common enemy of toxic debris. The immune system instinctively kicks into overdrive, alerting any available antibodies throughout the body to identify and eliminate deposits of L histidine it encounters in its path.
The end result in each case, we're seeing the antithesis of nature's course develop as the body, stripped of one or more primary components, is now, in essence, at war with itself. What follows is a cascade of unfortunate unfortunate autoimmune reactions, neurological, and neurodevelopmental breakdown. And then it's got an account, from a mother's daughter who took the Gardasil vaccine. I'm here today because my daughter was harmed by the Gardasil vaccine. My daughter was actually sterilized by the vaccine. I'm begging you, do not expand this vaccine until there are answers to the problems that have already risen.
How many children will have to die because this vaccine was a mistake of a crazy proportion? How many will be sterilized? And then another one. HPV Gardasil vaccine killed our daughter. This is our daughter, Jessica Erickson. One day, we came home from work and found her dead on the bathroom floor. An honor student and all star athlete, never a medical condition in her life. When the coroner called and said her heart just stopped, she was dead before she hit the floor and couldn't tell why, we just couldn't believe it. The three doses required to complete the HPV vaccination regime are so intense, nurses administering the injections are advised to ask patients to lay down during the procedure.
In many instances, girls have fainted on the spot or gone into sudden seizures. Think twice. The Gardasil vaccine is completely unnecessary and extraordinarily hazardous to her health. Okay. So, that's some public service announcements there. And we'll get right into disease rebranding. Okay. This thread, we'll link to it in the show notes there. The disease rebranding scam faking vaccine success. Alright. It says let's and I'll, you know, I'll I'll just read it, and then I'll I'll throw in some commentary and try to describe. But there are some some visuals that it would be helpful to actually click on the the show notes and and see what they are there alright Less than 1% of people understand this the perception of progress in medicine is largely linguistic fraud not real advancement Read on for the most important medical insight of your life. Okay. Don't oversell it. Alright.
How the so called epidemic start. And so it's got a lot of different conditions with with arrows pointing in at, to use the example, smallpox. Okay. So smallpox epidemic. What happens? You've got erythema, multiforme, chickenpox, shingles, herpes, monkeypox, scarlet fever, dermatitis, measles, rubella, empedigo, and you just call it all smallpox, and all of a sudden, you've got a smallpox epidemic. And then the next one says how the so called epidemics end. You've got smallpox pointing out at erythema, multiforme. I don't I'm saying those wrong. Trichopox, shingles, herpes, monkeypox, scarlet fever, dermatitis, measles, rubella, and pedigo.
So in other words, you call everything smallpox to start the epidemic, and you call nothing smallpox to end the epidemic. It's a basic idea. Second slide there, second post, vaccines didn't eradicate diseases, they just changed the names. Smallpox, polio, measles, and other so called vanished diseases never really disappeared. They were simply redefined to create the illusion of vaccine success. It shows some newspaper headlines, Polio was conquered. Smallpox virtually wiped out by compulsory vaccination. And measles was declared eliminated from The United States in February. That's from the CDC.
Alright. So diseases eradicated by vaccines, they're reclassified under new names. Does it symptoms that don't fit the new narrative, removed from the criteria. New diseases discovered that look just like the old ones? Circling the hamster wheel faking progress. And it gives the example, Polio's vanishing act. Before the vaccine, temporary muscle weakness sufficed for a polio diagnosis. Afterward, only cases where paralysis lasted sixty plus days counted. Definitely a big difference there. Those cases were relabeled as viral or aseptic meningitis, transverse myelitis, guillain bars, and more.
Alright, so it shows a chart there. Polio cases were predetermined to decrease when the medical definition of polio was changed. So prior to 1955, polio, aseptic meningitis, and and coxsackievirus infections are recorded as polio. Then they introduced a new definition of polio, and now they record those same diseases as as other things, and all of a sudden, the polio rate drops. It's amazing. And then he gives another example of smallpox. Historical smallpox included cases with mild rashes. Today, monkeypox, generalized vaccinia, cowpox, chickenpox, and other pox like illnesses fit old smallpox descriptions. But smallpox didn't vanish. It was renamed.
And then, measles versus scarlet fever versus rubella. In the eighteen hundreds, measles, rubella, and scarlet fever were diagnosed interchangeably. Today, measles supposedly eliminated in The USA in February, while rubella and scarlet fever remain under different classifications. Same symptoms, new names. Alright. Another example, typhoid, cholera, and the lost epidemics. Typhoid, cholera, and other historical plagues were just severe diarrhea, dehydration, and fever, now called gastroenteritis, food poisoning, rotavirus, norovirus, etcetera. The diseases didn't vanish, the labels changed.
The diagnostics shell game. The vaccines do nothing to eliminate disease, but each eradicated disease lives on under a new name. Textbooks are rewritten to erase the old definitions, ensuring new doctors never see the switch. It's not medicine, it's linguistic fraud. If people knew diseases weren't eradicated, just renamed, they'd see that the vaccine narrative is built on word games, not science. The medical industry survives by controlling definitions, not curing disease. People still get the same illnesses, just renamed. And doctors in the media love to say, we eliminated polio, smallpox, and measles. They didn't eliminate anything. They just changed the way they count. The reality is far different than the story they sell.
This thread only scratches the service the surface. The this rabbit hole goes so much deeper. Follow for deeper dives in future threads, and he says, you don't hate the medical establishment anywhere near enough. Alright? So, you shouldn't hate anyone, but the medical establishment, you know, if anyone, that that is a a good target there. So I thought that was interesting and accurate. We saw all of that in real time over the last five years with COVID. And sometimes they have a test, you know, the PCR test that they can they run it for 40 cycles. So if they want a positive result, oh, look.
COVID everywhere. Then they roll out the vaccine. They start only oh, have you had the vaccine? Okay. We're only gonna do 26 cycles on your COVID test. All of a sudden, you don't have COVID any anymore. It must must be something else. You know? This is the, you can the false positives, false negatives, and it's even worse when you are just diagnosing based on symptoms. So same symptoms can be classified a bunch different ways, and they use vaccine status to determine that, to figure out, well, you can't have this because you were vaccinated for it, and that's what this next section goes into. Alright. This next one is vaccination status determines your diagnosis.
Faking vaccine success. If you're vaxxed, doctors bend over backwards to avoid diagnosing you with the disease the shot's meant to prevent. If you're unvaxxed, the same symptoms prove you have it. It's a scam. It shows a little boy getting a vaccine from a doctor, and he says, what's this one for, doctor? She says, My Christmas bonus. Number second one, Doctors diagnose disease based on vax status to protect the vaccine narrative, not the patient. They'll say they're just considering your medical history. In reality, they're making sure vaccines don't take any blame. Take a measles like rash. If a vaxxed child presents with it, doctor will likely call it something else, such as roseola.
Their false belief that the vaccine prevents measles leads them to dismiss measles as a possibility. If the same child with the exact same symptoms is unvaccinated, the diagnosis becomes measles. The system expects the unvaccinated to develop these diseases even when the symptoms are identical. This isn't just measles that happens with any. With many vaccine preventable diseases, assumptions about vaccine efficacy skew diagnoses to uphold the myth that vaccines work while ignoring their failure and harm. Alright.
And it shows a chart, if you are terrified that bacteria and viruses will kill, you should know that the death rate for all infectious diseases fell by almost one hundred percent before the use of vaccines or antibiotics. Another example, whooping cough. A vaxxed child with its symptoms may get diagnosed with a cold or bronchitis. An unvaxxed child, textbook pertussis whooping cough. Same symptoms, different diagnosis. Same with chickenpox. A vaxxed child with the classic rash gets a vague viral rash diagnosis. An unvaxxed child, it's chickenpox. No doubt.
Flu like symptoms get the same treatment. A vaxxed person with them, Probably just a cold. Unvaxxed person? It's the flu. Same symptoms, different diagnosis based on vaxx status. Mumps is another classic example. A vaxxed child with a swollen glands and fever gets diagnosed with a generic viral infection. An unvaxxed child gets mumps, even with the same exact symptoms. Let's be clear. This isn't just misdiagnosis. It's narrative control. The system protects the fraudulent myth that vaccines eradicate diseases by relabeling symptoms and manipulating diagnoses to keep the narrative intact and demonize the unvaxxed or anti vaxxers.
This diagnosis diagnostic bias is a key part of the larger scam keeping the vaccine industry dominant. The system protects the false narrative, not the patient, and turns those who question it, like anti vaxxers, into the enemy. Vaccines don't stop disease. They redefine it. Symptoms stay the same, but diseases are manipulated, keeping the illusion of progress alive while the system profits from your suffering. And then it goes into that other thread we looked at. So it comes from Twitter account at doctor wojak m d, and lots of good stuff there. He's got he's got a bunch of other threads. COVID hoax, hospitals paid to kill, the virology sham, peer review, the nocebo effect, all sorts of stuff. So, lots of good stuff there.
You should should check it out, I recommend. Alright. And now for something completely different. So this is I'm gonna read a couple, of, passages from a good book that you might have heard of, the Bible. And both are, I think, relevant. I know they're relevant to me, in in ways that I'll explain. But I think they might be relevant to to a lot of people out there, especially if you're a pastor, a podcaster, or have, those sorts of of people in your life. I'm the the grandson of a pastor, so I kinda grew up seeing behind kinda behind the scenes, both positive and negative of of what that what that calling is like. And it's man, I I tell you what, if you're someone like like me, you know, public speaking is not not an exciting thing.
Podcasting is kinda neat for me because it allows me to, be by myself, be very introverted, but still still try and express myself. And I I certainly don't feel like I do a great job of that. I can see a lot more than I can express or express effectively. But this, this first passage, Isaiah chapter six, very famous passage. Isaiah, very famous prophet. But a a couple things in this this passage stuck out to me. I've got the Alexander Scorby version linked in the the show notes. So if you wanna hear a much better reading, I've got the the time codes on where to go for that.
But I I'm just gonna read it because I didn't wanna try and edit everything in and and stop and start and what have you. So, Isaiah chapter six, Isaiah called to be a prophet. In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above it stood Seraphim. One had six wings. With two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to another and said, holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts. The whole earth is full of his glory. And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke.
So I said, woe is me, for I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips. For my eyes have my eyes have seen the king, the Lord of hosts. Then one of the seraphim flew flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it and said, behold, this has touched your lips. Your iniquity is taken away, and your sin is purged. Also, I heard the voice of the Lord saying, whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then I said, here am I. Send me.
And he said, go and tell this people. And I'm gonna pause right there, right in the middle of verse nine. If you had never heard this passage before or just put yourself in Isaiah's shoes there, you're you're seeing the Lord himself on a throne. You know, you've been purified, with the with the call. You're getting an important mission, and the next words that are told to him, to me, they make they make it much more believable. Right? Because if you're making up the story, you would say, god said, tell me to to tell you to repent and, you know, just something that that you would expect. Right? So so here's the message that Isaiah has given, to spread as as a prophet to the people.
Keep on hearing, but do not understand. Keep on seeing, but do not perceive. Make the heart of this people dull and their eyes heavy, and shut their eyes, lest they see with their eyes and hear with their hearts and understand with their heart and return and be healed. Then I said, Lord, how long? And he answered, until the cities are laid waste and without inhabitant. The houses are without a man. The land is utterly desolate. The Lord has removed men far away, and the forsaken places are many in the midst of the land. But yet a tenth will be in it, and will return and be for consuming, as a tarrabant tree or as an oak, whose stump remains when it is cut down, so the holy seed shall be its stump.
So the his entire divinely mandated message is so that people would keep on hearing but not understand, keep on seeing but not perceive, that their heart would be dull. See, this is exactly the opposite of kind of ministry goals. Right? And and I think those ministry goals are are very natural. It's the human inclination you want, hey, I'm if you're a pastor, you want lots of people at church. You wanna spread the gospel far and wide. You want people to hear and understand. But just know that sometimes being faithful means people aren't gonna listen. And this is, you know, the the message if you if you have a calling to be a pastor or even, you know, a little podcaster or author or what have you, and you think, you know, I'm throwing a snowball into a tsunami. This doesn't do any good.
At some level, it doesn't matter whether it does any good that you can see or not. You're called, you know, if if you've got a calling, you've gotta do it, and it's a matter of obedience. So so that's, Isaiah six. And then, interestingly enough, just this this version of New King James Version that I I happen to have here relates this passage to a passage in Ezekiel. So let's look at that one next. In Ezekiel chapter one, he has a very famous vision of heavenly creeps creatures similar to to what we saw there in Isaiah chapter six.
And I'll start near the end of chapter one, possibly to get some gratuitous, firmament references in. So, Ezekiel one twenty two, the likeness of the firmament above the heads of the living creatures was like the color of an awesome crystal, stretched out over their heads. And under the firmament, their wings spread out straight, one toward another. Each one had two which covered one side, and each one had two which covered the other side of the body. When they went, I heard the noise of their wings like the noise of many waters, like the voice of the Almighty, a tumult like the noise of an army and when they sit stood still, they let down their wings.
A voice from above the firmament that was over their heads, whenever they stood, they let down their wings. And above the firmament over their heads was like was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like a sapphire stone. On the likeness of a throne was a likeness with the appearance of a man high above it. Also, from the appearance of his waist and upwards, I saw, as it were, the color of amber with the appearance of fire all around within it. And from the appearance of his waist and downward, I saw, as it were, the appearance of fire with brightness all around. Like the appearance of a rainbow in a cloud on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the brightness all around it. This was the appearance of the likeness of the the glory of the Lord.
So when I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of one speaking. And he said to me, son of man, stand on your feet, and I will speak to you. Then the spirit entered me and when he spoke to me and set me on my feet, and I heard him who spoke to me. And he said to me, son of man, I am sending you to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me. They and their fathers have transgressed against me to this very day. For there they are impudent and stubborn children. I'm sending you to them, and you shall say to them, thus says the Lord God.
As for them, whether they hear or whether they refuse, for they are a rebellious house, yet they will know that a prophet has been among them. And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them, nor be afraid of their words, though briars and thorns are with you, and you dwell among scorpions. Do not be afraid of their words or dismayed by their looks, though they are a rebellious house. You shall speak my words to them, whether they hear or whether they refuse, for they are rebellious. But you, son of man, hear what I say to you. Do not be rebellious like that rebellious house. Open your mouth and eat what I give you.
And when I looked, there was a hand stretched out to me, and behold, a scroll of a book was in it. Then he spread it before me, and there was writing on the inside and on the outside, and written on it were lamentations in mourning and woe. Moreover, he said to me, son of man, eat what you find, eat this scroll, and go and speak to the house of Israel. So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that scroll. And he said to me, son of man, feed your belly and fill your stomach with this scroll that I give you. So I ate, and then it was in my mouth like honey and sweetness.
Then he said to me, son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak with my words to them. For you are not sent to a people of unfamiliar speech and of hard language, but to the house of Israel, not to many people of unfamiliar speech and of hard language whose words you cannot understand. Surely, had I sent you to them, they would have listened to you. But the house of Israel will not listen to you, because they will not listen to me. And all the house of Israel are impudent and hardhearted. Behold, I have made your face strong against their faces, and your forehead strong against their foreheads, like adamant stone, harder than flint I have made your forehead. Do not be afraid of them, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house.
Moreover, he said to me, son of man, receive into your heart all my words that I speak to you. And hear with your ears, and go get to the captives, to the children of your people, and speak to them and tell them, thus says the Lord God, whether they hear or whether they refuse. Then the spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me a great thunderous voice. Blessed is the glory of the Lord from this place. And I heard the noise of the wings of the living creatures that touch one another, and the noise of the wheels beside them, and a great thunderous noise. So the spirit lifted me up and took me away, and I went in bitterness in the heat of my spirit. But the hand of the Lord was strong upon me. Then I came to the captives at Tel Abib, who dwelt by the River Kibar, and I sat and I sat where they sat, and remained there astonished among them seven days.
Now it came to pass at the end of the seven days that the word of the Lord came to me, saying, son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel. Therefore, hear a word from my mouth and give them a warning from me. When I say to the wicked, you shall surely die, and you give them no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way to save his life That same wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand Yet if you warn the wicked and he does not turn from his wickedness nor from his wicked way He shall die in his iniquity, but you have delivered your soul Again when a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity and I lay a stumbling block before him He shall die because you did not give him warning. He shall die in his sin and his righteousness, which he has done, shall not be remembered.
But his blood I will require at your hand. Nevertheless, if you warn the righteous man that the righteous should not sin and he does not sin He shall surely live because he took warning. Also, you will have delivered your soul Then the hand of the Lord was upon me there and he said to me Arise go out into the plain and there there I shall talk with you. So I arose and went out into the plain, and behold, the glory of the Lord stood there, like the glory which I saw by the River Kibar, and I fell on my face. Then the spirit entered me and set me on my feet and spoke with me and said to me, go. Shut yourself inside your house. And you, oh, son of man, surely they will put ropes on you and bind you with them so that you cannot go out among them. I will make your tongue cling to the roof of your mouth so you shall be mute and not be one to rebuke them, for they are a rebellious house.
But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, thus says the Lord God, he who hears, let him hear, and he he and he who refuses, let him refuse, for they are a rebellious house. So that's obviously has some implications, and then we get right up through chapter three there if you're if you're wondering. Man, I mean, the responsibility of, in this case, the prophet, but I think there's a lot to take there if you're a, man, if you're a pastor, a teacher, or even even a parent, I mean, the responsibility is to to correct, to warn.
And that's and the old warning people to stop doing wickedness and to repent and come back to God, it's not a popular message now. And this is you know, you can get into theology aspects of what that is. Those of you who have listened to Revelations Radio News know I'm a huge fan of Chris White. He's been going down the that path of looking into, you know, where this idea of once saved, always saved came from, and is it biblical. And, I would encourage people to check that out. I'm not I'm not gonna tell you I'm a % agree with Chris on on that particular thing, but I think where it took him, was very good.
And he he made me kinda start looking around, at at my church home and, you know, does this match up with where I should be? And it's hard decisions, and those decisions aren't aren't made. But one encouraging thing in kind of looking around is and there there are some faithful pastors out there, and they're they're not, I'm not gonna say they're exclusively at small churches, but just because someone is at a small church does not mean they are are less faithful than someone at a megachurch. In fact, it's now, I'll also say just because someone's at a small church doesn't mean they're, you know, more faithful than someone at a megachurch. But and there's there are compromises that that, in my view, have to be made both at a denominational level and at a, you know, just size and success of the church level if you wanna be if you wanna have a megachurch.
And that's kinda why I'm not not a huge fan. It's oftentimes, it's not that the theology is is bad, but there man, something is wrong. And Chris has his kind of theories on on what that is. And I do tend to agree with them on that that implicit in the okay. We're gonna be a trendy megachurch is we're you know, I'm I'm not gonna tell you to flee from your wickedness or you will surely die. That's not not a popular message. And but it is it is a biblical message, and we could say, it's old testament. It's different now. But and if if you're a pastor out there, I would encourage you to to really look into the passages, not so much from a I went to seminary, and I know what x y z means, but, you know, look into the word of God for yourself and take that responsibility seriously.
You know, these are are people's souls that are are hanging in the balance that god has entrusted in some ways to you, to shepherd over. So, you know, I I would take it seriously. And then for for those of us that aren't pastors, you know, what what can you do to to be an encouragement? It's a a heavy, important job that's constantly under under attack. And, you know, what how we react to to pastors can can definitely impact what direction they go. So, if you've got a if you're at a church with a good pastor, make sure you're an encouragement to them and and not a not a a burden as much as possible there. So that's kind of the the message that was on my heart there for for podcasters and and pastors. It's, you know, the the measurements are not in number of people in the pews or amount of money that comes in or the amount of subscribers or how many people know who you are.
That's not that all that stuff is temporary. And what we will be judged on eternally is were we faithful? You know, what what was the were we obedient? And, you know, if you're if you found this podcast niche of a niche of a niche podcast, then, you know, I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't have at least suspected that, you know, this whole God, Bible, Christianity thing, there might be something to it. And people have a lot of excuses for not going to church, and there's there's valid reasons and and what have you, and there's and the American church is not in a great place. And I understand that, but, man, it's there's nowhere in in scripture, Old or New Testament, where it's like, yeah, you could do this.
You can do this by yourself. You don't need to be with other Christians. You don't need to, study the word. You don't need to follow God's commands. Just just pray a prayer and live how you want the rest of the time. So that's just not not the way it is. So, hopefully, that makes some sense. If it doesn't, you're welcome to send me an angry email. That's fine. But I would I would encourage you to kinda study those things, for yourself as well. So maybe the way I presented it didn't come across well. That's certainly very, very possible. But, hopefully, it it kinda sets you down a path of, what do I need to learn?
So, hopefully, that was of value to you. I really appreciate everyone out there. I really appreciate everyone who has reached out. Shout out to James who reached out and and said, hey. How do I support you? So I I did start I did open up the, Substack paid subscription option. There's not gonna be anything behind the paywall that isn't available to everyone. But, just if if it's on your heart to support, I can tell you it does help hold me accountable and make sure that I keep doing stuff. If there's people that are are saying, hey. We're listening, and we we find this, important enough that we're actually willing to contribute financially. So that that means a lot.
And I thank all of you for listening. And until next time, just remember, now more than ever, it is okay to be an anti vaxxer.
