1st Section: Before you consider dating: · The most important thing is your relationship with God   · Allow God to reveal & examine any old wounds or hurts from the past. Psalm 147:3 (HCSB) Psalm 34:18 (HCSB)  Romans 8:28 (HCSB) · Forgive  Look at it as a learning experience. Ask God to break every soul ties that may be in your heart. Rededicate yourself, your mind & body back to God Psalm 51:10 (HCSB)  Anoint yourself daily & asking God to keep you covered  Now if you decide to start dating, this is the 2nd section. ·      Learn what your type is (Make a LIST)  Know your responsibility -The man that finds a wife, finds a good thing Based upon that LIST, are they compatible with you & are you compatible with THEM. The 3rd& last section: When you have someone or a particular person in mind. ·      Talk less & LISTEN MORE  Test or investigate everything. (1 John 4:1 Try the spirit by THE SPIRIT) ·      Trust has to be EARNED, not GIVEN  (This will help you to guard your heart ·      2 Timothy 5:22 Says Lay hands suddenly on NO MAN ·    Don’t assume NOTHING ·      Don’t put yourself or them in an uncomfortable situations  Stay away from foolish people & people who will test your will & morals (1 Corinthians 15:33 (HCSB) 33  Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals. Or good character” Never think you can change someone   Sex will not make them love you  Know the difference between someone you need to date & someone for ministry (refer them to someone of the SAME sex)
