It's also brought to you by Fatfix, phatphix,.com, and also Itera Planet for the terahertz frequency wand by Preif International. That's iteraplanet.com. Thank you, and welcome to the program.

Boy, it needs some changing and it's vacillating back and forth in the good and the bad direction. We're gonna see if we can put it on the good side here today for a little bit. Two hours on the Monday edition, the, almost the June. It's the thirtieth. Happy birthday to my cousin. It's his birthday today. Won't be listening, of course. But regardless, 06/30 and, is the date, Stan Prodger Sales, your host, MD Radio Ranch on this Monday. Monday, can't trust that day is, our platform. So we don't have, John Casera, but it looks like or at least he hadn't pulled in yet. We do have Paul Beaner, though, and we ask him to come out and identify all the people that help us. We we usually have a little lighter contingency on, Monday. Right? Compliment.
A lighter compliment. Okay. Well, anyway, identify the folks that have been able to make it and assist with us today, and we'll roll on. Okay.
[00:02:34] Unknown:
Can do that. We have our two old standbys. We have eurofolkradio.com. Thanks to pastor Eli James. And we have Global Voice Radio Network, My Pet Project. Links to those two streams are on our website, thematrixdocs.com. Thematrixd0cs.com. And, that's where you'll also find the link to free conference calls so you can join us live on the show. I did miss the first thirty seconds on the, on the live recording of the stream through Pod Homes. So, the show will go along just like normal, but the archive will be uploaded after the fact.
The local recording is correct. The POD home recording will be lacking the first thirty seconds. So Wow. Okay.
[00:03:28] Unknown:
We'll get her taken care of. That shouldn't hurt too bad. That's about half part of the intro and whatever. Yeah. Okay. So Alan's not with us today. Is he still in a in a in a courtroom situation?
[00:03:42] Unknown:
Yeah. And, apparently, at last report, things were going very well. He's got, he's got agencies of government, reaching out to him in an attempt to reach a settlement.
[00:03:58] Unknown:
Oh, that's good sign. Always. Mhmm. Yeah. That's a good sign. Good for Alan. Well, certainly certainly,
[00:04:05] Unknown:
communicates that, they think if they go forward, they're gonna lose, and they're gonna lose big. So
[00:04:11] Unknown:
Yeah. That's, they don't they'll do anything not to have that on their blight on their record. They don't want you to know that they're culpable like that, and and and you can get after them. So, okay. Well, I wish John would've shown up today. I've gotten to, really look forward to conversing with him on Monday for however long we've got. It varies. And but it doesn't look like he's gonna make it today. Don't know why. Anyway He might still show up. It's He might. Maybe he just slept in a little bit. Who knows? Gosh. Well, there's a lot of current events happening, there over the weekend that I found out about. You didn't.
I'm I know the answer. You didn't happen to watch the, Chihuahua with Steve Quail yesterday, did you?
[00:05:02] Unknown:
No. I did not. K.
[00:05:04] Unknown:
Well, did you,
[00:05:06] Unknown:
have you been checking the news and stuff? No. I actually haven't been doing that either. I've been, I've been hiding from the heat, hiding from the
[00:05:16] Unknown:
from the rain, and just working on, the home front here. On stuff? Okay. Yeah. Well, would you be surprised to know that there are fences that are that evidently are, not not crossable? You can't get over them, around the White House and the Treasury? No. You didn't know that, did you? I didn't I didn't hear about that. Other buildings there. Did you know there's, interceptor missiles on the top of the White House now? Really? That's what Steve Quayle says, and mister Hunter agrees with him. I'm not sure if they've got them on treasury. Now they're not, like, gonna in intercept inter ballistic missiles. They're for knocking down drones.
Mhmm. Because you drones have totally changed the battlefield. You know? And, so, anyway, that, that was kinda surprising. Did you know we had a fatwa issued against us over the weekend?
[00:06:11] Unknown:
What's that?
[00:06:15] Unknown:
It's a, a declaration of war from the Mullahs.
[00:06:19] Unknown:
Oh, okay.
[00:06:21] Unknown:
It wasn't from the head Mullah. It was from one of his under Mullahs. But, evidently, we've got a fatwa that was issued against us on Saturday, a declaration of war. Don't know what that's gonna take in in into account, but, I wondered is, is that the reason that they they expect? And I I think we're gonna have some some real, consequential stuff going on. It's probably starting around Friday of this week.
[00:06:51] Unknown:
Mhmm.
[00:06:52] Unknown:
Of course, I think you know what that is, don't you, Paul?
[00:06:56] Unknown:
Yeah. Friday this
[00:06:58] Unknown:
week? Or Yeah. Yeah. That'd be the day. So, but there's a lot of precautions being made. I guess the, I I think it was mister Patel's FBI. They caught 11 Iranians, couple on the terrorist list in a in a cell or something. I didn't hear or see the story. I heard some folks talking about it. So, there's some real bad omens if you're looking in the tea leaves. Just be careful, as you, and we'll talk about it more during the week, I guess, as we get closer to finding out more. But I don't know what your plans are for the fourth. But, if you're gonna plan to be around groups and stuff, you might be very careful.
But you think scenarios they they're they look for if they're gonna pull this off. I don't know. There is a fatwa. It was issued Saturday. There are all these defensive measures being taken already, in DC and maybe around the country for all I know. But, we'll find out. We're going into some it appears we're going into some precarious times. The Democrats, I don't know if you've noticed, they've been pretty quiet lately. Right. And that's that's, you you usually, when they're back there scheming. You know, I told you. You I was watching a thing on Rome. I like to watch that historical stuff. You know? And, I was watching a thing on Rome about and it was the segment was a emperor of Rome that was really, really, was wanting to help, the, the Edomite crowd, if you will. Mhmm. And, so he they were in they were in Rome by that point. They'd come and infested the head of the empire, the center of the empire, and he, gave them a building to worship him so they could have their religious services. Yeah. And damned if he didn't catch him trying to overthrow him and take the country over. Yep. Take the empire over. He walked right in on the meeting.
[00:09:06] Unknown:
Pardon me? He walked right in on the meeting.
[00:09:09] Unknown:
Well, I don't know if they didn't have spies. I don't remember how they found out, but the story in the video on on on YouTube is, that, they caught them trying to plotting to overthrow the emperor. Same same mindset, you know, Michael Jones has written a book about it. He got a lot of flack for it called the rev the what what is it? The revolutionary spirit? Jewish revolutionary spirit or, something to that effect. And then, evidently, it's just woven in their genes, I guess. Anyway, all that. And, I actually saw a couple of snippets, Same snippet. I'd I'd like to see the whole interview with, Tucker Carlson, who's the latest, hoodoo goblin, anti semite, and, Mary Marjorie Taylor Greene, who I particularly like. She's from Georgia, Georgia gal.
And, they're going, well, why why don't these people have to register for FAIRR? You know what FAIRR is. Right? No. It's a foreign agent registration act. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. And, you you know, John Kennedy was trying to force him to, register APAC right for the right for his unfortunate demise. He was also trying to keep him from, getting nuclear weapons. He was smart enough for that. They both those things, of course, went by the way wayside. They smuggled out nuclear fission material, and then a, a, one of the Hollywood crowds belching or something like that, smuggled the triggers to them, and that's, where Dimona came from. And, of course, Dimona out there just out in the desert somewhere. I'm not sure exactly where.
But, the the Dimona, they don't have to register with the IAEA, which is the International Atomic Energy Association out of the UN, of which all the countries in the world registered well except for them. They don't have to register to register for such a thing. So they don't have inspectors just like they don't have to register for Farah or any of the other things. And, who was it? Who was it? Somebody it's Tucker's brought up the point. Oh, what was his name? He's from Connecticut. One of right on my tip of my tongue, one of, Trump's people they persecuted so badly in the Russiagate.
Starts with an m. I just can't. Manafort. Paul Manafort. He was lobbying for a foreign country as an American and didn't register, and they that was one of the things they busted him on. Of course, the, when you come back to the Israelis, they go, well, we're these people are Americans. They don't have to register. Well, what about Manafort? So it's always, you know, what what's what's good for you, and we're not gonna have any effect on us. And the typical mindset from these people and the way they operate. We're better than everybody else. You know, Murr said something the other day. She mixed two stories that I've told in the past. No no bad on Murr. It's easy to get that sort of thing confused. When I was coming out of the record business years ago and to try and take that experience and apply it somewhere from the record business to regular business.
Now as I've said, the only thing I could find that was correlative was being a lobbyist, and I certainly didn't wanna do that. So I got a video was just coming in in vogue there in the early eighties, and, we had a video store in town. I went over there and got a job selling video machines, recorders, and stuff. And, of course, it was it was owned by the tribe. And I remember one day, we were out in the front parking lot, and one of the owners was named Goodman, Steve Goodman, and, not a bad guy. But, his he had some brothers and stuff, and they had some kids. And the his nephew, I guess, was there maybe, I don't know, five, six, five, something, where you can still throw them up in the air. You know? And he was throwing his, his grand his nephew up in the air, and he's going, aren't you glad to be Jewish? Aren't you glad you're Jewish? Aren't you glad you're Jewish? And I just always remember that. It stuck with me. You know?
And, how they try and cover up for all the crap, I guess, they're gonna have to face in life. The other one was, a situation where early on in the RBN days, I had a listener a female listener whose husband, she was she was a goy, and she was married to one of the most important guys in Hollywood. I won't tell you his name. He, he totally changed the way Hollywood deals with foreign films. He was he was, quite celebrated for that. And, anyway, he was from Chicago. They they came down to Argentina and spent a week with me. Just wonderful people. He was a he was a great guy. I mean, I really, really enjoyed being around him. His name was Ron. And, he was just funny. He's like a Woody Allen kinda guy. You know?
And, just tremendous fun to be around. So enjoyed it tremendously. And, they were looking for a place to retire, and they wanted to come down there. But when I was first down in Argentina, those first year or two down there, Paul, Forbes listed the little town I lived in, San Rafael, listed as one of the top 10 places in the world to retire. It's got a lot of attributes. You know? And so, anyway, they came down to check that out, so I got to spend a week with him. And, but it was her that told me, So this is hearsay from the female. And he was from Chicago, probably Skokie up there.
And, his parents had sent him to Khalil. You know what Khalil is? It's the school inside the synagogue Mhmm. K, taught by rabbis. And, so here he is, six years old, and his father who is a doctor sent him to Khalil. And, here's the rabbi up in front of the class going, you're better than everybody else. You're better than everybody else. And it had such an effect on him at six years old that he bolted the Khalil, and he's been an atheist all his life. But that those are two true stories that have come to me. Yes. Who's trying to say something there? Yeah. That would be me.
[00:15:57] Unknown:
Okay. The link you sent me was for Infowars talking about, the call
[00:16:05] Unknown:
Okay. Here's okay. Here's what happens after that I was watching, their stuff from yesterday. And at the end of the, at the end of the video, it just automatically flipped over to Barnes. And I when I looked at the link, it said rumble.com. It didn't say info or so. Anyway, if you can dig up maybe you'll see if you can go over rumble.com and find the link. I was trying to send, Paul a link from last night's Barnes. I don't know if any of you watched it or not. Pretty, you know, it was an anticipated episode because of all the Supreme Court cases that came out, last Friday. By the way, there are still some that probably will come out through the month.
And, so I just sent you that link. It looked like it would work, but it's not working then. Right? No. It's the Alex Jones second hour religious call for us to attend. Go right to the end and see if it won't roll over to the, rum to their show. If not, we can just scrap it or I can find it, and we can cover it later in the week. But the reason I've got that last night is they were talking about equity and and and Barnes went into a bit of an explanation on that. We've got people like Larry and and and and and the people that are interested in finding out about this. I don't know a lot about it, be quite frank with the out front. But Barnes was, you know, expanding on it last night. So What what is what is the Barnes channel name?
You could, probably find it. Go over to rumble.com and see if it in there under the VivaBarnes or VivaBarnes? Go to you could go to Barnes was it vivabarneslaw.locals.com?
[00:17:58] Unknown:
Yes. Yes, Julie. Yes, Julie. Do you have a link in it? It's under Viva it's under Viva Fray, Viva, v I v a f r e I. Yeah. Okay. It's under the VivaFries
[00:18:09] Unknown:
channel then. Anyway, if we can find it, it's a, like, nice little nice little commentary on, where it started in England and etcetera, etcetera. So So it's the massive SCOTUS Winds, big beautiful build, new scum, whatever. That one. Is that the title of the one episode you're looking at? Yeah. It was one day ago. Yeah. Okay. It was Sunday. Yeah. It'd probably be right at the same mark there, about a minute twenty an hour twenty. One hour twenty? Okay. Yeah. I think it starts about one hour twenty five, but in that area somewhere, there's a little bit of background to lead up to what he's gonna say. So that's why I give a little liver, a a little extra on the front end.
So Okay. So I'll pardon me? Hello? Yes, sir?
[00:18:58] Unknown:
Yeah. I I don't wanna change. This. Oh, hey, Joe. I just have a brief comment. The big beautiful bill is not a done deal. And those of you that vote, I encourage you to call John Thune's office at (866) 850-3855, and also to call Trump's hotline, which is (202) 456-1111, and tell them they must put the Hearing Protection Act back in that bill. It's they would made you to believe that it's a done deal, that it's all it's pulled and it's over with, but that is not so. They Jay Jay Jay I don't have his phone number, but Vance or, Thune, either one can put it back in.
[00:19:55] Unknown:
The hearing protection bill, is that what you said?
[00:19:59] Unknown:
It's a hearing protection act. And what it does, Roger, is it takes the, tax it basically gets a National Firearms Act in 1934.
[00:20:13] Unknown:
Okay. Well, that's obviously why they don't want it in there. That
[00:20:17] Unknown:
that's exactly right. But it made it through the house, and, you know, they could put it back in. So, you know, call your senator and need to do it this morning Okay. Sure. Time is short. But, you know, those that pay attention to this, it but it would take suppressors off of the registry to where they have to be registered and $200 tax, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. So the hearing protection act's a good deal. It needs to be put back in the big beautiful bill. That's all I have to say. Thank you. Gosh. You know, it's just too bad we can't get the gun,
[00:20:55] Unknown:
people's attention, Joe. I mean, I've tried and I've tried. Now just that's one of the biggest biggest surprises to me on this whole thing. I would have thought that that crowd would be lined up at the door here, and, buddy, you flat can't get their attention on this. I see. The crowd lined up
[00:21:15] Unknown:
the crowd lined up when it was going through the house. That's the reason it stayed in the bill. Because you you have a bunch of Democrats that were fighting it, and, you know, that only won by one vote in the house. But, it could be put back in the senate side. That's that, parliamentarian
[00:21:41] Unknown:
is the one that that took it out. Yeah. Well, the the bad guys totally control the senate for the most part. So you can understand why that would happen over there. By the way, we like that point. Okay. Thank you. Take a look. Yeah. Well, maybe with, you know, the Lindsey is one of the one of the big roadblocks in the senate and, Blumenthal too, obviously, and a few others, I'm sure. But, Lindsay's got somebody's gonna run against him next time. This is damn sharp. The South the the the real South Carolinians are about sick. You know? It's the, hey. We're the sewer department. We're tired of your crap. That's about where the state is with Lindsey Sugar Bridges Graham, I think.
Mhmm. So, hopefully, next time that guy will have some folks behind him. He's a very sharp guy. Can't his name escapes me. So, anyway, I don't know if there's anything else that's happened this morning of any significance, but those were the things that I noted. Yes, sir. You have. I believe I have the, SCOTUS winds queued. Oh, okay. Cool. Well, yeah, if you could just start it, this will be a little bit of lead in from Barnes talking about these cases. And then he goes into this thing on equity, and I just want to play it for Larry. I hope you're listening. And and, oh, and the folks that are interested in this, there's a couple of you that have asked me about it. I just don't know about it. Honestly, I've never studied that. It's too much.
But we've got we can get here's another thing. Friday is the fourth. I wonder if we're gonna do show with Brent. So since Skype is gone, I can't even communicate with him hardly. So, anyway, let's play this and see where it goes, and, we'll we'll see if this answers any of y'all's questions or gives you folks that are curious about this equity stuff. And, chancellor, I believe he mentions in there. If you'd play that and we can go you don't have to take it after he goes over it. There's a a minute or so after that that he still talks about it, if I remember right, from last night. So if you would, Paul, and play that, and we'll see if we can gain some information out of that. Okay. Let's play about three minutes of it, if not a little more. That'll probably if you're starting at a 01:20, that'll probably it the I believe he he went over the the goodies about 01:25.
But, yeah, I don't know if you just plopped it down on that. If you drop the needle on that point, I don't know if they get the context. Anyway, play a little bit of it, and let's see what we think here.
[00:24:26] Unknown:
Alright.
[00:24:28] Unknown:
Robert, let's get to the Supreme Court victories of last week, which are going to allow Donald Trump to continue being, as far as I'm concerned, the best president ever, which doesn't make him immune from criticism. No. I mean, so
[00:24:40] Unknown:
is pick the ones that you wanna start with. There was a good one. We probably gotta start with the big daddy of them all, the universal injunctions.
[00:24:48] Unknown:
So this is the best case ever. I I don't know if this makes you like Amy Coney Barrett a little more. There was vitriol going on between the majority, and I it was Amy Coney who wrote the majority. Right? And and, and KBJ or KJB, Ketanji Brown at Jackson, they basically said she's the biggest idiot on Earth, doesn't understand basic principles of law, and doesn't wanna go through the required intellectual, process to draft, you know, press presidential decisions or at least presidential dissents. It was six to three along party lines, three, three, and three. So the three conservatives, the three institutionalists, and then the three progressive liberal activist judges hacks on the bench, Sotomayor and KBJ.
They basically this was universal injunctions, but in the context of the executive order on birthright citizenship. They didn't get into the substance of the birthright citizenship discussion, although they said it's it's likely to succeed on the merits. So these injunctions are going to be struck down. But by the way, there has never been a precedent for nationwide injunctions. It's never existed until relatively recently, and it's only become standard even more recently. And it's absolutely unwarranted and basically creates a what is it? It was an imperial judiciary where Ketanji Brown Jackson is scared of an imperial executive.
It was the best it was the best thing ever. What's your what is your takeaway from it and what that that was as vicious as it's ever gotten between supreme court justices, or has there been worse? Oh, no. No. No. I'm I'm I'm Okay. Fine. I'm I'm
[00:26:16] Unknown:
I'm overhyping it. That's alright. No. No. No. No. No. I'm just saying that, the you don't see it often, but you definitely see some real contentiousness, at times between the different members of the court. The what I think we saw, the the Supreme Court's term ended, this week. So there'll still be emergency rulings they'll make, and certain decisions they'll make throughout the summer, but we won't get any more big decisions like this in all likelihood until the fall. So what you what you are seeing is the split that we talked about several years ago, that you have a conservative right, you have a liberal left, and then you have an institutionalist center.
And the conservatives on the right, are Gorsuch, Thomas, and Alito. Gorsuch, on some issues, will deviate with his libertarian leanings on criminal defense cases, civil rights cases, some, native American rights, tribal rights cases. In some of those cases, he he will be on his own. In fact, he was, sometimes the decisive vote against the conservatives a couple of times this term, including a case or two we'll talk about here in a second. The but that you're seeing them form. In fact, in many more and more cases, those three are dissenting or the three liberals are dissenting. The institutionalists, are increasingly under, Robert's control, and especially, it appears to me, Barrett. Barrett is increasingly becoming Robert sort of number two. So expect her to be a lot like Roberts on a go forward basis. I think Roberts won her over on these set of issues. I think he probably wanted to persuade the liberals, and I think it is way in part he brought her in on this was by them not ruling on third party standing, by them not ruling on class action standing, by them not ruling on birthright citizenship.
They left these huge loopholes that are gonna be abused throughout the summer. We'll probably see this week decisions made that reinstate the same injunctions just now disguised as class actions. Mhmm. Now disguised as statewide claims that all the state that state have standing for everybody in the state. This is where the concurring opinions, of Alito, of Thomas, of Gorsuch, and to a degree Kavanaugh wanted to go further because they realized this is a disaster still waiting to happen if there's this continued interference occurs. But at least Roberts hemmed in the worst and the most egregious, interventions by getting rid of universal injunctions. You know, because it's people were describing him as nationwide because they were so geographic geographic in scope. But the other way to think of them, and and as the court described them, the universal, meaning parties that are not parties to the case being enjoined related to the conduct of the case. And that's, and there they they started with the constitution.
The constitution provides that the court that congress determines all the authority of the inferior courts. That is every court other than the Supreme Court of the United States, the district courts and the courts of appeals. The, and so what is congress doing? Well, congress passed the judiciary act of 1789 back to the time of our founding, and that law has not substantively changed in many respects. And that law said you, federal district and appellate courts other than supreme court, have all the equitable jurisdiction that the chancery courts in England at the time had. Those chancery courts, it's important under this is like, you can get into legal title disputes.
Where does trust law originate? All goes back to this. It's that the in England, you could appeal to the king's conscience if the rules of law didn't protect you. You could appeal to the king's conscience and say, this is an unjust outcome, king. Please set it aside. This is and the king delegated that to his chancellor chancellor that created chancery courts, and these became the source of equitable power in English law. But by that very nature, as the supreme court went through in its decision, that is usually an individualized assessment.
By definition, it's not going to be a class action. By definition, it's not going to be universal. And so the since congress only gave lower courts the power of the chancery courts of England had at the time, that meant universal injunctions. Injunctions beyond the parties to the case is foreign to equitable jurisdiction, and an injunction is an equitable action. A word of monetary damages is a legal action, whereas all forms of injunctions are by definition equitable in nature. So they only have the power the chancery courts had at the time of our founding. That hasn't changed because congress hasn't extended or expanded that power. And and there was discussion of big beautiful bill to deal with this. Now that got mooted by the Supreme Court saying, no. You do not have universal injunction power. You never did.
This is something that's a new, phenomenon over the last century, especially under Trump. Almost all the universal injunctions ever issued in the history of American courts have come against president Trump. That's how political it is. The dissent, you had Sotomayor and Kagan, just arguing for extended judicial power. And what I liked about Jackson's dissent is it was intellectually honest. Now some people were being critical online. They're saying, why are people like like us and others referring to the, these decisions as the signs of stupid people? It's because they're stupid people, and that's why I like just, justice Jackson, opinion because I want an honest decision representing the modern legal left, and they're morally stupid in the Kierkegaard kind of sense, in the, old philosophical sense, the Bonhoeffer sense. It's a morally stupid, but it's also an I mean, when you actually say in a court decision things like, what what's all this legalese?
What's all this technical stuff? Oh, we got some technical stuff in the constitution. What it's honestly reflective and representative of is this is that decision you should read, the Jackson descent, in that case, be in the universal injunction case because it tells you exactly what the legal left thinks. It's what they've been taught and trained to do. They are power driven. They do not care about principles of law. They do not care about rules of law. They care about power and only power. And to them, as long as Trump is in the White House, that meant the district courts had to have the power against Trump. If it was Biden in the White House, Jackson would be happy to flip that script entirely. Okay. So this is power driven. And that's all you see, and you see it honestly represented.
[00:32:42] Unknown:
For those of you who may have heard us talk about Barnes before, maybe never gone and watched his Sunday night show with Viva Fry. They're a Canadian attorney. But you can see Barnes is just Barnes knows this stuff. K. Period. He's one of the brightest voices out there in the, from the legal side to me. I know Mark feels the same way. I kinda wish Mark was with us to go over that a little bit today. But if you wanna go back and, listen to that again, you can find it. Where did you find it, Paul?
[00:33:15] Unknown:
It's on Rumble on the VivaFry channel. Uh-huh. Episode two seventy, massive SCOTUS wins. Big beautiful bill, new scum, sues.
[00:33:25] Unknown:
Right. He talks about
[00:33:27] Unknown:
yeah. He, talks about a couple of the other big decisions that came out, this Friday last Friday. So, anyway, it's a little bit of an explanation about I know that in that list of different factions of law that we have, you know, that I sent you a while back. It's posted on the website somewhere, the different bodies of law. If you look under equity, the what they call the person presiding over the equity for trial or whatever it is, is called chancellor. It's not called judge. He's called chancellor. And, so that I just wanted to play that today and see if it helped, Larry or any of the other folks, that are, interested in that. And if not, you didn't get it, you can go back and listen to it on your own if you wanna go back and watch last night's episode of Fry and Barnes. Now there's something else come up too that's extremely in interesting is the the, pen, the presidential pen, the signing pen.
Yeah. Auto pen. So What do you mean? Well, they got the gal that operated it into some hearings. And, Joe, I don't know. I don't know who did this. I don't know who told me to do this. But it turns out that, legally, if you're going to have that person that operates the pen use the pen, there has to be a written authorization from who's giving her the authority. And they've been keeping those sealed, but now we know about them. So I think we may be finding out who did some of these things on all these criminals that got murders, heinous people that got released or taken off death row or whatever. But, even more importantly, they wanna go back and check the executive order on miss Jackson when she was appointed to the Supreme Court and see if Biden really did that.
So we can if we can get into these authorization papers on this, presidential signing pin, oh, boy, there may be some fur flying, buddy. Yeah. It's about time. It well, it is. No. It's past time. It should have been done already. And, you've got the the resistance in there that's trying to slow walk, stall, sidetrack, etcetera. So, anyway, those are some things we can look forward to. It's a little more, exposure on the on who was running the country for those four years. And some of the repercussions are if they if he signed legislation with that signing bill and he did not then he didn't authorize it, all that legislation they ran through is, like, not legal either. No one's So there's some really, really big implications from all this skullduggery that these this, this gang of thieves, did when they were in power up there.
So, anyway, I've been running my mouth here for a few minutes, kind of a little opening deal on the things that were on my mind over the weekend. How about any of y'all? Have you got something on your mind you'd like to voice? I know the show is, you know, is for new people. I don't know if we've got any new folks out there. If you are sitting there absorbing all this stuff, we'd love to communicate with you, especially if you got questions or concerns like Michael. Michael's been on a few times wanting to our friend farmer up in Minnesota, trying to get over the psychological hurdles and barriers that we've placed in all of our minds.
So anybody, got something to add this morning? I don't have John to Roger. Banter with, so I'll banter with some of you guys. Yes, sir. Yeah. This is Jerry Garcia in Carlsbad.
[00:37:18] Unknown:
Hey, Jerry. Do you hear that, good morning. Anyway, that DeSantis signed that bill making, gold and silver as payments?
[00:37:30] Unknown:
I did hear that DeSantis did something with gold and silver in Florida. I did hear that. Yeah. I'm good on him, I guess. He's he's good and bad. I don't I've the jury's still out on DeSantis for me. You know, he goes over to is Satan's sandbox over there and wears the little hat and fornicates with the wall and then signs legislation for Florida in Israel. That's come on, Ron. I mean, really. Mark Levin's wife works for him. So, anyway, yeah, I did hear that, Jerry. I don't know. Did did he did he make it legal tender where you can pay taxes with it? Of course, Gresham's law would apply. If you're if you could pay your taxes with gold and silver, what exactly did he do? Do you know Jerry?
[00:38:19] Unknown:
I've just heard that he signed it into the law.
[00:38:22] Unknown:
Okay. What does the bill do? That's what I'm saying. Yeah. It makes it legal tender to pay your everything, whatever you got, I think. Well, that's in most of the state constitutions that you you're supposed to pay with gold and silver. But here's the rub. If you got gold and silver in their taxes, you know, Gresham's law comes into effect. Do you know what Gresham's law is, Jerry? No. Not really. It's a it's a very simple. It says bad money drives good money out of circulation. So if you've got gold and silver, you're gonna keep your gold and silver, and you're gonna play with your Federal Reserve notes. So if you made it illegal to pay taxes with gold and silver, people generally won't go in and grab their gold and silver and and pay taxes instead of using Federal Reserve notes because they know which one's worthless.
So that's why I said, what exactly does the bill do? And I haven't had or listened to an explanation on that as of yet. But some of the states are signing bills with gold and silver, so I guess that's good.
[00:39:25] Unknown:
Yeah. I'm not too sure what it does.
[00:39:27] Unknown:
Okay. Well, that would be important to understand. Anybody know what the guts of that bill are? Anybody who studied DeSantis' gold and silver bill in Florida? Would be a good question for John if he was here. Hint. Hint. Hint. Hint. Yep. Well, he thought he played hooky on us today. Usually, he'll do that around the first of the month if it's on a Monday. But, it's the thirtieth, and we got the thirty first tomorrow. So it must be something else. Either he overslept or well, hopefully, he's alright. There's nothing happened. You know? Well, in his own defense, it is only 09:00 there. I know. I know. But sometimes last week, he said he had a meeting before our show, that he was having some kind of a phone consultation or something. So I don't know. All we know is he's not here, and, might be worth giving him a ring, Paul, and finding out if he's alright.
Roger? Yes. There's Larry right there. Hey, Larry.
[00:40:23] Unknown:
Hey. So hours after the Supreme Court, implemented their ruling, this of course, there's a class action lawsuit. Oh, you already started immediately. Yes. They did. Yeah. So here's here's how it's going down. Two national immigrants rights organizations filed a federal class action lawsuit on Friday seeking to block president Donald Trump's controversial executive order ending birthright citizenship.
[00:40:54] Unknown:
No. The filing comes just hours. Oh, oh, oh, it wasn't ending birthright citizenship. It was ending it for the illegal immigrants that have had children since they illegally entered the country. That's what they're trying to do. They're not trying to end birthright citizenship. I doubt that they'll be able to do it. The whole damn system's built on it. But these people that are not established, like, Wong Kim Ark's parents that came into the country illegally, it's the 200 plus children they've had since they got here. That's who that's about.
[00:41:28] Unknown:
Yeah.
[00:41:30] Unknown:
I did get a goes on to say I oh, and one quick point on John. I did get a text message from him. He said he'll be joining the show, about thirty minutes in, which happened about twelve minutes ago. So he should be here anytime.
[00:41:45] Unknown:
Okay. Well, he'll pull in here. Good then. Okay, Larry. Sorry to interrupt you. That's okay. The filing comes just hours after the US Supreme Court issued a decision limiting the ability of lower courts to issue nationwide injunctions against federal policies while leaving open the door for class wide relief. The plaintiffs, Casa Incorporated, and the asylum seeker advocacy project or ASAP, along with a group of expectant and recent mothers amended their lawsuit in the US District Court for the District of Maryland to seek class certification on behalf of all children born in The US on or after 02/19/2025 whose parents are neither US citizens nor lawful permanent residents.
Such individuals were declared ineligible for citizenship under the president's executive order. Right. The plaintiffs argued that Trump's order is a flagrant violation of the fourteenth amendment, longstanding supreme court precedent, and federal statute eight United States code paragraph 14 o one, all of which guarantee birthright citizenship to children born on US soil regardless of their parents' immigration status. Citing the landmark 1898 Supreme Court decision in United States versus Wong Kim Ark, the complaint argues that the fourteenth amendment guarantees citizenship to virtually all individuals born in The US with only narrow exceptions such as children of foreign diplomats or enemy occupiers.
Mhmm. Congress later codified this guarantee in federal law.
[00:43:38] Unknown:
Well, that's the question then. And as a Eastman said, in the or in this interesting that all this has come up all of a sudden. This is right in our wheelhouse here, folks. And, you know, it's very rare that you have these issues discussed to this extent at the highest court in the land. And we're gonna get more of it because they didn't rule on the birthright citizenship thing. They ruled on the injunction, not being applicable nationwide. So but they said that will go on and probably be brought up again in the fall when they reconvene. And that aspect of it that they left out, just like Barnes said, there's three that they didn't deal with birthright citizenship. They didn't deal with, the class action aspect of it, which is another loophole. They see them coming right back at it, and there was another one. There's three of them there. But, yeah. That's, that's what's happening. Now Eastman said, con he's a he's a, very conservative.
He's the head of a college, law school out there in California, small college. They were trying to debar disbar him, so that shows you how good he is out there in California. And, he's the one that said all my research on this, the fact that it applies to anybody that has a child here has it just got applied, like, in the sixties or the fifties. That was his words. Said I can't find any record of why it went that way or any basis that they had. It's just all of a sudden that we could get anchor babies. And it did and, obviously, they're right about Wong Kim Ark. Wong Kim Ark's parents were established.
That that was the thing that swung. And for those of you who may be new, very important one of the most important cases in the history of our country on these issues that we're talking about here is this US v Wong Kim Ark. It was a 1898 case, and that's where we get the dissent with the the great dissenter, John Harlan and chief justice Fuller, where it lays out that it's a feudal system. K? And and so, pretty pretty specifically, I wish I had the you'd Paul, you don't have access to that quote I sent you off of that, do you? I don't know if it's on the website or not. It should be. That little quote in the descent, that site from Long Tim Hort, you you have your hands on that? Anyway, you if you don't, I can probably drop it to you in an email here for you, somebody talking.
But, anyway, very, very important case. And like they said, if and that's a standard that the except for ambassadors or armies at war, etcetera, those are standard exemptions for birthright citizenship. You don't want the Queen of England over here visiting and having a child, and it's a citizen of The United States. It'd have to be a a a English subject. So that's oral armies that are in the country, I guess. Well, couldn't you say? Hey, Larry. Couldn't you say that all these illegals were an army? A ragtag army at best, but they could be considered an army. Couldn't they came in to overturn the country? They were invasion. Do you think they had they could fit in Well, they're doing that in Los Angeles?
[00:47:04] Unknown:
What? They're doing it in Los Angeles and Portland, Oregon.
[00:47:08] Unknown:
Okay. So I wonder if we if we when we do get this issue in front of the court, if somebody will bring that up, they they were children of invading armies. K? Roger. We're we're not in we're we're not in traditional warfare. It's not like the red coats were coming, but all the tats and tatters were coming, tens of millions of them across the southern border, and they're illegal. They're an army and invasion, and I think that cause of that should apply to this. Never thought about it before, but it's damned interesting. Somebody's got an argument there. I promise you. So what, Larry?
[00:47:44] Unknown:
I was just gonna say, I've already listened to two different speeches, given by Trump in the past, and he said the whole premise behind birthright citizenship was to give citizenship to the freed
[00:47:59] Unknown:
black slaves. He used those words. Right. And the children the children of slaves is what he said last week twice. Fourteenth amendment is for the children of slaves. Boy, Trump doesn't know how damn accurate he is in that statement, does he? That's correct. And, his solicitor general
[00:48:17] Unknown:
is very confident that when the if if this goes back to the Supreme Court, and likely it will, that the Supreme Court is going to rule in their favor Yeah. In October.
[00:48:28] Unknown:
Yeah. They're pretty confident about that. Yeah. That's what Barnes kind of alluded to and what that piece we heard too. So anyway, for the audience, here's what happened. Wong Kim Ark's parents came over. I'm not sure what year. There was all that influx of Chinese labor and Chinaman coming to the West Coast, and so they were part of that first wave. They had they got established. They lived there. I don't know if residency and all that stuff, how that was back then. But regardless, they established themselves and their intent was clearly to live in in The United States. So they had Wong, and Wong as he grew up, got a little bit older, wanted to go see his grandparents in China. Now his parents are still Chinese citizens.
They're just kinda quasi residents, I guess you could say. Right? And so Wong went back to see his grandparents, came back, got in, no problem, let him in. Couple of years later, he wanted to go back and see the grandparents again. By the time he went through the second deal and came back, all the resentment and the discrimination had risen on the West Coast, particularly against the Chinese. And they were in a heck of a situation. K? And the only remedy that they had is they couldn't get any help from the government because all the discrimination probably was there too. So the only help they could find and fathom was the court system.
And so they that started filing thousands of cases. I think over 10,000 cases were filed by Chinese. Well, of course, now they're blocking up the whole legal system. And so they let a couple of these cases come through, and Wong Kim Ark was one of them. There's another one right along that same time frame too. I don't think it has to do with these issues. But, but regardless and and it went all the way to the Supreme Court, and this was the ruling. And out of the two hundred and fifty years of our country, this is the most important Supreme Court case on these issues. You may or may not remember that back when Obama's birth certificate was being challenged, that this is the case that all those birthers used was Wong Kim Ark, because it's got all this, you know, law in there about all these things, citizenship, etcetera, etcetera.
But Wong Kim Ark's parents were established when they had him. And that as this goes forward, and it will, probably the next term in in when they start up again in October, they're gonna be granting certiorari and stuff over the summer. There's a couple of cases that might be released, Barnes said, because his theory was that there's a lot of infighting in the background here, And that's the reason they've slow walked some of these cases to be released is they don't have them figured out and written up yet because of the infighting in the background. That's probably true. Okay? Be my guess. And, so we're gonna see some more cases get released probably through July and, that they're settling up on, and, then they'll start accepting certiorion.
Some cases that are waiting. That's whether they'll accept to hear it or not, and those, will be heard starting in October. Remember, if you don't know this stuff, you've got to apply to the Supreme Court to accept your case. They've got about 10,000 or more cases per year that people want them to hear. And so they go through a process called certiorari. And that means you send them some briefs in the case, and they decide whether it's something they wanna listen to and hear. They can only hear so many. And so, that's what's going on. And Eastman said that he said in all my research, I can't find any court decision or anything else that allowed this WA Anchor Baby stuff.
But he said the best I can see is that it started back around '9 the the fifties or the sixties. Well, that's right. When, of course, Brown versus Board, they collapsed Plessy. The whole civil rights thing started right then in our in earnest on end of the sixties. And, of course, that's where they closed the door and stuck in the, internal revenue code of 1954 right after that Brown v Board decision. So and it's an interesting time. These are great subjects. The fact that we can bring them up here and talk about them in reference to what we know about them that even these people don't know. You know, I hadn't heard anybody say all persons born. Oh, those are legal persons. That isn't just all persons. You don't hear anybody go into all that stuff behind these very important, acts in the in the constitution that have enslaved us. So, what a joy to see that stuff come to the surface, Paul?
Paul agrees with me. So who else has, got some commentary or observation on,
[00:53:31] Unknown:
well, on anything, really? Kinda waiting to see the ferries, Roger. George, Idaho.
[00:53:36] Unknown:
Hey, George. What do you got?
[00:53:38] Unknown:
I was help well, I was having a good conversation. It was aftershock, but I thought it's apropos for the morning show for drive time over here on the the Left Coast. Yeah.
[00:53:53] Unknown:
Oh, what about this shooting up there? I know. What about these assassinations
[00:53:57] Unknown:
of firefighters last night? I I don't I don't even follow any of that. I don't know if what I haven't kept up with, you know, what do they say? All the news is fit to print. Who knows? Or I haven't checked into that, but,
[00:54:10] Unknown:
we we we we we are looking at as a county assessor
[00:54:13] Unknown:
county assessor as a national, challenging their their jurisdiction. And there was a gentleman and I having a nice conversation about that. And I, I have my document almost ready to go, and I was trying to make get in touch with him if he's on the call, just so we could trade trade ammo, quote, quote, unquote, because, man, it it is a real, bulletproof document, well footnoted, and, it took you know, a lot of it's Florida based, but you can go to your own state and find in the constitutions and the statutes where you can really challenge the the county assessor or appraiser. Sometimes they're called the appraiser. Right. But it's a it's a it's an end around, I think, to to really getting at the colonel, which they use to try to sell your property, you know, due to property tax.
[00:55:01] Unknown:
Oh, well, you know, property tax is a different kind of tax because you voted on it. Your people in your county voted on that stuff. And I don't know the one in Florida, the guy that got himself off the property rolls. But if in they found out in the laws, you had to declare that you're a resident. If I remember correctly, I never heard those interviews. I just heard about them. But someone said to do a hit what he's doing down there, you had to be a resident. So I don't know about that, George. The assessment officer, are you talking about for your private property?
[00:55:36] Unknown:
Yes. You're basically, challenging their, based on territorial jurisdiction that they would have to prove that. So you put them into default, and then, you know, if they're sending a bill, they're actually doing, mail fraud after that. So I think that's where it ends up going, but it would be great to talk with, with that gentleman again. And and there's some documents out on, Okay. Out on the website. Right now, the current document is probably, oh, eight pages, including footnotes, which are for informational purposes only.
You're not trying to make a make a claim like a legal statement, but you're just educating the assessor that he's gonna be, going forward in his private person.
[00:56:22] Unknown:
So, anyway, that's Okay. Well, I don't know. You know, again, the property tax is a different animal. You know? Because as I said, the local people have voted on that on bond referendums and stuff. So you've given them permission to do that. You've given yourself the duty to have to pay that. And I don't see where it has anything to do with being a national.
[00:56:46] Unknown:
Roger.
[00:56:46] Unknown:
Unless you can go in hold on a second, Julie. Unless you can go in and take use that to get your property off the rolls and get a loyal title. Now that's a horse of a different color, but I just don't see how the assessment guy has anything to do with being a national. Yeah. Julie, you got some insight in us in force here?
[00:57:07] Unknown:
I I think I've made the statement before previously, but my understanding is that when you record your, your after you close on your house with the title company and they record your property in the land record. You just volunteered to pay an excise tax, but they call it a property just disguised as a property tax so that you can't figure out that, you know, if you do transactions and don't record them, then they're my understanding is they're lawfully not allowed to tax you. I don't I have not verified.
[00:57:42] Unknown:
Yeah. Alright. Well, let me ask you a couple of questions. Don't they vote on bond issues, like to fund the public schools and to pay the fire department and to pay the police department and all that? Isn't that what your property tax goes to, or am I wrong? I
[00:57:59] Unknown:
I have heard no. I have heard that that does not go for that. That's what they tell you it does, but it doesn't go for that. So Well again, all I all I know is that, one person, transferred their property into a trust, recorded the trust in the land record, paid the property taxes for a year, then recorded that then transferred that property into a second trust. Wow. Sent a letter to the county and said, this house is no longer owned by trust number one. It has been sold and transferred. Did not tell them who owned that it was transferred into trust number two. Just said I no longer own this property, certified now return receipt. When they came after them for property taxes the next year, the, person kindly, notified them that they for for trust number one one that they no longer own the property anymore. Correct. Correct. Now years ago Years ago. Julie I'm sorry you missed this gal. You liked her.
[00:59:04] Unknown:
We called her the wolf woman, and she was out in the middle of nowhere, West Texas, about I think she was in her late seventies or eighties or something. She's quite elderly. Ran her her own place out there. It's all on windmill power and solar power, and she raised wolves. Top of the area, she raised wolves. And she was the one that brought this, to the forefront, and she did the same thing except not with trust. She'd take and sell it to somebody else. You know? And then the person she sold it to has a bill of sale, but they don't go register it at the land at the property rules office.
So when next year, when they come to send you the bill, they send it to person a, and person a says, sorry. I don't own that property anymore. And they can't register it for person b, and person b doesn't register it, so there's no property I thought that was pretty is that that's right. Right?
[01:00:02] Unknown:
Yeah. Well, that's what happened. And I think that there was some sort of and I don't know if there was lawsuit or something. But when, when the, original, letter was sent to the, for transferring it from trust one to trust two, that person signed now, David, said that I do not own this, property anymore. It has been transferred. It is no longer owned by me. Right. And, they're not obligated to tell them where they transferred, which is this is privacy. What market talks about all the time. Yeah. They're their business where it was transferred. If they didn't record it, then you don't have the right to collect excise taxes on your property. Do you think recording it might be voluntary? I think it is. I think that we're dealing again with your word equivocation where they trick us with words and tell us it's property taxes when in reality, they're voluntary excise taxes.
[01:01:01] Unknown:
Yeah. And and the other thing that we don't cover here hardly at all, it's been brought up occasionally, is CAFRs. You know about CAFRs?
[01:01:09] Unknown:
Yep. CAFRs are awful. They're done in DC. That's how they value all the properties with a computer, and they're wrong all the time.
[01:01:16] Unknown:
Everybody. It is done in every city, municipality, and state in the in the country. Yeah. And these are called comprehensive annual financial Annual financial report. And I can't remember the guy that came out with that originally. He's probably the property that we're living in. That, when you get those
[01:01:36] Unknown:
I can I can tell you that when you get those property tax bills in the mail stating that your house has been assessed for this, you can file appeal? And they Walter Berrien.
[01:01:47] Unknown:
Thank you. There you go. Walter Berrien. I remember him. Thank you, Dave. So
[01:01:52] Unknown:
I've filed appeals, but you have to go all the way up to the Supreme Court because they deny the first two, and then you have to go all the way to the Supreme Court. You get in a room with a bunch of people who have no clue what they're doing, and you ask them for their analysis on how they valued your property at that amount. They have to provide it to you, and they don't even use the proper value that an appraiser would use to appraise value on your home for a recent sale. And they say something like and tell them
[01:02:19] Unknown:
Miss Julie, do you see that dart board up there on the wall? You see these darts? We we take a swing at it, and that's how we value your property. Yep. Raj?
[01:02:33] Unknown:
Yes. Yes, Paul. There are two CAFR accounts. There's the comprehensive annual from financial report Right. And the confidential annual financial report. One of them, we're allowed to see. The other one, we're not. We're not.
[01:02:49] Unknown:
Basically, for the audience that might not know about that, it's the second set of books underneath the other ones. And, they take all of the little shifty things like, well, let's say, for example, if you were in Florida, Florida Turnpike has been, been done many, many decades ago. They they're still charging, tolls on that. Larry, do any of you Florida folks know? Okay. Yes. They don't. Anyway, what they'll do is after the thing's paid for, so they're still charging tolls. After the thing is paid for, they'll continue to charge you the tolls, and those go down on the comprehensive annual financial report as income.
But they but they tell you that they're not gonna charge anymore after they're paid off, but they don't stop the payments. They just keep the money on this other set of books. So that's one thing. I'm sure there's a myriad of others. But just another little trick from these people. Oh, Walter Burien. I bet you he's not with us anymore. But he's one of the guys that stepped up and brought this to the forefront. Nobody had ever heard of it. Back in the nineties, I remember him talking about it. So, anyway Tom. There's all these guys are playing all kinds of damn tricks. Yes, Joe. What can we entertain from you this morning?
[01:04:10] Unknown:
Well, we're we're experiencing, an issue with regard to turnpike the Oklahoma Turnpike Turnpike Authority and, how they relate to government, and it's finally coming to the forefront that they are a private corporation. Uh-huh. They're not they are toll roads not for the state of Oklahoma. Oh, there you go. And they
[01:04:38] Unknown:
Oklahoma probably did that initially in forefront. Yeah. Well, they probably did. Made it happen is
[01:04:44] Unknown:
Oklahoma Turnpike Authority wanted to put a, term toll road through the residential area of Norman, Oklahoma, the famous OU crowd. They don't like it. Uh-huh. Getting the taste of their own medicine.
[01:05:01] Unknown:
Yeah. Yeah. So they're just all these people have been doing all kinds of shenanigans for a long time, folks. There's probably some that are still going on that we don't even know about. Yes, Larry. Are you gonna inform us on one of those maybe? Well, I was just gonna say that the the, toll roads down here in Florida
[01:05:20] Unknown:
are personless. They, read the, the license plates. Right. And, yeah. And so that this thing of paying, you know, change out of your pocket or whatever, cash only, is a thing of the past. Mhmm. And, so they, also have it where you can create an account with the state of Florida, and you'll get a discounted rate. So if you do happen to use, like, what the big thing now is these express lanes. So, they don't allow trucks of more than, I think of more than two axles or something like that in the express lanes. And there might be some weight limits too, but they have these express lanes set up where if you're in a hurry, obviously, you can just ride in that express lane, and that also will read your license plate.
And if you're not supposed to be in that express lane, you'll also get a ticket in the mail or be, you know, penalized some some somehow. But they know what's going on.
[01:06:21] Unknown:
Now what if somebody from, Tennessee wants to go down to South Florida and they come down, they have to do all that stuff ahead of time since they don't have any individuals taking change is what I gather from your comments. It's all this automatic tag reader stuff. Yeah. Well, like, when I go to visit Pennsylvania,
[01:06:41] Unknown:
I'll fly into either LaGuardia, Newark, or Philadelphia, and then we rent a car and drive two hours to my hometown. I I go up there every year to visit my mom. Yeah. And, so there's plenty of toll roads, and I'm here now that it costs a lot of money to go on to go through the Lincoln Tunnel if you're flying into, LaGuardia. But, anyway, when you rent a car, all of those, all of those fees and and the tolls get connected with the rental car Oh, of course. Somehow. Yeah. Yeah. And then then they'll charge you that way. Okay. Another comment.
[01:07:23] Unknown:
Yeah, Joe. What you got?
[01:07:25] Unknown:
Just because you get it done in the mail doesn't mean that it's accurate. They done the state Oklahoma or the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, I should say, done me for driving on the Kirkpatrick Turnpike on the North Side Oklahoma City, which I hadn't been on it in over twenty years. And they said that they shot the tag of my trailer. That's how they got ahold of me. So, anyway, I haven't been on that thing. The trailer had never been on the Kilpatrick Turnpike. What turns out that the camera misread the tag. The tag turned out to be an Oklahoma City motorcycle cop.
I'm serious. And, never did get an apology from him or an expungement or anything. Of course. I just Serve. Yeah. So, because you get a deal in the mail, don't don't necessarily think that they've
[01:08:28] Unknown:
got you by the shorthairs. Yeah. Well, there's some kind of a thing you can spray on your on the top pack tag or put a covering on it where the camera can't read it. I know about does it, yes. Paul, you had a comment. Is it like our friend from the West Left Coast has joined us?
[01:08:45] Unknown:
No. Well, he might have. If you rent a car or if you rent anything, make sure that you keep copies of your rental agreement with the sign with the date that you got the vehicle and the date that you returned it. Save all of your receipts because three or six weeks later, if you get something in the mail because they attached the wrong person to that rental when it got picked up by a camera, you need to be able to prove what range of dates that vehicle is actually in your possession. So keep that. Don't throw your agreements away.
[01:09:28] Unknown:
Okay. Probably good good advice, sound advice here. Mister Kasarab, I see that you've joined us. Are you like Yeah. I finally made it. Are you like the butcher that got a little behind in his work?
[01:09:43] Unknown:
No. This I'm still having these computer problems. I got another computer I gotta set up. I wasn't able to set it up. I thought I'd have it done this week. I see. But, okay. It's just crazy.
[01:09:53] Unknown:
We missed you, but we're glad you showed up anyway.
[01:09:57] Unknown:
Yeah. Well, I always gotta see what's going on over here.
[01:10:01] Unknown:
Yeah. Well, we were discussing, oh, just some of the Supreme Court stuff. We played a little bit of Barnes last night talking about equity and for all these people that are wanting to know about that and where it came from a bit and just discussing things that come up. Came up. Remember those from yeah. The guy, Dave, what was his name again? Yeah. Alright. Whoever brought the k first? I can't remember his name. Yeah. Yeah. I thought Dave came up with it. Somebody did. Anyway, that's about what we've been talking about. You got anything going on there? Oh, talking about the machine, the, missiles on top of the White House. Do you know about that? No. I don't. You know about the fences up all around the buildings in DC?
[01:10:42] Unknown:
Yes. I do know about that. Okay. So this is some of that. Yeah. I've been saying for a long time, war is coming here. It is coming fast. And Yep. You've got this guy running for office in New York. I guess he's a Muslim.
[01:10:56] Unknown:
Yes. He is. Well, with some of those They're
[01:10:59] Unknown:
they're very open about that they wanna establish Sharia law here. If they have to just breed us out to do it, but they're gonna be militant about it. And, I've been you know, as I do, I follow these mystics I've been following for years and years and years. They're starting to name places now. Ecuador has been named.
[01:11:19] Unknown:
Colombia has been named. Mhmm. The United States has been named. What what were we what were we named for down here?
[01:11:27] Unknown:
That the trouble is coming to you. All of us. What's gonna the the the, not only nature, but, actual war is coming to all these locations.
[01:11:40] Unknown:
Okay. Well, that may be true. We've had some uprisings, you know, and this all goes back to this communist, Correa, who's exiled from the country now and wants to get his people back into control, and they get the Indians in the mountains all stirred up. And they come down from the mountains and do stuff like we had it a couple years ago, burning tires in the streets and throwing stuff off the overpasses and, you know, some of that trivial stuff. I don't think they're getting
[01:12:07] Unknown:
any more. It's the Zionists that are scoping all this stuff. Oh, yeah. But And, they're creating this this Muslim environment here in The United States. Just like they created the environment in Europe, which isn't getting any better over there either. No. It's getting worse. You know what the what the German gals are doing? Well, no. But I'd like to.
[01:12:30] Unknown:
They're they're buying pigs.
[01:12:32] Unknown:
Oh, okay. Yeah. I heard about that. It's like keep them away. Yeah.
[01:12:36] Unknown:
They go with they wanna go out, they take a I don't know whether they're all miniature pigs or if they a full size pig, you know, or a growing up pig, but they put it on a leash and walk it with them. And the Muslims won't touch them.
[01:12:50] Unknown:
There was a,
[01:12:52] Unknown:
Vietnamese pig. It was kind of a miniature pig. Yeah. A little pig. Yeah. House pig. People have them as pets. I mean, you know, literally, pigs are the smartest barnyard animal, period. None of them can even touch a pig's intelligence. They're very smart.
[01:13:07] Unknown:
I have a nephew that is marrying a an English lady, and, he's out of the military already. And, my family, my kids, and stuff are all going over there to see what it's like and gonna attend the wedding, and I, of course, got family in Slovakia and The Czech Republic and other places. And, I'm gonna get a firsthand report about what's going on over there.
[01:13:31] Unknown:
Well, I think this is from that neck of the woods. I just heard a tidbit the other day. There was, tens of thousands of them demonstrating in the streets over there in somewhere around the Slovak, etcetera. And the problem was, they their their prime agricultural land that feeds the whole region, well, they, unfortunately, they found lithium under it. And Rio Tinto, the Rothschilds, big mineral company, has bought it and wants to go in there and tear up all the agricultural land that feeds the, the area. So there's a huge, huge demonstration, in one of those cities over there, Belgrade or something.
Any question?
[01:14:18] Unknown:
Yes, Paul? With respect to Czechoslovakian mail order brides, would that technically mean the check is in the mail? I'm sorry.
[01:14:29] Unknown:
I'm I'm sorry. I Well, I was over. I know. I know. You just get off on these tangents. Yeah. Well, I'll tell you, you know, I spent some time over there about, gosh, about ten years ago. I won the a carrot bars contest, get you a second layer, and spent, gosh, about seven days over there in Stuttgart. We went over to Czech Republic, and and I'm gonna tell you, I wish some somebody send me some of those in the mail. They they have got beautiful, beautiful women. I was They do? I was really kinda gobsmacked. Yes, Larry.
[01:15:04] Unknown:
Yeah. I have a financial question for John when when he gets a chance.
[01:15:09] Unknown:
Well, he's probably got a chance right now. And I might have an answer. We don't know. Might have. It sounds like there's a he's got a metronome going in the background, so I can get him Oh, that's that's my that's my flasher.
[01:15:22] Unknown:
Oh, okay. I just put it off. Okay. Alright. So, I was John, I was wondering if you've heard of the Genius Act. It says that it was passed by the US Senate on 06/17/2025 by a vote of 68 to 30. It aims to establish a federal regulatory framework for stablecoins, particularly those pegged to the US dollar. The bill now moves to the House of Representatives. Yeah. It focuses on regulating payment stablecoins, which are digital assets designed for payments or settlements and backed by traditional fiat reserves and government securities. It outlines requirements for issuers, including reserve backing, monthly disclosures, and compliance with anti money laundering regulations.
And I'm I'm hearing in the in the Patriot community that this is a big deal, and I I don't quite understand it. I was wondering if you heard about it and if you can explain it. Yeah. I've heard I heard I've heard about it. What they're trying to do is they're trying to set up a fiat dollar, that's digital.
[01:16:26] Unknown:
Yep. Essentially, that's what it is. Tether's one. Well, which ones are the Tether's one, I are there aren't hold on a second, Julie. I know you know something about this. Tether's one, and I think there's a couple of other ones that fall into this stable coin realm. And the banks are accepting them as dollars evidently. Like, on all of your rendition payments from the people that are working in The US and they send it back. Well, the a lot of people are starting to use these coins to do that because there's no charge. Otherwise, Western Union, your minimum charge is 2%.
[01:17:01] Unknown:
K? Oh, it's way it's it's way high. And it had to come about because there are these guys like Tether and and the ones that actually they're gonna use, they're not gonna use everybody. But they're gonna be the purchasers mainly of the US Treasury bonds
[01:17:21] Unknown:
to back up the dollar. Well, somebody's gonna need to John? Somebody's gonna need to buy them because it's the bond market that's about to go upside down. And we talked about the, Chinese carry trade, Japanese carry trade, where they're borrowing bonds borrowing, bonds 0% and get the money, and they go over and buy US bonds at at three to 5%. So it's just automatic gravy. I did hear on one of the, interviews I was like, Japan's hemorrhaging. K? Because of this, the inflation's gotten so bad, they're having to raise the rates on their bonds, and that's throwing the whole carry trade worldwide out of, out of out of whack. And Japan evidently told Trump, if if you don't lower these tariff rates, we're not gonna ship anything to you. So that's something floating in the background, all these tariffs. Now, John, did you get covered what you need to? I'm gonna go to Julie because I know she knows a bit about this.
So, miss Julie, would you like to take a stab at the question?
[01:18:30] Unknown:
So stablecoins are really bad. They're just another form of a CBDC. They're the opposite side of a very evil plan here. And, if you want to invest in cryptocurrencies, the main cryptocurrency you want to invest in, and I know people are not going to understand this, but it's the Bitcoin. The Bitcoin is decentralized and there's no way the government's gonna be able to shut that off. There's no way you can increase the supply of it even though Catherine Austin will tell you that you can. It's impossible with all the nodes, with that coin.
And a lot of countries are already, allowing payments with Bitcoin. You can't you don't have to buy one. You can buy what's called a Satoshi, which is a, a fraction of of that document. Million.
[01:19:23] Unknown:
Isn't it a million? Yeah. It's a 100,000,000. It's a 100,000,000.
[01:19:26] Unknown:
I think it's a 100,000,000, John. It's Satoshi. Yesterday. John and I spoke Right. Yeah, Satoshi. John and I have spoken about this extensively, and I'm starting to believe that, really, honestly, the fiat currency, the stablecoins, they're going to be able to track, trade, surveil, control your stablecoins, make them expire, determine what you can and cannot buy with them. I think a better option is to get some Bitcoin into a hard wallet and just buy some and let it sit, let it sit there, let it accumulate. I don't I mean, is it volatile? Yes. It's volatile. If you're concerned about the that I mean, the the supply, is is capped on there. And if you don't wanna do that, you could get some other cryptocurrencies where the supplies are capped. And you can also buy some, gold backed cryptocurrencies as well if you're worried about that. But so everything What do you think of Monero?
Monero is good. Monero is a privacy coin and it but there's no such thing as complete privacy as John will tell you. Mike Adams is a big proponent of Monero. You've got XRP, XLM, but, you've got Tether Tether Gold, which is x a u t. You've got PAX Gold, which is p a x g. There's a lot of them that you just can Google them and look them up. Those are gold backed cryptocurrencies. But at the end of the day, I think, Bitcoin is is gonna be where it goes even though, yeah, it was used originally for nefarious purposes and stuff. I just feel like But you just Bank.
[01:21:07] Unknown:
It's my understanding, Julie, that banks will accept Tether and those stablecoins and then convert them. Right. They won't take Bitcoin. They'll take those, though. And a lot of banks are using it evidently.
[01:21:23] Unknown:
Well, the banks are going to steal a lot of bank and crypto to purchase
[01:21:27] Unknown:
buy Bitcoin. That's right, John? Yeah. But you see, you're not you're I've got a very unique application here. So, if my gold is down in Argentina and and in Buenos Aires, part of it, And it that's a very, very, active market. They've got a lot of pawn shops and and gold stores and stuff like that down there. And my buddy could sell it down there and then send it to me in Tethers, which the banks would accept. And see here in Ecuador, it's against the law for any, it used to be. It still is, I think. For a retail store, it's against the law for a retail store to take Bitcoin or cyber coins here. Well, it won't be for you. Well, you know, for
[01:22:13] Unknown:
for yeah. For, the countries that wanna ban it, there's gonna be other countries standing right behind those countries that ban it in line and raising their hands. Right now They'll they'll they'll allow
[01:22:25] Unknown:
they want they want the they want the transaction fees. Well, this was a couple years ago. It was a different administration. But Correa, when he was in, tried to put the whole country on a digital coin, and the people just flat ass refused. It wouldn't take it. Didn't wanna use it. Well, that's because of the banks. Unfortunately
[01:22:42] Unknown:
yeah. It is. And and, unfortunately, there's nothing good about the big beautiful bill. It's a real big beautiful bill for the globalists and the statinists, and there's nothing getting it without the genius except except for the globalists.
[01:22:55] Unknown:
Yeah. There's some very important things in there Trump's trying to get accomplished too, so I don't totally disagree. I don't totally agree with you there. There are some globalists that they've slipped in there, but it does help him accomplish a lot of things. We heard Tom Omen up there. You want more you want would you want more, people on the border? You want more people, the rest of these people? Give us the money. We don't have the money. So that's in there. Stuff like that. People I don't think understand
[01:23:20] Unknown:
is that you've gotta he's playing chess here. Look. You have to get some of these things passed. You're getting what you want. The other things can be tacked and reversed in the future. Let's get these basic things going and get get these other guys that are holding up things. Let's get it done and then come back and go change it. Well, hopefully, if he could do that, they can come back and win these midterm elections that the Dems are gearing up to try and steal. Well, that's what I'm saying. Paul, it's Paul. It's gonna change. You know? You can't go in a straight line. You know? No train gets to Chicago in straight line without having green lights all the way. And and you got different people, and that congress is gonna change.
There are people that aren't gonna run. Can I You're
[01:24:07] Unknown:
it's gonna be kind of young lady of Preston? Is that Wawheed, is that you? That lady that just that's yeah. The lady that just got finished teaching. Please talk. Her question.
[01:24:18] Unknown:
Yes. You can. Please talk right in your microphone, Wawheed. But, Julie, I think Wawheed wants to communicate with you here. Hi, Wahid.
[01:24:26] Unknown:
How are you doing? What do you think of Peter Schiff and his argument? Oh my god.
[01:24:31] Unknown:
I don't like Peter Schiff. No. I don't really I followed I stopped following him a long time ago. But what's his latest argument that he's made, Wahid?
[01:24:41] Unknown:
He he was in a debate on, I think it was three two one goal with, somebody in the big in the, crypto, and he was basically just giving a you know you know the standard Peter Schiff comment on, cryptocurrency.
[01:25:00] Unknown:
Well, he's not worth discussing.
[01:25:02] Unknown:
He's never liked them. I know that.
[01:25:04] Unknown:
Oh, he's just a fool. All you have to go to is the federalregister.gov and look at the executive order that Trump signed on March twenty fifth of twenty twenty five, and it's right there in your face. We're going to digital financial system. So, I don't know what, Peter Schiff's problem here. That's that's what that the implementation date of that is on September thirtieth of twenty twenty five.
[01:25:32] Unknown:
And I know his son. I his his son made a lot of money with Bitcoin, Peter Schiff's son.
[01:25:37] Unknown:
Right. Roger?
[01:25:39] Unknown:
No. Oh, Peter Schiff's son. Okay. He could have. Yes. There's a female there. Was that Thora?
[01:25:46] Unknown:
It's Thora.
[01:25:47] Unknown:
Hey, Thora. Yeah.
[01:25:50] Unknown:
Hi. So, you know, this this conversation is so interesting to me. And, Julie and I were talking about this last night, and what she just said is, in my opinion, extremely accurate. The problem with Peter Schiff and Catherine Austin Fitts both, is that they don't like to be wrong. And, you know, I have a great deal of respect for Catherine Austin Fitts. We followed her for years and years and years, but she never took the time to understand Bitcoin. And I think that it got so far along with her. This is just my opinion. Take it or leave it. But she got so far along in objecting to it without really looking into it that she's kinda sticking to her guns about it, because she would have she would have a lot of egg on her face if she had to come out and admit that it's actually a thing. And Peter Schiff, just got an ego the size of New York. You know? So he's not gonna he's not gonna back down.
And I think both of those people, if they really took a look, they would, and tried to understand it, they would hopefully come to a a different assessment. But I don't really, take anyone's opinion who has who hasn't sat down to do the work.
[01:27:16] Unknown:
So Question. Thank you, Thor. Here's a question. Thank you. Good to hear your voice, kid. Yes. Question?
[01:27:24] Unknown:
Yes. To Julia again. I I believe you follow Stu Peters. What do you think about the JP,
[01:27:35] Unknown:
coin that he's coming out with? He's got a he's got a he's got a he's got a coin called Jew Proof, and he's got a website called Don't Be a Jew. So what Stew Peters rolled out is called meme, a meme coin, M E M E, meme coins. You know those are what do you call those, Thoreau? What's a good name for those? The fashion jean of the month. I mean
[01:28:02] Unknown:
Isn't that like the ones Trump released?
[01:28:05] Unknown:
Didn't Trump release some of these? Exactly. That yeah. The ones that he made billions of dollars on and then all of a sudden the second day they went down by 60%. So, you know, not a lot of people are investing in the the j proof coin. It is a meme coin and it all you gotta do is go to coinmarketcaps.com.
[01:28:27] Unknown:
I likethespirit..com. I like the spirit of it.
[01:28:33] Unknown:
Well, he's the funniest person. I'm surprised somebody hasn't tried it permanently shut him up because, oh, he just goes. He's just and, I I think I told you this the other day that Alex Jones called him a sociopath
[01:28:47] Unknown:
and a liar and a I heard Alex has ran on him the other day. Yeah. It was not very complimentary, if I can remember correctly.
[01:28:55] Unknown:
Who was he talking about? You know what? You better be careful, mister Alex Jones. You had one lawsuit. Meme coins
[01:29:02] Unknown:
are really more akin to an NFT. They're not really a monetary coin. They're all centralized in securities. You gotta realize what's gonna happen here. Eventually, the SEC will start shutting these other coins down because they if you've been in the securities industry, you know that they are centralized and they are controlled by individuals. And you're giving people money expecting a profit, and it's not a registered security. They're gonna go by the wayside. There's only two solid things to own, and that's gold and Bitcoin. Nothing else.
[01:29:35] Unknown:
And and all the big boys are going for gold. By the way, I did just find out that they're not they're not. Oh, they're not going just for gold. Well, that's according to some of the people I was saying. They're going
[01:29:48] Unknown:
for Bitcoin. They're going for Bitcoin.
[01:29:51] Unknown:
Go ahead. Well, all I've been all I've heard is they're buying gold hand over fist. That the Basel three Accord are. The the Basel three Accord, I think, kicks in this year, next month or something. Do you know what I'm talking about? Kicks in tomorrow. Is it I'm not sure if July July 1. Will it be the first, I guess? Okay. That's the Basel three Accords. Those were written probably ten years or so ago, and they moved gold where it had always been since the origination in the bankruptcy back in those days. Gold had always been a 50% asset, class, third tier, which means they can only carry if you had a million dollars worth of gold, you could only carry 500,000 over to your balance sheet.
K. Well, back then, that was moved up to tier one where they can take a 100% over. And that kicks in day after tomorrow, Julie. So I know it's real I didn't know that it had not already kicked in, but, evidently, that happens this week. So that my information from Shekman and all those people is the banks have been buying gold as and the wealthy people as much as they can get. I don't know if they're buying Bitcoin. They didn't mention that.
[01:31:08] Unknown:
K? Well, you really people really should pay a little bit more attention to what Max Kaiser's been talking about because he's up on all this stuff. He he's the one that's the real expert on how things are going, behind the scenes. Anyway, it it's just gonna be gold and Bitcoin are gonna be the the points of choice. Yeah. The stable coins are nothing more than a digital dollar. Oh, that's that's right. Well, that'd be great for me. See, in my particular special application here, that's what I want right there. That's yeah. That's correct. That's what we do want. Now this is not a bad thing. It's gonna make life a lot easier for a lot of people. And it gets the bank out of your hands, out of your face, really, for a lot of things.
They're gonna monitor it just like they can shut your bank Well off anytime they want. They're gonna be able to do the same with the Well stable coins,
[01:32:04] Unknown:
but they cannot do it to Bitcoin. And they can't do it to nationals either.
[01:32:09] Unknown:
Well, that's that remains to be seen because even though I'm a national, I'm certainly we have a lot of problem with local officials who do now even wanna talk about it. No. Well, that's our that's our hurdle to get over. Yeah. Or around or under. You could say all around.
[01:32:26] Unknown:
Yeah. We're all having to learn how to defeat how to fight them. Yeah. That's what I said. You know, the your freedom is directly proportional to what how well you know the information, how well you've internalized it, how well you can fight these battles we're talking about right here, or defend your position if challenged.
[01:32:44] Unknown:
That's the big thing. You're defending your position and, you know, setting up the condition precedents so that you can avoid a lot of the problems. Yeah. I think Joe has probably been a a real example of that. Yeah. Joe Lustica, you mean? Yeah. Mhmm. Amen.
[01:33:00] Unknown:
Joe, we love you, Joe. Wow. Well, we're making progress. You know? And we don't hear about too many negative repercussions here at all occasionally, but not too long. Well, when you you hear about me because when I do stupid things like missed court dates and stuff like that Well, that that kind of thing, but we expect that out of you at this stage. John, yes, Larry.
[01:33:22] Unknown:
Yeah. You mentioned in the past about our, I guess, as a group and maybe even Mark mainly doing it, creating a memorandum, I think, on the driving issue. Is that correct?
[01:33:36] Unknown:
No. Not necessarily on that, on, on the protection the state owes us after filing an affidavit. That really when you think about this and boil it all down, that's where our teeth are right there because those are the people that are supposed to recognize us automatically. And if they don't because of their position this is in my mind the way I see it. Because the fact they're in that position of attorney general of the state, and they well, one of us sends them a notice. If they don't know about this, they've got a duty to find out, known or should have known.
According to their position, they're the one that got the position and took all the, the duties associated with it, and this is one of them. And it's not one they have a choice for. Because protection for allegiance, allegiance for protection. And either way either one of those aspects that's invoked, the other one is automatically invoked. No questions asked. It's not a choice. It's a duty. It's a responsibility from them. And, yeah, I'd love to see us draft something up, in in very short, you know, not long. Five, ten pages, I think, would be fairly simple.
But put it on notice you would suggest to put it there. Pardon me? Can you suggest some facts that you'd recommend we would Well, that half percent case that that Mark found is probably one of the, because it addresses these issues absolutely directly, would certainly revolve around that, but you could go into the history of it. I'm I'm not sure, you know, what's available out there research wise. You could, you could, say, but, well, you could just draw draft a little legal memo on and put them on notice again that if you don't know about this, this is something you need to find out about because you're supposed to give us this. This is what we're doing owing by us changing from the federal government to the state. Something to that effect. I don't know how to be worded. We we do need that. That's that's the first step because I'm gonna be sending out all my notices. And And, really, and and when we do get that done, it it should be sent by everybody that puts the state on notice. K? Well, you need to.
[01:35:53] Unknown:
You need to because, otherwise, the local,
[01:35:56] Unknown:
sheriff and all this stuff, even my sheriff from Riverside County, you know, they just wanna ignore all that stuff. Well, I'm hoping that that, you know, Mark's the legal writer. He's much better at this than I am. And, but he's pretty well, overwhelmed with his parents right now. I don't know if you know that, John, or not, but he I don't know all of his details. The audience he came on about a week ago and and told us at the end of the show that his mother's gotten worse. She can't even cook anymore, stand up and cook. So he's having to take care of both of them simultaneously with their problems. And it's Oh, wow. Just kinda puts a hitch in this giddy up as I suggest it would if you were in the same situation, put a hitch in yours.
[01:36:37] Unknown:
No question about that. That's a very difficult job to do. Oh, terrible. Now they're hoping they've got a an assistance
[01:36:45] Unknown:
home close that they've known for a long time, I think. And and they're hoping to be able to put them in there possibly, but he's got that whole basket, everything dumped in his lap, and he's got these trust obligations and classes that he's doing with everybody. And, certainly, that's gonna be a priority for him. And he just made the announcements that he may not be able to help with some of the documentation IRS responses, etcetera, etcetera, as much as he did before. So that's in the I I thought the trust trust class was gonna be with, with, our other buddy. Well, Mark started his own. You know? I did not. And, and he's having them, and I don't know where all that is. That's in somebody else's hands, not mine.
So, anyway, that's what's going on. Where else, somebody else got something. John, you got anything on your mind?
[01:37:39] Unknown:
Here we haven't spoken with you in a week. Alright. Well, yes. Yes, ma'am. Was that you, Julie, again? Yep. I wanted to find out, I listened to Viva Barnes last night, and I can't remember. Did you hear him mention the fact that the same lawyer that sued Alex Jones is now suing
[01:37:56] Unknown:
who who is that? No. He's Gavin's attorney, Newsom. Newsom, your governor out there. Oh, that's right. Attorney from Texas who handled the Texas case. And and as Aviva said, was he the guy that said, oh, Bobby Barnes is here? Remember Barnes walked into that proceeding. And that attorney that he's talking about that we're speaking of here went, oh, Bobby Barnes. Bobby Barnes. Bobby Barnes is here. He's like, almost apoplectic. You know? And this is the guy that Gavin Newsom has hired to sue Fox for 700 and something million dollars. Okay. I I heard that. I I couldn't I didn't remember who that who who he was representing. I don't remember. Yeah. I don't remember his name, but he's a Texas attorney, not the one, you know, up in Connecticut who's works for the firm that Blumenthal's son owns.
I don't know if you knew that. So, anyway, hopefully, Alex is about to get out of that. I know the, Connecticut appellate court wouldn't hear it. I don't think Connecticut has a supreme court, and they were gonna shoot it straight to the supreme court. But the Texas appeals court is about to overturn the verdict, I think. He I've heard Alex say that. And tech I guess, as as ridiculous as this sounds, in Texas and Connecticut, they both got state laws that if you get a lower court decision against you, that appealing it does not stay execution of the of the judgment. In other words, what he did, it did, it didn't put the lower ridiculous decision on on hold. They went ahead and been prosecuting it. So hopefully in Texas, they'll change that. Okay. Who's got something else here this morning? We hadn't heard from Dave. He was shouting in the back on Walter Burien.
Dave? Yes. I'd like to hear if anybody's got anything on this shooting in Idaho. Go ahead. Comment.
[01:39:53] Unknown:
The guys did. Wayne Dunn Tech. Oh,
[01:39:56] Unknown:
hold hold on. We'll get comment first, and we'll switch to that. Joe, is that you? No. It's Wayne. Oh, hey, Wayne. Well, talk right in your microphone, son. I can't I couldn't recognize your voice. You're so faint. How are you doing?
[01:40:10] Unknown:
Sometimes a little hard to hear. But, hey, the thing I'd like to say is that it's been a good discussion, but as long as things are fairly normal, I think gold and Bitcoin are the two best choices. But if we start getting into a lot of strange things in the financial markets and almost the system starting to go down, I think your only choice is to go to the physical gold or silver only because you're going to have universal acceptance, you're going to have a value everybody understands, you're going to be able you won't have any counterparty risk that you have with almost anything else. So like two or three things I know Bill Holter and Shekman always harp on is that these are the key things that people have to understand going into the situation we may encounter here and not do this in future.
And Holter especially is big on junk silver. He says, if you did junk silver dimes, you have multiple transactions you can make with a store or a farmer or anything else versus anything else that's out there. So there's your flexibility.
[01:41:14] Unknown:
Well, you took the words right out of my mouth, Wayne. I was gonna say, probably best to also get some small size silver. There are people that probably out of necessity of having to sell that sell some of that stuff and it does become reavailable. I'm not sure if it's carrying a premium. Probably is a small one. Didn't used to. The premium's already been paid. But now with the scarcity in the situation but you you don't wanna get in a situation where you buy gold and you you need a you need a loaf of bread and you've got a quarter ounce of gold. That's the smallest you got. The guy can't give you change. You can't carry that much bread. It's good to have some of those junk silver coins as a dime right there for a loaf of bread. K? So just That's all I ever advocate is is junk silver. I I don't recommend having gold. Yep. So everybody's got their different reasons. You know? Well, the reason the reason is certification
[01:42:13] Unknown:
because you can have phony gold and silver, but you're you're better off with a with an American coin because people know what it is. Yeah. That's probably true. They you don't have to do the you don't have to do the certification because if somebody comes to my door and says, hey. Listen. I need I really need to get some money. I got this, and I need to I need to sell it and stuff like that. I'm not gonna give him a 100¢ on the dollar because I can't tell what it is. Yeah. No. The the some of that's even the smaller, not to the ultra small, but they found some of those things counterfeited with,
[01:42:47] Unknown:
whatever that stuff is like lead in the middle there, on eBay. That's fantastic. Alright. Two, three people were trying to say something. Who who was one of them? Larry.
[01:42:58] Unknown:
Larry, sir. Go ahead. Hey. Yeah. Just a question for Wayne, John, and Julie. If you own gold, silver, and, Bitcoin, what's the safest way to to keep it, to store it? I mean, do you keep it in your home? Do you put it somewhere? I know you I guess, I've heard the recommendation not to keep it in a bank deposit box. No. You don't wanna do that. Maybe that's
[01:43:26] Unknown:
right. So I was just wondering their what their opinions are. Well, I'll go first. I I've been every I've been teaching about this for a long time with all of my clients and when I was doing financial planning. I really recommend that they keep silver on hand, but not that much because people can come and take it from you unless you're willing to die on it. The I always advocate Bitcoin in all circumstances because you can print Bitcoin. You can use radio waves. You can use, all kinds of ways to deal with it. And they can't see it, and they can't take it, and the government can't get at it either unless you give it to them. There's no way to really protect yourself.
You're going to have roving gangs going door to door taking things from people. You just are. So you better be armed, and you better know how to use it.
[01:44:20] Unknown:
John? Hey, John. Can you, then explain to me if the government can't take it. If you go on the office office of foreign asset control, OFAC, which is under treasury, the government has seized a ton of Bitcoin from foreigners under executive order 1381813848 for child sex trafficking and interfering in elections. I think the way they did that was they forced the people to give them their phrase is my understanding. Do you do you know anything about that?
[01:44:56] Unknown:
Yes. They they actually make a deal or something, and they turn over their private keys. That's That's all there is to it. If you don't turn over your private keys, they can't do anything. Did did can I ask you a quick question? Didn't Trump didn't Trump have that did that guy that was in prison for, like, five, ten years? Yes. What was that? The Star the Silk Road guy.
[01:45:17] Unknown:
He let him out and he's armed with Yeah. Well, he should. He wasn't really doing anything wrong. Also and, Julie, you're talking about they've seized. What about Mount Goc? That's a bunch of the coins they seized when they raided that place long time ago. Well, again, they gave they gave the private keys over
[01:45:35] Unknown:
to the government. They can't just get it from you. Oh, okay. Somehow, they got
[01:45:41] Unknown:
the the all that Bitcoin that was in Mount Goc. I don't I don't know. They did.
[01:45:45] Unknown:
Yeah. They they did. They but they have to get the private keys in order to get access to it. So Right. If you don't give that to them,
[01:45:52] Unknown:
then they can't have it. If they're if it's on a hard wallet, can they they can't if it's they can't take it as easily. Right?
[01:46:00] Unknown:
No. They can't. They can't get access to it unless you give it to them. You can lose a thing. I mean, it's it's not any big problem. It's very secure. The worst that can happen is you lose access to your keys.
[01:46:14] Unknown:
So you have to have a way of protecting those things, and there's several different ways to do it. Yeah. What about that guy that that that threw his away? He got rid of his hard drive. What what have happened to him? Remember
[01:46:27] Unknown:
him? His wife did.
[01:46:29] Unknown:
Well, it went in it ended up in the trash because they got rid of that computer, and, he just didn't think it was gonna go anywhere. He wasn't concerned about it and forgot about it. And it ended up in a landfill because he threw it away. So now he's trying to get people to go with him or help him and get go open up that landfill and, dig dig up that drive somehow.
[01:46:51] Unknown:
Nobody's gonna do it. Hey, Roger. Once they close those up Larry. Hold on. Who was saying something there? Yeah. Wayne again. I just wanted to answer to Larry. Oh, okay. Yeah. I just wanted to say that I think the key to this whole thing is, doing a lot of preemptive work. Meaning find local food suppliers that could be a farmer's market or individual farmers that you strike up a relationship with that and he understands where you're coming from if you show up with some junk silver or whatever, he'll know the value and probably turn them on to what you're doing. I've done exactly that with a guy I buy chicken from. He knows exactly when I show up if I do that what the value is of what I want to use it make for the transaction.
So do some of that and then also learn the art of midnight gardening too. You can get out there and find some locations that could be very easy in your yard to be very hard for anybody else to grab something. Depending on the amount you've got, I've heard some very clever
[01:47:53] Unknown:
ways over the years to have it right there, you know, in plain sight and people can't see it. If you had a ingot, for instance, you paint it black and use it as a doorstop. You can go out in the garage and get a paint can, pour out all the paint, put your goods in the bottom of the paint can, and then, solder a false bottom in there, and then pour paint back on top of it and stick it on the wall in the garage. You could take a, electrical outlet and take the cover off and see how much space is back there and put stuff and put the cover electrical cover on it. There's a lot of different ways you could hide it depending, again, on how on your quantity.
[01:48:40] Unknown:
Yeah. Roger. And I I think in a greater scheme of things in the greater scheme of things, as Bill Holter says, the the feds aren't really gonna come after individuals with small amounts of this stuff. You know, they know now that the cent that the big, banks are accumulating gold. With Basel III, I think there's going to be a lot more gold enter into the
[01:49:00] Unknown:
our national banking system. So if they could go for a big seizure, that's where they're going to be headed except for the big payoff would be where they do that. There's so many people that have incremental amounts. They just don't have the personnel. They don't have personnel to kick the people that are here illegally out. They don't have personnel to go with a Geiger counter in your backyard, see what you buried last night. Now your problem are gonna be roving gangs and security. Well, that's your problem. Yeah. Oh, no. We're on that.
[01:49:28] Unknown:
The only way you protect yourself is you have to have some skills that your neighbors need so that they will protect you and help protect you. Other than that, the people that get hurt the most are the women. All you have to do is go back and look at the Yugoslavian war. The guy that actually was always had food and was always doing really well was the guy that made kerosene because he sold that and bartered for that so everybody could have their lamps, give them light in the middle of the war. Right. Very instructive to see look at the Yugoslavian war because that's exactly that. It was a grid down situation, and people had to survive.
You've got to have skills.
[01:50:16] Unknown:
Again, and I'm not sure of how to contact them, Wayne, but right there in Texas, you've got the Texas metal depository. Have you looked into that at all? Can you give us any, insight into that? I know a little bit about it. Yeah. You know, I have not only because,
[01:50:32] Unknown:
I feel that if it's in another location, say, in the city a couple 100 miles away, I don't wanna have to depend on trying to drive down there and get what I have. Well, you don't. I feel like, the closer you keep your, your precious,
[01:50:46] Unknown:
belongings to you, the better in the greater scheme of things. Okay. Well, the I know Kirk Elliott uses it a lot. You know, for the audience may not know about this. Kyle Bass, is that his name? The current patriarch of the Bass fortune, big fortune in Dallas, Bass family. He's on the board of directors of the University of Texas. And, he actually voted ten ten more yeah. It was more than ten years ago. He voted $500,000,000 from their trustees fund, to be purchased gold. And then because of that, they sponsored, and this Texas metals depository popped up to hold it. Okay?
But other people can participate. And it's what Kirk Elliott uses and suggests for all his clients. And I do know that you can get a debit card tied to it. So, anyway, just to put that out there that that's another possibility depending on
[01:51:49] Unknown:
how much you got in your situation. You know? But you see, when you're doing planning like this, you have to go worst case scenario. You have to go total grid down. A lot of the these plans are based upon, like, oh, gee. The cars aren't running or the lights aren't working or we're out of electricity. The everybody's planning on those levels. That's not where it's gonna you gotta go. You gotta go right now. There is no thing else. You are your own savior.
[01:52:19] Unknown:
That's where you have to plan. Yeah. Well, you could use but, you know, if you had a bunch, you could put it over there in the depository and keep some at home for whatever your
[01:52:27] Unknown:
local, the trying to make is nobody wants it. The only the only thing that people wanted were things to survive. You can't eat bullets. You can't eat gold.
[01:52:40] Unknown:
That's that's where your problem is. Well, that yes. We keep all now so you can get in in there and barter with things like your neighbors will have too much eggs because they got a bunch of chickens or whatever. And this sort's really important to start meeting and knowing people around you. You know? We used to be that way, having co ops maybe. And all that got no. Just hold. There's two, three people wanting to say something. Hold on. But No. You're exactly right, Raj. That's exact, the minimum you should be doing. So the those kind of things where you can help each other survive.
Okay. Right. I know Waheed was in there. A couple other people. I don't know who was saying hello. They're alright. Talk.
[01:53:22] Unknown:
I think, we might wanna ask mister the prepper of preppers, Brent Bachman, his views on this. He is extremely highly informative on that. I I see he's online. I don't know if he's gonna talk or not, but, Okay. Yeah. He's he's got it down.
[01:53:43] Unknown:
Brent. And, Do you want you wanna come give classes on preparing? You must be off doing something else. Good old Brent. If he's not, then,
[01:53:53] Unknown:
I'm laying here listening.
[01:53:55] Unknown:
There you are. Hey, buddy.
[01:53:58] Unknown:
I don't need to say anything right now. Okay. I think John has has a handle.
[01:54:04] Unknown:
Alright, buddy. Well, thank you. Good to hear your voice. Go back to whatever you're doing. Anyway, we, you know, gee, I'll tell you a really good way to figure out. I've heard people say this probably. Don't turn off the electricity to your house for the weekend. You'll you'll see pretty quick what you need. Turn the water off too. Yeah. All that. You can put yourself under that self test right there.
[01:54:29] Unknown:
Hey, Roger. Yes. Why are you somebody I chose I chose somebody about two, three years ago. I said, when you see people snatching groceries out of people's hands, you know what's up.
[01:54:40] Unknown:
Yeah. That that wouldn't be a good, sign. So, who else is trying to say two, three people were trying to say something, and we just couldn't, isolate you all. Gregory was one. Wahid was another. Who's the other one? Might not have been another one. Okay. Well, I wanted to in light of this turn in the conversation, Paul, I forwarded you a email from some people that are obvious listeners. Are we at the end of the show? Wow. Okay. Maybe we'll get to that tomorrow, because, we could put it out for them. They send me emails in their gun shop or an ammunition store, and they have specials and stuff. And, anyway, I I would like to give them some credit. And since they're listeners, if anybody's looking for a good source for the other type of precious metals, these go steer them to a listener. K? So we can Brent's the expert on that.
Okay. Well, Brent, do you have any go to stores, Paul? It's something defender. I don't defense defender or something. I forwarded it to you directly to try and plug them a little bit. So, Brent, where would you suggest people go if they're looking for the other type of of metals? Are you in a position you can't talk, I think, is what I gathered right there. No. I'm I'm in bed right now. Oh, okay. I go in an hour later today. Alright.
[01:56:09] Unknown:
I I can't think of any player. Look at ammosneak.com. Okay. And that gives you a wide array of places to look at.
[01:56:20] Unknown:
Okay. That is a, selection. Prepper Princess. Prepper Princess.
[01:56:25] Unknown:
Prepper Princess.
[01:56:26] Unknown:
Prepperprincess.com. Ammo Seek. Was that it, Brent? That gives you other options for other places. Ammoseek.com.
[01:56:35] Unknown:
Yeah. I'll I'll And Yeah. Maybe I can guess. I'll put it in the chat.
[01:56:40] Unknown:
Okay. And, either we're about to end the show here and cut the, our two little sources off today. So, we'll see y'all tomorrow, hopefully. And, Paul, if you want, if you can dig up that email and tell them what the at least the, web address is of those folks. People can go over there and shop too. Should they I don't know if you could get enough of that precious metal right now.
[01:57:09] Unknown:
Email from Brent?
[01:57:11] Unknown:
No. It'd be from me. A forward.
[01:57:13] Unknown:
A forward.
[01:57:16] Unknown:
In the last day or two. It's something defender.
[01:57:19] Unknown:
Okay. I'm looking. It usually gets lost in an in a sea of inbound emails.
[01:57:28] Unknown:
I see. I'm sure you're inundated. Anyway, I can resend it. We can talk about it tomorrow. Yeah. DLB. I just wanted to I just wanted to give them some a plug since they send me their emails. Specials, obviously, their listeners. Mhmm. Alright. John, thanks for, thanks for, coming on board even a little tardy, but that's okay.
[01:57:51] Unknown:
Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm always gonna try to do that. Hopefully, I'll be able to get the beginning of the show. Yeah. Well, it's just kinda like I said most of my challenges. Yeah. Yeah. Well, get your computers up if you can. Yes. I'm gonna be working on that today. Okay. It's a serious major obstacle. Also, on the our our accounts dealing with price, they're forcing and, insisting on different kinds of code changes, login codes, things like that. Yeah. And, I haven't had yet had a time to start working on that.
[01:58:26] Unknown:
Okay. Well, listen. Yeah. Hopefully, we won't be caught up on that. Okay. Caught up. We'll get caught up on that. Alright. Good deal. Anybody else got anything for me today?
[01:58:36] Unknown:
I got a follow-up email from, MagicJack support, because, there were no updates on the, first device shipped. They said that they're going to reship another device. And my device is now in Syracuse, New York, so it's on its way. Ours.
[01:59:04] Unknown:
And yours is like store run. These people are are really they got caught in the backlash of Skype evidently, John. It's what we think. There all these orders coming in, and and you can't get to them anyway. The only way you can get to them is to call the service, and and you gotta have magicJack to do that, and it goes to India. And they tell you it's shipped, and then it doesn't arrive. And they sent me, and they'll let's set up your new number and stuff. Well, it hasn't got there yet to my knowledge. So it's a mess, really. I did pay off the credit card charge, though, so they got that right. Okay.
[01:59:41] Unknown:
Yeah. I guess Microsoft is also trying to set up the separate number deal as well.
[01:59:47] Unknown:
Your, your device still, they shipped it on,
[01:59:55] Unknown:
it doesn't yeah. If you all see the details. Well, they said it shipped weeks ago for the first time, and that never showed up. And it said something like, well, then we take it and give it to a post office and this, that, and the other some kind of garbled up message. And
[02:00:09] Unknown:
06/09/2025 was when this order confirmation was shipped. However, USPS doesn't have the device or the package in their possession. So I'm thinking I'm probably going to have to,
[02:00:24] Unknown:
That's your message for yours or mine? No. That's for yours.
[02:00:28] Unknown:
Mine. I was getting the same message for mine. You screwball people. I mean, shit. Yeah. But they got the charge on there, though. Uh-huh. Oh oh, yeah. Yeah. They got their money for sure. And I'm going through the same thing with, Green Bean Buddy, a natural, nontoxic bug killer. And I've been waiting for that since the tenth. So and I actually paid for three three to five days expedited shipping. So they're gonna have to do something to make it right.
[02:01:05] Unknown:
Right here? Yes. Okay. There's two questions here. Hold on, Boris. Somebody before you. A question?
[02:01:11] Unknown:
Yeah. Me again. On a lighter note, why don't those that don't eat pig, why don't they, like eating pig? Because they don't like eating things that, they're related to closely related to. Okay. Alright. Like, they don't like eating their own. Yeah. I think we got that. And on Animal Farm, who was more equal than the other animals?
[02:01:39] Unknown:
Well, some pigs. Some pigs were more equal than others, but that meant other pigs, I think, but it might mean animals. I don't remember.
[02:01:46] Unknown:
Animal farm.
[02:01:48] Unknown:
Yeah. It's animal farm. That's not very nice.
[02:01:52] Unknown:
What? It's a book. Very famous book, Waiib. What do you mean? No. I'm I'm making I know he's making a joke towards, orthodox
[02:02:00] Unknown:
Jews and Muslims, but I I it's funny. It's funny. But, I mean, they put pork in everything. You can't you can't help but touch it or be around it. They put it in everything.
[02:02:10] Unknown:
Okay. Now who was you you were trying to say something? You had something to say while he wasn't mean. I just I just said it. I said to Boris something and everything.
[02:02:18] Unknown:
Okay. Boris. Help but be around it because they put it in everything. I understand. Boris, what do you got, buddy? Okay, Ryan. I I was gonna say, you know, that the first thing that you say today in the show that learn how to defend your position. Because if you don't learn that and you don't fight for your rights, people are gonna be stepping over
[02:02:40] Unknown:
us. Well, if you don't
[02:02:42] Unknown:
to learn how to protect our rights and how to be in the private.
[02:02:48] Unknown:
That's the ideal problem. If you can't do that, you're not free, really, in all honesty. And people say, well, how do I learn this? Well, the best way to learn it is to go out and teach it to other people. You know? And and you'll find in in teaching somebody else the things that you don't understand. And then you go back and study those, and then you grow and you find somebody else to teach it to. That's what I've been doing for all these years. That and it's just, you'll learn that way. So, anyway, that's the best suggestion I got for you. Anybody else for me? Thank you, Boris. Anybody else? Anything for me? Chris Chris from California.
[02:03:27] Unknown:
Hey, Chris. Good morning. Brent Winters, the last time I heard him speak, which was on Sunday at in church, he talked about all the pork that he ate his whole life. Right. Pork, pork, and more pork. Right. But he said that he quit eating pork. Yes. Because the Bible said not to eat it. Yeah. He said that on our show. Eat it also. He said that on our show recently too. You're right. You're right. You're right. The Bible said see, there's what's interesting in the Bible is, God is a trapper, and he knows how to set traps. And these traps are there to see which way you're going to go. If you're going to insist on going your own way or if you're going to yield to him without any explanation necessary.
And so, yeah, we don't eat pork. I won't touch it. Okay. So,
[02:04:22] Unknown:
alright. Anybody else got anything? Okay. Well, I'm gonna May I? Yes, ma'am.
[02:04:28] Unknown:
Couple things. With the pork,
[02:04:31] Unknown:
I don't know how many people are not aware of it. Yeah. Robbie, talk right in your microphone source, please. You're kind of talking off to the side.
[02:04:40] Unknown:
I don't know how many people are not aware that there are certain groups that own pig farms and feed bodies to the pigs. Oh, yeah. I'm sure of that. Right. So you don't know what human you know, products you're getting through the pork plus the parasite. Yep. Plus they they don't sweat. Plus they are bioidentical, which is why they use them to grow body parts for people. It it there's just a variety of reasons I don't eat pork.
[02:05:16] Unknown:
Okay. Thank you for that. Alright.
[02:05:20] Unknown:
Another one is here in Michigan. They've and I'm sure it's everywhere else too. They've been sending out these scam texts as if they're coming from the secretary of state telling people about the tolls that they drove through a toll, and they're going to, pull their certificate of ownership. They're, you know, gonna, you know, take their license. They're gonna do all kinds of stuff if you don't pay. Okay. And it's so bad here that they put up a notice on one of the freeways on the on those electronic signs saying if you get one of these texts, ignore it. It's a it's a scam.
[02:06:03] Unknown:
Ah, imagine that. Did you hear I heard the, the Colorado department back when they had, what were the feds involved out there? When they they were out there and they tied them into the state system? And somehow, they can turn on the they can access the state system and find out where the illegal immigrants are to go arrest them. And state of Colorado turned that access off. Oh, didn't hear about that. Yep. Yep. Heard somebody The guy running for mayor in New York says he will not allow any ICE people to come in and take people. Right. Boy, he is, you you know what? They've traced his phone back to Obama's headquarters there, right by the White House. And a couple of other Muslim Brotherhood and other phones also that attracted the o to that. So he's an Obama guy put up to it.
[02:06:58] Unknown:
Roger. Roger. Go go see the what you need. Go look at Wikipedia and look at all the information all the things to become a Mexican citizen. Look at all the requirements.
[02:07:10] Unknown:
Sure. Yeah. Well, if the Mexican if you took an American flag and went down and had a demonstration in Mexico, you're, I think it's in the constitution. Are are there laws you can't do that? They could do all kinds of stuff to you. So, anyway, yeah, it's a mess. There's all kinds of hypocrisy on it.
[02:07:31] Unknown:
So, anyway, anybody else got anything for me? Yeah, Roger. And if you're coming from Central America and you try to, go and if if you're from Nicaragua or or somewhere from south of the Mexican border, you do one one year of hard labor for trying to be sneak into Mexico.
[02:07:50] Unknown:
Okay. That's probably true. So but, anyway
[02:07:53] Unknown:
well, I mean told me twenty years
[02:07:56] Unknown:
if if I know if I come back without a passport. Oh, that's what they told John recently. Well, there you go. Twenty years. Boy, twenty years in a Mexican jail. How's that sound, John? No. I'm not going down and getting my passport. So, okay. Well, nobody's got anything for me except Waheed's questions. I'm gonna go on about my day. Roger. There's Larry. Yes, sir. Hi, Larry.
[02:08:20] Unknown:
Hi. Just, just so just so you know, like, Grant said that he won't eat pork because the Bible tells him not to eat pork. But That's what he said. According to Acts chapter 10 yeah. According to Acts chapter 10, God allows all creatures to be eaten, if you remember that story with Peter and the great sheet that descended out of heaven with all kinds of beasts that were on it, four footed beasts. Yes. Do you remember that story? Not really.
[02:08:52] Unknown:
Yeah. This is Chris from California. That's another one of those traps. If you read a little further, that dream was for the shock effect. It shocked Peter so that he would accept the idea that now he's gonna take the gospel to the Gentiles. And he himself gives that interpretation of the dream. And he's the only one that officially, would be able to give the interpretation of the dream because he had the dream. So read a little further, and you'll find out it had nothing to do with food. Furthermore, all throughout the Bible, you never see the New Testament, you never see any of the apostles ever eating pork, and Jesus never ate pork. You know? So, in fact, Jesus killed what was it? A herd of 5,000 swine?
Because the, outcast Jews known as the Gadarenes were raising it to sell to other people, and he didn't even like that. So, you know, read your Bible a little closer and pay attention to what you're reading. I recommend you read the King James version so you get it right the first time, and that's it. Thank you. Alright. Thank you. One last thing, Roger. What you're teaching
[02:10:06] Unknown:
as far as knowledge is like what Jefferson said, to be ignorant and free is an impossibility, but that's paraphrase. I mean, that's not the correct statement.
[02:10:18] Unknown:
Those who wish to be ignorant and free expect what never was and never will be. I'm not giving up my bacon. I'll eat pork every now and then. I don't do it often. I'd much rather eat beef, but, our, Ecuadorian beef, they don't do real good on these mountains up here. It's not they're not notorious for their beef. We go to a place and get beef from Argentina and Uruguay. They got it from The States too, but I'll take the other two. And, but a lot of the the the culture down here eats a lot of pig. Pigs are, you know, pretty, fit right into their cultural and their history and this topography and stuff. So, anyway Well, it's car carnitas. Right? Pardon me? Isn't that pork? Isn't carnitas pork? No. Well, yeah, you could say carnie. It's carnie.
Carne. Okay. Kearny. You go to the Carneceria. I don't know if they've got pork. I think they do have some pork over there where we buy that beef. It's a little pricey, but it's very good. And, otherwise than that, we don't have a food problem here every
[02:11:29] Unknown:
He left. What happened?
[02:11:31] Unknown:
I Yeah. He dropped off. Everything went blank for a while. There is Oh, shit.
[02:11:36] Unknown:
There we go. There's a lot of there's a lot of Internet hiccups going on. I'm not able to reach Google, but I am able to reach other websites. So there's a lot of weird weirdness going on with the Internet. Okay.
[02:11:51] Unknown:
Alright. Well, I'm gonna go dive into it. I'll see y'all tomorrow. Okay? Have a great day. One one more thing. Yeah. John. You live in the best you you live in the best place to survive down there because there's food everywhere. It grows there naturally.
[02:12:06] Unknown:
You know, I mean, it's ridiculous, honestly. It's everywhere. There's a bunch of vegetable or fruits and stuff you've never seen in your life before. Go to the store and see them. You know? I don't even I haven't even tried most of them. But yeah. Somebody's banging at my door. I gotta go. Alright. Alright. Good luck, John. See you next week. See you all tomorrow here, and, we'll see what develops in the, fatwa day number two. So I am able to hit
[02:12:35] Unknown:
Saturday.
[02:12:38] Unknown:
I am able to hit, my website, Yahoo mail, and eBay, and Timu, but I am not able to hit Google, Gmail.
[02:12:49] Unknown:
Okay. Well, they're they're not telling. So, I'm a go see if I can get my Internet. It's on right now.
[02:12:58] Unknown:
So you guys have a good day. We'll see you tomorrow. Love all of you. Ciao. Later, Raj. Yeah. There is there is wrong with, there is something wrong with a major trunk on the Internet. Don't know what it is. Rats ate the cable. I don't know. I don't think rats have a have a taste for fiber optic. Yep. The site cannot be reached. DNS was working, but the, the servers are not responding. Keep track of this, guys. Figured out. Well, there's there's nothing I did or can do. Yep. Just, just take this just take this as a sign. Take this as an omen as it were. These problems are gonna get more prevalent by July 4. There's gonna be more things you're not gonna be able to hit. See you guys later. Bye.
Thank you, John. Mhmm. Wonder if I can hit YouTube. If I can hit that, it might be the the whole, Google Plantation is down. Yep. YouTube is down too. About mobile network.
[02:14:06] Unknown:
Mobile network can get there. Yep. Mobile network's able to browser because on my browser, I'm using, Greg, and it's working.
[02:14:16] Unknown:

[02:14:20] Unknown:
I was gonna say it's I think it's on your side, Paul. I've I've got every ticket here in Utah.
[02:14:26] Unknown:
Yeah. There's something something going on with the New York trunk. Outside the VPN, I can hit it. Yep. Yep. Studio c is on an entirely different network, and it can hit it fine. Yeah. Follow-up from magicJack. Yeah. They're they offered me they offered me a refund seven days ago. No. I paid for a specific phone number, guys. You're gonna ship my item. You're gonna ship my my device. And if I don't get the number I paid for, this shit isn't gonna hit the fan. So are we done, are we done with the show now or what?
[02:15:04] Unknown:

[02:15:06] Unknown:
Well,
[02:15:07] Unknown:
as long as we're
[02:15:09] Unknown:
Carne carne means meat, not pork.
[02:15:13] Unknown:
Yeah. That's, carne asada. That's where they get carne asada or chicken con carne that is that is, or chili con carne that is that is, chili with beef. Yes. Beef is vodka,
[02:15:28] Unknown:
pork is serrano, and chorizo is pork sausage.
[02:15:33] Unknown:
Mhmm. Okay. It sounds like a wiener.
[02:15:37] Unknown:
Uh-huh. Okay. A beef wiener.
[02:15:39] Unknown:
