Dr. Carter is the founder and overseer of the Latter House. A movement of people "A People predestined to restore virtue"...in a society barren of spiritual and morl excellence. Through a message of the gospel of the Kingdom of God and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. It is our endless desire to join a diverse generation for the purpose of connecting and developing other "Champions". In a technologically advanced society., we deliberately create platforms, special events, seminars, conventions and fellowships, in which the wounded and unusually gifted can find aid and a place of appreciation. Our aim is to continously create an environment of Love, Unity, Faith and Victory in which all can discover the Champion within.
