When he returns them in his own good time, after any human cry has died down, their owners are glad to pay a reasonable sum for recovery since it's not from their pockets, but the insurance company. But the first hitch in this caper is about to show up. I shall return shortly with act two. This is another of those stories reinforcing the old adage that truth is stranger than fiction. Another bizarre happening from real life that I call from the newspapers.
The first hitch in the case of Gustave Finisher is that he has no insurance. Therefore, time becomes of the essence.
