Lets talk health and AI
I explore my personal experiences with Grok 3, an AI tool I've been using to enhance my health journey. I discuss how Grok provides objective information and advice on nutrition, supplements, and overall wellness. I share my thoughts on the future of AI, its role in spirituality, and how it can help us navigate complex topics like faith and health.
Throughout the episode, I emphasize the importance of grounding ourselves in the present while using AI as a tool for personal growth and understanding. I encourage listeners to engage with AI to solve problems and explore new perspectives, whether in health, spirituality, or everyday life.

Where's the AI? What's up, everyone? It's America Plus. I'm your host, Cole McCormick, back in another week, another episode. What's going on, everybody? Happy to be here. It's a beautiful week.
[00:00:10] Unknown:
It's Sunday, March 2, '7 '50 '6 in the PM. What's going on, folks? The Oscars just happened. The Oscars just wrapped up. I just saw
[00:00:19] Unknown:
the chick from Menorah, just won best actress. I saw Adrienne Brody winning best, best actor again. So round of applause for the actors, dude. Round of applause for the actors. I saw the brutalist. Okay. So Adrien Brody, real quick. We're gonna get into AI and health, but I just wanna talk about Adrian Brody in the movie that he just won the Oscar for, The Brutalist. This is about a European architect. This guy this Hungarian architect comes to America, and he gets, like, fucked figuratively and literally by some German American guy. And it's it's the longest film you've ever it's it's almost longer than a Martin Scorsese movie, dude. Like, it's almost. But it's a beautiful film, and I just I as soon as I saw it, I was like, dude, this is, like, this is, back to back to par, like, back to reason, like, back to form for Hollywood. That's what the Brutalist is about. So if you see any news about Adrien Brody, the Brutalist, that's my recommendation. If you wanna see a film, like, a legitimate film, American made film, The Brutalist is what you gotta do, dude. The that's it's a good movie, in my opinion. So shout out to those guys. Shout out to Hollywood, even though it's crumbling.
They a few people can still make a few good movies. So shout out to y'all folks. Let's get into it, guys. So this week, this beautiful week it's springtime, by the way, dude. Spring Equinox, almost. It's it's new vibes for me on my health journey. And, we got Grok three coming out of the gate, and I've been experimenting more with it. I've been trying to use it more. I haven't really dove dove deep into, like, all of the AIs, but I have specific needs. And I wanna use them for my specific needs. And right now, I'm just not a coder, so it seems like, some of the AIs are more specifically for coding and for, like, technical computer stuff. And that's just not my vibe. I'm just not trying to do that.
What I am trying to do is understand my myself, try to get information that I think is, what's the word? Relevant slash, just just objective. I want, like, objective information so that I can make proper decisions, and mainly in the realm of health and spirituality slash just, like, faith stuff. Okay? So, I guess, like, here's a little caveat. I've been, like, asking Grok questions about the Bible and about, Jesus, and just, like, trying to see how Grok I I almost said he. How he, Grok, is giving, like, giving me this information. And, I've been, like, enjoying it. It's Grok is, like, the most, like, conversational, AI out there, I think. I've been having fun with doing, like I've been showing all my friends the sexy grok, the sand of there's a voice mode on grok three, and they have, like, all these different, like, unlicensed therapist, grok doc. You could do normal. You could do, unhinged.
And then there's, like, a sexy voice. And that's just like excuse me. That's like the, it's like unhinged, like, sex bot. It's just like it's getting way too close. It's getting way too close, guys. Elon says we're on the event horizon of AI. And I sort of believe that, the event horizon as in, like, you know, like, the movie Interstellar where McConaughey is, like, about to go into the black hole? Like, that, like, area where you almost go into the black hole, that's the event horizon, and that's where we are with AI. That's what Elon tweeted. That's what I seem to believe as well. It's getting really, really close. But I'm not talking about the singularity. I'm not talking about I'm not trying to be, like, negative about that. You know? I even though I believe that we're going into a beautiful new world, I'm also just trying to use the AIs for my own self help, for my own self preservation and and stuff like that. So when it comes to that, most recently, this week, I've been trying to reformulate goals and my health goals.
And, I was using Grok to do that. And what what I found fascinating about Grok is that I was able to give it, like, all the details of, like, what I've been doing. Okay? And, I'm on this one chat that I had. I said, I need help scheduling my food and supplements. I have essential amino acids and creatine. I did a fasted workout this morning, 100 push ups, 100 squats, and 100 kettlebell swings. Then, then took both supplements. I felt good. I had raw milk in my coffee. Drank about 20 ounces of raw milk today total. For lunch, I ate baked baked chicken wings with broccoli, carrot, and purple sweet potato. For dinner, I had a 16 ounce grass fed rib eye, some carrots and garlic cloves, and an Olipop soda, the ginger lemon flavor. How could I improve this schedule and have a robust health routine?
And Groc just went down the line of just, like, analyzing that whole thing. The first sick, signifier to me that I can actually enjoy Groc is that Groc did not bash raw milk. I thought that was very fascinating and, enlightening. I'm just happy that, like, he's not against raw milk. There's, like, people online there's, like, other health people online that I I that's, like, my barometer. Like, what's your thing on raw milk? Do you think it's good? Do you think it's bad? If you think it's bad, I don't know if I can trust you because you're really not involved with the regeneration with the regenerative practices. You're not really involved with farming. You really don't have that information yet. So either you're misinformed or you're not informed or you're just malice.
And so Grock says that raw milk there's, like, extra nutrients in raw milk, which I'm really happy about. But and I'm having this conversation with him, and I'm able to figure out, like, what is what are the essential amino acids good for, and how can I best utilize them? He's like, this is a good start. Essential amino acids help with muscle protein synthesis, and creatine supports strength and recovery. Take your amino acids during or right after your workout. Okay. So this right here, that little line is like an entire that that's like a thirty minute YouTube video. Okay? If you're to go to YouTube and say, when should I take essential amino acids? You're gonna get a fifteen minute to thirty minute video of this whole thing just being explained this one little sentence being explained.
And what I'm looking for is this lovely sentence. Take it within thirty minutes after your workout or sooner. Creatine can stay post workout. It's less time sensitive. And that's just fantastic. Okay? And it says, you drink 20 ounces total today. Split it strategically. Try eight to 10 ounces post workout with your supplements for protein. And so it's just like, in in my experience, I am loving AI how direct it is, which which is why I think, like, this is, like, people need to go to to this as a free tool and to give the AI data about their situation. Okay? Like, you need to I I don't think it's about structuring the prompt. Okay? Because that was, like, a whole thing in the very beginning. In 2023 and and 2024, it was about, what's your prompt? How are you structuring your prompts? Are you getting the best output?
I think it's getting to a place where you can just give it, like, a sequence of data. Like, if you're to just, like, tell it, like, from morning to evening, what you're doing with your health and your eating, it can it can just, like, tell you what you should be doing, what you might be able to fix, what you might be able to tweak. And I I have had a really interesting experience with this. You know, and this is like telling me things that I personally have already known, you know. But when it came to, like, balancing macronutrients, you know, like the proteins and the carbs, it it said I told it I had a sixteen ounce rib eye.
And and and then it goes, a 16 ounce rib eye is a protein bomb. That's awesome. But if you're not digesting it well, if there's bloating or sluggishness, split it eight to 10 ounces at dinner. Save the rest for a late snack or tomorrow. Add a fibrous carb like roasted squash or more broccoli to balance it out. Again, that sentence, those two sentences would be an hour long fucking podcast about it, dude. How should I do it? How much protein should you eat? How much thing how much broccoli should I have? How much fiber? Is fiber even good for you? Does is fiber inflammatory? Like, this is just simple, dude.
And, when it comes to this thing, I think more people need simple when it comes to health. There's so many different personalities online, and there's a lot of different brands that you can get in get involved with. And from one perspective, that's good. And from another perspective, it's not very good. You know? One of the reasons why there's so many different health brands and health personalities is because, from the top down, you know, from the government structures going down, the government has not been providing helpful information about health.
Okay? And so it's a little I'm not sure how it is in other countries, but there are a lot of different people in America who are selling you a certain type of diet, a certain type of living, and they're presenting it as the best, the best way forward. And it's a little sad, in my opinion, that the agencies that are supposed to give us straight information, you know, just straight up sentences of facts, you know, they're unable to do that, and they're skewed, and they're corrupted by whether it be big pharma or big food, big ag. These things are corrupted.
And, I'm hoping that AI will continue to be this blatant truth. If you're struggling with having with, like, being healthy, I would encourage you to, I mean, I'm using Grok, but go to an AI. Just go to an AI and just give it what you just give it everything. Just, like, do, like, a fucking, like, word word salad, word throw up. Just give it everything and see how see if it can help you. Okay? Yeah. I I just think that's interesting, dude. I was as I'm talking to to Grock, it's given me, like, simple stuff. It's like, like, what what's this one thing right here? It's like, hydration and electrolytes. Raw milk and olive oil provides some fluids, but after a sweaty workout, you need more.
Add 16 to 32 ounces of water with a pinch of sea salt, sodium, and trace minerals post workout. Potassium from sweet potatoes and broccoli help, but a little salt balances out. Olipop's fine as a treat. Ginger lemon's a solid pick. So it's not like judging me because all they pop is like a soda. It's like a quote, unquote healthy soda. But it's one of those things where it's not demeaning me, and it's also not telling me to do more. And so it's just allowing me to be, which is what everyone wants. Like, that's how it should be. If you're to have a personal trainer, you know, it's like may they they might be, middle of the road or like they they might allow you to live your life.
If I were to tell a personal trainer that I'm drinking raw milk, there's a high probability that that raw trainer will be like, you need to stop. You need to stop doing that. The amount of misinformation that humans have is immense. And, you know, I'm not immune to that. I'm not immune to absorbing or producing that, you know. And of course, like, AI is not perfect either, but it seems like AI is getting better and better at at giving objective information, especially when it comes to health. And the only thing that needs to change is your description of your personal situation, which I think is incredible.
If you can just give it your personal side of things, then it can be more specific to what you need. Within the medical system right now, so many doctors and so many, so many people who are involved with health, you know, they are giving a one size fits all, advice, to to people and to their patients. And even though, like, on a general scale, on a general level, the advice of eating whole foods is good for you. There's also just a lot of nuance with all the diseases going on right now, with all the autoimmune issues, all the inflammation issues.
It's there's this balance that needs to happen between having a broad spectrum diet, as in like whole foods, just like advising whole foods for for everyone, but also to get granular. Because, you know, some foods might be inflammatory, some plants might be inflammatory, to your specific situation. And I believe AI is able to be that specific. Okay? And then it's like suggesting magnesium and vitamin d, you know? Like, when it comes to magnesium, the AI is suggesting magnesium. I didn't hear about magnesium until last year from Twitter, dude. Like, I didn't know anything about magnesium until I started hanging out with these Santa Monica guys. I have this group of Santa Monica friends, and one of them, like, two of them, they're brothers, and they have this one, like, like, health supplement company.
They sell magnesium spray. Right? You can put, like, the magnesium on your knee and, like, and rub it in. I'm like, oh, what's, like, magnesium for? And then they start telling me. Like, it it's good for for for muscle inflammation. It it's good for healing. It's good for sleep. I was like, woah. Really? Like, I didn't like, I I truly didn't know that until I met them. And then I started, like, seeing it more on x. But the AI is just, like, automatically magnesium. Like, look into magnesium. I'm like, well, shit, dude. Like, that's really interesting. That's really interesting. So there's all that stuff. And then it goes into, like, the timing of food. Of course, like, the question of, like, when I should eat is sort of, like, a little ridiculous. You know, ridiculous. You know, that's really based off of your own schedule, and it's really gonna change, like, day to day. But just to just to be able to have, like, an example of, like, what should I eat? Or what is an example of what I could eat at between seven and nine, between one and two, between six and seven, between nine and ten, you know, that helps people. That really helps people.
And, from my example from my experience and example in front of me, I think more people should should look into it. I'm not sure if anyone is, you know. So that's sort this is like my, my my my PSA episode about use grok for your own health. And then when it comes to the protein side of things, you know, Groc is suggesting what I mean, this is this piece of information is from the government, and is recommended from different, health people. You should have whatever your goal weight is, you should have that amount of grams in protein. So if I wanna be one hundred and ninety pounds, I should have close to 190 grams of protein every single day, you know, which is a bit hard.
That's a lot of that's a lot of protein, but, you know, that's what it's suggesting, you know, and it can help me with that. And the AI can even help you make a freaking grocery list. So we're at the precipice. Like, what if I did this? What if I zoomed out here? Make me oh, yeah. Here's the problem. Make me a grocery list, for sprouts with a budget of $80, high protein to meet my goals. And and the meals. And make meals. And make meals with ingredients. I'm gonna spell ingredients wrong. Boom. We're let's go for it. Searching searching 20 web pages. Searching searching.
Here we go. Grocery list. It's popping up right now. Oh my god. It's just appearing to me. I need quinoa. I need avocado. I need olive oil. I need wow. It's, like, giving me all these, like, different recipes right now, dude. If you're look, if you're watching the screen right now, I should probably edit this. I got my phone recording and the live stream going at the same time. I should probably edit what's on my screen. And then this is just like it was just like going through high speed level of, like, what recipes I can do and and okay. So now it just gave me recipes and what types of foods I should be eating at the specified time windows that it gave me earlier, dude.
That's incredible. And then it's give giving me a breakdown of the proteins around thirty eight to forty two dollars. Carbs around 8 to $10. Fats and veggies around 15 to $19. And extras $4. That stays in your budget of $80. Wonderful. Thank you. How incredible, bro. How incredible. Has anyone else experienced this type of detailed when it comes to to the AI? Have you experimented with this? If you have, let me know, please. I would love to know. Let me pull up, I gotta pull up let me pull up Nostra real quick. This is on Nostra, by the way. Oh, chat pop out. That's what I want.
No one's in the chat yet, but if you're in the chat, send me, send me a send me a zap, dude. I just wanted the I just wanted the, the chat up on my screen right now. So I talk about all this. The AI is, like, in is incredible for your health. And then there's this news of Steak and Shake are RFK ing their fries. Okay? So when it comes to, like, health and different personalities talking about this thing, beef tallow comes up and seed oils come up quite often. And when it comes to these things, people always say that seed oils are bad, and the beef tallow is better and healthier.
And, you know, like, seed oils are very inflammatory. And the mainstream situation says, like, it's not that may that seed rolls are bad. It's just that they're in a lot of foods, and you just need to moderate them. But everyone else is gonna say that they're bad for you. Okay? So I'm sort of in that camp. And, what's interesting is that there's this American chain called Steak and Shake. Steak and Shake, you know, what do they sell? They sell burgers and fries and milkshakes. They just made a big announcement that they are switching all of their cooking oils, their frying oils. And this happened, like, a few days ago with the, like, this, like, official switch. Like, if you go to the stores right now, all their fries, will be fried in beef tallow, which is really cool.
It used to be a meme, and now it's like legitimate, like, that it's actually happening. This is the largest as of right now, Steak and Shake is the largest restaurant to switch over their frying over, to, to beef tallow. So I commend them. They RFK'd their their fries, which I think is a funny funny thing. I'm trying to RFK my life, you know. Like, that's really what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to I'm trying to, marry a famous lady on a on a sitcom. Just trying to RFK my life, dude. But beef tallow fries are delicious, and they're doing it because of the flavor. They're doing it because of the perceived health benefits. They're trying to ride the wave of the whole narrative.
So there's some people who wanna say that this is, like, healthier. Right? I'm not sure if it's, like, healthier healthier. It's definitely better than soybean oil. Absolutely. Like, if you had a choice between beef tallow and soybean, I'm picking beef tallow. Like, hands down. Like, no question about that. But meanwhile, they're doing that, and they used and they're still selling, what's what was this? I'm on their website now. The Oreo cookie red velvet shake. Like, you can still get this bullshit. This branded this dessert branded red velvet chocolate shake red velvet shake. I'm sorry. Red velvet shake, which I think is a bit ridiculous, dude.
Is it really not necessary to have a red velvet? Like, why are all these fast food are is there really going to be a a shift in fast food of, like, we have everything in beef tallow, but they're still selling you shit and sugar and, like, all of that stuff? Like, what if Starbucks starts selling beef tallow? Like, does that really mean that Starbucks is healthy for you now? Like, I don't think so, dude. That's just my opinion though. I could be wrong. I could be wrong. But, regardless, it it it it's a very interesting balance of like, is this good, is this not? I asked Grock if this is healthy.
Let me go to it. Frying oil switched to beef tallow. I was like, hey, Grock. Is this is this healthy, dude? I was like, yo, Grock. Answer me this question, dawg. Hang on. It's not pulling up yet. Come on, Grock. I need your help, Grok.
[00:23:29] Unknown:
I pull this up. Okay. I'll just type it in again. Is beef tallow
[00:23:34] Unknown:
healthy? I did the query earlier, but now it's not pulling up. Here we go. Why is my cat going in my fridge? Bulldog. Don't don't go in the fridge. Okay. Now my Internet's screwing up, dude. So I guess we're gonna have to not do this right now. Regardless, beef tallow, it said everything I said earlier. It said that be some people think beef tallow is healthy. Some people think this. This is like the downside of grok. It's not as fast right now. So that that really just screwed up the entire plan. So whatever. We'll just click out of that. But what do you think of that? Do you think, beef tallow is healthier? Do you think AI can help people, with, like, with their health specifically?
There's all these claims, on YouTube about AI transforming the healthcare industry and being able to, identify, like, pretty much like you go to the doctor, the AI is gonna be staring at you in the camera for the entire time that you're there. And it's gonna analyze your eyeball, and it's gonna analyze how you walk, and it's gonna analyze all these things and how you talk. And then it's gonna figure out that you're, like, twenty years early into a neurodegenerative disease, and then and then they can reverse it, right, then and there. And I'm just like, okay. But that's not happening right now, is it?
That's not reality. That's not going on. And then there's other podcasts you wanna talk about how, like, the whole paradigm is shifting. The entire AI is changing how we're we're gonna have health assistants. We're gonna have everyone's gonna have a personal health assistant. It's it's it's always, like, gonna. It's always will. It's always future. In the future, you will you're gonna have this. And, I try to be grounded with, like, what's happening right in front of me. You know, the point if you wanna get through life here's some truth for you. If you wanna get through life in a beneficial way for yourself and the people around you, you need to ground yourself in the present and not get caught up in the future.
And that involves the idea of the future, the and the ideas of the past. You can't be stuck in the past and you can't be stuck in the future. You need to move forward in the present. This is necessary. This is absolutely necessary. Not too many people do that. Very few very few practice that, and I'm willing to say that I do practice that. I'm not the best at it, but I do do it. And, as I'm as I do my best to stay present, I can see that this one example of AI is able to help me think about and plan out my health. I wouldn't call Grok my personal health assistant just yet, because, you know, like, what's really the point? I'm a intuitive guy, you know. And this is me. Some people wanna, like, rely on data and rely on being told what to do.
The entire reason of me giving any information to Grok was just so I could see what it is saying. I'm not really trying to do what Grok tells me to do. I wanna do what I feel I should do. And so me giving data to a computer system and just seeing what pops out, I I find that useful, but that's not an assistant. That's not something that is incredibly, like it it's just, like, semi useful. Because a part of that, aside from that, I was also texting a new buddy of mine, Nick, who I met in Santa Monica. I was like, he's the one who told me about the central amino acids, you know. It it was a human being that I have worked out with who told me about, like, this type of supplement, and how I can schedule certain foods to get my metabolism, a bit faster in the morning.
You know, the the human input is still incredibly important, but it's also biased, you know.
[00:27:49] Unknown:
Certain people, you know, whoever I ask excuse me.
[00:27:54] Unknown:
Whoever I ask for health advice, I'm going to get them wherever they are in their life right there. You know? And they could be sad. They could be happy. They could be experimenting with something, and they just, like, tell me they tell me what they're doing in a tone of voice, in a way of speaking that makes it seem like, oh, this is what you should be doing. And it's up to me to figure that out, and that's very hard. And so I think AI can simply, right now, just mitigate that. I think AI can mitigate the bias, with straight up information while allowing you to just be, because there's no emotion.
It's harder to parse through bias when there's emotion behind it. I think it's easier to identify bias in AI because right now AI is not emotional. Maybe it will be one day. It's pretty it's pretty plausible that AI will become conscious very soon, and we're gonna have to treat it like a conscious being. But, just right now, for what's right in front of me, this is just simple, bare bones, just, like, pretty chill right now. Pretty chill information. So I think, I think you should use it. I think people should try to hone in on something. If there's something that you're trying to hone in on, you should go to AI, and you should see what it says.
You know? To go back to my example of the spirituality and the Bible, you know, I follow some people online, and a lot of a lot of people, you know, the some people talk about God, some people talk about the Bible. Some people wanna be more blatant about their thoughts on the Bible and stuff like that.
[00:29:50] Unknown:
And so there's just one guy that I follow. Oh my god. I'm too tired.
[00:29:55] Unknown:
Okay. So this guy's name is Cabe. Right? Cabe on Twitter. This is, like, my favorite. I I guess he's a conspiracy theorist. I'll pull I'll pull up his Twitter. Cabe on Twitter, he's this, like, he's the guy bringing up all the Pleiadian stuff. Okay? Whenever I talk about aliens and, like, UFOs and, like, spirit, you know, Cabe is like he's sort of in the middle right now. In the middle of, like, how I'm thinking about things. And, he talks about the Bible and, like, Jesus a lot. And I'm and I tried using grok, to to, like, decipher what this guy's saying.
I am no way, shape, or form, like, saying that, like, if this this guy on Twitter is, like, speaking truth. What I'm trying to do is, like, is use the AI to combat the bias. Okay? And if there's, alignment, if there's some sort of Venn diagram, you know, if there's like if there's bleeding into each other, then there's more reason to think that the information a person is sharing is factual. And I think that's very interesting, you know. And I had a very good conversation with Grock about, interpretations of certain bible verses and certain words, and different translations of the bible.
And the reason why I find this so helpful is because I don't have a lot of people in my life who can give me straight information. I grew up Christian, and so the all the only people that I have in my life who have access to any type of information like that are biased for Christianity. As in they're going to like, they're gonna talk about it in a way that makes Christianity the like, whatever mainstream narrative, is correct. And what I'm seeking is just to to to to be in a different level than that. I I don't wanna begin of okay. I'm I don't wanna try to prove, Christianity.
I wanna see what this narrative within Christianity is providing. That's what really needs to happen. That's what I'm trying to do. What is this information providing? You know, one of the biggest truths in the Bible is you will know a tree from its fruit. You know? If, if a tree doesn't produce good fruit, then it's not a good tree. And so that's something to really think about, you know, like, who in your life is producing good vibes? What information are you absorbing that is actually helpful? And it's getting to a point where AI is presenting this objectivity layer to everything, and it's gonna be a bit more hard to be to be tricked by bias.
That's what I hope, anyway. I don't know if that's really gonna happen because, you know, even the if the AIs are able to hallucinate, then, like, that is that's almost worse than bias. Or at least it's, like, it's either on par or it's worse than bias, you know. Like, if if the AI can hallucinate, that's not helpful. But if the AI can be objective, like Grok claims to be, you know, the whole Grok name, you know, that's a reference to an old science fiction book, that means to to understand. Grock means to understand. That's even in, like, the branding that they have.
And so, I'm gonna be using this this tool a bit more, to explore my thoughts and to explore, my my faith and and my experimentation with health, and just like the general conversation around health. I think it's helpful. And I think there's a way to use AI to be more helpful than detrimental. Every so many people wanna talk about how it's changing and sort of, like, destroying industries or it will destroy industries. I just wanna encourage you to ask it a question and think think through a problem using AI. You know, that's the real opportunity right now.
If you think there's a problem, think through it, talk about it with grok. Grok it. I like that term. Grok it, dude. Just grok it. You know, there's questions in my head right now that I wanna, like, grok, that I wanna, like, talk through. Because not only was grok giving me, like, straight information, grok was also talking to me as if I was a person. Like, he was talking to me in, like, a conversational style. And at the end of the output, Grok was asking me follow-up questions. Not just of, like, tell me what else you need. It was giving me questions of, like, is this helping you? Is any of this jiving with you?
What are you interested in? Like, it it it it it was giving me options of, like, do you wanna go down this lane or this lane? Like, what is piquing your interest from what I just gave you? And those, follow-up questions then can then prompt me to ask a different question, to have a different prompt, to either go down deeper into whatever conversation we're in or to take a different route. And so, I think that's that has to be helpful. Maybe I'm just like overthinking this whole thing, but if you have a problem, I think you should go to Grok.
And no, no, hang on. Here's the sentence. If you're thinking about how to solve a problem, try to solve it using grok. That's what needs to happen. And just experiment. Just experiment because that's what needs to happen with this. And I'm experiment experimenting with my health with it. I'm experimenting with, understanding, what Jesus meant when he said no one comes to the father except through me. You know, that's a big deal. You know, these are big questions that I'm trying to ask myself. I'm trying to ask people. And I want objective information, and I wanna be able to make the choice, make the decision of how to believe something, how to live out an ideal, responsibly.
And I don't wanna be misled. So, you know, that's sort of that's sort of my thing this week, man. So tell me what you think of that, dude. That's all the value I got. We're gonna head on it head on into into the value for value section. America Plus is a value for value show. What that means is, there's three different ways that you can help out America Plus. You can do it through time, talent, and treasure. Time, talent, treasure. Treasure is when you send me money, so you can support me with PayPal. I should probably link, like, every single money app ever.
I don't though. But you can, support the show with, through PayPal. And then you can also support me on the fountain app. Go to value4value.info

is a modern podcasting app that allows you to send small bits of Bitcoin to me. So I encourage you to download the app, send me some stats, and, you can also send me what's called a Boostagram as well. I'm gonna I'm I'm gonna be reading the Boostagrams right now. Just got two of them from last week. Last week, I was talking about Ye and his swastika t shirt, which is a wild conversation to have. I got, I got a couple boost couple couple boostograms from at Pies. What up, Pies? His first one is 100 and sats. He says value for value, baby. Yes, sir. And then, the second one is he sends in 420 Satoshis. The guy likes to smoke weed. I know he does.
He says value for value, and it's like 2 friends, hugging emoji, mushrooms, and a flex emoji. Hell yeah, dude. Boosting is loving. Boost. Thank you so much, dude. And he's the only boost at Grammar this week, so shout out to shout out to Pies for being the number one fan. And then I do wanna give a shout out to to Kyron Down at the Mere Mortals podcast. I saw him streaming in some some stats, so thank you, Kyron. And, yeah, dude. I wanna encourage you to be a part of the America Plus crew, the America Plus community. I just wanna have more conversations about these types of topics. I've been leaning more into health and and faith, health and spirituality.
Just trying to, you know, just trying to think about these things. These are important topics. And so, I guess, I wanna present myself as some sort of thought leader or some sort of guy at the front of the line, but I'm also looking for correct ways to think. And so I invite you to help me think in these things. So if you have anything to say about faith, if you have anything to say about what I was talking about today with health, and AI and Jesus, let me know. Let me know what you think. Let me know what your what your prompts have been and and what you've been discovering and what you've been thinking about. Because when it comes to this, this perceived experience of America Plus, I'm trying to be innovative in a contrarian way. I wanna show contrarian innovation, and I wanna talk about souls, and I wanna talk about my soul. You know, I wanna talk about Bitcoin and freedom and health. You know, these are very important things to me.
And, ultimately, I just believe that America has a hopeful future, along with the rest of the world. If we can make America whole again, then the world will be whole again. But the only way that works, the only way we can make America whole again is if the individual is if I make myself whole again. If you make yourself whole again, if you take the steps, you know, an addict isn't just whimsically healed. An addict takes the steps to move forward into healing. You know? And then afterwards, then they give all the glory to God, but they make the steps. They like, it it it is the person in the harm, the person who experiences the trauma, who makes the choice to heal.
And within America, we need to heal. We do. We need to heal our health. We need to heal our understanding of of soul, and that goes to to all the faiths, all the faiths. I from my perspective, we need to rethink how we are approaching all the faiths. The conversations around them, the conversations in between them, We need to reapproach this. And this is a very important thing. I don't have firm ideas yet. I have concepts of solutions. But, yeah, man. Just tell me what you think about this. Tell me what you think about, how we're moving forward throughout the world. This is very important to know.
So that's value for value, man. I encourage you to to engage. And you can follow me on x. You can follow me on Instagram. I'm posting more videos on Instagram as well. Follow my health journey there. I'm doing a transformation. I'm documenting my transformation on Instagram. So do that, y'all. Along with value for value, I always end the episode with a song. This episode, we're gonna end it with a song from an artist who has been involved with the value for value space for so long, but I haven't played, one of his songs yet. This song is freaking dope. I love this song. So this artist is Manlike Quex.
Every time I play a song on America Plus, the artist is always getting 90% of your Satoshi donation. So if you stay within the fountain app and you're listening to this song, 90% of your Satoshi donation is going to Manlike Quex. So while the song plays, don't forget to hit the boost button and, just hang out with me and vibe y'all. So this is the song is called Bad Day by man by Manlike Quex. Enjoy. This is really a bad day.
