We delve into the political sphere with a focus on RFK Jr.'s recent confirmation in the Trump administration as head of Health and Human Services. I share a clip from his acceptance speech, highlighting his bold statements and the implications for America's future. In a broader discussion, I address the spiritual and health crises facing America, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach to well-being. I reflect on the importance of maintaining peace and calm amidst corruption and skepticism, advocating for a path of detachment from anger.

Great shot, kid. Let's get into it.

What's up, everyone? It's America Plus. I'm your host, Cole McCormick. It's another week. Another episode. What's going on, everybody? Happy to be here. It's Sunday,
[00:00:11] Unknown:
02/16/2025, '8 sixteenth in the PM, y'all. Welcome to another episode of America Plus. I am live streaming here on all the modern podcast apps. I'm on Fountain. I'm on Podcast Guru. I'm on Nostr right now. I'm on Zap dot Stream. I'm on Nostr, dude. Decentralized, streaming platform. Zap dot stream. Get in here, dude. Get in here. We are freaking out right now. We're having a hell of a good time. We're hanging out on the Gulf Of America plus, y'all. It's a beautiful time to be alive. I just got off of work. Had a pretty cashew week at work. They said it was gonna be busy, but it wasn't.
I work at a restaurant, and they always wanna say that Valentine's Day is some sort of magical holiday where it gets super busy, and it wasn't. So managers, were big fat liars this week. I had, like, thirty eight hours. Last last year, last Valentine's Day, I had fifty one hours for the entire week of Valentine's week. And so it's just like, why do I have thirteen less hours, but you're telling me that it's busy? Like, you're full of crap, y'all. You're full of shit. Like, this isn't efficient. I need that money. I need you to be honest with how busy it's gonna be. Anyway, regardless regardless of the situation at work.
I'm happy to be here. I'm still experimenting with the live streams. You know, I'm still new to all this. You know, I I'm used to recording live to tape. Okay? So this is all coming from my experience from working on the Conan O'Brien show for a brief stint. I was barely working on the show. I was an I was an employee at Warner Brothers, and I got to coordinate the audience. I was an audience coordinator for the show, so I got to see how Conan O'Brien, filmed his show. And his whole thing is live to tape, so you pretend it's live, and you just, like, go for it. And then if you need to edit, you can. That's how I used to do it. Now I'm actually live.
And so there's a bit more pressure on me, to do it correctly, the right way. And so you're just here with me, and we are we're going for it. We're experimenting. I'm turning on the do not disturb button right now, because I don't wanna get a notification. What I wanna talk about this week is a few different things. I wanna get okay. So we gotta talk about first of all, RFK Jr finally got confirmation. He got confirmationed. He got confirmed, in the Trump administration. Shout out to RFK Jr, dude. He's finally in charge of the, HHS, the Health and Human Services, Institute, whatever you wanna call it.
And then we gotta talk about we just gotta do a little update on Doge, dude. So first off, RFK Jr, I I got a little clip. I got, like, ninety seconds of him talking about, what this moment means for him and what it could mean for the future of of, of America, dude. Check this out. This is his ex part of his acceptance speech. Oh my god. Hang on. The volume's way too low. Why is the volume so low right now? Oh my god.

Oh, wait. As president Trump and Rewind. Can't be a strong nation if we have a weak citizenry. If people are sick, sixty percent of our our people are sick. Seventy seven percent, as president Trump mentioned, of our children cannot qualify for military service. And we need a man on a white horse now. We need somebody who who is willing to come in and has the spine and the guts and the strength to challenge orthodoxies, to stand in the way of vested interests, and to break institutions that have turned against our democracy. President Trump has shown again and again that he is that hero.
And most recently, I greet greatly appreciate and I called you the day that you announced the termination of USAID. My uncle started USAID in 1961 for humanitarian purposes to put our country on this side of the poor. It has been captured by the military industrial complex. It has become a sinister propagator of totalitarianism across and war across the globe. And very few people understand how sinister this agency really is, and president Trump saw that, and he stood up to it with a master stroke. And we wanna do the same thing with the institutions that are stealing the health of our children.
We need a revolutionary figure, and you are that figure. And I'm very grateful for you for giving me this opportunity.

I wanna Incredibly brave for RFK Jr. To say these things because just the whole journey with RFK. You know? So he he started his campaign in 2023, and he he was trying to position himself as some sort of independent, as, he's opposed to the Democrats, and he's opposed to Trump because he didn't like Trump's character or something like that. Like, there's just, like, this attitude of the independence before the election of, we don't like Trump, and we need we want something better. We want change, but we don't want Trump. And, RFK was a part of that. He tried to position himself like that.
And as time went on, and I sort of called this in in past episodes, I could sort of call that RFK was not going to win if he would continue, with the independent vote. And it stunned everyone when he went on this no. He didn't just end his campaign. He actually endorsed Trump. You know, that was a huge swing. You know? It was like it was, I I forget when RFK stopped his campaign, but it was it it was the assassination attempt on Trump, and then it was, like, RFK or vice versa. And those are, like, the two, like, big things, in my opinion, in my in my sphere, of, like, woah. Like, Trump is really the way to go.
And now we're in a position where we can actually see Trump has followed through with a number of things that he said that he would do, one of them being Elon with with Doge and and this other big one with RFK Jr being in charge of HHS, which is this department is in charge of everything. The FDA, the CDC, whoever else has any sort of influence on a health system. RFK has talked about how he's gonna be breaking open the data on the vaccines. Right now, in this moment in time, we do not have access to hundreds of vaccine data. We don't we we don't really know what's causing autism.
We don't really know the true effects of the vaccines. All we have gone off of is the straight information that the companies have given us and whatever information that the government agencies have aligned themselves with, most likely for profit. We all sort of know that there's corruption, inside of these agencies. And RFK has promised to break open that data, break open that vault, and shine light on what has been in the dark. So I'm really excited for this, first of all. I am I am waiting for these answers. I am seeking light in in everything that I do within my life. You know? I want there to be healing. I want there to be health. You know, the whole make America health again make America healthy again is massive. Like, that is a real that's badass, dude. Like, it's getting clearer and clearer who is on the side of, like, good and bad, you know, good versus evil, you know, healthy versus unhealthy.
If you're a if you wanna try to position yourself against MAGA, you're also positioned against make America healthy again. And if you're against that, like, you you are truly lost, and there is no discussion to have with you. You are simply lost. And so when it comes to me presenting the, this type of information and these types of clips, I'm not seeking to be to be angry. I think that's that's a position that a lot of people and a lot of podcasters take online, to keep talking about just to keep talking about the COVID scam, to continuously talk about the corruption, or or not just that, to be angry at the corruption.
Right? I don't wanna be angry because I'm already assuming there's dark shit happening everywhere. You know? Humans are at war with humans. And, from my position, the only thing that I can really do is to choose peace and calm within myself, and to regulate my thoughts and actions. And so when it comes to regulating my thoughts and actions, a, I shouldn't be I I should not consume myself with anger and amnesty, towards whoever might be corrupt within the government or any company. If I were if I were to do that, if I were to consume myself with anguest thoughts, then that is the dark side winning.
That is the dark side thriving. No matter what way you wanna think about it, whether it's just general energy towards your direction or you actually believe in the spiritual side and there's dark entities feeding off of your anger and negative vibes, it's no good. It's no good. You know? If you wanna be pragmatic about it, it's just not it's not practical to be angry all day, to be worried all day. You know? It might be practical to be skeptical, but there's so much anger on the side of skepticism. And if you are finding yourself to be angry a lot, at the at this corruption, I would encourage you to seek a path of detachment, because, you know, Trump is in.
RFK is in. Elon's in. Doge is happening. And I firmly believe that light will be shined. And I think 2024 was an example of the people actually picking their president, picking their leader, you know, and and the majority of people. It it it was a landslide victory for a reason. Consciousness won. You know, I I firmly believe this, and maybe I'm speaking out of my ass, but I just don't see a reason to be upset about the bad things going on in the world because, a, I already knew they were happening, and, b, I made a decision to try to fix those things.
And now we can see what's what's really going on. You know? Adam Curry on no agenda, he might say that we're in the season of reveal. I think that's accurate, and I'm ready to I'm ready to see what's about to be revealed, y'all. Like, the we are in wild, wild times, and we're livestreaming this thing. That we're livestreaming this bad boy. You know? And RFK, in this expect acceptance speech, he said that Trump was on a white horse. He's a hero on a white horse. That's wild. Okay? That's some big ass words he just said. And his wife is right behind him. RFK's wife, Cheryl Hines, she's on Curb Your Enthusiasm. This woman okay. So RFK's made jokes about how his wife would divorce him if he started working for Trump.
And then he's gone through the ringer. She's still behind him. She's still standing right there. I think she's had a change of heart as well. And I think, you know, clearly, just because they're married, just because they're together, I think she knew what RFK would say in in this speech. And, you know, I'm inclined to believe that maybe Cheryl Hynes and a side of Hollywood, quote, unquote classic Hollywood, you know, she's a she's in her sixties, I believe. So she's definitely from a different era, of this Hollywood town. I think there's a side of Hollywood that is absolutely aligned with RFK and pretty hyped up for Trump. I think there's been a change of heart. I I think she does not hate Trump anymore.
I don't have anything that that's just the vibes. That's just me guessing, but I do think it's it's an example of, things changing for the positive. And so yeah, man. I think that's really important. And I wanna get into DOGE now. So first of all, I hope DOGE gets into the HHS. Okay? When it comes to making the government more efficient, how will how is RFK gonna make the HHS more efficient? How are we gonna make the medical system more efficient? Is that possible? Can we stop wasting money on things? Can we so, like, forget the conspiracy about what the COVID vaccine does.
Not even vaccine, the truth. For like, forget the physical reality of the COVID vaccine. Think about the financial reality of the COVID vaccine. Is it possible to make the funding of vaccines more efficient? And when I say vaccine, like, I'm really talking about, like, one shot and you're done. You know? That's the type of vaccine I want. You know? The last vaccine I got was in 02/2004. So I I I believe I'm on the right side of this conversation. If I were to get a vaccine, I want to know that it's just it's one thing, and then it's over. I don't need it anymore. You know, how many annual polio shots are you getting? You know, zero, because the one shot worked.
You know, that's what I want. And is it possible, to to fund that type of vaccine, efficiently? That's just what I'm hoping. You know? So but going into that, going into Doge, Doge has some updates of, of what's been going on here. This was posted, February 15 yesterday on Friday. Just an update. US taxpayer dollars were going to be spent on the following items, all of which have been canceled. $10,000,000 for Mozambique Mozambique voluntary medical male circumcision. Why are my tax dollars paying for circumcision? Nine point seven million dollars for UC Berkeley to develop a, quote, cohort of cam I can't read.
Cambod Cambodian youth, with enterprise driven skills. 2,300,000.0 for strengthening independent voices in Cambodia. Thirty Two Million to the Prague Civil Society Center. Forty Million for gender equality and woman empowerment hub. Fourteen million for improving public procurement in Serbia. Here's the here's the big one. Four hundred and 80 six million to the consort for the consortium for elections and political process strengthening. What? What the fuck is that, dude? Including 22,000,000 for inclusive and participatory political process in Moldova and 21,000,000 for voter turnout in India.
Why is the why are my US tax dollars influencing Indian elections? Why am I supposed to give a shit about voter turnout in India? Like, what is this, dude? What this is incredible. And, again, I'm not trying to be angry. Like, this is just straight up corruption. Like, imagine like, someone on TikTok said what I said last week. This is your your ex girlfriend or or your current girlfriend getting your phone and going into your DMs and just putting you on blast. Like, this is real. 21 29,000,000 to strengthen political landscape in Bangladesh. Twenty Million for fiscal federalism in Nepal.
Nineteen Million for biodiversity conversation in Nepal. One Point Five Million for voter confidence in Liberia. Can I get 1,500,000 so I can be confident with my vote, please? 14,000,000 for social cohesion in Mali. Why? What is that? 2,500,000 for inclusive democracies in Southern Africa. You mean South Africa, which is already a country? 47 million for improving learning outcomes in Asia. What the fuck is Asia? Russia and China? Persia? Aren't the aren't the countries in Asia already developed? 2,000,000 to develop sustainable recycling models and to increase socioeconomic cohesion among marginalized communities of Kosovo, Roma, Assakali, and Egypt.
All these suck all of these all of these grants suck ass, dude. I'm so happy Doge exists. I'm so happy Elon. Like, this is now is this the real coup? The news tried calling this a coup, and people, like, pushed back on it. But screenshotting the DMs is such a coup. Right? Like, this is some real bullshit. We know how how Nancy Pelosi is trading because it's forced to be public. What was not public was our tax dollar allocation, which is so mind blowing. Why was that first of all, why was that not already a thing? Why have we not always known where our tax dollars were going? Before computers, was it justified that it would be too complicated because of the amount of money? You know? It was that the excuse? I don't really know.
As time has moved on, as computers have progressed, I remember being a kid and asking my teacher, like, how come we can't track our dollars? How come we can't track our tax dollars? And my my government teacher had nothing to say. Like, not because they were unintelligent, but because they they were in the same predicament we were in as children thinking about this. Like, I don't know why we can't track our dollars. We're supposed to just trust the government. As a people, as a society, if we were to be able to not just see where our where our tax dollars were going, What if we were able to choose where our tax dollars were going?
I don't know if this has ever been discussed before. I'm not like, maybe it has, maybe it hasn't. But can there be a more direct relationship with tax dollar allocation? Now, here's the crazy idea I had over the week, just thinking about this. What if there was, like, some sort of marketplace for your tax dollars? Some sort of I'm not sure if auction is the right word or bidding or, just something where you would be able to choose and maybe maybe compete for the areas that you want your tax dollars to go to, meaning you would have an opportunity to strengthen an area, not just in your state, but in the country as well. Would that be interesting?
I'm trying to rethink America here, guys. This is America plus. We're thinking about innovation here. Would it be possible to have some sort of, like, up vote, down vote system for where our tax dollars are going? If there was that system, I can imagine there being an argument against against it, and that against, argument being people wouldn't vote for anything. People wouldn't wanna give their tax dollars to anything. They would just wanna keep their tax dollars, which I totally get. Like, I I understand that. But I think about and then I think about the words of of JFK, you know, president John f Kennedy.
Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. You know? Like, we vote with our dollars. That that is the purest way to to help or to contribute, or one of the purest ways. It's it's the most understood way. It's the most sought out way to help people with money. And so I'm sort of hoping, and I can imagine, a situation where it could be efficient to allow the American people to somehow vote for their tax dollars to go into a certain area. I think that'd be interesting. You know? Do you agree with that? Do you not agree with that?
No one's in the chat right now, but, I'm interested in what you have to say to that, because do you believe in a better future? Do you believe that the government will be more efficient? Okay? And how do you wanna engage with that? How do you wanna really go about that? Because, if you do believe in that, then you're gonna have to step up, or you're gonna have to you're gonna have to do something that you didn't think you would do. You know? Like, that's a big truth. That's a big, big truth of of just life, you know? We got some boostograms here. Who's boosting in right now? Mere mortals?
Can't listen right now. Oh, it's mere mortals. Hell, yeah. Shout out to Kyren, dude, with the live boostagram. I love it, dude. I'm trying to figure out, like, how to have a good relationship with the chat and the boostagrams, but shout out to Mere Mortals right now sending in 10,000 sats or no. Oh, oh, 2,078. Shout out to mere mortals. Shout to Kyron. Kyron, what do you think about making your government more efficient down there in Australia? Is it possible? Should we doge Australia? I wanna doge Australia so hard.
I think that'd be really cool. Okay. So there's that, and then there's well, like, what else is there? Those are the two things I really wanted to talk about. Like, just the existence of RFK Jr and the existence of Doge continuing this onslaught of screenshotting the transactions, dude. This is so hot. What's this one? Roses are red. Violets are blue. Today, Doge and 10 agencies made 586 wasteful contracts. Bidda do. Thank you, Elon.
[00:24:18] Unknown:
Thank you, Elon. Thank you so much, Elon. I wanna get, like
[00:24:23] Unknown:
there's, like, on a on a old Kanye album. I think it was on, was it graduation or was it, school dropout? Whatever. There's, like, an old Kanye album where, like, he's like everyone's singing like, thank you, Kanye. I love you, Kanye. I want people to be like, thank you, Elon.
[00:24:43] Unknown:
Like, call in. I I want people to call in and say, thank you, Elon. We love you, Elon.
[00:24:51] Unknown:
Dude, that's so funny. So tell me what you think of that that about that. Do you think Doge is is continuing in on the promise? We got until 2026. Doge is gonna be over, on 07/04/2026, which is the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary. Will the country be more efficient by then? That is a real deadline, and that's a real marker, to determine, the success of, of this era, of of Trump two point o. I I certainly hope it it works. I want it to work. I don't know how it couldn't work because it's already working so far. Let me go down to my profile. So I'm just scrolling on my ex profile because I I tried retweeting things that I thought were, were interesting.
Okay. I know the last thing that I wanna talk about, but, oh, I gotta talk about this. The Gulf Of America, that happened after the during the Super Bowl. Like, shout out to Gulf Of America. I didn't talk about that last week, but Gulf Of America is a thing now. I freaking love that as an American citizen. How do we claim that? Like, I don't understand how we claimed it. Let me click on let me click on the Grok button, dude. Let's hope Grok has, has some explanation. Florida has officially adopted the name. How did it happen legally?
How did we change the name legally? I think my h on my keyboard's fucking up. Okay. So how did it happen legally? Grog has to say, based on the information provided in the context of the ex post related executive order by the president, Trump, Trump, according to the post and news articles, issued an executive order to rename the Gulf Of Mexico and Gulf Of America as president. He has authority to change federal geographical names within The United States. As noted as the Associated Press, the authority is typically exercised under the premise that the president can influence federal naming in conversations. Cool. I can't scroll down on x right now. Oh, yes, I can. There There we go. Federal naming process. Normally, renaming geographic features, including bodies of water, involves a process managed by federal agencies like the US Board of on geographic names, which is part of the Department of Interior.
This process usually requires public input. Okay. Great. International considerations. Okay. This is what I wanted to know. The Gulf Of Mexico is not entirely US territory. It's also bordered by Mexico and Cuba. The UN Convention on Law of the Sea states that a country's sovereign territory extends only up to 12 nautical miles from the coastline, which complicates unilateral renaming by The US. However, for US domestic use, the executive order can dictate the name used in federal documents. Okay. So that's interesting. It's Gulf Of America in America, but technically Cuba and Mexico can still call it Gulf Of Mexico. And Cuba could even rename it Gulf Of Cuba by those laws, by the UN laws. That's interesting.
The whole thing's silly, dude. We're in an era where we're naming seas. Why is that important? You know? I think it's semi important. I just like the vibe, dude. It's it's totally the vibe. Gulf Of America, that's so it. That's so hot right now. Oh, let me get back to, to RFK Jr, real quick. This is the other clip I a clip I wanted to share. This is from the HHS, official Twitter, official x account. This is RFK talking about, not only do we have a health crisis in America, but we also have a spiritual crisis in America.
[00:29:00] Unknown:
You talked about prayer today in the Oval Office with all of those paintings from Reagan to Andrew Jackson to to, Abraham Lincoln, Washington, all around you. Why did you go to that moment?
[00:29:14] Unknown:
Well, you know what? I I think it's relevant because we're not just in a health crisis, but we're in a spiritual crisis. And a and those things are connected. And, you know, so many times during my campaign traveling across the country, I I sense that that people are feeling disconnected. We have a whole generation of kids that feel alienated, dispossessed. They are in a existential crisis, not only because their health is, you know, the seventy seven percent of our kids can't qualify for military service. There's a purposelessness in their lives and a and no sense of, of usefulness or effectiveness or connectedness to their communities. And that drives also the chronic disease epidemic and the epidemic for seeing of depression, of suicide, of alcoholism, of drug addiction.
I think we have to address all of those things at the same time. We can't just say we're going to make you physically healthy. We have to,
[00:30:20] Unknown:
that's a tall order. Yeah. Well,
[00:30:22] Unknown:
I think, you know, we all have to learn. And, you know, we need to get up in the morning and not think about what am I going to do to make myself happy today? We have to get up and say, what am I going to do to make myself useful today, to be useful to my friends, to my family, to my community? And that paradoxically is ultimately the path to happiness, the connectedness that you get from, from doing, you know, from doing good things, from being of service to others. Yeah. That's that's really important to to talk about because
[00:31:00] Unknown:
the good thing that I always vibed with with RFK was, his first podcast that he went on, either aligned with the announcement of his presidency, or, like, right before he went on the Aubrey Marcus podcast, to talk about the spiritual the spiritual side of things, and what was the spiritual reasoning behind him wanting to be president. And I always thought that was really interesting. You know? You can go back to my past episodes. I forget the number, but, I definitely talked about it. Kennedy spirit, I think I think is is the title of that episode. And I was interested in how there was a presidential candidate talking about spirituality, talking about the spirit of America and, how we're not only disconnected from health, but how that's also a sign of a disconnect from spirit.
And it's no question that, our society, you know, specifically the American society has gotten less godly, less focused on god, less focused on your own personal spirit. You know? It's become quite clear that people are worshiping a lot of different things that are not holy, that are not good, or at least external. People are worshiping external things. And that's in the form of politics, and that's in the form of their identity. People worship their own identity, which is narcissism. People can get wrapped up within their own narcissism. And and people create rituals, for certain things. You know, people create rituals for how to interact, with one another.
And if you if you're not a part of that culture, then you're not good. You know? I'm sort of talking about it's a silly example, but I'm sort of talk there's a culture of, like, iPhones within, like, modern society. If you don't have an iPhone, then, like, you're not a part of the club. It's like, that's a little silly. And that's like worshiping technology. You know? But for RFK to talk about how we have a disconnect of of spirit, I just think that's a sign that, from the top down, I believe this leadership is holy. I believe there is, this is real. I I really think this. There there has been divine intervention with this current administration in America.
I firmly believe that. You know, Trump was saved. Trump was saved. If you don't believe that, I don't know what to tell you, dude. Like, you saw a miracle happen on video. I don't know how to explain that more. I take that miracle and I run with it. And I see what RFK has to say about spirituality, and I look at myself and my own life, and I see how you know, thank god that I grew up in a Christian household, and thank god my parents were willing to allow me to think and explore. And thank god that they didn't approach my questions with any sort of anger because that would've that might have pushed me further away.
And, while I've been growing up, you know, I'm just 27. I turn 28 next month. As I've gotten older, you know, I've sort of gone through ebbs and flows of of I don't wanna say believing in god and not believing in god, because I've I've never had an issue with that aspect. You know, I've always had it had an issue with the institution and how much trust do you put inside of the institution. And this and and and this aligns with how I think about government as well, you know. I want to believe in, in good leaders. I want to believe that there is an entity that is doing righteous and good things.
Everyone wants these things. But the institutions, whether it be religious or governmental, they have proven themselves to be false, and they've proven themselves to be wrong, And just just full of lies. Liars. And that's because of the leadership. That the it's not that the institution is corrupt. It's that the people running it is corrupt. And that's an individual choice, to be corrupted. And what I can do as an individual is to do my best to not be corrupted. And that go that goes to my point of, like, just regulating my actions and my thoughts. The Bible might say that money is the root of all evil. Whenever you get into a position of power, you're always you're most likely seeking more money.
Okay? I remember growing up in church and the pastor we got, like so my church got, like, a new pastor. Right? The old one left, which is a whole other story. But the old one left and we go we went the church went through a process of hiring a new pastor. Who's gonna lead the church? Who's gonna who's the leader for this community? And, about a a this guy was hired. And about six months into the gig, he starts showing up to church in a brand new Charger, like, a brand new Charger car. And it's like, what are you doing with all that money, dude? Like, what's going on? How much money are we giving you?
How much tithe money are you spending on sports cars? That's just a silly example. You know, I'd I don't know if that's really corrupt, but but what I'm getting at is, like, people in leadership who claim to be doing good, you know, most likely, they're just looking for a good paycheck. You know, just like me, you know, but I'm just a pleb. I'm just a guy working I'm a prep cook at a kitchen. Of course, I need money. But I hope and pray that RFK Jr's, incentives are aligned. You know? He was already rich. You know? His wife is already rich. I can't imagine that they're really seeking more money. I don't know how if you're gonna blow the roof off of all the vaccine data and allegedly, potentially, we're gonna have less vaccines in the making, does how does that mean that you're gonna make more money? You know? Like, how how does the corruption happen when you are exposing so many things? You know?
We'll see. We'll see how that works out. But, I believe I like, I I like, I'm hoping. Like, it it I'm hoping that he's not seeking more money. I'm hoping that his, that his actions are are true and good, you know. So only time will tell. Only time will tell. But for him to talk about the spirituality of things, I think that that's a good sign, You know? And where that takes me so this is my last point that I wanna bring you to. Out of the blue, out of the blue, yesterday, my mom sends me a text message. She sends me and my sisters a a text message. We're all in the group chat. You know, we got a family group chat. And she says that she bought some domain names.
And, the the she just out of instinct. My mom just does this, I guess. She just she has an idea, and she buys a domain name. And the domain names that she bought were all variations of make America whole again. And I was like, woah, mom. Like, really? Like, that's interesting. I was like, what does this mean? And my mom here let me go to the text let me go to the text messages for this real quick. Because my mom blew my mind with all this stuff. She goes okay. So I was like, what are your ideas with this? And she goes, my thoughts were holistic slash whole, and every now and then, I'll I'll think of domain names and buy them in case I get an idea.
Making content that leans towards the whole person the towards the whole person. Food, behavior, thoughts, spiritual, relationships. We are about to enter into what I believe is is a true American holistic awakening. And I would like to be a part of that somehow, which I am in my community through therapy. My mom, she just recently became a counselor. She got her master's in counseling, and she's meeting with people. She's she has, she's I think she's still in, like, the apprentice stage, but she's, like, developing her own, counseling practice, in Arizona.
And then she goes on to say, I just need to figure out how to organize my thoughts and act upon those ideas. And I would love you guys, me and my sisters, to bring, ideas, to the table, and maybe we could create some sort of family content that is inspirational or challenging and honest and compassionate. And then the funny thing that she says is, I'm really hoping this is not a Bluetooth idea. And that's, like, some family lore. I'll tell you the family lore after this last text she sent. She says, I also think now that RFK is in charge of HHS. This could be a great time to lean into this idea. So, technically, we have, what, probably one year to plan or and two years to to execute, if not execute any other one, and then we'll have a couple years to thrive making content. So pretty much my mom has this rough idea to make content around this make America whole again, make the person whole again. Like, what is how can you make yourself whole again?
And, she mentioned that I hope she hopes that this isn't a Bluetooth idea. There's an infamous story in my family, and I love this story. My mom hates it. My mom's, like, embarrassed by it. But I love it because I think it's it it gives me encouragement from my own, like, how I see the world. And I just know that, identifying that this type of thing exists will just lead us to a new one. So back in the nineties, my mom's in Las Vegas. My parents grew up in Las Vegas. That that's where they met and fell in love. My mom was working at a bank, and she was a bank teller.
And so she would see everyone from the community. Right? And, one day, a man comes in, to make a deposit, and he was just making small talk. And he was with my mom. And he gets to talking about how, I I think the story goes, he's investing in AT and T. And the reason why he's investing in AT and T is because AT and T just bought a company called Bluetooth. And Bluetooth is going to allow you to wirelessly connect all of your, computer devices. It will allow you to wirelessly connect computers together. And, my mom, like, she she she heard that, and she goes, wow. That's a great idea. That's brilliant.
And so the whole idea was that, like, you just gotta buy some AT and T stock because of Bluetooth because Bluetooth is, like, really smart. And so and and this is the nineties, right, when you need to have, like, a broker, and you need to have, like I I guess it was just a lot harder. Like, there's no freaking apps. You can't just buy a stock somewhere in the nineties. Like, right now like, I'm so privileged right now. I have, like, 50 different places that I can just, like, I can just hook up my credit card and just, like, buy a stock. My mom had to go to a broker, and my mom saw the opportunity. Like, as soon as she heard what Bluetooth was, she saw the opportunity with it, and she wanted to be a part of that. And she knew that that it would make money. She knew that.
And so she goes to the broker, and the broker, like any responsible financial advisor, starts demeaning her and starts questioning her thought and, how much money she has, and has she really thought it through, and how does she know that this technology is really gonna go anywhere. And, all this bullshit, dude. Pretty much this guy, this freaking older man, like, just spoke down to my mother. And because my mom didn't have a lot of savings and because because of just simply the because she wasn't educated like that, and because she didn't have a lot of savings, she was unqualified to buy the stock. And that's really what this fucker said to her.
And my mom left the broker heartbroken. She left the she left the broker broken. And, you know, long story short, Bluetooth is Bluetooth, you know, and AT and T maybe AT and T isn't, like, that successful anymore. I don't know where AT and T stock chart let me let me see what that is. I gotta go back to the nineties. Maximum. Give me the maximum length. Ninety five. Yeah. We're gonna keep it at my parents got married in '95. Let's just keep it in '93. She graduated in '93. Let's just say it's 1993 and the AT and T stock is $16, dude.
That's when they buy Bluetooth. Right? She could have ridden that all the way up to freaking 1999, and it was $39, 40 bucks, 40 2 dollars. And that's I think this is, like maybe there were some splits going on. But she could have ridden this thing, like, 400% or whatever that number is, dude. Like, my mom fucking saw it. Like, 1993. My mom saw that shit. And now my mom's texting me this situation of how make America whole again. Like, somehow, like, she wants to be a part of helping America be whole again. And that aligns with what I wanna do, and that's sort of, like, aligned with, like, America Plus. Like, I've always been trying to seek positivity and seek health, healthiness within the world.
So it was just really encouraging, to to hear my mom say that. And so and and I was laughing myself. Like, how many how many acronyms are there? So we got MAGA. We got MAHA. And now we got what? Mahwah? Mahwah? I love that, dude. Ma m a w a. Make America whole again. Mahwah. Mahwah is doing incredible things for the world. They're making America whole again, which is making America great again. It's really incredible. So shout out to my mom, dude, and shout out to anyone else who wants to help out with that. What do you think make America whole again could be about? I wanna open source that right now. We have we're we already have the domains, but what do you really think Make America Whole Again could really could really mean? Because it could mean something big, it could mean something small, but it's definitely more personable than than anything else. Y'all.
But I think that's interesting. Alright. So so yeah. So tell me what what you think about that, y'all. I wanna head into the value for value section of America Plus. America Plus is a value for value show. The entire situation here is we figure out America Plus, I bring forward a conversation that I think is unique, important, topics that I think are relevant, to helping making America better and greater again. And, I try to just open source that to you guys, and, I'm building a a community. I'm building the America Plus crew, I guess, the America Plus Producers, whatever you wanna call yourself.

And now, as the French say, it is time for
[00:48:59] Unknown:
I want more jingles like that. I really like that boost or that jingle. So give me a boostagram jingle, and I'll add it to my soundboard. So that's how you can provide talent. If you wanna help me make a website or help me make content in any way, that'd be really cool too. And then the last part is the treasure. There's two ways that you can support me with treasure. That's, the first one is PayPal. You can support me with dollaroonies. America Plus has an official PayPal, which is linked down below. I should have linked that. I don't have it linked right now, but it's linked in the in the RSS feed description when it's posted.
And then, you can also send me, Boostagrams, which are payments with a message attached to them. I love Bitcoin. So you can send me small bits of Bitcoin, with a message. And, what I wanna read now are the Boostagrams from last week, from number one's 47. I was talking about the Super Bowl. This first Boostagram comes in from at pies. What up, pies? Happy to see you, man. He he sends in a beautiful 100 Satoshis, and he has to say, v for v, mushroom emoji, and flexing arm. Hell yeah, dude. It's basically,
[00:50:12] Unknown:
you put Bitcoin with anything, and all of a sudden, that is more efficient. He sends in another another hundred sats. He has to say,
[00:50:19] Unknown:
so I think I was talking about how, like, I don't care about football anymore. And he has to say, no doubt, bro. Fuck the NFL and all pro sports besides UFC. Yeah, dude. Boosting is loving. I love that, Pies. Thank you, Pies. And then we got a new one, and we got a new guy in the chat in the boostagrams. We got Yodel. What up, Yodel? He sends in 100 Satoshis. He says, a first time listener. Enjoyed it.
[00:50:45] Unknown:
Thank you, sir.
[00:50:48] Unknown:
And then we got an, a regular we got a regular guy coming in, called Saint and Sat. What up, Saint and Sat? He says he sends in 1,000 Satoshis. And he has to say, Doge is turning out way cooler than I expected. Yeah, dude. I I agree. Boost. Doge is sick. And then, we got another one from last week, from the last episode. I I think there's a new guy named, Reid. What up, Reid? Like like Reed Richards. He sends in 2,001 hundred sats. He says, love to see more pods embracing Noster. Keep it up. Love the show. Thank you, sir. Boosting is loving.
[00:51:34] Unknown:
And now, as the French say, it is time for Le
[00:51:39] Unknown:
Boost. Thank you to those people. And then I wanted to shout out to Yodle one more time. He sent in a small row row of ducks from an from a different episode. He says, I don't know how long or I'm sorry. A row of ducks is two two two. He says, I don't know how long you've been at it, but good job on the live broadcast. Thank you very much, sir. It's basically,
[00:52:00] Unknown:
you put Bitcoin with anything, and all of a sudden, that is more efficient. Thank you to all those people who wanna donate. That's value for value, folks.
[00:52:06] Unknown:
If you wanna be a part of the America Plus crew,
[00:52:09] Unknown:
get in on this crew, y'all. Get in on this crew. Download Fallon. Send me some Boostagrams. Follow me on Noster. Zap my posts. This is how we do it, y'all. This is how we do it. I think value for value is the best way to make to to to engage with people online when it comes to making content and having some sort of reciprocal relationship with that. I just think it's I I think it's smart, and it's ahead of the game. It's ahead of the curve. And I'm just I'm just doing my best to capitalize on what I think is a great opportunity.
A part of that opportunity with value for value is the music side of things. So this is we're wrapping up the show here. I always end an episode with a value for value song. Pretty much there's musicians releasing their music, through RSS feeds, and they have they themselves have a have a Bitcoin wallet. And when I play their song, you're able to support that song in this podcast episode. So, whenever I play a song, the artist is getting 90% of your Satoshi donation, which is freaking incredible. And I found a song today right before I hit record. It was, this guy is, this guy's name is R. O. Shapiro, and, this guy's bio is Americana soul singer and songwriter currently based in Northern California's Bay Area.
And he has a song on Waver Lake called Saint Joan, and I just think this freaking slaps, dude. So thank you to all those people who donated. Thank you for tuning in to the show. We're gonna wrap it on up with, Saint Joan from RO Shapiro. And, yeah, y'all. Don't forget to send in a boostagram, dude. Enjoy.

Had no plan of attack, just the wind at my back and a heart full of strings. There she stood in the aisle, pretty girl, pretty smile. What a dangerous thing. Saint Joan of the seatbelt, Saint Joan of the sky. Palming blessed to seeing peanuts, pouring Pepsi and rye. She points towards the exit like some prayer from on high. And from her mouth, God came tumbling. And she sang couldn't help let her voice sing. We touch down in LA. That's the place where I stay, where I keep all my clothes. And in a cab on the 10, I was thinking about when I should quit. I suppose.
Then my driver, Mohammed, asked what do you do? Or I've met in the mirror as I searched for the truth. I said I'm a singer. He said I got news for you. I am too. I am too. And he sang a song of peace let his voice end. That night on the stage, thinking I turned the page, I could not find my light. Felt some heat on my face, but it came from a place filled with anger and fright. Then my heart heard a murmur
