In this episode of AMERICAPLUS I dive into the world of Nostr and its integration with podcasting 2.0 apps. I share my personal experiences and insights on how Nostr could be a game-changer for podcast apps like Podverse and Podcast Guru, especially in light of recent changes with Alby. Throughout the episode, I emphasize the importance of innovation in the podcasting space and encourage developers to consider integrating Nostr to enhance user experience and community engagement. I also highlight the role of musicians in the value4value space and how Nostr can provide new opportunities for artists to connect with their audience.
Plus, enjoy a musical treat from Abel James with his song "Thank God for the Blues."

I'm just one podcaster with an idea. What's up everyone? It's another weekend of AMERICAPLUS. What's up going on? I'm your host Cole McCormick, everyone. Welcome to another beautiful week. To the beautiful episode of America Plus, folks. Happy to be here. Thank you so much for chiming in and tuning in to the most epic podcast in the galaxy, man. It's the it's this RSS feed is on fire, dude. Thank you for coming in, folks. It's another great week, man. We got a ton to talk about. I'm focusing on Nostr this week, and I have a message for all the podcasting 2.0 apps that are being affected by the Alby stuff. It's connected to the last episode, but it's really just coming from, like, just my perspective as, like, a guy online, and just what I think is is, what I think is a good move, to lean into, and it's connected connected to my experience, on Nostr, and just like using fountain, using primal.
Before I get into that though, I wanna talk about what I did today. Today's been a great day for me this weekend. This weekend has been really good. I I I've had the weekend off, a rare weekend off, unless I'm in Arizona. Then I have the weekend off, but, since the last episode, it was Thanksgiving week. Dude, okay. I'm getting off a 11 straight days of work, dude. After I posted episode 140, I literally went straight to work, and I oh my 11 days, guys. 11 days. The week of Thanksgiving, I had 2 12 hour shifts. Okay? So that's where I'm at right now in my life. I'm just working my ass off. I'm producing videos for Pod Home. I'm getting paid from multiple directions, and I am just expanding myself, dude. Like, I feel good. I'm tired.
Today was good. Oh, good. Okay. And yesterday was my girlfriend's birthday. So happy birthday, Shannon. Happy birthday, Shannon. The big 3 o. She turned 30. Shannon turned 30. And what what does every 30 year old wanna do on on their birthday? Go to Disneyland, of course. Uh-huh. Oops. Go to Disneyland, dude. I went to freaking Disneyland yesterday, which is just a good time. Just it's a privilege of living in California. Okay? I'm a SoCal I'm a SoCal soy boy. Not really. I eat a lot of steak, but just to be able to go to Disney. I just love Disney. Like and yesterday was, like, a little bittersweet too, because it was her her birthday, but I was also, like, sort of emotional because of my dad. And, you know, he my dad loved going to Disney. He loved taking us to Disney. So and yesterday was, like, the first thing that I did, like, the the first time I go back to Disney without my dad. And, you know, all these memories, all these childhood memories are coming into play.
And it's just, it was beautiful. It was a beautiful day, and it was, like, emotional, and it was good. And just I continue to move through these through these intricate energies. And, it was a good day. And today, I went I did a beach workout with my friend, Case. I went over to Santa Monica. There was, like it was a group of 4 of us, and we were just doing our thing, working out, working out with kettle bells and maces, and doing sprints in the sand, and, doing little circuits between us 4. You know, we had a medicine ball. We're throwing around the medicine ball to each other. We're doing different, like, kettlebell swings. I got my mace. I'm showing people how to do the mace.
And, just doing these beach workouts is really healthy, dude. I feel really good. So I'm coming at you in a really relaxed state. I'm back in the creatine. I'm I'm trying to get big. I'm trying to get shredded, dude. No more seed oils. No more whatever bullshit I'm eating. Unless I'm at Disney and I'm eating chicken tenders because then that's the only fucking thing I can eat. But regardless, regardless, we're, it it's been a good weekend. It's been a good time since I've last seen you. So and we just move on, dude. And in the last 2 weeks, I have been going deeper and deeper and deeper into the Nostra realm, into the Nostra universe, and this all begun with Fountain's integration of Nostra.
Now to give you just to be totally honest with you, I didn't know anything about Nostr. I was just I didn't care about another social media before I got on to Nostr. I've been sort of trying to you know, I've been on this journey of, like, trying to get paid on Twitter. I got paid one time. I got $20, and then it hasn't really happened yet. There's been a lot of stress in my life, and, like, I can't play the Twitter game. There seems to be a very specific Twitter game to play, and Elon keeps telling me to tell people to get the fucking blue check. And I just don't feel good for like, with telling people to get the blue check. Like, I can't justify convincing you to pay $80 for the year for the blue check. It's not possible. Like, it's helped me with my network, I guess, but, like, I can't do that online. I can't just tell someone to to give Elon another $80. Okay? And, you know, Instagram's been dying. Like, we all know this. Instagram's dying. It's a fucking brothel. It's a it's a rundown bar. Like, it used to be hot, and now it's not.
And Facebook's always been Facebook, and, I've been, like, struggling. And and I've chosen to put all my energy into Twitter. Okay? And in the last month has been Noster. Fountain got Noster. And, I chose to give Noster a try, just to see what's going on. And there's been a lot of discussion about podcasting 2.0, and the Alby, Albi ending their their wallet, and you have to use them as a node service to be able to send and and receive Sats, which I'm not really into right now. You know, I'm not really in a place to run my own node yet. And, it's, there's been a lot of discussion, like, what are what's gonna happen to all the apps that are using Albie? You know, and that involves Podverse, that involves Cast O Matic, that involves, Podcast Guru, and I think there's a few others who are using Albie for their for their, value sending.
And if you hear a cat in the background, it's because I have a cat. It's Shannon's cat. I don't know. His name is Blue, by the way. I don't think I've ever introduced Blue, but Blue is a little whiner. So if you hear him, don't worry about it. And there's been a lot a lot of discussion about what is going to happen with these apps. How are these apps going to change or shift? Mainly on the listener side, like, how does a listener have a wallet for an app, unless it's fountain? You know, and even though, like, fountain is the most popular app. Fountain is, it's like it's the most, like like, clear podcasting 2.0 app. Like like, for me in my life, it's like, hey, like, like, what's a podcasting 2 point o app? Like, what do you mean, like, Bitcoin being sent to each other within podcast apps? I show them fountain. You know? Fountain is like I don't wanna say gold standard, but it's just like, it's just hot, dude. Like, it's it's just real right now. Fountain is real. And, if you're a person who believes in markets, if you want a free market, you know, you don't want one player. You know? That's no good.
And I'm in agreement with that. And I've been trying to figure out, like, how I can help the community, how I can give my 2¢. And my 2¢ is I think other apps should integrate Nostr. I think Podverse, and Podcast Guru, and other podcast apps, I think the right move is to consider integrating Nostr. Now I say this not because I'm fountain ride or die, you know, be because I am. But because I think Nostr creates an opportunity for apps to build more. Okay? Right now, there are there's very little incentive to use a different podcast app other than Fountain. Okay? If you're talking about podcasting 2 point o, you know, Fountain right now is not only the the biggest player, but the most unique.
You know, it is the most unique app. You can send Bitcoin to each other, and there's a social aspect to it. And that social aspect to it is not an algorithm. It is purely who you're following. And the technology that is Nostr, it is understood to be decentralized and open source, and you can build your own client. And this is the path that Fountain chose to go down. And now, Fountain is like an audio Nostra client. And my experience with that has been really interesting. You know? I didn't know how to use it. I didn't know what the right way to go about it was. And so when I got my account on Fountain, I chose to download the the the app Primal, the the Noster client Primal.
And just to see, like, how could these two things, like, move in between each other? Because I sort of understood that, hey. If I'm on Fountain, and I have a Nostra account, if I send a boostagram on Fountain, that boostagram is a post on Nostra. I I was like, but how does that, like, like, what does that mean? How does that show up? And so I've been playing around with these things. And I definitely see the potential. I see enough potential to just wanna openly call out the other the the other app developers to just simply consider Nostra. Because there's an opportunity for me as a podcaster to build my name and my brand and my value, my community, all these things within an ecosystem that is not determined on advertising or, or any algorithm that incentivizes emotion.
You know? I believe, me using fountain, I have a real opportunity to connect to the people who I wanna connect with, and not have to play any emotional games, and not have to pander to Big Tech. That's been my experience so far. Now, of course, Nostr is, like, super Bitcoin. It's like hyper Bitcoin. It's it's only Bitcoin people. There's memes of, like, you post about Bitcoin and Nostr, and, like, everyone on Nostr loves you. But if you post anything other other than Bitcoin and Nostr, then, like, it's like crickets. Like, you're not getting much much anything. You know? You're you're not getting zaps. And I've experienced that, but that's just a function of it being early, I think.
And, I I have I have some notes here. So what what I wanna say so, ultimately, my my Nostra experience has been good. I've been gaining followers. I've been following a lot of new people. I followed Steven b. I've been following people that I didn't know. Like, I keep hearing these names on podcasting 2.0 and other podcasts. I'm like, but where do I follow these people? These people are on Nostr. Okay? And now I can actually engage with the wider value for value community because there's a there's a good amount of value for value folks in Podcasting 2.0 people on Nostr already. Mainly because, like, they're Bitcoiners, and they wanna and they have that same ethos. They have that same philosophy.
Nostr aligns with the Bitcoin philosophy, of course. Now, when it comes to my my user experience with Fountain and Primal, I enjoy I have been really enjoying this. I boost on Fountain, and then it's on Nostr. And then, like like, people can see it on Primal. You know? And of course, like, you can see it anywhere. Like, because Nostr is decentralized and it's like an open network, then everything being posted can technically be seen. But me, personally, I've just really enjoyed being able to see my boost on Primal, and then someone can retweet it. I'm just gonna say retweet. Someone can just retweet it on Primal and Noster. Like, there's 2 different apps where this engagement of my the engagement with the podcast can be seen.
And that means more opportunity different opportunity for more people, to see that engagement and to engage with that. Now the thing that I've, really enjoyed is scrolling through fountain, and, scrolling through, like, the global stuff on fountain, and just seeing what people are sharing. Ideally, people have been sharing fountain links, and they've been boostagramming different different podcasts. And within fountain, I can just hit play. I see that boostogram, and then I hit play on that podcast. And that has, like, that's how I've been, like, listening to different, Nostra Nostra and Bitcoin podcasts. You know, I've been these are podcasts that that I don't usually listen to, you know, like the Bitcoin podcast and and a few other ones.
I don't usually listen to these Bitcoin podcasts, but because I was able to see a person's engagement with it, that made me more interested in in listening to it. And because I wanted that knowledge, I was like, you know what? That seems like something I wanna get in on, so I'm gonna hit play right now. And that's a really interesting opportunity. How do people discover podcasts? And that's another discussion about, you know, podcasting in general. You know, discoverability. You know, I'm not sure if you saw, the CEO of Spotify was on a YouTube channel called Colin and Samar or Samir.
It's like a they do, like, interviews, but they do, like, breakdowns on, like, the business of media. And they have interviews, and the CEO was talking about how Spotify is so unique with their discoverability algorithm. And I'm just like, okay. Like, I don't care. Like, every algorithm is, like, pushing something to you. Okay? Based on your engagement, it's being pushed on you. I've been thinking about an analogy for these things. And I have an analogy for, like, the broader social media space. Okay? So every social media app is like a table. It's like a dinner table. But instead of bringing food to the dinner table, the table is making you food.
And when you sit down, it brings you a generic, like, general food. And depending on what you eat, it will give you more of that. And depending on what you discard and not engage with, it will like, you won't see, like, you won't see the carrots in a while if you don't eat the carrots. The carrots will no longer exist on the table if you don't eat them. And, each social media is its own dinner table. And Noster is a table that allows different people to come and put down their own food, put down their own plates, and you can have a taste of it.
And, you know, there are no algorithms. It's purely you. Like, it's almost like everyone is able to bring their own plate. You have your empty plate, and you can choose to put this meat from this plate on here, and this other cranberry sauce from this other plate on here. And you can choose which one you want. It's like a fam like, Noster's like a family style Thanksgiving. You understand? Like, that's how I'm that's how I'm sort of thinking about it. And everyone is gonna wanna make their own plate. Everyone wants to make their own plate. And yet that's sort of like, there's, like, a twist. Like like, social media and the algorithms and x and TikTok, like, they twist that. It's like, well, you are making your own plate through your own engagement. But yet, the algorithm is also pushing certain things, pushing the most emotional things, the most political things, the most, like, whatever, like, spun up things towards you, and they're emphasizing things that maybe you don't care about and maybe you're being told to care about.
On Nostr, I believe it's a lot more applicable to only engage with what you choose to engage with. And based on the people who are posting and who you follow, then you will get a sense of what's going on and what you're interested in. And if there's a trusted person that you follow talking about something, you will then listen to that podcast, or go to that person's profile and engage with whatever they're posting. So yeah. So that's what I think is going on. That's what I think, like, this, like, this back and forth between Primal and Fountain is happening right now. I'd like having my Boostagrams come up in different apps, and I want more people to engage with those boostograms.
Because the OG version of Fountain, that's what was going on. You know? Kyron Down from the Mere Mortals, he's already talked about how, you know, before the Switch, Kyren was pretty big on fountain. And whenever he boosted somebody, that boost was like it was weighted. Like, it was like, woah. What's Kyren listening to? Like, Kyren's talking and listening to this. Like, what do we got here? And that can still happen on Nostr. You know? You just have to sort of rebuild it. Like, you just have to rebuild your following, and there's a different culture with it.
What do I have on my notes here? So, those are my impressions. Oh, the other thing is, just taking a look around the value for value space, it's clear that a lot of musicians within the value for value space are moving into Nostra. And so if if I want to encourage the other podcasting apps, the the other modern podcasting apps to integrate Nostra, I wanna encourage you just to just think about the musicians. Because it is the music within Value for Value that is sort of rising this tide. You know? Of course, podcasters like me and Kyron and and other folks who are who wanna, like, earn Bitcoin for their thing, like like, that's that that's, like, the baseline.
But the music is another level that we're able to bring in the normies on. Like, hey. Listen to this music right here. Look at this. Listen to this. And, you know, Ainsley Costello is an innovator in this. You know? She was one of like, I think when I interviewed her back in August 2023, like like, she was, like, one of the only musicians on Noster. Like, she was, like, super early on Noster. She saw it. And when she went to Noster, I didn't really understand it. I was, like, why are you on Noster, girl? Like, why do you care about Noster? But now I see I think I see what she sees. I think I see what her and her family sees.
You have like, you're able to play a song. Okay. I'm sorry. You're you're able to make a post, share a song, and then you have the opportunity to have that post be zapped, which is similar to a boostagram, just in a nostril way. So from the position of Ainsley I'll just stick with Ainsley here, because she's, like, she's value for value patient number 0. I mean, so so is Joel Martin. Joe Martin, but, you know, Ainsley is, like, you know, she has cherry on top. So, like, that's, like, the hit. Someone can listen to Ainsley's song on Fountain, boost it, that boostagram goes up into Noster, and then Ainsley can share that. She can retweet that on Noster, on Primal, for example.
And her followers will see that. And then if she has, like, something funny to say, or if she's, like if she's just engaging with that person well, like, people can zap that. People can zap that post. Like, that just sounds so awesome to me. And then all of a sudden, Ainsley is making money from not only her song, but also her engagement with her fan. Like, that's so cool. Right? Like, that's, like, super brand new. And so why can't we just have this everywhere? You know? There's other Nostril clients like Tonester. I haven't really dug into it. But Tonester seems to be another really in interesting thing that some musicians are leaning into. And I just wanna encourage the the other podcasting apps to just think about this, you know, to not try to copy fountain.
You know, I don't want there to be fountain clones. But I believe that, you know, every app is its own little thing, you know. The the, Curry talked about this on podcasting 2 point o about or was it Dave Jones? Whatever. Both of them. They're talking about how there's, like there there there's specific reasons why you use a podcasting app. You know, you use cast you use Castapod for a reason. You you use, you use Podverse for a reason. You know, people even use Apple Podcasts for a reason. You know? And they're more unwilling to move unless there's a real reason. What if all of the modern podcasting 2 apps 2 point o apps enabled you to connect to a wider social network that wasn't purely determined on that one app.
Okay? Now, I don't know the legalities around all this, you know. I don't know, like, if there's any sort of copyright or any sort of liability issues when it comes to integrating Nostr, and social media. I don't really know. So I'm not an expert in that. You know, that's up to the podcast developers to to figure that out. But just from my perspective as a podcaster, as someone who is consuming the value for value music and podcasts, I've been thoroughly enjoying my experience on Fountain and Primal, and I like going back and forth on that. And the fact that I can engage with Ainsley, and I can, like, like, Ainsley can put out a music video on Noster, and then that music video is zapped.
Okay? Now, it's just cool. Or maybe she can do a teaser, or she does, like, an inter she does, like, a mini interview. You know? Like, Ainsley can post a clip of an interview she does with me, or or another, podcast, and then that clip can get zapped. Like, it just it it brings about more opportunity for the artist in my eyes. And I'll be doing the same thing with my short films. I'm gonna put my short films on Noster as well. Even though I spoke to Indie Hub, I spoke to Zac Mahoney, which is awesome. It's just not there yet.
Noster and Primal, like, there's, like, it just seems more ready right now. So musicians are using it, and, Nostr also seems to be the only tangible option right now when it comes to, this wider conversation about, cross app comments. You know? There hasn't been any real development between the apps and and and cross app comments. I don't fully know why. I mean, I I do know why. Because there's no technology that the people can agree on to integrate so that there are cross app comments. But it see but it Nostr seems to be the only tangible solution to that, and that's another reason why you why you should consider it.
If you're Podverse, if you're podcast guru, just that's just one more thing. Just consider the cross app comments. Like, I feel like there would be more of a reason for me to, and for for for me to suggest a person go to Podverse if there was like, if you're able to see all these boostograms. If you're able to see the boostograms and the comments because of Nostr within all the apps, then I don't have to only support fountain. Because right now, from my perspective, like, fountain is the only real player. And and I don't say I I'm not trying to sound like an asshole. I'm just saying, like like, I wanna show someone how it works. I'm showing them fountain. Okay? That's just how it is.
The hard thing that I haven't gotten around to, and I don't know how to I really have no suggestion for it, is the wallets. You know, this whole conversation with with, with Albi and Albi Hub, this is a discussion about wallets and apps taking in money, and I don't have a solution for that. And I'm sorry I don't, but I believe you're gonna be okay. If you're an app struggling with figuring out what's gonna happen after Albie, I believe you'll be okay. But I believe there's a way with Noster. Like, you gotta just, like, think about it, man. There's, like, there's friction. There's, like, a wall. There's, like, a veil that I'm trying to pierce here. And and maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's not right for the other apps, but I believe that Nostra is something to be to be considered.
And then the last thing I wanna talk about is Fountain just has the most energy around it. Okay? So just ask the question, like, why does Fountain have the most energy? Okay? Is it because they have an integrated wallet? Is it because of Gnoster? Is it be like, what is it because of the UX? Like, why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? If you're a podcast developer, just just think about that as well. Like, what is fountain giving that maybe you can give or maybe you can put your own twist on or maybe you can improve. Okay? Maybe you don't like how fountain is doing nostril. Maybe you can make it better.
Maybe you don't like how fountain does the boostograms. Like how like how the how how to boost, shows up in the app. Like, maybe you can do it better. You know? You know? The the one thing Podverse and Podcast Guru do have going for them is you're able to see the video. You're able to play video within that. And that's whenever I wanted to show off my short films, it's in Podcast Guru. Like, hey, go to Podcast Guru if you wanna watch my my short film, and then you can send me a boost through that. But right now, like, that's, like, ending. It's done. It's over because of Alby.
So if there's an opportunity to somehow combine to just combine these things, man, like, you gotta innovate. I wanna encourage you to not think that it's over, and I wanna encourage you to consider Nostr as a way of innovation. Because Fountains made the move. Fountains made the move to Nostr. Fountains made the move to integrate their own wallet. These are big decisions, but they are a small team. And so if there is one app that has most energy around it, then you gotta consider why. And if you wanna be a part of this, if you wanna compete, you know, within the free marketplace, I think it would be beneficial for you to to do some of the things that fountain has done. Maybe you don't need to do all of them. Maybe you don't do any of them. Maybe you find out a new idea, which is awesome.
Like, I'm open to hearing about that new idea, but my experience has been really positive on Nostra and and Fountain. And I wanna I want that experience everywhere else because I don't wanna just promote one thing. Even though I love the one thing, I don't wanna just promote it. Like, that's not good. Like, that would I I wanna be a good capitalist if I'm promoting one thing. I wanna be I would even be a good Bitcoiner if if I'm promoting one app. Like, are you kidding me? Like, come on, dude. Like, there's, like there there's other services. There's other tools. Like, there's, like, there's good things. There's good things with these things.
And so those are all the notes I had. Tell me what you think of that. Tell me if you think I'm way off base, with that take. I know that there is some friction when it comes to just podcasting 2 point o people and thinking about Nostr, using Nostr. Tell me why. Because I don't really see an issue with it. Like, I don't know why you have a problem. I don't know why there's any problem because I I I I I simply did not care. I begun with not caring, and then I started to care. And I actually see the vision now. So I will continue to post on, I'm posting on Oster. Follow me on Oster. I'm on Primal.
Oh, I also paid for the blue check on Primal. So maybe maybe I just, like, follow the crowd. Is is this me following the Bitcoin crowd? I just think there's value in it. You know? I I I I'm trying to the only way that I can understand something is if I invest myself in it. And so that's why that's why I do these things. That's why I, like, I commit to one thing. And, I think it works, dude. So, yeah. That's the value I got, dude. We're gonna head on into the Boostagram section of the show, folks. America Plus is a value for value show. I provide a conversation, that I think is engaging and interesting. And I want the audience I want the America Plus Producers to resend that value in any form that they want.
Ideally, it's a boostogram in a modern podcast app. Fountain, by the way. Go to value for value dot info for more info, then download the fountain dot f m app. It's the best way to support the show. Again, fountain is, like, my favorite podcasting app right now, and you should just just check it out. Do it. Play around with it. And send me a boostgram. Like, that's how you support the show. Or you can follow me on as well. You can follow me on on any of the social medias. I'm on x. I'm on Instagram. Just send me a little note what you think. Get give me a follow.
Retweet this show. Repost it. You know, there's many forms of value for value, and I'm expanding it within 2025. So America Plus is growing. I wanna read off the boostograms from, the last episode, number 140. We got a few of them here. The first one comes in from my friend, Kyron Down at the Mere Mortals podcast. What up? He sends in a beautiful rooducks, 2,222¢. He says oh, and this is, on on number 140. He says, busy period right now, so I'm not getting to these as quick as I'd like. Love this discussion and all the v for v work you're doing, Cole. Keep it up, brother. Thank you, Kyren. Boosting is loving. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, dude. You keep it up, man. I think we're both I think, selfishly, I think me and Kyren are some of the best podcasters on earth. I think we're some of the most innovative podcasters on Earth.
But that's just me tooting my own horn, dude. So thank you for that. We got another one, from the Mere Mortals. He sends in, 1,111 sats. Satchel of Richards. Thank you, sir. This is from the last episode. He said oh, I'm sorry. Okay. So wait. That that first boostagram was from 139, my conversation with Zach Zach Mahoney. So thank you, Karen, for that. This next one, this satchel of Richard is from the, number 140. He sends in, he he has to say, he's quoting me here. He says, burn my boats? What do you mean? I drove here. Don't change, Cole. You're so funny. Thank you, Giron. Because basically,
[00:32:49] Unknown:
you put Bitcoin with anything, and all of a sudden, that is more efficient.
[00:32:53] Unknown:
Thank you very much, Giron. Yeah. I burn your boats, dude. You gotta burn your boats. And I think that was dude, was that really it? I only had 2 boosted ramps. I know Kyren boosted on that. I gotta start doing just, like, screenshots of Fountain because Alby's ending and, you know, I'm not gonna have a real way. I'm I'm just clicking through my email right now. But, yeah, I I think that's it. So folks, thank you so much for everyone who, wanted to send us some value. Thank you, Kyron. Thank you, Kyron, for that stuff, dude. You're the best. Thank you to everyone who was streaming sats. You're able to stream little bits of Bitcoin inside the modern podcast app, so that's another way of sending value. I know Frillist does that.
A few other people do that. And, yeah, man. Just just get on Noster, stream some sats, like, just stick around with America Plus. This place is not ending. I'm not ending this thing. I'm just slowing down a little bit, doing it every 14 days, mainly because of my emotional health and my physical health and my, like, financial health. Like, I'm just trying to I'm one of those rare people who is not able to make a living on podcasting. I'm one of those rare folks. Okay? But I continue to to fight. Fight. Fight. Fight. I continue to find a way. And I believe I will, dude. I believe I will.
What else do I wanna talk about? Do I wanna talk about anything else? Value for value. Should I start accepting checks or wine? Do you wanna send wine to me? Like, what is value for value to you? It can come in many forms. I'm gonna be working more on more of the bartering system. So maybe I do a podcast for you, and then you give me something in return. I do something for you. I don't know, dude. We'll we'll figure it. 2025, I I'm just confident that 2025 will be a great value for value year because I'm actually moving forward with my life. You know? Even though I have stresses, it's it's one of those things where I'm just going through some real man shit. You know? Like, just to talk about myself and just how I'm, like, continuing to to react from from my dad. No. No. No. No. No. No. This is Blue, by the way. If you're watching the video, this is Blue.
What up, Blue? He's jumping on my computer. I feel like I'm going through some real man shit. And I'm just, like, doing my best to work hard, and I'm doing my best to just focus on myself, and to build myself up. And I know that the podcast is is something that I don't wanna quit. If I were to quit America Plus, then, like, I'm quitting innovation. And that's the last thing I wanna do, dude. I don't wanna quit this thing. And so I wanna double down on my creativity. I'm thankful that I'm getting paid to make videos for for Barry and Pod Home. Follow Podcast Normie, by the way. That's another value for value thing. Follow Podcast Normie on YouTube.
The the link is down below. Check out how all the how to use Podhome videos. I'm making a playlist for that. And I got a bunch more videos, coming up, dude. It's actually I've I've been really enjoying it. So shout out to Barry. Yeah, man. Does anyone else know what I'm going through? Like, I feel like Kyron sort of knows. You know, Kyron's, like, just a few years older than me. His mom passed away. Like, I wonder if he feels the same way. Did you feel like you were growing up when your parents passed away? Or when like like like, what what was a catalyst to make you, like, get serious about about your life and about your effort and about, like like, I've always been a person to, like, put maximum effort or to or to at least do my best. You know, my my parents raised me to do my best all the time.
But just specifically within this year, it's like shit. Like, I real like, I have gone through something so traumatic and serious. I must build myself up to the highest degree. Like, I must work on myself. I must work hard. Like, there's no other option here. And so I'm just wondering if you feel the same way, dude. Send in a boostagram if you've if you feel that way, dude. It would be it would mean a lot to me. I wanna wrap it up with a song here. Okay. So another thing about Value for Value is the music. The song. I'm I've been talking about the music. I got an artist here called Abel James, dude. I heard this song, and I was like, holy crap. This is an awesome song. It's like a blues song. It's like a rock it's like rock and roll blues, dude. Like, a little old fashioned, but it just feels good, man. I'm always giving the artist 90% of your satoshi donation. So if you like the song, boost the song. They're getting 90%.
Do do a big one too. And, dude, just vibe, bro. So right here, what we got here is, am I on the right one? What we got here is from a new song from Abel James. It's called thank God for the blues. Don't forget to send in a boost, everybody. Enjoy.

Life weighs me down with complication. Have the troubles I can't carry very far. So I set my worries down and find salvation at that old backdoor, backstreet smoky bar When I just need some sanctuary. When that cold crew world is not bitsumed by me. Then you'll know just where you'll find me. I'll be right here singing songs of sweet relief, and I'm thanking god for the fruits to heal my soul and set me free. Flip a lash on that dusty, musty case, raise that ragged lid and smell the ear,
