What's up, everyone? It's America Plus. I'm your host, Cole McCormick. Get to know the weekend of the episode.
[00:00:14] Cole McCormick:
What's going on, everybody? It's Sunday, March 24th. Hello, 728 in the beyond. What's going on, everybody? What's going on, folks? Happy to be here, everybody. Welcome to another beautiful week at America Plus, everyone. It is the day before my birthday, everyone. Happy birthday to me. It's a birthday episode. I'm turning 27 this year, man. 27. Can I get another round of applause, please? 27. Oh, my God. We are so young. We are so young and so blessed and so wrapped up in the holy of holies, people. We are moving through the universe at a blazing rate. I believe I'm living in I'm living on earth. Now here's a fact. I'm living on earth in the most insane, wild times in human history. That's a real I believe that to my deepest core, dude. Whatever bone is deepest in my body, that belief is there, dude.
It's a beautiful time to be alive here on planet Earth, and as a man developing, I want nothing more but to be podcasting, and to be speaking to you, and to be talking about Bitcoin, and the economy, and streaming sats, and being a part of Value For Value, which this podcast is, man. Powered by you, the audience, bro. We are this week, we're talking about the economy, we're talking about Bitcoin, and I wanna talk about just I haven't talked about the economy. I haven't talked about money in a while, dude. I wanna talk about what I what I've been doing this past weekend, just to get into it, man. It's been a great weekend for me, honestly.
I low key okay. Low key, I gotta be be real with you. I gotta admit something to you real quick. I sort of called out of work so I could be with my family. What? You lost me out. I mean, is that a bad thing? Or, like, is that a good thing? Like, I don't know to tell you. I so I I I tried getting my shift covered because my family's coming in town for my birthday. Right? I just said bye to them. We spent the whole weekend together. We went to LEGOLAND. I'm about to talk about that for a second. My family was in town. I tried getting my shift covered on Saturday. I couldn't get it covered. So what am I supposed to do? I'm at Legoland with my dad who has cancer. Am I supposed to be at work? Am I supposed to be chopping potatoes?
Or am I supposed to be at legoland with my father, and my nephew, and my sisters, and my mother, dude? So I called out. I don't give a shit, don't tell anyone. Don't tell my boss. I'm sorry I called out, guys. Maybe I maybe the excuse wasn't authentic, but, I I I told him I'd be back on Monday, so we're good there. But, it's it's all good. I'm feeling good. I still have a job, and this weekend was amazing dude. I was at LEGOLAND. If you Have you ever been to LEGOLAND? Do you know what LEGOLAND is? It sounds It is exactly what it sounds like. It is the land of Legos, people. Now, why the hell did I go to Legoland on my birthday when I'm 27?
Am I a Lego adult? No. I'm not. I'm really not. I never played with Legos. I've never been into Legos, but my nephew's into Legos, and Wyatt is obsessed with them. And we so we really just, went went there for him, which I don't care. What I want for my birthday is what I already got. I wanted to spend time with my family, I wanted to hang out with them, get a little drunk with them, just party with them, just have have their company. You know, you just want the people's energy. That's all you need, man, as you're getting older, and I'm really just comfortable with that.
My birthday gifts were I got a, like, a little, like I got I got a mug, and a manifestation book. And I say manifestation journal, because it literally says manifest on the cover. So my family knows me very well. I'm very blessed to have them. We went out to dinner last night, went to a nice Mexican place, and, as I was opening up the gifts, and we were getting the drinks going, everyone I this wasn't expected, but everyone around the table, like, told me something that they, like, appreciated about me, and that's never really happened before. And it was just a really sweet moment.
I was able to look at it in the eyes of everyone in my family, and just see if they were bullshitting me or not. My sisters, of course, my sisters were a little bit you know, my sisters were sisters. I'm not sure if you have siblings, but, you know, how how loving can a sibling be. Right? But I love them. I love them. Just a beautiful time to be alive, dude. We, I I I wanna talk about real quick the affordability. We're if we're talking economy, dude, my, so the options were, like, are we gonna go to Disneyland or SeaWorld, or, like, where haven't we been?
And we haven't been to Legoland. So I was, like, you know what, dad? Like, Legoland's pretty cool. Like, I haven't been there. I think one of my sisters had went there, like, a decade and a half ago, so, like, that seems cool. Let's do that. And, it would my dad said, well, it's a whole of a lot more affordable coal. And I was like, go for it. Go for it, dad. Whatever is cheaper for you, father. I don't care. I'm not paying for this ticket. You are. You're the one who wants to take Wyatt somewhere, and I just wanna give a quick, I don't have the I I do have the photos. So if you're if you're listening in a modern podcasting app, you're looking at the photos right now, what is the difference what is the price comparison of 1 Legoland and 1 Disneyland, okay? If you're looking at the photos right now, I think I have them.
I don't have them on my computer. Dang it, dude. And I'm recording on my iPhone right now, so it's okay though. I I I remember the prices. If you wanted to do a one day this is a one day ticket. A one day ticket at LEGOLAND for 3 people. Let's just do, just example example cart. Three people, one day ticket with the hopper on LEGOLAND. You get access to the LEGOLAND, to all the LEGOs, and then they got got a mini aquarium too. That's gonna be like 3, $400. Okay? $400 for like 3 people. Not no more no worries. No troubles. If you wanted to do a one day hopper for 3 people at Disneyland?
Dude, that's $700, dog. That's that's real. 700 cojones, bro. That's ridiculous, and that's how I wanna open up this economy talk because that right there is a giant discrepancy. Is that brand? Is that quality? Is that IP? Like, what is that, dude? Like, what's more famous, Aladdin or Lego? You know? They got Aladdin and Legos over there too, dude. I I I couldn't fathom that. I can't believe that. Like, no wonder, like, the economy sucks, bro. Like, people's choices are, like if if you want the big brand, you're gonna have to spend a 1,000 fucking dollars to be there and to have a meal.
But Legoland is so much more better, dude. Like, it it's a lot more chill. First of all, it's the chillest amusement park on the face of the Earth, dude. You pull up, and it's it's it's just a normal ass parking lot, first of all. It's not like some big parking garage, it's not some, like like, people aren't guiding you. There's, like, no one in the parking lot. It's just a bunch of cones, and you're just, like, driving around looking for a spot, like a normal ass place. Compared to Disney you go to Disney, dude, they got, like it looks like you're in a freaking airport. They're guided they got 2 people every 10 feet telling you where to go. This way. This way. Go this way. And it it it's a whole shebang, dude. It it it's a whole show. And so the comparison of the of that, Lego bands are so much relaxed. Less people, of course. A lot more family oriented. You You know, Disney likes to pride themselves on on family, like, the happiest place on Earth for families, but dude, LEGOLAND, if you have kids, and you don't have all that money, but you also wanna take them to a place that's, like, fun and worth it, this is a legitimate, recommendation.
Legoland, you gotta check out Legoland. Go for it. I got the long sleeve. I got the t shirt. I feel good in it. The rides are like, you know, the the rides are for kids, but there's a few things that go fast. There's a few good dips. There's a few good thrills and chills, and they also got like a thing that's like they have rides dude. Don't worry about it. The LEGOLAND has rides. And, it's just interesting how the price differences between those two things sort of represent, like, what you want in this in this world, dude. Like, because both things are super well known as well. Like, Legos are worldwide, and Disney is worldwide.
I feel like of many people here, many people listening may might have played with Legos and probably still do. So just in terms of that, I wanna, I I wanted to open that up, and I wanted to play not not play. I wanted to go to, the the the the the the the the actually, no. Let let's start with this. I wanted to play I I made a clip. How's the economy doing? Okay? Whenever you're looking at the news, they're always pushing a narrative. Right? What's the what's CNBC saying? What's Fox News saying? What's the White House saying? I I wanted to play this quick clip that that I just whipped up right now.
How's the economy doing? Is Biden Biden doing a good job? How's Bidenomics? And what what are we what what is the American economy
[00:09:50] Unknown:
representing right now? Joe Biden has been a strong and good president. The economy is growing. He is standing up,
[00:09:57] Cole McCormick:
statesmanship. The economy
[00:10:07] Unknown:
to make sure that, inflation continues to moderate, and, I think that's a good path. That's what the American people wanna see, and and at the same time, lower cost for Americans because we know that, they that's that's important in our as we talk about binomics and the economy.
[00:10:23] Unknown:
Statesmanship.
[00:10:24] Cole McCormick:
The statesmanship, everybody. It's wild how you can have the news say one thing, and the reality of everything is so different. The fact that Disney costs $700 for 3 people for one day. That's not including parking, by the way. I didn't include the parking or the fast pass. The fast pass for Disney is another 30 freaking dollars per ticket dude. Per ticket, dog. It's not It's barely worth it. It's only worth it if you really wanna do it. The the the narratives that we have with money in the world, with the American dollar specifically, because this is America Plus. We we're talking about the dollar. It is complete and utter asinine, dude. Like, I have nothing else to say about that, and I have everything to say about LEGOLAND. LEGOLAND is where it's at, bro. LEGOLAND is where it's at, man. I love LEGOLAND.
What what's the, oh, yeah. The the the record scratches LEGOLAND, dawg. That's what it is. You gotta get your ass to LEGOLAND. I'm on a Legoland high right now. I'm still a little tipsy to be totally real with you. I'm feeling good. I'm feeling like a Lego. Yeah, dude. I honestly, I just want to talk about that. I I have nothing else to say. I I I found this this article, from from Forbes, written today. Came out today, like 20 hours ago. Talking about dude, they're saying Bitcoin. Now he okay. We're gonna justify just juxtapose the US dollar, the US economy with Bitcoin. Okay?
How's Bitcoin doing? Bitcoin's at $66,600, so that's a great omen for me. And, it's it it surpassed all time highs last week. We got BlackRock and Fidelity doing the ETF sort of a thing, and we got a new price prediction, folks. The market capitalization, due to these new ETFs and other other assets coming into the crypto space, BlackRock and Fidelity and, some lady named Cathy Wood, I've seen her around. They're saying that mark the market gap for Bitcoin is about to be 75 $1,000,000,000,000. 75,000,000,000,000,000 dog.
They're really basing all this off of off of the off of the, ETFs. Off of the, what's it called, institutional investments. That's incredible. I support that number. The higher that number is, the better my podcast does, bro. I don't need anything else. Do you believe that? We're on forbes.com right now, folks. Do you believe this number? Is bitcoin going to a1000000 per? Is Bitcoin gonna be 1.5 or maybe even 2,000,000 per dude? I hope so. I mean, I certainly hope so. Is is Biden in charge of that? Oh, wait. Hang on. Sorry. I was gonna try to play that again. I was gonna try to play this clip again. Is Biden in charge of that? Joe Biden has been a strong and good president. The economy is growing. He is standing up, statesmanship. The statesmanship, folks.
Folks, what are we gonna do now? I I I I should do one of these voices right now.
[00:14:00] Unknown:
Bitcoin is going to $75,000,000,000,000.
[00:14:06] Cole McCormick:
We're really just hanging out, guys. This is a hangout episode. When it comes to other vacation spots that I've been to in my life, I can confidently tell you that Disney is so not worth it, and I think SeaWorld Is SeaWorld coming back? I I don't want to say that, because I saw the documentary. I saw Blackfish, and I've been totally against it since 2015, but there might be a possibility that my that that doc might have been propaganda as well, but it also might have been truthful as well. So I'm still working my emotions through the SeaWorld situation. They're still open, but that's coming back. I need to do more roller coasters. I think on this birthday of mine, I think I'm really understanding that I enjoy a good roller coaster, and I gotta go to Cedar Point in Ohio. I gotta go to Busch Gardens in Florida and Texas. I need to go to more Six Flags.
Six Flags is also sort of worth it. I think if you're talking about inflated prices, Disney's on that list for sure. But in terms of quality of experience, Six Flags in California. I I because that's the only only experience I have. Six Flags in California is so inflated. You're gonna pay $80 to ride a roller coaster. $80. And then, the drinks, the what the bottle of water, the Dasani water bottle, is gonna be $10. So right there, $90 For you For one ticket, and a bottle of water, dude. Is that fucking worth it? I don't think so. Shanna, do you think it's worth it?
No. No. Shanna says, no. She's not for it. She she's against it. Shanna, do do do you wanna come here real quick and talk about your experience at LEGOLAND? Well, I wasn't listening. What's happening? I'm talking about LEGOLAND. Do you want to come talk about it? Sure. Alright. Cool, folks. Ladies and gentlemen, we have Shannon coming on the show. Talking about Legoland. Hey. How's it going? Oh, god. I was quite in a bed. I know you, but I I I oh, I'm looking for a new voice. Okay. How was LEGOLAND, and how do you compare it to Disney? And what's your view on the current state of the economy?
[00:16:28] Unknown:
I really enjoyed LEGOLAND. It was very, like, casual, and the lines weren't too long, and it was just, like, fun and relaxed. When it comes to comparison to Disney, I personally enjoy them both for different reasons. Disney, I feel nostalgic for because I used to go all the time as a kid. But LEGOLAND was really cool, and I think that there are more pros to LEGOLAND sometimes where it's, like, price and lines and just, like, how crowded it is. But I think it all depends on, like, your nostalgia level for everything.
[00:17:04] Cole McCormick:
Disney Disney really charges for the nostalgia. Yeah? Yeah. It's disgusting. Any words on Bitcoin? Any words on the economy?
[00:17:15] Unknown:
Everything's expensive.
[00:17:16] Cole McCormick:
Yeah. Favor for favor, Bitcoin. Favor for favor, baby. Value for value. That's it. That's the power. Perfect. I love you. Thank you. Thank you so much, Shannon. That's Shannon that's Shannon Passy, everybody. Shannon Passy with the wise words. Beat of Lana Be Alive. America Plus. What are we doing now guys? I think this week's gonna be a short episode, just because it's my birthday. I'm allowed to have it be a little a little bit short. I wanna party it up with my people. Is it okay if it's short? Is it okay with you dude? Like, just just have a little, like, 1, 2 action? Like, I'm not worried about length right now, dude. I mean, I okay. How about some updates? How about some updates on the second podcast, and everything else in my life? On the second podcast, I'm going to be I'm planning on putting that out towards the end of April, beginning of May. Okay? Hold me to that standard, please.
I am still reading Peter Pan. I'm still like, figuring out if I even wanna record Peter Pan, but I'm reading it. But I definitely have poems up, and this second podcast is gonna be about I think it's gonna be called, Coal Story. Because I want people to be able to say, let's put on a Cole story. I wanna fall asleep to a Cole story. I enjoy this situation where like, the title is like a verb, and I think it's an I I think it's more I try to talk about America Plus that way, like, oh bro. This is so America Plus. Like dude, I wanna do a Cole story right now. I'm trying to do a Cole story. And then when I do the original stuff, then it's like even more of a Cole story.
So I think that that'll, that'll be good. And I think end of April is a good time, like, it's it's it's new vibes, end of April. It's the end of March right now, but it'll definitely be new vibes at the end of April. It's gonna be, I think it's gonna be fun. Just please hold me to that. Please, please hold me to that. I'm holding myself to that. That's why I'm speaking this out into the universe. I'm manifesting this new this new podcast. It's gonna be amazing. Let's do the how about we just go into the value for value section right now, folks? America Plus is a value for value show. It's completely bonkers right now.
What that means is, I put up this podcast up front, and then you reciprocate the value that you are receiving, if you feel like the economy is bullshit and everyone on the TV is lying to you, please support this show. If you feel like vacations are too expensive and you need a better place to go, support this show and go to LEGOLAND. There's multiple ways you can support this show. You can listen, share, clip, and boost, dude. Just listening and sharing, that's phenomenal. Thank you so much. I appreciate that you're returning. Share the show. Clip it. You can either do a screen recording on your phone, or you can download the fountain.fm
[00:20:16] Unknown:
app. Go to value for value dot info for more info, then download the fountain dot fm app. It's the best way to support the show. Fountain dot fm has a an amazing, clipping feature.
[00:20:27] Cole McCormick:
It's also one of the best apps, one of the simplest apps if you wanna get involved with the podcasting 2.0 realm, and the value for value verse the value verse. And the last thing is boosting. Boosting involves like, money and stuff, so you can send in a boostogram on fountain, that's where you send in some satoshis, some little itty bitty bits of Bitcoin, and, or you can send in a PayPal. I also have a PayPal for America Plus. If you send in some dollars, the dollars are gonna go towards paying for my hosting service, Podhome, which is awesome. If you don't know Podhome, they're like on the bleeding edge of innovation when it comes to Podcasting 2.0, and, I just want to support them more, so your dollars will go to there, your satoshis will go to me, and, I'm just stacking sats right now, dawg. I'm stacking sats, waiting for that $1,000,000 bitcoin to hit, dude, because that's the real lottery.
And, I got I'm gonna be reading some, some Boostagrams from last week. Last week, we only have 1 or 2 of them. I did so people were streaming, so I wanna shout out to, Frillis for streaming. Thank you for streaming Frillis. He's good. He he he's coming in from Podverse, which is another app, and, I think I was the only person who was streaming, or maybe a few other people were streaming. But, yeah. For the boostograms, we got our good friend, at Joel w, his, his boostogram today is his usual, 1,100 and 11 sats. He says oh, so last week I was, last week was wild.
A quick word on last week. I was talking about Christianity, different perspectives on Christianity. I had a few clips of different Christians talking about their viewpoints, and, I played a clip from Ye. He was talking about his thing on Jesus. I played a clip from an OnlyFans girl. All this stuff, dude. And I I I and I titled it something wild. Last week was called Christian Porn, which is super, like, super, what do you call it? Contentious? Like, prestigious? I don't know what to call it. And Joel w is commenting on that. His 1,111, and he has to say, one who truly follows the path of Christ will suffer materially sooner than later.
I think Ye's faith is real. Jesus Walks, deaf came from the heart. The song Jesus Walks definitely came from the heart. Absolutely. And with all the b s in his life, he sounds like he's having an internal conflict and a crisis of faith. I couldn't agree more, Joel. And FYI, most provocative episode title I've ever seen anywhere. Def and definitely I love how you said that. Deaf and attention grabber, crying face. I love it. Boost. Boosting is loving. Thank you so much, Joel. Yeah, man. Dude, can we just talk about the celebrities and Jesus real quick? Like, Ye, formerly known as Kanye, like, he wants to be known as Ye now. He legally changed his name to Ye, and, he was talking about how, like, he's prayed a bunch, and he didn't see Jesus show up.
And he just had to put his own his own work ethic, his own self into situations to make situations in his life better. And that goes against this narrative that Christians tell us of, like, Jesus will make it better. Like, your faith will guide you or, like, your prayer will will bring you to a better place. And, you know, Ye just had a different perspective. So, Joel, I agree with you. In his song, Jesus Walks, Jesus walks. God, show me the way because the devil's trying to break me down. Like, that is some hard shit, bro. Like, I sing that all the time in the shower. I'm sure everyone does, whoever listens to it, it's catchy as fuck.
And I support him. I support Ye. Unequivocally, I support Ye. And then Joel W. Sent in another boost, for the song last week. He's been supporting the artists. If you didn't know this, whenever you hear a song on America Plus, like I'm about to play now, the artist is getting 60% of your support, dude. 60%. Did you know that? And that's happening while the song plays. That's the innovation with Podcasting 2.0. Let me go into Podcasting 2.0 real quick. I am on the bleeding edge. America Plus is one of, like, 15,000 one of 20,000 podcasts who that's actually doing this, and it's growing. It's evolving.
It's actually, like like, I'm on the no one knows I'm doing this. Like, barely anyone knows. Only you know. So get in this. Get in on this system, dude. Support America Plus with your satoshis and be a part of history, man. This is the revolution, dude. When it comes to the narrative of the economy, this podcast being posted on an RSS feed, and you streaming sats, that is the point, bro. That is the point. There's no other way to say that, man. We need to sustain this parallel economy. That's what this is. If you believe in Bitcoin, if you believe in goodness, if you believe in righteousness, send satoshis to a podcaster, and a musician, and a filmmaker, dude. That This is the only way. Oh.
Before I play the song. By the way, I wanna give a quick update on my short film, Magic Mushroom Fun Time. I got a random tweet in the other day, from from the creator of another app, called TruFans. Do you know about TruFans? Sam Sethi, I believe, is the creator of it. I got a random tweet from the True Fans, official account, and they told me that my short film is featured on True Fans. If you go to True Fans right now, true fans dot f m, and on the desktop, specifically, I think it works, there's a film section a film section of the website, and when you click on it, it's literally you literally see Magic Mushroom Fun Time right there. It's like one of 2. It's one of 2 short films to pop up, so I'm super grateful for Sam Sethi. Shout out to Sam Sethi. Shout out to True Fans. Go to True Fans. Make an account, and they have, like it it's an incredible, like, one stop shop platform in terms of podcasting 2 point o and value for value and just, like, understanding the whole thing. So I really wanna put a put put a big spotlight on this. My short film, Magic Motion Fun Time, and another documentary called Killing Ed Killing Education.
These are the only 2 films streaming on RSS feeds right now, and I couldn't be happy about it. I am the 1st director to put out their short film. To put out a, like a cinematic experience through RSS. I am the first one, dude. And that's some history right there. So if you believe in that, support me, send some sats, send in some dollars. I need it. I want it, and I'm and I'm doubling down even deeper, dude. I'm 27. I started this when I was 25, and I'm not going anywhere, guys. I ain't going anywhere. So let's get into the song now. We got an artist coming in from Tanzania. I got a bunch I've been playing a bunch of songs from Tanzania the last few weeks. You might recognize this guy's name. He's been everywhere, on the Bitcoin charts, on the Wave Lake charts. He's been making music for a while, and I really like him, I like his vibe, and I've been trying to find, like, the right time, the right vibe to play his song. And so, this is his song. It's a short song again. Short episode, short song, but I just love it. He's getting 60% of your Satoshis. This is Manlike Quakes, nice France. Enjoy.
[00:28:33] Unknown:
Man like quakes. Yo. Early arrival, passports down here. Everything is nice like I'm in the South of France. Yo. Everything is nice like we just got to can. Freestyle on a non planned plan. 6 AM,
[00:29:51] Cole McCormick:

That's America Plus, bitch. Stay free.
