In this thrilling episode of Alien Worlds, we find ourselves aboard the STARLab, where two drone laboratory pods, the OSIRIS and the Anubis, are conducting a dangerous hydrogen plasma experiment. As physicist Paul Kramer and research director Maura Cassidy work diligently, a mysterious bat-shaped alien vessel appears, leading to a catastrophic explosion that destroys the Anubis and seemingly claims Kramer's life. Cassidy, however, is miraculously found alive inside a plasma chamber, setting off a chain of events that will take our heroes on a journey to uncover the secrets of alien worlds.

As the story unfolds, we are introduced to Echo, the Keeper of Eight, a being of pure energy from a parallel universe, who reveals the impending threat of a Draconian armada planning to harvest Earth's hydrogen.
